Working well until now. No connection and app support sends me to a form on a site. When I put the required info in - it tells me that my name ( which I have completed) must be more than 3 letters. How do I get support for my connection not working ?

Works great. I am satisfied with the Secure VPN application as an adjunct to my Avast security program. Sometimes it gets a little slow, but not usually for very long. Occasionally an online site will recognize a change from my Massachusetts location to UAE and issue an identity challenge, i.e. a security question. However this is a minor inconvenience compared to the added security which comes from utilizing. VPN. Lately I have been losing my "always on" connection and have to check it every time I log on.

Slow Internet. Slow downs my internet browsing and internet apps

App is failing. Doesn’t even provide the button to connect to vpn servers when opening the app now. Way to reward your yearly subscribers with this succubus of an app that is just grifting our hard earned dollars away. The developers should be ashamed; pathetic.

no customer service. I am subscribe to the annual subscription. However, I could not get into the customer service after I have trouble connecting more device. Especially the guidance in the website is not working. I really need this to be working on my phone. But if there is no response within this week. I am going to cancel. Thank you

Difficult cancelation. It did work, but at the same time I am quite disappointed with the fact that I tried to cancel the subscription, sent a message to the app support and never got an answer back and no cancelation was done. Besides that, it does not appear on the iPhone subscriptions, so I was just being surprised with a payment every year.

Logs?. Any VPN that keeps logs isn't secure. It tracks you. This VPN doesn't address that.......and even with no logging short sessions are worthless.

Can’t cancel. I’m trying to cancel bc I needed a server in a specific location. Sent 2 requests via their site plus 1 email. Crickets. I guess support isn’t 24/7 as advertised.

No existent customer support. I am a paying customer and my emails to their "customer support" have gone unanswered. It says 24/7 support on their website, thats a lie. Ive been trying to remove a device from the five that are allowed. Nothing on their website. Useless

Slow. I don’t know if it was because first 3 day trial or what but when I connect to WiFi at work if disconnects and make it insecure. Another thing when I try to add it to the MacBook Pro, it cannot find the computer nor does it have a link or system where your Apple ID will be on the MacBook but for iPad and iPhone great. On the MacBook can’t even get on safari and sometimes my keyboard would not type at all.

The best VPN. Honestly through all the VPN applications I think this one covers most of the adds. it without touching any websites that u are using blocks unnecessary content which allows you to save a lot of megabytes and data, speed up your working process online and enjoy fast and the rapid results without annoying pop ups

Secure and cheap is what I wanted. IPSec is what I got! Using free for now as I find out how often I need it I may upgrade. A really simple interface easy to use and on demand as I need to secure my data! I think it's the best one I've used so far!

Developer isn’t answering. I accidentally renew subscription. After that I asked for return inside the app twice and developer didn’t answer me after a month of waiting. Horrible service.

Why not just put adds on this and make it free?. I'm annoyed at the fact that this is so limited. I am never going to pay monthly for a vpn that isn't going to work for Netflix after a while. It's a waste of money! Give more flexibility for free users! Just put adds on it

They hack you. This vpn is fake all it does is hacks your stuff I just woke up and got my phone and it even said that it is not trusted and that it got into my google DONT get this app!!!
