Poor Portfolio Functionality. I only use the app to track my progress for systems I put together. So my main beef is with the portfolio functionality for IOS. It’s awful. I constantly have to close the app and reopen it. It freezes, doesn’t respond to touch, and doesn’t navigate well. I understand that it is free, and I believe there is a paid version. I wouldn’t pay for the paid version because of the functionality of the free version. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Follow-up on Landscape Mode. Thank you for replying back on the known landscape mode issue. I’m sure your development team will figure it out on the next update. Looking forward to the update!

Nice handy app!. This ios app is very useful and handy for stating the economic calendar. I like the time feature that shows when an event occurred and how long to the next event of interest!

Been using myfxbook since highschool. It hasn't changed much however it's been very reliable and so far haven't had any issues. I keep missing the contests but over all the user interface is simple to use. Of course, it's not 5 stars because there are some improvements that can be made here and there; but overall, it's a great tool to use for fundamental trading styles. 9/10 Would recommend 👌

Great app. Have to update little bit more in real time the percentage and imclude the compare table, but instead of that everything is fine

Weak and outdated. Nice to have the app and all, but it seems like it was written in 2012 and hasn’t been updated since then. It’s so much weaker than the website (which could also use a healthy rework), and looks outdated. This app is only worth using if you’re already using Myfxbook, but if you’re not, I wouldn’t put it at the top of your short list.

Best way to show fam and friends my progress!!!. They have been watching me for a while. This third party verified site gives me the tool To bring on many more forex investors being a teacher of these arts 😉

Calculator doesn’t work properly. The position size calculator was the only reason I downloaded this app. It doesn’t seem to work properly. For instance, if I choose USD as my currency but want to calculate trade idea doe AUDCHF, it gives me numbers for USDCHF. The only way I get numbers fro AUDCHF is if I change my currency to AUD, which then it gives me my risk in Australian dollars (which I’m not using). I’ve tested this with other currencies and it’s doing the same. Please update and fix this for us. The calculator is GREAT if it works! Thanks!

Good app for tracking news on the go. This is a good app. Works as it should, for the most part. Shows the economic events that matter. I'm docking a star because notifications lag the actual event by an hour or sometimes more! What's the point of being notified of an event if it happened two-three hours and I've missed out on the action? Create a setting or options for reminders/notifications (5 mins, 15 m, 30m) and this will go from being a good app to being a great app.

Useful, easy to use and simple. I wavered between 4 and 5 stars, and I went with 5 because, while not perfect (nothing is), it's one of the better ones out there.

Fundamental events specialty. The app is absolutely a great site for event and is reliable source that can notify you when events are going on and it doesn't have any issues, works perfectly, I love it

Wish it showed how long ago. Instead of showing “done” after news drops can you say how many minutes have passed up to an hour at least? Amazing other wise!!

Wish the app had more functionality like the website. Overall, I love myFXbook because I can see valuable account information quickly from my phone without having to go to their website. My only complaint is that you cannot change what the widget and chart shows you. You can only see %gain when I want to see how much $ money I have made from each account everyday. Seems like a simple fix and it would make tracking my account so much easier. I don’t use much else on the app so I can’t speak to that but it is nice to have your entire portfolio in one tracking app.

Best Forex News on the Go. Just discovered Myfxbook and it has been a realGame-changer for all my fx news and tools, with every bit making me a better trader

App as good as Online Version. I have used Myfxbook for a few years on my computer but only recently the app. This is extremely useful as I travel a great deal. I have found app as functional as online version and hence the five stars.

Poor alerts. Although the calendar has all of the news available when you set alerts you are never notified. My settings are optimized for alerts yet I never receive anything before news is released nor at the time of. Also when compared to other news sources there is inconsistency on what level of impact it would have.

Unnecessary ads!. They were slower before but now they are faster. But the only problem I and my fellow traders have with this app is the unnecessary Ads that pops up. It would have been more professional and classic if the App can do without those Ads.

Alarm news. Please make a alarm before news (30mins before example) not for the present time,thanks for youre attention🙏🏻

Great app. This app has been very useful to me. News breaking events that gives my up to the seconds release time. It helps me gain a lot of PIPS. I’m giving it an extra star ⭐️

Great app worst load time ever. I’ve been using this app for abt a year …. Great information especially if you’re a trader horrible load times if your a trader. We need something quick that way we get the best possible entry points however sometimes it’ll take up to 5 min to load and then sometimes I’ll have to refresh several times before it comes up.

Hasn’t updated in 3 weeks. I like the app but it stopped updating on April 29, 2021. The website version also stopped updating. Other than this issue the information on the app is great to see my progress.

So slow loading iOS iPhone / iPad. This app is very basic at best. Loads painfully slow. Anything at the top of the screen is unable to be clicked. It’s like the app has dead space at top. I was excited to download. But have been underwhelmed so far. Has great potential. Just misses the mark as currently developed and released.

Time zones. Counting the hours back to figure out how many hours before a red folder news will happen is a bit much. I am not able to find where I can set the time zone so it reflects the actual time of the event, as the other news alert site I use does. It would be helpful if you can tell me how to do this, or make the adjustment within your app. TY

Highly recommend. Definitely recommend downloading if you are a forex trader. You can see when news drops and we all know what that means.

Data. This data is important if you can read it.

Good, but…. This app needs: - A dark mode. I don’t always want a bright white screen in my face when I’m checking my accounts. - Better charting, like the website. I want to be able to see charts for profit and drawdown, not just growth. - More statistics, like the website. I want to be able to see all the statistics in the app which are displayed on the site. - A portfolio view. This is self-explanatory. It is visually convenient.

Best app for checking up on the news. It gives a lot of good information about the news and how the news can affect the overall market.

It’s functional - to the point. I mean it’s a news app and I’m sure even with a ton of features as retail traders we only wanna see the economic calendar which does a pretty awesome job of delivering those pieces of data like clock work. So, it’s pretty function and to the point.

Good but. This app is very informative and really useful but the problem is it is very slow and it crashes most of the time which is very annoying, if the developers could fix this then I would give it 5 stars.

Essential App. MyFxbook is a very important tool for any trader out there. Anyone trading the currency market can use it to keep track of their trading journey. My problem with this app is that I do find it difficult to login please the developers should work on that as sides from that MyFxbook is a great app.

This app takes so long to load on iPad. It’s almost instantaneous on my iPhone but it takes up to 5-7 minutes fore the app to load up on my iPad, tried it on 4 different networks and it’s still takes a very long time to load

Works great mostly. Has been working without problems for months, then something changes and it needs reinstalling as it show “no events”. Have contacted support already about it.

The biggest issue I think is just navigation, it can be laggy with some buttons. The best feature in this app to me is the economic calendar/news. You get the notification very, very fast; faster than any other app I've used. The most annoying issue is on the iPad, the app doesn't go horizontal making it the main reason I don't use it as much as I could. Fix the button response time and horizontal viewing and I'd give it 5 stars.

Not working for iPhone 13. App is buggy. When I try to use notifications it tells me to log in. I log in and then it won’t let me select the news for tomorrow or this week. I had to uninstall and reinstall in order to check the news. Tried to log in again to get notifications and the same thing happened so I’m unable to use the notifications feature entirely. Will change my rating if they fix the bug. Update the next day: came back to the app and it won’t let me select yesterday’s tomorrow or this week news tab at the top. Had to uninstall and reinstall again to get it to work. Please read this and try to fix this but.

My best news app BUT…. Fx book is my overall best Fx news app. I like the interface and how timely and simple it is. No other app meets this yet….but the issue I have with this app is there have been many times it just refuses to open. Like it escapes from the screen when you try to open it. Looks like it has be fixed it though, because it’s now working fine. It should be five star rating, but I gave 4 star because if that. If it continues to be this good and doesn’t escape from the screen, I’ll be back to given it 5 star. 👍🏻

MyFX experience. App definitely makes reviewing account data easy and quick. The only drawback is it has a refresh button but doesn’t actually refresh and at times may go >3hrs before it updates to match account activity.

Perfect. Just what i needed! Perfect for tracking stats and checking news. Would recommend.

Love the calculator. Note, that I only use this app for the calculator because all the other information that I need for my personal trading style I get on my charts. The calculator works great. Risk management is a really big deal for me so I always calculate how much risk I should be taking before placing an order. I like that I can indicate the percentage of the my account risk I am willing to make.

Pretty decent. Not bad gives plenty of information, for some reason it takes a long time to load. It would really be nice to have a running clock that shows the times for each session.

Easy to use. Good interface and simple to use. News updates and notifications are nice. Can take a little while to load at times. But it serves it purpose nicely.

Easy and reliable. I use this mostly for the news reports. So handy to see what’s happening right away to keep you from getting caught in a lousy trade

Great for the most part. Love myfxbook It’s great to be able to track my trades and overall performance for the month ... however it’s very slow and could realllyy use an update. Ads are also getting a little crass. Kinda don’t want ads about matching up with Asian women in my local area as I analyze my trades. I find it really degrades the brand.

Solid. Solid app. I can see improvement have been made towards the responsiveness of the calendar and moving from next day to weekly view, etc. used to be a pain to touch an option multiple times before it was selected. This is my go to for forex calendar and account tracking. The app just looks a bit dated IMO but it’s my primary for Forex calendar and account overview. Context!!

Can I rate -1 star???. I deleted this app because I could not navigate off default tabs. For instance, the economic calendar defaults to Today. No problem. But what if I want to see tomorrow? Nope. I could not look at Tomorrow’s tab. I can see my Portfolio of demo and live accounts. But why is it that I can only open the demo accounts that have been closed? And even then I can only view the default tab. My current live and demo accounts I can’t even open to view. DELETED

So far so good. Economic number releases are far more timely than many if not most other economic calendar apps. I just installed this app today and I uninstalled most of my other economic calendar apps.

Awesome calculator. I love the compound interest calculator. You don’t need to read how the compound interest works. It is a self explanatory calculator when you read the columns and the benefits and how you get benefits when you use it in real life. Thanks a lot for creating an easy to understand calculator!!!

Good but buggy. I love this site but it has a lot of bugs. I’m on the paid version for live updates and the “live” portion breaks a lot resulting in a lot of emails to support with no long term fix in sight. This past week there was a bug where profit was not calculated correctly. It’s a lot of bugs.

Web app has more function. The Apple app is ok for very basic checking of your account position. Appears to be very limited in functionality compared to the web based version accessed through your pc or mac computer. I will keep the app in hope that it gets developed to a level on par with the online version.

Brilliant tool. Myfxbook is invaluable for anyone learning to understand the complex forex world, cfd market, etc. The app is old looking, not using the recent iOS9 bells and whistles but does a very proper job at showing how well your systems are performing. Recently discovered the ability to set custom notifications for your systems, which means I don't have to babysit them that closely anymore. Most developers would charge for this, not myfxbook. I can't believe apparently no one is using this or rating it. One star deducted to update the UI and have the push notifications of the economic calendar share more details. (Actual, consensus, prev and impact assessment) Keep up the good work. Cheers

Almost perfect. Only request would be to have the actual time of an event (in my selected time zone) on the main screen, not just how long until it happens.

Trading Stats. It is very important to have trading statistics. The auto update would be better if it updated more often. However I use this as part of my daily routine to center myself around the strategic goals for my trading.

Pretty good except one major flaw. To the developers - your apps great. Except you have one major flaw you need to address. The economic calendar needs to be synced to the Timezone in which the user is in. It always shows the incorrect count down times for news. Randomly it will self correct, but in general it’s always incorrect. Please fix this and you have a 5 star app.

Getting started?. Hi App developers. I’m new to using this but my first impression is that it takes forever (if ever!) to load. Of the 10 or so times I have tried to open it, it has only started successfully 2 times. I cannot think why this would be!!?!

Good. The program is great for looking at history and stats to see how you successful you are and trends that you maybe not normally notice. Would be great if it updated from MetaTrader 5 every 6-12hours.

Has issues which renders it useless. The actual concept is great, however the app AND the site version is useless as it may log a part of your trading history but then stops communicating with your account giving you no further data. POINTLESS!!!

Not working. I have been using this app for 2 months it was great but I haven’t received an update since Oct 14th. I emailed about 4 times and only once I received a response, but since then myfxbook is still at Oct 14th.

Right on time.. A must have app for all forex traders. Accurate and on time notifications.

It doesn’t work. The FX account copyist doesn’t work and when I’ve emailed the company they don’t reply and so it’s providing false information about my account.

Unreliable. Data goes in and out, sometimes you get a great feed of everything you need to know with alerts and summaries. Other times you get ‘no data’ on every page with no way to fix it but wait for it to start working again. Great app if it wasnt so unreliable.

Missing Details. The app is ok for a quick overview, but is missing much of the useful stats. Prices are only shown to 4 decimal places, instead of the 5 used by most brokers. Detailed stats are also not shown. This is frustrating as the website has none of these drawbacks. Also, the constant nagging for a review is annoying.

Difficulty linking my account. At first everything worked well and whenever I submitted a trade everything automatically uploaded so I could see my pip count and everything now that I went live I can’t get my account to connect. Very frustrating

Website Useful, App Is Trash. The website is very useful, but the app is TERRIBLE. You have to tap the buttons for about a minute (literally) to get to a different page. You’re better off using the website or mobile browser version.

Max login attempts reached after just signing up. Just made an account from the computer, activated email and successfully signed in from computer after linking my MT4 Account. Want to login for the first time on the app and after the very first try i get this message saying max login attempts reached when everything is correct.. terrible first experience with this app

App keep shutting down. I want to attempt to try the app out, but every time I open it on my iPhone, it shutdown within 10seconds. Hopefully the developer can fix this bug issue and I can give a full review.

Buggy. Takes forever to load

Unreliable. Updates lag and refresh is slow. Two very critical gaps. Despite repeated requests to support team nothing gets done. They are not serious about what they do it seems. Support asks me to keep reinstalling when I report. But the app acts up within a day or two of the reinstall. Pretty useless and lots of alternative platforms out there too.

Going backwards. Started off good a few months ago. Now it shows duplicate calendar entries over adjacent days. Takes ages to load. Does not show news results when it has been announced/released. Sentiment/outlook does not expand with more info when tapped. Overall a bad experience.

Very laggy. I love this app, but it takes wayyy too long to start up, no less than 5/6 minutes. When it’s up, it’s very laggy, I can’t switch to other news events without it lagging

One thing missing. Very good app, super helpful. The only thing I can’t seem to find is percentage of winning trades and losing trades. Add that feature and this is a 5 star app.

DO NOT UPDATE! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!. These scabby greedy dastarbs! They don’t even warn you that you’re now going to be visually mind-crammed with their new ad system! This update forces you to have ads pop up now consistently when trying to view the calendar; the only way to remove ads is a $2.50 a month subscription! The previous version didn’t even have ads! DO NOT UPDATE!

When it works. Love this app on my iPhone. Would be awesome if it worked on the iPad. None of the menu items are selectable for me on iPad. I click it and it does nothing. Sometimes the text doesn’t load when I select an event as well.

Tracking my demo. I really like that I can connect my account to track it so I can view a line graph on how my is growing.

Great for look backs. Very informative. I like how I can track my percents along with all my trades. I believe this is a great app for all traders new and seasoned because it helps with journaling trades.

Never opened. Im on a iphone 11 pro max and it took so long to open that i went to sleep for 8 hours and came back to my phone to see that it was still loading. Awful

Developers work on the reliabilty. The only reason I give it a 3 star is for reliability issues. Other then that it is awesome app highly recomended!

Stuck in Portrait Mode. The app no longer switches from portrait to landscape mode on either iphone or ipad. I've only ever used this app on landscape mode on my ipad to it's important that this is remedied!
