Expired Credit. Having a credit expire is tantamount to theft.

Owner. Horrible connection, customer service and they charge you for minutes not used.

Question?. I just got this app because was recommended from a relative. I tried to do my my first free call but not talking with anybody and I added money for futures calls. In the screen appeared a question if I want to top up or not now. I choose "not now" and now I'm not abel to do anything. I have the screen in black . Can someone help me, please. What I need to do?

fraud. They make me up date to the new version & told me my money will be transferred to the new version , nothing happened !!!! They asked for phone number , once you give them , they don't respond anymore !!! Would not recommend them to anybody!!!!

Purchased credit expiring after short time. Their support email doesn’t work. They expire your credit that you purchased after fairly short amount of time, for no apparent reason.

Excellent. I was really satisfied with this app, especially in doing international calls. High quality voice, and the best thing is that you can have your real phone number being displayed for who you are calling. I liked also the ability of making your number displayed as private number. I strongly recommend having this app

Not working. I used this app while I was living in the UK. It was amazing. Easy to use, cheap, and great voice quality. Now I've moved back to the US and had to reinstall it. After many tries the app won't send me a confirmation number so I can't use it. FooCall has yet to respond to my multiple emails asking for help. If they fix this problem I will go back to Five stars!!

Don't use!. They wipe out your account every time the app is upgraded. They then will not reimburse. This is a TERRIBLE service.

Waste of Money. I’ve been using this app for a while now and it keeps on playing up. It’s frustration when you have to make an important call abroad and the app just doesn’t work. I’ve asked for a refund and they either ignore your Emails or try and make excuses wanting you to try doing something different. Not worth the hassle get something else. If trying to call UK Ring Britain is a much better option then FooCall

Trouble free VOIP. Awesome app. So easy to connect with family abroad and very economical. The calls over wifi are working well these days too!

Useless Fraud. No first call free.. This is the same useless Foocall app, they just changed the new logo to cheat customers once again, please there are plenty of apps better than this in App Store.

Don't update!!!!!. My app worked fine. After this update I can not even sign up. Not getting verification code. Sent email, tweeted, wrote on Goodall Facebook page. No response at all. Not to mention I had over $30 credit in my app. What's happening with you Foocall?????

Why foocall and not footalk?. Not too happy with the app. Even though switching was really easy and my credit got transfered.. The new interface isn't as fancy. You can't paste a number into the dial field. And I actually couldn't make any calls. I didn't hear anything and it just wouldn't connect. So what is actually new about this app other than that the old one worked?!

Intermittent. Unfortunately the app is very poor and does not work most of the time

Dependable & Reliable. I've been using Foocall for some time now. It's proved itself very useful & reliable and I like the option of being able to switch between using wifi & network minutes. It was a bit of a drama getting my credit transferred over to the new incarnation of Foocall, but they responded quickly to resolve this. So overall, very happy with this app.

App is alrite but account recharge process is dodgy. I had been using footalk before being emailed that it's changed names and I need to install foocall instead. I am very low user of international call when it comes to voip apps. But foocall apparently pockets in all the unused credit if the account is not used for more than 180days. I find it a cheap way to make money by this app. I strongly recommend user s to be aware of this before leaving ur credit in the account. I have stopped using the app Coz of this cheap trick. Am sure there are better apps in ITunes which suit ur needs and not suck up ur unused credits.

Crap App!. I’ve had nothing but trouble with Foo Call (I think they’ve since changed ownership?). I had an ongoing unresolved issue with using the Local Number option. It never worked, and for more than a year they’ve been unsuccessfully trying to resolve the problem. My credit kept expiring, and it was being re-instated due to the problem. However, since it expired at end of May 2018, they have not reinstated my $30.** worth of credit. I’ve sent them six emails asking them to, and they haven’t had the courtesy to reply. If you run into problems with Foo Call, don’t expect a speedy resolution, or one at all. Steer clear!
