Great tool. Awesome app! Has a few bugs like when duplicating or editing sets. But if you just tap to the previous day and tap back, it will fix the bug. I’ve found a few other workarounds, but the app is great and I continue to use and add to its database daily. Thank you.

Great App. i love this app in the 4 days i have been using it. It has a good database of exercises that i can choose from and it even shows how to do the exercises correctly. It supports superset which is amazing and the other app they have counts your macros it's like having a personal trainer in your pocket.

Like the simplicity, but has bugs. I like the simplicity of being able to make multiple workouts and add them directly to my day from my library. I HATE that when I save a workout it reorders my workout order . If you make any changes to sets or weights, it reorders your workouts. So annoying.

Basic Workout Log App. Pretty basic workout logging app. Missing a few basic functions like: -automatically starting a test timer after a set -repeating set weight and reps (have to enter each manually even though you are repeating) -lack of charts/graphs. It’s going to be interesting to see if the developer improves it.

Great Potential; Few Issues. Overall, I like this app a lot. It is much easier to use than the BodySpace app I was using before. That said, I have a few annoyances which I hope can be addressed in a future update. 1) There is no easy way to take a manually entered workout for a day and save it as template for future sessions. For instance, I purchased the app right before my gym session today. I immediately began adding workouts manually for my Back/Bicep day. It was later that I found you could create and save templates, but that I’d have to re-create my entire workout manually again since there was no way to create a template from a prior workout or turn the workout into a template. 2) Speaking of templates, editing them is a pain; there is no margin for error when creating one. Tap the wrong workout? Have to start all over because there is no way to remove one. Tap add set one too many times? Same thing. 3) Unlike the macro companion app, this one seems to be missing a way to relaunch tutorials? That would be useful since the first time I booted this up was at the gym and I was more focused on my workout than my phone. Other than that, I’m happy with this purchase overall! Sadly, not so much with the companion app. Hoping both continue to improve moving forward.

Copying Workouts?. Is there a way to copy a workout to another day without manually adding it in again?

New software update makes the app unusable. I’ve used this app for years to track my workouts, but the most recent software update has made it unusable. Lag, unable to record lifts, and app crashes. Test your product before rolling it out.

Good could be great. This is a good app has almost all the essentials to be a great tracker. More exercises option then I’ve seen in other apps and a nice layout If an audio cue for the end of a rest timer (so you don’t have to continuously look at your phone) and auto start rest timer when you put in a set would be added, this would a great weight tracker.

Need subscription to use it on Apple Watch. I bought this app just for the Apple Watch functionality, only to find out you have to have a subscription to do that. A subscription to enter data on the watch is quite the money grab.

Needs help but still good. I’ve been using this app for about a 3 months now and it’s pretty good. Compared to others I’ve used it’s really good because it offers a few good things like adding different lifts and having sufficient options when doing ao

Decent. Takes some navigating but just takes time to get familiar with it. My only complaint and hopefully the devs fix it. I type note or change my weight or reps and it doesn’t change. It makes me do it 2 or 3 times sometimes. To update my info, my app is up to date.

Mostly great. I appreciate how it tracks volume, has a large library of workouts, and converts that to calories to use with the macros app. However, the way it calculates weight lose or gain is a bit of mystery. When I consume more calories than I expend, I am told that I will lose weight. I’m not sure how that’s the case. For instance, I consumed 2721 calories and expended 2567 calories. The app stated I’d lose .1lb. This seems strange to me. I’d love to understand how that works. Update: I’ve sent two emails with no response yet.

Great app but needs a few enhancements. I love MyMacros+ and it’s had some great enhancements. I would recommend dedicating similar attention to this app. I’d recommend a feature to easily swap an exercise for another one and a way for bw exercises to not be tracked as 0 weight

Used to be great. This used to be my go to workout app. I’ve used it for years. Recently it’s been absolutely awful. Saving any set will usually never actually save it, it takes multiple tries. I’ve even had saved sets completely disappear. Just now I tried adding a set and it took 5 tries before it actually saved it. Would not recommend as it is now.

Not very useful. Maybe I am missing the point or can’t find the right features but I’m not really sure what the point of this app is. The interface for recording workouts is great, but what can you do with that data? I don’t see a way to effectively track progress or view areas that are lacking. The simple ability to export this data would be great because you could then do some post processing to see how you are progressing. Am I missing something? 2 stars because the interface is so clean and easy to use. Too bad there is no point in recording data that can’t be used to make decisions.

Best fitness app!. Been body building 8 years. Was using my fitness pal for 7 years. This app blows it out of the water. To the developer. Some tips, it would be nice to have a stats page of lifts under one page. To see where we are lacking. Also if we could also add reps and sets in from a quick add from holding the icon. That would be great!

Generally love this app for keeping track of workouts, but it keeps crashing. I use this app all the time for lifting, but it constantly crashes and is a hassle to restart because it makes my entire phone freeze. Considering another app for tracking lifts, but this is still good for the time being. Just wish it wouldn’t freeze every time I tried to reorder workouts or copy days.

It’s a Great App and I hope they keep adding more. It tracks most weight lifting options. I wish there were a little more like v-ups, weighted v-ups, and other exercises. But hopefully the developers will keep filling in the missing parts of weight lifting routines. As it is right now, it covers 90% of what I do in the gym, which is enough for me. I can track my weights. It has options for supersets, I wish it had options for progressive overload sets and drop sets. But maybe those options would make the app too cluttered. It’s really a 5* app the way that it is.

Great app and great price. So far this app and the macro app have been serving me very well. A couple things I would like to see in the future would be the following. For the my workout app I suggest being able to copy days that you’ve already completed without having to save them. I’d also like if there was a way to show progress over time in the form of a metric based on total weight or volume over a selected period in time. This way I can see how well I’ve down or not done in the past month. For the macro app, it appears that some foods are not quite as accurate as I would like. I know it’s hard to compare with MyFitnessPal, but the food database seems like it needs to grow in its accuracy a bit more. I still love it and use it daily. All in all I would highly recommend these two apps for someone who takes fitness and health as a lifestyle. Cheers

Almost Perfect. I appreciate how complete the list of exercises is, but the air bike and rowing machine don’t need a weight entry and instead of # Reps give a choice of calories or distance. For that matter body weight exercises could just pull your weight from your profile. I am new to the app so I’m still getting used to it.

Absolutely no videos. This app was a total waste of money! I am so frustrated. I have spent days trying to find the videos promoted by the company. They aren’t in the app at all. There’s a timer, a way to log your work out, log your weight..... nothing that my phone doesn’t have already. I only paid for it for the videos because I wanted to try toning different parts of my body. Very disappointed.

Good enough but really tired of crashes and glitches. Basic and simple to use which is great for my ADHD but really frustrating when the app crashes out of nowhere or adds exercise sets to the wrong superset or exercise group which means I have to delete the entry and scroll down *just a little* so it doesn’t glitch and jump/skip or whatever it does. Also the general usability of the app is good enough for just entering workouts as you go but little to no options for editing/updating old exercises, equipment, or just in general. I don’t think of everything I need to add when I’m hurriedly creating a new exercise so being able to update or edit would be a great thing for just general usability.

Update broke the app. After the newest update, I am not able to add any exercises. I tried redownloading the app, but now it tells me my account doesn’t exist. So, I just lost over a years worth of workout information... 10/19 update: The recent update fixed the crashing issue, but I’ve reached out to the company about restoring my workouts but have received no response.

Great app - just wish it connected to health app. Everything about this app is great, except I wish it connected to the Health app and could write data there the way that My Macros does. Other than that, this app is amazing for tracking and recording workouts.

I wish you could add video to custom exercises. There doesn’t seem to be a way to add to “form” details to a custom exercise. The preset database has great form notes and videos. I like adding videos or photo guides I find online so I make sure I’m doing the exercise right. If it had that feature for custom exercises it would be perfect!

My favorite fitness app. Not only does this easily track volume and let you put workouts together, but easily adding/creating new exercises? Picking muscle group, muscle, and equipment used? Love it. I’ll put together a potential workout day say leg day save the 10 exercises label it leg day and boom set for months. I can easily add weights reps and change accessory exercises quickly

Not very smooth. My workout selections do not work very well. It gets delayed for a couple of minutes before it pops up. The calories burnt is not very accurate. There is a 1000 calorie difference from my Fitbit and this app. The app takes basic information to assess the calories burnt. Not very accurate. It would be ideal if it would integrate with my Fitbit data.

Not for people who use programs. I was thinking it would be a lot easier to just push in what time of work out you were doing rather than giving ridiculous amounts of details. It’s mainly for weight lifting and free work outs that aren’t ran by a program. I do programs like Barre and kickboxing so I wasted 2.99. Don’t get this if you are doing programs that change daily. Unless you life manually putting in everything you did. Just isn’t for everyone.

Has some bugs. I’m having various issues when logging and saving difficulty on each exercise. It seem that sometime it’s registers it and most of the time it doesn’t. It tends to happen very often and I hope there will be an update that can fix this issue. I like the app but having to repeat this process almost every time is time consuming on the long run and takes away concentration from my workout.

Not great. It looks good for weightlifting but not cardio. I thought it would sync with my Apple Watch for calories burned when I use my Peloton. Nope. Even if I manually input bike or bicycling it still wants you to input reps and sets. That doesn’t make sense. Definitely not as good as MyFitnessPal which syncs cardio and steps automatically.

Great tracking. I love this app paired with the mymacros+ app. Between the two it’s all you need. Both are super easy and efficient to use. I would like a feature “copy to today”. I like to repeat a past workout and I usually go in and have to “save the day”. Then apply that to my current day. Would just be easier to copy to today. Just like the macro app. Please add this.

Good but some glitches. For cardio it erases my data even when I try to reput it it still doesn’t save it takes a few times. Other than that perfect!

Consistent fitness tracker, simple and effective. I’ve been using the app for a few years now and I like the clean interface and simplicity. The only thing I really wish it had was interjection with apple health. The macros app does, which is nice.

Simple.. The UI is so simple and I appreciate that when in the gym. Only complaint is that sometimes the videos are a little slow to buffer.

Amazing tracker with a few suggestions. The layout and how you use the app is perfect. My only wish is that the myworkout+ app exported estimated calories burned data to Apple health based on age, weight, height, and body fat. And/Or if it integrated heart rate from the Apple Watch.

I love it (New User). App is great in recording sets, weights and workouts. I love how big their data base is in regards of selecting workouts. The tutorial videos of the exercises are great. Overall, it’s an awesome app. I’d suggest adding workout routines examples to help people switch up their workouts! That would be extremely beneficial.

Good with needed option. Good product but pc support would be nice for those that build their program ahead of time so I can be filled in at the gym

Good, but not great.. I’ve waited a week to write my review, so I’ll get right to it. Pros: it seems to work fine without internet connection. That was a huge issue with BodySpace; the app I used before, I’ll be comparing them a lot due to my frame of reference. I didn’t mind the upfront cost, I prefer it to some of the others that use subscription fees. I haven’t made a ton of workout plans, but there doesn’t seem to be an imposed limit like BodySpace. The design is simple. The totals of weigh lifted by each muscle at the end is pretty cool as well. The graphs the app makes for volume is also nice. Cons: my biggest pet peeve is having to manually start the clock after each set. The workout database seems to be large, but the amount of information on how to do the exercises correctly is scarce, most don’t even have photos. I don’t like that you can’t make the workout with a predetermined amount of reps to do without having to “do” the workout; by that I mean putting 0 in weights and adding sets one by one. I don’t like that you can’t just simply review the plan you’ve made without adding it to the calendar day or editing it. I don’t like that it doesn’t give you a start and finish time. I don’t like how bodyweight exercises still require you put a weight. I don’t like the superset feature, it’s super confusing. Overall, it’s a good app and I think I’ll continue using it over BodySpace, but in my opinion; for whatever it’s worth, it’s got a lot of room for improvement.

Love this.. I used this app with their other app and it's a great app to use to write down your workouts and to add workouts that they don't have. As well as getting new ideas.

The save button is missing. This is a new issue: when reordering the workouts the save button is now missing. I’m on the latest iOS for iPhone.

Could be better. I appreciate this this app allows you to track your work outs, but I was hoping that it would be more helpful with teaching me HOW to work out. It would be very helpful for the app to have set work out plans for users to follow, based on what results they are looking for. For example, weekly work out plans that designate certain days for certain muscle groups. The app has a long list of work out techniques, but it doesn’t explain how to do the technique correctly, or offer advice on the amount of weight and reps you should do. A lot of the work out techniques also don’t show pictures, so i ended up looking up a lot of stuff online, which ended up being very time consuming.

Worst workout tracking app. Not real intuitive and when a workout is saved and it is applied to a day. Good luck trying to edit a set or weight the first try. It’s great if you like getting frustrated when you hit save and the values remain the same. Then you lose track off which set you were on. Going back to WorkIt it’s a clearly superior app. Don’t waste your money.

Great Training App EXCITEC FOR IT TO GROW INTO ITS POTENTIAL. I love this app it is nice to finally be able to record my workouts with this much accuracy. I’ve tried several other workout trackers and none compare to the set up on what you can log and how you can set up training (haven’t found a lift yet I can’t log or a method that can’t be entered) You can log supersets, rate how hard each rep was and mark what’s warmups. If you train religiously this is the app for you!!! I AM EXCITED FOR THIS APPS POTENTIAL I CANT WAIT TO AEE ALL THE AMAZING PROGRESS THE DEVELOPERS BRING TO THIS APP. Con: The Workout + app dose not reflect in Macro+ app as a (calories burned section) Developer’s it would be amazing if that could be syndicated in the apps. Making macro adjustments more accurate. ***** Unlike the Macro + app it doesn't have all the community (cycle) and sharing features (where you can copy friends food or recipes if you cook together) it'd be amazing if the developers had this same feature for selecting lifts from your friends cycle or copying full workouts and all you need to do is enter reps and weight. Making team training simpler to log and view. Developers it would also be amazing to have more option on the watch to enter in reps/weight for your workout. Or even view the workout you built for the day on the watch. This would be NEXT LEVEL.

Wish I could get my money back. Other apps sync with Apple Watch or other exercise tracking devices to input calories burned, amount of exercise, etc but this app doesn’t. That is a big deal maker for me. I really wanted to like it but I don’t. For a paid app it should offer more

Good could be better. Very good app when working. Lately I have been having problems logging workouts. The app starts to crash or freeze. Minor issues I’m sure that can be fixed to get 5 stars.

Version 4.0.12 DO NOT UPDATE. This update causes the app to crash when you try to add an exercise. Before this, the app was working fine. It keeps a log of all your workouts and allows you to see all of your past PRs at a glance. On the next update, I hope it allows you to export all of your history.

Close. Definitely needs to sync to Macros coach and more so to heath data/activity to iWatch. Things that would make it a powerful weight lifting app: 1) plans that you can set to roll with you with rest timer built in. 2) Ability to upload pictures to exercise 3) Notes per exercise 4) really needs to track history for workouts 5) Measurements sync to checkin Did I mention sync to iPhone/iWatch!?

Good app BUT. Love this app but it needs some updating. This is my go to workout app however, it would be great if it would show previous workout history or previous weights when logging workouts. For example, if I log a leg press 230lbs 3x8 on Tuesday, and then log leg press again on Thursday it would be super helpful to see what the previous weight was that I logged. I haven’t had any issues with freezing up, overall the app is user friendly. I love that I can personalize workouts, create workouts that may not be in the “system”, etc. That’s always helpful. I LOVE being able to save my workouts! I would appreciate more pics/videos to explain what certain workouts are. I also would like to be able to reorder my workouts. I see where you that is an option within the app, however when I go back to the main page after trying to reorder my workouts it does not seem to save. OVERALL- great app & I DO recommend!

Terrible. I used this app for about two years….I liked it at first but as time went on there were more and more functionality issues. It tracked my one rep max and muscle groups worked but it’s gotten less reliable. I tried to stick with it but it’s bad. Lags, freezes, doesn’t save, it just doesn’t work. It’s extremely frustrating to be in the middle of workout and this app refuses to work load or function properly. I will be deleting and never using again. Pathetic

Great Tool!. Love building and tracking workouts in My Workout. Very appreciative of the interaction between MyWorkout and MyMacros. Makes management of calories tracked very easy! Great results!

Brilliant! Worth the small cost! :). A perfect app for logging, tracking and editing your workouts wherever and whenever you want! Only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 is because it's new and needs some minor big fixes to stop it crashing and to 'actually' save the workout, overall it's the best gym app out there and use in combination with the 'MyMacros' app that now has a barcode scanner, it's a joy to have and a must download! Will be telling all my friends about it! Glad to promote it, oh and good luck not finding an exercise on there and majority of them have a step by step on the exercise, if you can't find an exercise you can just add it in! Easy, affordable, accurate and efficient. Thank you!

Great App. It took me a little while to get used to. However now it is turning out to be a great and very useful app. Worthy of the purchase.

Great customer service. I had an issue with the app crashing when trying to add a workout . Contact support about it and I got a response a day later with an update and a fix. Fantastic service.

Great. Great app. Needs a few tweaks, such as calendar jumps to wrong year. Would also like to be able to copy-paste a completed workout to another date.

Confusing and annoying. Hiding subscriptions that should’ve been added in the original version. The sister app (my macros+) is confusing as it doesn’t even ask you what your goals are or what your weight is. If you do want that help it’s a paid subscription. Was a hidden cost I didn’t know about so before buying this make sure you read this review because you’ll be disappointed. Find another app as it’s a waste of 8 dollars

Very poorly designed, refund plz?. There are some serious flaws in this app, flaws any app developers/ fitness people could see as being problematic. You write down a set...but no option for a quick timer. The majority of exercises don’t have descriptions or photos. You can’t mark any ´favourite’ exercises. Saved exercise routines are not editable after being created. After you select an exercise, there’s no button to return to the home screen and track your sets...you just have to tap in the corners to return...all small, but incredibly idiotic, but relatively standard fitness app functions. Get your act together! And gimme my money back while you’re at it!

Organizer. The app helps me stay organized for what day and each exercises I have to do. It is time consuming to add a new move for one day once in a while, but overall a great app. Thanks

Great app. Love how this app syncs to the meal plan app. Easy to use and very helpful

Great app, but no iPad version?. I purchased the My Macros app for iPad and subsequently purchased this My Workout app thinking it was also for iPad. While the app itself is a perfect companion for tracking workouts alongside the diet app, I really wish it was released for iPad as well. There are so few good workout trackers out there and this one would be great on my tablet.

Confusing UI. App is readable by Heath App but doesn’t allow you to add the data that’s collected through the app (like body weight) No option to add second duration as a form of tracking, just lbs and kg, so you can’t track a plank for example in seconds No back button or gesture to get out of reordering workouts Links to the my macros app but still needs improvements to data base entries for food and barcode scanner

Ok but Limited list. I have to add my own custom exercises often. The list is bare bones basic. I literally had to add shoulder raise to the list. I like that it keeps track of your improvements.

Love it!. I absolutely love this app. Sleek, streamlined, intuitive and highly functional. A perfect workout tracker and the best I've found. Excellent work Jason!

Disappointed. Just got this app to sync with my macros+ and it really doesn't sync the 2 together so I can track if my caloric deficit is in check with my workouts Biggest disappointment is there's no Cardio exercises Or metabolic training exercises Ex: Kickboxing, Jacobs Ladder , Skiiers, Sled push or pull Anyways if they can be updated this would be great for me

Builder sucks.. Used to be good. No updates and not as user friendly. It deletes my workout days or portions. Crashes constantly when want to make a superset and list takes forever to load (also crashes while loading). I’m writing this as I just tried to update my leg day workout (cause it’s not loading my custom exercises) and when I hit save, it just deleted the whole thing. Will likely delete this app. It’s been years and not getting better , getting worse if anything

Love this app for iPhone - not iPad. I love this app for iPhone and now works on my iPad after downloading app a few times. Love that's it's synced.

Potential. This app has potential. I found it lengthy to enter my daily workout.

I like but. It's good so far, but it won't let me sign in and I can't link it to the macro app which was a big reason I got it. Great that you can save and track workouts though.

Disappointed. No cardio options. Swimming blank. Calories burned? Who knows?!

Problem. I really like this app but sometimes I can't find the right exercise in the list. I don't know how many calories on average I'd burn doing those exercises so I just pick one that is close. Awesome that it links with the food app.

Very happy, easy to use and simple to navigate. App tracks all necessary metrics, weights, sets reps, total volume. Your able to pre build workouts weeks in advance so you can just walk into the gym and start tracking right away. Warm up options, RPE is great to know and track. Cant say enough about how easy and convenient this app is for “basically next to free of charge”.

Save your money!!. Worst tracking app for workouts. The diet app isn’t bad but this one needs work. Cardio tracking is confusing and won’t work for distance runners. Tried to get a refund but was given some lame excuse about I was over the allotted days allowable. Overall, bad app and worse customer service experience.

As good as there is. The app is functional and isn't hard to use while training. I would like to see additional reporting ability from the app or some way to email/export the data but this is still solid.

Waste of money. I bought this to streamline my workout and macro tracking but I can't figure out how to easily input a workout from this morning. It's not intuitive at all. I am not dumb but this has me baffled. It's frustrating and I don't need more frustration. I just want to be able to type in my workout and calories and hit save to today. I thought I did that three different times and for a treadmill workout and it won't save. Ugh. So back to my other apps. Waste of money.

Great app. Highly recommend this

Could be better. It’s a great app but should include more exercises. Not just weightlifting.

Useless. Total waste of money. I can’t add calories burned during a custom workout. You can’t log any calories burn even though u do the listed workouts.

Won’t allow me to enter workout info. I downloaded this app (My Workouts +) along with the My Macros + app this evening. After registering and signing into this app, the app will close out when I click on the ‘+’ as well as the Add First Exercise. I’m wondering what I paid the additional $2.00 for?

Great app plus it's complement. Started using macro+ and work out+ a week ago and feel my nutrition is finally under control. Macro+ is phenomenal, but the workout plus app should include the popular workout programs, such as p90x and insanity. Tried to make my own custom p90x tracking and it's difficult to get an accurate calorie burn. Especially on strength training days where the app says 120 curls with 20 pounds burns 8 kCal and does something with muscle volume. Will continue to use app for the nutrition and cardio burns :)

Ok needs improvement. So it doesn't allow you to update user profile. Weight, etc. doesn't seem to work with my macros +. It does have a good selection of weight machines, etc to add. But not that different than any other app out there huge disappointment since I love MM+ and use it daily. Hopefully better in the future.

Buggy app with great potential. I love mymacros so I really wanted to love this app. It does have some cool features like tracking the volume lifted per individual muscle not just by group. I also like the tie in with mymacros to estimate pounds gained or lost per week based on exercise and calories in. However the calculation seems way off. I find it hard to believe an hour of heavy compound lifting only burns 100 calories. The app also seems glitchy. Screens lock up or are missing labels sometimes. The developer has done a fantastic job with mymacros. I'm confident he'll workout the kinks with this one. Definitely an app to keep your eye on.

Nothing comes close!. I have both the macro and workout apps linked. Nothing comes close that's on the market. I have it for one week and it's the best. I've tried almost all of them...

Best app for logging your workouts!. This is the by far the best app out there for logging your workouts, both cardio and weights. Estimates your total daily calories burned. Best feature is that is calculates the total volume performed for each body part, making it easy to achieve progressive overload.

Complete garbage... don't waste your money.. Regretfully, I paid for and downloaded this app. I have never been able to use it because the keyboard used to record info for weights, reps and sets pops up and almost completely covers all of the data entry points and any kind of save option or navigation from the screen. You then have to completely close out the app just to use your device again. I attempted to email customer service twice to get this issue resolved and never received a response. The lack of any response makes me suspect that the app is a scam. Use the money that you save from NOT buying this trash to buy a notebook and a pen to record your workouts... you will be much more satisfied.

Great app-wish it synced with mymscros. This is such a great app to track workout reps, weight, muscle groups. I only wish it was more integrated with the mymacros app.

Love this! But it can be improved a little. As all new apps, there are always a few things that can be improved and over time and use, I am sure the creators of this app will ensure its improvement. So far, I love the ease of adding my exercises, weights, reps and even little notes. I love that it links to mymacros+ as well! I would love to see this be a little easier to use such as being able to rearrange the order of the exercises but that is my only suggestion!

Trash. What a waste of money. You can’t create your own routine and 75 percent of the exercises don’t show you how to perform them. Bad app.

Nice app. So far I like the app!! It's easy to keep things in order. A couple of things I would change would be a better "how to use" intro or a video you can go back to watch. More importantly, a way to log Drop-Set and Rest-Pause sets would be AMAZING!!! I saw a previous person write that as well and I totally agree!!!

Love the app, but.... I absolutely love this app... Except a few things I've discovered to be a hassle. First, you can't delete an exercise you accidentally entered which I think counts for two stars. The other star is for saved data. When you enter a user profile, it doesn't save. For example, when I set my gender to female, it automatically keeps switching back to male. Also, when I enter weight and height, it doesn't show up on the user profile tab under settings. Please fix this and I'll happily give 5 stars!

Won’t add my workout. It won’t let me add my workout and it keeps exiting the app and not letting me back in. So far I am not impressed

Love creating and tracking my workouts. Amazing app. This app is great! I have the mymacros version also. The detail and way it flows seamlessly is just flawless. I usually don't write reviews but I had to. Good job Jason.

LOVE THE APP. The app has all i need, not more not less. Which is absolutely great!!!! I can definitely tell the developer(s) had the user in mind and knows exactly what we need because that's what he would like to have too! I like the new update where you can save sets on your saved workouts. The only thing I wish is that somehow when you added a saved workout to your day sets were marked as incomplete and you could mark them as complete while you do your workout. That would make the app PERFECT! 5 STAR QUALITY! Thank you to the developer(s) for all your hard work!!!

Missing few for 5stars. DEV is aware of this Bug: Tapping on Macros+ from Workout+ brings you to App Store instead of opening app if you already have it. Same happens other way around. DEV is aware of this issue: iPad Mini 4 UI not optimized, can't close out certain options within the app you open. TIMER UI DESIGN: Constantly asking to "dismiss restart" even though you already made the decision to restart it or dismiss it during the lock screen. This interferes with the seamless nature of the log and go functionality. Hope it gets addressed. It does get annoying. BUG: "Scissor Kick" workout cannot be engaged to log in your reps. It just won't open. (Reported to DEV) UI DESIGN: Reorganizing workouts, once chosen and added. There's no way to edit them. Hope this is something DEV adds. There should always be the ability to reorganize the order of your workouts - without the need of having to back out and having to add them one by one, into the order you'd like them to be. Aside from these - amazing app!! I use it all the time. Will update this as I discover more. If you're pondering wether to buy or not - I say buy. This is elegance and seamlessness. Beautiful app. DEV responds, he will fix these minor issues.

Like it!. Today was my first time trying this app in the gym, love the timer on this app keeps me on track and focus,Also the volume adder. had my routine and had no problem finding them on the preloaded exercises. I also have the sister macro app and like it as well. I've never kept a calories log so I'm hoping that it helps me with some gains!!

Not Great but Good.. I’ve had the app for a week now so its time to rate it. I got so upset with Gym Goal Pro’s inconsistency’s that i had to get an alternative which isn't an easy feat given the saturated market in this category. I have a few suggestions...in order of importance. 1) its such a travesty that the app doesn’t track to my Activity totals on my iPhone/Apple Watch. 😳 Not cool at all. This is super important to me (and others based on what I’ve read), because thats how i reward myself (or compete with myself) from one day to the next or one workout to the next. Not having this ability is an epic fail for this type of app especially. Seems rather careless or lazy on the developer’s part. 2) to the above point, the app doesn’t allow the user to put in a start or finish time. If you’re going so far as to track rate of perceived exertion (which I love), it only makes sense to factor in caloric burn by including start & finish times into the equation as well. Worst is that, I now end my days with a caloric burn deficit because the app didn’t tract my hour workout. Not cool at all. People go through the hassle of tracking workouts so that it will count towards something on (virtual) paper. People like being rewarded in this way. For now, i will need to hit start on my apple watch to track this but its still not optimal because weight training isn’t an option. Oh well. 3) unless I haven’t found it, the app doesn’t give me a audio indication that the rest period is complete (it only provides visual on both the Apple Watch and iPhone). I’ve been working out for years so its pretty easy knowing when a minute is up but this would be great in instances where i’ve been sidetracked by someone or something on my phone like a text or email, etc. I listen to music or a podcast every workout, so this needs to be an audible indicator that interrupts whatever I'm listening letting me know that my time is up. 4) the add another set + restart rest time feature is good, if only there was audible indicator. Thats a no brainer. 5) the database is big but thank goodness the app allows us to add custom exercises as i noticed basic exercises like dumbbell presses (flat, incline, decline) were all missing today. Thats just one example. 6) more images are needed for the exercises already in the database - as well as the ability to add images to custom exercises would be awesome to have in the feature set. There are so many new exercises out there that being able to include images to the ones we add is a must! I screenshot exercises all the time from IG and other sources that its a travesty not having this feature. Also, exercises are called by different names all the time, so adding an image to all exercises in your standard DB would be handy. Looking forward to using this app more as updates are made.

Exactly what I was waiting for. This app keeps getting better with each update! I use it everyday I workout. It keeps me on track and I can write in notes under each set or exercise.

Great App, very useful-I use it everyday. This app is really good. I also use everyday the My Macros food tracking app. Both are easily customizable, the presentation is good with nice clean looking pages and color coding, and both of these make tracking everything easier. Way better than myfitnesspal or fit day in my opinion. Neither of those apps allow customization of macros and these do. You can customize or add exercises in this one. Love , love, love both of these apps!

I’m in love with the My ______+ apps!. As the title states, I truly love the My Workout+ app!! It’s a nice and simple way to categorize and document my workouts, as well as tracking my weight loss. The fact that it works in conjunction with the My Macros+ app also helps integrate my diet for the day, showing me the calories I’ce eaten for the day and my estimated rate of weight loss over the next week. I couldn’t be more pleased with it!! Now to get into why I only gave it four stars: it doesn’t send information to the Health app. It’s useful being able to send my daily macros to the Health app, tracking my nutrition and weight!! What’s not as helpful, especially as someone who doesn’t own an Apple Watch, is not having an accurate input of the calories I’ve BURNED. The ability of tracking my workouts by both reps AND weight is nice!!! It gives a decent estimate in the app of the calories I’ve burned. To me, though, it seems almost redundant to do so when it doesn’t reflect accurately on my health report!! Developers, I’m not exactly sure the requirements or difficulties of making it work, but considering you’ve been able to sync the Apple Health app with My Macros+, I would love it even more if there was that same level of accessibility with My Workout+. I’m not speaking for me, and I can’t speak for others either, but if I were one of the Apple users who had the statistics of my health sent to my doctor, I’d want them to see information regarding my health and habits such as a good workout.

Doesn’t sync with Health App. I was hoping this would sync with my health app since my trainers workouts aren’t listed on here. For example Med Ball Slams. Bummed I paid for an app I can’t really use if it can’t sync with health database.

Love it.. Just wanted to say, I love this app and the quality of it.

GREAT Organization. I'm a first time App user for workout and nutrition needs. I must say that I am pleasantly surprised at how organized and easy both this App and the nutritional version are! I definitely recommend for those of you that like to take notes, be very specific with weight volumes, etc.

Needs more. I wish this app had a fitness coach like the my macros app has the macro coach.

FIX IT!!. Your app has been broken for 2 days!!! Fix it or refund my money!!!!

Needs a Timer Alert!. This app is nothing short of perfection. Extremely simple and easy to log workouts and weight. My only complaint is the timer doesn't make a beep or some form of sound! When my iPhone is in my pocket, I have no clue when the timer has ended! Wearing headphones, this would be an easy notification to start the next set. Other than that, perfect!!

Miserable. I’ve never given an app a rating before , this one is TERRIBLE.

Great fitness tracker. Would like to see it work in conjunction with the help app to aid in caloric expendature.

Great App. Keeps great records

It all works fine, very useful.. I used it yesterday to track my workout, I could delete sets and re-order my workout. Based on a previous review stating that there were some defects in the app, I almost didn't get it. This person is wrong, the app works as it should.

Dope. Still getting to work things out but one workout and I already love it. has a bunch of additions it could use but a solid foundation. My Marcos is the staple app on my phone and I can see my workout being there along with it in time

Best app to track your workouts!. This app makes it really easy to duplicate sets, put in custom workouts, log your cardio, see how many calories you've burned and how much volume you've put on your muscles. I've used other workout logging apps and they are much more complicated. Keep up the great updates! :-)

So-so.. I'm not a huge fan. I've already switched back to MFP as of today. It's alright , but I like how MFP is an all-in-one app. Additionally, I need to enter in a numerical value for intensity on a scale from 1-20. With MFP, for example, there are loads of options for running based on pace. With this app, you don't get that. Just my preference. The one thing I love is that I can pay to be ad free but considering the intensity issue for me, unfortunately not worth it.

Excellent. Written by a real lifter. Track workout volume and lifts overtime. Easily edit sets and reps. Save workout templates. Unlike most fitness apps, this one is good for people who know what they are doing. Also Good for beginners.

Most intuitive gym app. Having downloaded tons of tracking apps, this by far is the best (and it's companion app, MyMacros+, is perfect for rounding out all your diet and exercise needs). This surprisingly simple app is for serious gym bunnies (competitive bodybuilders or wannabes) who have complex workouts. It's intuitive, clean and powerful. The only downside is sifting through several of the same exercise routines/names in the library to find the one with the right equipment you need. Would be better if you could select the exercise first, then select the equipment separately (even multiple equipment for supersets or drop sets). Still a great app!!

Nice but buggy. Nice app but still buggy.

Great!. This app is an amazing way to keep track of workouts. Ive tried different ones similar to this but they have all lacked what this one has, Its very specific and its everything ive been looking for!

Not happy. Really this like this app user experience is awful can’t it takes for ever to input workout to create a routine overall navigation and ux is very outdated. I want my money back

Just what I've been lookin for!. We've all been there... You scour the App Store for something that can track a serious fitness person's activity, and you always find some companion app to some website that doesn't really give a comprehensive breakdown of caloric expenditure, or anything too useful at all... Then you find this app, AND it's companion Macronutrient app, and the game changes! Make no mistake, if you don't understand nutrition, caloric expenditure, or your own metabolic profile, this app won't do much... But if you truly take body composition transformation seriously, you NEED this app, and you especially need the Macro one.

Awesome tech support and works well with the My Macros+ well. I had a few questions after my first usage of this app about reps and calories burned, and I got a reply within an hour fully detailing everything I needed to know. Needs a few tweaks to calories burned estimations, maybe a blutooth synch to heartrate monitor? Otherwise, not a bad app once you get to know how to work it

Pretty good. I use this app and the Macro+ to keep up with my daily routine. They make it really easy to see my progress. The only flaw I've found is that this app always wants to change my profile to male.. I change it every morning back to female and the next day it's switched right back to male. So that's kind of frustrating. Other than that this app works really well.

Best app for tracking your workouts hands down!. As a bodybuilder and fitness fantastic for over 10 years, I've tried every app under the sun for tracking my workouts. I love absolutely everything about this app. So well thought out!

Clunky for anything but lifting. Extremely limited exercises except weight lifting, but still fairly clunky to add sets. No basic cardio alternatives like yoga, skiing, etc.

Percentage. Would be great if t had a percentages calculator or something. To make adding drop sets easier!! Would be five stars then otherwise works well
