Missing drugs. I’ve been a nurse for a while and in my downtime I look up random drugs and have found this app to be woefully lacking on the drugs I want to know more about. In 3 months, I have come across 19 drugs we have used but are not listed in this reference. That’s pathetic.

Incomplete listings. Very poor reference. A number of pulmonary agents are missing. The company has no interest in improving the listings. Avoid this incomplete drug reference.

Disappointed. I bought this drug book to use at home yo look up medication before I took it. Aim a retired RN. Since I bought this(about 2 Weeks ago) I have looked up probably about 6 medicines. At least 3 wasn't in the drug book. Some of these were old medicines and should nave been. I downloaded "Webb MD Drugs" and every medicine I look up is in it. It was free!!! Looks like I wasted 45 dollars!!! I'm giving 3 stars because the Meds that you find in have a lot of information about them.

Inadequate. I'm a practicing physician and this app is not up to the task. Couldn't find mitotane or fosfomycin today. Not worth the memory it takes up on your device

Great drug reference!!!. This is the easiest and best to use mobile drug reference I have used. I would recommend it to everyone!

Not what I was hoping for.. This does not have drugs such as etomidate, and ketamine available.

Would give it zero if I could. This is not a free app, it's a free advertisement you can download to have to purchase anything of value. It has a huge list of drugs...none of which you can actually see info on. Thousands of drugs listed, only a handful of obscure ones you can even look at. More bait and switch in apps.

Question about favorite list?. Is there a way to separate mine and my husbands favorites?

SCAM: misleading and worthless. App does *nothing* — it’s worthless, and you CANNOT “preview” anything until you fork over $45.00. At which point you’ve wasted $45.00, because the “drug information/database” is old, outdated, incomplete, and lacking in content (current drugs, et al)

What is the drug reference. I have used this in the past in my nursing school days, over 20 years ago. It is just a great reference, back in the day and today. I’ve always recommend this drug reference book, to my colleagues and new nursing students.

Great, but would be greater if there was a version for people in the dental field.. I have the hard copy of Mosby’s Dental Drug Reference, it would be great if an app version can be created for it. The nursing one is great, but it doesn’t contain all of the dental contraindications that the book has. I hope you guys make one!

It’s ok. I’m a nursing student and for the most part it works ok. Every time I search norco or hydrocodone hydrochlorothiazide comes up. Meds are missing too. Don’t remember which ones because I had to resort to lexicomp on the desktop but I feel like for $50 the app should be updated more often.

Disappointed. I purchased this app to help me with clinicals and so I would have to take my drug with me to clinicals. When I was searching for some of the drugs I needed to look ( they are not new drugs either) I couldn't find them or there classification. I spent a lot of money on this app to use as a resource and the book and neither one is very helpful.

RN. Will suspend subscription. Can’t find common drug. Uses generic name first. Can’t pull up drug from favorites list.

ER RN. Everything I need to know on the fly when giving new meds! Very helpful in assisting me to answer pt and family questions. Not to mention safety of contraindications and administration route/dilution and time!!

Excellent Resource for Medication Information. I have been using the Mosby’s Nursing Drug Reference since the for edition was published. Yes that dates me. However, it has always been a very reliable resource for information about medications I administered to my patients. It was also an excellent resource for my nursing students, and one that they could take with them into the nursing field after graduation. The drugs have always been listed alphabetically by generic name, which initially not all references did. This is invaluable in looking up drugs more quickly. Having the drug reference is very helpful, even now that I am retired. I still get asked questions by others. I can quickly look up the information on the app in my phone without having to take the time to do an internet search. I would definitely recommend this resource to those that need a good reference for drug information.

Mosby’s drug reference. I’m a nurse, and unfortunately while trying to look up my patients meds most of them weren’t there. Not worth the $$

Disappointing. Disappointed in this app. Many of the drugs I try to look up are not included. Categories drugs are listed in are strange. Not worth the $$ I paid.
