FINALLY a great workout app!!!. So glad to have given this one a try. I took a chance and subscribed from day one. Best choice. I have tried so many. This app fits my style perfectly. Only things I wish and hope come in future is better Apple Watch features. 1: I’d like to operate this solely by my watch 2: I’d like the option to adjust the guided voice volume. I can barely hear my music k don’t need to constantly hear talking throughout my entire workout. That can really be buzz kill. Overall thanks for great app.

Zova is a game changer. I have been a Zova customer and believer for almost two years. Zova offers the variety I need to constantly challenge my body and loose weight. The app provides a customized work out plan based on your fitness level. The classes challenge you enough to get a good sweat within the first 5 min. The workout sessions typically last between 25-30 min, but it goes by fast with the motivational coach Vix and the awesome playlist to keep your body pumped. I recommend the Zova app to every fitness level out there. From extremely fit to extremely out of shape, Zova will have the right work-out and push you at the comfort of any environment that you like. I do my workouts at home and I also take them with me to the gym. If you don’t want to pay for a gym membership, or you just want a motivating work out session without all the drama of a class (not enough space or worrying about making the class in time) this app is for you. I have lost 22 lbs and I hope to loose 10 more with the help of this app and a healthier diet of course. The app also offers tips and tricks for healthy habits such as healthy nutrition, hydration and getting enough sleep. This app has sooo much to offer. They allow a trial period for very little money, so try it out for yourself! You will not regret it!!

Love this app. I was a bit skeptical when I first started the Zova app. But I’m addicted. It is so easy to use. The workouts are easy middle and hard. And everytime you finish one of them, they ask you if it’s easy or hard. This way they can help create workouts that better suit your body and levels of workouts. The education videos and motivation videos. I love these. It helps encourage us yet educate us of things that may be a factor in life as we know it. If I could rate this app as a 10 I would.

Horrible Customer Service. I’m not one to write any reviews, but I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. I decided to give the app a go during an advertised 2 week trial. Upon immediately downloading the app, I was charged the full yearly membership without any preface. While sure, $87 is not a lot for a year of what looks like great workouts, I was not expecting to be charged without any agreement. I contacted their support email and received a default “we’ll get back to you in 24 hours.” Called Apple and had them refund me right after I received that email. Received my response from Zova 24 hours later basically saying that it was my fault that I was charged bc I probably had downloaded the app prior to this instance and that I should just call Apple for my refund. So yeah, no help whatsoever and I was to blame for automatic charges upon downloading the app. Thanks for the inconvenience. You should consider adding in an option that asks for customer approval before charging them. Or at least the option to pick a subscription plan.

New Apple TV remote. Can you please update the workout ratings feature (which asks if your workout was too easy, too difficult, or just right at the end of each workout) to work with the newer Apple TV remotes (from 2020 and onward)? Otherwise, love this app - one of my biggest challenges is how to get in an effective workout with little space, not much equipment, and few ideas for effective workout moves. This app allows me to get a sweat going with just a mat - and in 30 minutes all in, including stretching, I’m done. It’s been a physique-saver!

Perfect Travel Workout Program. I love that Zova has lots of variety so I never get bored or feel like I am repeating the same exercises over and over. I also love that I don’t need any equipment besides my phone so I can workout in a hotel room, my office or virtually anywhere. The sets are short, so it’s easy to find time for a quick 10 minute workout, which often turns into 20 or30 minutes. I can choose what I need at the moment; stretch, cardio, etc. This is hands down, the best exercise app I have used (and I’ve tried a lot). It’s totally worth the investment.

Zova is the best!. Started Zova a month ago, while i was trying to stay fit but had no routine or regimen and was not interested in paying for the gym. Zova’s premium program was just what I needed, with planned workouts so I don’t have to decide “what to do today?” I love having the videos and recorded guidance at the same time. As a person that’s never been into fitness until the last 6 months, Zova’s workouts were perfect at guiding me and being tough but not so tough that I couldn’t complete the workouts. It’s been awesome to see my improvements over the last month. I tried yoga for the first time in a months yesterday and could really tell how much stronger and flexible I’ve gotten, thanks to Zova ❤️ Have recommended to many people already and will continue to do so!

Saving Grace. This app has been incredible while my family and I are self quarantined. Not being allowed to go to the gym or participate in sports has really been a source of frustration when we have three boys in the house. With this app though we can do workouts at home together as a family. There’s seriously so much variety here too! What’s even better is that we were able to download the app to our Apple TV and do workouts in the media room.

Great app, not accurate. I’m loving the app: the workouts are challenging and entertaining. It’s nice to not having to think about what exercise to do, because you can follow along. The negative side is that calories counting is not at all accurate. I end up burning exactly the same calories that are supposed to be burnt, but I know I would have a totally different outcome if I used my regular fitness tracker. Also, the team is not very responsive.

Saving Mom. I came upon Zova about 2 years ago, a working mom of 2 kids aged 6 and 8, a wife and woman struggling to find a moment for myself. Going to the gym with my husband was sooo a decade ago sort of situation. Long gone were the times when I could run into the gym after work, because reading /doing homework each night and seeing their tiny faces meant more. When I started using Zova I could appreciate the short length of each video and the fact that I could watch them on my Apple TV. I began a routine of rising at 6am and using my personal mantra of “Something is better than NOTHING”. I have shaved off a few pounds but more importantly I have gained a “Mom moment” just a minute or 20 to catch my breath before all the noise starts in my head. I have written this before to Zova personally but I can imagine that given what’s going on this will mean more on a review. If you need a minute ... try this out.

So far... I started out just getting the free version and loved it so much I upgraded to the premium and love that it pushes me. Plus I like that it hooks up to my Apple Watch and my activity. The exercises challenge me and have built up strength and stuff I couldn’t do before I was able to do. The only changes I would make is the music volume tends to be too loud so I can’t hear when it tells me to switch and I don’t really care for the music that is in the videos. Other than that this app has been well worth it.

Amazing!. I have tried several workout apps and this is by far my favorite out of all of them. I am willing to pay a little bit of money for an app that is easy to use, compatible with my Apple Watch, and has easy to follow workouts. This app is a great value considering all that is provided within it! One of my favorite parts about the app is that once you finish a workout you are able to rate it on its difficulty and then it critiques the workouts in order to best fit you. There are also an immense amount of workouts that are new each day so I never get tired of doing the same old routine. This app will meet you where you are at, push you to be more fit, encourage you along the way, and is refreshingly easy to use. This app has surpassed all of my expectations. INCREDIBLE!

It works!. I remember a professor saying, “The best workout for you is the one you’ll do.” Well, I’ve finally found a home workout app that I am sticking to, even when I have all the distractions and excuses not to (2 toddlers, new puppy, husband working from home, summer heat). ☀️ What’s working: I find myself held accountable by the 3 workout a week challenge. I continue to love the workouts because they are short and sweet, challenging, but doable, and I love the playlists that auto-generate if you have Apple Music. I like seeing the workout checked off and know I have a day off for active recovery in between. The workouts are clear, easy to follow, great demonstrations and modifications to keep it safe. I also love seeing the zone I’m in throughout the workout along with a suggested zone/goal. Sometimes there is zero transition time given between exercises in the set. Like, immediately goes to mountain climbers after squats. Makes me feel anxious that I’m missing a few reps each time or behind. Having even 5 seconds to transition would make it more “human” vs pre-recorded. Otherwise, very happy with the app and the extra content and motivational articles provided for off days.

Go-to Quarantine Workout. I was looking for a workout app that I could use to get back in shape after a very complicated pregnancy. Due to COVID, gyms are closed, as are nearby trails. I came across Zova and tried the free trial. I like the quick workouts since having a newborn leaves you little time to focus on yourself. I also like that it connects to my AppleWatch to make sure I get credit for my workouts. Con: It takes awhile for the TV app to sync with my watch. Wish it would sync faster. Addition in-app purchases don’t come with the subscription. Pro: workouts provide a good level of challenge! I see you “Beyoncé Hip Raises” 🙌🏾✊🏾

Love this app. Great choices for all types of workouts including upper body, lower body, core, cardio and stretch/yoga. Great to mix & match types of work out and length. Especially like set workout plans with trainer Vix. Routines for body burner, strength & sculpt and cardio. Three new workouts each week with great tips on form and option to add music. Been using these routinely since they started- makes workouts seamless and fun. Like user interface and option to use on several devices. Zova is my favorite app for staying in shape.

Love it! So good 👏. This app is unreal, I use it everyday. My fitness has improved so much since I started and it’s become the first workout routine I actually stick to. The program is exactly what I need, it’s harder than I would push myself but not too challenging. The coach, Vix, does a great job at motivating and I learn a bit each time from her coaching on my form. The workouts feel like she’s actually there with me, it’s crazy. Right when I slow down on burpees it’s like she’s watching me and she cues me to speed up right at the right time. I’ve tried so many apps and hadn’t found one I wanted to stick with until I found Zova. They hit the nail right on the head, with other tips & courses to educate you on other things to do with your health. I have a crazy work schedule so I can’t always make it to the gym on time or sometimes I’m too tired. I love that I can just workout from home, and sometimes my kids even join in! I feel amazing after the workouts, I am just so grateful I found Zova, it’s really changed my fitness for the better. I feel better and healthier than ever and I’m not stopping anytime soon. The workouts change so I never get bored, they are always hard yet somehow fun! I wish everyone could experience these workouts and see for themselves how great of an app it really is.

Almost 2-years and still loving it!. I love Zova! My ability has varied over the last couple years, but Zova has stayed as my daily go to. I like that I can choose my intensity based on how I feel for the day. Some days I use it on my Apple TV and some days on my phone. I can take it anywhere and that’s nice. I’ve been using the singles each day and I’m still not bored of it. I’m looking forward to trying one of the pre-built Longer̾ sessions soon. My family loves the workouts and stretching and everyone finds something that works for them. Thanks Zova!

Changed my life. This app has changed my life. I went from not working out for years to working out every week for over a year. I downloaded Zova and did a few workouts and I instantly fell in love with this app. The quick demonstration before each exercise that flows seamlessly into the exercise is also a great touch. There’s workouts for beginners, and for advanced. There’s short workouts and long workouts! This makes it easy for me to fit in a workout everyday, even if I have a tight schedule. Zova has been the only thing that has motivated me to be more active. More than worth it to pay the subscription since it is way less than most gym memberships. These workouts relieve me from my stress and anxiety, because it pushes me to be a better me. I now want to start doing longer and more advanced exercises, I’m determined to work harder. You can favorite workouts so you don’t loose them, and just as easily unfavorite them. If you are starting to break out of beginner workouts you can find intermediate and advanced workouts quick and easy.

Quarantine body No More!. Stumbled upon this app and gave it a shot; love it! The workouts are tough but a great challenge if you are up for it! Love that they change it up weekly so it’s not so repetitive also have workouts you can choose from in between. I can always rely on a great workout with Zova. The trainers are on point and always make sure to remind you to maintain your posture and explain how your body should be position and used to correctly execute each exercise. In addition to the weekly burns, there are so many workouts you can add to your routine , I especially love the stretching videos! All and all being a stay at home mom & quarantined, this app has given me the flexibility of getting in a great work out at home and with no equipment! This is totally worth the subscription, I’m not one to purchase many apps but this one is definitely worth every penny!

Has potential but needs improvements. I was really excited about this app and I am a premium member. I was hoping there would be more longer workout “programs” but all there is only ZX5. This program is OK but it is very cardio focused. I would like more strength training involved, like use of home weights. I also don’t understand why it records their predetermined calorie number and not your actual calories burned. I also don’t like how it tracks in my Activity app by the length of the workout and not the calories burned. I also wish there was a way to do this on a Roku or Fire Stick. I don’t have an Apple TV.

Challenging At-Home Workouts!. I needed to change things up for my workout routine and saw an ad for Zova. I love that the workouts are assigned each week - takes all the guesswork out. The verbal coaching throughout the workouts feels personalized and is really motivating to work hard and keep form in mind. The library of single workouts is super easy if I just want an “extra” during the week. Love the guided stretching, too! Overall, totally worth the price for a busy stay-at-home mom!

Absolutely amazing. I started dieting a few months ago. I knew I needed to kick it up a notch but I was really out of shape, had no balance, no stamina. I wasn’t ready to join a gym (I’m still not but not sure if I even want to) so I figured I’d try this app. I’ve never been happier!! It’s quick workouts that make a difference. I mirror it on my Apple TV put on my playlist and have a great time. I’m alone with no cares so if I fumble it’s ok. I am getting stronger every day and my son even does the workouts with me. Try it you won’t be disappointed

It’s Awesome! Just a bit pricey. It’s so great! It rates its videos very well with difficulty then asks you to rate it after the workout so you can keep improving your strength bit by bit! It’s very easy to maneuver and easy to enter activity! I do have an issue frequently while doing videos that if it’s something with reps instead of time it won’t count and it will move forward and I will have to stop to pause it! It’s not a huge deal just frustrating. I just wish it didn’t cost so much or like the gyms if it were to not charge while everyone is in isolation for COVID-19 but a lot of people may be using this as something to pass time at home, I cannot workout at home because of my huge dog wanting to “join the fun” lol.

Innovative, Precise, and Effective. What a phenomenal idea!! The intimacy of having your personal trainer in the palm of your hand (or pocket) leaves no room for excuses about working out 🏋️‍♀️!!! Zova is tailored to the life of the everyday person—you have time for the precise workouts that will help in the long run. The developers have done an amazing job surpassing time restraints and bringing the functionality of working out to the working human being!!!! Fabulous job, and please keep up the great work!!! Highly recommended—YOU HAVE TIME FOR THIS; it will be the highlight of your day—get moving!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Pls read it will help ur experience. Okay I use this app a lot but I get annoyed easily with it. Don’t get me wrong it’s an awesome app, but it makes you pay for workouts and it’s annoying. It gives u a limit per month. And also when you use a machine and put it in the app it gives an estimate. I think there should be an update so we could put in the right calories and so we don’t get annoyed when it estimates. Overall it’s an awesome app but can use some adjustments.

Love this workout app!. I work full time with 3 kids under 8 yrs old. It’s hard to find time to work out with my work and the kids after school activities. I’ve tried many apps and programs but was discouraged because I found it difficult to set aside more than 30 minutes to working out. I love how this app has great workouts between 4-30 minutes. I’ve been doing a workout every day which has not happened since I had kids. It’s been 10 days since I got the app and I feel more energetic and healthier.

So easy!!. I’ve had a Zova subscription for years because I love how easy it is to wake up, turn on my TV, and do a super quick workout or 2 that’ll get my blood pumping for the day! It’s so nice to be able to pick a few workouts to exercise parts of my body so I feel like I get an all around workout. The workouts are really easy to understand with the previews and the vocal instruction, so you’re not spending half the exercise trying to figure out what’s going on. I’m glad this app has helped me stay active!

Q’s Loving it!!!. This is a great app! I only gave it a 4 because the workout don’t give enough time to transition between exercise. They should give a 5 second transition so we can get the time allotted for the exercises. Also it doesn’t flip to full screen so I have to watch it on half of my phone screen. Lastly, it drop when I have mirrored to my Apple TV so I have to restart the workout and skip through which affects my workout tracking. The workouts are intense and worthy of 5 stars.

If I were Skinny ... This app is great! I appreciate that they give you options for how hard you want to work. I mostly do the recommended level but when I don’t feel like pushing it I take it a little easy. I also love the videos about nutrition - I am learning a lot and can implement easy ideas step by step. I like that things are bite sized and easy to fit into my full-time mom / full-time work life! ~Megan

Totally Recommend Love It!!. I’m in love with this app it’s so easy to use! I use it on mi iPhone, AppleTV and it pairs with my watch which I love! I’m a stay at home mom who just had a baby so it’s easy to do on my time with many exercises fit to you! Also you don’t need fancy equipment all you need is motivation and space! I also love the motivation messages they have to give you more positive vibes! So easy to use I totally recommend it!!

Wonderful app!. I’m naturally a very outgoing person, except when it comes to the gym. The thought of going to the gym, having to learn how to use all of the machines and proper form for lifting is incredibly intimidating. I have always wanted to have a more toned body; not buff, by any means, but toned, and I was willing to put that off until I could find an alternative to a gym. One day, I was searching through the App Store for some healthy lifestyle apps and stumbled upon Zova. I did the 7-day free trial and never looked back. This app has made it SO EASY to do full HIIT and cross training classes in the comfort of my own living room, with nothing more than my body weight. I love this app, and I can see myself sticking to it until I reach my goal, and beyond!

Best workout App by FAR!!. Love this app! I’ve been using workout apps over the last 5-7 years since I used to live in remote (no gym access) areas of the world. Although I have rejoined civilisation this is still my preferred method! I can do it anywhere, it’s inexpensive (considering gym memberships) and I LOVE how the classes change every week! It’s makes it’s so much more interesting and since you don’t know what’s coming, I don’t make up excuses for not doing it. All of Vix’s tips are helpful and insightful and like having a personal trainer :) I will say that most of the weekly classes are not for the faint hearted, but that’s what I love about it, and there are modifications if necessary! Also no equipment needed! Keep it up guys!!!

Stands out from the rest. I wrote an earlier review commenting on the ease of use of the app. After using it for a bit longer, I’ve come to appreciate the workout routines and tracking a lot more. I ended up going out to purchase an apple watch for health monitoring, but a lot of other apple compatible watches would work too (like the Garmin Fenix). As I work out, it tracks your health metrics and then recommends more exercises for you. Overall, it’s both motivating and engaging to use the app. Great work guys!

Great App! Gets you moving!. This App is so fun and easy to use! My husband and I do the work outs at lunch and then later in the day too! Sometimes when we need a pick me up they are just the right length and intensity to get our mood up. Right now during cOVID we haven’t left out house for 6 weeks. We get our heart rates up and build a special fitness bond when we use Zova. It keeps us positive and moving! We have a 4.5 year old who likes to be our “cheerleader” while we zova. She tries some of the moves with us too. It’s great to show her all of the good habits we have towards health and our loving marriage. Zova does it all!

Like it so far but has bugs. So I did my research on which workout app I wanted to download and purchase the plan for. After looking at a ton of apps, I went with Zova. I did the Cardio Sweat workout today, and I was very impressed with the layout UNTIL I noticed some bugs. So when you do a workout, there’s a video so you can see someone doing the workouts you are supposed to do. Unfortunately, one of the specific moves wouldn’t show up and the screen would be frozen. It happened every round. And then, in like the second session, it was so lagged the workouts were not in sync with Vix (the apps personal trainer who coaches you). I have excellent WiFi and service so I don’t think it’s me at all. After I did the workout, I did like a stretching session the app has, and that one had zero issues. Just something I think you should be aware of!

Good App 👍. I really liked the Zova app! I enjoyed how personalized and friendly the whole app is when you first get it. It tried to best fit my needs and how I can improve in exercise and in developing healthy habits. It’d be nice to have a free version, but it was pretty cool how the app explains its reasons for why and I would be willing to pay money for this app. I really like how it’s trying to take care of you and not just the physical part of it.

Best Workout App for Busy Moms. With a full time job, 3 kids and a husband who works a ton as well this fits my schedule perfectly. The short videos definitely make it hard to find an excuse not to complete the workout. I really like how they preview each move prior to actually doing it. I like the commentary counting down and letting us know we are halfway done. I like how they customize it to your needs and provide extra workouts just in case. Overall best workout app I have used to date!

So good!. This app has given me so much motivation to workout. I’ve been following the z-program and everyday is getting easier. I am learning the moves and starting to feel confident doing them. My 6 y/o daughter has even started working out with me every morning and she is obtaining flexibility and strength. I’ve tried so many different workout programs but this one allows rest days, which I strongly recommend to take! Walk or jog on the off days and rest on your day off. Your body needs that time to recover. The classes are beneficial to take and get a better understanding of how to live a healthy lifestyle as well. I’d give 12 stars if I could!!

All I can say is..... Wow wow wow! I’m not a huge fan of working out, I never have been. Most apps are either too expensive, not diverse enough, or just boring. My brother in law introduced me to Zova when I was at their house and I loved it! It’s diverse with so many levels from beginner to HIIT! And I love that it connects to Apple Watches so I can beat my friends incompletions! The stretching workouts help me loosen up before going into full body cardio and it’s perfect because I feel less tense afterward. Who needs a gym when you have ZOVA?!

Love this app!. In the past two years I probably downloaded around 200 apps or more. Honestly, more than half gets deleted after a few days because it doesn’t benefit my busy schedule This is a great app to help everyone stay motivated and eager to workout. Very easy to use and the personalized program fits into my busy schedule. The questionnaire to determine the appropriate program was short and easy to complete. Most apps have an extensive questionnaire which will eventually make me want to delta the app. A lot of educational videos and tips to stay healthy. The thing I did find a bit distracting was that the videos need a smoother transition. The informational videos were chopped into pieces like Instagram stories. I also think a “food journal” would be very helpful. I know personally it’s easy to make positive changes if details such as portion amount, calories and nutrition intake is recorded. The instructors in the videos were very diverse which was refreshing. I do suggest including men into the programs to attract a male audience. I also think a reward system would also keep people interacting with the app. I use the apps that have a point system more frequently. This app has a lot to offer and after the trail period I will be purchasing a yearly membership. One of the best fitness and wellnes apps

This is the Workout Routine You’ll Actually Stick With. I started working out with Zova over two months ago and have yet to miss a week, which is saying something considering how many times I have tried to get on a consistent exercise routine in the last few years. The workouts are just long enough to break a sweat and short enough that they actually fit into my schedule. Best part is not having to think about it, scroll through all the options/videos, or design a “perfect” workout for the day - it’s already set up and waiting for me whenever I have time to workout.

Lexi mill. I really enjoy the app. I used it for a week and fell in love, so I got the yearly subscription. My strength and endurance have really improved after about three weeks, as well as my balance. It is perfect for a quick cardio boost or working on different muscle groups. If I could wave a wand and get more, I would love lightweight workouts in addition to all the bodyweight exercises they have to offer. I have already modified a few routines to add in small hand weights. Great results. Last year I was going to group gym workouts and spending about $12/visit. Needless to say I’m getting the same results with a fraction of the cost.

A different kind of fitness app than what I was expecting. I like how encompassing this app is to all types and levels of “wellness.” It’s offers insights into height dieting, the psychology into maintaining healthy habits, etc, than simply just providing workout routines. And the workout routines offered are great. There’s a ton of variety, they’re all catered to different abilities, and are easily completed at home with no equipment. 10 minutes of one of their home cardio circuits and I’m sweating a ton! Great work. Love the rotation of workouts too so it’s not the same menu every time. All in all, great app.

Love the workouts!!!. This app is absolutely amazing!!! I love that I am able to pick a workout for a designated target area, or simply pick a program workout. The app is easy to use, and provides easy instructions for each exercise in the workout I choose. One of the best features is that my watch automatically pings the workout through the app. I don’t have to do anything with my watch when starting the workout. I love that I am able to see where my heart rate is during the workout, I tend to push myself more so I can raise my heart rate.

Extremely effective with some downsides. Bad 1) freezes often and there’s no way to prompt the video to restart or unfreeze 2) as far as I can tell, if you accidentally skip (“fast forward” on the touch screen essentially) an exercise you can’t go back 3) the emphasis on calories minimizes variety. LOTS of big lower body work and no modifications offered. My knees are killing me by the end; I wish there was more true whole-body emphasis and fewer explosive movements. Enough with the pop squats! Good: 1)You work the whole time. Stretch and cool down are on your own, so the times you see reflect true “on” time 2) the trainer, Vix, is great. She keeps my form on track and gives excellent guidance. She’s the reason I’ve stuck with it despite having to modify on my own a lot. 3) I love that my main workouts are fed to me and I don’t have to poke around the app. Just press play. 4) The extra workouts are very good as add ons. If I found something structured this way with a trainer as good as Vix but with less lower body focus, I’d switch. As is it’s still a pretty good app.

Doesn’t utilize Health app data. I would love to give this app 5 stars, but I can’t. During set up it specifically asks for access to your Health app. The Health app is a central depository for numerous activities. I currently set workouts on my Apple Watch, then watch as it records time spent, calories burned and other activity. This is documented in the Health app and I can see a break down of my most active days and the data associated with it. My understanding of Zova was that it references this when calculating your weekly score. It does not do this. I can do numerous activities outside of Zova, see the progress I’m making, but because I’m not doing the specific Zova exercise in the app, my weekly Zova score drops. This creates the opposite effect the app is trying to instill. I see no progress being made because I jogged up a mountain and had my Watch capture the exercise data. After a week of alternating (Zova programs one day, independent Watch recorded data the next), my Watch had recorded all relevant data and I could reference my progress in both the Activity app and in the Health app, but Zova said it was my weakest week yet! 😂 It’s a bummer too cause the programs are good. Maybe when they integrate this correctly I’ll be willing to pay the sub, but right now it’s not worth the monthly fee.

Give this a try!. Everyone who's into getting a good workout should download Zova and give it a shot. This app has a variety of exercises that works out the full body. From arms to legs to abdomen - you name it! For those who are not sure which workout to start with, don’t worry. Zova creates a weekly workout program for you to focus your days on so you aren’t left feeling overwhelmed with all the choices available. I thought the short video clips about nutrition and mental health are very helpful. I mean wellness isn’t just about the physical body but also the overall well-being of a person. Another perk that I find with using this app is that it builds a music playlist to go along with your workouts! You also have the ability to manually track your exercise activity or connect to your Apple Health. So what are you waiting for?

One of my favorites!. When I first found Zova I was in love and worked out almost every day, but sometimes we get discouraged and they make it so easy to get back in track and continue with your weekly work outs. I love the fact that there’s always a work out perfect for me. Whether it’s how long I can work out for or how hard I want to push myself. There’s levels for everyone. Sometimes I don’t have time to work out but I can sure get in a 10 min work out and get it done. It has mas great features and classes and many ways to get information from nutrition to health and a plus, being able to add music to my work out. Best of all they have a great price!

Not good. I just downloaded this app last night off of my health app on my iPhone 8 Plus and it doesn’t let me do anything or exercise. Every time I open the app it stays on the same page with just a few pictures and preview link and that’s all. When I click on preview to see then when I’m done and close it up it goes right back to the same page from the start. How can I do the exercise if it won’t do anything. It is free for a month too. Not very happy with it at the moment. The only reason I downloaded the app was cause of all the great reviews.

I am now lean and feeling great!. Since I’ve been diagnosed with diabetes I’ve signed up for at least 7 different apps to maintain my health. It became overwhelming till I found ZOVA. This is everything you need in just one app. No need to go from app to app and try to keep track of everything. The nutrition coaching and videos are really helpful as well as the workout videos. I hate going to the gym so these videos have blown my mind and make it easy to workout from home. So far I have not only accessed the nutrition and workout videos. But also the lifestyle courses on breaking bad habits and the benefits to a good night sleep. One would think that since this app has so many features it would be slow. Absolutely not! The videos are clear and have never buffered . It’s quick and easy to sign up and use. The integration with Apple products/ health is seamless and easy. The entire app is beautiful and the clarity is the best i’ve seen in a really long time. It’s extremely easy on the eyes. I shared the app with my doctor. She was also very impressed and was able to see my progress . She indicated that she will be suggesting it to her other patients. I know this review is long but this app is so remarkable and has been life changing that I had to share my experience.

So Good !!. Absolutely love Zova. The flexibility of being able to do all my workouts at home makes it so easy. The trainers alway push you to your limits and definitely gets your heart rate up there. I love how it connects with Apple Music and my Apple Watch too showing me my intensity level so I can push myself further to get myself in the right zone for maximum burn. The workouts are perfect for the time poor as well, you choose the workout that best suits your needs or time limits, if you only have 10 minutes in the morning there is a work out for you. Zova also has a workout that targets all areas with both cardio and strength options available and Abdominal workouts as well. I always feel fantastic after a Zova workout.

Fantastic fitness app!. Super easy to use. Choose my workouts everyday and can do them from my phone iPad no matter where I travel or smart TV at home! Affordable and easy to follow. Great workouts that get results!

Love love love it!. Now I can always find the time to fit in a work out, I can even do them with the kids.

Such a great App!. I use this on my Apple TV at home and it's such a great workout and so convenient to do when you are time poor! Love this app 💛

Great workout and pace. Have tried a few others but this app improves my fitness better than others

Fantastic. Great app! Has really helped me lose weight and stay healthy, love the program, keeps it varied without overwhelming you with too much choice.

Best Fitness App I’ve tried so far. Zova is great, only thing they should probably improve on is that they should also have a focus on male oriented exercises rather than only women’s.

Work. Burn. Results.. I love this app. It pushes me beyond levels I would usually push myself... which is perfect. And I can do it whenever I choose which is perfect for me as a single, time-poor parent.

Loving the app.. It’s so much better than other workout apps and at a better price then some. Plus I. And do it at home and don’t need any equipment except my own body. Don’t need any expensive gym memberships either. Loving the 2x3 workouts. There’s always a mixture and it’s never the same workouts. The only issue I have is that it’s not available on iPad. Just makes it easier having that bigger screen and sound. Loving the Body Burner each week as well. I’m pretty warn out after that one workout. But seeing results already. Which is great. And the workouts are short. So it’s easy to fit into my schedule. Keep up with the improvements 😊😊😊😊😊

Loving app!. Would like it if there were a few more free training options, downloaded this years ago when it was all free (obviously did not use it often), now most workouts are under the paid premium option.

Fantastic Fitness App. Zova is fabulous. The app syncs perfectly with my Apple Watch and gives me three effective, diversified workouts a week. Highly recommend!

Great motivating app!. Have been using Zova for a couple of weeks and love the short workouts that I can easily slot into my day. I like the way the exercises are shown to you quickly without long drawn out or annoying instructions and the fact that I can have my own music playing if I wish. So far so good. Keep up the great work 😀

Every women needs this app!. i am absolutely loving this app! started 3 weeks ago and have lost 3.5 kilos already (my goal is 5-6 kilos). Reasons why i love this app and why you should get it now- - it’s 3 times a week of workouts and 2 active recovery days. anyone can fit 3-5 days in esp when the workouts are fun, easy to follow and only 25-30 mins - i can do it anywhere! so no more excuses that i can’t go to the gym - the tips and encouragement make me motivated to do it even more! - the workouts change so you never get bored! So many more reasons why i love it but that’s my short version haha you won’t regret it ladies 😊

Favourite Workout App 🙌. I downloaded with the expectation that i was gonna uninstall before the first month, but it ended up being my favourite workout app. This app managed to keep me motivated and now i am exercising more regularly.

Bring back 3x2!!. Really disappointed that they got rid of the 3x2 and replaced it with the class videos! ☹️ I looked forward to the 2x3 every morning because I didn't know what I was going to get - it could be easy or difficult. If people feel the 2x3 was or wasn't tough enough, maybe provide users the option of upping it to whatever combo they wanted 5x5, 10x5, 20x5... Instead of getting rid of it altogether. The gamification of completing the dots was brilliant! On a positive note, the video tips are great. 👍🏻

Perfect. Couldn’t be happier with this app. It’s as if you’ve got a personal trainer with you, coaching you through every move and giving encouragement. All body weight exercises. No equipment needed (except for mat if desired) = no excuses. Feeling good but challenged after every workout.

A coach plus a great workout!. I don’t need to plan my workouts - it’s done for me! Plus I have Vix talking me through form and varying intensity depending on fitness level. This a great app .. I took a break for a little while to try some others but I came back to Zova. It ticks all boxes.

Good lil app !. Would love to see the singles offered in different difficulties - easy to hard Would also love if you could cast the app as it’s a bit tricky using just your phone! Otherwise it’s awesome :)

Still loving it!. I’m still on the free trial but i really love this app. It has features that are really accurate and I’m super happy i found this app! I would really recommend. ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ

Easy to maintain consistency. Great app for consistently working out. Workouts progressively get more challenging. Love the variety -workouts finished before you know it. Great customer support too!

Good but could be better. I have been using the free version and have found it to be motivating and easy to use with lots of variety. I have just begun a free trial of the paid version and discovered that the weekly workout video cannot be rotated to enable full screen viewing. This makes it difficult to view on the phone especially as the iOS app can’t be cast to the tv unless you have Apple TV.

Best fitness app EVER for Apple Watch! Orange theory at home!. Absolutely love Zova! Used it throughout my pregnancy to keep on track and have loved using it since giving birth. Feels like your very own personal trainer! I’ve tried Orange Theory and while it was good, I never felt you could go at your own pace and it was intimidating feeling like you were competing with those around you. I Love how easy Zova is to pair with my Apple Watch and track my heart rate, so it feels like Orange Theory at home. Love that there are less intense options If you’re not feeling 100% and the stretch/breath options are great for a rest day. No excuse to slack off with Zova!

Great App. I’ve never believed in these apps working but Zova has been absolutely amazing! It really works out on the whole body, sticking to the program has been mentally challenging as I was so unfit and couldn’t get through a whole work out properly but I now actually look forward to it as it gets easier each time! And the pain is so worth it!

10/10 app. Zova app is 10/10. My fitness level has improved heaps since I started and it’s become the first workout routine I actually stick to. I use it all the time. The workouts are exactly what I need, they are pretty hard but I like that too. It gets me to push myself but not too challenging. I use it with my new Apple Watch. They have a feature with heart rate and it’s soooo good. I didn’t know how much you can get out of your workout and that you can push yourself. The trainer coach Vix, does an awesome job at coaching. They also have doctors in the app. They talk about all sorts of good topics. It’s pretty cool as they are things that I need to know I about my health. I guess the good thing about the app that really makes it a winner is the price. It’s 60 dollars. And you get Great workouts and Health information and it’s all in one app. Pretty special if you ask me. I’ve told a few friends about it and they all seem to agree with me. So do yourself a favour and go out and give it a try. You won’t regret it. Go Zova!

Terrible update: Recommended workouts removed. Please return the 2x3 program and recommend workouts, I subscribed only because they were such a great fit for my busy lifestyle! I don’t want 30mins of cardio, I do my cardio cycling, or swimming, or running on the weekends, and those small 10min stretch/strength tailored workouts were just perfect to stay toned during the week. Very disappointed :(

Great app. Great app, possibly could be better if there were more yoga and Pilates options. Also if there was a meditation section attached possibly, for mental fitness as well. But a great app as it is!

Getting me back on track!. Thank you for your great app. I am a mumma of two little ones and have found it really hard to make time to look after myself. But your 3 x 2 program has helped me feel more energetic, stronger and happier. I can fit in one work out in the morning and one after the kids are in bed. The exercises are great and the app is super user friendly. Looking forward to another year of Zova!

Just the start I need. Been wanting to get back into fitness for awhile now I download so many apps then I came across Zova. It’s just what I needed it allows me to start off at a good pace and allows be to build up my strength to go further. I love that I can choose my own music and that while still listening to my music I can still hear the instructor without the music stopping. I also walk a lot and love the fact it adds that to my daily intake. This is just the beginning so I can’t wait to see the results. 😋😋😋💪🏻

Amazing health and fitness in one app. Zova has been the only thing that has motivated me to be more active and healthy. More than worth it to pay the subscription since it is way less than most gym memberships. These workouts relieve me from my stress and anxiety, because it pushes me to be a better me. I also love the health coaching and courses. You can favourite workouts so you don’t loose them, and just as easily unfavourite them. If you are starting to break out of beginner workouts you can find intermediate and advanced workouts quick and easy. The quick demonstration before each exercise that flows seamlessly into the exercise is also a great touch. There’s workouts for beginners, and for advanced. There’s short workouts and long workouts! This makes it easy for me to fit in a workout everyday, even if I have a tight schedule.

Used to be Great. I had been using Zova for over two years, on average 4 times per week. I loved it and it kept me really fit. I’d add in weights to some of the workouts to step things up and could really see results. Since removing the recommended workouts I’ve trailed off from using it and now don’t at all and am looking for new fitness apps. I used to get up in the morning and do a few recommended workouts without thinking and then get on with my day. Now I have to search, read through different workouts, can’t file the favourite ones into different categories for ease of search so I’m spending time in the morning having to do that. I just end up going for a run or jog instead. Really disappointing as I was such a massive fan and advocate.

Zova work out. Gets you motivated to move, would be good if it was linked more to the Apple Watch, ie: work outs. But overall a great work out app vs some others out there at a reasonable price

Awesome app!. The workouts are short to fit into a busy day, and it’s a bonus that I don’t have to pay for the basic workouts.

Zova. This App is completely free and you don’t need anything except yourself. This app has helped me lose weight and make better food choices. I think this app is great if you want to get more muscle, eat more heathy or want to lose weight.

video stops randomly. For some reason, video always stops in the middle of workout, have to do it without video, then it came back later. Please fix this.

The Platinum Standard. Update: Keeps getting better. I've recently put five of the most notable Apps for stretching and body weight exercises through trials and Zova stands out as the best, and that's without subscribing which I'll be doing now to access even more great high quality content. Congrats to the Devs for such a gorgeous feature and content rich App.

♥️♥️♥️. This app is awesome!! Just started but already feeling fitter! I feel like I am stronger as a person and the workouts really help me! I’m going to get my friends to join in ♥️♥️

Great app & service. I’ve been subscribing to Zova for years now and it remains a central part of my strength and fitness regimen. It could do with some new exercises, especially in strength training, but it’s great all the same. Highly recommended.

New user. Found this app accidentally on via instagram, and it’s only been 2 days but so far love how I can fit the 2x3 into my very busy day being a mum of 2 and working. The exercises cater for all levels of fitness and I love being able to incorporate my own playlist to get me pumping. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars as there is always room for improvement, but keep up the good job!

Seemed great at first. I liked the casual phone chat style of text but I found it frustrating that you have to pay to get any decent use out of this app apart from simply logging in your other workouts. I like the concept and sleek design but there isn’t even a function to amend/delete accidental entries or to log workouts from previous days which I find to be a major flaw in user experience. I’d also prefer the option to type in times without using the scroll bar. Maybe I’d pay for the full app in the future when I’m rich enough.

50+ but not out. I have always understood the importance of exercise for strength and it’s always been said that it’s good for you, but as I have aged I realise more the importance of exercise for physical and emotional health. I find it hard to want to exercise and fight with myself to make it happen. The info videos are amazing. There is always something new, something to challenge your mindset and they are always informative. I don’t like hurting myself with exercise that doesn’t suit me and have found Zova to be a good balance of exercises I know mixed with interesting and new ways to move my body without stress or pain. I love the constant encouragement that is given through the sessions to do what’s right for you. I feel motivated to try, I don’t feel pressured. There is so much variety that I never get bored. I am enticed to try new things and love that the routines are short enough to not feel like they are a burden. There is no judgement and no feeling of it’s ok for them because they are fit. Zova is a tool that helps you do life well.

Amazing!. I have used a few apps over the years for fitness this one is the best so far. It encourages you to keep getting it and to up your daily score. I can’t fault it at all!

Getting Zova fit. Zova is a terrific app for fitness - the best I’ve found. I’ve been using it almost daily for 18 months and feel so much healthier and fitter. Particularly love the classes by Vix this year - a great way to get the day going. Unlike gym memberships, I’ve kept going thanks to the variety of activities and ease of exercising at home. Thanks to all the team there.

My iso-hero. This app has become my daily ritual - so much choice and the video format makes it so easy to move through each circuit! So impressed with the results :)

The Best Fitness App!!. Zova is the best fitness app I have ever used. It’s definitely worth the price, with 3 different workouts available every week with their 3X2 Weekly Program. If you’re not in the mood for cardio, they have some awesome Pilates and Yoga workouts as well. The best part of this app is that it syncs with your Apple Watch so you can monitor how hard you go at each workout! Definitely would (and do) recommend Zova to EVERYONE!

Love it.. Loving this app. In the months I’ve had it, my fitness has improved and it’s only three half hour sessions a week. I look forward to doing each each time as new routine is released each week. I have Multiple Sclerosis and this has helped get me moving and stronger again. Thankyou so much. If you could just pause an exercise if you need to would be helpful. If I find something difficult, I just need a few seconds to stop and then get going again. So worth the money. No equipment needed. Can be done anywhere.

Such an amazing workout app!. I love this app! I Love the variety of the workouts and find a different one to do each day! It’s great also having demonstrations of each exercise to follow along with. It is overall an amazing exercise app and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to keep fit right in your own home!

Ok so far :). I am enjoying this app but a little frustrated having to use my phone which keeps freezing up part way through the program workouts... the audio moves on and the picture freezes. Still trying to figure out how to replay exercises and unfreeze etc when this happens . I have been doing a few of the workouts and finding the fun and effective , with no freezing issues. I have the app on my Apple TV but it only comes up with the workout choices and not the three weekly programs, so I can’t play them in my tv and have to use my phone. I find this irritating as it’s too small , don’t like wearing glasses while exercising, prefer to have it on my large screen easier to see and better audio for music. Can I fix this? Otherwise I like the exercises etc and will persist for a couple more weeks to see if I want to keep membership or go back to my old app. Q

Great app!. Great app for getting back into fitness - easy to use, diverse set of workouts, adapts to my evolving fitness and strength and Zova support very responsive to calls for help!

Apple Watch workout aaaamazing!. I’ve been a long time user of the app. I’m on my second year of subscription. Great work out for any level. My favourite part is how it links seamlessly with my Apple watch. It tracks my heart rate, and gives me accurate results that I can set my performance targets to. The intimacy of having your personal trainer in the palm of your hand (or pocket) leaves no room for excuses about working out 🏋️‍♀️!!! Zova is tailored to the life of the everyday person—you have time for the precise workouts that will help in the long run. It also tells me just how many calories I burn, which is so motivating! Zova has really helped encourage me to stick to an effective workout plan, and the results are exactly what I hoped. I have more energy, have been sleeping better, and am way more confident when I’m out and about seeing friends. It fits around my hectic schedule. I don’t have to book in a personal training session days in advance, which I inevitably then have to rain check. I can just get to the gym whenever I have a spare 45 minutes, fire the training program up, and it feels like the trainer is right there with me!

Zova Programs and Courses. A great and motivating app that has made the lives of busy people healthier in an easy and convenient way. Their three programs a week combines all sorts of high intensity workouts that work every part of the body in around 30 minutes. Very good for the muscles and you can feel the burn for three days after. Their new addition video courses are great and motivating as they provide you with quick tips and information that you would otherwise get confused and sick of reading on the internet. It is a great and convenient app to be used anywhere! 👍🏼

The love was real. They ruined this app. Before you could do as many free workouts as you pleased now you complete one and then you have to wait 5 hours or longer. I hate this app now. The update is crap. I miss the old zova. Worst app ever.

Avoid. 99% of the content is locked unless you pay. A waste of time.

Don't like the new version. I don't love the changes that have been made to this app. While I appreciate the attempt to customize my workout to my personal needs (which is a great idea), I used to love this app for its big menu of workout options, from which I could pick and choose. Now, unless I'm missing something (if I am, someone let me know!), I only seem to have access to my "customized" workouts, the ones the app has chosen for me based on my profile, and sometimes that's not enough. I'd like to have both options, if possible: follow the customized program AND be able to pick and choose. But that said, the app still works well for me on iPhone 6, the videos are well made, and the workouts easy to follow.

Love it. Love the weekly fresh workouts. The app is easy to use, workouts are fun, and totally worth the price. I like how it’s available on all apple devices Suggestion for the developers: 1. Would love to have the Apple TV app also get the weekly workout program and not just a subset of the videos. 2. A complication for the Apple Watch app for quick start. And continuous heart rate monitoring. 3. Focus on men’s health as well.

Can't add my other activities... How can I add my other workouts when I stay inside like the treadmill or spin bike? Great motivational app. I enjoy the update.

Lost everything. This new update lost me all of my progress and most importantly all my favourite workouts list. I can't even login with my old account ! Huge disappointment !

Fantastic App: Colorful, Engaging, & Easy to Use. First off, I am going to preface this review with the fact that I have been using Zova with the two-week free trial and have not paid into their subscription yet. I found the entire sign up process to be a complete breeze. The app gets you in and in fast. You are told from the get-go that this app is a “premium” app and therefore, will need a subscription to use. Once this disclaimer is out of the way, the app asks for your first name and email, that’s it. Then you are in and can start setting up your profile and using the app. The interface is incredibly easy to use. The entire application is broken into five areas. The health+ section which gives you health, nutrition, and fitness tips, the courses section which walks you through life changing skills, the program section which offers up workout programs, the workout section which offers over 500 workouts for strength, flexibility, and cardio, and finally the profile section. I normally hate profile sections because they ask for weight, age, and goals but this one doesn’t. You can choose to add a photo, connect your Apple Watch, or add a goal if you want. In terms of using the interface, you either swipe down to view more categories, workouts, or videos, or you swipe to the right to see more within the category you are on. That’s it! There are no awkward menus to get lost in, just five easy to use sections. My favourite part about Zova is definitely the workouts. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the workouts average 8-12 minutes, which works great for me as someone who has a hard time focusing on a workout for longer than 30 minutes (I get bored). I also love that you can select from a workout type (strength, cardio, flexibility) and then choose a sub-type like full-body, core, or upper-body. This works very well for those who like working out specific areas of the body on specific days. With Zova, I don’t get bored because there are new workout programs every week and they include music playlists every week too. Yay for discovering new music while getting in shape. I also love that you can see what lessons are included in the courses. This has saved me time as I don’t sign up for a course that has lessons I already know. This helps me get the most out of my Zova. While the health+ tips are generalized, the fact that they are given by certified medical professionals is fantastic. Plus, they are delivered in an Instagram style feed, so they are easy to remember. Fantastic app overall!

My Go-To. I really enjoy the exercises in this app. I'm able to pick which type of workout I want, and if I like I can change the exercises to ones more suited to my ability. I'm currently recovering from surgery and am still able to use the app and do the exercises that I am able to.

I've tried a few. This is my favorite. I hate working out. This app helps me hate it a little less. Short . Clear. Varied. Leaves me with no excuses to doing at least one workout a day.

keeps crashing :(. used to love this app and used it everyday but now it won’t even open without crashing

The real gym at home. This app is great! Easy to use, engaging and effective. I already enrolled for the hole year! I looove how well it connects to the Apple Watch.

Getting me started!. I try and do a morning workout every day. And I find having Zova on my calendar locked in is motivating me. Really enjoying my morning routine! Thanks I have been dealing with an illness, but so happy with the stretching workouts and happy to be back.

Zova - best AM workout!!. This app is fantastic for anyone with little time. The exercises are specific to target areas and I love the upbeat music and motivational athletes demonstrating the exercises. It’s the best way to wake up every morning!

Quick workouts. I try to use Zova daily - especially when I can't fit a 30 minute workout in my day . Sometimes wish I could 2 short zova workouts .

just started using but has amazing potential!. The Zova app is a workout app that is very well fit for people who have had trouble sticking to a healthy active regimen in the past and are looking for something that will help motivate them. After answering a few simple questions users will get access to short health videos that will explain interesting topics such as how to prep for a doctors visit, what to eat on a day to day basis and content is added fairly often - the length allows for the videos to be watched almost immediately, and the bite size content is easy to digest (pun not intended but appreciated). Then there’s courses, currently there are two, one about detox and one about breaking bad habits. It’s really interesting because the courses aren’t intended to be binged, but mindfully completed over the span of multiple days with one lesson per day, because the intention is that you are able to work the lesson into your mindset before you start on the next one. For those looking for more intense workouts there are Programs, which are video-led programs for specific workout types (cardio, sculpting, etc), of which new videos are posted every week by a trainer, so you can maintain a workout schedule with a new workout! And lastly there’s an activity log that helps maintain your step count and your activities, which you can input through an easy to use interface - this helps count calories and in general how active you were on a day to day basis, which is useful in the beginning when you’re trying to make a habit stick. All in all, it’s understandable that the price for Zova may be high, but when you see what you can get out of it, instead of spending money on a gym, you have the opportunity to be self-disciplined AND learn further self-discipline through the app. Sure, you have to open it every day but with that first step you can actual get your active - I know I’ve had trouble getting myself to the gym at all, but I think there’s real potential with Zova to give me the tools I need to be more active inside my own home.

Zova. It's awesome i feel like I'm getting abs.🤣

Help Please!. Hi there, I am wondering how to access the free workout page as I am only finding a select few. I can only find about six free workouts. I am wondering if this is how many there are, or if i’m missing the page to find more free workouts.

Great App: Integrations ne. Love Zova, My favourite quick hit workout app. However the integrations between watchOS, iOS and tvOS are frustrating: watch app says to start a workout to read heart rate while in the middle of a workout on the tv, subscribing to premium on tvOS does not update on iOS— app is still pushing me to subscribe to premium to access workout I have already paid for.

Zola Review. I really like the exersizes in this app but I really think there should be an option of not playing any music during a workout.

Love it!!. I’ve never been much into exercising but always tried different ways to motivate myself into being more active. It’s always been a struggle, whenever I downloaded a new app I never kept going for long. Maybe it’s the time we are right now, not being able to leave our houses. But when my husband and I got this app, he was more skeptical than I! We love the workouts!! The fact that they’re grouped by sections like lower or upper body, core and stretch is great, because you can choose whatever you want to focus that day. Or maybe you just want to stretch your body and relax from being seated for too long working. We’ve been using this app a LOT! And we love it, it’s not a struggle, it’s fun and you don’t have to do a workout you don’t feel like doida that day just because someone told you. We definitely aprove and recommend it!!

iPad Support. Why is this app still not compatible with the iPad?

Have to be premium?. I have been trying to use the app but can’t by pass them premium option Please help

Useless. Yeah, useless. You can't register, you can't skip Apple Health integration even if there is a skip button. The only way to see anything is to subscribe. I'll subscribe if I see value not just because of the pretty colours. The only way to see anything is to go premium (contrary to what the developer replied to another commenter). Useless

Apple Watch 4?. I just downloaded the app and like the workouts so far but it doesn’t seem to work with the new Apple Watch. Hoping this changes so I can try it before purchasing the premium subscription.

Excellent app..I’m already seeing a difference!!. Well where should I even begin this app has been life changing for me. Let me first say I am just absolutely blown away by the vast knowledge that is in this app. From doctors to health coaches and many other professionals- giving solid unbiased advice, finally!! Koodos to the developers on this, they’ve really done something great here and it can’t be understated. Oh and the workouts are amazing. The fact that I can choose based on different types of workouts gives me a bunch of flexibility.. they even have a section for “hotel room” or small space workouts lol. I think that’s really well thought out because I travel a lot and some of these hotels barley have any space to get active. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels and I’ve my clothes do feel slightly roomier, which is encouraging, so there’s no doubt about the results. I think what really makes it engaging are the videos. They are fast paced and really motivating... it’s like being in a class except I don’t have to drive and waste time to go to the gym haha I would spend half my energy just getting there. Smh... Weather your just getting off the couch (like me lol) or you’re already in shape, you have to try zova. It will definitely spice things up and stimulate you in ways you just didn’t know about. Sad part is I’ve paid thousands of dollars in gym memberships and personal training and although it was motivating at the time.. the drive there and back and all the anxiety of people staring at me, just wore off the motivation of getting fit.. now for a fraction of the cost I have all the health professionals I need at my fingertips.. and that drive to succeed in my fitness goals is coming right back lol. Oh and I also reached out to the zova support team for help and they were super kind and helpful. I truly feel like this app is going to touch a lot of peoples lives in a really positive way.

Great app, but…. I really love this app for the stretching routines and the tracking, but when I updated it last, all my progress/personalization was gone. I tried all the tips I read online, but none of them worked. ☹️☹️

It’s good. I absolutely love this app! But there are a few glitches I wish that were fixed so I could continue using it ! For example when tracking a run or jog once your finished, it will bring u to the finalized screen and stay there, loading and loading and nothing happens. Also it will continue to say unavailable yet my wifi and data is on. Very frustrated ! I work out daily and love this app! Hope it gets fixed !! I recommend it to everyone once fixed ! U don’t need to purchase anything ! I mainly do my runs and I’ll try some of their cardio and relaxing work outs which are lovely ! Hope bugs get fixed !

THE [ACTUAL] BEST WORKOUT APP. I’ve had Zova for a couple of weeks now and I am absolutely in love. I chose Zova for a few reasons: 1. It is compatible with the Apple TV, I have never been into working out with my tiny little phone screen so this was a huge sell for me! 2. It hooks up to your Apple Watch; syncs the workouts to your phone and Apple Health App and tracks your heart rate which you can also see on the TV throughout the workout! 3. The music (which you can also hook up via your phone and play your own playlists) and instructors voices are great, not phoney and actually motivating!! 4. Set up was simple, I have dealt with many training apps and there have been glitches, sign up made complicated... you get my drift. Zova literally asks you for your email, you sign up and you’re ready to rock! Their focus on user experience is very evident and compared to others is well thought out!! As a former fitness and yoga instructor it has been hard to transition into working out in my living room. I love being social and being in a space with other moving, sweaty bodies. Zova has been my saving grace through having to do this, for all of the above reasons and because the workouts are challenging physically and mentally. I love the little face at the end that asks about how the workout was. Since downloading Zova I’v told all of my friends to get it and if someone tells me about a different one I basically sell them Zova - cause it’s THE [ACTUAL] BEST!

I LOVE THIS APP!. Awesome workouts that will make you sweat, no joke. Try it!

Promising but keeps crashing on AppleTV mid-workout. I’ve used this app numerous times mostly on the AppleTV but it keeps crashing halfway through my workout and numerous attempts to resume where I was fail by crashing again.

Great motivation. So far I’ve use this app for a few times and it got me addicted. I know it’s hard to stay motivated but once you get use to it, it gets easier over time

Good tracker. I really enjoy how I hardly have to do anything to keep track of my exercise. The activity score is really motivating. It's great to see it move up and when it goes down you really want to do a little workout to bring it back up. Thanks!

'Pay' content limits use of this app. Upon first use I thought this app was very promising ... until it limited what you could do unless you paid for 'premium' content. Making a person wait for 5-6 hours to get another workout is ridiculous, there's so many others out there that offer more for less - I'll just delete yours and use another instead

Great for a busy mama. As any mom knows, finding time to work out with a little can be tough. I like the program because it’s manageable and I can do it at home during naps. I also like how there are mini workouts too, so even when you think you can’t spare 30 min, you can probably most definitely find 10!

Fantastic to take you out of the couch. Several types of exercises combined in a way that makes you finish them all

Waste of time - can’t be used without signup. I could not find how to close the Premium screen so I contacted the developer, who replied that they no longer offer a free version. The only way to try this out is to sign up for 7 day trial.

Awesome. I love it I’m so much more happy with my body please use

Where’d the customized workouts go?. So sad! I loved this app. It was perfect for me. I am a paying member, and I loved the flexibility. Upper/lower/core/cardio/flex. Now I just have tips and their three workouts of the week. What happened? I hope my app just glitched and the options are still there, otherwise I’ll have to look for a new app. :(

Accessible, Easy to Pace, Encouraging. I really like how approachable the length of the workouts are so I can do 2-3 if I feel like it or just 1 and still feels like an effort. It’s also helpful that it shows the varying intensity so you can choose your workouts for your varying energy levels each day. No equipment required was a big factor in my going with Zova, it’s very accessible. The motivational speaking element is encouraging too.

iPad Pro App. I really like the idea of this App but please make it available on a bigger screen like iPad’s, iPad pro’s and or Apple Watch. Also a meal logging or water intake logging would be nice. Otherwise it’s a good app.

DONT DOWNLOAD. The app won’t let u do anything without paying for premium. There’s no “x” to do a free one

Really nice but.... Although the workouts do work, it would be better if more were available. There is only 3 i can do. I can’t use the workouts that are targeted at a specific area unless i go premium.

Very poor app.. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! There is no way to use this app without purchasing an upgrade. Very poor.

Great for training at home!. First of all, it is a very user friendly app. As in it’s interface is not complicated. I like Vix a lot. The way she motivates me to go till the end even when it’s extremely difficult is very empowering. The ZX5 program is really powerful. I haven’t found any app that has such high calorie burning exercise sets. The workout collections are great. There aren’t many long workouts but the short ones that are there are very powerful.

Love this app!. So many different workouts, I’ve never come across the same one. I love how it’s not only workouts but there is motivational talks, yoga/stretching, courses, etc. While you workout the app talks you through your workout and it helps keep me motivated! 10/10 would recommend this app to anyone I know.

Pretty good, needs more versatility.. Its a really good app overall with a great layout. I tend to do 2-3 or maybe 4 of the 5-12mins workout sessions for a good work out. Id would be great if they added an option where you could select what equipment you have available to you at the time being and then have it select other workout options based on the equipment you have, like for people that go to the gym forsay. Otherwise this app is great for people that love at home workouts with no equipment since just about everything is bodyweight based. Ive only had the app for 2 weeks, i did pay the year membership, so maybe there are these options? I just cant seem to find them if so.

Talk very fast. Hello you talk very fast I hope the exercise will be slower or I will not be able to pursued it Do you have the program in French Clary’s zest

Good. Good app for at home workout with busy life. Its good and simple

Help. How can I cancel it if I don’t need it anymore?

Great for glutes!. I love this app! Vix is very easy to follow and great for motivation. Definitely seeing booty gains. Sometimes the recommended playlist is a little slow and not very hype but that is the only bad thing I could say about this app. Highly recommend!!

Videos freeze up. I’ve been using this app for a couple years now. I really love the exercises, the workout programs, and that the app connects to my Apple Watch. However, here lately, every time I do a workout, the video freezes. It gets stuck on one frame and there’s no way to fix it. If I shut down the app and restart it, the same issue persists, PLUS the voice over goes through twice, overlapping one another off sync. 😤 It’s so frustrating that it’s got me lookin at other options, especially ones that don’t cost $100 a year.

Logging and Connecting. I love the idea of this app. It’s easy to follow. Different workouts all the time. However, it doesn’t always connect to my Apple watch. Even if I do a workout without connecting, I should be able to log that I completed the workout in my app so I can still track my progress.

Full body workout. Hi I am very out of shape. I enjoy your short workouts it makes me feel great and I feel like I’m working muscles and that I’ve never worked before. And every little bit of calories I burn makes me smile. Thank you for making my day more healthier. Chris

Favourite app. This app is one of the best app in my phone. I have learned so much about workouts and health through this app. I also love their weekly body burner workouts as well as their daily fitness tips. I have lost 20lbs through this app. So, this app is really precious for me. Thank you Zova fit app🙌🏻

A must have!!!. This is a must have app for busy working moms. I love that you can work out as little as 10 mins or as much at you want. Another major bonus that really works for me is that the excerises are counted out for you. No more having to keep count all you have to do it put the effort in. You can use your own music which I love!

Great App...But. I love how this app connects with the Apple Watch. The connection makes it convenient to monitor and store your progress. The only issue, is as a person returning to exercising, the pace is way too fast and duration for instructions is too short. Allow more time to ensure user knows the steps and give people chance to catch their breath in between. Other than that t is a great app.

Love Love Love!. Even though I have not unlocked the premium features of Zova, I still believe that the free version of this app helps to meet my fitness/stretching needs. Being able to link the app with my Apple Watch is another awesome thing! Definitely worth a download. 😁

Subscription a bit pricey but Great integration. Beginner settings would help.. Apple TV and Apple Watch integration great. Workouts are challenging and seem to balance with your abilities with feedback. Yearly subscription fees a bit much. Price of 2$ a month would be easier to swallow. Some beginner settings would be nice, such as demonstrating moves twice and completely through. Some demonstrations are cut halfway through. Weird that you can’t search more workouts on the TV. Only through phone app. Would be nice to show calorie burn estimations, or to tailor workouts to how long you want to exercise, or how many calories you want to burn.

Makes working out fun!. I LOVE this app! Totally worth the money for the year. The 3x/week workouts make working out more fun because it mixes things up. The 20-30 second intervals and the encouragement of Vix keeps me engaged while really getting my heart rate up. I’ve recommended this app to everyone!

Stream-lined and easy to focus. I absolutely love Zova! I’ve been doing the ZX5 program for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. I like that there’s not tons of choices, because I get lost in that. Zova gives me my three main workouts so I only have to five on getting those done. Simplifying the process has made it so much easier for me to be accountable!

Awesome workouts. I hav tried several workout apps and so far this is the only one that has stuck. It has a more realistic workout week and the workouts are killer but easy to make modifications to as needed. I am super happy I decided to try this app after reading the other positive reviews.

Zova. The zova app is amazing. With the lockdown with COVID-19 it’s been hard trying to stay motivated and active. Zova has been a great help to me. The instructors are great. The stretching videos are great. Thank you so much The app also caters to your fitness level. And the instructors show you how to do each exercise

Horrible app update. This app would give you a score for workouts but 2 days ago they update the app to count calories...how boring! I was competing with my husband and other family members but now we no longer get a score just a page that tells us how many calories we burned. A 150 pound female will not burn as many calories as a 260 pound male but the old zova leveled the playing field. The workouts are still nice but the app is no longer fun. I recommend one of the countless free fitness apps out there that count calories and give you workouts. Zova is no longer fun and unique or worth the $80

Body burner. Great app to download even though it cost money with a monthly subscription. It’s well worth it I am only on the week free trail. I am going to continue to pay for it. The only thing I wish that it had was when I go onto the weekly classes that get uploaded every week. The screen only stays small and doesn’t extend to the full screen. But other than that I love it

Short and sweet. I prefer to work out outdoors: running, cycling hiking etc. but that doesn’t always work with my schedule. These are great workouts if you and cramped on time. Sweat every time!

Hard and quick workouts. Love the workouts. They are challenging, but quick to do. They are great workouts and I have time to do them and still work full-time and take care of my family.

Love it!. I have been using this app weekly for over a year. I just renewed for another year. It gives me three good routines each week and a number of other good workouts. The workouts aren’t easy but I have seen results. I do like the short videos on stress, sleep etc.

GREAT workout companion. I wasn’t really good with being consistent with my workouts before Zova because I felt like I was very alone. And I didn’t want to join groups because I was just starting and felt insecure. Zova has done a really great job curating the content to make me feel like part of a community, which keeps me motivated.

Love Zova App. I like the convenience that Zova is automatically connected to my iWatch and it tracks my heart rate. I tend to always forget to turn on my watch when I exercise so this makes it way easier. The 3 days a week workout schedule is well designed and is just right for me.

Keeps me motivated. I am not a natural athlete. And naturally lazy. But this is great and keeps me motivated. The workouts change every week. And the workouts last under thirty minutes, so you won’t feel overwhelmed. The instructions and safety form reminders through the exercises really help.

YES YES YES.. This app is so great! It is great for anyone. I love all the options that it gives and that it tracks how hard you are working if you have an Apple Watch. It has allowed me to learn more workouts and step out of my comfort zone! 10/10 would recommend this app!! Also I love how you can be coached and listen to music at the same time. Such a little thing but is awesome!!

Love the app.. Great way to work out from home when I don’t have time to go to the gym. The courses change every week so workouts are always different. Would love to see some exercises with basic weights to add to overall workouts.

Great At Home Workout. I love this app! There is a wide range workouts for you to do at home with no equipment needed. During this quarantine it has become very helpful! I love how I can sync my Apple Watch and see my heart rate. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the Apple TV app. For some reason you can’t access everything you can from the iPhone and iPad app. Kinda frustrating. Other than that I love it!

Life-Saving. This App is EVERYTHING! It has totally changed my whole relationship with exercise. I’m pumped to workout and I trust the coach to design workouts that help me get fit without over- or under-doing it.

Excellent “In My Pocket Gym Class”. Zova is my go to on days that I didn’t take time to go for a long walk. I can choose to do a 9 to 13 minute full body stretch out, short cardio to get the blood flowing and reenergize, or a total 25 minute workout. Zova also allows you to track your run/walk and can record your workout to MyFitnessPal. Love it!

Quick, efficient. Great app, no bells and whistles, clear instructions, no scrolling through endless workout choices. Open the app, do the exercises (3 workouts, new each week), see the results. It’s that easy 😉

Old version was better. I used to LOVE the app and recommended it to friends, but since the update there are barely any free workouts and they want you to pay for basically everything now! I was very happy with the free version before and the amount of workouts it provided but now that it’s gotten more popular, you can’t seem to access anything without paying for the premium version. Very upsetting

Seems ok but instructor’s voice could be better. I just downloaded this app and I can tell already the robotic voice of the instructor will annoy me. It would be nice if it seems more human and if directions for proper form were given. The videos are helpful but one thing I like about instructors are being given sound directions to avoid injury. I will try it and hope to like it!

Amazing app!!!. i’ve only been using this app for about a week, and I can already see results. zova offers a wide range of exercises to suit your needs, and the app is laid out nicely and all of its features are accessible. thanks so much zova for motivating me to workout more often :).

Great App!. I have 100 percent hated working out for most of my life so far. But I love this app. Most of the workouts in the free version of the app that I have tried are entertaining and they push me just enough so that I don’t mind doing them again the next day. The score makes me want to do at least a little something, almost every day. Just a great app!

Excellent workout app!. What’s good about it? -Excellent workout routines. They are expertly laid out and are customizable to your level of fitness. The music that goes along with the workouts are just right and really catchy. -Great coaching in reference to wellness subjects. Although most of the health experts apply to women, guys like me can relay it to the women in their lives. -Nice and clean user interface that easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. I’m a guy who loves body weight workouts, so it was nice to see an app like this come out. I wish they had some wellness topics geared toward men, but that might happen in the future. A+ app!

Innovative concept, great execution, very motivating. I really like the fact that your fitness score is compiled based on activity over the past few days— a very cool concept that I find much more motivating than just day-specific measurements.

Super Easy. This app makes working out super easy and convenient! It tracks your workout and links to your Apple Watch. Also, the song selections are amazing! The workouts are JUST RIGHT! So glad I found this app.

Absolutely LOVE🌸💖. I can’t ever find the perfect workout app for me, but I think I just found it! I love love LOVE this app. I love that it shows a preview of the workouts before starting, and love the countdowns! I feel like it motivates me more when I see the clock ticking down, and I push myself more! And I course love that it syncs with my Apple Watch, and keeps track of my workouts and goals.

LOVE!!. I’ve been using this app for a year now and I recommend it to anyone looking for an at home workout that truly works. Even after a year in, the workouts still get my heart pumping, muscles working, variety, and I don’t feel like I’ve hit a plateau. I’ve managed to lose and keep off 20ish pounds doing the recommended 3 HIIT workouts and 2 cardio days.

Good when it works. App or internet fail?. When the app is working and fluid (goes from one exercise to the next without interruption), it’s great. But sometimes, it stops and I have to restart, replay, etc. It makes me want to walk away. Don’t know if I have a bad internet connection in this part of my house, or the app is glitchy. Very annoying.

Works For What I Need. I was looking for an easy workout tracker that wouldn’t make me click through a bunch of screens or push me to be “social” with my fitness. Zova is super easy to use and has a clean interface that I am enjoying. I like the small number of free workouts and would consider purchasing a premium plan if I stick with it for longer than a couple of weeks :).

I’m in love. I love the app! Love how it is set up! Love the playlists! Love the daily tips! I workout on the go as I travel for work a lot. I have tried many other apps, but this one really gets me going! Sweat is pouring by end of workout! Just what I need!!!

Mixes it up. Zova gives me a cardio burst to add to the end of my step workout, elliptical or cycling routine. Flexibility adds various stretches to what I usually do. I like that you can choose from different levels once you choose a category or you can see what exercises are on the workout before you choose it to adapt to limitations you may have.

Not very intuitive. I really wanted to like the app, but one day in I’m seeing several problems. Mainly, there doesn’t seem to be a way to go back on a workout if you missed an instruction; the video didn’t always match the audio (one exercise was left out of the video entirely); and the Zova workout doesn’t seem to be added to the activity list automatically and there seems to be no way to add it manually either.

Cant see myself at a gym anymore. this app has been Incredible in helping me achieve my fitness goals at home. I initially sought out a fitness app so I Can maintain my workout routines safely during a pandemic but I will continue to use it bc of how effective my workouts are and cost effective. I love that I Can watch The proper form while being able to listen to my own playlist. Great app!

Workouts. I love that the workouts are 10 minutes. It’s just enough to help me feel motivated. If I feel like doing more I do another 10 minute workout. It’s really great for before bed exercises or when I am on the move and don’t have time to do more.

I love this app!. I love this app! The mix of shorter workouts that you can adapt the intensity level to what you are looking for is great and the longer workout are a great challenge! My friend and I will challenge each other to workouts which is both fun and rewarding. What really got me hooked on this app is that it links to your Apple Watch and you are able to monitor your heart rate while working out.

Great app & service (edited). Used to be a 5 star app but since updating it skips thru workouts Edit: the Zova Team helped me find a way to work around the bugs I was experiencing until they were able to push an update out fixing it completely

Great on the go. This app is great on the go. I do have two suggestions. There is no way to turn the “music” off and still hear the trainer. I find the noise distracting and unpleasant. I also don’t want to put my own music on. I would like the option of just hearing the trainer. The second thing I would like to see is an easier flow of exercises. You have one on the floor, the next standing then back on the floor. Not good flow...

Love the workouts. I just have a small complaint.. Half of the time, the app will not connect to my Apple Watch. I can’t figure it out. I shut down the app on the watch and phone, and most of the time it’ll figure it out... but today, it won’t reconnect no matter how much I try my usual tricks. As much as the Apple Watch is promoted in the app, it feels like it should function better with it.

Love it!. I’ve been a long time user of the app. I’m on my second year of subscription. Great work out for any level. My daughter and I do it together on through Apple TV. Great improvements over the past year! My favorite feature is the Body Burner and having Vix in the background talking to you through the whole thing!!

Perfect for me!. As someone who needs to maintain my body and mind, while unable to go to a gym, this app has become indispensable to me. I only need to use a small amount of space, for about 30 minutes a day and that works perfectly for me. Since I started using Zova ZX5 I really feel the difference.

You can do a LOT better than this. The workouts are not live videos taught by verified, certified personal trainers. That alone should make you think twice about using Zova. By extension, you can’t consult with a qualified professional to properly figure out if this platform is geared to your specific needs. The fact that it hasn’t seen a significant update in two years should you how little the developers care, too. Don’t waste your time on this app; hire an in-person certified personal trainer instead for more consistent results.
