Absolutely the best app for United crew members. Nothing compares to EZCCS for efficient access to United Crew members information. I use only this app for everything United. Scott is a genius, and very responsive to any issues that arise. If you are a United Airlines crew member, you really should get this app.

Best work app. This app has all kinds of little hidden treasures. Just a tap will bring a ton of info you weren’t expecting. Love this app. Makes my work so much easier.

An Essential App. This outstanding App helps UA pilots and flight attendants easily and quickly access nearly all work and travel related internet web sites! It all adds up to great convenience. Appropriate information is either automatically saved for easy access/reference when not connected, such as work/trip information, or easily saved. The App developer has created an unbelievable list of useful operations for UA crew, and he keeps the App up-to-date!

Amazing App. This app does so many things that are just so handy, door codes, jumpseat and the list goes on. Every year when I get my recurrent charge notice I say to myself “this is the best $10 I’ll spend all year.”

Amazing App!. EzCCS is an extremely useful and easy to use App for all your CCS needs. It quickly launches any CCS function and has many conveniences such as auto fill in for trip trades and an employee bus tracker. One particularly nice feature is that EzCCS will automatically save several items such as full schedule and calendar for off line viewing. This App combines great functionality at a ridiculously low price. For the cost of a cup of coffee you can use the App for an entire year. I highly recommend it.

Awesome!. As others have said, this app is indispensable! I can walk through the terminal, and with one hand, find all the information I need, including which gate to go to, and where to find the hotel shuttle at the end of the flight. Great job, please keep up the good work!

Best thing since sliced bread. Actually, this is better than sliced bread! This app takes the aggravation out of CCS, which really only works for people that sit at a desk. It is one thing to have an office job, but it is a completely different thing to be on the road, trying to use a mobile device to access CCS. Thank you oh mighty developer, for blessing us with this app. Long live Scott!

greedy. useful app but $10 just for an app thats basically needed for work is just bull$hit. it was originally $5 but of course they doubled the price when people actually started downloading it bc why only rob people for 5 bucks when you can squeeze double outta them? enjoy my $10 bc i need this just to do my job.

Slow. I updated the app & now it is SUPER slow , takes me 10 mins to get logged in.. fix please !!

Problems. This is a great app but with the latest update there were a lot of bugs. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now my contacts list is gone. This has happened to all of us that have done this. Please fix..this app is much needed in its working form. Otherwise it wound get 5 stars.

I recommend to all I fly with. App has been great. Wish we could get it on the iPad as well. Makes work-life so much easier. One draw back though, I have forgotten how to use ccs on a computer!!!

Amazing. As a UA pilot, I couldn’t live without this app. It does so much, it’s simply a requirement. I list for my commute, check my pay, order my crew meals, get every detail of my pairings & a dozen other things. It’s always being improved & updated & the support is second to none. Plus, it never crashes. Rock solid!

App need app to be improve. App it is ok.. has been slow lately and menus has changed. To get into Personal Drop now, need to go to 3 or 4 different functions. Very disappointed! Ps. Most the reviews it’s from 4 to 2 years ago..

Good enough!. It may not be the most beautiful interface but It gets the job done. Most anything you would need to access in one location, the most convenient being the offline Jumpseat listing. No need to login to several websites to make that happen.

Pictures are dated. The crew pictures use a uniform that isn’t in use.

Price increase- ridiculous. Good app but not for more than double the price. Will be dropping it. Flt crew log does much of the same for small one time fee. So I’ll be using it. I don’t like people that lure you in at one price and then double the rate after they get you used to their stuff. Shameless

Must Have For UAL Pilots. Returned to work from 7 year Medical leave and on my first trip my F/O highly recommended this APP to make my return easier. It is an absolute GodSend that I can’t live without!!! Everything from Schedules, trip trading, Pay Related, Travel, and soooo much more is easily accessible on this APP. Thank you very very very much !!!

This App is the Best there is!. The day I started using this app my whole work life got so much better. It literally made me giddy happy all day! This app is not just useful, extremely intuitive and smart, but the fact that it exists, gives me hope that there are truly amazing innovators out there. We are fortunate that this one is among us. Yes - that’s how good and beneficial this app is! The same goes for his other app EzBid. Simply amazing, and can’t do without these in my life. It’s not that it thinks for you, it’s just a step ahead of all your flight-app needs. All of them! I would pay $250+ for this app. I am not exaggeration or joking either!

Travel section/offline jumpseat. When trying to list to jumpseat it’s very unreliable in regards to pulling up travel/available flights. The screen just sits there blank. It’s bad because that’s only how I know how to list myself to commute on other airlines / the airlines where you have to list online.

Notification. I love this app, the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it would be great to receive a notification when someone picks up the trip you advertised!!! 👍🏼

Can't live without. Who wouldn't subscribe to this app? Even $10 is a bargain. I've made thousands just by more easily picking up trips with this app. And commuting is way easier also.

Great App - I love it. I haven't written many app reviews. I had to now however, to say thanks. The fact that this app is frequently upgraded, and rarely has a bug is fantastic. So many apps fail to deliver, but EzCCS always exceeds expectations. It's amazing how the app magically navigates UAL's systems (CCS and Flyingtogether) to give you exactly what you want. Thanks again for a great product.

Fix this please. Great app. Can’t imagine life before.

Technical support. Scott is horrible at customer service and technical support. Whenever you ask a question or have a technical problem he talks to you only via email, which is sometimes very difficult to describe or explain the problems you are having. He don’t not call customers because he said that he is the only person handling 31,000 flight attendants. When he response to you be basically answers you very rudely and condescending!! VERY RUDE WITH HIS RESPONSES. I have the emails. I WILL BE CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION AFTER IT EXPIRES!!! Scot’s demeanor toward his customers is very disgraceful!!!

Great app but.... Only wish there was a notification setting we could turn on if our trip gets picked up from ads, rewarded a PD or if a trip drops into OT or ads that fits our criteria.

Best App ever. Without his app United Airlines would shut down within 48 hours ....

Great app. I don’t know what I’d do without Ezccs. Everyone has it, get it and make your life much easier.

Indespensible. This app is a must-have for United pilots. It makes everything easier.

Log in/out issue. Normally I love love love ezccs. However, lately it keeps logging me out, telling me my password is incorrect and blah blah blah. But, I know they are correct because I can still log in to flying together and regular ccs. My passwords don’t expire until August as confirmed by link support. After a few hours I try the same passwords again and it works. The. It randomly logs me out again... just very frustrating.

Must have App for United Pilots and Flight Attendants. This app makes everything connected to working easy and intuitive. From schedules, to commuting, to bidding, it is easy to navigate. Very clear FAQs are written for easily answering questions. It is so easy, it’s hard to remember your password when you get to work, as the app has made that transparent. Highly recommend! Well worth the money at twice the price, (don’t tell Scott!)

Like Crew Companion this should be a United app. Excellent piece of software that Scott is always on top of! I’m a long time user of several of his software efforts and this is the best yet. It should be on all United’s ipads (ALL United ipads, not just the I/E’s and management pilots).

Changed the way I am able to do my job. This app is everything I need wrapped in one! I don’t know what I would do without EZCCS! Saves me time and it’s changed the way I am able to perform certain functions of my job!

Dislike latest update. Do not like the latest update pls change it back to the old one

Sorry I retired. Really sorry I retired as a 777 captain after 5 years of using this app and only access non CCS items now. My FA wife still uses it but my finger was so trained to push EZCCS that it’s withering away at the bone. Great job, Scott, and thanks for simplifying our lives for all these years.

My other arm. This is the only app I use to access United FT or CCS. I pretty much do it all through this gateway into the messy sites for flight planning, travel, pay, whatever. And no other app I use has this level of support, period. As I invent new problems, Scott picks them off. Thanks!

Great App. Easy to use and never crashes. Always being improved. One option I would like to see would be to have your current trip show as soon as you open the app, instead of clicking for it.

Worth the $5 a year!. Speeds up non-rev travel! Useful for quickly checking schedules etc.

App Doesn't work properly!. Schedules and Door Code selections don't work which are the most important features that I need!

Easiest Access to CCS. This app makes access to CCS fast and easy. Login only once, and have one-touch access to everything in CCS and Flying Together. Most useful United crew app on the market. This is a must have app.

Great App. App crashes when I try to view my schedule. If I view my saved schedule it works fine. Everything else is also working fine.

Must Have App. Scott makes the CCS mess easy to access and use quickly. All that and a logbook.

It crashes all the time. This app crashes every time you try to look at your schedule. I can never use it! I cancel it after trying to use it for two weeks!

Skygypsiee. I am so frustrated! I have subscribed since 02/16. I am not able to open the app without it indicating to either Subscribe, Restore or Manage. Unable to do any!

Good Ccs app. Great features and very easy to use. I just wish there was a way to change positions for the pool display rather only just showing the FA position. I need the FM pool display numbers :)

Amazing App. This is an absolute must-have for those of us forced to use CCS. Plus it is constantly updated with new features. Great job.

Good app, could be great. This app signs into CCS without needing to type your username and password. It's interface is much nicher than the company provided desktop interface and mobile interface. This app also works with crew companion. Then big negative is that I have 3 Apple devices (phone, iPad, company iPad) and all have different Apple IDs. This program costs $4.99/year and it will not restore my purchase from my original device to my other devices. I think this program is worth $4.99/year but I would want to access my account from all devices. The account should be linked to the U number and not Apple ID for payment. Also there is no contact info for support to try and resolve any issues at this tIme.

Crashing App. Can't open the app after last update. Every time I press on the app it just crashes. What can I do to get my app working again? Help!!!!

Charged for a renewed subscription. I haven’t used this app in years. It no longer works with our computer system at work. All of sudden I received a charge after cancelling my subscription years ago. Charged 10.88 unnecessarily on a credit card that is no longer used.

EzCCS - great app. I love this app. It stores my file number, CCS, and company passwords so I can log on with one button. It gets me into Crew Companion with one touch like I used to be able to do before it was integrated into CCS. Door codes and my ID at the touch of a button.
