Love it!. I do pay yearly for this but only because it’s the only one that I’ve found that I really like and I don’t like the ads that come with the free version. I really like how I can add stickers and it’s simple to use. I love how I can see my full calendar with events on my Lock Screen without having to actually log into my phone! I am a busy mom and don’t always have time to grab my phone and wait till it recognizes my eyes to log me in! The app is color customizable which is awesome. The only thing I would say is I wish it let me change the color of my events. You can change the colors from different accounts but while using the same account you can’t actually change the color. It all stays the same. Also I wish that location addresses could open up via Google maps not just apple as I don’t like using Apple Maps! Please add this option for google maps !! But since I love everything else about it, it really doesn’t bother me much!

Love this app but it think thereis a bug. I have always used this app and love that I can see all reminders without having to open the calendar app. I purchased the iPhone 11 and while the konthly calendar layout is still showing in the notifications. All of the reminders donot show up. I have to click on the calendar for it to open the app and show reminders. This defeats the purpose. I have uninstalled and redownloaded. The reminders show for a little while buy after a few minutes they disappear.

Great With Cozi. I use this widget so I don’t have to pay for the month view of Cozi. I love how organized this is. Small enough to see everything on my plus size screen without scrolling, large enough to read. The only thing that would make this widget better would be to integrate weather forecasts next to the date (so it doesn’t use up valuable space).

Best Calendar Widget on the Market. This app is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a calendar app that gave me a widget where I could physically see the whole month and the events for each day. I’ve looked and tried many calendar apps but this was the only one that did what I wanted. And it’s been doing great. I haven’t had any glitches or slow-loads and trouble syncing with my iPhone calendar. I have been able to keep myself better organized now that I can see my monthly events the minute I log into my phone. The widget options are great too! I’m able to view 7 months in my Smart Stack—Past, Present, Next, and the four addition months. And it continuously updates with the new month without having to reload a calendar widget. This is the perfect app for me since my iPhone calendar doesn’t have this feature. And not to mention the way WidgetCal offers 3 days of premium usage as long as you watch a short video ad. That works better for me at the moment. I might even consider the yearly subscription. I’m very happy with this. Keep up the good work. I would love to see even more unique sticker options in the future.

Needs a fix. I would like the option to have predictive text. So when I type in doctors appointments or sporting events (that are not weekly) the rest of the event words will pop up from the past. I can just click the words and it’s right there for me instead of typing in the whole event name. It would be helpful if it automatically changes the times for me to match previous event. For instance if my child had a football game at 6 PM on a Friday, if I type in football the whole name will pop up and automatically default to 6 PM from two years ago. With a family of 6 that’s a huge timesaver.

iOS 17. If you updated to iOS 17 and your calendar went blank do not panic like I did. (Total melt down). Go into widget cal thru iPhone settings and click calendar. You need to change it from the add events only to “full access”. Mine all came back.

Love it!. I really like this app being able to see my full calendar on my Home Screen, also putting multiple calendars on one widget. Great!! One thing I really would love to do is make the calendar take up the whole screen vs just half of it. If you can add that option on there that would be amazing. I would love to have a bigger calendar view.

Wonderful but few recommendations. I like it! You can change the font, font size, add stickers, and change calendar color! I like the widgets that show an overview of the month and week! I would recommend a daily widget as well! I recommend having the checkboxes in the widget to be empty before I complete them! Right now they are checked off and I haven’t even done them. They only show empty within the app, but not in widget. Also, provide more color options for tasks or what you call “calendar”. I want more different colors for tasks of different things like bills, baby, social media, birthdays, etc! You only provide like 7 colors Other than that GREAT APP!

Still prefer the older version. I don’t understand why the month name is now at the bottom of the calendar?? I know I’m just not used to it but it just looks wrong. Also I seriously do NOT like how I can’t swipe through previous and future months on the widget anymore. You can still use the old version of the widget but you can’t move it between the new widgets, it just stays put at the bottom. At this point I would much rather use the old version than the new useless version.

Everything is very good, but.... Everything is great with this app. The widget is nice, i can see the events for each day (unlike the apple calendar), and overall its just very easy to use. However, one thing that gets me is whenever i change my event from one calendar to another, for example: my “main to-do calendar” to “completed”, it creates a duplicate of that event and... just kind of stays there. For example, ill have an event for “Gym” on my main calendar, and once I switch it over from my “main” calendar to “Completed”, I’ll have both “Gym” from main AND “Gym” from completed. Every few days i’d have to go into google calendars and erase the duplicates. If this issue was fixed this would be 110% everything i need and want from a calendar.

Just use it. I've had the free version for a few days and got the upgrade almost instantly - it's a great calendar app! I like it a lot better than the Google calendar app I used but it still syncs perfectly with the Google calendar so I can add events on my screen and it shows up in no time. Pretty ...

I like that!. I love this app! I like that almost everything is just automatically added. And I love the fact that with just one finger tap, I can pull up google maps and get directions. Right from the calendar! Would recommend this application. A lot of obvious thought and effort have been put into it.

Please fix 2 small issues:). I wish that when I clicked on my calendar on a specific day on my home screen that it would open that day but it opens and switches back to today's date. This only done this after the update:( please fix! And why so many pop up adds now when I'm trying to just type a reminder:( other wise I love this app!

So far. Smart and easy to use, I mostly prefer to enter new reminders or any events in this calendar instead of Google Calendar, as I see more color features and widgets that are really great as it allows customization. select a filter that shows only the program to ignore blank dates, making a great 2 month list. Thank you developers

Improvement Suggestion. Could you combine the full features of month and day views? When "show more", we see the Month view. When "show less", we see Day view with a day's full details. Currently, we only see the top section of day view but not the full details.

Reduction in future months available. I have been using this app with Google calendars. All my events are present with each separate colors per calendar. The transition to iOS 16 produced one side effect that was disappointing. Previously, I was able to go three months into the future to review, but now I’m limited to one on the free version. This makes it no different than any of the other options out there.

Very easy. I like that you can use this feature on devices, when I upgraded I was afraid of losing my purchase but it was easily restored. Love the many features of this app, the utilities are functional and simple to use. Color coding makes it easy to find what you are looking for quickly and efficiently ...

Needs work on colors!!. This is the only calendar I can find with this type of monthly widget, which is exactly what I'm looking for but there are only a handful of color options and they're pretty ugly. I would like more options for background colors AND for the all day color (only in blue right now). Same with text, I want to be able to select what color I want for different events that day. How about some purple too. Needs at least 10 more color options! And the colors look like different shades of puke, not appealing at all.

Need help with latest iOS update. Ever since latest update iOS 17.2.1 I have “lost” all events. That is NOTHING is showing on the calendar’s various views. I still have my stickers in place and I can still CREATE events and save; but as soon as I do, they are no longer visible. I can see all events in the Apple Calendar so I know that I have not lost any data/events. I have tried changing the background from light to dark and back again; but still all events are not listed. My list of ToDos still shows and moves from day to day, but that’s all that shows. Normally I rate this app at 5+ stars. It is my favorite app and the one I rely on the most. I truly hope they fix the problem soon. ( I hate updates!!!! )

Long-term user. Been using forever and occasionally try out other apps/calendars (Google, Outlook, smaller beans), but never bests Awesome Calendar 📅 + Widget. Features are thoughtful, useful, and always well-explained so that even I can sync all.i need for a busy family for 4. Thank you!!

Great App!. Love this, only few things are it would be helpful to make it scroll up and down instead of left to right when switching months, and under the widget section in settings, it shows different shapes and patterns for the widget background, but it doesn’t work/change anything. Also, on the widget you can’t make the colors match up. There’s a bar at the bottom where it shows the month, then the days events (I have it in monthly view) have a blue strip behind it, looks great and everything but you can’t change the color of it. It only stays that blue color and when you change the overall theme, the colors don’t match which bothers me. 😂 Overall, r here’s a ton of fonts to choose from, and a ton of different colored themes, and edits for the app style. I love this app! Highly recommend!

Frustrated. I specifically chose this widget because it said I could use it on Lock Screen. There is no option to add this to Lock Screen. So I thought maybe it was a premium feature only. Nope. I purchased premium and still cannot add to Lock Screen! Am I missing something? I’m really disappointed that I was mislead. I will say that all of the other features are fantastic though!

Best calendar for monthly view from widget. I love this calendar because I need to look at all my things I have going on for the month and edit accordingly and see what days events fall on. I do wish the calendar app had an option for the widget to highlight the whole event and not just on events when it's all day but for every event. Coming from note 8 and being used to Samsung calendar, this calendar is very close to what I'm used to and a great way to view everything.

I like it. Amazing! I downloaded this app because my phone's calendar deletes my past appointments along with the notes I attach to it. I only have the app for free, but it gives you a lot of options to choose from and lots of different calendar views you can use with the free one.

Since issues. This app looks great. The widgets are perfect but my wife and I use our calendars to sync our business clients and this app has issues syncing. Honestly the only issue with this app but it’s a huge one. She puts something in the calendar and it does not show up on my end. Yes, we updated our shared google calendars and it would only show up on her end, and vise versa. If this could get fixed it would be the perfect app for us, and I’d definitely pay yearly for it. Unfortunately we have to go back to google for now.

The Perfect Calendar App. My favorite widget app of all time. Being able to see my schedule this way works best for my brain. It’s easy to set up, easy to customize, and the only app I’ve found that allows you to view a whole month and the events for each day. My only complaint is when new versions of iOS come out it always takes awhile for this app to be updated to be able to sync with Calendar again. For example, I’m currently running iOS17 and the widget appears but events will not sync from Calendar.

Better before update. The last update changed the widget calendar. It is now a square shape instead of more narrow tall calendar widget shape. My background color no longer works. The change back to old widget does not work either; because after I remove the iOS WidgetCal then there is no widget cal showing at all under customize to add. I watched your demo film several times to make sure I was doing right. My iPhone does not show WidgetCal under customize after I remove iOS widget. ** Finally after restarting iPhone the old widget automatically reappeared but still not quite the same. I hope it stays as I much prefer old widget. Thank you

I really love this app!. Before now I was the type of person that could never have my calendar on my phone I had to have it in a book I can touch. I’ve tried google calendars and iOS calendar but I don’t like them at all. But this calendar you can customize and have a widget and I actually use it! I love it guys keep up the good work!

Started annual sub. I’ve had this calendar for years and loved it, probably 8 or so years. I paid like $10 for it back then and it was a one time thing. Noticed they added some dumb ads that you can’t click out of like the iPhone games have done. That wasn’t the agreement when I paid years ago. Now they want you to pay annually. It wouldn’t bother me as much if it had always been like that but I feel like I should be grandfathered in to the original fact I paid years ago for what was supposed to be a one time charge. As for the actual calendar it’s good and allows you to see your day well. But time for a different one.

STICKERS & BACKGROUND?. If you look at the Ad, they have a beautiful forest background behind their calendar. But that does not seem to be an option for me. I also liked the fact that you could put stickers on your calendar. However that does not seem to be an option for me. Maybe this app does not work for iPhone 8.....I even subscribed but nothing changed except the Ad’s disappeared..... There does not seem to be any instructions to assist me. May be a wonderful app if it worked. It does put the calendar on the lock screen....Woo Hoo.......

A Good Calendar. Recently the calendar keeps showing June when it is July. Nothing I do fixes it. Before this started it was a great calendar for many years. A bit complicated but once you figured it out all was good. I really hope this issue of it showing the wrong month resolves itself!

New pop up ads when adding events. I’ve been a long time customer, and have recommended this app to multiple people. Specifically because i love the month view widget that shows upcoming events on my Home Screen. (Not sure why ical doesn’t have this feature yet) i don’t mind the banner ads but recently have been getting pop up ads when I’m trying to ad new events. This is super annoying and unprofessional looking when you’re trying to ad an appointment in front of a client. Please stick to banner ads and not pop up ads. We are using this app to help make our lives easier, not more difficult.

Prefer the version before the IOS 14 update. Update 10/9: Just found out you now again have the option to have the previous WidgetCal option pre IOS 14. Thank you for listening to this review! I have to say I prefer the WidgetCal before the update. It looked better, and I enjoyed being able to easily access different months on the widget itself. This update is stuck on one month and you have to edit the widget to go to a different month, or go to that app directly. Update: I understand you can add past, current, next month all into one (No more than that), but the last update was a lot better in terms one accessing different time periods.

Suggestion. Great app, but it can get better. I’d suggest a change on how you switch months. It would be better if the function was to scroll up and down instead of swiping left to right. If you scroll up and down it would give a more continuous view of the calendar. You can see the upcoming weeks right below the current one, even if the upcoming weeks are in the next month. The way it is now you can only see the full current month and it kind of breaks up the flow when you have to switch to the next month to see what’s coming up on your schedule. Make sense? I’m not sure I was very clear with my suggestion 😬

Mostly great. Mostly it is great. I haven’t found anything else that will let you view a full month or even slide through months with out going into the app itself. My only wish is you could select which calendar to view. I have multiple calendars and I don’t see an option to filter out the ones you don’t want in the view. Also being able to set. A default calendar to use Setting these using the main calendar system on. The phone doesn’t change what is being used in this app.

Can we scroll month to month in the widget again?. Every update takes away the ability to scroll from one month to another in the widget. Can we please get this function back and can it please stay!? Why would I need a whole widget face of a previous month and not be able to scroll to the current month??

Used for a while, but moving on. I've used this app for a few years and gladly paid for an annual subscription. Functionally, it was the only game in town for a while. I got a notification a few weeks ago that the annual subscription was increasing from $3.99 a year to $9.99 a year. While not an astronomical sum, the author hasn't updated the app in 8 months now. I just find it a little objectionable to pay even more for something that the author clearly isn't working on anymore. I'm looking for another option.

Great clean calendar app. I bounce back and forth between Samsung and iPhone and one of my favorite things about Galaxy’s are the Samsung calendar app. Specifically the month view. This is the best replication of that. A large clear view of all your appointments on a month calendar. The widget is great too. Reminders show up there also. Check it out.

Maybe I’m missing something?. I wanted this calendar to be strictly for school, but it seems like you can’t do that? It has to be connected to a google/apple calendar which seems like a stupid design. If I try to add an even it says it can’t because it’s not connected to another calendar. I even tried to just add a reminder, but that didn’t work either. Maybe I’m being too harsh, but I don’t understand why it can’t just be its own calendar.

Great app. One little Hiccup though!. Love this app. It helps me sync events with my husband and keep track of my to-do list. The only downside is that it only displays 10 reminders at one time 😫 this mama is busy and has a lot to take care of so since I can't see them on the list, I miss them! Hope this can get adjusted in next update :)

Wow. I love this widget, have yet to use the paid version but it looks great on my phone whilst reminding me of the next several events/reminders. I love how the trial version is not limited and apps like these usually mean I will buy the upgrade at some point as not being forced to makes me like the app...

Not bad but could be better. Really love being able to have my calendar as a widget on my Home Screen. I’m able to put in all my bills so I can keep track of what needs paid when and everyone’s birthdays. I just wish we could change the month banner color from red. Being able to change the color of it would let me match it to everything else. That is why I have only given you 4 stars

NOOOoooOoooOooo. Why did you eliminate the week view in the update? That was the brilliance of this widget! The week/daily view with its scroll ability was the most amazing and proprietary design out there and INFINITELY more useful than a teeny tiny calendar month. It still says it’s an available feature but its not—since iOS14 it’s just a month widget (which has become a common feature in many other widgets). Your weekly/daily view was UNIQUE and I can’t reset to a previous version?! Argh. I’m so mad. (Why can't we have both the old option and the new?)

Too many duplicate events!. It’s great that I can see my events that I have scheduled on each day from the Home Screen. However, I do not like that it’s pulling from more than one calendar, like my Google calendar and my iPhone calendar, etc. And there is no way to make it only pull from Google or only pull from iPhone or anything like that. I am not sure why the US holidays are popping up as doubles from two different locations, but I’m assuming it is for this reason as well, and I am unable to delete any of them, so they are cluttering up the calendar.

Allow Full Access in Settings. This app stopped working until I read a comment that said to “allow full access” in settings. Once you do this, the calendar should repopulate with all of your appointments.

PLEASE FIX!!! :-(. Update (January 28, 2018): I’m giving it 4 stars because I still love the layout/stickers and font change that can be done to this calendar. Only flaw I’m currently experiencing is that the reminders are not working!!! I have several events that I must get notifications for and I really would hate going back to the original calendar after paying the upgrade fee for this app! PLEASE SOMEONE FIX THIS!!!! Rolling please. Please make it so that in the widget, today is the oldest day you can see- or at least just make this an option you can select. I’d rather see my future tasks than past tasks.

Widget shows the same month. My widget always shows the month of August even though that month is already past. I tried to find where I can change it in settings but no success

Good features but glitchy. The notification centre "today" view widget crashes if you try to skip to the next month. Frustrating to pay for an app that only allows me to see the current month. It is currently the only widget I can seem to find that offers the view I want. Please fix!!

Game changer. This app is life changing. I can add important dates straight to my phone when I’m out and about rather then trying to remember them to add to my calendar later. Love seeing the whole month at once to see what’s coming up.

Unable to view Multiple Outlook Accounts. I have a personal email and an exchange outlook account for work. Only able to see personal email. App is useless for me.

Fantastic but update for ios14!. Been a loyal premium user since couple of years back. Please update it to suit ios14 widgets, but also give the option to have it as a classic widget.

Widget. Great widget! Very simple but useful design. Only thing that is annoying how every time you open it an ad pops up while you’re just trying to enter something in. Other than that, it’s perfect!

Annoyed. Right now, nothing happens when I add an event into the calendar. I hit save and nothing happens, the event disappears and doesn’t show in app or widget....?

Irrational price change. I have used this app for years and found it useful. Unfortunately this year, the plan to increase the subscription from $5.49 to $16.49 without justifiable improvements to the app means I have cancelled my subscription and will find a better option.

Good app but…. You clearly state the premium price is $3.99 US Yet charge AUD$16.49 There is no way to provide any feedback within the app/widget. You fade out future dates in the next coming month. Why? Please only fade out past dates. All future dates are open for bookings/ calendar entries.

No calendar syncing. Looks great in theory but only shows default Apple calendars. Doesn't shoe currently used calendars so therefore useless.

Love it. I really like using this app. It sits in my Home Screen and I’ve never felt more organised in my life like I do now having a calendar on my screen. Unfortunately I wish I could change the colours of it. I tried to a couple of times but it seems that the colours and patterns are the only thing I can’t use on the app. Other than that I’m super happy with it. Please fix this so I can customise my calendar more!!! Thank you

Changing month button missing. Hello, is there possible you can bring back changing month button? Having 3 separate calendar pages on the screen is very annoying. Doesnt work on Ipad. I love this app and I use it in iphone everyday but it somehow doesnt work on Ipad.. I can see the events in the calendar app itself but there are no events showed on widget.. very frustrating.. hope this can change soon

Ios14 fail update. okkkaaay i have been using this app for years now and then the update happened and all the stickers on my calendar trippled...every sticker means something each day!! Like it, but it has a bug. It has a bug that causes some events to not show up on the widget. However, if I change the event to a full-day event, then it shows up on the widget. Please fix it.

Almost perfect. Edit: No more subscription! One time fee is ok! Firstly, the best calendar app I have used. Function, pleasing to the eye, and overall usability. Negatives: - calendar apps shouldn’t be subscriptions... I’m ok with a one time payment, not ok with yearly subscriptions - hard to see events that are longer than like 6 characters from widget view

Love this app but... Great app, ability to add multiple calendars etc.. I just wish it had an “account option” I would like to sign in on other devices and still have my calendar.

cannot restore In-app purchase. been using this for years. auto renewal of the subscription stopped all out of sudden, tried to restore in-app purchase with the button under settings panel. however it did not work.

Time. Whenever I initially put in a time for an event, regardless of the time, It saves to 0600. Please fix this issue asap. Especially if we are paying for the premium service.

iOS 17 killed this app. I upgraded my phone to iOS 17 and now all my current and future events are gone. This is not exciting times when I have multiple teenagers, two businesses and fun stuff to keep me scheduled!

More customization option?. -would it be possible to have an option to customize the border? Change the color instead of the red.

Randomly deleted everything.. I used this app for a few months without issue. Today the app reset itself and now none of my events are on it. It got rid of everything. Very disappointing. Do not recommend as all your scheduled events will suddenly disappear.

Doesn’t seem to support iPhone SE. I really liked this app before. It worked perfectly on my iPhone SE but now the monthly view in my widget is not available. It only shows one week in the widget and doesn’t show the details of the schedule. So sad :(

Dark mode for widget gone?. Used to have a dark mode for widget, also calendar month nake at bottom looks horrible.

Dark mode widget. I like the view and the app for the most part but only thing I want to call out is that there is no customization for the header of the widget, it’s always red and when you have auto dark mode, there is no way to make the calendar to stay as a white background. Wish there was an option to turn off dark mode even if my phone is set to dark mode.

TURN OFF HOLIDAYS!!!. I can’t turn off holidays!! This is the worst thing ever. It clutters up your whole calendar because there is no option to turn these calendars off even though I can on all the other calenders!!! Please add the option to just have the things you add to the calendar on there! Not stupid country holidays!

Too many ads!. Love this app. Use it everyday. Have it has a widget on my Home Screen. BUT now I have to pay to get no ads. The ads were terrible. Can’t do ANYTHING without a full minute or MORE of an ad that you can’t close! On the phone and making an appointment and can’t add appointment into calendar because an ad is going on. Do not get this unless you are ok with paying for the plus with no ads. Ridiculous. Love the app so I’m paying for it. But damn at least let me be grandfathered in so I don’t have to pay.

Amazing App!. Love this app. Keeps me organized, shows all my important “to do’s” and carry’s them over if incomplete. Love how easy it is to use as well!

Icons. Really nice app however all my icons/stickers I used on the awesomeLite calendar doesn’t transfer over to the wedgit calendar.

Troubles - update #3. Feb 8 - not functioning with iOS14 at all any more. ZERO response from developers/customer service Jan 23 - Can’t add the widget to the Home Screen at all 😔 having my whole calendar on my home screen was one of my features of the iOS14 widget cal. Jan 2 - I’ve been quite happy with the iOs14 widget cal. But the widget displayed doesn’t seem to be updating. The light to dark display doesn’t change with the rest of the phone, tried to change the colour theme and it only changed in the app not the widget and the I noticed that it didn’t switch months yesterday (Jan 1) I removed the widget and tried to re-add but now I just have a black box where my calendar should be - please help

It’s sept 28 but it’s showing August?. Having just added this to my iOS 14 iPhone 8+ I thought it was great until I noted it’s a month wrong. Then I noticed this is the default setting once one starts to use it. Poor programming. It now shows current month

Don’t use, download OneCalendar instead!. The only option for payment shown is the subscription, would happily pay $3.99 to remove ads (this is shown in IAP info on the App Store page) but devs are too greedy, so I’ll be using OneCalendar instead. It’s prettier, does all the same things, and the devs there only charge $6.99 one time for premium. Get with it WidgetCal, your prices aren’t worth it!!

To those whose event disappeared. You need to allow access in setting! It is still the best free calendar out there imo. Keep up the good work!!

Plz fix this issue.. I am iphone user. Monthly widget is fine but weekly widget have a issue. It doesn’t show today’s task from Reminder in weekly view widget. Other days is fine. But If I turn on Roll up funtion, It works. Weird ^^ plz fix this. Thanks.

Deleted all my events. Worked great until one day everything I entered was gone. I had my calendar fully booked each day for a month and now it’s gone.

Great calendar app 😊. This is a real nice app. Love that it’s dark mode in the widget & we can choose between various font styles & sizes. No other calendar app has these unique features. Keep up the good work!

Ads suddenly. Who the hell puts an ad when u open a CALENDAR - I've been using this app this whole time & am willing to pay to use it but nahh now i'm switching.

Used to really enjoy this app. This app was great until the new iOS update! I used this app for every appointment, scheduled events, and more. Since the update, it has wiped my entire calendar out and now I have to scramble to sort out my upcoming schedule. I really hope this can be fixed asap…

Access to AwesomeCal?. On the new ios 14 widget, there is no way to open AwesomeCal. I miss that function, so I’ll have to stick with the old widget until it is fixed.

Functioning. The app was great last year but with all the adds this app just became annoying and not necessary. Truly disappointing because I even got a few friends using it too. 👎🏽

Wont show me anything on the calendar. Worked fine when I downloaded it. Now it’s displaying absolutely nothing. Checked all the settings. Everything should be fine. But it’s literally a blank calendar. Disappointed and will be deleting.

Needs fixing. There is no option to choose default reminder list. Changing a reminder from one list to another doesn’t work.

App stopped showing events after update. Updated my iPad and then the app refuses to sync my calendar. Very useless

Worked fine until it didn’t. I had synced my Google calendar and created a bunch of events. Now it randomly erased EVERYTHING. It’s not connected to any other calendars and I can’t reload my saves of the calendar. Changing to something that works.

Awesome, but…. I’ve been using this app for multiple months to keep track of my busy life. Having it up on my Home Screen is very beneficial. However, the new iPhone update has seemed to delete all of my events along with not letting me make new ones. I hope this gets fixed very soon.

I like the previous widget calendar. I actually like the widget calendar before they updated it. Now you have to add different months onto your phone screen. The previous one you were able to press the arrows to go forward and backwards to the month. Now you have to add in new widget calendar for every month.

Needs improvements. The new update caused the calendar view in my widget screen to be crunched to the point that all I can see are the day numbers for the month. No events or anything else is viewable like before. Badge app icon for upcoming events for the next week would be very helpful too. Otherwise this is really no different then any other calendar app. Especially since the in app purchases are not functional, they're more aesthetic.

Totally disappointed after new update. I have loved this widget calendar for awhile now - used it for everything! But now, ads pop up full screen after I add an event. Totally ridiculous. I understand ads being at the bottom strip of the page. But having to watch a full 30 second ad after I’m just using my calendar for 2 min to add a new event? Going to have to delete and find something else to use, disappointing

do not worry. Very flexible apps AND widgets and widgets were the main selling point for me. Developers respond if there is any kind of bug or problem, and the only thing I LIKE to see is the setting for the widget to dynamically resize fonts to match the specified number of events

Useful Calendar Widget for Today Screen. WidgetCal is one of the best calendar widgets available for iOS. The update for iOS 11 is very nice, and the week view is a useful timeline of upcoming events. I wish it would let you edit event colors, and that it honored the event colors of google calendar events.

happy. Love it. I only add events that happen once, which means there are 6 additional options to choose from for each and every entry to keep them from being repeated automatically by default.

Just use it. I like the App a lot. It is simple, and effective, with the key I can tweak my agenda with different colours, absolute must when you have multiple scheduled tasks on a single day. I use another calendar App, different from Google calendar, in order to achieve my workflow goals.

I love it. To be honest, this was the first calendar app to really do everything I wanted and I tried loads of different apps. The app is so versatile that it became my most used app outside of the phone. It just works the way you want or at least I thank you very much

Was awesome until iOS update. I love this widget! I use multiple Google calendars, all color coded, that I share with the family. I love being able to see the next 5 days at a glance on my home screen.

So Cool!!!. Great app but very functional. I just got into it, but scheduling a calendar appointment is a little easier than the Google Apps. For an appointment, all of your most important options are displayed on one page ... check, check, check, check ... scheduled appointment !! Easier !!

Great app. This is a great app to be able to take a quick glance at and know what your week or month ahead looks like. However, my calendar has gone blank since I updated my phone to iOS 13. It will only show again for a short while if I delete and reinstall the app. Please make a fix soon!

Pop ups. Love the calendar and paying the 3.99 subscription but lately when you open the app you get an ad or a pop up game. It is terrible when you are trying to put in an appt and have to wait to be able to close the pop up ad. Please fix.

The absolute best icon calendar & widget!. Every time I upgrade to a newer iPhone this is the very first app I install. It’s the best. The only thing I’m hoping for is for the developer to update the app with all the newer apple icons that have been released! Other than that, it’s absolutely great!!! 👍🏻

iOS 17.1.1 update. I updated my phone to the new iOS 17.1.1 update. When I go to look at my calendar then whole thing is cleared. Since I had started my new job last January I have put all my hours on this calendar so I could keep track. It is all gone now and I have no clue how to get it back. Extremely disappointed with this app and it makes no sense why my calendar should clear just because of a stupid update!

I love everything about this widget calender app except the ads!. I signed up for the subscription, but I'm getting pop up ads constantly. I would like to have an option to pay more and have no ads. I can't stand them!! Like I said, other than that, I love everything about this calander app!

Needs Some Improvement. Best widget calendar on ios for what I've seen but some things of note: 1.) Dark mode doesn't highlight the current date 2.) Add arrow option to switch between months (for month view) 3.) Month widget should have the days outside of the month a different color or a little faded (Ex: October 29, 30, 31 faded on November calendar) 4.) add option for transparent background color to show wallpaper behind 5.) Let me add events without going into the app (similar to month: calendar widget by candl apps on Google play) I'm not sure if all of these are possible on iOS but the first 3 should be able to be implemented.

PLEASE FIX NOTIFICATIONS. I love this app! It’s the only one that actually shows the names of events from the month view and you can color coordinate as well. It also has a widget which is very helpful. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that it lets you set notifications to remind you but they don’t actually go off. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Ok. Good, unfortunately you cannot change to google maps as default like the original map. All locations open in Apple Maps and there is no way to change this. Only bad thing about it

Help. Been using this widget for 2+ years. Easy to use and quick response from dev when I needed to move my license to a new phone. Plenty of customization options and sizes to fit every screen size and user needs.

Great app. I would love to see a copy and paste option when using the month view. This would be helpful when you have several appointments at the same time but different dates.

Love it!. This is a very useful, free calendar app! I only wish I could color coordinate an appointment to a task- for example work Appt green while home items are yellow. Also, I wish it had a true week view. Overall I'm very happy with it and use it continuously. I suggest it to any who want a quick, easy-to-use interface that's free.

Good application. BEST Calendar that I have not used yet. Easily import events and update them as needed. Good selection of calendar views to choose from in widgets. There are some features I want to access that are available only in the 'Pro' upgrade, which is reasonably priced, so I used it!

Not the best. I like the idea I can apply it to my Home Screen that is a plus for me but between juggling 3 at home businesses and a ton of doctors appointments I need to manage my time and I am unable to view appointment times on this calendar which is very weird for a calendar 🤔 I literally need to click on a tile to view each an every appointment to see the time so that’s why I’m only giving it a 1 star ⭐️.

Beautiful. The best calendar app I've used. Highly customizable, really able to set default views, great widgets, etc. It feels very professional and great for use at work. Consider upgrading to pro after I've been using it for a bit longer.

There is a way to get your calendar back after the update. Go to the app settings and choose full access, all your event info will come back

Ads Ads Ads. I love Awesome Calendar and figured the widget would be equally as awesome...WRONG! the widget will only play ads and I couldn’t even open the app without the ad. The ad then wouldn’t let me close the ad to get to the app. I paid money for awesome calendar and there is no ad free option that I could find for the widget. Also, the color scheme I use in awesome calendar doesn’t get pulled into the widget. So, all my events are all one color. Extremely disappointed in the widget.

just now. I've been using this calendar app for a while now and it has taken my productivity to new heights. Not only do I add the JOB list I plan every hour of the day / week and this calendar is very helpful to me.

Nice app. Excellent. I have developing dementia, helps me keep track of things. Love it just as it is, even if I could purchase it, I would still want the version I use today 'cos any change would spoil the usability I am used to.

Intrusive ads started recently. Have used this app for several years. Has had the banner type ads near the bottom but recently they began taking over the entire screen with ads that cannot be cleared for an extended period of time. This app and those ads have now been purged from my phone. You went one step too far and lost me as a customer.

Great app. I love this app. I prob don’t know half of what it is capable of and still love it. One request tho: on your next update, can you make it to where the actual date shows up on the app icon instead of always being 31? That’d be a nice little tweak you could add.

A+ widget, one feature request.... Happy to see new updates and bug fixes coming out. Would like to see an option to clear events that are over/done in the widget view. A bit of an eye sore to still see events that are completed while I cannot see ones that are upcoming.
