Compass Doesn't Work For Me!. But everything else is alright, just without the ads and with the compass, it would be the ultimate app.

Don’t believe Free limited time!!. 1. Starts off $3.99 ad removal! 2. Weather doesn’t work! Even though it pin point located you! 3. Nice design if it works but why pay for something that doesn’t! Delete !

Very useful for me.. I am using it every time i go to the woods. It is really helpful and i dont imagine my small trips without this app anymore.

Too many ads. The full-screen ads are moist annoying, and the extra features aren't compelling enough to make the ad-free upgrade worthwhile. I find that the stock compass app is quite good enough.

The best for free. Good job! I like it. Best results are available when GSM and internet geolocation are on. Was tested on iPhone 7

Questionable accuracy. I have this app on two different iPhones: a 5SE and a 6+. It is a very powerful app full of what I think are good resources, but it fails in its primary function. The two apps I have do not report the same heading when positioned in the same place pointed in the same direction. The difference between them is about 6 or 7 degrees. While not a major error, it's enough to get you lost over a significant distance or discriminating two different landmarks. I have not yet checked a reference, but they can't both be correct. If the creator can explain this and offer a solution please contact me.

Need to view horizontally. This app would be PERFECT if it would work with the iPad in a horizontal position. My iPad mounts horizontally in my vehicle.

Has potential.... The compass itself looks very advanced and accurate. But the problem is: the needle doesn't move. I am not sure if it is because the developer made an error or because of the lack of instruction, (as I may be doing something wrong) but the needle stays on 'N,' and does not move. Fix this, and this app has potential to be great.

Nice!. I like the idea that you can easily use all the tools at the same time without wasting time. And it also works without any bugs.

Perfect. All in one

Latest update broke the magnetic declination. Specifically purchased fir determining true north. Previous version performed well. Latest update has a sign error in the declination so true north is displayed opposite to its actual location relative to magnetic north.

Woow!. Finally, a working compass with a great number of useful features on App Store.

Broken on 6s+ current iOS. Activating the flashlight crashes app on launch with most current iOS. Adverts are full screen pop-overs- and are not one time things but frequent pop-ups. Would be a 5* great app if stable, with SOS, and with an ad banner instead.

The compass application does not work. I paid to remove the advertising and then found out the compass function does not work. I tried to calibrate the compass and could not correct the massive directional error. You cannot depend on the compass at all.

Compass is 180 out. Ok so I work in aviation and having a compass that is somewhat accurate is important. We just happened to be doing a compass swing and had a calibrated master compass. I opened the app and right off the bat.....it's reading south at 180'. This is funny because I was pointed north 0'. There needs to be a way to readjust the heading/compass. I didn't give it 1 star because the other features are nice.

Really cool but weather needs work. I really like this app- it’s design and visuals are awesome. I want to use this app as my go to app for backpacking and hiking. I love checking my elevation when hiking up mountains. I love the weather info but my barometric pressure reading is wrong as inHg. This is unfortunate because this feature being accurate would make this my ONLY outdoor tool I’d need.

Functional. Most pleased with the app and its functions

Stupid and frozen. My compass won't even move, it doesn't show the right place of where I am when I turned on location, (I checked again to make sure it was on,) and it said it was storming where I was even though it was a beautiful day outside. I hate this. Don't use it.

THE BEST. There are ONLY A few Apps that when you see them you have to have them… Well, Weather Compass Gps+ is one of them, so if your iPhone needs a all in one super GPS App then this is it.

It's ok. This app would be awesome if it could zoom in a lot closer with your maps for surveying. Other than that,it's perfect for what I do out in the field. And also it'll be great if there was a way to put or set locations into it also.

Annoying Ads. The pop up full-screen ads are extremely annoying and too frequent. The compass is off about 5° but that could be the sensor. The app has nice features but the frequency of pop up ads kills it for me.

Nice app. The most beautiful and consistent user-interface out of all the popular GPS apps.

Poor accuracy, glitchy. Wildly different results of repeated measurement at same point. Accuracy no better than +/- 10m. Also, the app frequently doesn't return GPS coordinates at all until I put it into nighttime mode. I don't recommend this app.

I deleted the standard iOS compass after purchasing this one.. I like the ability to view gps course along with compass heading in one convenient screen. Might be a placebo effect but seems to work better after trashing the original iOS app. It's a keeper for me! What is the refresh button for? No instructions. Why does the app screenshot show heading error capabilities? Too many ads? It is worth paying! check the price!

Bad spelling. Title of app is wrong. When I look at this app in my location services app listing it shows GPScompass wheather not weather. Very unprofessional. Why have such a long name listed? You’d think the programmer would’ve fixed that by now. App also is flaky.

1st Grade Quality. Great to have one in your pocket all the times, Nice application.

WOW. I LOVE THIS APP. I am a ham operator. Sometimes we have to track down a signal. This app was perfect for the job. Because of this app we found the malicious signal in 45 minutes. It is great for elevation and GPS coordinates I use it all the time in my work and play.

Bugs from the latest bug fix. I've been using this app for years in my driving, and normally don't rate apps. Unfortunately something has happened and it needs some attention. The speedometer no longer tracks, it picks one speed when synchronizing with the sats then stays at one speed. Please have a look and fix this so I can raise my rating to where it belongs. Otherwise it's a great tool.

I prefer only this one. This app has all the tools that a navigation app needs. It’s an all in one package. It is really useful to all who travels to unknown places. I badly recommend this to travelers.

More accurate than iOS app.... ... except in my car, where it's about 180 degrees off. I know this app uses the same sensors as the native app, but GPSCompass is more accurate out in the open. I'd give it more stars if it maintained the settings, but I have to reselect true north and Imperial units every time I use it.

Didn’t like me. This app did not work on my phone as well as other compasses; but the others worked on my iPad. So I feel a rewrite is FairPlay. Maybe this app works for some but not me.

GPS and Weather. I like this one quite a bit. Simple, easy to use and it provides lots of information. I hope you will give this app a try. I wasn't actually looking for this type of app, but I am glad that I found it.

Pop up ads while calibrating very annoying. Cons: not very sensitive to slight movements, pop up ads during calibration makes you have to redo your efforts, very frustrating Pro: has more detail than some others

No Speed!. Nice but no speed available.

UNRELIABLE!!!!!. I don't know if the two previous reviewers just don't know how to use a compass or what but this compass can't make up its mind where north is. I got this app because of the multitude of features but if it can't determine where north is it's worthless.

Altitude. Altitude is not right, off at least 10 feet

Tops for survival. Perfect compass, magnetic North and true. Latitude and Longitude, three ways. Altimeter, two ways. GPS map, two ways. Weather. Flashlight. What the tech else you need to survive in the high country? (Including the PCT). Backup external battery? Yup, that, warm clothing, matches, and a bunch of beef jerky and dried apricots and you’re in like Flynn.

Glad to have it. An application for professionals as well as amateurs! For all outdoor and extreme sports enthusiasts who want a useful application.

Ok. It doesn't move when I move my phone

About 90 degrees off. For some reason this app reads about 90 degrees from what several other apps and my lensatic compass indicates. ??

Overstuffed. Not great. All I could get was compass and flashlight. Touched the location button and it placed me in the middle of the Atlantic. Compass wouldn't distinguish between Magnetic and True North with True being misspelled unless that means something else I'm not aware of.

Not even close to correct. Wow. For the price you would think the compass would be close. Not Even. At least 80 degrees off most of the time. I'm glad I found out before using it in the woods. How about a refund. This is bad.

Aviation Altimeter setting??. An Aviation altimeter setting for Aircraft is all that's missing from the home compass screen. Add it possibly??

Last update added ads and bugs.. I’ve had this great app for a few years now and it has been great. The latest update ruined the experience. Every time I launch the app, an intrusive ad takes over the screen. A new bug now will not allow the user to opt out of ads nor restore the app. Support is nonexistent, hate to see a previously good app turn into garbage. I’ll be removing it from my phone. Too bad.....

A beauty, functional and usefull. And it works on my iphone xe. That is the first one which does, and I tried at least 15 others Ill give you 5 stars when my True North function starts working. But that is i minor problem.

Don't do it.... This app is a total waste of money. Although it does show three different screens: Compass, Map, and Weather, (it could be handy to have all of those things in one app) the Weather data is useless. The visibility never changes. It has consistently said visibility is 16.1 miles even when it is foggy outside. As to the barometric pressure, they use the wrong units. Right now it shows 10008.0 in. If the barometric pressure reads as 10008.0 the correct unit would be Millibars, not Inches. I have other very robust weather apps on my iPhone and this one never agrees with my good ones. And if you are inclined to write to these people you will find they do not respond. There is no support. Nobody's home.
