Awesome App and People. The team that assists in set up is great and hands on with video streaming and live demos, the set up and function is quick and painless. The results for our purpose of improved more efficient communication have been better than expected!

Vital to my business!. This App is a vital and crucial part of my business! It has effectively grown my business by allowing me to manage many clients and conversations at one time on my personal phone with a second number! Even better than the app is the customer service, absolutely 5 star without a doubt.

Easy to use and keeps all my client communication organized.. I love the ability to group clients and communicate with them through lists. Using a phone number phone number different from my personal number is a nice bonus. Highly recommended.

No Satisfaction. Paid for Pro Subscription $239 via Apple Store, supposed to have 2500 Texts monthly. Logged in, tried to send first message and site said I had reached the threshold of allowed messages and that I would be charged per message without ever having used app(?)! When I spoke to HeyMarket support, I was informed I needed to cancel Subscription with Apple and buy through them (?)! Support ticket took 3 days to chat with 2-3 hrs between chat message responses, and still NO satisfaction or resolution from Hey Market as to what to do between now and when Apple May or may not reimburse for payment. Reached out to HeyMarket sales contact 2 days ago with NO response. Bad service, great concept but not worth the hassle.

Customer updates. Finally an app I can use to text multiple customers at the same time. I have a constant need to reach out to them with updates. This app makes it super easy to do that. Works like a charm :)

Great App but price high. I've had the chance to try this app for over a month now. Last week or so it's been crashing on me so I am not very happy with it at the moment. I use this app to text patients to remind them of their appointments or use this app to keep track of conversations/chats with patients. I like the fact that it's all kept here within the app instead of my regular txt messages. I also like the concept of having its own phone number. It allowed you to make templates of conversations and utilize it over and over. It's a fairly simple app to learn and use. After the trial period, the fees are as follow...$9.99/month for 25 contacts & can go as high $99/month for unlimited contacts. With that being said, the customer service usually respond fairly quickly. They would have receive a 5 star had the price been more reasonable.

Glitchy- detrimental to business!. Use at your own risk. You can’t even talk to anyone if you have issues. It’s glitchy and sent ALL contacts an automated text after the conversations were closed. Really made a lot of people angry and annoyed. Cancelled immediately!!!!

General Manager. Great app! Saves time, allowing for more productivity. $4.99 is well worth the investment to keep work life separate from private life.

Crash issues. Conceptually this app is great but when I go to type in a number or name to send a new message to it keeps crashing

Potential business damage! Do not trust them!. So I have been using this app three days and for no apparent reason my account was flagged and closed ! for sending out information about our company barely hundred text messages went out , my account was closed no explanations and they literally ignored me!! You will be left hanging with no explanation!!

Do not use this company. Zero stars. I paid for premium on the app and it never activated. I asked for a refund and they claim there is nothing they can do. Shady business and app.

Zara sales. I have been looking for an app to communicate with my customers. Finally found it! I like that I don't have to use my personal number for work. Love it...

Cost $4.99 a month. Please tell people it's not free. Let them know upfront there is a trial period. I haven't used this app yet. But I am setting it up now and will use it for the 14 day trial period and decide if I like it or not. Then I will give an honest review.

A++. Really big fan of the company. They are essential to everything we do and I can’t imagine running our day to day operations without Heymarket

Good app. This is a really good app and does what it says. Its really helpful for my business, i got this app so that I could talk to all my customers at once. Getting a business number was a plus for me, downside is I can't send or receive calls. That would be an extra plus, because some of my customers aren't good at texting and calling would be a better form of communication with them.

Must purchase. Only seemed to have 100 clients but also was click bate only to find out you have to pay after entering all your info.

Very robust great working app. I've played with a handful of mass texting services and HeyMarket is by far my favorite. The app specifically is very robust and works well. Practically all the features on mobile app is there versus sitting behind the computer. Web app is also great interface. Very easy to use. Love it!

Want to suggest a feature. The ability to compose a message and schedule to send at specific time. That would greeeeeeaaaaaaat!

A great way to connect with my customers.. The app itself is well designed and easy to use. It helps me stay in touch with my customers on the go. I enjoy having the ability to quickly reply with pre-made templates.

No competition.. This is the only service with a mobile app that integrates CRM with 2 Way Text Message & Template Marketing from a phone number you pick.. I'm very much appreciating the ease of group template texts and moreover, the fast customer service that can include a phone call if needed.. Definitely upgrading now that I see it is consistent and reliable with almost instant support when needed.

Heymarket fails as a communications company. So your app is about communication??? Well then why didn't Heymarket vet the usability of their app on the Apple Silicon computers. And when they find that the app in the AppStore does not open on a Mac why do they stay silent and not fix this issue.

Great for my team. We have been using google voice for texting and it breaks down when our team needs to manage the responses. Heymarket lets us respond as a team and manage our text communications. Great app

Awesome for staying in touch with top clients!. I run a fitness business helping busy entrepreneurs and executives keep their bodies energized. Before using Hey Market, I was using fb groups to stay in touch with my VIPs and only half of them would get the message which drove me crazy. Revolutionizing my communications!. I've dreamed of this app like this for years. Finally it's here. Created three lists of groups I need to text regularly and can send them personal SMS messages. Ported my number over so that when a contact calls me back it goes to my office phone, and can send/receive SMS messages from my desktop or app. Everything I need to communicate quickly with SMS.

Clean, organized text inbox!. It's super easy to set up customer groups and manage different text communication. I love having a place to organize my texts and also to be able to text from something other than my personal number.

Nice app, just a tweak. Hey, love the app and see great potential for it with the organization of my CFA practice. Just one thing, I would really like to be able to pull people from my lists and message them individually. The second list layer in the contacts group would be huge. :) keep going strong!

Wanted to like, but missing an important feature.... For a premium second line app for business or even personal use this app is so close to hitting the nail on the head. It's just missing one feature: the ability to redirect calls from the number they give you, to your number. That would make this app better than most all of the ones on the market today. For me, this feature is a deal breaker because my clients don't want just a texting number. The demographic for this should be younger, and people who frequent bars or online dating. For those markets it's perfect!! **UPDATE** Their customer support is AWESOME. They set me up to be able to take calls to my number and everything works fantastic for $5/mo

Great for my mobile customer management. As our customer base grew and I had to manage clients over text message and email, heymarket was just the app I needed to separate my personal messages from clients. Plus I was able to get a new number with heymarket and allow my team to track our communication too! Highly recommend this app it was a game changer for our team.

Paying for what????. $4.99 for something you can get for FREE with Google and almost any other service. Buyer beware this app is a rip off.

Perfect for tracking customer Messages. My team uses the app for customer support. It's great being able to give customers a single number and have anyone on the team reply. Love the idea BUT.... When I saw this app & read the reviews I got so excited. I never thought it's even technically possible. I really wish iMessage would have these capabilities. Love this app but I can't use it. They want you to use their phone #. My # is the most important part of my business.

Not good. Crashes every time I try to create a new conversation. I can’t text anyone on this texting app. Also, it crashes every time I try to click “contact us”. So there is no customer service available.

Horrible Customer Service. Not only are their prices extremely high for a text messaging service, God forbid you have an issue! You have to text them and maybe they will respond. Normally, I just get a message that says they are out of the office.

Customer messaging. We have a single shared Heymarket number which my team uses (on android and iOS phones) to respond to customer requests. Works great . No issues yet.

Scam. I just paid $49.99 for a subscription, sent two messages to a list of 88 people, and then received a message saying that I was over my limit and couldn't send anymore messages. Two messages!! Responses from admin are slow, and they do not aim to resolve issues.
