💗 it!. I absolutely love Cyclecast! The instructors are awesome and super motivating. I also like that there are different options for length of the workout some days are so busy I can only get 20 minutes, but it still feels like I am working hard. I had a spin instructor that added and subtracted resistance by saying how many turns to make (I.e., 2 full turns, add a half turn, etc.) I think this would be helpful when you don’t have an RPM device on your spin bike. I would imagine a lot of people don’t have that feature on their bikes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish you could track your rides in a log in the app instead of through Apple health or at least be compatible with other fitness apps Like Fitbit. Overall, a great app!!

Great App for Workout. This app is absolutely amazing and worth the price. I was hesitant at first, thinking how is a previously recorded class going to keep me motivated to keep going, or even come back the next day for more? Well, let me tell you, with the variety of coaches, you’ll find that one that you love and you’ll keep coming back! I did the 7 day free trial and then I went ahead and took the annual membership. You save a couple bucks, and you get it over with in one shot. I’m into the spinning, and let me tell you, that even in those 20 minute rides, you sweat like all hell and can burn up to 300 calories or more, depending how much resistance you can endure. This has been an awesome investment. Even if you don’t have your own bike, and you go to the gym, you have your own personal instructor in your pocket and run on tour own schedule. That was, for me, the best part. Workout where I want and when I want. Totally worth it!!!!

Love this app. This app is perfect for when I can’t make it to spin classes at my gym! I love that there are different instructors you can choose from because let’s face it every instructor has their own style and some just honestly don’t work for me. I like an instructor that can motivate me but also not be screaming in my ear. I also really like that the app gives you the option of how long of a ride you want to go on, it’s perfect for when I have the extra hour to spend riding or the occasional 45 minutes! Overall I love this app. I haven’t had any loading issues or buffering with any of the sessions I’ve taken which is awesome. I would definitely recommend this app!

Spinning AND a new run feature. I just downloaded this app and it’s great if you have your own spin bike at home and want some good ideas for rides. They have different lengths of time and I modify by adding choreography if the music moves me. The great thing is that there are classic rides and those that are beat-driven (which is what my spin studio does). There’s also a new feature to have interval run sessions available which are really great and very motivating. I love the music and am really excited to try out some more. Only feedback would be to give previews of the rides just in case you’re more in the mood for a hill vs a sprint-heavy ride or run.

Review for running. This app has been so motivating! I’ve only been doing the running workouts. Selena W. is my fav by far. I like how the instructors have their own “theme” for music. Selena has my taste in music. The audio is absolutely great. It sounds like she’s right there next to me. It’s like real life because she remembers me to breathe and to perfect my form. I love how you can adjust the instructors voice and music separately. That’s a huge plus. I’m just getting back into running and this is a great way to jump back in. Selena gives you a range too, so you decide what pace is for your jog, run or sprint. Can’t wait til they load more runs!

Grateful this app exists. My spinning studio recently shut down & I was sad that I would no longer have classes in a convenient location to my home. I got curious about spinning apps & found CycleCast. I’ve been using it for approximately 2 weeks now & I’m really enjoying it. Sometimes I feel like the instructions are not very clear or there’s too much talking & then it just makes it confusing (especially because you don’t have the benefit of reading facial or body language). At times, the instructions are given too far in advance & then when we actually get to the interval I’ve forgotten what we’re supposed to be doing but aside from these minor annoyances I like the instructors, the style and the convenience. The reason I downgraded to 4 stars is because the app keeps logging me out & there’s no option to stay logged in. Having to log in almost everyday has gotten very annoying. If possible, please fix this issue.

Best exercise app!. This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed an app but I love it so much, I had to. CardioCast is exactly what I had no idea I was looking for. I can’t afford fancy gym memberships or home fitness equipment. I love taking classes at the gym but the affordable gym around the corner does not offer them. Until I discovered CardioCast I would just go on the elliptical and cruise for a bit while watching a show on my phone and get bored or walk on the treadmill for a bit. I never pushed myself b/c I didn’t really know how. CardioCast makes the cardio machines fun! The music is awesome, there’s something for everyone. I just want to spread the word so that this app stays around forever b/c it’s exactly what I needed. The yoga is great, the body weight workouts are challenging, and the walk/jog, and elliptical beats are fun! I just wish my gym had a rower and better spin bikes. Keep up the good work CC!

Love this app. I love this app! First the option for ride times - I can ALWAYS find 20 mins, sometimes 30 mins but rarely do I have 45 minutes to hour - which most spin classes are. I actually very much enjoy NOT watching an instructor or class - I can truly focus on the music and instructor voice and get my 20-30 minutes done. For me the music is almost always great and the option to turn up or down the music and instructor voice is bonus. I have been using this app for several months and love it. I have tried almost all the instructors but have settled on my favorite two. I also love that their are so many classes loaded in - you never get the same class or music. Would definitely recommend!

THE BEST cycle, running, exercise app. I have had gym memberships, treadmills, cycles, taken aerobic classes, yoga classes, and weight training.....this app is FANTASTIC! Worth every penny. I started this app when it was just a cycle app. They added running and now body strength classes. Only thing missing is yoga. I have a yoga app for my yoga though. Anyone wanting to have the luxury of taking a class when you want, exercising to music you like and the class always changing and challenging, this is the APP for you. Jonathan is my favorite. When I start to slow he always seems to know and sends encouraging words into my ears pushing me harder. He makes me realize the time I have on the bike is my own and is only for a moment I have set for myself. Just a real motivator. I encourage everyone to try the app for at least 30 days. Give it that much. Worth it!

Spin class a la carte. It’s been years since I hopped on a spin bike. I live in a small town and none of the local gyms offer spin classes, and if they do, they’re not at convenient times, but spin cycling remains one of my favorite cardio workouts. CycleCast has brought spin cycling back in to my life and I can hop on a bike any time I want! Whether it’s first thing in the morning to jump start my day, sneaking in a quick lunch break workout, or taking a ride at the end of the day while the kids do homework, CycleCast offers the flexibility to workout whenever I want. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

THANK YOU!!!. For the last two decades, I have gone to the gym six days a week without fail. So, imagine my panic when it was announced that all gyms in Michigan were ordered to close due to the Coronavirus. Since I already had strength training equipment in my home, I needed something for cardio. I decided on an indoor cycle. Since I hadn’t done any spinning in a long while, I wanted some guidance. I figured I would give CycleCast a try. I couldn’t be more grateful for this app. This is great for beginners and experienced cyclists alike, and you can’t beat the price. If you want to skip all the flash and hype and you are just looking for a good butt-kickin’, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, CycleCast!!!

Next best thing!. Sadly, my local spin studio closed recently. I searched for a good alternative, including joining a nearby gym, but nothing was as convenient, fun, and high quality as the studio. I then found this app and started using it at the gym. Loved the app, but the gym wasn’t for me. I sprung for a Keiser M3i and have been using it and CycleCast for several weeks at home with zero regrets! The instructors give great direction. I love that you can select different volumes for the instructor and the music. It integrates seamlessly with Apple Health. The ability to choose the length of the workout means I am working out more. For reference, I’m a nearly 50 year old female and active, but not an exercise junky. For me this is a perfect setup!

Inexpensive motivation. I really enjoy my CycleCast rides and push myself really hard with the support of the instructors. It’s only audio, not video, but that’s good enough for me. I love that you can control the voice and music volumes separately. I do wish that there were more options; you can only pick a ride based on the instructor and the length. There aren’t multiple 30min rides available under ‘X’ instructor. I also wish the rides were dated when updated so I could quickly see whether I’ve done the ride already or if it’s a new one. Overall it’s worth the money and I’m a fitter person thanks to CycleCast

Should be called “CardioFantastic”. Listen, I hate cardio. With a passion. I do not run. If I’m running, it’s because something’s chasing me or to prevent my kids from whatever mischievous tricks they are thinking. But this app, has completely changed the game. My first time using it was for the walk/jog and I actually smiled while running 🤯! These coaches are the best. They know exactly when to push you and most importantly, how to push you. It is completely audible. There is no visual part of this other than where you are exercising. Which I honestly think is a huge benefit. We stare at screens all day long. This app, while exercising, gives us that break and in my opinion, really helps you tune in to your body more. You’re able to focus on the cues the instructors are giving you to really push yourself; which in return, provides a greater outcome of a workout. I highly recommend this app. Whether you’re a pro or beginner, it’s amazing. It’s a good break to just be with yourself, focusing on yourself, for both your mental and physical well-being. Thank you CardioCast!

Great!. I started using this when it was CycleCast and I liked it much better than the Peloton app because I didn’t have to look at my phone all of the time to see what they were doing. The instructors cue really well and you don’t need to see them. And it’s great not being a slave to the gym’s cycle class schedule. If I want to do a class at 1:17 pm, I can! My only complaint at the time was that they didn’t have very many workouts. Fastforward to late 2020 and what is now CardioCast is great with many more options. I have done a few runs - definitely makes the time go by faster having an instructor talking me through the run, it’s nice listening to music selected by someone else, and I push myself harder than I would if left to my own devices. And it seems like there’s a bigger library of workouts.

You have to try this one!. I got a spin bike for Christmas and have tried another app and this one for classes. Initially I thought I wouldn’t like it because I wanted to be able to see the instructor, but after doing it once I was hooked! I found by not seeing the instructor I focus more on my body and MY ride and get more out of it. They even have a section for how to set up your bike which for a beginner like me that’s always done spin at a gym was very helpful. I’m excited to try one of the walking workouts when the I Emmalyn goes away outside! Try it you won’t be sorry!

CardioCast review. I didn’t know what to expect from CardioCast. However I was blown away. The app far exceeded my expectations. The app is easy to use. It is divided into activities: cycling, running and body weights. It gives you an indoor/outdoor option. Then you choose from the activity based on how much time you have so whether I want to squeeze in a 25 min indoor cycling session or a longer 45 min run, it has everything for me! Last but not least, the instructors are awesome. They’re motivational and keep you pushing. Try the 7 day free trial. You won’t be sorry. Today’s the day to get in shape!

This is my solution. I love spin class, unfortunately due to my work schedule I could usually only hit one class consistently per week. Then I started missing even that one. So I searched for online spin and this app popped up. I have lived it since day 1. I may have a couple favorite trainers but I generally enjoy trying out the different trainers as well. The music is great, the rides are hard (my heart rate monitor prices it). I used to use the app at the gym as we were allowed to use a spin bike outside the workout room. I finally bought myself a spin bike for home now I have even more flexibility. I recently started using the outside run trainers and they have been very great as well. I’ve started sprinting which is increasing my cardio stamina. This app is worth far more than it costs.

Another happy blind customer!. I struggle with exercise apps because I’m blind. I can’t do what is modeled to me visually - I need verbal guidance. That’s where CardioCast comes in so nicely! The byproduct of their method is accessibility for me. It’s also neutral with language; I love that I’m not worried about being called a lady or guy, or being told to burn that fat. I’m sure those options exist but I haven’t found them and I’m glad. It syncs nicely with your apple health app and I track the data on my Apple Watch. Thanks, team! Ps I have a crappy, cheap indoor cycling bike I put together myself and it still does just fine!

Great workout options. I have been a gym member for years, with social distancing I was looking for options but didn’t want to spend a lot of money and running 6-10 miles a day was taking a toll on my knees. I decided to buy a spin bike and wanted options for various classes without having to reserve a bike ahead of time or pay per class, since I do 2 classes a day on avg. this app has it all! I initially got it just for spin but started trying the running options too! This has variety and keeps you motivated! Would definitely recommend, in fact I like it so much I will incorporate this into my “normal” routine even when I can return to the gym.

Best cardio app EVER!. I have tried a few different cardio apps and this one is the best BY FAR. I despise cardio and will not push myself without someone telling me to. With CardioCast you might as well be in a group exercise class at the gym, but you can do it whenever it fits into your schedule. The instructors are great and the music is mixed well. I love the visual countdown so I can see how much I have done and how much torture is left. I also like the feature that allows you to adjust the volume of the instructor and the music independently. This app is so good that I actually bought an indoor cycle bike and cancelled my gym membership. So it’s a money saver, too!

Best spin/cycle app. Period.. Going to spin classes is expensive and tough with my schedule (working mom). I bought a used spin bike and put it in my basement. Tried a few uninspiring apps. Then stumbled across CycleCast. It’s changed my life! They have numerous instructors and different length classes. There is something for every level and every mood. They update the classes regularly, so I almost never repeat a class. I have a favorite instructor and he makes the class fun, yet really challenging. Thank you CycleCast. I’m back to working out regularly. I’m a focused professional, patient mom and have a toned body as a result of regular spin classes. Keep it up!!!

LOVE this app!. I was addicted to spin classes prior to pandemic lockdowns, so when my gym closed I bought a basic bike and tried to ride at home. I tried the app that goes with the pricey bike (starts with a P) and although I like the instructors I was distracted by the focus on metrics and all the shout outs to different riders. Cardio cast, however, has the awesome music and encouragement from coaches I missed, plus a focus on effort and personal achievement that works with my bike and riding style. I’ve even gotten into the bootcamp and walk/jog classes. The only thing that could make it better is some kind of guided class for recovery days, like pilates or power yoga.

Skeptical at first... ALL IN now!. I love cycle cast! A friend gave me her spin bike almost two years ago. I love attending spin in a gym class setting and just couldn’t motivate myself to use my bike at home. I did a little research and decided to give cycle cast a whirl. At first, I was disappointed that it didn’t have a video feature or live classes. But these are actually the things I’ve come to love about the app! I plug in my headphone and start cycling. I feel more connected, more in the zone. The instructors are great and Noelle is my fav. They give little tidbits of inspiration along the way and the playlists are never boring. I’m actually liking the app more than actual spin class at my gym! Yes! Thanks CycleCast!

Love it! Burn more calories. Like many others, I was searching for a good cycling app as I can never seem to make it to the classes available to me. The instructors are great! Jonathan and Noël are my go to’s. The app tells you their style of music to tailor to your preference. I love the option to get in a quick work out or a full 60 mins. I deducted a star as I wish the instructor volume was a bit higher. I have the setting all the way up and the music option adjusted and I still struggle to hear commands. I’m not deaf but definitely a terrible listener so maybe that has something to do with it. Regardless, I subscribed and am excited! I love the option of cycling on my time.

LOVE this app!. I bought a stationary bike to get back into shape after having a baby. I thought it was perfect since I can’t leave the house to workout while she’s napping. Well, about 9 months before I found cycle cast and I had used it hardly at all. When I did get on, I pedaled a bit but didn’t feel like I was really getting a workout. I tried cycle cast for free and immediately felt like I was getting the workout I thought I could achieve on my own. Having never taken a spin class, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to figure out how to do everything without a visual model. The explanations are well described and once I got the hang of it, I really improved. I use it 3-4 times per week and absolutely love it!!!!

Great Spin App! (Almost) 5 star. I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now. So far I’m extremely happy with it. The app is simple and does exactly what I expected it to - home spinning classes. They have multiple trainers and have classes with multiple times, so it’s easy to pick one that fits my schedule. Compared to a gym membership or other apps, this one fits the bill really well, and I think it well worth the monthly fee. I was paying a lot more for my gym and struggling to get to classes on time. Now I can do it on-demand. I’ve used 3 of the instructors so far and I’ve been happy with each of them. They do a good job of talking through the class without over talking so you can zone into the music. Well balanced to instruct when I was new to the app vs. once I knew the routine. The ONLY reason I’m taking a star off is due to the fact that they do not support multiple profiles. I have 2 users in my household, but they only allow one profile for the account. Since I’m billed through iTunes there’s no reason for this limitation. I asked this question and support (which was very responsive!) informed me that this was a current limitation. If they fix this limitation, I will up my rating to 5 star. Very happy otherwise.

So glad I re downloaded!. I initially found CycleCast several years ago when making it to the gym for a spin class just wasn’t feasible anymore, and honestly the teacher was boring me. I have a spin bike at home and the workouts were always great and different every time. I got pregnant with my second child and was focusing on swimming for exercise because it just felt best. Cut to nearly 3 years later and I could feel my body craving some hard core cardio as I’m mostly weightlifting right now. Omg, I missed this app and didn’t even realize it! I’ve done two rides with Nöel and her vibe is my jam! She’s a new addition for me and I love her! Such great rides that were over so quickly because it was so fun! Looking for an amazing sweat sesh? Download this app! You won’t find a better price either!

Perfect for home spin class. I picked up a great indoor bike during the gym closures, but was getting bored on my own. I have always loved indoor cycle classes (and outdoor cycling), but didn’t feel the need for virtual classmates or video. This app is perfect for me. The music selections in classes I’ve tried are good enough. I don’t always love the songs — but that was also true with my gym classes. With this app, I have the option to turn it down and still hear the coach, which is a great feature! The coaches I’ve tried are encouraging and offer good cues, but don’t talk constantly. The only improvement I can think of for the app would be noting if a class has a focus: hills or endurance or sprints, etc.

Love CardioCast!. I have been using this app for about three years now at the gym and at home. The classes are all great and I use nearly all of them: running, cycling and body weight boot camps several times a week. Every coach is inspiring and they each bring their own style to their classes, in both the workouts and the music they use. You can tailor your intensity to your ability and the coaches always offer multiple options based on what you can handle. New classes are added all the time so you never repeat. CardioCast has an active Facebook community that both users and coaches participate in frequently, so that the coaches become people you feel that you know, as opposed to just voices coming from a device. I recommend CardioCast to anyone, of any fitness level.

Who needs an expensive Pelotan!. I’m so glad I decided not to get the Pelotan bike and to just think budget-friendly with my very own Stationery Bike and CardioCast. Since a lot of the gyms now don’t allow Cardio because of the current Pandemic, and I wanted a hardcore home cardio experience to match what I would have been doing at a gym group cycling class, this is the best thing ever to going to a gym cycling class. When I also couldn’t get into my previous gym cycling classes, I would use the predecessor to CardioCast-CycleCast so I already knew how great a workout I would get. Now I feel even safer cycling at the comfort of my own home. All the cycling instructors are great on CardioCast, my ultimate favorite is Shonda, I just love her energy, music choices and for some reason how she counts as well when we are holding intense speeds or more resistance, haha!

Got me back to really working. Been spinning off and on for 8 years. I truly love it so I don’t dread getting on the bike (I bought a used Scwinn Spinner from instructor). But you know it is, you take a few days off and then a few more and it’s been month Without riding. No way am I getting the mid life thick waist so back on it again. I found CardioCast browsing Apple store and did the free trial. There are several types of rides to choose from. I prefer a classic ride with Pop music and you can pick the times too. Easing my way in at 30 minutes for now. The rides have intervals for heart rate and hills for endurance. Very well rounded and yes challenging! I now have a monthly subscription and love having structured rides with many options. Happy happy happy!

Can’t stop!. I usually don’t do the whole monthly payment thing (let alone write a review), I just get the free trial and then discontinue my subscription. But I seriously can’t stop w this one! I have never been able to get myself to the gym wo registering for a class and legit I am addicted! I come by myself seriously almost everyday and feel like I’m in a class! I really love this app, truly. They’ve done an incredible job making it feel fresh and new and like the real deal, I appreciate this so much. I’m getting back in shape and I could cry how good it’s helped make me feel ❤️❤️❤️ thank you!

Favorite workout app. I have been spinning (and running) with CardioCast since way back in 2017 when it was simply known as CycleCast; I stumbled across a used spin bike for $60 on Craigslist, needed something to get me moving on it, and I’ve never looked back. 7 years later it is a rare week when I don’t do at least one if not 3-4+ workouts just with this app. I have my favorite coaches for sure, but I enjoy pretty universally their style, great music, and motivation. I once read someone complain that the classes weren’t hard enough, but I guess if you feel that way, maybe you should up your resistance. I will also say, I appreciate the motivation while not being over the top. I have access to Peleton since they bought out the Mirror (my other favorite workout app) and I’ve got to tell you, Peleton has NOTHING on these folks. Thank you CardioCast for being here! If I had one ounce of feedback to give CardioCast - more new classes! It seems as though the pace of new material seems to have slowed dramatically the last few months. As someone who has done all of the classes in several of the categories, I will just keep putting in a plug for more:-)

Hardcore workouts. I highly recommend this app for everyone who either wants to get into indoor cycling or is already an enthusiast. I am displaced from my gym since COVID and have found the workouts here to be lifesavers. One of the top instructors from my gym Rachel Vaziralli is a CardioCast instructor and it has made the world of difference to be able to continue working out with those I know and to feel accountable. I’m also going to branch out to other instructors. The rides are terrific. I do them on my Stages bike and it motivates me for great metrics. It’s as close as you can get to an in club experience without actually being there.

Feels just like spin class at home!!. I recently got into spin class, but the drawback was how expensive it was for a monthly membership (around $250) and the commute & commitment to get to class. I stumbled across CardioCast while looking for a spin class alternative that I could use with my new exercise bike at home. Due to the pandemic, I could no longer go to the gym or spin class so I was desperate for another workout regime that would keep me motivated and on track. This app has been a LIFESAVER during these hard times! I look forward to my CardioCast spin workouts. They are very easy to follow, the music is great, and they are also very challenging and fun. I sweat even more than I did at spin class! I love all of the instructors (especially Shanda!!) and the music that keeps me on beat. I could not be happier with this app not only for the reasons listed above, but also for the low monthly price and its ability to keep me extremely motivated and engaged!

Actually 5 stars. I don’t make a habit of 5 stars bec I feel like companies get complacent when they get 5. So, even though I gave 5, there’s still room for improvement. I have had this app for 3 months and waited until now to rate it. The bike workouts are varied and have something for whatever you feel like: easy mid or hard, and I love the 20 min options for when you don’t feel like a big workout but need something to get some work in for the day. I also like how the workouts rotate through with new ones, and I love that new instructors are added. I have lost 15 lbs in 3 months by doing something on this app at least 4 times a week. I will rate again in another 3 months to see if it is consistent with the quality.

Just as Good (If Not Better!) Than My Favorite Spin Studio. I fell in love with spin around this time a couple of years ago - mostly because a new studio opened near me and the vibe, rides, music and lights were all BOMB. I loved leaving dripping with sweat and would feel so exhaustedly accomplished at the end of class which was a nice change of pace from my regular bodybuilding and powerlifting style workouts. Cut to realizing that spending $200+ a month for a few classes a week just wasn’t feasible (would rather spend that money on traveling or pizza 🙃) and my husband and I bought a spin bike for our home gym. I’ve used it regularly, but not following a class or app. I tried the Peleton app for about a month but it was meh. Then, I found CycleCast just a couple of weeks ago and have been AMAZED at how great the classes are. I’m left feeling the same way I did when I would leave the actual studio - just as a sweaty, just as a proud, and the music, so far, has been fantastic. Thanks for putting out such an awesome app and letting us ride with you!

Love this app!. I really love this app for cycle. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now. I like they have 20-60 min classes and the instructors are all different styles and music. I’ve tried all the instructors classes, I for sure have my favorites right now based on what I like and the type music I like listening too. All are great though and it helps you motivate and get through the ride with someone telling you what to do which I personally need. Plus you can link the app to the health app so you can track calories burned and all. For sure worth the money if you have a bike.

Great App for spinning when you’re available. I love to do spin classes. It’s an amazing full body workout. However with my shift work of long hours, most classes take place when I’m either already at work or have to be driving there. I was thrilled when my husband bought me a spin bike for home and I then found this app that lets me do the classes on my own time frame. It’s perfect for my busy schedule. I also love the many options for length of the class. Due to asthma and recent surgery I haven’t been able to go to the gym and run on the treadmill like I enjoy so my body has gotten out of shape. Being able to start with a 20 minute ride and build my stamina back up has been so helpful. I do wish the classes had a visual where you can see the instructors but it’s not a deal breaker for me. I would recommend this app to anyone who loves spin and just can’t make to an in person class!

Great Workout App!. I really love the variety of workouts that CycleCast has, and especially how it picks specific music to help you match the intensity of your workout. I love cycling classes, but I work strange hours, so I often can’t make their schedule work. However, I did drop a star because I would really like the functionality to download a workout. I would think it could just have an expiration date if they’re worried about people downloading and not subscribing. My gym has spotty Wifi and at home my internet is slow because I live in the country. It really kills the vibe when the internet fails in the middle of a workout. I also wish there was a small video or at least some sort of icon of what move you should be doing- if I’m really into a workout, I might miss a verbal direction.

Truly worth the money. This app is exactly what I have been looking for. I didn’t need a live class, real road video footage, simulated racing or any of that over-the-top indoor workout glitter. I wanted to be led through a workout with good music. The fact that you can choose from a variety of duration times was a bonus. Especially since I’m starting with zero cardio fitness, the 20 minute workout is plenty for now. I really like each of the instructors that I have heard so far. They speak just enough to lead you through without meaningless banter. They are encouraging as well. And you can adjust the volumes of both the music and the instructor separately. I was happy to buy a year’s subscription after my free trial. Very much worth the money. A well-done professional fitness product!

Love this app!. I joined a gym and started spinning earlier this year. Then covid happened and our gym closed for a few weeks. My spin instructor told me about this app and how it’d be perfect to use while renting a bike from my gym. I bought a month subscription and loved the music and variety of riding formats. I rode nearly everyday for over 30 days and never got bored. Covid ended up killing my gym permanently, so I found a used bike online and bought a year subscription to cardiocast right away. Such a time saver and way cheaper than a gym membership! Love this app and the instructors. The FB group is super encouraging and fun too. My only suggestion is it’d be nice to have a way to save your favorite ride, so I could repeat it in the future.

This app keep me going!!!. I have to be honest, every time I tried to be consistent in the gym, I always had an excuse to drop off and went back to my sedentary life. I have a perfect stressful job to keep me sitting down most of the day and after having my kids, was the perfect storm to keep my lazy behind in the same spot until…AHA! my body started demanding me changing habits. I have limited time so when I found CardioCast, was a life changer. I’m on my first month riding with Danielle and I feel fantastic!!! I shifted my workout this week from 20-30 mins and now I’m burning more calories, my joints and body feel better and these workouts keep me going!!! As She mention in every workout,- This is the time you choose to dedicate to yourself- and this is exactly what I’m doing now, because if it’s not you, nobody will take care of your body!!! Come and join us!!! 😀💪🏻

Better than 5 stars! Amazing and addicting! Love these instructors!. For someone new to home spin cycling, this app is perfect. Works with whatever set up you have. I love that you can pick the ride based on the instructor’s taste in music and the rides are killer. With no video to distract you, you can just focus on what matters: pedaling through the burn to a sick beat! And the outdoor interval runs are great when you’re stuck on a running slump, doing the same runs at the same pace. The coaches make it fun while they push you and make you stronger and faster. Finally, the bodyweight boots camp classes are exhilarating and will leave you with the feeling of a great head to toe workout all in 20 minutes.

Back on the saddle. I got sick back in September, awaiting a firm diagnosis for multiple sclerosis which stinks because I just turned 31 in April. This app has given me so much in terms of life. The weeks turned to months and after countless doctors visits I was losing hope. The pain sis crazy, my fatigue is insane but this app gets me pumped to work out. I feel good for a couple extra hours and can get some things done like cooking, work, or cleaning around the house and errands. I was a fairly active person and it all came to an abrupt halt. This app has really changed my perspective, I am taking control of my body. Highly recommend this if you are immunosuppressed and worry about going to gyms and things with corona but still want affordable access high quality instructors. If you are a self starter like me and just want to work at your own pace when your body allows.

Most useful app - maybe EVER!. I got this app for the spin classes. Having the ability to access a fantastic spin class on my timeline, not some random class schedule determined by a gym or company, was a game changer. I mean who wouldn’t want to be able to take a class from the amazing Danielle Devine-Baum, any time?! I started exploring the other classes and instructors. The content on this app is top level. These are some of the best instructors in the business and this app gives you access to them at any time and any place. When I travel, I just take my phone to the gym, which I would do anyway, chose a class and go. When I leave, I’ve had a great workout rather than milling around an unfamiliar gym feeling awkward. I hate running with a passion but coach Cedric Green has me happily doing treadmill runs and loving them. I access this app almost daily. It has already paid for itself ten fold and I am in better shape than I have been in a while. Don’t hesitate, this app amazing!

Great app for cycling on your own. I’m a huge fan of spin classes but after giving birth to my second child and working full-time outside of the home, I just don’t have the time to take classes at an outside studio or gym. This app makes it so easy for me to jump on the bike for whatever amount of time I can squeeze in. I love the music and the instructors do a great job of pushing you. If you are new to spinning, I would recommend taking a class or two in a studio first just so you can have someone show you the proper form and technique so that you can get the most out if your home workouts.

Fun workout (and usually spinning bores me)!. I had trouble getting motivated to spin on my new spin bike, being pregnant and tired all the time, so thought I’d give this a try. Loved the beat and music, and I really felt my heart pumping and enjoyed the workout. The music was the perfect cue for keeping a good pace, and felt I didn’t even need a cadence sensor on my bike (I just have mph). I give this four stars as would’ve been nice to do some hops, hills, etc. (granted this was just one class), but mainly because I could barely hear the instructor’s voice over the music. I’ve got an iPhone, but if they fixed the volume issue I’d give this five stars for sure.

Log in issue/stop talking so much. I use this app almost daily and have to log in EVERY day!!! Very annoying....I have emailed and complained a few times over the past couple months and am always told they are “working on it”. I also really like the work outs but I guess I prefer that the instructors don’t talk the entire time!!! I don’t need to know what I’m going to be doing 10 min into the workout. Just tell me when we are going to do it and how long I’ll be there. I prefer to enjoy the music more than the instructors chatter. Yes, I know I can turn down the volume of the instructor and turn up the music separately, but then I am constantly playing on my phone during my workout. Just make it simple, cue and quiet until the next change. Other than that, it’s a good app.

A MUST TRY!!!. I love my spin classes. After having a baby, getting to a scheduled class was not an option, let alone being able to commit that time. CycleCast saved me! I can get on my home bike when baby sleeps and get a quality ride in. Jonathan’s beat rides are just like I’m in my favorite class at the club. Best part, I get to choose when class starts, or when it needs to end. The music is great. Guidance is motivational. And the challenge is real. Thank you for such a great tool!!!

The Best Spin Class App!. I’ve been using CycleCast for over a year. If you have a spin bike at home, save the drive to the gym for a class and save your money on Peloton. CycleCast is AWESOME. The instructors are all great, and if you’re picky like me about music, you can even see their playlists and choose accordingly. I love riding with Noel. Short on time? You can choose from a 20 minute to a 60 minute ride. I work from home and my bike is in my office. Depending on what time I have to spare I never have an excuse to not get that ride in.

Great app for spinning!!. So far I’ve only used the app for spin classes and they’ve all been amazing. Great instructors who coach you though, but not overkill .. really great music - REAL songs, NOT covers, like some other spin programs I’ve tried. And I love that there are volume controls for both the music and the instructor. Connects to the health app too, so it gets my data every time I do a class. Can’t recommend it enough!!

Tough classes to fit my schedule. Great instructors that really get me to focus on nothing but the ride; difficulty is as hard as you make it, but the instructors definitely push you to climb harder (which I thoroughly enjoy). Music is mostly mainstream pop, but very well paired with each climb/coast. I love that there's new content each week. As other reviewers have mentioned, be sure to have decent service at your gym/home before subscribing.

Love it!!. This app is absolutely amazing for someone who has a weird schedule! I miss my spin classes but my work hours don’t align with classes. My husband bought me a spin bike and I’ve tried peloton and this app, and I think this app is much better! I would suggest creating something that tells you the next move like an icon that shows you to be sitting or standing etc...but overall amazing workout and great instructors!

Amazing alternative to those pricey indoor cycling classes!. I loved cycling classes but could not afford the price that came along with them. Instead I bought an average gym membership and have been using this app along with a cycling bike in the gym and I’m OBSESSED! I get just as much motivation from the coaches on this app than I would in a class. The only downfall I see is that they don’t include touch backs or arm exercises like they would in a studio class. Anyway, definitely worth the subscription! I tried one running class too and that was just as great! (and I hate running)

Great for My Morning Workouts!. I bought my bike because I missed my spin classes at my gym. I invested in a decent bike because my intent was to go back after the gym opened back up and it was safe to attend my classes. I was not able to get quite the motivation I had with my gym instructor so I got this app to help. Well, I love this app with not only the cycling component but to accompany me with my treadmill with the interval running/walking/ jogging workouts. I cancelled one of my gym memberships, and I am going to continue to use this app to aide me with my morning workouts!

Better than Peloton. I started using a Peloton at a friend’s house about 4 years ago. Good workouts, but I didn’t necessarily ever ENJOY it. Partly because I despise cheesiness and video workouts always feel cheesy to me. But anyway, about 2 years ago I started going to a beats cycling studio in my city, and I LOVED IT. When we went into quarantine last year, I bought an indoor bike and desperately searched for a beats cycling app that doesn’t have cheesy videos... and this is it. Love love love. I also love the yoga and body weight boot camp workouts (also done to the beat of the music). Definitely give it a try!

Enjoying so far. I am in the free trial phase for the app. So far I enjoy it. I’ve only tried cycling since that is what I am specifically trying it out for. I do wish we could see the coach doing the exercise with us. Being new to cycling I am trying to learn form, especially when I am tired. I know that is when my form get worse. The coaches I have done classes with have done a decent job of verbally telling us just wish I had a visual. Other than that great app so far.

This App is a Game Changer!. I first discovered my love for spin class years ago when Soul Cycle launched in Los Angeles but In recent years, running a startup business has made attending spin classes virtually impossible. When my husband and I moved into a new community we gained access to a private, 24-7 spin studio in our building. On a quest to find my go-to app for on-demand cycling I tested all of the top apps and CycleCast was an instant favorite. The convenience and affordability was just what I was looking for. Now, squeezing in a 20 or 30 minute class with Jonathan has become my daily obsession.

Love Cardio Cast. I’ve done a lot of spin classes at the gym and this work out is just as good or better. I’ve been doing CardioCast spin workouts for about two years now. I can do it at home, in a hotel gym, anywhere. The instructors are great. The variety and music are great. I always get an awesome workout! They have rides anywhere from 20 - 60 minutes so I can do what I want based on the time I have. I highly recommend this app.

Obsessed with CycleCast. I wanted to get back into Spinning but it was difficult to make the classes at my gym. I found the CycleCast app by doing a search for best spin apps and tried the free 7 day trial. On day 8 I missed it and couldn’t wait to get back on the bike with CycleCast so I joined! I do it 2-3 times per week and have definitely gotten more fit in just about a month. Noel is my favorite instructor but I mix it up every week and I’ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend CycleCast!

Don’t know what I’d do without this app!!. I’ve done the cycling, outdoor running, and elliptical workouts on this app and they’re all wonderful! This app has saved me during covid with all of the studios and gyms being closed. I was on the fence between this app and the peloton app and am so pleased with the quality and variety of classes and instructors on cardio cast. Highly recommend!! Also shoutout to Jonathan Carlucci - he’s a fantastic instructor. 😄

When I can’t make the gym’s schedule. I started my free trial today and am ready to pay! My schedule doesn’t always allow me to make the cycle classes at my gym, making this app and program especially convenient and very, very good. I can use the spin classroom when there’s no class, and a $10 clip on phone holder attaches to the bike. My first 45 minute workout was fantastic, the music was great, the work was hard, I got sweaty and breathless, and I am ready to go again. Kevin Mondrick is so good!

Customer Support not there-updated. Customer support got ahold of me, and we got it all worked out, I changed my review from 2 starts to 4!! I have purchases the app via my Apple Pay account, when I look up my subscription it is current through Feb 2021, but when I go to use the app is prompts me to pay again, I emails customer service over a week ago and no response. I paid for an app I am unavailable to use AND I can’t get ahold of anyone to figure it out.

GREAT at-home workout!. I snagged a spin bike at a garage sale, not wanting to be able to work out at home but not knowing if I would have the time/energy to make spin playlists each time. (I work full-time at home with my child.) Then I found CycleCast! The music is great, the instructors are engaging, and I have the time to do it during naps/ on weekends without needing a huge chunk of time. I often just do 20 or 30 minute workouts and leave feeling refreshed and energized (which I have rarely felt since becoming a parent). Thank you, CycleCast!

Great app. I just downloaded the app a few days ago and now I’m addictive to cycle. I had always had a casual interest in it but this app makes taking a class so convenient. You can do it anytime you’re at the gym. I think the monthly subscription rate is a fair price for context updated weekly (less than the cost of two cycle classes at the gym) I would like a feature that might allow you to track your speed while on the bike (the bikes at my gym don’t have monitors on them) otherwise no complaints!

Great App (Volume Issues). I really love the variety of cycle times and music on Cycle Cast. I use the app almost every day, and it helped me lose over 10 pounds last month. The only issue is some of the instructors are really difficult to hear (using iPhone), otherwise it would be a 5 star app. On my hour long ride today I had to turn the music almost all the way down, while the instructor was on full volume. I hope this is fixed because the instructors are great motivators, and I also need the great music to keep the ride fun. :)

Great simple app!. I free trialed both the Cycle Cast and Peloton apps and decided to go with this one. One thing to note is that it’s just voice, not video like Peloton. I’m sure it states that very clearly somewhere but I wasn’t expecting it when I first tried it. In the end I like it better because I don’t compare myself with anyone else. I also like the instructors and music I’ve tried better. // UPDATE: I’ve been using it pretty consistently for 3 months and I love it even more! The 20 min workouts are much appreciated! //

Please add new classes to spin. I’ve been loving this app and mainly use for spin. My bf of 8 yrs was diagnosed with leukemia back in December so I’ve been working out at home due to him being immunocompromised. These classes have kept my sanity and faith in check. I thank the creators and instructors for these classes. All I ask is that there is some new content added because I’ve done every class and need to keep pushing myself. 🧡🧡

Best thing that came out of COVID-19 Quarantine. I discovered CardioCast and remembered my first ride with Kevin. I was in love❤️ I started doing the cycling because the gym is closed and I couldn’t go to my classes which put it down on my fitness. The coaches are all amazing and are different with their music, technique , and structure. They have great running intervals as well!As a marathon runner I really enjoy doing their interval runs to practice with speed✌🏼 I hope the community can grow, thank you cardio cast!!!!❤️💙

Just what I was looking for. I am really glad I found CardioCast. I’ve had technical difficulties with certain other spinning apps, and furthermore got really tired of hearing instructors talk about their hair and launching into undesired sermons, that they apparently thought were helpful, but were depressing, demoralizing, and irrelevant. I just want an intense cardio workout with invigorating fun music and instructors who motivate and keep me focused on the work out itself. And such a deal!

I don’t miss my spin class anymore. My gym shut down for Covid and even though it has reopened it offers fewer classes. I really missed my spin class and cardio cast allows me to go into the spin room and take an instructor lead class whenever I want! I love that it is audio only so I can put in my AirPods and choose an instructor and class length and spin to my heart’s content. They offer a variety of music styles and length of classes which update frequently so each time it’s a new class.

Exactly What I Was Looking For. I’ve tried several audio exercise apps and none kept me motivated. So so happy I found this app. Now I am done looking. THIS IS IT! The workouts being updated daily with great music and excellent coaches who are inspiring me but not annoying me (you wouldn’t believe what I’ve listened to) has helped me achieve my best stats for runs and treadmill. I get such a great workout and LOVE the music. Please keep the variety going. I’M IN!

Works well, getting used to the sport. Spinning is a great workout, and the instructor role is critical. One gets the impression that these sessions are being used in a video as well as audio environment. My version is audio, and avoids the incredible streaming problem I had with Peloton (I quit Peloton after 3 days). The Cardio instructors are quite capable and entertaining, but I tend to miss instructions that are based on visual cues which is frustrating. I get a great workout, and it takes place (for me) in 20-30 minutes. Works for me, but remind the instructors that we can’t see them.

Good app but why the constant log in?. I’ve used this app for at least 10 rides now and it works pretty well. I took 2 stars off due to log out issues. Almost every time I use the app I have to log back in. Even if I used it just the day before I have to log in the very next day. App is up to date and it still happens. The log in doesn’t prompt for Apple to save the login/password either which is annoying. Not totally sure why I even need to log in, I just want the instructor guidance and the App Store tracks the subscription fees. It sounds like a small issue but it’s very annoying to log in every time you launch the app.

Glad I found this app!. I like this app because it brings the music and motivation of a spin class to my home, with a much more flexible schedule. I like being able to choose the time frame and the instructor, and it is a nice that you can adjust the instructor’s voice separately from the music. I am primarily an outdoor cyclist, and while this app doesn’t necessarily provide the most targeted workouts for specific cycling goals, it helps keep me motivated and in shape during the colder months.

Worth your time and money. I’m a 67 year old woman who does not want to go to a gym. Have had my spin cycle for a year and used it occasionally. Couple of weeks ago I tried the 7 day free trial and have since joined. I’ve used the app about 7 times now. I’m hooked. Love the variety of instructors and music. Get a great workout and can get on with my day. Have not tried the walking portion but looking forward to it. Have recommended this to friends.

It's exactly what you're looking for. This is a fine app. You're looking for a cycling class in an app, right? Well this is it. I'm not sure what more you could want; there's training options, music syncs to the instructor, it's reasonably priced. The only complaint I have is the prompts sound a bit awkward in that they sound like they were recorded in a sound studio with the people talking right into your ear. The instructor isn't yelling passionately at you-- the words are there, but the delivery is not. If they could just make it sound more like I'm in a gym/like they're yelling more for me to get to it, it'd make things better (maybe just have a yell/not yelling toggle; record them twice for those who have a preference-- not just the volume switch that's there). That aside, it's perfectly fine and is exactly what I was looking for.

Great cycling app. This is a great app and is just as good a peloton if you don’t need a video coach. The selection of coaches is excellent and the rides are moderate to challenging. I only give it four stars because I wish the app features included a way to delete or edit ride history information for accuracy. And also a visual that lets you know which ride you chose (30, 45, 60 etc). It’s not a great app for truly technical riders but good for the diy it home cyclist looking to mix up cardio routines.

Great workouts at a great price. I originally download this for the cycle classes. I have my own spin bike at home but I just needed a class/instructor environment from time to time. The music is great and you can adjust the length of your class. As a Mom of two little humans, the ability to get a quick 20 min workout in is a game changer. I just did my first body weight/cardio class and it was great. No equipment needed and great directions/instructions to follow.

You guys ROCK. Ok, lemme just say I bought the MYX bike through Beachbody along with Bodi and have been sorely disappointed with the spin workouts they offer. It’s clear their instructors just don’t get what spinning is supposed to be. THEY ALL NEED TO TAKE LESSONS FROM JONATHAN CARLUCCI. He has single-handedly saved my usefulness for this bike. I love his music, how he syncs his workouts, and his coaching. And the app is very affordable, much cheaper than Bodi membership. I’m sure the other workouts on this app are just as great, but Jonathan’s workouts have won my heart! Thank you!

I LURV this app!!!. I can count on one hand the amount of app reviews I have written, that’s how much I love CycleCast. My schedule is erratic and I’m always traveling, so I’m always losing money on studio memberships. With this, all I need is a stationery bike and I can get my workout in just about anywhere in the world. And the music is so on point that it also works great for running! When they say push, I up the pace, when they say back off I slow down. I lurv it!!!!

Best thing I have done this year. Riding my Keiser spin bike at home can be....well, dull. There is only so much you can do to motivate yourself through an hour of a solo spin workout. I wish it had a video interface option for a more interactive experience, but the audio instructors give you good guidance to challenge yourself and still get a great workout. Several different guided workouts/instructors are available. If you’re self motivated, this is an affordable option to beat the boredom.

Fantastic App- something for everyone!. Five stars! I just finished a 30 minute beats ride with Danielle and it was just perfect - the real motivation for finally writing a review after using the app for 2 years! I use the app for spinning, the elliptical (it’s the only way I can stand it!), the treadmill runs, and the outdoor walk/jogs. There are multiple genres of music, and everything is modifiable if you have limitations. I highly recommend it!

Love this app. I recently bought a spin bike, but it had been tough to get motivated and stay motivated to hustle through a whole hour by myself. CycleCast has completely changed that. The instructors keep me on track and the music is great. I look forward to spinning now because of this app and it’s way cheaper than paying for spin classes at a studio. I feel like I get just as much, if not more, out of my workouts with cyclecast as I do in an expensive gym.

Love it!. I bought myself a Spin bike for Christmas and tried doing classes myself for a few months, but just couldn’t get very motivated. Then I stumbled across Cyclecast and fell in love with the Beats rides! I’m very music-driven, so they’re perfect for me. Shanda and Noel are my favorites, and I love that I can squeeze in just a 20 minute ride when I’m short on time. At first I was a bit thrown because of having nothing to look at, but I don’t even think about it anymore while I’m busy dripping sweat. Love this app so much!

Best spinning app!. I’ve subscribed to so many at home fitness apps and this is my favorite for spinning by a mile. With other apps that offered spinning the music was uninspiring or it took me forever to chose a workout that had good music. I know any spinning workout I pick on cyclecast will be a great workout with motivating music. This is very much like a live spinning class, but on my own time (plus I can dance in my saddle without anyone seeing me). It takes 20 seconds to open the app and pick a fantastic workout!

Love, love, love cardiocast!. Since the pandemic began, I have not been able to go to the spinning classes that I loved so much. I thought nothing could replace that, and then I found cardiocast! I never thought I could love just spinning by myself with only audio - but the instructors are so amazing and the music so inspiring that the time flies. And now I discovered jogging again because of the great cardiocast walking and jogging tapes. And the yoga stretch. Thank you, cardiocast for making exercise fun - even at home.

LOVE IT, but room for improvement. This app is great. I’ve been spinning for years and it gives me the flexibility to workout anytime. There are no exclusive hip hop instructors which I would love. It would also be nice if the screen showed positioning. Also-I’ve only done a few rides but I really like more choreography to the rides (jumps, breakaways) and I feel like there are a lot of “one move one” song rides. Overall, it’s worth it if you don’t want to pay for spin classes and have to workout super early in the AM like me

Sets you up for success. I love CardioCast. There are so many benefits to working out with CardioCast...The positive affirmations that the coaches encourage “Yes I can, yes I am”, encouragement when you want to quit because you’re legs are screaming, each workout being different, music being chosen for you, the variation in length of workout, etc. I haven’t even tried anything other than the cycling!

LOVE this app. I’m absolutely obsessed with this app. I started classes with Jonathan and never switched teachers because I love his classes so much. Using this app is so much better than going to a studio or gym! You get to do it on your own time, in your own space, for however long or short you want. And it’s so cheap! It would be at least 10$ for a single class if you were to go to a spin studio. Can’t say enough great things about this app and Jonathan.

Great for traveling professionals!. This app is incredible for on-the-go people who have inconsistent work schedules or who are often on the road. As a runner, I always relied on jogging when I couldn’t get to a class. But then after suffering a minor injury that forced me to take a break from the impacts of long-distance running, this app totally helped keep me on track, and I now I absolutely love pounding out some stress on a spinning bike a couple of days a week.

Great at home workout. This app took some getting used to as there is nothing to look at other than the walls of my at home workout room and the timer on the screen of how much time has lapsed. After about three workouts, I have learned to love this app!! Specifically, Noel keeps me focused and engaged in her chapters of each ride. Feeling exhausted and drenched with sweat at the end of each ride makes me appreciate this app and I don’t miss the classroom spin anymore!

Personal coaching game changer. I’ve hit a life-changing workout streak and have had CardioCast in my ear all along the way. My fave is Jonathan Carlucci’s spin workouts, and the music along with the personal motivation take me back to my favorite in-person spin workouts. The music pumps, the instruction/ coaching guidance is clear. Totally worth the subscription! I’ve just added rowing to my routine and couldn’t have hit the goal markers without the coaches.

Absolutely Obsessed With CycleCast!!. This app has saved my life! Over the past 2 years I went from being at the gym twice a day to not being able to make it out of my car because of anxiety. I've missed my spin classes so much and this app has allowed me to get back into it since there is a spin bike at my apartment. I'm starting to gain my confidence back and thoroughly enjoy the upbeat challenge offered by the instructors on this app! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Great Fitness & Cycling App. I’ve been subscribing for about 3 years since the days when this was Cyclecast. I was fortunate to get a home spin bike 6 months before the pandemic and coaches Rachel & Noël have been a godsend! When they switched to CardioCast, I was at first apprehensive preferring spin or outdoor biking. Then one Minnesota winter day I bundled up, went outside walking with headphones & tuned in Amanda...WOW, how fun is that!! I can’t believe I actually am doing some cross training!! Thanks for getting me through the pandemic winter!

GREAT Workout. A long time before I found CycleCast I knew I preferred to pedal to the beat. I was so happy to see that CycleCast instructors make Beats Rides!! They choose fantastic music and the tempo/rpm changes enough song to song to keep it interesting. I have never done a studio class with this much good music. If music gives you energy in a workout, you owe it to yourself to try a CycleCast ride. But it’s not all about the music. I love Noelle. She encourages you to take responsibility for your own workout. What’s your intention? What do you want out of this hour of your day? Noelle also maps out the workout for you so know how many more intervals you have before a recovery. All in all the instruction to cycle to the beat (which varies a lot) dial up or down the resistance and to push past the beat in intervals adds up to a great workout.

Quality classes with some app problems. I love having the ability to turn up the music and turn down the instructor’s voice. The spin classes are great. I wish they listed each song on the playlist so I can decide if I want to take the class. I tried starting the class to hear the songs and then decide but when I hit end, the class disappeared from the list. I was so disappointed because I wanted to take the class and now it is gone. I wish we had the power to choose and retake a class that we like.

A Spin Class In Your Pocket. Real cycling instructors record new classes every week, complete with fresh tracks and guidance. You just get on a spin bike at your local gym, pick a favorite instructor and the desired class duration (20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes), and start cycling. The instructors are all very experienced, and the overall experience is pretty much identical to taking a spin class - except you can take it anytime and as often as you like. Highly recommended!
