Revolutionary. 100% what the mental health community needs. I wish so much that the app was free for all the features, I deeply fear losing out on these features if I don’t make sure I have the funds in my account, but, as someone living below the poverty line, I can say definitively that this app should be considered a vital app for all phones, and a vital app for all households. Plus, as a student/data scientist, I super appreciate both the ability to understand my days and look for patterns, AND the attitude of protectiveness they have cultivated in making sure our data belongs to us. As an autistic mother with an autistic child, and a BiPolar Type 1 husband, this app has become the most exciting and amazing discovery in our house. These techniques work, the work you do is deep and important, and there’s such a great community. It’s worth it. P.S. Love the new branding! P.P.S. Opt-in data donations should be allowed by anyone who wants to, and then made safe, and then made open source, because I know a ton of under-represented communities that would love a chance to get into the first standard deviation so they get solutions on a more wide spread scale, and I know a ton of data nerds that need MOAR data. <3 P.P.P.S. You guys are legit the best.

Expensive. Redownloaded this after a couple years of not using it due to constantly being signed out. They fixed the bug, but they also started charging money for things that I didn’t have to pay for before. I was exited about using the heart-meter thing but I can only set 3 meters now, unless I wanna pay 200 dollars. The constant notifs about suggesting something I have to pay for to do is annoying. At my most cynical, I’d say they’re kinda taking advantage of depressed people who already like to splurge. Had I not been broke, I would have probably fallen for it. But on the bright side, it is an amazing app that is very useful for tracking your moods and documenting your emotions, and if you don’t feel like writing a journal entery, you can just tap a few key words to describe your emotions. My days of showing up to my doctor and having no idea how I’ve been feeling are over, cause now I can just refer to this app to share how I’ve been doing.

Amazing for my bipolar depression. Don’t be put off by the fact that this contains in-app purchases. The most helpful features are free. One of my favorite things about this app is the option to track various health habits alongside my mood. It helps to look back on my personal record and make connections. For example: “oh, I exercised every day for a week and it improved my mood” or “I didn’t sleep well that night; that must’ve been why I had such a bad day.” Also: I suffer from bipolar depression, so there’s a cyclical nature to my depressive periods. When I use the mood tracker frequently, I am able to notice patterns. In my experience, I’ve noticed that, on average, my worst slumps last around five days. When I use the mood tracker, I’m able to recognize how much longer the period of depression will last (i.e., “I’ve been really numb for the past four days, so I’ll most likely feel better in a day or two”). All in all, this is a great app for anyone, especially those suffering from an anxiety or mood disorder.

Love it! Great to use in lieu of a physical diary. I use it as a sort of diary. I don’t write letters to it or anything, I just write down what’s going on each day when it asks how I’m doing. And for that it’s awesome! Picture a diary that, when you’re down, recommends useful meditations and thought exercises. I’m p sure it even looks at the emotions you pick out (from a list, it kinda tags your entry with emotions) and recommends them based on those, which has been really helpful for me. Stressed? Here’s a deep breathing exercise. Can’t relax to fall asleep or just to unwind? Here’s a muscle relaxation exercise. It’s great, and it seems most of the hippy stuff is hidden behind the “premium” or whatever paywall, so there isn’t much there but things that are just standard guided breathing exercises and stuff. I cannot recommend this enough! I’m v glad my partner (who also loves it) made me download it

Wishes. I was excited to try this app because of the reviews and wanting to do more of my own self improvement and self healing. I have had several issues. First off the print is to small for me to read even with my glasses but also because it’s not a dark color. It’s very light in color. It also would be nice if one had the ability to enlarge the text to fit their personal needs so not everyone has to have it in larger print. I did manage to get to step 3 in the reframe part of rethinking my answers I highlighted when I highlighted 3 of my items rephrased them it never let me hit finish because it didn’t light up. I retried again to answer the highlighted questions and it still did not let me save when I was done. I had to just go back and exit that section lost all my information and wasted about and hour of my time at 2:00 o’clock AM because I can’t sleep . I would like to ask kindly for you to please fix this app. I’m glad I was giving it a try for free I would not be happy if I had purchased it without a test drive,

Pretty great!. It’s hard for me to stick with, but when I have spare time…It really helps! I don’t really have more to say, except on more thing…it shows your anxiety score, stress score, and depression score which is really helpful. Anxiety is typically ON GOING stress that doesn’t go away for a while, which leads to not having motivation to do simple tasks. It’s similar to depression in a lot of ways, and there’s really only one thing to help which is deep breaths. Stress on the other hand, goes away after a bit. It is like a one time thing. Not stress itself but the thing you are stressed about is a one time thing. Like with anxiety (which I have) is something that you stress about almost every day. Like for me, one of the things is someone is going to break in to my house when I’m in bed. I’m not to worried because I still live with my parents. I am only a Teenager. But stress, anxiety, and depression are all similar in some ways. But if someone says “Well, everyone has anxiety SOMETIMES.” That is true, but for some people it’s a literal disability. So people who read this don’t say “Well everyone has anxiety SOMETIMES”.

CHANGE & HEALING BEGINS HERE.... I Came Across This App While Reading a Magazine About Tools To Help Anxiety/Depression And Decided To D/L It As I Suffer From Depression, Anxiety, Mental, Emotional And Physical Abuse. I Never Used It Until Just Recently And Let Me Just Say... This Has Been My Saving Grace. WHY Did I Wait So Long To Explore What It Has To Offer??? When I Saw That I Can Actually Express How I Am Feeling With Their Words And Then Write About What It Is That Is Going On In My Thoughts Or With My Moods, I Became Hooked. I Am a Person That Can’t Verbalize My Internal Emotions. It’s Difficult For Me To Open Up And Let Anyone In Because I Am Always Judged And For Those NOT Going Through These Afflictions, It’s Easy To Give “Advice” That They Themselves Would Never Use. I Just Can’t Take Anymore Mental And Emotional Abuse. Being Able To Come Here And Truly Express The Things That Hurt And Haunt Me... Without Judgement... Has Been Healing To Me. I Thank Those That Created This App And Praise Your Daily “Gift” Of Using a Premium Selection Because People Like Me That Are In Difficult Situations And Have No Financial Resources, It’s Such a Godsend That Otherwise Wouldn’t Be Possible. You Have Given Me & Others Like Me, A Ray Of Hope For Peace... Thank You...

Keeps getting better. I’ve been using this app for almost 6 years now on and off, and every time I use it, it makes me feel 10x better. I can honestly say it’s improved my quality of life and has taught me valuable life skills to help me manage depression and anxiety. It’s changed a lot over the years, but I’m happy to say that it’s always been good and just improvement after improvement without ever impeding the free version. There are countless things you can do with the app but I especially appreciate the thoughts feature that guides you through difficult thoughts you might be having and helps you understand and fix them. This app is 10/10 even with just the free version, but I’m planning on paying for it once I have the money because I know it will be worth it with an app that’s been so amazing all this time.

Great app for managing mental health. I've tried a lot of different mental health apps, and Pacifica is the only one I've stuck with. It has helped me a lot with my anxiety. It has a feature that allows you to track your daily habits, which showed me that taking care of my physical health is crucial for my mental health. The mood tracking feature also helped me feel organized and realize that I was actually doing better than I thought I was! It has a nice layout too that is easy for me to use. I appreciate that the developers worked with psychologists in developing the app. I also love the animation videos of their character, Milo, such as the "Milo is Stressed" video. Milo is super educational, comforting, and adorable. Pacifica has a bunch of cool features that have helped me navigate my mental health, and it's a really great app overall.

Wow. This app is amazing. I kinda half assed it at first and it didn’t work super well BUT once I decided to make a change and gave it 100% and even put 100% effort into the meditation they give you, it has now changed my life. I know that at first it will seem weird and almost childish, but give yourself a chance and try this app. Put thought and effort into the tools. Really try to meditate every day. Track your mood and the health habits that most affect you. You will find yourself becoming more and more self aware, and this able to help yourself. This is my greatest tool of self care outside of medication and the psychiatrist etc. I highly suggest this app. The update they released too is phenomenal and gives you a dashboard of information and help. It takes everything step by step and never overwhelms you. If I could give it 10 stars I would. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A pleasant surprise. I’ve gone through app after app to help me organize my thoughts and feelings. Medication isn’t working for me right now and at the moment I can’t afford to see a therapist so turning my life around is something I have to do on my own. I rarely rate apps and almost never consider premium for them but even the free version of this app has been really helpful. It feels like it was designed by people who actually want to help people not just rake in cash. It’s no replacement for professional care but it’s a very useful tool for people who want to help themselves get better. If I was in a position to afford premium I definitely would, I’d love to continue on the guided journeys. You should give this app a try if you’re feeling stuck in life.

A Life Changer-#forme. I was introduced to the Sanvello app via a woman at United Healthcare who spoke to me when I called in search of help and shared I was having severe anxiety. She said, “I believe we have an app that your insurance offers. I don’t know much about it but it may be worth trying.” I was desperate at that point and riddled with the worst anxiety of my life. I downloaded the app and began using it and in a very short time, I learned so much and applied some of the techniques I was learning and it made a difference. An incremental difference each day as I used it. The lessons are so well put together and the practice of the skills are simple and practical. I continue to use the app daily and can’t thank the content creators or the technical experts enough. Know that your work made a big difference in my life.

One of the Best. I struggle a lot with trying to help myself be the best that I can be, often with both my mental and physical health, and I've always tried a lot of apps seeing if I could find one that really works for me so I can improve myself and also attempt to track my mood and better understand my feelings. I saw a promotion for this app under an article by the app store and it looked interesting to me compared to all the other apps so I thought I'd give it a try. To this day I am very thankful of myself that I did try it because it has helped me become better aware of my health habits, taught me a bit on how to meditate, gives me a place where I can put inspirational thoughts down to help keep me going, write down all my goals, and so much more. I'd say if you're struggling with any kind of anxiety, maybe even depression, or really just you want to better yourself, give this app a try and I think you'll be a bit suprised.

Problem with Theme Option!. Hi I don’t know whether you will be getting this message or not because I had written you a review once before with five stars and it was says it was never sent from this even though I tried it twice again today. My new problem is is that I was stupid enough this morning to try a different theme as I was familiarizing myself with this app, And I selected Woodland stream or something to that effect. Well I could no longer get to any of the options within the app all I see is a lovely scenery with trees and a brook and everything else and no way to get out of it!!! I tried to delete the app and reinstall it, and now all I’m getting is the ocean waves. I have no other way to contact the Developer except through this review, I just purchased the premium option on this app, I hope I haven’t made a mistake in doing so. I now hope someone from the development group can get back to me and tell me what is wrong with this app that I’m having a problem with I can’t do use any of the tools or anything.

Not a scam. I’ve looked into several different apps that are supposed to be all about “helping” you but in reality they just want you to pay for meaningless guided meditations and little to no useful features. This is the first app I’ve seen that actually allows you to use most of their features FOR FREE with no subscription. While yes, there is a premium version, you only need it if you’re looking to go way farther into the lessons. As someone who doesn't have $30 a month to spend on an app subscription for guided journaling and meditation, this app has been a HUGE game changer, and you can clearly tell that the people responsible for creating this app actually care about improving the mental health of their users, rather than trying to profit off of people who are struggling.

This App Actually Helps!. This app is a one stop shop! It offers so many helpful techniques for people with all different mental disorders. I am a person who has a lot of anxious tendencies, and I found this app helped to calm both my thoughts and my breathing. For people that suffer from anxiety disorders, this app offers a deep breathing exercise like I learned in my PYS250 class. This technique prevents one from having an anxiety attack/eases one while having an anxiety attack. To perform the breathing exercise simply count to 4 while slowly breathing in, hold your breath for a moment, and then slowly breath out to 4. This exercise should last for 2 minutes. Slowing one’s breathing allows the parasympathetic nervous system to be activated, calming the body. Another technique the app uses is in vivo exposure for those with social anxiety. It has one imagine a social situation that makes them anxious but then walks them through the process of imagining a positive outcome to that situation. I am so glad I was able to find this app and take advantage of all it has to offer!

Constantly Banned for Absolutely No Good Reason. I keep being banned from posting when I don’t even say anything wrong. I’m respectful toward others in the community. I’ve had so many good conversations with people in this app. The community rules don’t say you’re not supposed to talk about suicide yet people are constantly being banned from posting when they get flagged for talking about suicide or self harm. I’ve told the staff how harmful it is to treat suicidal people the same as spammers and trolls multiple times, and they haven’t listened. The one response I’ve had was something along the lines of “this isn’t a place that can help with suicide”. Actually yes, being able to talk about suicidal thoughts or ideations freely does help people even though they should still seek professional help. Also, the unhelpful response I got doesn’t address the lack of clarity in your terms and conditions. It also doesn’t change the fact that you are making people who already feel marginalized and insecure feel WAY worse and like there is no community for them in this world. How does an app that doesn’t even clearly state that suicidal and self harm posts are taboo, then bans people for the slightest infraction against this unspoken and unnecessary taboo have so many good reviews?

the best!. I have mdd + psychotic features and severe anxiety, i always feels so out of touch with my emotions bc of my psychosis but this app has helped tremendously. i have tried so many mental health apps, and personally, I think this one takes the cake! Tracking my mood everyday, being able to choose my emotions and a space to describe what’s going on + the meditations when i’m losing touch help me connect with my emotions again. It’s changing a lot for me. i would love to have premium but i don’t have room for it in my budget. my only suggestion would be to maybe lower the cost? i love the app and would recommend even just the free version to anyone any day of the week! thanks for the help you are giving, it is truly making a difference in my life!

Needs picture support for journaling. This is an overall wonderful app that I use daily and even paid for a year of premium after using it for free for a long time. That being said, as I’ve settled into practices that help my mental health, journaling in a physical notebook has become one of them. The journaling feature in Sanvello offers journaling via text and via audio. It needs to include picture support as well. I would like to be able to track my journaling practices and simultaneously have a virtual backup of my physical notebook. It wouldn’t be that hard to add picture support. Edit: While using the Hope Board is an option, I’d like to keep my Hope Board separate for things that make me smile or things that make me happy. Spamming my Hope Board with a daily picture of my journal isn’t the best option because then it cheapens the actual content I post on my Board.

Thanks for Panic Attack!. I would just like to point out that it was a very, VERY poor move to totally rebrand, change the name, etc. You are an app for people dealing with anxiety and mental illness, who, I’m sure like me- might be triggered or have adverse reactions to sudden change. I received no email of the upcoming change, and there was no mention of it in the app itself that I saw (which would have been the smart thing to do). When I saw it’s name change, I panicked and feared it has gotten hacked and uninstalled. My OCD kicked in and I’m still afraid to download it again because of the fears still in mind of what this change means exactly and what I’m putting on my phone. I used to love this app. I used it a lot to talk to people inside the group chat features and track my moods. But, now I’m afraid to use it again. For an app that claims to have people’s mental health as a core value, this was very insensitive and a bad move. I’m so disappointed. I’m seeing a lot of people are having trouble with the new update, which is further reason to leave it uninstalled. Before this update, I would have given it 5 stars. Now I’m just so disappointed and upset.

Love it but I have suggestions. It’s a great app and I definitely recommend it. Although I wish you could follow people or message people privately (the chat groups have like a thousand people in them) I just want to have a one on one conversation with people. Also I wish that there is somewhere you could go to see your notifications and you can @ people bc sometimes people will reply back to you and you won’t even know. Also there’s different groups of where you can post like “your stories” or “relationships” and things like that but most of the time my posts don’t fit in any of the categories so I think it would be better if you just get rid of them. The most important thing I want tho is to be able to @ ppl or message them privately bc it’s really hard to have conversations with someone. AND PLEASE PLEASE LET THERE BE SOMEWHERE TO PUT THINGS THAT WE WANT TO PRAY ABOUT

great way to start feeling better. I love that Sanvello was available through my work’s healthcare, because otherwise I would not have tried it, so that’s definitely a plus that they make it easy to integrate with your insurance. As far as assessments, I like them. They’re diverse enough to get me started without being overwhelming. As a dftba fan, I couldn’t help but love that they used John Green for one of the anxiety educational videos. Every other person or voice they use is soothing and not “over doing it.” I’m interested by the community feature, but I don’t use it as much as the activities. As far as UX, just a couple things: some buttons are not compatible with iPhone features, for example, the adjust volume slider is too close to the bottom of the screen, and so my phone thinks I want to swipe away from the app or close it. Also, sometimes the check ins don’t register and I have to start over or cancel them

I cannot believe the impact on my mental health.. This review is not bot-made, I just am so much better thanks to this app. When I started skipping hygiene, personal health, social health, and only being on screens, I convinced myself to make a change. And the first step was using Sanvello. My anxiety is getting so much better, and I’ve completely engaged in social activities and started dabbling in minimalism for my sake of OCD. Next, the committee section. I have made so many allies and good advice givers here. The report section is top-notch, and I can find people with fellow interests without being afraid of internet bullying, homophobic people, and etc. I seriously don’t deserve the kindness here. Lastly, the shorts. I personally enjoy Garden Mark, where he talks about plans, moving on, and other things while you see him tending to his plants. It keeps me focused but also calm! The only thing I dislike is I’m not able to pay 10$ a month for more lessons. Please either lower the price or stop premium! People with mental health issues should have less expensive options! Overall, mostly fantastic app, and anyone, and I mean ANYONE, who has stress should get this app.

Hard for me to understand this. I like the concept of this app and it helps in a lot of ways but some things about it lose me. 1) it sends me a reminder to do my sleep goal or my hobby goal but when I tap on it doesn’t bring me to that section and I don’t know how to get to that section and doesn’t tell me how to get to that section so I don’t ever get those done 2) it tells me how was my week in random days. I rather it ask me how was my week Saturday evening or Monday morning when it’s fresh in my mind. And if it passed Monday morning and I have not responded STILL do not ask me how was my week wait till next Monday. On Tuesday morning however it’s ok to send a reminder that I didn’t get to give an update such as say “oops we didn’t get a response yesterday on how was your week last week. It’s ok you can let us know how was your week now or don’t worry about it we have a whole new week now to work on.” Something like that. But after that leave it alone until Saturday evening or Monday morning or leave a window open from Saturday evening to Monday morning for us to record how our pass week went. Then DON’T ask us after that except a reminder on Tuesday for a last chance and that’s it. Fix those issues and it’ll b good to go.

Amazing app, just a quick caveat.. I would recommend this app to anyone. It is truly a wholesome experience. I am very surprised that some health insurance coverage applies, thats amazing! I have a personal caveat. While I appreciate what “Sanvello” does for the community, I would like to suggest that you do not speak of Sanvello as third-person during meditations or use the name during audios or text. Maybe just stick to “we are here for you” instead of “you can always come back to Sanvello”. While meditating, you are probably in a very sensitive and exposed time in your life, when I hear “You can always come back to Sanvello” I feel like I am being advertised to DURING that exposed time and it can be quite sour. So far I have been able to let it go, I am hoping it doesn't continue because the decision to move to an annual sub depends on it. I am already paying the monthly fee, please leave it without names, it feels More honest and beautifully personal when you just stick to “we are here for you” since I know who “we” is.

Actually helpful. I've tried quite a few mental health apps, but this one has by far been the most helpful. It's been great to use it alongside going to therapy. I like that it breaks things down into simply steps and never makes you feel like you're on your own. one step at a time. The Hope board is probably my favorite part- I've added pictures, quotes, and reminders that I can now easily access to help calm myself during times of anxiety or sadness. And the reminders you can have the app give you to check in with yourself help me as well. A few small notes- I hardly use the health goals portion of the app because for some reason the sliders don't really appeal to me and are slightly confusing. I also find that sometimes the background color changes to a light grey for some reason, making the white words difficult to read. Also I'm really pleased about the new podcast!

The app is my best friend right now!. Within the last few months, my anxiety has skyrocketed; and within the past few weeks, I've been suffering from a lot of anxiety attacks and depressive states. The app has been very helpful this past week. I discovered it after experiencing a meltdown and feeling like I needed to escape from my own bedroom and home. It helped me calm down and monitor myself. My boyfriend checks my journals every so often to understand me better (as I never know how to explain my emotions during and after my anxiety attacks); and he even opens the app for me when he realizes I'm starting to feel anxious and tense to calm me down (since he doesn't know how to help me on his own). Needless to say, I've come to love this app a lot. I'm actually considering to see a therapist because of this app to better understand myself and assist with the coping process. I'm also considering upgrading to the yearly premium. Hoping to see more great things to come!

Promising but…. I was recommended this app by a professional and had high hopes, but was rather disappointed that immediately I was greeted with an upsell page that I was unable to close because I use a Pro Max iPhone. Not a big problem, just closed the app and reopened to bypass… until I find that a lot of the interface bleeds into the screen corners when doing even the basics like logging the day. I look at the reviews and see this has been mentioned before, and that the response was that it would be passed to the dev team for consideration. The pro max is NOT a new form factor. Apple provides a whole set of tools to avoid this set of issues. The last thing I want to see from an app (backed by UHG, which is NOT short on resources and capital) is an upsell push when the basics are neglected in UI design and the prior responses are generic tickets passed to the team to handle. Unfortunately that makes this app a pass for me, and an absolute non starter for premium subscription consideration. What a disappointment.

Consistent glitch, lost interest. I mean at one point it was helpful. Calmed my anxiety& such. I get on today cause I have daily reminders, it won’t allow me. I need a phone number, okay cool. Why after I put my number it still won’t let me proceed to the next page. Numerous times it fails. So I delete the app uninstall it& go about installing it again. Redo it to log in, even reset my password. Reach the point where I have to put a number& it still doesn’t let me press next. Like the this app is literally causing me stress. Seems a bit much sure but my anger is NOT okay. So I’m already frustrated wanting to use this app to help me& running around on my phone just creating more anger?? Deleted app& I will not get it again. I understand these things happen, but not everytime. I give up. It was nice for a little, not worth my short fuse getting sparked up over annoyances. I never had a problem with my other anxiety app, I just gave Sanvello a go because of the little anxiety exercises they had. I will be returning to my older app unfortunately. I don’t have any patience for this, I barley even like getting on my phone more than I need. But I mean hey, if it ain’t broke. Thanks anyway

(Used to) Love it!. I do not like the new update. It almost made me instantly delete it. I'm not a fan of change as I'm sure most users aren't. The home screen makes no sense. I prefer the old look 100%. I've stopped using this app almost completely since the update. Before the update I loved my home screen, it was easy access to everything I used the most. People with Mental and emotional issues do not like change. I want my old home screen back. I loved this app and I'm honestly angry and a little heartbroken. I tried to leave feedback on the setting page of the app but every button on that page works EXCEPT the feedback button. Take that as you will. I found that interesting. Thoughts before the update: I mostly use the Health part because visualizing my day into individual scales is very helpful for me. It's helpful to see the little heart fill up and I make it a goal to get it fuller than the day previous. Sadly I feel like most chat groups are in active. I was very excited about that but I posted in 10 in one night, two were for insomnia (it was 3am) and no one responded to any of the 10 groups.

Absolutely amazing. I have depression, GAD, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder. Pacifica helps with all of that and then some. Not only is being able to track my mood throughout the week incredibly helpful on its own, but the meditation and mindfulness activities have helped me a lot when it comes to dealing with stress and bringing me back down to earth when I’m upset or having a panic attack. On top of all that, the community feature is spectacular. Knowing that I can quickly and easily talk with hundreds of other people who are going through similar issues helps to put my mind at ease. This app is simply amazing. The only issue I’ve had so far is that it doesn’t seem like it’s been updated for the iPhone XS Max yet. Closing windows can be hard because it places the ‘X’ way up in the corner behind my battery monitor. Some of the other windows act weird on this phone too, but nothing too bad. Hopefully this gets updated soon so it’ll be perfect!

Great start to journaling and sharing. I’m not usually compelled by guided programs, but I’m off to a great start. This is highly professional and polished, allowing lots and lots of flexibility and different types stimuli. Allows places for free-flow and guided-response journaling and sharing (chatting) with others in several topical community areas. I like the music and relaxation imageries, even though I’m not typically one to be guided, it works well for now, although I usually appreciate shorter text-based programs. One thing that confuses me, maybe I just haven’t quite figured it out: the reminder notifications allow me to journal my current moods. Not sure these are random, and not sure where that journaling is saved. And the daily page is also unclear when I’m to do these different activities or where they are saved. I need more clarity on how I see my progress. For now, I’m highly impressed by the content — and Thanks to the publishers for that — even though the process isn’t totally clear to me yet.

Life changing. First off download this app right now. This app has change my life so many times or just change my life when I get angry or sad this app helps I listen to its empowering videos and that helps it’s sets goals for me and and Tracks my mood I didn’t. Download this app I don’t know what I’ve would’ve done. I’m just saying download this app now it will change your life forever I hope you and so many different ways you have no idea !!!the one thing is when I go to my progress button it says loading history and it does that forever and it doesn’t even let me on that screen. So I hope they can fix that problem for me!!oh and I don’t know if this is the reason why but I am on a iPad using this app if that has something to do with it??!!

I feel like I can actually get better. This app is amazing if you want to be able to track your mood and habits in one place, learn new skills for your mental health, meditate, and vent. It really is an all in one app for me. I can’t afford therapy so this is so incredibly helpful with learning CBT and it’s almost like a game- you get to see your progress and you have levels. With your mental health, you can’t see how much you’ve progressed and how much you’ve grown, but with it all in the app, you can see how you’ve changed and all the things you’ve done and it makes you feel so good about yourself. For some improvements, I think the hope board would be great with some tags or maybe having the pictures in a different layout since it’s all on one page and then it’s more difficult to see. Also, you can have different tags for different situations you need hope for. Like, school stress motivation would be different from social anxiety motivation, you know? In the thoughts when you have to then highlight the thoughts and label them, it would be helpful to see them while you label since sometimes I forget what I actually said lol. But that’s just nit picky.

Never Thought It’d Be So Helpful. As someone with severe illness anxiety disorder, I’d thought an app so generic and wide-reaching would be of little value to someone with such somatic anxieties. The app, however, has completely shifted my frame of mind away from my anxieties and towards a more livable, peaceful life. Daily meditations (which I never thought would actually do anything) help to teach users strategies on bringing themselves out of anxiety and into the present moment. Meditations have also taught me ways to deal with my intrusive thoughts as they pass. The discussion boards and community posts make it easier to feel supported and not so alone in my anxious mind. The app has really worked wonders for someone who has never taken an anxiety medication, never will, and has severe anxiety issues.

Beautiful interface & great concept. I've only been using Pacifica for a short time now, but it has already become one of my most used apps. As someone who struggles with constant worries and anxiety, the tools in Pacifica have been incredibly helpful. I have used guided meditations as a coping technique in the past, but had fallen out of practice. Pacifica offers a good range of meditations, although many are behind a paywall. Still, even the free/basic exercises are great for everyday use and in stressful situations. They also offer a range of tools to track and compare your mood, emotions, health habits, goals, and thoughts throughout the day/week. There's also a feature that lets the user work with their mental health professional (if they have one) through the app. Overall, I've found this to be a beautifully designed app that has helped me tremendously in my day-to-day life. Would absolutely recommend.

overall a good app. This app is nice to have to keep track of your daily thoughts and feelings and track your progress and the meditations are nice but some of the wording used throughout the app makes me a little uncomfortable. When I tried to put in my name for the community posts or whatever it said “this name is not unique” and I assume that’s because it was already taken but it’s a really weird way to say it and for me at least it kind of turns it into a negative thought which is stupid but that was just my initial response and I think it could have been prevented with better wording. I also took the assessment for the first time and one of the questions asked if I still feel good about myself even when others look down on my illness which to me is kinda weird. I don’t think anyone feels good about themselves when someone looks down on them for something they can’t really control and especially not someone with anxiety/depression/self-image issues so that’s never really gonna be an “i feel great” moment but whatever. Another question referred to mental illness as “behavioral health issues” which seems inaccurate and kind of negative for someone who’s trying to better their mental health. Overall it’s a good app but some things are just a little weird and I think it could be improved by being a little more sensitive especially since it’s advertised as a tool to help people deal with and improve their mental illness.

Helped Me After My Mom Died. This app helped me a great deal after my mom died, a year of intense stress. Checking in daily and expressing my emotions helped me to self-reflect, identify my needs and keep commitments for my own self care, even in the center of chaos. I’ve recommend it to the rest of my family. It suggests assignments such as posting to your Hope Board, being in nature, reframing your thoughts, specific meditations and completing a challenge that you have chosen for yourself- all based on your mood rating. That’s how all the encouragement and teaching is tailored to you, which helps you advance in self-knowledge and coping skills. I continue to use it a few times a week as I care for my dad and young children. It is a great tool for busy Millennials. #sandwichgeneration #millenialcaregivers

Amazing. When I first go this app I thought that it would be just like any other meditation app. I thought that it wouldn’t help me at all and that it was no use in getting it. I’ve had the app for about two weeks now and it has helped me so much with my emotions. It helped me with lowering my stress, social and performance anxiety, and other struggles I’ve had. I can record how I’m feeling and over the past few weeks my mentality went from “awful” or “okay” to “very good” and even “great.” The health tracker helps me to remind me to take my meds or to get enough sleep. The meditations really helped me to feel calm and now I have multiple healthy coping mechanisms (that actually work) to help me when I get too stressed or anxious. This app is a life saver.

I've had this app for two years. Pacifica has really helped me with depression, anxiety, and even my eating disorder. It's just nice to be able to talk to someone, there's always someone who knows what you're going through and is willing to help. Also, the community post section of the app personally makes me a bit uncomfortable and I'm a bit hesitant to post on it, but I do scroll through it a lot and it's very helpful. You can also see your habits and how they affect your mood, which I find wonderful. There's a spot where you can record how you feel, and another where you can post things that make you happy, called your hope board. I look at my hops board when I'm feeling a bit down and it does make me feel quite a lot better.

Practical, helpful, mindful. I first downloaded Sanvello when it was still Pacifica, and on the recommendation of my therapist. This app is so simply to maneuver and I really like the look and feel of it: everything is designed to be soothing, but also to engage with you as you practice mindfulness. I have a reminder to check in every morning and it’s down wonders for me in helping process my own thoughts and emotions instead of ignoring or belittling them. Sanvello is just as much for those who are taking the first steps towards improving their mental health as it is for those who are already well-versed in mindfulness but wish to “log” their thoughts and maybe find some new exercises. I recommended this app to my entire board and executive team, and will happily continue to recommend it to everyone!

100% Honest Review (Read). I’m a 30 yr old Autism mom with G.A.D and social anxiety. Living with depression, daily physical pain, RA arthritis and migraines. Believe me when I tell you. Just the great free advice, help, RESOURCES oh the resources!, tools, community love and support and much much more. I have tired everything (medications & cannabis) and nothing has done it like this app. I see me in the data gathered and i can see where to fix myself. It’s a mirror to the true self in a healthy professional way. I’m informed about my diagnosis’s (must communicate to family), emotions are tracked to easily see triggers (coffee, bad memories) and advice on the best approach to tackle goals and all (step. U step). Trust me... As a mother. Woman. Once young. Once dumb. Once inexperienced. Once so so so tormented by my diagnosis’s now I’m on a steady road to recovery. I CAN see the light at the end of the tunnel. REMEMBER the part of the app you pay is worth it even more. But just give it a true and honest chance. Peace and love everyone!

Learned how to escape negative thought traps. I used this app to help with panic attacks back in 2018 (when it was Pacifica), and now again with different issues, more depression related. I’ve tried many apps for years, and this one is the only one that sticks for me. What I really love are the mediations and journeys. If you feel like you can’t control anxious or negative thoughts, they are great for getting “unstuck” in patterns, or at least helping one become aware. While I still lack confidence, I now know how my own thoughts reinforce beliefs and how I can reframe my perspective to combat that. I also did not feel like I had the language to discuss my emotions with others as well before using Sanvello. This app helps a lot if you are trapped in internalizing your experience. This app empowers me to open up to others and be more productive during therapy. Thank you so much!

Totally recommend!!. I’m not one to place much faith in apps like this but this one is awesome. I’ve been using it since maybe January and the weight I have felt fall off is amazing. I use the journal things the hope board it seems like I always have a quote I needed to hear when I need it. It motivated me to start working out a bit and continue with it. The meditations it has truly helped. I had been stressing a ridiculous amount and this app helped to let me take a moment and see that everything will work out. I struggle with depression and anxiety and can definitely say I’ve seen an improvement since using the app. Also I haven’t even been using the premium but I’m actually going to purchase it but waiting for the following year so I can have that when I move next year. Seriously try it.

Beginning some how.. I like the question’s and I conjuring up words to reflect when I was thinking about my upsets. It gives me a door to better understand me and my thoughts.a better day on the horizons. Today and today and get your self a outlook that offers many good words based on clearing out some of the melancholy answers encountered through out my time. And let loose off passed down expression making for the that time and moment,,, but many things elude me and makes no point of self forgiveness. That what’s I seem to go through. Making my spirit land on to much of now. And there I am. My soul without the drive of the body.I shall like you and me. Hear to some since across my eyes separated and intact. Thank you dear God and much more.

Engaging. I’ve been using Sanvello for over a year now and I’m very happy with all the options they provide. Recording journals is beneficial to me in general but I like that you can track your moods based off of different factors like exercise etc. I use the app very casually but even using the ‘community’ part of it is a small way to boost my mood or just feel less alone. Not many complaints here other than maybe having the occasional technical difficulty but I’ve seen those get fixed over time. And I wish I could see my “moods” over a longer period of time than just a week without having to scroll through week by week. But overall I really just enjoy having a safe (and very aesthetically pleasing) space to store my thoughts. Thanks to the developers!! :)

Really unlocked my emotions. I have been trying to find an outlet for my emotions for a while. I never got into journaling or meditation, it just didn’t seem to release and feeling nor did it bring me peace. It actually stresses me out because my mind would wander during meditation and I would be frustrated that I couldn’t do it. And journaling was hard because I didn’t know what to write; if I wanted to detail everything it would take me 39 minutes to write it all out which was t practical for me. This app is quick and simple and motivates me to challenge myself. Within this app I track my mood and analyze triggers and negative self talk. I also listen to meditations and watch videos on how to help bring myself out of a negative emotions fog. I would really recommend this if you have struggled with the typical recommended therapies in the past.

Wonderful app, recommending to family and friends who could use it as well.. I came across this app quite by accident, And I am so glad that I did. It has been an immeasurable help for me as I am going through a very difficult time in my life now. I have suffered from depression, anxiety, PTSD and mood dysregulation throughout most of my life. I have them fairly under control, except for when terrible events happen, and terrible events are unavoidable in life. I have use this tool when my emotions are getting out of control throughout the day. It's take action items really help center me and bring me back to where I need to be. I really love every aspect about this app and have recommended it to friends, family, and my therapist. It is a wonderful, Wonderful tool! Thank you for creating it

Not calming?. I don’t understand this app. It was recommended and covered by my employer so I tried it. First it makes me choose a theme. Stars seems nice! No, it spins at a pace that dizzied me and confused my brain. I quickly chose another. Lightning? That means constant flashing! Turns out none of the themes aren’t animated (at a weird rapid pace - if they were slow they wouldn’t bother me nearly so much.) So right off the bat, I’m frustrated. Then some of the text is barely readable against the background, for some reason? Black text against the theme background, in a few different screens. I get it that the lessons talk about the causes of anxiety, although apparently, according to this app, all of them are external? Let me tell you, my brain does a great job of giving me internal reasons to be anxious. But then it repeated it during the breathing exercise. I don’t want to think about the causes of my anxiety when I’m trying to clear my mind. Why even mention it there? I didn’t even make it three minutes into the seven minute relaxation because I kept getting angry at the relaxation exercise. I don’t know if it gets better at all, but just the basic stuff seems to frustrate me way more than relax me. These shouldn’t be roadblocks. Stick to lessons during lessons and relaxation during breathing exercises. Fix your visual stuff. Calm down the animations and make text readable.

Invaluable Tool, Constantly Evolving. Pacifica, especially the premium version, has been invaluable to my mental health. It’s got an array of tools for you to use daily, including mood trackers, meditations, health trackers, a hope board, thoughts, and goals. Each tool has a number of options to choose from, and it’s likely you’ll find at least one thing helpful to you and your situation. They also have guided paths, which are daily tools to help you change the way you think. In addition, they also have community boards and a chat feature, which supremely help to know you’re not alone and to be able to read what other people found helpful. Everything put together is a great resource for treating anxiety and depression. The free version is useful in itself, but I fell in love with the “guided paths” and wanted more out of it. The price of the app does not compare to the benefits I’ve received through consistent use of the app. One of the best parts is the involvement of one of the creators. He’s always on the boards addressing issues people are having with the app, and they do their best to keep everyone informed on what’s to come. They make updates and keep the app fresh. You can tell they care about the work they’re doing, and I’m happy to be a Pacifica user. Highly recommend you give the app a try if you experience anxiety or depression.

This app was amazing. It helped me when I was anxious or feeling down I really felt like someone was listening to me would recommend! 🥰

THIS APP WORTH DOWNLOADING. This app is truely amazing and has helped me a lot even if your not experiencing high levels of aniexty or feeling overly depressed it’s still great for wellbeing and having a positive mindset 10/10 RECOMMEND, i also love how this app is completely free and gives you the chance to interact with other people experiencing similar situations or problems :)

Well created. This app is Just what Ive needed. I can see myself using this daily. There is a lot of free courses and information. After I get through them I can see myself purchasing this monthly :)

HIRE ME. This is the BEST app!!! Everyone needs to get and get whatever else the app offers too!! Don’t think twice. Seriously, you won’t regret it. PS please hire me as an ambassador or in marketing because I would stand by this app 110%

Totally Zen. This app teaches you lot’s of interesting facts & useful exercise that improve your mood immediately. I will continue to use it regularly & recommend it to others

Another app that wants your info. Why the hell do I need to create an account or give you my email address?

Bree I just. I’ll try a second week before a complete review but at this first week it’s possibly one of the best I ever encountered to date that I can easily self help with .. without a cost .. bonus!!

Good variety. So much to explore on this App. I’m enjoying the variety of support offered

Why the need for an account?. Really tired of apps requiring users to make an account and store data on their websites.

Anxiety. Sanvello has helped my anxiety so much! I have actually been able to find peace within myself and I feel so much calmer of a night time since accessing Sanvello.

Worth it. Does actually help when you commit to it and to yourself

Trauma Treatment. I have Anxiety, Stress and Depression after suffering a Trauma at work. This App has been very helpful and suggested by my Clinical Psychologist. I have only used this App for the past week, but I am finding that I am able to fall asleep, sleep better, and am able to get out of Panic Attacks and control my anxiety much quicker to find a safe place. I highly recommend this app.

Same old. It tells you to set anxiety goals with no help or explanation or guidance. Just another app trying to make money off people’s suffering.

Great app. Fantastic app! So helpful to keep track of my mood and mental health. Thank you xx - you should swap the colours around on the logo/icon (make the background white and the little swoosh thing that green colour)

good. Worth it. very helpful

Great app!. I’ve had this app for almost two years, and there’s nothing more satisfying than keeping track of your mental health and daily habits. This app would be much more convenient though if you were able to have a better graphing system? It’s hard to swipe across the progress graph and view my daily records as it’s so slow running and takes a while to load. Such improvements like a weekly and monthly graphs would be a great idea. I’m aware that you can view them online, but having all that available in the app also would be wonderful. :)

Great but one issue. Hi! I’ve had this app for a little while and it is handy (being able to track moods and feelings) and the community feature is great. The app sometimes ‘refreshes’ so to speak which leaves me unable to use the app. It happened recently and although I went through the setup it didn’t work properly and I still can’t use it 😕

Options to be a star. I love the app but it only gives You options to be categorised as stressful anxious or depressed when taking the test before opening the app. How is anyone going to achieve “not feeling bad today feeling awesome “ where is that option - or are we all going to stay in a perpetual dismal state of depression?

Get it now!. This is such a great app and has become part of my everyday routine. So much to explore and so easy and intuitive.

Excellent tool for anxiety. Love this App, very helpful to understand my anxiety and to help me on my path to recovery. I feel understood and acknowledged as a normal human being. Most people do not understand how anxiety works and treat sufferers wrongly but this App is awesome and so beneficial to me, to understand and to help me. A lovely voice which is calming and amazing step by step instructions. Highly recommend A++++++++++++

Fabulous App. I only started using this wonderful app yesterday and I’m already loving it! Meditation really clears out my mind helping me be ready and prepared for the day ahead. I love how the app is set up and almost everything about it sparks joy. I’m not sure if I have anxiety or depression or anything like that maybe I have it I don’t know but this app is amazing and leaves me feeling positive and content. I like that when you first get the app you take quiz where you can pick and choose your goals and things like that. 10/10.

In-app costs. I love this app so much and it has helped me a lot with my anxiety and depression although you shouldn't have to pay to get help. People are struggling out there to find a meaning in life and this app could help but you need to pay for certain features.

Helpful program. It takes a few days to get use to it but this is becoming a helpful program.

Great app, not much insurance inclusion. Love the set out, very fair price, just wish that there were more countries available rather than just American insurance companies. (Not sure how much they can do/how difficult it might be for more inclusion.)

Fantastic!!. Best App I’ve used, so many tools and techniques in the one place to target and work towards a personal goal.. Easy to use, beautiful app. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helps. It helps me understand h how things work and what is going one and ye

My favourite app!. Definitely one of the best apps I’ve ever downloaded! Allows me to track my mood, record habit and set and complete goals so easily. The provided guided paths and meditation exercises are really great for dealing with stress and anxiety. Would most certainly recommend it!

Why this app should be 5 stars. Well this app helps me relax and calm down from all the stress, anxiety and depression which is in my day to day life sometimes with a handful of loneliness

Finally !. I'm so grateful I've found this app, great way to track your feelings and amazing to have a community to talk to and realise you're not alone

It helps a lot. This app helps a lot within 7 days I was filling better about myself I also met rilly nice people like jennyfishswim and C.J. their all rilly nice people and there always someone to talk to

Great app but ..... Fantastic app with really useful tools but.... when listening to the meditation tracks the woman’s voice drops in and out and sounds computer generated. It’s really frustrating. It’s not clear and the sound quality is what let’s it down. I’ve turned off the background sound so I can listen to her voice more clearly but it’s the same thing.

Healing my anxiety. Genuinely the most influential app I own. Helps me understand and connect my emotions with a very complex and difficult psychological condition. Recommend it to anyone.

BEST WELLNESS APP EVER!!. I have tried dozens of apps that help with wellness, meditation, mental health etc. I honestly never thought I would find one app that does it all...but I FINALLY have!! Not only is the premium version affordable but you get so much value out of the free version too! I have recommended this app to everyone I know, so beyond happy to have found it!

Such a good app wow!. I only got this today but I can’t believe how much free, scientifically led content there is and how ‘looked after’ I feel after only three sessions. I would recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely amazing. Amazing app with excellent free content. If you or someone you love is struggling with emotions or life stresses look no further. Seriously I have nothing but praise. It is one of the best health tools I have ever used.

Great app. I like that The app reminds me to checkin There’s a lot in the app to explore & utilise

Helpful. Together with prof help, this app has been useful to. Need to use it regularly though.

Good but.... Good but is crashing on me a lot so when I need it most it I can’t have it but overall a good app

amazing app. it is such an amazing app it is so helpful, fun and easy to use. it helps with my anxiety everyday and it is a blessing to have. definitely recommend for stress and anxiety and also just habit tracking in the health section

Helpdep on Sanvello.. I found this to be a very useful app, however I could not get it to download on both my iPhone and iPad. This prevented me using it as often as I would have liked and expected to be able to, considering that I had paid extra for this month. This is the only reason for my lower rating, but I won’t be continuing to use this app when my subscription is finished!

Great App. Very helpful and useful app which has been great over the last few weeks for me, not just for my anxiety but to keep track on my exercise and food habits

A great App!. I have been really struggling with anxiety but Sanvello has helped me allot. There Music recommendations are great, they have programs for all the causes of anxiety and tools to help u get through it.

Great App. It is great for reflection and coming the mind but doesn’t necessarily help with helping you overcome depression. I personally think that Moodpath is better but still a great app.

awesome!. genuinely helped me a ton. i had tried to a ton of methods but this actually helped me!

A variety of exercises. There are lots of exercises and activities to help

Helped quite a bit. I’ve had the app for a year now and my favourite part about it is the ‘thoughts’ category. That’s helped me through the months. You don’t get access to all the features/options in the free version BUT you get a decent selection anyway. Obviously there’s the extensive features which are locked by a paywall but you still get good access to stuff in the free version anyway. Thank you Sanvello

Answer my question, please?. How do I upload one of your daily quotes onto my positivity board? Is this board meant to stay online or should I print it out and hang it on a wall or fridge door etc?

Thanks. A perfect way to check in with yourself as well as connect with others . If taken seriously this can make a change.

Amazing app, and fantastic service!. I was using this app a while back, until I needed to do a password reset, when I discovered I had misspelled my email on the login... oops! I received almost instant service, and a kind letter from a Sanvello member. Sanvello has helped me cope through some very difficult stages in life, I have already recommended it to most of my friends. It has helped me with anxiety and OCD. Thank you Sanvello!

Touch ID & Mood Entry. Hey, can you please add a Touch/Face ID option the unlock alongside the passcode? I like the new update to Sanvello but it’s hidden away the ability to create a mood entry for a second time in a day, are you able to add it somewhere on the new home screen, maybe a button just below the mood graph? I like to check in 2-3 times most days.

WoW.

Scam. Do not download this app they will charge you $40 over and over and it’s impossible to get them to stop even if you delete the app. Working with my credit card company to get this fixed. If you have downloaded this, check your purchase history as they are probably charging you.

Excellent, mais en anglais. Excellente appli, complète et conviviale. Les tuto vocaux sont tous en anglais.

My Saviour. This app has been my go to for meditations since 2018. Any time I have an anxiety or panic attack, or even if I just need to relax I know I can go to Sanvello to calm me down. For me the premium is 100% worth the cost, and I recommend this for anyone who has anxiety and depression.

Superbe application !!. ❤️☀️☀️

Good. I really enjoy this app so far but the videos have no audio for me

Love the app but a few issues.... I loved this app before and after the update but I noticed after the update that the app has become much slower and glitchy for me. For example, it takes much longer to load the app when pressed, I am not able to post pictures to the “hope board” and it is slower in general. I still love the app and hope to continue using it but these make it a bit difficult to use the app. Thank you!

Heart beats. Interesting application the AI can sense everything and help you to get over anything you wished to have an aIntelligent BFF in your hands. It would count and diagnose your weekly experience, all what you want to know and don’t understand it will be in here medication for some people is important and some they only need a big ear to hear them and it will be you and your machine only - I hope 🤞🏼😅

Great app.. Excellent for tracking healthy habits. Good tools for thought/emotion tracking and reframing.

Private message. Great app! But there really should be private message on it, it’d make it so so much better.

Bugs. I used to love it but for the past couple months I have not been able to sign in. 1. It logged me out due to a bug 2. Requires 2-factor verification via emailed code but I can’t get any emails until a few days later after the code has already expired. This is really frustrating because I’ve been using it for years and now I can’t even get in

If it worked.... I really liked the app in the beginning, so much so that I decided to pay for a subscription. About 2 weeks in, and I’m finding lots of bugs and am unable to use the majority of the features in the app. It was a waste of money and I won’t repurchase.

The new update isn’t great. I love this app so much. I use it every day, but mainly the chat groups. The new update where you can only choose groups is awful. If there is something specific, I can’t search for it. It really bugs me. Please fix it ://

Can’t get past the premium subscription page. Would have loved to have tried it. But can’t get past the premium purchase screen to try it without committing to purchasing.

Why I rated it one star.. Because I can’t change my email over to my other one and I can’t get a email.

Really Relèvent App. This app is really well done, careful and professionally done. I think it could be a great tool to give access to this app, it could change lives for those who doesn’t have easily access to a doctor or psychologist.

Bad app. Scammed me out of money and won’t pay me back. Absolutely garbage human beings.

Great support and tools. Tried it out during the isolation period (thanks COVID), and loved it. It gave me tools to help diffuse and understand what was triggering my anxiety. Unfortunately I mistyped my email and had to reach out to customer support to correct it. After multiple emails and confirmations, my email still hadn’t been changed (three months later) I have deleted the app I had full intentions of continuing with. My medical coverage covers the app and I had wanted to continue with the premium services, but since I couldn’t confirm my email, I couldn’t justify spending so much money and risk losing everything because my account wasn’t verified. So ★★★★ for the app itself. ★ for customer support.

I loved this app... I loved it so much.. until you made us have to pay to use more than 3 things (like hygiene, sleep, family) in the Health part... very disappointing that you’re pushing more and more people to pay for it.

Amazing help!. I’ve only been using Sanvello for a week but it’s already improving my life. It’s an amazing way to keep track of my feelings and the notifications don’t feel intruding - they’re worded politely and only geared towards helping you succeed in bettering your health.

Needs work. Right idea but the group chat things pose a lot of issues. People get banned from them for absolutely no reason all the time, messages get deleted, and ive seen people very blatantly lie and put others in danger. I reported them and nothing happened. I believe the group chats do more harm than good. If you cant fix these issues (and many more) id recommend removing the feature altogether because people are getting hurt.

Life saving. I don’t even know how to put into words how this app has helped me. It’s given me a clear picture on want I need to fix encouraging me and so much more. Before I started using Sanvello I felt lost hurt hopeless and sad all the time since using this app I’ve been able to feel happier because every morning I start it off with letting my feelings out in a controlled manor and in a way that is simple but yet affective I also love that you have a small list to complete everyday and you can set goals and so much more. Sanvello is very simple to use and it is very affective. It gave me an idea of what I was going through I took a test and found out I am estimated to have severe anxiety stress and depression but with Sanvello I’ve been able to control it in a healthy way we’re I’m not for anything and there not making it so you have to accomplish a huge list of things. Highly recommended

J’adore mais .... J’adore cette application, mais .... Il manque un peu côté français, il devrais avoir une géolocalisation et des texte de personne dans nos entourage afin de mieux ce comprendre et permettre à des personnes qui ne parle 0 français a télécharger l’application!

Really good experience.. Well, I have been searching for an app like this. And honestly- my expectations were very low. But holy heck! This is great! You can talk to people freely in chat rooms- and everyone is so uplifting, yet honest. And I love the features of guided meditation, journaling, and emotion-tracking. Best “mental health” app I’ve stumbled across to date. There’s no commitments, and you can pick it up whenever you feel like it. Great work, I’d say!

Premium. Pacifica is a great start when it comes to self help in mental health. A good portion of the app is locked unless you buy the premium which as over priced for all that it offers ( at least the way I use Pacifica) if you're looking for actual support from others it's probably not the BEST idea. Overall a good self help app

Helped me have a better understanding on anxiety. Helped m

Good App however has some glitches and there are concerns for data security. Pros: A comprehensive app for management and reduction of anxiety and depression symptoms using scientific approach. Note: Will update as needed in future Cons and issues: 1) It does not support landscape mode on iPad Pro hence rendering my keyboard case next to useless. 2) When viewing individual thoughts from “Your Thought History” from Guided Paths - Taking Control - Your Activity, there is no option to get back to previous page and one should terminate the app and run it again. 3) No support for TouchID/ Face ID using iOS Secure Enclave API. 4) There is concern for data security and privacy of user data by the way they have implement user data encryption and access.

Anglais pas français. Il y a des choses pas traduit il sont juste en anglais quand moi ma langue est française dans les réglages

I like the app but their subscription option is lousy.. I didn't subscribe but made an in app purchase and it kept charging my account. I like the app, but watch out for that.

Unhappy. First it makes do all these things and then it makes put in your email which I do not have

Avary. I always felt like a disappointment and I have a short temper and this app taught me get this app!!! I wish there were therapists to talk to!

Awesome app / Génial !!!. I'm not a big fan of apps but this one delivers. Only good things came from using it everyday (...well almost everyday!) It's like having a therapy session on demand or a life coach in your pocket! Give it a try!!!

Very helpful. Very helpful app, probably the best one regarding anxiety. Helpful tools, tracking devices, activities. When you finish all the « guided activities » though, nothing to keep paying for it each month. They should add more.

Thank you for giving back to me. I would Love to have the full version. So grateful for this one ! Thank you for helping me be accountable.

Five star. I love this app and all the social stuff is safe and respectful u have looked at over 15 apps and got 5 and this is the keeper it helps me go to bed and have a better life, no ads and easy to work. 😃😃😃😃😄😄😄

Dommage. Il est vraiment dommage que l’ensemble de l'application, incluant les voyages ne soit pas traduites en français. Cela la rendrait plus accessible à beaucoup de gens qui ont besoin d’un tel outil.

Helpful ❣️. It doesn’t cure anything, but it gave me an awareness of myself I really needed. And that was my first step out of the overwhelming thoughts I felt trapped in. Thank you for that amazing help!!

ILOVE IT. Sanvello is amazing I already got 29% off my anxiety I LOVE IT!

Change back to Pacifica!!!. I am not at all liking the updates since becoming Sanvello. In order to create a goal I just go through an audio clip that forces me to listen to an acted script between a therapist and client. This makes me feel like I’m being told how to think and feel because I’m clearly the “client” in this scenario. Instead just have a person talk to ME the user who is here to use the app for reflection and support, NOT how I should be feeling about the app!!! The UI is clunky responsive buttons do not link to the content. Eg In order to give this feedback I tried going to “provide feedback” in the app and it is unresponsive, then when you go to “rate Sanvello 5 stars!” (Again don’t tell me what to think, manipulation within a therapy based app is insulting) and then you select “not happy” it takes you back to the selection menu. Very disappointing and I hope you customer success department reaches out to me because this app was a very helpful too for my wellbeing! Please contact me!

Self help to help yourself. As someone who dislikes having others involved with my therapy, having Sanvello and learning how to be my own “therapist” is empowering. This app only works if you put the work in yourself, as is with any sort of therapy. But as someone who really struggled with “people pleasing” I would often end up caring less about my therapy and more about my therapist. Taking the influence of an actual physical therapist and replacing it with a toolkit and my own space on this app, I actually care about my treatment again. I care about me and helping myself. If your someone who is nervous about “traditional” therapy, then take it into your own hands! No one knows you and what you think and feel better than you! Thank you Sanvello, I’m grateful we found each other.

Amazing. Great app!!!!

Très belle application mais.... Tout est parfait, bien conçu, mais il aurait fallu trouver des documents vidéos et audios en français! Le texte est en français, pourquoi pas le reste?

Spam Emails. Less than 24 hours of registering and I’m receiving misleading emails from sites that I don’t use and they’re using my Pacifica user name. So, they either got hacked and all of our information was stolen in which case they should be letting all of us know or they’re just jerks preying on people with mental health issues. From the reviews it looks like they’re helping many people which is great but my experience wasn’t so helpful. After registering I received a welcome email from the app maker saying he knows how we feel. He’s been there. All huggy and kissy. I call bull crap. He doesn’t know squat about what we go through or he would run his “business” more openly. If he truly knows how we feel he wouldn’t be doing this.

Oups. L’accompagnement est en anglais! Quand je veux me calmer me faire suggérer « I am calm « cela ne fonctionne pas

Super App!. Ce n'est pas toutes les composantes de l'application qui ne sont traduites de l'anglais. Cela représente selon moi le hic! Sinon? Super app complet, intéressant et motivant!

Great app but doesn’t work offline. I love this app, when it works. Unfortunately I have to log in with a 2-factor auth each time I open it, including waiting for a code to be sent via email to put in before I even have access to the app. None of the features are accessible offline, which unfortunately makes the app pretty useless as an anxiety resource unless you’re always within range of high-speed wifi or have lots of data. If you do, give it a try because it is very helpful. I don’t, so I can’t give 5 stars.

Download this!!. Great app help me calm down and relieved my anxiety! You get a decent amount without premium! If you are looking to get into mindfulness and meditation this is for you!!

Worth a Try. A CBT app is only as good as the fit for your personal experience. I received a complementary one month trial for the app; and now I know: this is a good fit. How to access the layers of writing prompts for self-reflection (strongest part of the app) is not obvious in the non-subscription mode. Once you have experienced the combination of the Tools and the Skills, you will appreciate the transformative nature of regular use of this app. In the Tools I found the Ladder approach to Goal Setting took extra attention to detail and a big push of momentum – but the results were outstanding. Why not 5 - stars? I feel the app lacks the supporting internal video and - or screen how tos for navigating the app. And BTW - not having access to the health professional coaching (outside of USA) does not impact the quality of what Sanvello the app has to offer. This app is worth your consideration as a CBT writing prompt for both spoken (audio) and text (print) interaction, with a very strong visual feedback component.

This app honestly is amazing.. I have really struggled with anxiety and depression. This app is amazing for any emotion of action job are struggling with that you want to break. This app has helped me a lot especially with coping. In this app, there is different “sections” under the community tab, and you can type different comment about how you are feeling, etc. I love to encourage other people on this app. You never know what words could do in someone’s life. This app is great if you love to help other people with difficult emotions or if you ever need to just “let some things out.” So many people are here for you and I never feel like I’m on my own when I am on the app. I %100 recommended!!!!!

Love the app. Won’t load after the update, though. This is a wonderful app. It’s really helped me to better understand myself, and it’s been very insightful to be able to look back on days and see how my emotions are impacted by the circumstances I’m in. I was tracking daily for months, but after the update, for some reason the app gets stuck on the beginning visual of waves, and never loads past that. I left it on that screen for ~10 minutes one time, just to see. I’ve tried deleting, reinstalling, and turning my phone off multiple times over the past few weeks, but it doesn’t seem to work :( hopefully I can get that figured out at some point.

Super helpful!. Everything about this app is amazing. The customer service I experienced when I had issues opening the app was phenomenal (shout out to Kristina!) and the exercises regularly help my anxiety. I’m going through a really rough time right now and it’s interesting to see how my mood changes week to week. I just have two issues with the check-ins. One question is about having a behavioral health issue and there’s no option for “I don’t have a behavioral health issue.” Another issue I have is that there should be an option to select that you are currently in grief, a really stressful time, etc, because that certainly influences your answers. Keep up the good work Sanvello!

Life-Changing Advice. For the past few months, my body has been in fight/flight/freeze mode on a consistent basis. My hands were always shaky, and my chest was so heavy and painful that it was hard to breathe. I was spiraling downwards and felt incredibly depressed. But then I began using this app. I have only been using it for three days, but I feel and see the difference. My breathing is deeper and steady, and the burden is almost lifted from my chest. I feel calmer and incredibly tired now, and I think that fatigue is from finally relaxing after being so very anxious for so very long. I cannot afford a therapist, so I never had any tools to manage my anxiety. This app has taught me those tools. I cannot recommend Sanvello enough.

Thank you. I’ve only just started to use this app I struggle with severe anxiety and depression and am relatively young. I feel like I have some support and a small amount of people to confide it, but I still feel constantly alone, sad, and many other feelings ALL the time. This app is a God send. I actually feel so much better when I listen to it. I do my best to participate in filling out my feelings and goals, But sometimes I just listen and breathe. It makes me feel safe and comforted knowing someone is understanding and I can just breath and keep going. I won’t stop using this app because it truly is helping me. Thank you so much Pacifica for this. You are helping at least one person in the world ♥️

Great for Young Adults. This is a fantastic app that has a ton of resources and guidance for working through anxiety. It can help you learn about anxiety, build daily habits that can help, and even remind you to check in everyday. There are also community boards to chat with others. The only problem for me is that it is obviously targeted for young adults and teenagers, which I am not. I would have loved this 10 or 15 years ago. The audio guidance covers topics and has a tone that is for younger people. All references to relationships are in regards to dating and meeting people for the first time. My stress is tied up in marriage, managing a family, and other more mature topics. Otherwise great! I may keep using it for the mood tracking alone.

A must need app!. I stumbled on this app while looking at the Mindfulness section of the health app on my iPhone. Wow! Best choice ever!!! I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder and modérate depression. Being a Medical student is hard enough and with this app I was able to STOP and actually think about what I’m feeling! I feel it’s a good CBT tool for your phone. Great job guys helping those in need! I have trying several other Mindfulness apps or whatever but this one was the Only one that had everything!!! I’m so happy you guys made this app! It’s life changing and a great tool to help anybody work with there emotions and mental health challenges. Thank you so much!!!!!

Logging in issues. I have had some issues logging back into the app. It logs me out quite frequently. Sometimes I want to pop back into the app and do the mood tracker or jot something I’m feeling down. Having to log back in them go through the two step verification process frustrates me and deters me from doing those things. The two step verification I would rather it sent me a text instead of an email. It takes a while for the email to come through and by then I’ve already forgotten the thought I wanted to capture. Also it would be nice to clear some things off the Home Screen when you’ve already listened to them. Being able to click maybe a next button or swipe them to the next meditation, journey, or quote would be nice.

Update is killer. Everything is different and I hate it. Please make these guided journeys go away, show me my background, and make the interface user friendly and have the resources I love again. Again, no one cares about the guided journeys and they’re annoying. The new devs response to almost every reply seems to be, “check out the new guided journeys. We’re the same as Pacifica” You lack the heart Pacifica had. Edit: thank you for your response. Do you have any plans to move things to their original format? It is stressful to discreetly find things when I am already stressed. Will there be any more changes since Sanvello is owned by United Health? Is there any way I can see (when reframing my thoughts) what I marked out so I can make it more specific to my situation? As opposed to generalized “what can you do to stop fortune telling? What’s another time you’ve done this”

My university I introduced me to this app!. It’s great! I can see my mood as a line graph. Day 2 of using this app, I realized that when I thought I had a rough day, there was a point where I felt great and had a “very good” moment! I would’ve otherwise had never reflected on that moment. They recently introduced podcasts this week, I’m looking forward to tuning in again. Great app, great community, and great resources to support a better mindset! My only suggestion is to make pricing more affordable for others (my university covered the fee though) and that moods should be on a wheel or arranged as a visual to better understand them.

Great app when able to submit entries. On my iPhone, the “Done” button is too far up in the right corner that I can’t click on it most days. I really like the categories this app has since I’m need to be able to record my environmental surroundings along with my mental, physical and emotional state everyday due to an Autoimmune issue. This app allows me to track so many more categories and make notes than any other food tracking app. Most days I have to record in my notebook because I can’t click the done button. Other apps just don’t meet my tracking needs. Developers, please fit your coding so the “Done” and “Cancel” buttons display before the top heading on iPhones.

Good start for iPhone, but.... This is a great start to an app and one that I’d be willing to pay for with just a couple of adjustments - mainly, make it much easier to do baseline tracking with Apple Watch or being able to be added to a Workflow. Sometimes I want to do long entries, but most of the time, I just want a gentle tap on my wrist every few hours asking me how I’m doing and letting me respond with a quick button press or two. I don’t always have time to unlock my phone and make an entry, and I have a feeling that a lot of people feel the same way. I haven’t seen another app that can do this for the Watch other than one that isn’t nearly as good as Pacifica, so there are some great avenues to explore here for your developers as many more of us are adopting wearables. I’d love to update with five stars when this happens!

My first week free trial. I really like this app and I want to continue and share with my therapist, but I wasn’t able to add my feelings for the past days I didn’t fill in when I wasn’t able or forgot. :( I was afraid to purchase the app because I was unsure if this would be a continuous problem. I wasn’t able to view final results or figure out everything this great app had to offer due to a busy schedule not enough time to convert my habitual actions of writing down my feelings to switch over possibly using this app instead. I just wanted to add in what I had wrote down to get to see the final results and share. I assume since I was on the free trial it actually ended my week without entries on each day. If I could have done this along with a few other things. I would have possibly purchased this app I was excited about.

Wonderful app for mental health. This is one of the best apps I’ve used for my mental health. You will need to pay for the premium version to really get the best use out of it, but it is very much worth the cost; even short term. The newest interface is great. It’s very pleasing and more intuitive. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish there were more meditations. The meditations section has had the same set of meditations for some time and they haven’t changed at all. I actually think they got rid of some in the update. This isn’t something that would or does prevent me for paying for it, but it would be nice if there were regular updates with new meditations so you can change up your routine from time to time.

Quarantine Lifeline. Having suffered a nervous breakdown, and being diagnosed with GAD, depression, and other neurological disorders, Sanvello has become my quarantine lifeline between telemed calls with my therapist and doctors. Sanvello has given me a place to track my moods, thoughts, goals, health, and realizations. In addition, I have been able to meditate and recognize when my panic sets in or moods shift. I have been so impressed, that I have recommended Sanvello to my husband, children, family members, and friends. I have told my therapist so much about Sanvello, that she has begun recommending it to other patients. To the creators of Sanvello... I can not thank you enough for this app. It’s just what is needed at this moment in time.

I absolutely love this app. I recently started using this app because I have major anxiety and stress that can make my day go from okay to absolutely horrible in a second so I thought I’d try it out. I saw it advertised on the App Store and on websites I visited so I finally decided to give it a go and I have to say, I won’t stray from it any time soon. It asks you how you’re feeling and what specific things you feel and based on what you put, it recommends multiple activities you can do on the app to help calm down as well as the ability to make goals for yourself that day. I absolutely love it and I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great app to help combat anxiety and stress

AMAZING. I still find myself in the battle with anxiety and various forms of mental health. But the few days I have used this amazing app, I find myself growing and problem solving. Although I still have some steps to go, and this app will tell you that, I still cannot express my gratitude! The coaching aspect associated to it has left me feeling better overall, and creating strategies that not only help what I’m facing in the moment, but long term as well. Overall I cannot recommend this app enough! If you are ever feeling down, stuck in a loop, or just need some overall motivation or understanding of the problems you’re facing, this is the application for you!

What is going on 🤦‍♀️. This is the absolute best app all around for productivity and mental health. I used it free for like 6 months before I finally subscribed and it was still super efficient and helpful 😊 But alas, something is going wrong now..I just got my iPad back after getting the screen replaced and I’m now having issues with the app in lots of little ways. Can’t post a photo, it won’t save what I write, even though I hit SAVE, if I try to access my Thoughts the app just throws me off. I even deleted the app and then downloaded it again, but no difference. I’m desperate to get back into this app without any problems. Please help

Life Changing. I’ve only had the app for a few months, but it had definitely been one of the most helpful apps I’ve ever downloaded. From the hope board to the guided meditation sessions to the journal entries Pacifica houses everything you need to improve your mental state and become more in-tune with yourself. I must say having a community of people who can actually relate to you makes all the difference, a lot of my friends and family equate having anxiety and depression to being nervous & sad, when it’s so much more than that. But after seeing my improvements, I purchased a subscription, and it’s definitely worth it. If you’re struggling with something & contemplating the usefulness of this app please try it.

If you want to build yourself back up!. Honestly, I was in a rough patch. It was like one thing after another that was going wrong. With school, personal issues, relationships. But this app really put my thoughts in perspectives that I didn’t look at. It gave me advice better than a friend did or better than someone else did I wanted more from. You have to fix yourself, no one is gonna do it for you. This helped my journey! I look back on some things and realized how much things have changed and this app helped me. I was on it often then it was like I didn’t need it anymore. I am working on me ❤️

Suggestion for improvement in user experience.. With respect to the mood tracker, it may be useful if the user could record his/her mood before and after writing beneath the mood tracker for the day. This before and after tracking may enlighten the user about factors contributing to a better or worse mood. For instance, before my writing, I felt "not good." However, after writing, I felt "good." Thus, my state of being changed from "not good," passing "okay" and landing at "good" (i.e., two levels of improvement better than I started). Overall, this idea further promotes users' awareness of his/her state of being, and it has the potential to encourage users to (1) be wary of and/or do less of what worsens a given mood and (2) do more of what improves a mood.

Mood check in & then some A++. Never write these but yes. Wanted to give 5 but most of the best content is locked. The features available for free make basic access a teaser for purchased content BUT it still works if you use it as a daily mood check in. Using it basic makes the process quick/painless (vs full journaling). I quickly add tags from lists of adjectives. It does allow for journal entries, & eased me back into taking that time for myself, but really it’s it’s convenience that makes it. There are other free features that are great too. I like the inspiration “Hope” board - another clever way of tricking myself into thinking of things I like about me. Other similar features make purchasing a bit tempting tbh. Anyway. It’s a great daily helper.

Great app for mental health. I receive Sanvello premium for free through my insurance carrier and when I downloaded it I truly had no idea what to expect. I have been so impressed now I’ve been trying to talk it up to everyone at work! I love the mood tracking feature with feeling words and a journal I can attach. There are weekly assessments so I can track how I am doing over time. There are even paths to take with readings and meditations based on how I answer the assessment questions. I haven’t delved too much into the discussion/community feature but I do like the idea of being able to connect with others on topics dedicated to mental health. They also use a team approach when working with clinicians which is how it should be in an ideal world. You get a therapist, psychiatrist (as needed) and a coach to work with 1:1 for any needs above and beyond the information and tools offered in the app. Overall I have been so impressed and love everything Sanvello has to offer.

One of the best for mental wellness. I own a lifetime subscription but just recently started using this on a regular basis. I didn't realize what I had been missing out on. This is meditation but so much more. This is a robust and very well made mental wellness app. I rate an app on how likely I am to use it. I hate to say it but visually appealing matters when you feel down. And they have an awesome app design. Great meditations - from super short to various lengths to much longer. The app gently encourages you to take different, positive steps in your life without making you feel bad if you don't. Very important. Kudos to the team for all aspects of this app!

I’m sticking with it!. I’ve been using Pacifica for a few weeks now. That’s about 2.5 weeks longer than I’ve ever stuck with journaling or using a cbt workbook. There are a few things I would change: I’d like more options in the “How are you feeling?” wheel. Sometimes the pay wall seems to interfere randomly (you can have many health goals, but can’t change “friends” to “friends and family”). But these issues are so so minor. I don’t generally believe that app designers care at all about the humanity of users, but this app seems to demonstrate genuine care, as though the developers actually want to help us feel better!

Useful however annoying to signup and assumes a newbie. The link I got from a provider tried to sign me up for the in app purchases when is through the company employee assistance program which is supposedly free. If anything the EAP should pay for it. Then as an option wanted my health insurance info which I refused. Seems wanted a blank check. No explanation what paid services they were providing. Also seems to assume am a newbie to mental well-being when I have been meditating for 19 years. Is providing a meditation learning topic which I am ignoring. So like anything else take what is useful and ignore the rest.

If it only worked…. I have an Apple SE, second edition, with the absolute latest iOS update, from several days ago. I downloaded this app on recommendation from my therapist. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the latest iOS update or not, but during each prompt, the FINISH bar covers up the bottom two choices, and the page won’t scroll up and down to access it all. Moreover, when I get to the prompt asking if I have a therapist, none of the choices will take me any further, as the FINISH bar does not light up no matter what I do. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, and tried a hard reboot on my phone, twice, but it just won’t work. It looks like another app company will be getting my business, since you cannot even provide an app that will install properly.

Notifications bug and locked content. This is probably a three star app for most people if you can stomach the subscription cost. Otherwise, I strongly suggest using Insight Timer, Buddhify, Smiling Mind, or Plum Village since their commitment to making mindfulness and meditation accessible to all is exemplary and none require subscriptions. Currently, there is a bug if you have the “check-in” notification active. Even if you check in it will ask you to check in every three seconds or so. Turning off notifications is the only fix I’ve found. From a content standpoint, there’s too much locked behind a subscription paywall to compete with other (arguably better) offerings. In particular, at least one sleep meditation should be available to all users given how important sleep is to mental health and overall wellbeing. I’m keeping Pacifica on my phone because I really like one of the meditations and think it’s well done. Were there a reasonably priced onetime purchase for the rest of the content, I would probably go for it. But since there’s a move to make this app less useful for the non-paying people who probably need it most, I really can’t support that. Again, if you’re reading this and need alternatives, Insight Timer, Smiling Mind, Buddhify, and Plum Village are all solid options. ✌🏽

Life Changing.. I have never written a review for an app, but felt moved to for Sanvello because it has helped me so much. I have generalized anxiety and used to suffer terrible panic attacks, most of which I would not have made it through without this app (back when it was called Pacifica). It offers so much, from journaling, to guided meditation, to safe spaces like discussion boards, to weekly check ins. If you feel like a victim to your mental illness, this is the app for you—it will help you to realize your strength & ability to manage, if not overcome, your struggles. Wish I could give above 5 stars, thank you so much to the creators!

Game Changer. Honestly I got this app when I got my iPad (I got so excited and downloaded so many apps!) but this one quickly stood out. I use it daily to track my moods, things that could influence these moods like sleep or exercise, to meditate, to journal, to work through my journaling and thoughts with CBT. It's nice to meditate, journal about gratitude, or post to the community on good days. And it's dug me out of a lot of bad days by reframing my thoughts in a journaling exercise, seeing how my mood is brought on by bad self care, or reflecting back on better posts from better times. This app has so many functions that let me feel in control and can help me interact with my thoughts and keep track of my progress. Worth every penny.

Great!. I love this app! I can keep track of everything I’m feeling and everything I’m doing to better myself (water, exercise, meditation, etc) What I really love is the extensive amount of feelings tags you can choose from. Other apps just use basic ones. Being able to pinpoint exactly how I’m feeling helps me learn more about myself and what I’m going through daily. I also love the visual representation of my daily moods, as well as the option to track it throughout the day. My mood isn’t the same all day, so I enjoy seeing a display of how things change for me depending on what’s going on in my day.

A little hard to navigate at first.... But spend some time in it. It’s worth exploring and honestly the results aren’t immediate because navigating mental illness isn’t an overnight quick fix thing. I’ve been using Pacifica for about a month now, by day 3 I had seen the value in the subscription. The extra features have definitely helped move things a long. They are providing a really helpful tool for people who struggle with things like depression and anxiety. I also have PTSD from cancer treatment, I lost my job about a month ago so the triggers are everywhere, I was sleeping too much and not moving from my bedroom. Daily quotes and reminders to log my ups and downs has been super helpful ✨ Thank you Pacifica 💛

Pacifica app. I stumbled upon this app and I am grateful that I did!!! This app has been a great way for me to learn different ways to deal with my life problems and it allows me to share my experiences with others. I have actually made an impact on other people’s problems by sharing my problems and ways I have found to deal with disorders. The app has caused me to take a deep look at myself and it helps me see what I can change in my life and within myself to become a better person. There are so many benefits to using this app. I don’t have enough space to name all the benefits. I can tell you that this app is wonderful and has helped me mentally and physically!!! 🤗😛🙂

Great app!. If you are just starting to meditate, like me, then you have probably tried tons of different apps for meditation. It seems like all of them want you to pay a ridiculous amount every month if you want to uses more than a select few features, but not this app! It honestly took me a while to figure out what the upgraded version offered. Not bc it doesn't off much but bc they let you access so much of the app without paying. I really appreciate this. I can get a real idea of whether or not this app is for me. On top of that the price is much lower than the other ones I have tried. I'm really enjoying every aspect of this app.

This is the best thing ever!!!!!!. Sanvello is awesome for people who need help with their emotions. There are meditations, A public chat, only for positive things and stuff like that though. Sanvello is really amazing it recommends things like going for walks, doing things that make you happy, like art for example, and can really help with the emotions that are really big like anger, and sadness, oh my God Sanvello is amazing you need to try it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With Sanvello, the possibilities are endless! BTW this was written by a nine year old fourth grader, so please don’t judge. Oh yeah, in public speaking you also can’t judge other people’s messages. Your have to get Sanvello!

Denied service. I suffer from depression, it’s hard to even schedule therapy. I managed to build up the strength to get a session scheduled. I was excited! Sanvello charged me 120 dollars for the initial consultation. After going through and answering many personal questions and medical history we were closing up. They determined that they would be unable to help me and I should find a different provider. They did not give me phone numbers, or offer to help. They simply abandoned me with a bill telling me to go else where. I’m sure they had reasons, legal an other reasons they are asked to tell high risk patients this. I find this hugely unethical knowing how difficult it is for those struggling to ask for health, to leave them worse off then they came. Under no circumstance would I ever recommend Sanvello for this reason. If they were to give free consultations rather than scamming the worst hurting people out of money and denying service I would change this review. For now my advice is to avoid. Sanvello left me worse than when I first tried it, without help and with an additional bill. Update. Billing was unable to resolve or refund my issue. Instead I received a letter terminating there service

Too many features?. Confusing and hard to navigate, the first screen is like a kitchen sink of stuff you have to scroll through, too much. And the first one is always pushing Anxiety help, even though I answered all the questions right away and my anxiety level is almost zero. It was Depression that the app told me was significant problem. Then proceeds to push anxiety help on me every time, no depression option, except somewhere farther down in the app I can’t remember….the best feature is the quick way it asks how you are doing, with all of the emotions tags you can add, then shows on a scale your answers over time. Best mood tracking method I’ve seen.

It really works!. I totally recommend this app. I use it everyday, and it reminds me to take care of myself and have a positive attitude. Each of the tools in this app are very helpful. My favorite one being the Hope board. I love to collect positive quotes and put them there. The community, to me, is the best part of this app. It makes me realize that I am not alone with my feelings. Everyone is very supportive there, and I love to share positivity in the community. This app is life changing. I have been using it everyday for 100 days straight and I’m very happy I found it. It really helps! And I also enjoy and appreciate that it is free to use, but I also have the option to upgrade it. Very thankful!

Signed up to participate in research, now cannot use the app?!. I was excited to begin using the app today because I have been going through a very hard time and cannot afford therapy. I was prompted to participate in a research study and signed up, which took nearly 10 minutes and caused frustration due to glitches. I didn’t wade through all of the fine print because I wanted to participate. Now I seem to be locked out of the app and on a waiting list. I never even had an opportunity to try it, stopped after the setup screen. Maybe offer the study to users that have been active in the app for a week or two? I honestly don’t know if I will enjoy using this product and now am enrolled for this research study. Extremely counterintuitive and frustrating for your users!

My Favorite Tool. For those looking for a tool to help them keep going from good days to bad days, this app is well-made for that. It’s not a cure, it’s not a gimmick, it’s not a fix all. It’s a tool, one of many in my toolbox, and it’s my favorite. There is free and premium membership, and while premium is obviously better, free has enough tools to let you use it without having to pay. I enjoy that everything is based off of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it works. It’s easy to use and intuitive, and the only mental health app I’ve not deleted after trying for a week or two. This has all the tools I wanted in one place, and I appreciate all the work that goes into it from the creators. Thank you for making this possible

Helpful in a very dark time in my life. This app has really helped me in a time in my life where I was really struggling with my mental health. It has a lot of things to offer such as setting daily goals that reminded me I needed to keep moving forward despite how badly I felt, it gave me lessons based on CBT that were educational and a reminder how to cope in those difficult time. It has support groups and features such as guided meditation. I felt the daily check in on how I was doing was very helpful because I could journal how my day was going and look back on my progress. This is a great app for someone who is going through something and needs some guidance and support.

Best app for the depressed/anxious hearted.. I have tried multiple apps for tracking my habits, meditating, and journaling, and none of them were easy to stick with or provided what I needed. Pacifica is all of the above and the easiest routine to stick with that I have ever tried. And I like that my care provider can see my entered data in a friendly view for each appointment because sometimes it's just hard to describe your ups and downs for the last month. I LOVE the guided meditations also. I have noticed a remarkable difference with myself at my worst, and I have also been able to notice the trends and make changes accordingly. Mental health is always a work in progress, and Pacifica is the best side kick I have ever used to get through it!

GREAT App but Needs Wifi for certain features. I love using Pacifica as a positive influence and a way to help with depression and anxiety. It’s seriously a great app to help calm me down, and to remind me that I CAN do this! I have a few issues with the app such as needing wifi to type your mood or to even look at your hope board. I subscribed for the full version because I love it so much, and the hope board is one of my favorite features next to meditation, and it would be really nice to look at it when I don’t have internet. I have a few problems with typing my thoughts as well, for the keyboard won’t move, or when I move the screen to look at what I previously wrote on a notepad, it will “lock on” and not move from the text. Pretty small issues, but I would give the app 5 Stars otherwise.

awesome! it helps!. this app is awesome. it helps my anxiety! it makes me positive, it makes me happy. it actually helps! i didn’t think it would actually work, but it makes me soooo much better! i literally am OBSESSED with this app! i love sharing positive things. and i love sharing things and getting comments on it to help me out. and i love looking at other people’s posts. there’s so many things on here! i just love it! 10/10 would recommend!! it makes me relax and calm. like when i got it i had high anxiety and i was having a hard time breathing and my heart was beating fast but 5 minutes in all of that went away! i love this app so much! it works! p.s. i never write reviews but this app is so amazing i wanted to share with you to get this app!

Some great features. Overall this is a good app. I don’t think any app is the sole outlet for anxiety or depression, but it is a good outlet. I go to it when I need a quiet “personal” space to talk to myself. The features are well put together. I’m not a huge fan of the forums, but I’m not of those things in general; as I think they are just a reminder of just how down and out you can make yourself get. It’s easy to be dragged down with others if you’re not in the right place mentally. One thing I’d like to request of the developers: I use this app and one other that incorporates a daily quote. The Pacifica quote comes and goes in a matter of a few seconds which makes it hard to read and fully digest. I’m picky...just don’t know why it needs to leave the screen at all.

THANK YOU Sanvello!!. Your gesture in offering a free premium subscription to all during these unprecedented times is a truly an act of kindness, compassion and generosity. Having to cope with PTSD, GAD and depression in a time of fear and chaos is at times unbearable. When I received your email for the premium subscription, I immediately opened the app and within minutes felt a sense of relief and community reading only a few comments from others. It was a perfectly timed reminder that even during times of isolation, I’m not alone. A genuine and heartfelt THANK YOU, I will do my part to pay it forward. To all who read this, stay safe and take care. 💖✨💕

Great app for stress/anxiety. I have been using this app on and off for years now, and it seems to keep getting better and better. For a long time I experienced depression and severe anxiety. I would have anxiety attacks while I was at work. I went to counseling which was very helpful but I also used this app and it taught me a lot about myself and how to evaluate my emotions and my thoughts. I no longer have to see a counselor, and I am able to deal with anxiety as it comes and I think this app is great for monitoring yourself and how you’re treating yourself. Highly suggested for people who are struggling with depression and anxiety.

speechless. ive been trying to find a mental health app for me for years now, and i have no idea how i didnt come across this before. i love the features on this app, especially the mood tracker, the chat groups, and the categorical posts. theres also great meditations that im exploring. ive been a member (not a paid one, and the app is still amazing) for only 3 days and its changing the way i live and spend my time. most importantly, it gives me the opportunity to help people- a feeling that makes me feel worthwhile- and talk to people that understand/ are in the same age group as me. id give it 6/5 stars if i could. update: i just tried the journaling feature and im exploring the tools section. the only thing i would suggest is being able to edit journal entries, because sometimes i forget to add something and i dont want a bunch of short messages about the same thing in separate entries. if you dont want users to change what theyve already inputed, maybe giving them the option to add to an entry but not change what they already wrote could be a solution, and i think that would make the feature much more effective and organized.

Update Restrictions Ruined This. I used Pacifica for over 6 months and it helped my mental health tremendously. I literally recommended it to all of my friends that had mental health issues as well. The daily health check ins were the most helpful for me in particular. But the new update restrictions for a free account ruined it, restricting you to 3 health tracking options and making other highly useful activities unavailable. I’m a college student who cannot afford to pay so much money per month to use this app when I’m already struggling. Many of my friends had delete this app as well because of this. I truly understand that money is an important aspect of keeping things afloat, but to restrict these tools so much after having them for free for so long is ridiculous. Unless these features are changed back I’m going to find another app elsewhere.

This is what I was looking for !!. For too long, I have lived with anxiety and trauma, reactions to stress and reactions to work related upsets. This app was suggested by iHealth and I downloaded it to check it out. One week into this app and it's very well organized sections, I am hooked. It won't take much for me to now buy the full version. I was always that guy who would get into a bad mood and post it on Facebook (only to have any other negative person feed my negativity) and I am finding that the "mood" update on this app works way better than Facebook updates ; because it is securely recording my emotional patterns and is creating a chart to show me what is actually triggering me!. The app is extensive and I recommend downloading it and exploring it. From journals, creating goals and meditations to week long mini courses, Pacifica has packed a wealth of information and therapy into one app. Added bonus to anyone who connects this app with their therapist or counselor, you'll receive one year of free full access ! Only high praises here !
