Wow.... This worked great before the update. Never had a single issue, felt like my downloads were safe. NOW is a new story, same as everyone else has said. The app does not open AT ALL! Can no longer get to anything in the app. I still gave it 4 stars cause when it worked it worked great and I'm hoping it gets fixed soon, otherwise DO NOT USE!

New version doesn't work it's latest iPad update. Ever since the last browser update, the program fails to open 99% of the time. It often will not let me enter my passcode at all or freezes after I enter the first two digits. Often it closes as soon as I open it. Shame, I used to love this program. I hope they come up with a fix soon.

No longer downloading videos. The app worked great about a month ago. Now it just sends me to the App Store and suggest I download the app I already own. The download feature no longer works correctly. This needs an update ASAP

Used to work great. Ever sense the last update i can't launch the app when I do I put the password in and it freezes I think it's because of the 600 ads launching at once

Buggy nonworking app. Tried the free version everything worked except the apps were very annoying so I paid for the full version where the Videos that I downloaded had no sound until I went and put them on the photo section on my Camera and they didn't have sound but that does not make them very private does it this app is a rip off

All files are gone. I had about 6 gigs of family and friend files on this app, but after the update they are all gone!

Bad product & bad support. Has a built in browser but doesn't let you download pictures etc. even on sites that other apps have no difficulty with. Their tech support is truly the worst I have ever encountered which is saying a lot.

Good but needs fixing. Every time i put my air pods on to watch a video it says “App connected to streaming” and it blocks the whole video

Works fine but. Not sure how to set the password lock. I don't see anywhere to set up the privacy settings, anyone care to help?

Having problems. Sometimes when I click on something on a page, it brings me to a new page and then a phone number pops up multiple times and I can’t do anything on my phone for 5 mins. I would have to then wait for the number to stop popping up then delete the app.

Casts ok, but format messed up. I got this because it's supposed to work with chrome cast on iOS, but the we pages are all messed up (not properly formatted - look different than in other browsers) and - the worst part, it won't cast HD video - it dumbs down the video to a resolution where it's not worth watching. Disappointing. Hopefully, in a few revisions, they'll fix that.

What happened???. Before one of the recent updates, this app was wonderful. But now, due to all the ads that pop up and pull you to the App Store, it is nearly unusable. On average I will get 10-15 in a row. Ad pops up, pull you out of the app, you hit back, and it'll happen again with another app. Over and over again. Then the app will freeze and crash. It's pretty awful

Well worth it!. Got the free version but immediately after got the premium, I really don't like ads. Outstanding app, one touch downloads (if site allows it), decent privacy setting, the only tricky part was no sound and no full screen until I plugged in headphones...otherwise no issues. I recommend without hesitation!

Downloads. The biggest problem I have is that I'm unable to download my videos to the app why is this a problem, it should bring up the option to download what you want. Besides that the app seems to work great.

Updated. Will this ever be updated again? And I paid for it!

After 3rd update, working on my iPhone 6+ again. Running iPhone 6+ on iOS 10.0.2, almost gave up on this App and deleted it since it wasn't working. Forgot about it and switched to another private browser as my main one. 3 stars for getting it working again.

Remove this please. Apple, you should be ashamed of yourselves. If you had any sense of decency you would delete this app from your store and flag it as spam. It is absolutely useless, unless you really like your phone and your applications to run a lot slower or not able to run at all.

Holy crap, it works!. This last update FINALLY fixed the crashing issue, and even though it came at the cost of more ads, still love this app, so 4⭐️

Chromecast does not work. With the newer version, streaming to Chromecast just results in the blue Chromecast icon appearing on the TV screen. Also, the app frequently freezes when switching from file to browser or back.

So many issues. From my iPad, trying to stream to my chrome cast crashes the app after 2 seconds. From my iPhone I don't even get the menu to select my chrome cast. Any movies or videos downloaded don't come with audio and the ads are just a pain.

*sighs*. This app will literally go to the App Store 10-20 times with a different ad each time. It'll freeze up and I have to literally close out of it and reopen about 5 times for it to work. Five minutes later the same thing will happen. Please fix !

Garbage. There's literally a 30-45 second ad that pops up every 4 or 5 minutes of use. I mean, I get it...free app usually comes with ads. However, the amount used in this app is completely obnoxious and annoying. Not to mention they just randomly pop up so you run the risk of accidentally tapping on one. There are a couple other similar free apps out there that are a million times better than this one.

No good any more. Freezes, crashes, and stored videos won't play audio through this now crappy app. Send an email to support? Haha, you'll get no answer.

Give me my money back. App worked but the crazy amount of ads was annoying so I paid the 5 bucks to get rid of them and now it won't even open. I've tried to uninstall and restart but as soon as I restore the premium version it crashes upon launch. Fix it or refund my money.

Still crashes!. About a week and a half ago, this app was updated and would not open. Simply crashed. Today's update does not help the iPad version. The iPhone version is working. But the iPad version just crashes upon launch.

What's it do? CRASH!. Crash, crash, crash, crash, crash!! I have videos downloaded that I would like to get access to, but your new update closes the app immediately after launch! All it does is crash, that's its entire functionality features at the moment.

Great app. This app is the best downloading app out there anyone that says there is a ton of ads there truly isn't. This app runs great and is extremely fast I would recommend to anyone looking for an app like this

App is streaming. Great app, but when using Bluetooth head set, there is a statement in middle of screen saying “app is streaming’” kind of annoying, right in middle of video

Was great, still kind of broken. When this app works it's great. I really liked that it let you move favorites/bookmarks up and down in the list. A while back the thing started crashing on open for all users after an update. Then another update and it was working again. Now out of the blue the app will only open and do anything for about 8 seconds before completely locking up. It does however not lock up when you are in airplane mode. BUT WHO BROWSES IN AIRPLANE MODE!?! I'm done with this app. I'm switching to some other private browser.

Ok but some bugs. Used this for a while and I give it a so so vote. Biggest issue is the downloads have become buggy. There are a few stuck in download and their progress doesn't change. So basically can't download anymore. Specials tab can be a little annoying but you get what you get for free.

Potentially a good app. Could be a great app. But so full of ads it's ridiculous. Can't even use the app sometimes cuz it's just add after add. Constantly have failed downloads as well. Really wish there was a way to label and organize downloads too.

App doesn't work. Do not buy this app! You may be able to navigate using the browser, but that is it. You cannot download content without the app navigating to the App Store and prompting you to download it. This was even after paying for the premium version.

Did not work for me.. Better wait for an update on this one. So secure it does not work. I have an iPhone 6+ with a lot of apps that do work. I am writing this to you not the developers. Developers do not read feedback it is just there while we forget they took our money.

Premium. Omg. Why does the "get sp browser premium and enjoy an ad free experience.” Almost every 5 minutes it’s really getting annoying. I’m about to delete this app because of this. Fix it.

Was working, now it's not. This last update dated 11/29 made the app crash again. Was working great after update dated 11/23. Was happy, now not so much! Gave you guys a great review, now I need to take it back. Please get it together and help restore my faith in your dev crew!!!

Do not update. Every timr you guys release an update the quality gets worse. Just leave it alone. Now not only are there no folders like there used to be but you can’t download as many things as easily.

Good app. I have been using this app for downloading music and it works really well if you know how to get the music you want to have on your device.

Does what it's supposed to do.. I find it ironic that the app is called "Secure private browser," but wants you to purchase security software from a third party so this app would be... "secure."

Lousy customer support. It worked for two weeks and then while downloading on the only site I used for downloading it stopped working. Contacted customer support and they were of no help after passing me around to 3 different people. They assumed I was stupid and gave me no solutions. The app hasn't been updated and downloading doesn't work. The app freezes quite often.

It's great, but.... I like the app, it has a lot of potential and possibility. However I think, in my mind personally, that people only really download it for doing the self ketchup shake, if you know what I mean. A lot of people have probably downloaded it, but no wonder there's not many reviews.

HORRIBLE APP. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.. This app has way too ads and doesn't have proper download features. It's a waste of time to try to use. There are way better apps out there that are also free and do the job well with little to no ads. Go try out one of those instead of wasting your time with this garbage.

Pretty but Barely Functions.. The videos you download have no audio. It takes several attempts, it's extremely slow to load, it stalls and crashes often, many vids that should be easy to download don't even contain a button to download and are therefore unable to be accessed. Oh and it has too many pop up ads that hinder the process.

Horrible. Not easy to use. I can't play anything or download anything with this app. Your app is horrible and I can't believe it is available on the App Store. It just needs to be taken down all together. Whoever designed this app needs to be smacked.

App launch failure. Hi guys, I just updated to the latest version of the app on my iPhone 6S and now the app fails too load at all. I have tried turning off my and hard resetting but still nothing. I hope you can fix this issue soon.

Secure, simple and good.. If you even need to think for a second whether or not you need to get this, just download, it won't disappoint. Two examples why you need it include but aren't limited to, easy downloads & web surfing also its like an incognito browser with password and/or finger verification :)

Pop ups and too many adds. Too much pressure to pay for pro version.

Secure Private Browser. At first it was great but in a short time this app pretty much became useless. Now when you type something in the search bar and tap search 9 out of 10 times it won't search. On the odd occasions it does download a video, when you watch it back half way through it cuts out and says 'playback error'. Don't waste your time or data trying to use this app. Very disappointed

Good app, except.... I keep getting a problem where I am watching a video, and it suddenly cuts back to a different video I was previously watching. Please fix this, and it will be a 5 star rating from me for sure.

Crashing frequently. The app keeps crashing and I payed money for it. I open the app then it freezes and then crashes, then I open it again then it repeats over and over again. Please fix this issue.

good, execpt for the playback errors. ok i love this app and i feel safe with my vids there but this "playback error" garbage has got to stop ive lost several videos so far because of this and im over it its absolutely stupid and annoying and don't even know why it exists. Still not opening videos. Any stored videos from before the iOS update and the new versions of the app that followed, no longer open after various updates to the app. This is pretty dumb

Misleading app name. This should be called "spamming app". 1. Download files do not work. 2. Tons of advertising. I wasted time to use it.

Not functioning, bad app, stay away. Update... Again this app rolls out another update rendering the app useless. All of my stored files in the app are lost again. You must uninstall the app completely and do a fresh install to get it working again resulting in a total loss of all your stored data. Stay away from this app. ------------ I have previously paid for this app and it is now unusable due to the latest update. It crashes during the loading screen. The only reason I still have it installed is due to the content I have saved in the app in hopes that I can recover it some day. Stay away from this app and don't waste your money. Not a secure browser. When initially sign in, the browser remains open even if you shut off the iPad. The next time you activate the iPad with either the password or the touch, the application is unlocked for all to see. Also the browsing history does not clear on shutdown. Very disappointed. The browser functions well and the download works well but definitely not secure. Much preferred St@sh but it is no longer available.

Advertising. This has got to be the worst app for advertising. Very intrusive!!!!!!!! Also , in split screen mode for Apple Air 2.....only get half of video while watching something else. Why did you guys go full screen? That’s a step backwards in technology. Everything is wide screen you idiots!!!!!!!!!!!

The app crashes more often than not.. Update: The app has been working, but is not ios11/iPhone x ready. Also, after getting my new iPhone, my video collection is there, but won’t play. Not so private. Read the privacy policy and see if you still want to install. Apparently private browsing does not exclude them from your browsing.
