Knitting. I like this maginze a lot.

I've been robbed..... Sure, you USED to be able to read the old issues on the old app but now they are ALL gone. Multiple issues that I payed money for taken away from me. I will never buy another issue from you again.

Great magazine app. The magazine has great patterns.

Great magazine and excellent app. I really can't fault this magazine or the app that goes along with it. I love knitting magazines and read many of them. The only thing I wish I could change would be to be able to print multiple pages to a pdf file so I could put the patterns into knit companion easily but that is a pretty minor criticism.

Great New Platform!. Why doesn’t my subscription show up on the day it’s supposed to? I have had to wait for days and often much longer before my digital copy arrives. I love the articles. I love the tips and lessons. I love the patterns. The platform however used to be lacking and was clunky to use. The new platform is the best I have seen in a virtual platform. Simply Knitting is one of my favorite magazines. One of my favorites!

Great app. I've enjoyed this magazine for a couple of years and hesitated on digital copies, but the app works great!

Great App!!!. This is a great resource for viewing new issues as soon as they're available. Previous issues are also right at your fingertips. Occasionally an issue won't download right away.

Fix the problem!. Since the last OS update, I can't download the latest issue, and I have a subscription. Completely unacceptable!

Frustrating. I love the magazine, but the app is not reliable. I often have to hard-reset my iPad to view the magazines. It's the only app I have problems with.

These apps are awful.. First of all, it was a pain having to deal with switching to the new apps, but what's worse is that they don't work. The app support is a joke. They offer you a special edition for free if you update your subscription, but I didn't get mine. When I've contacted support, they just ignore what you tell they and cut and paste from the FAQ how to sync. I've contacted them several times, but still haven't received the issue promised and continue to get the runaround. They are completely useless.

Simply Knitting. It is wonderful to have all the magazines I want to keep without taking up storage space.

App never works but good mag. Come on!!! The app NEVER works. It always shuts down. I’ve never been able to download the issues. Will likely not subscribe again and will stick to buying the physical mag when possible. Updated to say that the app continues to make my $$ worthless - how can you steal money and not produce the product I paid for? The support emails go unanswered... even the App Support linked here in the App Store goes to a dead link. I think it’s time for a calm to the Better Business Bureau!!

Privacy Issues. You can’t access the issues previously purchased before the app update unless you register on their website. Your information will be collected and you will be tracked. I will no longer purchase any issues from this magazine and I will definitely share this info with my knitting guild.

Gathered. You have to sign in with Gather which is only a pop-up window. Can’t get back to Simply Knitting .

The app. I love the Simply Knitting magazine, (that deserves 5 stars in my opinion, but the app I have to give a 1) and have been buying them for about 5 years. I have a subscription but just decided to download the app. It makes it so much easier to buy back copies, but, I paid 5.99 to download an issue that I missed and it let me look through it once and now it just stays at 0%. It won’t open for me again. I even restarted my phone. I would really love to be able to read the issue I just spent money on, if someone would let me know how to fix it. Or if it’s a “bug” fix it. I would gladly give this app a 5 if this is fixed.

Creative Knitting. This magazine, while the pricing is in pounds, is so much fun. The patterns are varied, easy to work and convert if necessary. Always something every month that can the worked

DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES. I purchased a "special edition" issue which never downloaded. Their support answers emails promptly but has yet to resolve the issue after 10 days and as many emails. After asking for a refund, other purchases that previously worked have been removed from my app. Needless to say I haven't received my money back. These people are not legit.

Please fix!. I know you've probably heard this already and I hope you are in the process of fixing it but I have the latest update but when I open the app and try to purchase the newest magazine it keeps popping up saying I need the newest update. I loveeee your magazine and the app really makes it easier to get them. I look forward to receiving them. Please help fix this issue. Thanks for the help. :)

Problems with the app. Even though I purchased the archive ( and, it may only be purchased once) and continue a subscription, I am not able to access all the titles which I have purchased. I have previously contacted Simply Knitting about this issue and have yet to receive a response with a solution. Soooo. They have my 90 dollars and I cannot access the issues, BUT, I cannot re purchase!!! Grrrr. frustrating.

Works Beautifully!. I only discovered Simply Knitting recently, but I took advantage of the opportunity to complete my collection, so I now have a number of years of issues. It's so much fun to read old issues! I love to read the letters and hope to knit several Alan Dart toys and donate them. The app is easy to use and really convenient.

Simply Knitting Magazine. I keep getting kicked out of the app when I try to look at magazine.

Good mag. Broad range of various projects in wide range of complexities. I selected this mag as a staple for my knitting needs.

Frustrated. Something is wrong with app on my ipad. I have a subscription and can't view my purchases. This is very frustrating and money down the drain. Any suggestions I would appreciate.

Terrible support. This is a wonderful magazine. However, all of the special editions that are available for purchase disappeared from all of my Pocketmag apps. I have quite a few, so this was quite devastating. I have made repeated requests for help, but get no answers, just the same information that is on the support site, such as to update to the new app (did that the day they were released) restore purchases (did that first), Sync (did that next, the tried restore again). After doing all of that to no avail I then started emailing support and am getting no help at all. Be warned and be sure you're cord every single purchase and keep up with which issues you have purchased because I have also lost access to some of my precious prescription purchases. If someone will actually take me seriously and help me, I will remove this review and rating

Love the Mag hate the problem. I'm a subscriber and I went to look for the latest edition, the so indicated I should buy, I tried to and have the same problem as Cheezhead, it tells me I need to update I go to update and iTunes Store indicates I have the latest version of the app, thus it's an endless cycle and I can't read one of favorite knitting mags!! Fix this bug PLEASE!

The magazine is awesome, the app...not so much. I bought all the back issues over a week ago. So far I’ve managed to download three. Yes, three. In over a week. It sits there saying queued but doesn’t download. Really wish I hadn’t bothered and kept buying only the issues I wanted on my kindle app on my iPad. Quite a lot more expensive than the complete your collection option but least they actually download so I can use them.

Great Customer Service. The support team at Immediate Media are the best. I did have a problem with a previous version of the app, and they worked with me to fix it. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you to S. Prince, M. Newing, and A. Ticehurst. Great job all of you, and the app works fine now.

Awful. This app doesn't work properly and has given me nothing but headaches. Unless it's fixed soon, I don't recommend subscribing to SK this way.

Great learning advice. Love the articles written to show how to do new techniques.

Issues. Since the latest update, all the back issues that came with my subscription want me to pay for them. I have tried to restore them, but have not been able to make it work. Even the issue I just received (in the US) shows that I need to pay for it to download. I entered my subscription number according to the directions, but to no avail. This essentially makes the app worthless.

Love this app. I love the easiness off the app. I like that I can tap on a highlighted image and it will take me to the related page, or that I have the ability to tap on a link and it takes me to that particular website.

Magazine rating. I’ve had this magazine for a year and have yet to find anything I wanted to knit or even save. My other complaint is that I cannot unsubscribe. I’m guessing that will trigger a bill. Please, let me out of this.

Wasted money. I have bought years of simply knitting via apple app. Each time simply knitting has changed their app I loose my magazines. Not worth the frustration.

High quality toy designs. I love the toy designs in this magazine. They are high quality designs and unique. I also find many web references of value.

Right to privacy. When you pay for something you do not expect the company to take what you paid for away from you and tell you that you need to create a password to get to what you had paid for. They think this is okay so that they can infringe on your right to privacy and sell it to others. Hope they lost a lot of subscribers,I know I discontinued mine

Great Magazine. I live in Australia and it is great to be able to receive the the magazine the day it's released. It's easy to use and read on my iPad.

Go to Magazine. Simply Knitting is one of my favourite knitting magazines. The photography of the showcase patterns are very trendy and interesting.

Simply Knitting. I applied or 30 days free trial and was immediately charged the full annual fee of $84+. Their customer service are not being helpful. Their 30 day free trial is a con.

Purchased special issues disappeared after updates. Unfortunately after the latest update, all my special issues are all gone and had to be re purchased. Have done multiple restore to no avail. Have notified the app people some weeks ago, no response. Very disappointing.

Great App!. Super easy to use! Love it!

Love this magazine!. I have been getting issues on line for over a year now and find the Simply Knitting app very easy to navigate. I can flip from page to page or use the page scroll at the bottom to get to any where in the magazine I want to read. I would recommend this app to any knitter!

Classic and modern mix. This magazine is one I subscribed to (digitally) quite early in my knitting journey. It connects classic methods with modern designs. The patterns are easy to read. As a Canadian I do sometimes gets frustrated trying to acquire the yarns recommended at a reasonable price and, so far, have always found replacements from local sources.

Download hell. I get that a lot of images are involved. However, each issue now takes so many tries to download to my iPad for offline reading that I have started downloading copies from the public library, even though I have a subscription.

Working Fine Now. Not sure what was going on but I am now able to download issues. Thanks for the quick response.

Simply Knitting. Great app, I can hardly wait for the new magazine to be out.

Long load time. Great mag but the app seems to take a long time to load and sometimes I have to close and try again. Sometimes an issue will take awhile to load as well. Love the bookmark feature - great that you can open one issue, open bookmark and see all bookmarks from all issues.
