Nice but confusing. I get alerts but offers no action on constant alerts of phishing all from the same location site.

Great app. Really needed protection features. Very smooth to use.

User Friendly App. Easy setup with a nice clean interface and the best protection covering the most critical areas. I like my privacy and it first was concerned about how much of that I was going to give up. Lookout assured me that my private life was mine and there job was to protect not invade my privacy. Lookout followed through and did exactly that plus gave me a peace of mind knowing they had my back.

No dates. Still no ability to stay compliant with software connectivity. This has been an ongoing issue and no resolution with every attempt at correcting the error message. This is not how a requirement should operate.

Where is my Lookout. I LOVE the Lookout but the app doesn’t love me I used to pay the whole yr upfront for 7 yrs now the one I paid a yr for kept put me at Basic even tho I paid for premium plus calls went unanswered to the company as well as text so I had to sign up again now I will only go Monthly just in case something goes wrong well pretty fast it went wrong it doesn’t show as the VPN anymore it’s now just a proxy so I had to go get Active Amor from att and lookout just aides the active Amor so I deleted the active amor to stay with my 1st true love Lookout but alas my love leaves me wanting now it won’t even DL right so I fear I might have to drop my 1st love I pay 9.99mo active armor is 3.99 if Lookout was still just the back for AA I’d be willing to still pay for both but now it’s actually not working at all Please Help I really want to keep Lookout I’d still like to pay a yr but I’d be really sad had I paid it all upfront and it stop working plz help me thank you Patti I still Love the app

Doesn’t work. Can’t open teams or outlook email, despite my company’s IT department working with Microsoft directly to address the issue.

Blocks everything. Including maps and iMessage And it does not allow for vpn to be turned off when on trusted network

Great program well made !!!. Good job on the privacy features I’m admin but one of the coolest bosses you will ever have !!!!! I don’t care what my employees are browsing or doing as long as the work of the day is thorough and complete to the speciation and demands of our company’s standards of excellence !!!!

Get off my phone!. I don’t work for the organization sponsoring this app. I have deleted it numerous times and I STILL get constant notifications to reinstall. This program IS THE PROBLEM.

Can’t turn it off. Slows everything I do. Why can’t it stay off? It slows down everything I do. Search on Google. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Turn of. Look vpn. Refresh. Boom loads right away.

Doesn’t update without WiFi. You have to connect to WiFi regularly or it won’t update and you get locked out of applications.

High battery usage. 19% of my battery used last charged with this pointless app. Someone tell my IT department this is a bloatware scam app and it isn’t needed.

Slows device significantly. This service slows down device and app speed. It slows down download speed and internet browser speed.

iMessage. Why aren’t you blocking the iMessage that are clearly phishing?

Good product. iPhone 12 Pro was heating up - during use, killing the battery quickly. After install lookout work, the unit - went back to normal & charging quickly... Thank you

Botches up app operations. We have constant random problems with LookOut botching up communications in mobile apps. Delete LookOut and magically things like FaceTime and Zoom don’t have an issue. Any time we have an app problem with networking, we delete lookout first to see if it is the cause. I’d call LookOut a duncil if it were not for the fact that it actually does harm to the user’s operations.

Forced. My employer makes me keep this app on my phone. It drains 20%+ of my battery daily. Doing nothing that Apple doesn’t already do. Forced to use and hate it.

Not recognizing iOS update. Using auto update on iPhone but app gives operating system out of date error

Lookout for work. Constantly interrupting with connection and not allowing disconnect. Not a great app

VPN issue. When the VPN is connected the phone become very limited in what apps work.

Audit check doesn’t recognize changes. My Lookout Work app is perpetually telling me to delete an app I removed over a week ago. I even went through multiple rounds of hard resets and reinstalling everything, but it just keeps failing.

Actually works. I have my business information compromised several times. And never once has any other VPN stopped someone. At least twice Look out has notified me in time to stop a compromise. None if the other 6 i paid for seem to do much. A

Disappointed. In two months I have had the white screen of endless opening happen 3 separate times. It is preventing me from accessing my work emails and other messages I need.

Junk. This turns my internet off even after I corrected the issue.

Alerts. Should not send back to back to back alerts at 2:30am when phone/computer is not in use.

App causes my phone to overheat. Since having this app I can no longer use it to read articles. In just a few minutes it causes my phone to get so hot I can’t hold it.

Great. Easy to use fast

Easy, great to know I’m protected. Our cybersecurity adviser TEKRiSQ had us install this on our phones, and it took seconds. Too easy. It runs in the background and keeps us safe.

Phone not working now. I installed all this vpn stuff on my phone to protect my privacy, and all it’s done is cause my phone to not be able to open apps I already had on my phone and emails I’m not getting and lots of connection issues. Not worth it

Some apps no longer work. Goodrx stopped working once I installed Lookout work. Now I'll have to check all my other apps.

App not refreshing. After receiving a warning in a riskware app, I deleted it from my phone and the app never acknowledged I deleted it. I couldn’t access my corporate services. A total nightmare.

Confused. This app is hard to understand and doesn’t really show security threats and sources…this is nonsense to me…I don’t like it and I’m removing it from my phone…THEY WANT ACCESS TO ALL APPS…EVEN MY PHOTOS…WHY???

“Safe Browsing” VPN causes major issues. The built in VPN is horrible it blocks google voice, IOS updates, Safe websites and all sorts of other stuff that it shouldn’t. According to the lookout web page the VPN was removed from IOS. and replaced with a better safe browsing method. However it is still on my phone causing problems.

Makes me compliant to access work email. Slows everything down.. I installed this as a compliance thing to be able to access work emails on the go. Pretty sure it’s not worth it.

Slow. Since loading this device the mobile runs slow on most apps. A reboot helps but then goes slow again

Massive lag. It takes 3-5days for app to understand that the requirements are met. It blocked my device for many days Bec it decided that one of the apps which was installed for years on the device no longer safe, i immediately deleted it as instructed but took days for the app to realise that no mater how many times I run the scan despite that max 24hrs Period promised .. it’s horrible

Slooooow. - Every time you wake up from sleep mode, it has to renegotiate the VPN again. - Interferes with wifi captive portals

Huge lag. Everytime an app is opened, there is a huge lag and it takes few seconds for it to work. An annoying workaround is to turn VPN in settings and app works straight away, although VPN connects again few seconds later.

Censorship garbage app. This app started blocking certain podcast from the apple podcast app. Absolute garbage. Deleted this app after a day my employer I stalled it.

Possibly effective but clumsy setup. It prevents data to be transferred from completely harmless and daily apps and sites. Lots of times Outlook email won’t be pushed through. I toggle the Radio button off, which immediately makes things operate smoothly, only for it to turn itself back on within a moment. I’m not sure how well it performed against threats, it didn’t report many. I’d give it a go if they fixed it. When I went to send them feedback via their App, it opened a dialogue email box but kept the To field empty with zero indication of who to send it to.
