Deleting past comments and days worked. This app is great, but it deletes all the overtime days I put throughout the year after the month is over. Needs to be fixed. Need to see which days I past worked as well.

Only reason I know the days date. Best fire calendar out there. Tops the apple calendar by miles.

Awesome App!. Love this app. Makes keeping up with trades, vacation time, and stick time TOO easy. Being able to make notes on certain calls is awesome! If you are in any emergency service, this app is a must have!

Random. It was always a good app until now. It’s not working anymore. It will just sit there then kick me off the app

Great Calendar app. Actually went from fire back to AMR and it was useful for both. I submitted the AMR 12s for my company and in a few weeks it was added on tho the shift options. Worth the $.

Convenient. This app is convenient for me to use for training classes, shift schedule for my full and PT job, and for important dates!

Great app. Seems to be user friendly so far, love how it syncs my personal calendar but have had a few app “shut downs” when attempting to use a contact for a trade.

Great app. Very helpful app, easy to use and syncs well with other calendar apps. Only complaint is I wish there was a way for my wife and I to have our calendars synced on both phones, or maybe I just haven’t found it yet.

Won’t stay up. Every time I attempt to open the app it just flashes and closes. I can’t keep the app open at all. I liked the old version way better

Saved me. When I first got the job there were a couple times where I double booked and my fiancée was not happy. This app made it easy for me to have my work and personal schedule all in one place.

Perfect App for Firefighters. Really enjoy using this app to keep up with my crazy Schedule so does my wife with keeping up with it.

Can’t stay organized without it. Me and my wife have used for years, works very well and keeps us organized.

Easy calendar to use. This app is great because I can put all my schedule both work and personal on it. It is easy to use and keeps all of my hours etc. squared away. Definitely a must app for the busy schedule I keep.

Small bug. Overall a very good calendar. There has been a bug that caused the shift colors to back up one day, throwing my whole schedule off. It was easily fixed by simply re-entering my dept calendar. None of my personal entries were lost.

Great app!!. This is a great app to use in the fire service. The only issue I see is that the duty days don’t line up right after Feb 29th. Is there gonna be a fix for leap year? March 1st should be a one unit day for Columbus Fire to use it.

Love Free Apps that work. This app is great for all Firefighters needs. Shift calendar, trade and OT scheduling. It helps track Comp time if you get it and your sick/vacation time too. It works with your other calendars that already exists on your phone for a fairly seemless cohesion of event tracking. You don't need to be a firefighters first member to use the app.

App keeps crashing. Anytime I try to add an event on the calendar, the entire app closes. So if I want to add an event I have to do it on another calendar app and sync it to the fire calendar. So basically it’s just a quick guide to see what days I work, not really a calendar for adding my personal events and reminders. (Also, I have the most recent version).

Nice but could be easier to use. Its difficult to maneuver some putting in extra things in the calander.I also don’t know why they make you put a picture in when you put an EMS training in your schedule.

Very good. Not bad at all. Takes a second to get use to. But user friendly when it comes to everything in your calendar. And everything is in one please

Convenient for sure but.... The shift trade function doesn’t seem to work properly or intuitively. It won’t mark the day with anything noticeable or save the entered shift trade. Would be nice if I the “H” for gov holidays didn’t show either. It’s easy to do a quick glance and think it’s a Kelly day when In fact it’s a working day.

Awesome app. Well designed app. Creator got back to me fast with answers when I had questions. Now my wife can see my schedule and we can sync our calendars.

Cool app. Good amount of features. Don’t like the newest (iOS 13) update because it doesn’t identify which day is the current day

Everything I need. This app allows me to enter swaps, leave, training, and any event that doesn't pertain to the fire service. It's not your standard shift calendar that only shows what shift it is. Well worth it.

I paid money for this app. I paid for this app, now every time I click on the calendar I have to look at an add for the new sponsor that paid for it to make it free for everyone. While I think that’s great of them to sponsor it so it’s free for everyone. I don’t think the people who paid money for the app should have to sit through the add thanking the new sponsor! They didn’t die anything for me and now I spend 3 seconds waiting for the add to go away every time I want to look at my calendar!

Changing shifts.. I enjoy this site but I have been moved shifts this year and it seems very difficult to change the calendar. If you could please look into this.

FireSync. Overall it’s a nice app. I like how I can visibly see what I have going on that day without having to select the day. I wish you could share the calendar with other people so they can see you schedule, OT’s, Trades, ect... Another improvement would be a shift trade feature. Similar to a trade, but just two people switching shifts (usually back to back). The more functionality, there better the app!

Simple. Select your department and boom it’s set up. a b and c shift in 3 different colors. This is firemen friendly in other words. Sync with your calendar and all your appointments and what not are also on the app. Add overtime, timetrades, and then some. Simple is better and free is awesome!!

Crashes on all my devices since iOS 13.2 update. I love this app. Then the iOS update came along and “poof” I can’t do anything on it except open it. I can’t put an event in, update a benefit or trade......as soon as I tap the “add” button the app crashes. It doesn’t matter. I also can’t scroll past November without crashing. Fix these bugs please.

Completely useless. When I try to verify my department or even a personal email and hit “send verification” absolutely nothing happens. The app is useless without being able to use all of the features. Support has been no help.

Greatest app ever. I love this thing man thanks for making it link to my iCal and my wife can use it for free to go keep track of my fire and ambulance shifts thanks again

Great app. Highly recommend this app! Everything you need.

Fix it. This app was awesome, but there hasn’t been an update in a long time. My hours (sick/vacation/etc.) don’t track accurately anymore and my shift trades are a mess. Wouldn’t download until the app is fixed. Thought Firefighters First sponsorship would improve the app not hinder.

Change shift colors m app?. The app is solid. I’m just can’t find where to change the shift colors. They are wrong for my dept.

Fantastic app. Used another scheduling app prior that suddenly required payment. This took a little getting used to but it is easy to use and has all the features I need (and some I personally don’t!). I have emailed about an issue I was having and the response was quick and the issue was quickly resolved. I recommend this to any brother/sister on the job.

It’s good but wish was better. I like the app and use it a bunch. I wish that it had a lot more customizing options. I wish that the shift was designated by the number instead of utilizing a line below. This way we can have more of a instant view of your to do list. Also I wish I could customize my FLSA start and end date by somehow being able to add a marker on any given date without just adding to the do to list and being hidden on the bottom of the list. Easy things that they can do to make it much better. I also wish I can customize my paydays. Some pay days include our FLSA hours. I wish I could mark them so I know chica are which. Doesn’t matter cause no one listens. I have been saying this for years

Easy to use for non millennials. Easy to use on both my iPhone and iPad. Has all the features that I need.

Bad Cus. Svc. No Kelly Days. I requested feedback as it pertained to font size within the app. I received a swift reply as to how to remedy the issue. I subsequently have sent multiple inquiries to see if there was a way, or if they were planning on adding Kelly Days under the “Benefit” type of time off. It has been weeks, and still no reply, I was hoping to set my 2019 calendar which includes Kelly Days. I have no choice but to shop for another fire calendar app, and cannot in good faith recommend this app to other firefighters and their families, especially those that have Kelly Days.

Love the app. I love using the app for myself. If it was just easier to figure how to sync your app with your significant other that would make it easier.

Love It. Awesome app. I use this app more than any other on my phone. It’s great that it syncs with the stock calendar on the phone, so whatever event I put in on one calendar, it shows on the other. It keeps me on track with Kelly Days (city shifts), duty exchange, personal and work appointments, birthdays, etc. And it’s got color keys... Perfect app!!!

Great app. Been on the St Louis fire dept for close to 20 years. This app has kept all my Kelly days straight, and adding V days and H&O days is easy as it gets. Highly recommend this to any firefighter on the Kelly schedule

Finally!!!. Takes a little bit of a set up(2-5 min) . BUT, once you have your schedule set up it allows you to email it in to be added.

Great app. I have been in the fire service 21 years and this is the easiest scheduling method I have ever used highly recommended.

Sold out to advertisement. Updated review(July 2018): app takes longer to load now just to show you some credit union advertisement?! How much more can I pay to ditch the ad and speed the app back up? Use it everyday. Flawless integrating to iOS calendar. Love the update for iPhone X!

Updated calendar is hard to read. I strongly preferred the previous setup to the current on. The days were listed in a traditional block style with your events under that. You could see a short title of your event. Now the days are a circle. The info for your day’s events are not listed under the day so you must open the day to view any events. Now there is a timeline bar around the day that indicates how much of your day is already planned. I don’t really care for that. Now there is a dot at the bottom of the day to indicate if there are any events on your schedule. This new calendar requires more user input to view events. In my opinion the older calendar was much more user friendly, quicker to use, and easier to read. How can I revert back to the old calendar?

Small improvements needed.. Would like to be able to see shifts. For example, I’m on C shift but my shift is only highlighted red.

Love the app. Works good and easy to use but it would be nice if I could upend the app on my Apple Watch when synced to my phone.

Totally confusing. Forces you to over-complicate a simple rotation calendar.

Retired firefighter. Was trying to find an app for my phone to keep tarck of my son's shift rather than carry around a paper calendar. This app is very difficult. It wants to link to your phone calendar to work and does not seem to support a A,B,A,B,C,D.C,D schedule. Unhappy

Colors. For someone who is green red colorblind the green, red, and orange are impossible to see the difference. Definitely needs a colorblind mode.

Doesn’t work. My fire departments not on this app. Or at least I couldn’t find it.

Dark mode. Great app! Although I wish it included a dark mode. If it does I can’t figure it out.

Schedule won’t publish. I can’t get my schedule to publish for my coworkers to see. Can’t figure out how to find a customer support number or email. Very upset

Holiday icon disappeared. Happy for new updates, but holiday icon no longer show in calendar.

Major bug. When entering info into the ordinary category and location no problem. But when you edit the date/time or notifications fields, the category and locations fields delete.

Great App, but. This app is great. It would be 5 stars if they would change to black letters to contrast the color block to be easier on the eyes. Please address.

Terrible. The shift set up is terrible and essentially renders the app useless if you follow the instructions provided. I would suggest easier set up and better guidance.

Ask to rate to much. I would have given a higher rating if it would not ask to rate it every time I load an event.

Cert Tracker. The cert tracker crashes my app each time I attempt to input a certification. Otherwise love the app.

New format. I do not the new format. It makes it harder to review/find specific events like OT.

No longer Syncs. This app used to be great because my husband and I could view each other’s calendars. Apparently this feature no longer works. I have reached out to customer support to fix this and no one has responded.

Developer has not responded to multiple emails. I really enjoy this calendar but am unable to officially submit my departments schedule. The app says that there is something wrong, and I have not heard but from any direct emails from the developer. I’d like to resolve this issue
