Update not good. Updated on 10/20/18 and my cameras no longer load.

Waste of money. I have never successfully to do play back view history. It always failed to connect. When the tech guy came to fix the issues, I can see in my phone, but after he left age days later, it failed to connect. I don’t know what the real issue and why a simple app has such a hard time to do just a simple thing of play back? Not even better than amazon ring that has only $100.

Terrible app. Two of us have this app on our phones. I installed the app on my husband’s phone and on my own phone. We have the same phone, and I followed the same download process for each. So why does it behave differently on the two phones? It’s incredibly frustrating and non-intuitive to try to figure out. He can see all of our cameras on the live feed when he opens the app. I see a bunch of blank squares, requiring me to click multiple times to select the camera I want to view in each box. Why is it different on our two phones? Why can’t I save any preferences of which cameras I want to view each time? And why isn’t it obvious to the app that since we have four cameras, those are the four feeds I’d like to see? I hate this app.

Slow and terrible resolution. This app has always been very slow to load. With the last update the image resolution is terrible. When you try to zoom in to see detail the image is too grainy to see anything.

Wrong update?. Until I open the app and the cameras load, the thing I need to see is already gone. It takes way too long to load into the cameras. I don’t know what happened after the update but they messed it up more. Need to fix this ASAP.

Barely usable. I’ve been used to Nest cameras and their app of how they record 24/7 and flag motion. I just had ICRealtime cameras installed on our house and only want to access the cameras live and playback on my ipad and iphone. Just the basic process of watching live and playback is so inconsistent. Works sometimes and then doesn’t work. Example, during playback it would be nice to scroll through the playback and see the video display with the scroll. Instead I have to press the fast forward button and sometimes pressing it nothing happens. Sometimes I select what cameras I want to view for playback and go to playback and press Play button and nothing happens. This app is very old school and really needs a modern interface.

Bs app. Doesn’t play back what’s the point?

Useless. App crashes every time

Network Integrator. Works well and straight forward to setup. I found it especially useful for testing remote iPhone access through: virtual private network, router, and local network - to display four cameras simultaneously on customer's NVR camera system.

Better but not there yet. Now can view cameras remotely however camera names are not displayed.

App is not working. The last up isn't working. Please fix it.

Updated App. Horrid, they have taken away to add devices from outside the network, where most clients are when I add devices. You know business owners that want to keep and eye on the office from home. I like their stuff a lot been with them for10 plus years but they’ve screwed the pooch on this one!

Love it. App is very user friendly and smooth. Had no problems adding my cameras to this app.

Updated app. I haven’t been able to access my cameras through my phone at home or away from home... it’s frustrating and i feel like a huge waste of money... Edit: why am i forced to give a star? ICVIEW isn’t worth it

Not working. App is not working at all since the June 16, 2016 update.

Playback is Terrible/Useless. We recently had the alarm in our home get tripped. We have contractors coming and going from the home, but nobody was scheduled when the alarm went off. So, we wanted to see who had entered. The playback is horrid. When I enter the time frame I want to watch, it starts playback a HOUR before the time I actually want to see. I can’t fast forward and I can’t scrub the timeline to the correct time. I can’t sit around and watch a hour worth of playback with my job. We didn’t need Law Enforcement this time. However, if we needed playback as evidence, I don’t trust this app to work properly enough and that’s scary.

Not usable. Not sure who actually uses this but it doesn’t work.

Disappointing. App worked great until latest update, now doesn't work at all IPhone 6 Plus.

App for iPhone keeps losing connection. Been waiting since 13 July for them to fix the connection failed problem between the remote app and iPhone the “connection failed “ happens when you’re trying to view cameras from your iPhone … ( said it would be fixed within two weeks) … meanwhile a month later still waiting….

Can’t connect to any camera. This app worked great until the last update. We used it all the time for setting up cameras. With the latest update we can see every NVR and their associated cameras, but when you try to view a camera it says login timeout.

Awful. This is terrible so far. Confusing as hell. Glitch city.

A real head shaker.. Don’t let the word out that you have this app because a burglar would know he was safe. I’m bone tired seeing the “connection failed” note on all my cameras.

Terrible. Don't buy, very bad support. Doesn't work!

Tiny, hard to see buttons. When you open the app to select the DVR you want to view, you have to press a small black button on a black screen marked by a super thin red circle, almost impossible to see most of the time! WHY not make the button white like the device list? Many times it takes me 3 or 4 tries before I get it right.

Nice. Good app for a few dollars

Cannot Add Device on iPad. Every time I try to add a device on my iPad, it won’t save the configuration or allow me to start a live view after “save” like every other NVR App. App is up to date. Fix this horrible app. Confusing interface.

Worst ******* app and system of all time. Literally replacing entire hardware on 6k sf home because of this app. Worst experience ever. Junk. 2001 technology.

Works after update 6. Works after update 6.0 on the app the name of the cameras come up as numbers instead of what the cameras are named everything else works fine it would be nice to be able to look at the cameras by their name instead of numbers if I want to check out the driveway I have to remember the camera number. The last version the name of the camera would show up instead of the number.

Latest down load ( July 16) not working. Used to work reasonably well until latest "upgrade/update" Does not allow to connect with pre-existing settings anymore 👎

This app changing camera names. This is the dumbest app. I used this a few year ago I knew where to look. Now I have little icons that don’t make sense. Not sure why but when I click on playback, hit home for list of cameras I hit front door abd the backyard pops up but the header says front door at the top but at the bottom left the image says backyard. Why have cameras if nothing works right. I’m so upset I spent all this money for nothing.

Version 6.00.001 Does not work!! Paid a bunch of money for this hardware and software ONLY because I wanted to have the ability to view my surroundings, especially when we are not home. Our system is not even 6 months old. I was under the impression This system is written and sold by an international company. I never expected to have a problem like this. Where are your programmers? Why can't they fix this? I am VERY DISAPPOINTED you would hang us all out to dry. Anyone considering this system should keep looking. There are some good systems out there where Tech support fixes any problems!

Terrible awful WASTE of money. I don’t think I could hate this platform more. We spent an exorbitant amount of money on a camera system only to discover that the accompanying app is nearly unusable. It’s been a crap shoot - unreliable. Unpredictable. Frustrating. And tech support has been useless. Do NOT recommend.

Was great til the update..... I had no problems with the app and viewing cameras until the most recent update. Now im lucky if I can even see 1. Connection failure and constant loading... My connections and my internet are fine. Really hope this gets fixed fast.

Very good app for remote viewing of cameras. I use this app consistently for my job and it runs very smoothly especially if you update the app as soon as new ones come get released. I have an older phone and this app seems to take up lots of memory and generally can eat battery but I’m very happy with this app and it makes my job much easier.

Are you ever going to fix the issue of stream not working on iPad?. I contacted customer service months ago about the update causing stream to not work on iPad without killing the app after opening it. I was told a fix was in the works. It still doesn’t work. Do you plan to fix this issue!

Confusing. It's a very confusing app, and I say that as a software engineer and UX designer. Can you save multiple camera views as a group? Why do I have to click several times to load a single favorite camera? What are the itty-bitty icons under each view? Ugh.

What a train wreck app. The app is not intuitive. Who would design and release such a mess? It needs to be simple and work easily when you need it. I have to set up the cameras each time I go into it. It’s complicated to get a playback. Just when you need footage this app lets us down. They should start over. It’s a waste of the good cameras they have.

Updated and now doesn't work!. Agree with all complaints. Updated on 15 July and now can't remotely access when off home network! 👎🏼😠boo! What's going on???

Does not work anymore. Before the update everything was working great and now it keeps giving me the error "login timeout"
