This is a great app. I leave a 2-star review because even when you turn OFF notifications, they still send you a notification every time the app is refreshed that asks you to turn back on Notifications. It's annoying as hell. If I wanted them on, don't you think I'd go turn them on? My other complaint is the 'REC' button. It is misplaced and shouldn't be so accessible. Every time you accidentally hit it, it makes you go into your library of mixed instead of letting you delete it right there on the spot or cancel the recording. At the very least they could add an "Are you sure?" Dialogue after you hit record

Don't like it that much. When I download apps on my phone, they automatically download on my iPad as well. I tried to use the app on my phone, but when I click on songs from my library, it doesn't work. Some of the comments say it doesn't work on their phone, so I tried on my iPad. It worked, but sometimes it downloads songs I don't want to use. Also from the start it wasn't very good at explaining how the controls are used. I'm still very confused.😂😪

Update?. This app is great, but there is a bug with the auto mix that hasn't been fixed for sometime now. When you automix, it doesn't select new songs. You have to manually select two songs, and then it just goes back and forth between them. The songs don't change automatically. Also, iTunes music was recently updated. It would be nice to use songs downloaded on Apple Music, which is legit, to mix. However, it currently says there is no track downloaded. Please fix!!!!! Thanks!

Disappointed. Read everywhere that this was the best app to use to mix music for iOS. I paid way too much money to not be able to use my Apple Music. Waste of time and money. Lucky they even get 1 star.

Skips playback. Just bought and my recordings still skip when on playback 😐 I need a refund

Works Great - Love the hot cues. As an amateur, this is a smooth interface to work from. Using it as a feed to the community theater soundboard is a great support for rehearsals. I'll get to know the more sophisticated features as I need them. Keep the updates coming. Thanks.

I hate it. On the lite version it said that it would be able to access unlimited music but it can’t even get songs from your Apple Music. I HATE IT 😡😤

Good but.... It is really good but for the price i paid i thought there would be more effects.

Great idea but.... This app is pretty cool for home parties and full of many good ideas but it has issues. I would suggest for you guys to really run it on iPod 5 s iPhone 6-7 and iPads and spend a good time on every effect and function to see why its just a great concept. I have paid version but because it's a pretty simple and cool tool its worth buying and I support your effort, but it crashes and going from auto to manual mix, wave file view doesn't reset to cue songs. There's just blotchy blinks with no wave form. Also this last version has a slower track reading rate to set for mix

Like it. But would love it if it didn't crash when opening soundcloud

It doesn't. It works great and all but half of the features don't work. The automix doesn't cue, you can't record anything, and most of the times color and the EQ don't work.

Great, but room for improvement. This is one of my favorite apps, but there is still a couple of things that they could add (like ability to save your mixes on the cloud, add more loop options, change the pitch without changing the speed, etc)

Great for beginning DJs!. Very easy to use, and had great results. I think there should be more roll options, and you should be able to alter the beat without it changing the vocals if that makes sense. I would recommend.

SoundCloud. It wont let me use SoundCloud at all can someone explain to me that please!

Alright. This app is great for beginners just the dabble on, what I don't get is why we can't use our Apple Music, I mean we paid for the app and paying for the music monthly through Apple Music, plus you took the recording away because of copyrights, so why can't we use whatever music we want. It's not like your gonna see anyone at EDC using there phone and using this app for there set

Best of its kind!. Easiest to use and most powerful app of its type. Easy to mix and so intuitive. Worth every cent!

Great App!. For the price, this app has a lot of versatility and allows you to easily share with other apps linked to your phone or other devices! Highly recommended!

SL. I for one love the app. I picked up the concept of how to use it fairly quickly. It makes you feel like you could actually make a good Dj.

edjing pro is absolutely wonderful. This app is delightful! It's well designed, fun to use and great at turning up the fun level at any party you throw. You can keep the things going as you switch tracks and add effects on the fly. You can also use it to take two tracks and mash them together, which is why I bought it. You have a surprising range of control with this app. For example: there's this "Echo Out" feature where you can make one track echo and fade while another track keeps going, then bring back the echo'd out track at your will. So if you're having "Copyright Issues" with your music on SoundCloud that means that your music license isn't one that others can use and it's not the app's fault. Also the "Corrupted Music" error takes place either when you have a terrible wifi connection or when the music you're selecting isn't on your phone for iTunes. They're both easy to work around. If you're on the fence about this app -- just buy it. I got it for $1 but if asked I wouldn't hesitate to spend $10 if I was going to DJ a party. I never write reviews but they deserve recognition for this great app they've built. It took them 5 YEARS to make the technology this app runs on. Hope you enjoy this app half as much as I have. Copyright issues need fixing asap. So I tried the free version and thought it was pretty cool and purchased the full version. Well now I can browse all the music that I have actually created and have uploaded to SoundCloud but the software will not let me record anything I try to mix from my very own collection as it says it can't because of copyright. That makes no sense at all because it is my music. I created it and I like the way the software remixes my tracks but only after I tap out the correct bpm since it does not calculate it correctly no matter how simple the track is. And usually it's not perfectly accurate as I never record anything with numbers after the decimal points. But getting a workaround or fix for the false copyright restrictions would be nice so I can actually use the software :-)

Not what I expected at all.. Extremely unsatisfied. I purchased thinking there would be more to this app. I feel as though I paid 10 dollars just to use more music and add a few more things to the mixing. It feels the same as the free version. I noticed barely any thing different besides the music. you are paying to use more music you already bought before hand it's like paying all over again this app is NOT worth it at all stick to the free version if anything I'm really upset and want a refund.

Crap. Crashes when you try to load songs from SoundCloud which is why I bought it. A complete waste of $9.00

It's alright as long as you're not recording. It's a really fun app to use if you're just messing around with different songs, but it's frustrating how bad the recordings end up sounding. They skip beats and you can hear small electronic "pops" throughout and it makes the whole recording sound awful. I hope they fix this issue because I can't figure out how to make it stop.

I kinda wasted $10. It has great features but the free remix version is way better, for example this one doesn't have all the FX.

Needs serious improvement: ITS A RIPOFF. I mostly like how I can import songs from soundcloud but this app lacks variety of sound affects. There needs to be more sound affects. Split audio needs to be upgraded as well as it sounds completely different when it is. This is not worth $10 when I payed less for djay 2 which has more precise fx. THIS IS A RIPOFF

Im A Big EDM Fan And Also A Growing Dj And So Far This App Has Helped Me A Lot With Some Of The Mixes Ive Created Although Its A Fantastic App I Would Recommend Creating a Partner Ship With Apple Music Because Of The Offline Song You Can Get There So That We Can Also Use Those Offline Song That The Users Have So That We Can Mix Them. The BEST DJ app on the market!. The interface is easy to use and really fun. However the best part about it, is the fact you can use soundcloud!

It has great features but crashes. Awesome app when it works, but when u use it it crashes on my brand new Ipad pro. I need my money back asap. Totatly useless.

Great value and incredible software considering the platform. I use this every time I'm djing a house party and it's comparable to most softwares in this price range available on a laptop. Always impressed and finding new features. A great next step would be to allow all of the music available through an Apple Music membership, but the fact they use SoundCloud and your purchased music is great though!

Great except not. Great app, great features, but for some reason, when I set it to auto mix and I have it on deezer, when it goes to select the next track, it's selects from my music, it needs to automatically go from the platform in which I have selected, not automatically back to my music, In this case from Deezer to Deezer, not from Deezer to music

Le meilleur des applications amateurs. Bien qu'il ait grande prétention, cette application n'est pas à la hauteur. Petit lag, fonctionnalité limitée, aucun cue de départ, très lent, lors d'appui répété rapides il ne suit pas le doigt. Vaut mieux considérer l'achat de Djay2 par algorythm de loin que cette montagne de prétention qui ne livre pas la marchandise, ça vaut son 90% de rabais. Je ne parraiterais jamais devant public avec ceci.

Was great but not anymore. This app needs to be updated. SoundCloud doesn’t link anymore and sometimes the app crashes. I used to mix a lot with this app but not anymore since a lot of problems didn’t got fixed.

J’aurais créé le mix super pour moi mais les deux pieces que je voudrais, edjing pro me les bloque à cause de restrictions de droits d’auteurs... c’est loin d’être pro si on ne peut utiliser que des trames karaoké par des amateurs... Does not work with iOS 8.4. Since the new music overhaul with iOS 8.4, the app no longer loads music for me at all. There is no excuse for that, beyond developer laziness.

Soundcloud playlist search is broken. When I enter a search keyword for SoundCloud, it returns track results by default. But when I tap “Playlists” it says “no results”. Even if I re-enter the search query. I don’t understand why this is broken. It works fine in the android version!
