Awesome help for ADHD-I. I have a mild to moderate case of Adult ADHD-Inattentive type, and this app has been a complete Godsend. I’m really not sure I would’ve made it through writing my dissertation for my PhD without it! The ability to layer the different sounds has allowed me to create the PERFECT ambience needed for writing and for grading papers. I use the coffee shop layered with the fireplace, and I’ll occasionally add rain and/or thunder. There is a spot in the coffee shop recording where you can hear the loop start over, but it doesn’t really bother me. I love that I can’t understand any of the words in the coffee shop recording—I often wonder if it’s not in English—but this really makes it better than an actual coffee shop, where I’m sometimes distracted by the conversations going on around me. Other than my photo and calendar apps, I would say this is the most valued, appreciated app on my phone. Extremely happy and thankful to have found it! Also, I’ve never had any problems with it working correctly, which is super important!

The perfect natural ambience app. As a writer, I find that writing in silence very difficult, but background audio will always distract me from the specific voice of a character or narrator. Some rain and the sound of a busy coffeehouse are perfect companions for my writing.

Ambience Helps Overcome Tennitus. The cricket sound plus birds chirping in the background is the perfect background to help me deal with tinnitus ( ringing in ears). I play the soundtrack on a Bose speaker. I very much appreciate this app.

Honestly really good for free. As always, you have to buy more sounds if you don’t want the basics, but otherwise really cool! You can mix sound and adjust levels of each to your own personal preference. I love to use when studying!

Needs Master Volume. this app is absolutely amazing, but if i want to have this as background noise, i would like it to have a master volume separate from the device volume, rather than me turning down the volume on everything slightly. otherwise this app is perfect!

Minimalistic and amazingly useful. Elegantly designed and easy to use. Great for sitting back and reading, writing, relaxing or just getting focused.

11/5 this is one of the best apps I have...1000x better than any other ambiance app. I have tried many apps and none come close to this one. I have tried everything to fall asleep, tried the Dow dow thing, I tried sleeping pills melatonin and none of them have helped, I got this, and literally the first night it worked absolutely amazing...I personally don't care for thunderstorms or rain, so I don't use that on, but I have to admit it is some really good audio, and my absolute personal favorite is the ocean waves with the fire, I love fire and the ocean so there's nothing better, and you can adjust the sound for whatever you want and how loud you want it too...even better if you use surround sound or a Bluetooth speaker...my family loves the ocean sound whenever we are at a hotel or traveling, and they don't struggle like I do, but they fall asleep even faster too. I don't know what I would do without it, I deleted it for a little bit and then I really couldn't find anything better or even just as good so it's the only app I can count on.

Great, but would love a short sample. Love the sliders and ability to mix and match sounds as you please. Although it’s be great to get a chance to listen to the premium tracks at least as a short sample so I can get a feel for if those are actually sounds that I want to hear

Awesome. Absolutely the best. Wide choice of sounds that you can blend to your own preferences. Really helps me sleep or relax while working, depending on the sound combinations I choose. Can’t recommend it enough. Best when played through better quality speakers, but still okay with iPhone speaker.

Perfect. I always have a lot going on around me. With this I can strap in ny headphones, tune out, and concentrate on homework.

Almost Perfect. Really like being able to create my own sound mix. Just wish it had a sleep feature. Basic is good, but pay the extra dollar and get all the sounds. Totally worth it. I use it to drown out the noise while studying.
