Customer independence!. This app is great and solves a lot of the answers I used to have to call into the call center for. Fast and efficient and it saves me time! A must have!

Confusing. Cant get to my ups very confusing

CCC App Review. This customer care app is very user friendly which gives our customers a way to interact with Schneider Electric and have their questions answered without picking up the phone!

Useless. Mainly downloaded to check on my orders remotely and I can’t even get that .....

A must have tool!. Nice job done by the developer. This App enhances totally a new approach of customer service. Any customers can have a 24/7 support available in 11 languages. The FAQs and the technical docs for products can be accessed by using the search field or even better by scanning a QR Code. The list is long but customers can check price & stock, track their orders, find technical courses,etc. The best option so far is the easy access to expert assistance when the self-service is not enough. You can connect directly by phone or email (creating a case) with different team support in regards of your needs. It's awesome! Easy and quick answers right at your finger tip. Definitely a must have tool!

Outside sales. Need to get the tracking information for material that has shipped. It just shows empty list.

Great app!. Easy to navigate! Highly recommend this app for anyone that uses their products. App is easy to use and takes you to the support that you require.

Very well designed!. Apps like this are often clunky and hard to navigate, this app is not the case. I like having all of my troubleshooting needs from the convenience of my own pocket!

Seems pointless and poorly designed. I have a cloud connected ups that suggested I use this app... The app doesn’t actually show any info or status for my UPS, but I can see it on APCs site. When first accessing the app, you are asked to login, and then are redirected to a web page... um, that’s not how apps should work. When you want to add/register a UPS to your account via the app, you again are sent to a web page, that’s poorly formatted for mobile. Dear APC: I want an app that that shows me all of my UPS fleet, without redirecting me to various web pages— it needs to be all done within the app. Maybe eventually APC will improve this app, but given APCs record of poorly designed software, I’m not optimistic.

Useless app. Prompts for registered products but then reports none registered. I hav registered TEN of these increasingly disappointing products over the years - some registered multiple times. The software from this company is amazingly poorly designed and maintained including this app.

Unusable App. Trying to register my product for the warranty. App constantly says my account has changed and needs to restart. There is no option to register my product. Website pushes the app and also does not appear to have the ability to register my product. What’s the point then?

Great App for Customers. This app is great! I don't have to call in for pricing anymore and don't feel like I'm hassling the sales teams. Love it. Gives me pricing, availability and QR codes.

Worthless waste of phone memory. I recently had a new Galaxy VX1000 UPS installed at my facility, and it was suggested that I download the My Schneider app, which I did. Unfortunately the model of my UPS is not able to be loaded as an asset, so I can’t use the app. In addition, there is no technical support link for the app. When I was on the phone calling in a problem with the UPS, I asked the support guy about it and he was not able to help, either. In all fairness, he said that he would pass it on, and get back to me with a resolution.

Super helpful tool!. This app is very user friendly and simple! I love being able to pull up helpful FAQs and documents about Schneider Electric products that provide technical knowledge, plus I can access it 24/7 and on the go! I can only hope they will add more to this app for a wider range of support. Until then, calling or emailing the correct support teams to answer my questions will be a breeze!

Very useful tool!. I like that you can find all the product information and even knowledge base articles right from your phone. And if you still can't find what you need, you can easily get sales and technical support by clicking the call button. Would definitely always have this app open while working with any APC products.

App is useless. The app advertised as a management app for UPS. When I installed it however for my SMT1000c it did nothing for me. It does not show it in a list of managed devices event though it works fine via website. Total disappointment.

Hard to navigate just like partner pages. I wish APC would make an effort to improve the partner experience. Web portal And app are not easy to navigate too much unnecessary info. Just give me the ORP section and that’s it!

Not very intuitive or useful. App doesn't show my registered products nor does it help me in any way. Waste of storage space

Tech Guy. My first experience setting it up: selected the wrong type of user; there is no way to correct that apparently, apart from deleting and reinstalling the app.

This is for my UPS ?? Cannot see it in the app.. I set up my account registered my UPS using the QR code from inside the app. Looks like a catalog app. My UPS does not show under my products. Other than registering and stealing my contact information what is the point of this app. Cannot see the UPS!

Extremely difficult to use.. The app seems to serve to many customer types. It’s confusing and difficult.

Ridiculous. If you need this app to add a device, it should be very obvious how to do it. Products has no option for scanning a new item.

Information at It's Finest. This app is helpful and easy to use. I use it all the time to look up technical specifications on products instead of having to go to the website. I would recommend it to anyone.

Time saver. As someone who is responsible for hardware upgraded it is important to have quick access to support documents. The ability to favorite support documents is a huge time saver.

Don't need this. Price and availability for product no longer available. I now have no use for this app. Just another example of Schneider doing things the way they want and not listening to the customer.

Useless. Touch ID just to see your stupid catalog. Where are the battery backups I registered? I’m suppose to be able to view my UPS status. -5 stars. You have to improve by 10 stars to get my confidence back.

Convenient app if you deal with Schneider products. Great way to search their FAQs and documentation. And if you can't find the info you need through the app, it makes it incredibly easy to contact Schneider directly. I haven't had the opportunity to use the "scan" function yet but I'm interested to see what it can do.

Stuck on US (Q2C). I can’t get the app to show the new account ID’s under US, it’s only showing the old account ID’s for the the old US(Q2C). There’s no way to get in contact to anyone from the app. I’m only able to get “help” about products. Went on the website to try to talk to some in the chat, but same thing. It would be really useful if I could access what I need to.

A practical tool. If I were a partner or contractor, the SE Customer Care app would be right on my front screen. This tool provides instant access 24/7 to quick and accurate price estimates, technically enlightening K-Base articles, and an easy to use directory in additional support is needed. Having all of this right at your fingertips make the CC app another way that Schneider Electric is "making it easy." Great work.

What Happened?. What happened to this app? It use to be helpful, but now it doesn't appear that I can access any of my information that I used to be able to.

Horrible app. Worst app I have ever installed from the App Store. I only downloaded it so I could register a product. “Register in 3 easy steps!” Says the website. Download the app and tap on register, scan the QR code from the product, add your location. How hard could that be? Well the app runs agonizingly slow, half the links don’t work, it keeps restarting because account information has changed - when it hasn’t, and best of all there is no way to register the stupid product I bought to get the warranty. Hey developers, hire some high school kid to do your job for you and create a working app. This seems like it’s designed to frustrate your clientele to the point they give up trying to register products. If I could give it a negative rating, I would happily do so.

Very misleading. I downloaded this app, because the APC website implies that this is what I use to monitor my UPS. Nope, the app is basically just a tool to get you to buy more stuff. As far as I can tell, there is no way to actually interface or monitor your devices from this app.

Total crap. The most user un-friendly app ever. Do they realize this app is being used on an apple devise? Download a pdf to view product details. I’m done with square D

Not cool. I was able to get my price and availability just like I do on my desktop computer and now it looks like I can't do that I don't know what they did with the new application the new update but it's not working great not happy with it at all please fix it.
