Was a great game. As with any game this one went from fun collecting many characters to money hungry. I’ve been playing since it’s release and would have no problem gathering everything I needed in the allotted time to get the characters. Now I’m lucky to get off week two or three of an event. It seems the only way to complete an event is if you use money either purchasing a character or by purchasing extra items. We also have the fun of crashing. One of my friends who plays on an older apple device can be just sitting on the game and it will crash undoing everything she did after many complaints and being told to turn off the device then uninstall the game and reinstall it well I’m sad to see it go I know it takes money to keep games like these going but making the quests harder almost forcing us to purchase extras or purchasing characters to complete quests is a little over the top. As for now me and two other people are saying good bye maybe one day if you decide to go back to old way to complete events making them normal instead of insanely hard with out cash we will once again play the game but as it sits now no thank you. Thank you for the fun up until now bye.

Ok for awhile. I’ve played this game for a long time, I’m on level 97. I used to sink a ton of money into it until a customer service rep mouthed off to me after the game stole some clams. And you do need to spend money to get completely through the events. Killed a lot of my enjoyment of the game though when this chick blew me off over something I paid money for and refused to compensate me for because I had been reimbursed before when a glitch took clams. I play off and on now. It wasn’t just CS, the game is always the same. The character costumes change but there are about three quest formats that they always follow. I have well over 100 characters but only maybe 20 are ever used. You’re doing the same thing over and over again. After awhile it gets so boring. So I take breaks. I don’t play more than I do though. So disappointed in the rut this game is in.

Boring. I liked Futurama game better.. So this game plays pretty similarly to their futurama game which I was “late to the game” and most of the content was dead in that game but this one just seems boring and there’s almost nothing you can even do. The other one had some combat stuff to break up the monotony. On top of it I’ve had several times when I watch an ad to speed up a process and finish the ad but it does nothing. Plus, having the character select/finder thing hidden until you unlock district 4 is annoying because you have to find them and they could be behind a building so you have to search for them. Why? What’s the point? Your limiting a feature that should be available from the start. Then there’s the “event”... I say event because I was only around for the halloween 2019 event and it’s pretty much just a cash grab scheme. “Unlock this character by giving us money”. No. Make a good game then I’ll pay for stuff.

No XP. I have had this ongoing issue with characters not dropping ‘XP’. With all the characters I am playing..I literally just had only 3 drop the ‘XP’. It took me about three weeks to up a level because of this. After previous complaints and numerous emails...it had been about 80% resolved. Now it is back down again to basically 2 or 3 characters doing it. I really enjoy this game, but that is ridiculous. ****UPDATE**** Now certain characters in a quest will only drop the ‘prize’ (hat...6 pack of beer etc) needed to gain a character and ‘xp’. No coins. But if that ‘prize’ is uncommon or rare...well since many of my characters don’t drop XP any more....I have characters dropping nothing. So Peter or Constance will drop nothing. Same with many others. I have sent multiple emails about these issues to no avail. I like this game. But come on. The least you can do is respond to complaints made through the proper channels.

Love this game, app customer service is incredible. I love this game, I had been playing it for a while and then took some time away from it when I tried playing again it said that my data file had been corrupted therefore it couldn’t load all the work I had done, so it gave me an email to send a complaint to, and an actual person returned my email. While they weren’t able to get my exact game back they were able to then get me all the stuff I already had and then some! I just had to redesign the town again. Best customer service I’ve experienced from an app.

Love this morning game. I have been playing this game for years now and it is still my favorite game to play on my iPad. I haven’t spent any money on it the whole time, and it’s still fun. You just have to be patient when you’re working towards a character or an item that you want. I love the seasonal events they have on it too, it makes it even more interesting. I always go to visit my friends on it to get extra experience and clams and I always watch the clam videos when they’re available too, it really helps boost your numbers! I will probably always play this game, not only because I’ve put so much time and work into it, but because I genuinely have fun playing!

Best game!!. UPDATED REVIEW: I was so frustrated (see old review below) that I quit playing. I decided to come back, and I basically had to start over!! All of my purchases were gone and my awesome characters (like, Snoop Dogg, for one) was gone. So, I guess I’ll just never come back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! OLD REVIEW:This used to be one of my favorite games but they don't let you purchase land. I've gotten to the point that I've had to store items because there's no room for new buildings. Why purchase new buildings if you have to get rid of old ones? And, you can't situate your town to look like a town. It ends up being just a collage of everything. You can't tell where anything is, and it does no good to buy cute decorations for your town because you won't see them anyway...too many buildings squashed together. I ended up deleting the game out of frustration. It was fun until it became too cluttery and no room.

DIDN’T GET PAST DOWNLOAD.. Honestly I downloaded the app and I’m going to uninstall before I even start. Creators need to pay more attention because the reviews alone say it all but no one is listening. “Just another money hungry game.” “I’ve invested so much time into the game and I’m about to call it quits.” “Poor customer service.” “Game turned into a money grubbing pit of despair.” “Had to open a ticket multiple times because they closed it and it was still unresolved.” “Game keeps crashing.” “Events are impossible to complete.” Like my god I’ve never seen so many 1 star reviews with tittles that literally read “Don’t waste your time”. I’m so tired of game makers never paying attention. And if your not willing to pay attention to players who have invested so much time into you then your not worth my time to begin with. Shame. I expected more out of a big name like Family Guy. I guess companies really don’t care about their players anymore as long as they get paid to screw us over.

Great!. UPDATE 7/27 - Some of the items are missing from the main “shop.” That, and the constant crashing every minute or so. I really have to finish what I’m doing before it crashes because if it crashes while I’m in the middle of something, I would lose any progress I’ve made. If you could fix the bugs it would be great. UPDATE: The game has been crashing at startup every time I try to open it. I have deleted the game from my phone and will download again at a later date. Please fix this issue because I really like the game. Loving this game...although it has gotten kinda expensive the last few months. Seems like you have to buy clams if you want to get the good items. The clam packages aren't really that expensive if you just buy them one time...but over time, they can really do some damage to your bank account. I think it would be good for everyone if there are some good items that do not cost clams and are reasonably priced. Other then that, it's a pretty good game!

Don’t EVER spend your money on this app.. I mean it— this game crashes far too often for your money to be reliably used. You could think you spent money, maybe even send some characters to do something— then you change WiFi and everything you previously did was erased but the money is still taken out of your account. Sure you’ll get your money back, but the more this happens (and I assure you this bug is CONSISTENT) the more your bank is going to put YOU at fault, and NOT refund you. Instead, I’d recommend WASTING your hard earned cash on ANYTHING else. This is an ok game to occasional pass time with. Nothing more, nothing less. The game doesn’t even want to load to OPEN anymore. Needless to say the developers on this game no longer exist, as well as the customer service end— just save yourself the wasted effort, time, and money and scroll past this game.

Was an okay game.. I used to really enjoy this game but now I dread playing. I don’t want to stop playing after putting so much more time and money into this game. Even tho I had previously deleted the game for about a year. I, at first had no hesitations coming back to the game. The game has now only been focusing on the main characters and that makes doing this quests/events take waaayyy longer. Bc now You have 1 character doing an action for 3-4 hours only to get 1 item (which he may not get bc it’s uncommon). But you need 2 of those 1 item that you’ve just gotten to do the next action, but wait, now you have to get all this in a week. In order to stay on track with getting the weekly rewards. Then there’s the character that is unknown until you click to unlock them, you have only a week to get this person. you have to 1 character and a building that can get you items to unlock the character. But that building you need to gain items to unlock for that character isn’t attainable until the 5th buildings you can win. Also you have to get 56 items with only that 1 character doing an 3/4 hour action. It’s just all too much. Instead of being a game to enjoy, I’m leaving this app everyday feeling like this is homework. Gotta be precise with timing. I hope they work on this bc it’s rally annoying.

Disappointed. I spend a lot of time on this game and it’s already hard to complete quests without spending real money (which I would do but it’s really expensive!!) but recently it’s been even harder... example, I just reached the 60’s after finishing the 50’s which is part of the same quest... I spent a lot of freaking (I’d like to be saying other words but I’m keeping it pg) time shooting down rockets for the money for the 50’s and now that I move on, it says I can still shoot rockets for the 60’s money that I need, but didn’t transfer over all the money that I made before??? That was such a huge waste of my time with absolutely no benefit at all! What was the point of having me do that for hours upon hours?? I had over 150 of these freaking dollars! 3 hours for one baseball, sometimes 2 but usually not, then clearing 1 monster per ball and you need at least 2 to make a rocket, which takes another 2 hours, to only wait even longer for multiple rockets to line up and don’t even try for 5 bc the most it will count is 4, it’s got me so mad!

Could be 5 Star. First off the costumes are nearly impossible to get. Unless you play this game every 4 hours on the dot you come just short of winning them. I get about 4 or 5, four hour missions in a day and still can’t unlock anything. It’s really discouraging from playing the game bc the only other way to get them is to spend 100s of clams that you just don’t have unless you spend really money. Then the game take forever to load. Sometimes I’m staring at my screen for over a minute waiting on it to load. Then when it does load everything is laggy But that being said I like the game and the concept it’s just very discouraging when in order to win costumes, characters and prizes you basically have to play it 24 hours a day

Family Guy: Quest for FLUFF.... My title says it all because since they have released the multiverse downdate (I refuse to call it an update when the quality didn’t go up) all you get now is fluff. I am a LONGTIME player of this game and loved it until the last downdate. I have found so many bugs (watched ads that didn’t give you clams, typos for actions ((Ex: if an action is 10 hours long the reward was only $5 with 1 XP)), missing actions for new characters ((Fairy Tale Lois had no actions at all when she rolled out)), and finally some the Quakea characters actions are loaded to take literally 12-16 HOURS to complete! I have been awarded some clams for reporting these bugs but this last downdate has just done it for me! The programmers with the latest version have no concern at all because they don’t seem to care that there has to be typos for actions to last that long. At this point the 3 blind mice could help them out so much. I will not touch on the crashes now, let’s just say car crash accidents have better results than the crashes this game has.

Janky subpar cash grab. Since the stupid ad wants to keep forcing my App Store open twice per play( and irritates me with a stupid monopoly game that has an obnoxious and long run time) I figured I’d give my two cents… I haven’t played this game in YEARS and over the last two days I remember why. It’s trash. It’s janky and out of date. Things don’t load correctly. When you move objects the icons are over the object so you have to zoooooooom all the way in and it takes forever to move. Some quests take multiple characters at a time. Most quests, especially the ones needed to get items, take an absurd amount of time but that’s ok because this game looooves baiting with adds. Kill a couple ours off an 8-24hr task, watch an ad, wanna get some extra clams cause the game is grinding, watch some ads. Then there are sketchy “complete the offer” and “fill out the survey” options for getting clams but hey at least those third part options only work half the time. It’s like they took tapped out and said how can we make that cheaper and juice some dimwits along the way. Yeah that includes me but not this time. Even if you HATE the Simpson I’d still recommend that game over this crap.

Pure Greed. This game was awesome when it first came out. Now it is nothing more then a blatant cash grab. The characters take weeks to get, if you even get them, and they are completely useless after you level them up. You just store them in a building just like you have to store 75% of your buildings in storage because there is no room. The last few events have been extremely boring and unrewarding. It’s all about making money. Customer satisfaction is non existent. I recommend The Simpsons Tapped Out.. it’s easy to get the characters in the events and you have plenty of room to have every single building you get displayed. It’s funny how they have a 4 star rating but almost every review is a one star. I guess when you rip off millions of people you have plenty of money to but your ratings from the Apple Store. Also... most of the positive reviews are from the developers or people who are paid to leave positive reviews. TinyCo is pure greed! Don’t download.. you will eventually be disappointed with every single money hungry event.

Ok game with major issues. Family Guy Quest for Stuff is an ok game, but almost everything in the game is too much; the events are a limited time to get characters that unless you use money will be very hard to get since you can only use one character and a hard to unlock building to get the items you need to get the character plus the items you need almost never appear and you have to wait +4 hours for that one character to get an item you most likely won’t get, Ive gone through two days and haven’t gotten that one item which means their is a good chance I won’t be getting the character. The developers need have more characters help out during the events and give more reasonable drops; take a page out of the Simpsons Tapped Out, the game still has things you have to pay for but it doesn’t go so overboard like this game does.

Untapped potential. I’ve played this game for a long time now and I have a few wishes for this game. 1) please allow players to fully zoom out to see the whole map. 2) more character actions should be animated, there could be so many cool ones. 3) continue the story. 4) promote the game, I’ve never met one other person who’s played. 5) make 1x1 pavement tiles. 6) add some new decos 7) there is a bug with building where once the building is complete and the check is clicked, the builder does not return to his shack. It does not allow any further building unless I reload and suggest I buy another builder. If I watched adds to build this did not happen. 8) LET US ZOOM ALL THE WAY OUT! 9)please update how far the player can zoom out so they can see their whole town. 10) give players the ability to fully zoom out. please Sincerely, an avid player

constant crashing. ✨UPDATE✨Friday, October 18th, 2019; 9:48pm ~Game keeps crashing now. every time I open the game and after only a few seconds, my game is now crashing/kicking me out. This glitch literally just started today because it’s been completely fine up until about late YESTERDAY(Thursday, October 17th, 2019) Huge fan of the show and an even bigger fan of this game for at least the 5 years it has been around! I’ve had connection problems before and quite awhile back and it has ran smoothly for the majority of the time that I’ve been playing! But now more and more recently, that “lousy no good for nuttin’” Consuela (lol) keeps popping up after a minute or so of playing and loses connection? Not sure what exactly the problem could be and I’m thinking it may be a number of things. First, I had to get a new WiFi signal about a week and a half ago because I had to get rid of the previous signal which was a very strong one. The signal I managed to get now isn’t THAT good but it’s still pretty good! I can conclude that because it runs swell and great on my other games I play on a daily basis. Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff is the only game that keeps losing connection and every time I end up having to close completely out and then when I go back in, I have to complete all of the taps and tasks again that I done and completed right before losing connection. Any advice would be appreciated so much!?

Mostly meh. I’ve been playing this game for over a year now. I do like the fact that the events change to keep the game (or attempt to keep the game) fresh. But, like others, the time it takes to advance is frustrating. I get it. You can’t just GIVE us the items needed to advance. But if you’re going to make an item a rare item, and have each attempt to obtain that item take 8 hours, maybe you shouldn’t require 44 of them to advance within 10 days. I used to, occasionally, buy clams because I’d be really close and it wasn’t a big deal. But I refuse to consistently buy characters that will cost me $20 a pop just to advance. I’m still playing, but it’s only a matter of time before I just give up completely. On a more positive note, kudos on a the “Rear View” event. That was the most interesting one in ages. Still took way too long to advance and I just barely touched the 70s, but still interesting.

Great game but..... It's an awesome game they have tons of events all the time but....if you don't have all basic characters you won't get far in events because they go very VERY fast trying to get people to purchase it's a fun game but they want too much money out of you to have real fun at least make events longer so you have a better chance....updating because I contacted support over an in game issue I was having and their response was they will contact developer but there is nothing else that they can help with meaning I'm not ever going to get a response it would be nice to know what the outcome is....they do have events often I'm a stay at home mom I can log in often and I still cannot complete quests unless sped up....BS no more money from me last time there was a character to unlock they gave you 48 to complete and the quests you had to do over and over again went well over so BS

Family guy. I love this game but as with all of the previous comment from other players I agree!! The challenges are getting ridiculous. You cannot get everything done with out spending cash. I understand people need to be paid but I would be more apt to spend my money if there was a realistic chance at being able to finish an event . I also have the problem with my game just shutting down on me while I am playing and losing progress of what I done. This is my biggest complaint. The game just shuts down or won't load at Ali have uninstalled and installed several times and it is still not working. I also have the same problem with the new family guy game and the animation domination. PLEASE FIX

How It Is. Everyone complains about the difficulty of attaining everything in an event because they do not have all the characters and that you need to get certain items and that you need to spend real life money and this is just not true, yes if you want every character it can be time consuming but the events are honestly meant for players that are a far distance into the game and have the characters to unlock all the new event characters. If you just put in time and play the game casually for a long time you will start being able to unlock everything an event has without spending any money.

Earn things is insane. I really enjoy the game but when they do the events it takes too long to get the actions completed to get the items to get the character or buildings. Then when you do get a building that is suppose to drop things for the character or building most of the time it takes 2 or 3 harvesting a of that building to get anything from it. Then when they want you to purchase something it is normally 250 clams which most of time you can’t earn them in a timely manner without purchasing with real money. I have purchased clams before but still seems that the characters don’t always drop stuff or it takes 12 hours or so get get the action done to get the item. I have done the quest to get clams from the offers as well and have yet to get about 500 clams from doing the events. Then they have one character that does the action to get an item yet they want like 50 of that item. They use a lot of the characters that you earn to do more activities more then once.

It used to be fun but now it is just a money grab. I've been playing this game for several years and at first it was a fun diversion. Most quests could be completed with a bit of work and not too much in the way of real cash. But for the past year it is impossible to complete even the simplest of tasks without shelling out $10 to $50 to get all the items you need to finish. To make matters worse, once you've spent the money to get a premium character, it is only good for the present quest. Rarely do they ever help you with any subsequent quests. Don't waste your time on this money grab game!!! Update: This game has gotten even worse, if that is even possible. The most recent event called “Throw it Away” (a very appropriate title by the way) has two buildings that generate the required items to get a character. The buildings takes eight hour to generate the item yet they only became available 15 minutes before the event ended. What a ripoff!

😒. At first I really loved the game! I could not stop playing. It seems like the game gets harder and harder and boring because I can’t get any items that are needed to unlock things. So I have Peter ride in the washing machine for 10 hours, and I GET NOTHING!! I been having him do that countless times, and I still DON’T get the item needed!! That’s not the only one. Quagmire needs to spend 20 HOURS for a glow stick item but he gets one once every 10 times!! I understand it says extra rare, but That makes the game BORING!! In my opinion, if the items that are rare, maybe make those items less time. And the items that are common have more time. I really don’t want to play any more!! It was awesome but not something I want to keep wasting my money on any more. Please make a change!!

Get only if you don’t mind dropping money on a mobile game. Unfortunately, this is another game ruined by corporate greed. You would think a company with the Family Guy name alone would be well off enough to just give a game that ISN’T plagued with nearly forced micro transactions involved with their events and regular gameplay (unless you like waiting for days sometimes weeks to get 1 item that a character needs to be unlocked) I would much rather pay a flat fee and unlock everything rather than have to either grind for MONTHS to get enough clams to participate in events, OR buy the clams. Kind of a ridiculous business model when you’re already a multi million dollar company. Spoiler alert, PEOPLE DON’T LIKE MICRO TRANSACTIONS. This game could be great, but like I said, it’s absolutely ruined by corporate greed, unoptimized gameplay, and RNG. Do yourself a favor, play Tapped Out instead.

Don't care about their fans so long as they get their money. I have played this game almost since the start. I've loved it. Until the last year (plus). They have become money hungry. Everything is fueled by you paying money to get even close to the full experience of a single event. If you don't have the clams you miss out on a lot. If you think you unlocked something but your connection wasn't strong and time ran out before you realized it, sorry tech support can't help with that either. I'm done with this game and if I was you I wouldn't waste my time. So many hours of game play I can't get back. Oh and this isn't just one complaint to tech support and I quit. I gave them several chances over the entire year since things started going down hill. Sad to know I'll probably never see my quahog again. So long Spooner St!

Changes needed. This game is cool and it stays true to the show. However I think small changes need to added for players that are sending a majority of their players to ”Go For Gold”. One change is to add a way where one press or long press finishes all the players going for gold (especially if you have more than 100 characters). Another change is to remove character upgrades from taking the screen and being forced to acknowledge it; I think a small square in the corner is sufficient enough and if players press that square then it will take them to that screen. Also the game has been crashing a lot lately.

Cannot play without spending a TON of money. The events in this game are completely ridiculous. First, they are back-to-back constantly. You never get a break. And it’s literally impossible to complete any event without spending money. They give you a mere week to unlock characters and/or outfits, it takes characters hours to perform actions and even then it’s not a guarantee that you’ll get the item you need. They also love to sell “mystery boxes”, which are misleading. You think you are getting a rare character but you actually have to hit several buttons to see everything in the box. (Of course you’ll get the worst thing in the box) I wasted over 1,000 clams because of this and they refused to make it right. And if all of this wasn’t bad enough, they partner with the worst ad company out there, SuperSonic. You do tons of things/spend a lot of time doing actions to get free clams and you don’t get them. You send proof of offer completion and they still refuse you. This game is not worth playing unless you have a lot of expendable income and want to throw it away on virtual characters/outfits.

Tapjoy Offers Are a Scam. Game includes way to get more clams by completing “offers,” but for the big offers, you’ll be left with just a waste of time and NO clams. Like the offer for 1,034 clams for downloading Mobile Lords and getting your castle to level 14. Offer was in the pending list until I hit it. Then, when I didn’t get the claims, I read the FAQ’s. They said it could take up to 36 hours to get. Offer was in the pending list (even though I completed it). Waited 36 hours. Offer disappeared. Not in list anymore. No Clams. There is a way to submit a ticket. You click on the offer in question, then click “Submit Ticket.” The only caveat is that the offer needs to be on the list . Again, the offer disappeared, so I couldn’t send an appropriate ticket. I tried sending in a ticket from one of the smaller offers, and explained what happened. They didn’t read it. They just sent an automated response saying the offer (for the offer I sent in a ticket) was already completed. Thing is, I only played that other game for the sole purpose of getting the clams. My time is valuable. If I’m going to be doing something for compensation, I expect the appropriate compensation when I do it. Tapjoy is a scam, and this game very proudly is in business with them. Sad.

Not a free app. Update-APP HAS NO SUPPORT. Game won't load past the loading screen so can't use "in game" support. The website won't send emails to developers/support. This app will cost you $100 a month if you want to keep up with the special events and characters(possibly much more). They even have quests to spend real money for ingame coins and clams. You will have tons of coins and nothing to spend them on but you will need clams, the premium currency. Everything that needs clams is extremely over priced. You will spend 1k coins to get a character(unlock for the potential tohave an a character) then either shell out 500+ clams ($20=600 clams) to unlock them for questing or spend weeks gathering stuff from other characters to unlock them. Some characters are on timers and mostly impossible to get without clams, others are part of events with horrible drop rates for the items to unlock them so you need clams to unlock them before the event ends or you loose the character and the stuff you had gathered. Simpsons tapped out is way better.

This game is such money grab, but fun. I’ve been playing the game here recently after not playing for about two years, I completely understand a company wanting to make money for themselves and to continue with support towards the game. But wanting almost 15 dollars for one character is kinda ridiculous, especially when they make character needed for the current event or pass. Like I said the game is fun, but make it to where there are easier ways to earn clams, mini game where you play it 5 times(at least a 12 cooldown in between), and win 1 clam or five if you beat the mini game 5 times in a row. You could have community events where you make you character’s complete a certain amount of missions( each at at least 12 hours long or more) to win clams. Let’s 50 missions=5, 150=10, 250=15. I’m just blabbering at this point but there’s my two cents.

Quest for glitches, bugs, and a choppy game. Considering Tapped Out has been around for some time, I would have expected this game to be without the choppiness and bugs that it has. I am almost at the point of deleting the app. Just today, I bought Goldman's Pharmacy three times, and it's STILL a quest to be purchased. There's a lot that has to be done to this game to make it enjoyable. *Three years later* I forgot about this game until the other Family Guy game was developed. I decided to see if it has gotten any better over the years. Hells no it hasn’t. I attributed the app’s constant crashing to my dinosaur tablet and phone. However, it still crashes on my new tablet. If I open the game anonymously, it plays with no problem (new game from 0). Once I login to my seasoned account, there’s a problem. Oh well, I hoped this game would’ve improved over the years, but it hasn’t. No big deal, too bad for the Family Guy brand.

Family guy, the game. Now for me, family guy is always the best show ever, well in my option at least, the game is awesome and I totally recommend it, not only because it’s from a popular tv show from the 2000s but because it has great appealing and awesome graphics and also just the game itself is really good especially the designs and makers of this game, there so much to explore and do it it’s fun and exciting to play and the only thing I would change about this game is to let people have more coins and clams, then this game would be complete, but overall this game is the one of the best games I’ve ever played.

Very addictive. I will say that I like the game, and it is very addictive. I love all of the random comments from the characters and the different items that you can collect. However, every single time there is a new challenge, I end up with some type of glitch or technical difficulty. for the most part, the customer service reps get back to me in a timely manner. But many times the problem is not solved. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game, and I’m just over all of the glitches with every new challenge. It’s definitely getting old. When I first started playing, I was so hooked that I literally had to give myself an allowance to spend on this game every two weeks lol. But then I saw that it wasn’t worth it because it always came with some type of glitch or issue that needed to be addressed.

Don’t waste your time until.... This game was somewhat fun to casually play every now and then, but over the last year the game has more or less become redundant with no expansion to the main story line and instead focusing on “Events” that are impossible to complete unless you want to spend a fortune to buy “Clams” to buy the necessary items... You could literally play 24/7 and not complete the “Event” without spending money on clams; and I’m not talking about a $1 or $2 here and there My biggest issue with the game lately is that I can’t even load it... It crashes every time I go to launch it on both my iPad and my iPhone, both of which are running iOS 12.1.1 (the latest iOS release as if this review) Needless to say I wouldn’t bother investing time, or money, on this game until they focus on the main story line and less on the “Events” that are impossible to complete... Also, they need to release a stable update that loads much faster; when it’s not crashing constantly the time it takes to load is by far the longest load time I have ever experienced on with any app

I’m not connecting to Facebook. I love Family Guy! It is actually one of my favorite shows on Adult Swim. The graphics were really well done. I personally thought I was in Quahog. The characters were great, and the voices were the ones from the show. So thank you for taking the time to create something genuine. It’s a good app especially if you are bored and have nothing to do. My only complaint would be constantly trying to get you to connect to Facebook. I am personally on Facebook strike, not to say that I don’t have a Facebook I just refuse to use it. So I ultimately deleted the app, I don’t want to have a million apps on my phone (slight exaggeration for emphasis). With the constant Facebook harassment it just wasn’t worth it. Also just a suggestion, try adding more strategy to the game. It’s not like it took any skill to play. Just a tap app. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely yours

3 MONTHS, STILL UNPLAYABLE. IF YOU CAN INSTALL? DONT!! Like everyone else, after playing for years, we have been unable to play for over 3 months, and we have, like others, uninstalled, reinstalled, done everything they've told us to do, only to have it do nothing and have the developers, or customer service, stop responding to us. They don't respond because there is nothing they can say, for some reason, EVERYONE is in the same boat and they either don't care or don't know how to fix it and aren't willing to hire someone who would know how. It's crazy, in all the years I've had my iPad, and all the games I've played, I've never come across a game or developer who just stopped working, stopped caring. Years of work I put into this game, hours wasted, all gone. Not even an apology either, that's the worse part. oh well, good luck everyone, Our suggestion to all, do what we are...we're uninstalling and recouping ALL THE SPACE THE GAME TAKES UP ON OUR DEVICE, and it took a lot!

Incredible Game, Quite a Few Bugs. This game is SO much fun. Collecting my favorite characters and completing quests is such a blast and it only takes a few minutes, a few times a day. However, a lot of the cool game features have been bugged for a while now and I’m a little disappointed because of it. The biggest problem being the game crashing if I ever do a series of actions even a little too quickly. It’s like I have to wait FOR the game to catch up. There is also a problem with FaceSpace. Only Peter, Quagmire, Chris, Bonnie, Jerome, and Bruce have posts that I can actually see. All other characters have blank profiles for some reason?? They had posts before but now they are gone. I will also mention that the events, while fun and entertaining in themselves, get boring after a while. I have completed the main storyline and I’m hoping for more to be added, but maybe that’s unlikely... :( Overall a great game to say the least!

Suggestions. I really like this game, but I feel there are things it could do better. If anyone sees thing I suggest the following: -Standard houses that aren’t anyones in particular. Like common house: 150 coins. Standard house 200 coins. Average house 300 coins. Typical house 450 coins. Reasons for adding these: More diversity for the game, right now you only have a few houses to place, and the rest is just buildings. This will add a more realistic touch to Quahog. -Parking Lots, and concrete pavement the same color as the parking lots that are size of 1 piece of road that you can place in front of businesses, and other buildings. Reasons for adding these: Adds more decoration, and show accurate scenery around the map. -Dirt Roads, and water blocks that can go under roads to make bridges. Reasons for adding these: Dirt roads would add to more realism. You can have a fort road lead to anal point, as opposed to having it attached right to a main road. Water would add more decoration to the game. Overall this game is really fun, but I do believe there is some stuff that could be added to make it even better.

Continually crashes. I used to enjoy this game, but now it is terrible. I open it up it crashes, I open it again, it crashes immediately, this happens continuously. I have just giving up on this game, and will continue playing my simpsons tapped out, a much better game. At least with tapped out I know when an event ends, quest for stuff requires you to search for when an event ends. The only good thing about quest for stuff is the ability to acquire past characters from previous quests... but at a cost of course. You have to jump through hoops, spend real money, and maybe just maybe you can acquire costly former characters. This game needs tweaking to make it better, it appears other players have had loading problems too. Download The Simpson’s Tapped Out for better game play and less glitches.

Many improvements. 1-Facebook is not required to play. (Yippie!) 2-No intrusive ads. You choose if you want them and you WILL want at least 5 a day because of valuable clam rewards. 3-Helpful, timely, responsive customer support. I have had 3 problems since downloading and each was responded to within 24hrs. Fixed within time frame given. And oh so polite about it. 4-I play with low graphics setting (which still looks great) and have never had a loading nor crashing problem in 2mo. since install. 5-Originally had game years ago and deleted because after working so hard for characters, they were useless to advancing. NOW they have added a building we’re you can make them “go for the gold” to earn medals that can be traded for characters normally bought with clams. Earn a character during events (usually 2 or 3 if not spending real money) and you get a trophy which equals 1,000 medals. In 2mo. of play I have earned of 40 characters and keep them working to earn more. 6-Events (again, only with FREE play) yield me 3-5 new money making buildings even after the event is over. This makes it easier to buy/unlock more land. Summary: They have so upped their game since I last played. Now it is fun to play everyday even if an event is not going on. Rewards are much more generous than they were years ago. Support team has earned my trust should I decide to make purchases in the future because, if they helped me for free, then I feel they’d help me if a purchase error occurred.

Good fun but.... I enjoy the game but the themes change too quickly. I was getting close to freeing the country Peter and expended a lot of resources I could have applied to the basic game and "poof" it was all gone. MIB is set up to end too. Makes me hesitant about getting involved with it. Word of advice: don't free the worms till you've freed Agent Pee because the clock starts winding down on on them as soon as they're out. And you have to get the buildings in a particular order. Still I can't put it down. UPDATE: they don’t QC the quests before they update with them. I’m in the zombie quest and they haven’t even cleaned up the terminology from the high school quest. They also don’t honor the rewards promised when you complete a task. AND THEY DON’T GIVE YOU ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLETE A QUEST WITHOUT SPENDING MONEY. I understand they are in it for the money so if you have unlimited funds go for it. If you want to have stress free fun IGNORE THE QUESTS and just play the game.

This is because of Jam City. The game has been turned into a money grubbing pit of despair. Many of us that are still playing do so out of the fact that we have invested too much time into it. 5 years this game has come out. Tiny Co was good. They played us with the events and it’s mild difficulty in order to run a business. In return we played them with our tactics of building mazes and gaming the mechanics to more efficiently collect characters. This was the balance we accepted. They even owned up when issues happened and extended events for us. The company was good. Then the acquisition happened. Jam City bought Tiny Co and liquidated everything that’s not profitable. At first it didn’t feel different. Maybe the game seemed like Tiny Co was resting new more challenging mechanics, but then the events got more ridiculous. Tasks and items which were multicharacters was dwindled down to 2 or even ONE person like the TV even right now. What used to be events that players can play all 4weeks of has blockaded the weekly challenges and halted the events in its 2nd week. All these changes was made after the acquisition. It may say Tiny Co, but it’s just a corpse puppet strung up buy Jam City.

Have an open issue for over a month now. Look, I get it, an app gets more players, outgrows servers, quality control isn’t quite the same, etc. However, I have been playing the game for 4 years now and am extremely close to calling it hits due to the lack of customer service and having a ticket “closed” 3 times due to them having a high volume of tickets Nd to reopen the ticket over and over of its still not resolved. I know how the queue process works and how you are graded on length of time to find a resolution. What I do not appreciate is the same generic response 3 times, put SOME effort into caring and maybe the quality of the game wouldn’t suffer. With the (now) current event with the briand-dead ox, the character is bought via a mystery box but yet the character skin isn’t even loaded as playable. Again, goes back to quality control and caring enough about your product. Now don’t get me wrong, I do appreciate the different events as it keeps the game fresh BUT this cannot come at the expense of actually being able to play the game or given items you have paid for. I don’t want to say corporate greed has kicked in but if the shoe fits....

Still playing. I’ve been playing this game for years now, and I’ve accumulated quite a few characters which is the fun basic point of the game. However, lately it has gotten to a very boring and predictable point. First of all, it crashes every time I play and forgets every move I made for about a minute prior to the crash. It’s gotten so predictable that now I know that after I achieve something important, I need to manually force close and restart the app to prevent an amnesia crash after my achievement. Also, the events, which are literally back-to-back with no time to refine your game in between, are all exactly the same. They re-use plot lines and skins like crazy. The only things that change are the types of items and basic story line. And I definitely never pay any actually money on premium items in this game, the amount they want is too much for such redundant gameplay. There are also lots of errors, grammatically and otherwise which is annoying. Still, I’ll continue to play it because it’s still fun despite all the inconveniences.

I LOVE THIS GAME. I have had this game for about 1 month and I’ve been hooked.I play this every day and I enjoy it a lot, yeah I guess I don’t really like the part that you have to wait but they also give you the option to skip two hours and it takes a lot of time for me to get where I am right now but I still really like it, if you don’t know what it is it’s basically a game where you make people do objectives and you have to wait for a certain amount of time so basically you can log off and get back on and that is one my favorite part because it saves. New update not working. Just updated my game on my first green ipad pro 12.9. Now every time I load the game it tells me to upgrade, which I already have. Tried twice and it wouldn't load. Shut spec my ipad and restarted, but the same time happens. I love this game and I've been playing for as long as it's been out. But I do have to say that some of these events are completely dumb, most of the week long ones are the dumbest. What I would like to see is events where I can use characters that I've had for forever and now just sit constantly at the Resort and I do nothing with them. I have about 100 characters right now and with each event I get more and more but really only have the core people that are payable in each event.

No longer like. My boyfriend and I have played this game on and off for several years. It is not something that I would normally play but is intriguing. You get really excited to unlock new character. We usually get pretty competitive for who can unlock a character or a building first. As of lately we both have completed other game offers for clams and have not been awarded after. I made a complain to their representatives who are usually great in getting those clams back. Not anymore. I have been emailing for over a month for a particularly high amount of clams and getting nowhere. I forwarded my proof and screenshots with the date from my email because my images were “too large”. After going back and forth for a month, I was most recently told that since it has been over a month that there is nothing they can do and my ticket will be closed. HOW?! I have still not received a response to me asking to speak to someone else. Now I have to decide to quit playing a game I’ve had for years or deal with this rude behavior. Great right uptiill the update. Great game loved playing it. Had battles with the wife who could finish first. Since the update 3.2.0 can’t even get 5 secs of game play the game is so unstable it crashes either on booting up or 5secs into the game. It takes a good 60secs to boot up then crashes. after doing 15 reboots I gave up. Tried again the following day... still same story. Haven’t been able to get into the game for 2 days now. So it’s bye bye game. *said with much sadness*

Hm. Just started playing this game and am currently obsessed. Though when I tried buying the season pass. It tried charging me 3 dollars more. I went to the the deal and it did the same, but then I went to just the normal shell prices and it didn’t up-charge so I’m very confused that its done this but I do not feel comfortable spending any money on this app now till it’s fixed.

Bye Bye Family Guy. I enjoyed this game for a while, was good fun. But keeps constantly crashing all the time. Can’t make any progress during events in particular. Sometimes I’ll do player actions, then come back a few hours later and find that the progress hasn’t saved, therefore the player actions didn’t register. Plus the free clams for watching ads doesn’t work, nor does the spin wheel for jackpot prizes. Spun that thing so many times for nothing. Sadly I’m deleting this game, get it sorted for other people!

Digital paperweight. If it's not one thing, it's another - this is the most useless and user unfriendly app. Today they finally fixed the Consuela Vacuum issue, but in bringing it back the app does nothing but crash! Each time you reload you discover it didn't save the few things you did beforehand and so you're don't the same things over and over and over... Prime example of a company that no longer cares.

Used to be good BUT.... I played this game and even bought a few of the additional items. However, lately, many of the items not being delivered. The same problem has occurred now for months. There has been no resolution offered and very slow responses or problem solving from developer. You can’t get a refund from app because they don’t do that. They also don’t monitor their inbox and are very slow to respond. Today I made the decision after too many poor customer experiences to leave the game. Apple have been fantastic with their support and assistance. Sadly, Family Guy Quest for Stuff have been terrible. Run!

Fun... BUT. This game is super fun, I’m so happy to have a good Family Guy game again since the official game, BUT.. items seem to be scarce, making it not only incredibly difficult, but so long to complete quests, I’m talking half a day to a full day for one quest. Along with that, I get ads that crash so I have to quit, then the game just freezes when it loads back up, more than once.

Can’t play. The game used to be great but the past few weeks it’s been playing up, keeps cutting out and then restarting so can’t do anything it’s a shame cause I really enjoyed it, no one seems to fix the issue or they don’t know how anyway it’s a shame I will be deleting it.

Great game absolutely stunning. I see a lot of negative reviews on here like 1 or 2 stars, but those people are horribly mistaken this game is awesome. I think those people with negative reviews have never watched a single episode of family guy. Because if you had then you would of seen what I had in this game, it is shown that the creators of this game have intently added little bits of the show in, which is what I find makes the game great. From the intro too the game to the characters speech and personality and yes even the bird is the word song. I actually have to confess I’m only part ways into this game. I will update after getting further. P.S. don’t add sarcastic reviews it lets strangers add on pieces of your personality with kind of makes you seem a bit toxic.

Waste of time. Have played since the beginning and think this needs a new review showing. Poor copy of Simpsons Tapped Out. This game has nowhere near the room needed to place everything you can unlock in terms of building or decorations. No expansions for over 2 years. The “special events” always finish before you can unlock all the new characters. You require a ridiculous amount of a particular item to unlock one of these characters but will only one of the characters you already have can earn those items. Clams don’t go far at all. You would need to spend your savings to unlock everything in this game and it’s not worth it. In the end the game would crash every time I used it, with me having to repeat tasks I’d already done. I could send 50 characters on tasks, have game crash, reload it and only 10 of those 50 tasks registered, so you sit there asking them AGAIN to do the task. The developers are no longer developing this game, they are just jumping from one random special event to the next. Don’t waste your time, I’ve just finally deleted this game after a several years playing it. Would not recommend

Misrepresented in-game item. Just purchased an in-game item that was advertised as a character that turned out to be a skin to be told a refund it not possible as it was not an error or a bug. To me this sounds highly illegal as the item was not what I was expecting to be sold. This game has gone backwards significantly from a time where I once loved it.

I’m not receiving xp from people.. After the 4th of July update I wasn’t receiving anything from people or buildings but you fixed that but now I’m not receiving any xp from people after they finish a mission/quest and I can’t level up to unlock more areas/districts all I need to do is get the library then can’t do anything I need xp to play the game can you please fix this bug I really enjoy the game but I have no quests or anything please help thank you

Love this game, don’t get me wrong but I’m really peed off right now because I purchased clams and have not received them and I contacted TinyCo-no response!! Not happy at all. Hungry for Golden Clams. Every time I go into the app, I get rewarded a clam for playing the game. Cool cool.. till you go out of the game without spending that one clam and go back into the game... you have zero clams instantly and get rewarded that same clam again. Why do that for? And.. whether I got clams to use on a character to finish their jobs, say I have about 4 clams and to finish the characters’ job costs 4 clams. “You need 1 clam”... I have enough clams though? Freezing and crashing. As soon as you start doing stuff in the game it starts freezing then it crashes. Even know I’ve spent money on this app I’m almost at the stage of deleting it. It has been doing this for awhile now

Events not loading properly. Ever since the last update came about, events have not loaded properly. I can’t send characters to do things related to the event. There’s no 24hr quests to do either to get a reward. This is now the 2nd event I’m missing out on. Don’t even have the button to do quick searches of the event characters that need clearing. Have sent a ticket but still waiting on reply 3 days later Just another issue with this game lately

What happened??. This game used to be great but the quality has really dropped in the last few months. Games glitch. You don’t get what you’re supposed to when collecting items for characters. The last mini game stopped abruptly. This current mini game will drop the items but they don’t register in your inventory. It is getting to the stage that there’s no point in playing this game, I may as well delete it.

I Love wasting time playing this game.. Have been playing for a while now and love it. Nothing better than wasting some time playing this entertaining game that has no real point to it. Wait 3 minutes. 2 more actions Crash Deleted after obtaining level 77 after 6 months playing. Just couldn’t take it anymore.

Michaels review. This game was really fun to play with. The only downside is that there is only few districts bringing the amount of districts higher will make this game even better than it is. Apart from that little problem I had fun playing with this game and still playing the game. So this is an easy 4 stars

Game used to be good as it allowed you to watch ads to shorten time periods for your characters and shorten time frames from collecting things from your buildings, however how due to the greediness of the game owners they have removed the ad watching feature purely because it will make people spend money on clams in the game. Used to be good. So, this game used to be good. There was always new characters to unlock, and things to do. Now the events I just re-hashed from previous years, and there are no new characters to unlock (well, not for the past six months or so) I would really love to hear from the developers, but I’m sure that they will not respond

Love it but ongoing lag and quests too hard. Losing interest now and thinking about deleting since functionality is poor. Set characters and come back in a few hours only to find nothing has been set. Quest drops are way too rare now and latest comic-con was lame. Loading takes a long time. Just disappointing which is sad because it is such a great premise. 😔

I want all my real money back.. This game constantly crashes, so I then spend real money to get ahead in events. I’ve been in contact with the developers 5+ times now, and still nothing has been fixed. I’m sick of the “uninstall, reinstall, restart iPad” stuff that they say to do. Even fresh out of updating the app it crashes then restarts everything I’ve just done. I want my over $100 back.

Totally unstable platform. This game would have to have the most unstable platform I’ve ever encountered in a game. It is very common for the game to drop out 7 or 8 times whilst trying to complete character actions which is very frustrating. Have stuck with the game for many years hoping it would improve (surely the developers must be aware of this shortcoming) but it just keeps getting worse. Just about time to delete and move onto something else

It’s a good game but when you have to unlock a character you have to collect the token thingys, when most the times you complete the task but you don’t get the token and you have to repeat it like 100 times before you get it. Facebook login glitch can’t get in. Can’t log in at all now bombs out when I try to log into Facebook won’t reset password basically nothing. Worst part I had to play as guest can’t get out of that either. Just when I got the last character. I previously wrote to u about a glitch with my game, you said you have saved it but I cannot get in now I’m going to miss out on this event. It glitched just as I completed all the tasks for Brian I don’t know what u guys did but you made it worse fix it what a let down just when I was enjoying it! It just keeps looping????? And crashing

2018 and still crashes on load screen. Used to be an awesome time waster. Spent real $$ on it which I don't regret, however it crashes on load screen constantly. I put the game on the shelf a few months ago and checked to see if it was fixed - but nope. 2018 and it's still crashing with no signs of being fixed. My advice: save your time and play something else until the patch notes say this is fixed.

Pathetic. The game has not been able to load for my husband for a couple of months now and now I’m in the same boat. My husband contacted support to be told they are aware and working on it well he still can’t get access and has missed 4 events now. Don’t waste your time with this game support is non existent and there is no point to the game at all I have now deleted the game.

Close to deleting game. I’m getting constantly sick of reaching levels where I should be able to build things but the room I need in order to access it doesn’t unlock and then the special event finishes. Has just happened AGAIN and it’s not good enough anymore. Also the wheel of prizes constantly gives me XP but I reached the maximum level months ago, so I don’t get anything. Please come up with new special events rather than continuing to repeat them over and over and have the levels easier to achieve and things to be unlocked.

Fun, but you are gunna pay to win!. Pay to play. And expect to pay a lot! Like all their titles tiny co only want your money. If you want to get far in this game open your wallet. Tiny co have ruined another franchise. Just like Futurama and Marvel, if you want ANYTHING in this game you WILL pay for it. Be warned these guys just want your cash! Currently the incompetence of tiny co means the game is practically unplayable 5 minutes plus just to load. Finish a quest the game freezes Level up the game freezes Change quahogs the game freezes Level up a character the game freezes Open the historical society the game freezes and crashes Drop rates are rigged so that a common item won’t drop for 2 days, the drop every time once you don’t need it. This game really is circling the drain Don’t bother contacting support. They don’t care.

Fast forward feature. Absolutely love the fast forward with a video option for tasks! Makes the game 100x better, I always get annoyed and delete the game if I have to wait hours and hours for every little thing, this way makes it so much better!

Can’t play anymore. I’ve put up with the game crashing relentlessly the past year or two but after updating today for the Portals I’ve had to delete and reinstall the game (again). Still loads and crashes. I don’t think it’s reasonable to spend $1000+ to update my phone just to play a game. I’m really sad as I play every hour or so every day since it came out :(

Family guy. The items that claim to be a “common” drop in the featured quests are ridiculous. 1 out of 4 B.B. pellets I received is unfair. I am a valued player, and it is very hard to complete the quests if you aren’t making the items more available. I really enjoy playing this game, just not when it is impossible to complete quests without purchasing items and clams through money.

THIS IS A REALLY GREAT GAME!. So I’m a family guy fan I love to watch it and now I found out there’s a game about and when I started playing it I couldn’t stop it’s the best game ever I WILL RECOMMEND it keeps me entertained and it’s just a fun cool game and it fun building the city so yeah will recommend anyone reading this that hasn’t got it get now I give this game 5 stars

Fix it. Game has really gone downhill, I can play for a couple of minutes at a time if I’m lucky, and I’m this 👌 close to giving up. It’s either the crashing or now a new issue of internet connection error. All my other apps work but I keep getting a connection error- tell it to reconnect and error over and over. So very over it, really not worth the problems anymore.

Fun game. Enjoyed the game play and the Family Guy characters. The humour is similar to the show and sometimes references scenes from the TV show. A huge amount of stuff to collect, much of it contains funny visuals worth seeing for yourself. The tasks are simple and don’t take up much time. Relaxing and enjoyable. Try it for yourself.

They offer “events” to make your daily challenge more diverse. My win total for the new chalenges is 20-1orworse. I have won no more than 2 x in at least 20 attempts

Meh. I know it’s supposed to be an idle game but man… You get maybe 20-60 seconds of gameplay every 2-8 hours which barely does anything. The game play is fun but I’m not going to dedicate literal years of my life to play this game the way it’s supposed to be played.

Logged in for the first time in 6 years. Who owns this game? Nothing has changed, its the same money grab horrible events as always, and story mode wise nothing has been added. The same 300,000 coin plots that take months to clear. This has gone down like the show tbh lol. Do something for the loyal players show some form of appreciation.

As of October 2018. This game has become horrible, hundreds maybe thousands have recently been unable to open their game without it crashing. I myself have been laying for almost three years, and over that time I had reached level 81, spent 100s of dollars and collected hundreds of characters that I will now never be able to get back....What’s worse, we have all been trying to email tech support, customer support, Facebook etc in order to have an update or idea of what’s even going on.....I haven’t even received a reply to any of my MANY emails....if you are a new person looking for a good game to play, I would most definitely NOT recommend this one.....horrible experience

Quest for crashing. I played this many years ago but deleted because of the money grab. Decided to give it another try so I started a brand new game on a brand new phone. In less than five minutes crashed and lost all progress. Not going to play the first few minutes over and over again in hopes it gets fixed. What I did get to play is fun though. Update: After getting through the first few hours the game has stopped crashing. The wait times to accomplish things is quite long. Still fun and true to the show we all love.

Beginning fun/then just boring and agitation. Can’t stand that it takes forever to get anything for a actual quest. The rare drops have taken me over 2 months at times to just get 1 piece, and they keep adding side quest that only last for a limited time and with out having almost every character unlocked or spending actual money you can’t get them and if you do they are never useful later on for collecting anything. I really loved the game in the beginning but now I dread playing it. Everything is a long long wait to get anything. I only 0lay cause this is the second time I have reached this far and it hasn’t lost my game completely. If you haven’t fallen into its trap then I don’t recommend wasting your time

Make the events last longer!!!!!!!. Every time i try to get a new costume or characters the “quest” takes long and sometimes the items don’t even show up, but when the items do show up I collect them and I always need a couple more items to collect, but then the events end and I wouldn’t be able to get that specific costume or character even tho I was almost finished collecting the items that I needed so now I got to wait until the next time that specific even pops up again.. smh it’s so frustrating...

Disappointing. Well I agree with those who says the game keeps crashing on them. The company does not care anymore about producing a quality app for people to enjoy anymore. Ever since the new one came out this app went down hill and the company is willing to tell those that complain about the issue saying it’s their device causing the issue. Wake up and actually see what is going on or the company will suffer and those that create the app and suppose to maintain will lose their job regardless if they are working on other apps. You have to realize that those that have issues and you refuse to fix them will never download an app from the company that cannot and will not fix any issues in previous apps.

Too many glitches and a lottttt of lag. When the load screen takes about 5x longer than their competition (Simpsons for example), and even gets stuck with a full [loading] bar for 2 minutes - when you don’t even have anything unlocked - you know it’s going to be in bad shape. Graphics and buttons overlap, especially with Limited Time Events. Since I just started playing this week, there’s a button for a starter pack - that’s hidden behind prompts for this week’s ‘Stewie and his enlarger ray’ event. It has very bad design and follow through everywhere I look. Definitely reeks of something pushed to market before it was actually ready.

What happened....?. I used to play this game every single day. It was fun. Then an update in October happened for the Halloween version and I haven’t been able to open the app since. It always crashes on the loading page. I’ve contacted the developer a handful of times with screenshots of the screen right before it crashes and each time they’ve said “they’re working on fixing the issue.” Now, it’s almost Christmas and I still can’t even get past the “loading” page... almost 3 months to “fix” the issue? Really? I’ve put lots of time AND unfortunately some money into this app/game. I’m fed up and ready to pull the plug. I wouldn’t waste your time and money on this game. It’s sad. It was fun, funny and entertaining... I want a full refund for all of the money I’ve spent but no one will reply to me. 😤

Ridonkeylus. More cons than pros. Loading takes forever or doesn’t load at all. I started playing this game 3 years ago and not once did I win that bonus game of Spin-the-wheel. Could be rigged. It’s also difficult to win characters. Their ads keep freezing so you end up not getting clams when you watch it. This was my second time to load this app due to my fondness of Family Guy. The first time I played it was for 2 years but I deleted the app because of loading issues that was annoying. After a year or so, I downloaded this app again. Loading still takes forever. I’m pretty close to deleting it again. I’m hoping they fix the problems.

I loaded the app, got into the game, completed the turorial, and then logged into Facebook and loaded my old save. The game proceeded to crash. Now every time I start the game, the loading bar stays at one notch for 5 seconds, then crashes. Please fix this! This game helped distract me through a lot of anxiety and stress in my life. I love it but not if I can’t even use it! Please! Might have to go back to the Simpson one… 👀 Two stars because I love the game itself so I couldn’t give it one, but being unplayable should.

I like the game but..... I really enjoy this game but the actions take incredibly too long to complete especially when you (may or may not) only receive one item for most actions. I understand that they make actions take so long so that maybe you will buy clams to speed up the process but it takes way to many clams to complete an action early as well. I would be more likely to put actual money into this game if actions only took 2-4 clams to complete and didn’t take as long over all. I like the concept though, and the holiday updates are a great feature. I want to be able to actually play the game instead of waiting 8 hours to do something else with a character though.

Glitchy. Very glitchy.. Buildings and characters are constantly not showing up on the screen (invisible) or fail to progress past the under construction look even after completing construction. Closing and restarting the game doesn’t seem to help, as different things randomly become invisible each time. Low-quality graphics only made the situation worse. Much worse. All buildings are shown as “under construction” and half the characters aren’t visible on screen on low quality graphics mode. Idk what’s going on with this game and why it’s so bad but they need to fix these issues.

Hugh Disappointment. I have been playing the game since the beginning 5 years ago. I enjoyed it until Oct 2018 when they did an update. After that, my game crashes constantly. I cannot do tasks or even click on videos for free clams without getting kicked out completely. I have maxed out on coins, buildings and property so there isn’t any incentive to collect anything. Therefore, all I have is the events which I cannot effectively play. I have contacted support and they respond quickly and whatever steps they take corrects the issue temporarily but never lasts. I put money and time into the game over all these years and I keep trying in hopes they may find a permanent fix for my issues.

Complete waste of time and money. When this app came out...it was possible to finish events and gain a new character or skin for an existing one. Now...unless you buy a bunch of clams, you can’t do any of that. Most events now only get you new skins...not new characters. The Spin to Win is a joke. I have spun that stupid thing literally hundreds of times winning nothing more than 10 clams...once. Forget about winning the jackpot. I spent my last 95 clams trying to win a character that was possible to win...HA, no dice as usual. I have wasted enough time and money on this app with nothing but frustration as my prize. Don’t waste your time and especially your money. Lots of other apps out there you can invest in that have a much better chance of return and entertainment. Thanks for reading.

Frustrating. This was one of my fav games, but lately it’s just not the same. The crashes often and K have to remove it from my device and reinstall, but my data doesn’t save (only saved once) and at this point I’m tired of starting over especially I spend money buying clams all the time. It’s literally been a waste, if only getting a refund was an option. The game crashed yesterday AGAIN, so I removed it and reinstalled and now I cannot connect to my Facebook so it’s back to square one and I REFUSE to start from the beginning for the 4th time. I just can’t. After all my years of playing I had hoped there would be more improvement, sadly there hasn’t and this is the final straw, I had too much coins AND clams saved and now they’re all gone AGAIN!

newbie. downloaded this game yesterday. i played for an hour and this game crashed every five minutes on the dot. it wouldn’t save much of my progress before crashing so i always had to start over. besides the crashing, this game is insane. to complete a quest i have to wait 4 to 8 hours. keep in mind, i’ve only been playing for an hour. shouldn’t i still be doing 10 - 30 minute quest? the thing that really made me decide to uninstall was the fact that the developers don’t care about the quality of the game anymore. the last time i saw them reply to one of these comments was a year ago. if they don’t care about their game then why should i? i recommend downloading the ‘Simpsons tapped out’ game instead. unlike family guy, the Simpsons developers still care about the quality of their game.

Worst events ever/ App crashes and doesn’t load. UPDATE: APP DOESNT WORK OR LOAD AT ALL. Prior ration: As a level 76, this game is complete crap. Glitch 1: I’ve had the same fireman Chris quest for the last 2 years and it is STILL not even playable. Glitch 2 mini death Quests are broken and causes the game to crash. Glitch 3: I have to start the game twice any time I want to play it because it is guaranteed to crash the first time. Again, Whoever comes up with these recycled events with the same EXACT play functions to earn items for characters as previous events needs to get let go. Also, no one is going to pay any amount of money for those stupid bundles of items and characters that can be unlocked with tokens and clams. Make a better game

Crashes all the time. EVERY time I open the game to play, it crashes and everything I have done disappears. Instead of wasting time on new storylines you need to spend time making the game stable and useable for everyone. As I have told another developer who's app I deleted; if I delete your app I will never go back to it and I will never use another app you make. There are too many apps out there that work for me to waste time with ones that don't. Looking at reviews since I posted mine, it appears the developers have chose to abandon the game as far as any quality goes. Right before and also after the last update the game takes over two minutes to try to load and then crashes. As I stated before, since you have failed to even try to remedy your problems, I am deleting this game and all I have invested in it.

Glitching/requests. This game is okay. The game is pretty much like FarmVille. What I don’t like is how much the game crashes and how often the quests ask to repeat something. The recent new year quest, asked for me to obtain 4 things I already had from other quests. 4 buildings from quests throughout the year. When I wrote to the tech people they just kept fixing it until I finally said if I already have this I should be further along in the quest, and because the game isn’t recognizing my items it’s taking longer. To which they replied “we made an exception for you”. So they mean to say we want the gamers running in circles for things they already have. What a waist.

Great game. But has bugs.. Since I’ve started playing this game a Few months ago it is really fun and addicting. However... there is a lot of freezing. If I try to view requirements for characters not yet unlocked by actions, it freezes and kicks me out. It also has a tendency to freeze and kick me out, then when I try to open the app again it will make me have to re assign my characters to their actions as well as telling me that I’ve received a bunch of clams for returning.. but yet I don’t really have that many when I try to buy things. This still happens even after I’ve done all the updates. Please fix and I will rate 5 stars.

This game. This use to be an exciting game and now this game is getting boring because they use to have so many characters playing to help with event items and now there may only be one that gets that item and the the new skins or characters are a lot of work and you know right from the start you can’t win them unless you buy the items you need and that can cost a lot of money. And with the events there’s really not playing them because once you get enough items the event is over so you’ve played for a month for one character when there is at least more to win. I’m beginning to feel that I should leave this game because I’m always frustrated I kept hoping it would get better but it hasn’t. Family Guy fix these issues so we can play

Last update made game unplayable. The characters are no longer doing the actions you sent them to perform. Unable to progress in the current event at all because of this. Sent all my characters for the Gold and 8 hours later the game said the 8 hour timer just began. It is impossible to collect all of your characters going for Gold because the app crashes after just one full minute. Without fail, it is guaranteed that this app will stop functioning after one minute of use. You can tell because the game freezes for one second and the music stops when it resumes. The app automatically crashes 20 seconds later and doesn’t save your progress. For these reasons you can’t play this game.

Lots of potential, but the glitches make it unplayable. I really wanted to give this app 5 stars because the gameplay is so great — it’s clear that the developers really care about this game bc there are new events and features all the time (yet it still maintains its nostalgic charm) which cannot be said for many games that are the same age. But man, the glitches are INSANE and ruins the gameplay completely. I decided to download the app on my new iPad after I deleted it on my iPhone awhile ago due to low storage, and the game is literally unplayable. Crashing issues. This game used to be pretty awesome but as of lately, last month or so, it crashes so much it isn’t worth playing. You start getting your little dudes doing stuff and it crashes and when you get back on, the characters you just told what to do isn’t doing it anymore. You have to start all over and it will do that 4 or 5 times in a 5 minute time. It’s ridiculous. And you complain and they just say sorry it’s not fixed yet. Well duh.. but when is it going to be? What about an upgrade? They said they wouldn’t compensate which is bs cuz they don’t have a problem taking your money but when it’s impossible to play, we get nothing out of it.

Greed is the best rate for this game. I have been playing for a while (years) and have open tickets also for buying Mystery Gift items and not being about to complete collections because it keeps given duplicate items and it just keep taking Clams and duplicating items. I email them 3 times before receiving a generic message. I emailed a response and that the Jackpot wheel skips every time it lands on jackpot. This all happens while game was still going on and I received the next reply from them 1 day after game closed that my ticket was being closed and showing resolved due to high volume and game over. I email back 2weeks ago that it has not been resolved and I have not received a reply as of yet. Now the game has updated and crash ( cannot open ). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fun game but I would like some repeat events. I first started playing this game around the time it first came out, up until my iPad broke down. I recently started playing again with getting an iPhone and it has been fun to see some of my favorite animated characters again. But my biggest problem is that golden clams are hard to come by with my wallet and My other problem is that I missed the American dad event when my iPad died and I have very much been wanting to collect the Smith family, it would be very much appreciated if I could have another chance at collecting them along with some other event characters that I had missed.

Crashes. Idk what’s going on lately but the game constantly keeps crashing. Sometimes it won’t make it past the loading screen. Other times it will let me start putting people to work or gathering money but then all of a sudden it shuts off. Not sure how they expect us to play the game and finish quests if the game won’t load. Also why does it take forever to start new phases. Let it keep moving forward so I have a chance to actually get the new character. And do something new. I have clams and 20 mil in money and nothing fun to spend them on. Come up with some new things. It’s starting to get boring.

Great idea, but the worst kind of freemium. I wanted to love this game, but it really is the worst kind of freemium game. The writing, animation, concept, voices, and jokes are great. But pretty much the only way to enjoy it and advance is to buy the in-game currency. And everything is prohibitively expensive! For example, a character outfit is the equivalent of around $20 worth of currency. There’s really no way of making that currency in the game itself, and without it you can expect simple quests to take days to complete as the tasks required might take 8-10 hours each (and that’s not even gameplay, the characters just automatically do said task for however long it will take). If you’re willing to drop hundreds of dollars, the game could be great fun...but if you aren’t, it’s slow and boring.

Love the game but..... I love this game but it is too easy to spend coins or clams by accident and I think we should have a are you sure button to eliminate the accidents. I atleast to 3 times a day. Also I think it shouldn't be a cut off on the amount of the amount of videos we can watch. Also the surveys to win clams are awful and too long and if you don't answer the questions how they want you to you get one clam. A waste of time. If this could get fix. It would be a five star game. I actually spend money on this game which I usually never ever do. I think the prices are reasonable and they also have specials.

Kinda disappointed?. I wanted to play a sort of town manager and have heard good things about this game. But I see now I have joined this party late and realize it's riddled with bugs/crashes/blemishes of all kinds. I read through some of the reviews to see if there was ever a fix or to see if this problem had lasted awhile and sure enough. Reviews two years plus are having the exact same issues I have been having while playing the game. From constant crashes if I do too many actions too quickly to straight up not having any information on the screen at all. I can't believe nothing seems to have been done to fix these. I'm going to move on and find something that's actually solid to play.

Great game but.... I’ve been playing this games for years now spent hundreds of dollars on it but now days all family guy wants you to do is pay for stuff to do events can never unlock new characters cause the items they need one or two people drop and they want 30 of it what’s the point of playing anymore if I can’t unlock characters by just playing and not paying 50 dollars just to enjoy an event if the next one is like that too I think it’s time to give this game up what’s the point of having 80 characters and only 10 can do stuff

Great!. Honestly this is a great game. I go through moments (as everyone does) when they tire of a game and delete it. But I always re-add this back on. It’s addictive. It fun. I love the real time play because when I have a moment or day where I’m busy and can’t tend to it like I want, I could make them all do their actions for a few hours or a day and it’s fine. The only thing I would say is that eventually you will have to buy coins or clams just to get certain things but I try to avoid that as much as possible and it’s been fine so far. Just takes a little longer. Great game!

Good game.. I have been off and on with this app since it started. Honestly they go through phases that make little sense, with never ending challenges that are not entertaining at all, and overly complicated events . Recently they haven’t even attempted to be seasonally themed at all..and the events are so random that it is easier to just not play them at all. I hope they get back to doing what made this game so different from others. Using the show as inspiration and using the main characters more , also keeping events up to date with the seasons and holidays helps out so much !

Kyblue65. Fun game, better in the beginning when there was something to do a lot more often. Later into the game it takes wayyyyy too long to "get" stuff, items you really need generate not often enough. The "task" the characters do some are way to time consuming. Plus, you need clams! Seems the only way to get stuff quicker is to buy clams, which I do not. It is for fun, not spending money to speed up. So, if you are patient and have no hurry and dot care if you complete the little side stories, then have fun!! It gets frustrating, but hey, it's a game!

Not loading and crashing. For months now I have not been able to get into the game I have written several times to the developer and to others and no one has Responded I played this game from the time it started ..it is very frustrating that no one will contact the people that are having problems I believe an investigation should Be done ..so many of us put money time and effort into this game and loved it I could understand if the game is shut down but at least tell us ..it is very frustrating nobody has contacted or put out a some kind of post as to what is going on ..like many of us I have Follow the instructions on to how to get this game going and nothing is working.. please fix immediately

They keep making it worse. I used to love this game, but it’s getting stale and frustrating. It’s impossible to get the items you need to unlock the new people, and when you finally get them, it’s pointless because they are useless after the event. Then you just stick them in Tan Lines, but that’s also worthless because once you buy the like 3 things from it, you just keep getting cash for no reason. I don’t need 587 palm trees, thanks. Also, the daily reward is stupid. If you play daily, you should get progressively better rewards every day. I’ve been playing for months straight and I keep getting 150 coins. Gee, thanks. If I hadn’t spent so much real money, I would delete it. They won’t be getting any more money from me though.

🎵A whole new world🎶.... This epic universe has captured more of my time than my own reality. Creating something from nothing and then having complete control over the population is the exact dictatorship I’ve always wanted for myself. Living in a world where i had to steal to eat, had to eat to live, i steal only what i can’t afford. This app has taught me the value of ethics, responsibility, and false friendship. It’s a digital ant farm except i cannot use a magnifying glass on a sunny day for my own amusement. I’ve since lost my friends, family, and my job from this game, but I’ll never lose the love of the Griffins.

Takes forever!. First off I’ll say that I like this game a lot. It’s a fun city builder and it’s a good way to kill some time. That said, it takes so long to be able to do anything in this game. The buildings are so expensive and you get hardly any resources from them when you do grind days at a time to get them. I’m basically at a standstill because the next thing I need to build is thousands of coins and each building or task (which can take days themselves) gives me a small handful. The game itself isn’t bad and I do still enjoy it, but if it was even just a TINY bit easier to get coins or buildings I would give this more stars.

Long time player. I want to start by saying ,if I haven’t found this I would have lost my mind with all the free time I have now. Lol I do enjoy playing how ever there are issues for example it freezes and boots you out I can say daily ,your wheel of no luck all my years of playing not once hit the big prize ,now what are the odds of that. And with all the issues odds are small you will not finish with out spending big clams lol. However even with all of those issues I still enjoy playing this over any other copy cats out there . I will be giving this one of my favorite games a 🌟🌟🌟🌟 review

Meh.... Here’s the deal, there are lots of event but you’ll have no chance to complete them unless you’re will to buy vastly overpriced clams. They also make items required to move on extremely hard to get and only possible to get with 1 character. One item they had as extremely rare and you only got a chance at one from 1 character on a 12 hour cycle. Needless to say without spending money it took several weeks and I only needed to get 5 of them. Customer support is also lacking. My game reverted back to level one several days ago, I have contacted customer support and so far they have done nothing save send out an auto reply saying they will get to it in some unknown future timeframe.

Epic items. Can the drop rate be increased please for two events now which is two months ! I’ve only gathered 2 eyeballs for football shirt Chris and I constantly send the dr Hartman which is one of the characters you can use to unlock the eyeball all I have him do is the item task 24/7 nothing else and it seems he only drops it once a month I have Peter who can too but I don’t try because there’s so many other quest that I need him for I can afford to waste 6hrs on something that never drops for me I get it’s a epic item but jeeze man have you tried playing and collecting some of the items I feel like once and a while you guys ( the creators or editors) should hop on once and a while and play see how hard it is to get some items , please increase the drop rate all I do is play this game 24/7

One note of improvement. A while back, there was a fix put in place that made it easy to release and send characters to the Historical society building to get medals - which is great. But… when new quests begin, it’s really difficult to filter out which active characters are needed for the new story arc, from the others that you’ve unlocked over time and are sending back to battle. Any way you can figure out a way to filter, or a quicker way to set them to their tasks? Because otherwise, at the start of every new event, I have to release and sort over 200 characters individually 😵‍💫

Don’t spend any money on this game!. The developers rarely read your complaints and reviews in this forum. They do occasionally answer from direct contact to their email contact. That being said, your issue will never be resolved. The game has too much happening with the original underlying story and then the new quests monthly that you are rarely able to complete unless you are spending actual money. There are so many bugs to work out that I doubt they are even attempting to fix any of them at this point. If it weren’t for time invested and the need to watch a train crash happen in front of you, I would delete this app. Hopefully the developers just decide to kill it from their end, it would make it much more palatable.. (like ripping off a band aid).

The games fine if you understand what kind of game it is. People complain that stuff takes too much time and things might get so “difficult” that you have to spend money but once you realize that this is a passive game, and game you’re not supposed to be constantly playing for hours on end then this game’s great. The game doesn’t force you to do anything and the events are great. It’s not a perfect game but it is an enjoyable one. You’ll probably log in 3-4 times a day for maybe 5 minutes at a time and that’s it. Doesn’t mean it’s boring because overtime the game becomes exponentially more fun. Give it a try, but don’t expect non stop gameplay.

takes forever to do anything. this is NOT one of those games where you can just play for hours on end. every quest has like 3 parts and every part take at least several hours depending. the costumes and characters are almost impossible to unlock before they disappear. the mini games are usually super unfair. currently there's a wild west theme for the game and there's a mini game where you shoot barrels with BBs. sounds good in theory. but to get BBs you need to have at least 1 of 2 characters go off for 4 hours. once you get the BBs and play, your prize at the end gets smaller and smaller as you play. you can win like 7 lumps of coal the first time you play and then when you play again at the same speed and everything, you only get 4. this game rips you off on time.

Best app of all time. Its the only game on my phone that I haven’t gotten bored of after a like a week of playing, I’m seriously addicted, it’s amazing. It’s such a fun game, anyone whose a big fan of family guy would love it. The dialogue is hilarious and there are so many funny references to both the show and pop culture. I can’t stop playing! My only complaint is that I wish they would give us more time for weekly quests (regular quests never expire but the weekly ones do). Other then that it’s definitely one of the funnest/funniest apps I’ve ever played in my life, I love it

Buggy. I’ve been playing this game for quite some time but after switching phones the game just doesn’t work. I’ve tried on two different cellphones and an iPad and there’s always a different problem. The only way I can play, and even then it’s a hit or miss, is to use the device I first started the game on (very cracked iPhone 6). I also don’t want to start completely over as I’ve invested quite a lot of time in the game. Love it but they really need to fix it so I can actually play!!!! I’ve contacted somebody about my issues in the past as well and they’ve only been temporary fixes. Can’t even get the game to stay open long enough without it freezing now to report my current issue.

Add more homes. I’ve just started playing the game and I’ve enjoyed it so far. Just a couple things I think that could increase the gameplay is: 1. Adding more homes - They can be random homes or character homes. I just think building a neighborhood would be a fun idea rather then just the three houses 2. Lower the time amount it takes to complete task or give us access to more workers - This will help the gameplay be more fluid as you can build and complete new quest at the same time

My saved game won’t load!. I reached level 41 and then purchased a new phone. I re-downloaded the game and it automatically made me start from level one. It gives me the option to load my previously saved game and I went through the whole process, then when it goes to reload, it stops a quarter of the way through. I tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, making sure everything was up to date, and still nothing. I don’t know if this is a bug or not, but I’ve put money into this game, so it would be infuriating to think that all that time and money was completely gone...the game is fun but it crashes repeatedly before and now it will not work at all. I know it’s not my phone so I’d love for someone to figure this out.

Downhill slope. with every new event it goes downhill. and sure, moderators don’t care much because folks out there are still gullible enough to spend real money on the game but I refuse. I’m not coming out of pocket every. single. time. there’s an event because only 2 characters out of 10-15 can help you get through task one of phase one of a quest. i’m not coming out of pocket every. single. time. to BUY a character/skin that won’t do anything but speed up the process by half a day. the game doesn’t even use the in-game coins anymore. everything requires clams aka my paycheck. I used to live for this game. I spend more time on the futurama game now, and that game isn’t even up to par yet. as another aside, fix your glitches with updates. game won’t even open now which is making it a lot easier for me to toss it out of my rotation entirely

Great Game but ALWAYS crashes.. I’ve played this game forever and I’ve gotten incredibly far with it. It’s been a daily thing for me and the only game I’ve ever played consistently on my phone. I love it - BUT - it basically crashes every time I play it (mostly after start up or using the vacuum / sometimes while transferring to other universe within the game) so I have to be real careful with anything I do. To be fair my towns layout is extremely filled up with buildings and characters. Idk besides the constant crashing - I think it’s an amazing game.
