    I had this app before they started charging the monthly fee to access all of the meditations. I love the voices and the guided meditations and my son LOVES the Bulldog meditations for kids ~ please add more kids meditations!! I don't want to pay the monthly fee but I wouldn't mind being able to purchase individual meditations like in the old app. Please allow purchase of single meditations again!!!

    This is my go-to for acceptance of difficult times, as well as enhancing times of joy. Sometimes all I need is to consider things from a different point of view. I have listened to the meditations multiple times and still can learn something new, and most importantly, can use it as a tool to evaluate my thought processes, and come to understand if they are helpful or not in a given moment.

  • Great app, but I'm disappointed

    I first have to say that this app is really cool, I love the meditations and the cute style it has. It disappointed me because I started using a while ago and at that time I bought almost all the meditations. I stoped using the app for a while and now that I came back, the meditations I bought are no longer available, because you now have to pay monthly :( Other than that, the app is great.

    I am sure I can think of something I'd like the developers to add to this app., but right now I can't think of a thing. Because, as I write this, my husband who suffers from serious mental illness, and alcoholism, is using this app to get him through cravings and ptsd exacerbations. So yeah I obviously love the app. My sister has anxiety, it helps her, she is the one that told me about it. Ps. Do you have a Facebook page?

I have shared this app with many friends and family. It's user friendly and I also love that you can track your progress and get stickers (I'm an elementary school teacher - I can't help it!)
