So simple. We love this app!. When we found this app our lives instantly changed. We saved some much time trying to keep up with all of our bids, jobs that had been paid, jobs that were due for payment. Invoice simple did it all for us. It even separated each of clients and how much revenue was made off of each of them. It shows us end of the month earnings as well as yearly sales, which has been a blessing this tax season. I couldn't be happier. The monthly subscription fee pays for itself just because of all the time I save. I recommend it to all my friends that are small business owners.

Great!. I just discovered the app for my iPhone. I’ve been using the desktop for months and like it. Only thing, is that I wish there was a format to download all my clients and their information into excel so I can keep it organized on my computer. Other than that, this is very user friendly and all around great app. The photo option in mobile app is a huge plus. Desktop version (I have an older laptop, windows 7) doesn’t have that option. Again, great app! Let me know if there’s a way I can download my client list and totals from invoices into excel or other program for keeping organized.

Did my first invoice and I LOVE IT!. Fast, easy and simple. Did exactly what I wanted to do. Don’t always have clients that request receipts but this is perfect when on the go or when organizing in the office. My business is seasonal so used another app the past two seasons and wasn’t satisfied in the changes and headaches. Now I can delete it and stay Invoice Simple! Made a couple of errors along the way and customer service was there to welcome me as a new user and guided me through my own overlooks, edit and it was PERFECT! Going to recommend to all of my small business owner friends on social media.

Only one issue…. I have been using this app for a few years now, however I noticed last year when I ran a yearly report, the report groups invoices by the date the invoice is generated, not by the day I report payment. So when it came time for taxes, I had to go through all of my invoices manually, to see what year the invoices were actually paid. This makes the report useless to me, which was one of the key reasons I started using this app in the first place. I reached out to the designers of the app and asked if they could change this feature, but they said they couldn’t at the time but they would keep this in mind for the future. I would imagine the audience using this app are self employed and have to keep track of payment for tax purposes. Please note that the report is not generating appropriately by year and this will throw off what you were actually paid in the year and what is reported by your payors’ 1099s. Payors report what was paid out in the year and this report is not reflecting that. On the plus side, the response team by the designer was very fast, and there is something to be said about that!

SUPER ORGANIZED AND USER FRIENDLY. I have been using this app since 2020 and it has done me nothing but good. It has been nice to watch it grow as the years move on. It helps me stay organized amidst all the chaos of owning and operating a Construction company. This app also allows you to receive and track deposits and payments made online. User friendly for both customer and company alike. The only downfall is the transaction and transfer fees they have with PayPal. In a small mom & pop shop, no big deal, but when receiving 100k from a customer via online payment and paying 6% to get it in the bank isn’t logical. Other than that, highly recommend! 10/10.

Search button. Minor glitches where I can only do invoices with one phone. I tried having my partner help me do invoices by signing in to the account: basically nothing shows up that he’s done on my screen when its time to print them out. Another thing that needs to be fixed is when I change client it erases the client that I am trying to replace it to. Lastly it needs a search button. To search the names of the invoices that have been paid or to search the invoices that haven’t been paid. This is the 2nd year I’ve used this. Investing 7$ a month for over 2 years, I would expect it to run smoothly. I’m at the point where I’m going to pay extra for QBO if this doesn’t get fixed.

Loving this app but I do have a few requests. I’ll start off by said that I love this app. I love the professional invoices I’m able to make. But I do have a few requests. I would love to see in the EDIT ITEM area another spot I can include my material for the job. Having to include my material in my price has been raising a lot of questions from my customers. They are wanting to see the material and my labor separate. I also wish they had a quick search in estimates / invoice / and in paid / a lot less scrolling to search for a previous estimate and invoices would be nice. I would also like to see who I’ve sent invoices and estimates to. I did realize I would get a confirmation when I open the app if my customers received the estimates or invoices. I would just like documentation for my records down the road.

Best app ever!. Having my own business and hand writing bids and invoices for a few years, this by far is the best app for anyone that owns a business or does side work, I paid 60$ for the unlimited everything and it’s the best money I’ve ever spent. I can add as many pictures to my bids or invoices and can send everything to customers emails right from my phone just seconds after looking at a job or completing a job. Highly recommend this to everyone!! Already got my family using it and will continue to spread the word about it to others I see in need of something simpler in their lives.

Truly a Game Changer!. I can’t even begin to describe how much I L❤️V E this app! It has made my life so much easier! I’m a VERY busy wife and mom (of 3!) I’m a newly self-employed and business took off immediately! I quickly realized just how hard it was to keep track of billing, who’s paid and which accounts are past due. I was losing money and losing my mind- and let’s face it... I also appeared unprofessional. I Searched the App Store and downloaded Invoices. I was astonished at how easy it was to learn! Within minutes I was sending my first invoice! You literally fill in the blanks and when you send (either text or email!)the recipient receives a very professionally structured invoice. It’s easy to read and can be as detailed as you need! You’re able to mark invoices paid, view all paid and all outstanding! After the free-trial.... I immediately paid for the subscription! The monthly rate of under $15 is totally worth my peace of mind! This app has truly made my job exponentially better! Thank you!! 🤩

Easy and orginized. This is the first app I've ever bought. That's how awesome it is. Typically I don't buy apps since they are difficult or I can't see myself getting my money's worth out of it. That all changed with this app. Being a consultant and small business owner I do a lot of invoicing and billing to clients. They are typically very confused and can't understand the costs. However, with this, it is easy to read, well laid out, and sooo easy to prepare. The ability to text it or email is a life saver for those who have smartphones now. All I can say is if you write invoices periodically, you need to get this! Only down side is you can't shuffle or move the new items around once you've typed them in. They need to be in order as you type them. If there is ever an update I would love to see that feature just in case I got something out of order so I don't have to erase things. Other than that, it is perfect and a must have!!

Great help for the small business. The app works really well for small business. I’m able to invoice on the fly. The mobility is a life saver. I can do the job and invoice it right then and there. Taking before and after pictures is great for proof of work being done and to show the customer the difference. A few minor changes would make it even more convenient. Attaching multiple pictures would be better. Also adding a hidden tab for expenses so I could keep track of expenses for each job would be an idea to think about. Overall I am pleased with the app. Great job

Would like to see 1 change!. Really love this app, been using it for almost a year now, we have the paid subscription services. I’m currently on the hunt for a new app for one reason and one reason alone. If you guys would be able to fix this one problem of mine, I would be able to stay and really greatly appreciate it. Our estimates require us to take multiple photos. And when I say multiple, I mean anywhere between 15 to 45 photos per estimate. Uploading those photos singly at a time can be time-consuming and frustrating. I would love to see this app give the opportunity for multiple photos to be uploaded a single time. Otherwise, 5/5 stars

So far so good. I've been using Invoice2go for a few years, and I liked it. The past 6 months they have increased the rate twice on me because I've reached a 'client limit' of 40. $99 is too much. So I found this one, for 1/4 the cost, and it's actually a better program. A lot of features are similar to Invoice2go but this app gives you the ability to add images to your invoices which is awesome. The only downside is no option for the customer to pay with CC, but that's not a huge deal me. Would be nice though. EDIT: now I’ve been using it for almost 2 years. I like it. I don’t like that if you make a change on an invoice, or accidentally delete one (easy to do swipe left) you can’t recover it or see the original bill before you made the change

Invoice Simple. I love this app. It does exactly what I need it to do and it’s relatively cheap. It’s super simple to use and has many great and useful features. One of the biggest downsides is that it’s relatively expensive to use their “online payment” options. It charges 2.9% plus .30 cents for each transaction. Therefore if you are using the app for a construction business where thousands of dollars are moved around that adds up to a pretty hefty fee. I would be fine paying even $20 a month of the client’s online payment option was free. What I would like to see changed, is that once an estimate been turned into an invoice for the signature line to change to invoice. As of right now it transfers the “note” from an estimate to invoice so you have to correct that manually. Also would be nice if estimates once turned into invoice would disappear from the estimates tab-which indicates active projects.

Was worth it. Originally, I LOVED this app/company and what they offered. The price was fair and reasonable, we could access everything from multiple devices. Someone could make the estimate in the office, get it approved, then while on the job, we could pull out the phone and send the invoice. It was great! However, after todays update, I can no longer send any estimates or invoices. I am being told that now, we have to have TWO separate subscriptions, one for mobile and one for web browser. We’ve used it this way for 1.5 years and its been great having the flexibility? Unfortunately that change is enough for us to cancel and either go back to paper estimates/invoices or look for an alternative company. Very unfortunate as this has been a fantastic app.

Extremely helpful for any one self employed or with a small business. I started my small business two years ago, I have used this app since day 1. I have loved it so much. It makes my billing so much faster, as well as it looks very professional. The best feature is how it saves your clients, previous years invoices, and gives you full access to leave notes on your invoice. This app has made my journey into being a business owner very easy. I have clients that are very slow at paying, and very forgetful. This app makes it very easy for me to access any records I might need on the spot. Recommend for any small business owner or anyone self employed. 10/10.

Great App for Invoicing. Initially downloaded this app just to play around and see how easy or difficult to use it would be, what features I would be able to use if any, and how professional it would look as a small business owner. I mist say I ended up purchasing this app. Its very easy to use, gives you a very professional look, and has some pretty neat features. I can upload my business logo to add to the top of the invoice, add individual items into the app itself so I can easily have description and priced stored for quicker invoices, Record payments and multiple ones at that. In my sweets business I always require a deposit 3 weeks in advance and balance due 1 week before pick up/delivery and being able to record multiple payments are a great way to keep track of everything. The customers find it very easy to read and understand the invoice. LOVE LOVE LOVE this app.

Good and easy. I have used many apps so far for the price range this one is the better of is class. I would make a few changes if I where then. 1. Have it so you can separate material and labor cost, and it adds up the items separate and together, also in the monthly total do it there as well. 2. Also I'm not sure if the new version does but have it work with tax software and book keeping software 3. I would love to see more formats for invoice layout. 4. Maybe a way to look up a item or customer or invoice through a search bar. I know you guys will put these changes in to the app cause you have made many changes already, plus want to see your 5 star rating stay 5. Thanks for your hard work keep on making your app better. P.s. you should buy this app is pretty good for handyman services.

Really easy and looks amazing!. This app is so simple to use, I was able to easily incorporate my logo. I was using Microsoft word, I have had my business now for a little under a year and had never sent invoices before, I didn’t know which template to choose in word, it looked weird, didn’t always translate well through email. This saves all my Invoices, and keeps everything organized, has the option of adding tax, does the math for you with unpaid balances. It’s really awesome. Anyway, this is super easy and I will be using it daily!

Easy to use. This app is definitely one of the best invoice makers I have used. I have been in construction for 4 years and have tried many. I always seem to come back to this one. However, there are a couple things that could make it a four star app. First off, add a spell check or a way to catch misspelled words. I always proofread my estimates and invoices, but have missed some words. Secondly, I don’t know how or why, but the app has deleted multiple estimate and invoices on more than one occasion. Luckily I screen shot every estimate I send, so I was able to redo them over, which was a complete waste of time. So fixing this would be great. Lastly, make it so clients can electronically sign estimates and send them back. I have used other apps that allow this and it makes things so much easier. Overall, this app is easy to use and easy for clients to view.

Review. This is one of the best invoice apps that I have used. Once I downloaded it, I found the instructions to be very easy to set up. I have used other apps but they were very time consuming to set up and even then I didn’t like the format. Also, this app is really free because some of the other apps only allow you up to so many free invoices then they start to charge you. I also like the app because I can attach pdf files with my invoices to clients. You can quickly upload your logo too. I definitely recommend this wonderful app to anyone.

Was loving this App until the Upgrade. I hate to whine, but I’m really disappointed with your new upgrade. I was enjoying the app enough to purchase it and continue using it, but ever since the upgrade I can no longer record partial payments, payment type or write notes. Now you can only mark an invoice as paid with no option to put in the correct date. I also don’t really love the new look of the invoices. There used to be a choice between 2 styles, but now you just get the standard layout and my logo has shrunk and any photos I upload look strange as they are left aligned rather than centered as they were previously. Please let me know if I am missing something. As far as I can tell those payment recording options have just simply vanished. Wish I hadn’t installed the upgrade.

Bait and switch. The app and features are great. And I’d have no issue paying for it accept 1 major thing, when you download the app there is no sign up. Just start putting in customers info and creating invoices on jobs. Sounds great right? Except at some point you will open the app and not have access to any of the invoices you’ve created unless you sign up right then and there. So let’s say you create an invoice for a job. Your customer pays a deposit and there is a balance due. You finish the job and go to get paid. But guess what information you don’t have access to when you open this invoice app? Nothing. You will not have access to the customers information, balance due, job details, nothing. You also will not be able to change the balance due to $0 or provide your customer with an invoice that now says paid. I’d rather know that I need to pay a monthly fee up front and it wouldn’t be a problem but the app makes it seem free. And I found out that I needed to sign up and pay while trying to get paid on a job and provide an invoice that says paid. It was not good timing to cut off access to my invoices that were in progress. I’m more then upset.

Can’t find my account!! Ugh!!. This app I started to use about 2 yrs ago during Covid to start my own independent contractor business. Worked out great. Only issue I had was not able to save multiple companies. I did work for different fields and used different company names, logos, what have you. I worked around that but I My real issue is after 2 yrs of invoices and estimates and all the saved data I had put into it. All of a Sudden I cannot get into my account. It’s says my email is not recognized and cannot log me in. I tried to get help from support but to no avail. I had old invoices showing I used there product. Gave them all my info even the CC they were charging me on and still said they have no record of my account. 2 yrs of work, invoices, estimates , customers, all down the drain. Have to start over and definitely not going to use invoice simple.

Awesome app for what it is, very good for business. I'm very skeptical to buy apps. Most of them not worth my money. I found this app to help me do invoicing at any given time without having to scribble through them. I run an agricultural seasonal business and my time is very limited due to it being a seasonal job. My invoicing piles up and next thing you know I'm behind a few weeks and after finding this app I can simply make invoices before I go to sleep or when I wake up at the comfort of my bed before leaving for the day. And I simply wifi to my printer and print any invoice. Very very helpful. I would like to see a few more font styles and customization of lettering but other than that can not complain !

Great app and site!. I love Invoice Simple! It keeps track of invoices and invoice numbers for me. It saves previous information and it makes it so easy when you have to send an invoice to the same business. I get notified when the email is opened. My favorite feature is being able to mark an invoice as paid and it goes into its own folder. So now you have two folders one unpaid and one paid. So incredibly easy! You can also upload your business logo so that your invoices are received with your logo in the top corner. There are other features that I don’t use yet but I’m sure I will once I have the need. The small monthly fee is definitely worth it if you send out a lot of invoices and you need help keeping track of all the information.

Really easy app to use. I really like this invoicing system. Ive used it for 3 years now. I do have some concerns about the operation and navigation on the app though. I would really like a search bar to be added to the invoices, estimates, and paid categories. If you need to search for a past invoice, you’ll have to scroll though all the invoices you’ve done throughout the year. The same is true with you contacts... if you do business with the same customer its a beating to find their info on the app because you have to scroll through all your contacts instead of being able to go to a search bar and just search them. It sure would be easier if they could fix the problem. That’s the only reason why I’m giving this app 4 stars instead of 5.

Love this app. Been using this app almost a year now. It’s easy self explanatory and professional looking once you print out invoice or view it as a sent invoice. I use mine for appliance repairs, remodeling jobs and I’ve even used it to sell shirts. It makes calculations for you. I highly recommend this app. Side note I wish there were a better way to record payment from the invoice page. For instance if we could slide the invoice number being paid to the right and it gave us the option to delete, record or edit invoice. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

Excellent and quick. We do about 10 sales a week outside of our normal online shopping portal. We used to have to generate an excel quote, convert to invoice, track emails, paper... makes my head hurt just writing it. I looked everywhere for an easy to use, streamlined process that didn't require a huge CRM package with bloated costs for things we did not need. Did we really want a $25/month subscription to use a product that needed a 3rd party product like Zapier to kind of integrate into our squarespace account? No. We wanted something SIMPLE. This was it. Simple Quote, Simple Invoice. I was skeptical at first mainly because it was so simple, asked a ton of user data storage questions to ease my fears which were answered by support as soon as I asked them. We easily blew past the 3 free invoice and had no problem signing up. My few issues: We already had a stripe account but there was not a way to use it so now we have 2. Would be great if there was a shipping cost field on estimates/invoices. Would also be great if there were separate ship to/bill to fields. Other than that, we are super super happy with ease of use, streamlined process and the fact we get notified of the quotes being viewed is a huge bonus. Have the app and mainly use the web but makes it very easy to go from request to quote to invoice all in one portal with no paper being wasted or cluttering my desk. Fantastic web-service.

Excellent App!. I just came across this app for the first time, and already love it. It creates beautifully detailed and organized invoices I can send to my design clients. Along with the detailed invoices, listing merchandise I’ve purchased for my clients, I can also attach photos of their decor, furniture, and copies of any store receipts, and etc. and all of it is attached to the same invoice as a single document. This will save me SO much time! Plus, I can do it all from my phone, without having to sit down at my computer, which is SO nice. Once I entered the detailed info, I was able to email/text the invoice to my design clients for them to immediately view. The app then lets you know once your clients have viewed the invoice, which is also a nice feature. The developer even sent me an email after I first used it to see what else I would recommend adding to make the App more user friendly. I’ve never had a developer reach out before. Thought it was pretty cool. Thank you for developing this app! So lucky to have found it!

Easy And professional!. I used to write up my own custom proposals which made the process pretty long I was looking for something a little more simpler but not cutting too much from the custom professional look. No nothing is as good as a custom “made to customer “type proposal But this is the next best thing. I love the simplicity and the multiple options to customize I also love the fact that it allows me to know when the customer has open and read my proposal or estimate or invoice. I have used different apps in the past but this one is the best so far I don’t plan on looking elsewhere I found the one that works for me thanks guys

Easy to manage. I’ve been using this app for the past couple of years. Easy to manage. Keeps track of everything. Only annoying part is that it’s always asking me to rate the app (which I already had in the past) I have 2 accounts with them and when I switch between them the thumbs up and thumbs down pops up. It’s easier if i click the thumbs down because it dismisses the pop up and when I click thumbs up it takes me to the App Store so I can rate the app and leave a review which is annoying. Other than that I truly enjoy the app. It’s easy to use.

Good App. Would give 5 stars but needs a few things fixed before it’s a 5. It is a great app so don’t let my 4 star review mislead anyone. I’ve used a few other overpriced apps and had other issues like the app sending me a receipt for a sent invoice and the recipient not receiving it. Talk about a nightmare at the end of the year. So, the first thing that needs fixed, is after you send an invoice the app sends the invoice and then takes you right back to the invoice you just sent instead of taking you back to the Home Screen. You have to back arrow twice to start a new invoice or estimate. Would be nice if it took you to Home Screen to start a new invoice, if the one you just sent needs corrected then go and review and edit the invoice as needed. The second thing that needs fixed is when you write a note on a saved item, the next time you use that same item it has the same note stored and you have to erase it. I do a lot repetitive billing but have to change the description of work performed on the invoice from job to job. Would be nice if it cleared out or gave the option to save the note if needed it to be on every item billed for.

S I M P L E4S U R E. I’m a licensed general contractor and I hate invoices I am ADHD and LAZ why. Had them both since I was born. I’ll reason I became a contractor is because I didn’t want to go to work LOL anyway, I’ve tried every which way to cough up an invoice since that is what I have to do to get paidUntil we find a simpler way. Simple voice is the best when it comes to using a free app with no charges no hidden fees and unbelievable nothing to it no directions needed invoice making. In fact I’ve never wrote a review on any thing I’ve ever bought even if I really loved it. I guess I’m writing this review because I’m thankful. In a world where everybody’s lying cheating and stealing from each other like it’s normal because no one gets in troubleNo one takes responsibility for their actions and everybody can hide slowly but surely behind the big black wall of privacy given to them by do you know who… I’m thankful that somebody made something for me I don’t know who you are but thank youEverybody sees this review that needs to make an invoice and use this one.

Stopped working. I used to have the free version and then paid for it. I have used it a couple of years ago and loved it. It used to give me easy to do, clean invoices. Now, I have a logo that I don’t want (a pair of lips) on the right hand side of my logo that I cannot get rid of. I go to settings and press delete and save, but then it’s back again. I spent an hour trying to delete and save and it will not go away. I tried adding a new image in the end to get rid of the lips, it won’t save the new image, it just keeps the stupid one of lips. I can’t send that in to a company - so now I have paid for something that makes my invoices look ridiculous. Update this bug please - or refund me. Updating this now. If anyone else has this issue, I went to the website and the only way I could get rid of the image was to put something over the top of it. So of you don’t want an image, screen shot a white page and I sent this so it looks like nothing is there! So silly.

Business owner. 2nd Update: Still LOVING this app 3 years later! Now they have added so I can easily send invoices to my customers and allowing the customer to pay directly thru their email. This app is wonderful. It's easy to use and convenient. I can make invoices/estimates on sight at a job and email them quickly to my customers. It allows to mark them paid as well and send my customer a receipt. I can keep track of all invoices that have or have not been paid right on my phone. No need to go back to the office to finish paper work! I was extremely surprised that the creator of this app contacted me as well, they asked what if any improvements could be done to make my life easier. Definitely a 5-star/A+ app !

Happy with invoice but.... Really like the look of the invoices. We like that you set an item up once then use it when you need it. Only problem i have is we put in an invoice time period on the first line but because it’s an item it has 0.00 on the right column. Should able to set up text as an item without the dollar amount showing up. Not sure if this is the appropriate place to put this request but... you are asking for feedback. Over all we love this app but the other issue I have is I want to change my payment to a different card and that seems nearly impossible. Thanks

Easy & fast invoices that look professional. I love this app & use it everyday. I can be at home or in my car, equally easy, right up my alley since I’m not tech oriented. My wife insisted I use it & I delegated it to someone else. When she found out I was paying someone to do my invoices she sat me down & showed me how easy it was, she was right. Why write out a bid on paper when I can go straight to invoice simple. My only issue is she used her email to sign up & we can’t figure out how to change the account email over to my email. We’ve looked under every tab & there’s no where to change account email. Besides that super easy. I know I should learn QuickBooks but not there yet, baby steps!

Perfect Simple Invoice App. I recently sold my tiny organic produce store and have just started a market garden. I plan to sell a few things to the store this season, only basil and sugar snap peas next week. Next year I should be really starting to crank out the veggies. Rather than fiddling with paper receipts, I decided to download an invoice app. This app is so elegant, you would think that someone read my mind and added everything necessary and no fiddly useless stuff. I love that I can create an estimate that later can be updated to an invoice. It saves a library of items, so I don’t have to re-enter each product with each new invoice. Client information is saved so that it can automatically be entered into the document. There is a place to put your logo and there are a number of different layout options from simple to professional. It allows you to send the invoice directly from the app. Perfect!

Great App. I’ve used the same estimate/invoice app for several years in spite of the fact that it constantly crashed and was unreliable for several other reasons. Finally, the app stopped working altogether because of the release of iOS 11. Out of necessity I went shopping for a new app and came across Invoice Simple. I loved it immediately for its ability to add custom details about each line item of a project I was bidding. I was thrilled that it had such a streamlined and professional look. This app has taken the professional presentation of my business to the next level. I highly recommend it to any business person who needs an easy AND professional estimating/invoicing app.

Excellent for business owners. Been using this invoice app for years. As a painting business we can’t always rely on the paper estimates/invoice as minds are always changing and it would be wasteful and confusing to try to keep track of all the papers. This makes it easy to write up your estimate, email or text (which is a great way to keep a paper trail), and change to an invoice by clicking a button. It lets you know when they’ve received, and read, your estimate/invoice. There’s an option to receive payments through the app but we personally did not want to pay the percentage or wait the three day wait period but still a great option nonetheless. We love this app and it has helped tremendously with our business!

It’s super easy. It’s amazingly easy to use and makes my invoices easy and simple. Like how you can add pictures to the estimates/invoices. However it would wonderful if customers could click on the pay invoice and be able to make a payment without paying full amount. Particularly when customers are putting a deposit on a project then final payment after completion. Currently have to request separate transaction on PayPal then go back to invoices apply that payment so balance due is correct then send over email reflecting it. This would be easier for customers as well. Also a way to track any refunds or money given back to customer would be nice. With the option of putting notes in the invoice to notate any updates or changes.

Buyer Beware. I’ve been using the invoice maker for the past year and a half. Up until now, everything has been fine. All of a sudden, they’ve decided to start making changes to the format and layouts. Now, even with an item or 2 on the invoice, it takes 2 pages to print. Also, the layout showing number of customers and invoices has been changed. Now I don’t know how many sales I’ve made each month until they’re paid in full. No way to keep up with monthly sales that way. Very bad customer service not willing to work with me. I used to be able to change the layout of the invoice; no more. You’re stuck with the one they make for you. If you put 3 or more line items, you’re printing into a 2nd page. This leaves you no room for notes or creating places for customers to sign. Fix these issues and I’ll be back.

Fantastic App. I have downloaded and paid for so many apps trying to find something that made my life as a contractor a little easier and cut down my time working at home after I get off. I would put in a full day of labor and then come home to 4-5 hours a writing BIDS on my PC. So far this app allows me to do my BIDs anywhere my phone can go, so everywhere at anytime. And it has really sped up the entire process as a whole for me. I LOVE that you can make your own price list! That is something very unique and something I couldn’t find in other apps. It’s simple to use, which is awesome because I’m horrible at tech stuff. Type up the BID, take photos, write notes, multiple options of how to send that BID, price list, Invoices, payments. Really a great job on this app. And the customer service is quick and very friendly. Thank you!! Two Thumbs Up!

Simple to use everything is included. I just started my business and just getting off the ground. I had to do and use so many different things to get an invoice together and then just type it in an email. This makes things so professional and everything is all in one spot. It takes out all the guesswork. and then being live for the customer so that either one of you can adjust or edit anything and it’s live on the other end is amazing. Every payment that comes in address on the invoice live so I don’t have to think twice. Really appreciate this program.

Great Invoicing App. If you're sitting on the fence wondering if you should purchase this app or not to be quite honest with you for the price $2.99 a month I don't think you can go wrong. You have the ability to create estimates, create invoices, and the ability to send everything via email. Love the fact you get notified when they see your invoice. I do however wish the extraction of files gave us more information I do wish we had the ability to create a mailing list and I do wish we could send the invoice to the customer and they would have the ability or option to pay now BUT for the price of what the app offers I Havassy feel it's an excellent deal.

Sudden price changes??. Update! I just received an email stating that they had made a mistake in changing my subscription price. They stated that they had restored my mobile app subscription, although I have not tried to use it since I just received the correction email. I always want to be fair about anything I write about any company, so if they do reinstate what I thought I had been paying for all along as their mobile app for $5.99 per month, I will be very happy to update my review. I have used this app since May 2019 on my iPhone. Suddenly yesterday I was trying to send an invoice and received a screen telling me to upgrade in order to send my invoices. I have always paid the mobile app price of $5.99 per month as clearly stated in the app’s pricing structure for the mobile app. Now I’m being told via email that I have to log into the web to use the features that I have been paying to use on the mobile app for almost 3 years. I wasn’t even aware there was a web version until yesterday, so why am I being asked to pay for more to use the mobile app then their own app’s pricing states? They said in the email that I will have to pay $9.99 to use the mobile app, yet my auto pay has been $5.99 for almost 3 years and it worked flawlessly. This is why companies end up failing in the long term, they seem to get greedy, and try to charge more than their own companies prices stated are, and or constantly raise their prices.

Good product. Does what it needs to do. Great app for estimates, and invoicing. Like the fact it keeps everything separate; you have different tabs for estimate, open and closed invoices, and paid invoices. Syncs to multiple devices so if your mobile and do something on your phone it will sync to your tablet and computer. One negative is that sometimes that sync feature is a little buggy. Sometimes if I delete or edit an invoice on my phone it doesn’t sync to my other devices or put it in there with all zero dollars on everything. But overall great application for what you spend.

Good Stuff. Just a quick review of Invoice Simple. When I started my business a few months ago I did a search to look for a “Simple” product to invoice and track customer equipment. I found Invoice Simple. I down loaded it figuring if I didn’t like the format or the ease of operation, I would delete it and try another. After a half hour or so of playing around with different settings and sample estimates and invoices I decided to give it a try. Fast forward a few months. My business is growing and Invoice Simple is just that, simple. The format lends itself a perfect amount of area to document everything I do and the ability to send the invoices directly to the customer is a perfect fit for me. I recommend this product if your starting out or want something easy to use, Good Stuff

Great App. Been using App over two + years and love it😉! Easy to use, great price and most of all very professional outlay to my customers. I can simply add customers from my existing contacts to my customer list. Easy editing during new invoice creation that is quick and simplified. I can preset my parts pricing and labor rates easily. Love the ability to email or text the invoice instantly and get a response letting me know that my invoice was read by my customers which gives me certainty that it reached them. To top it all off, it give my customers a pay now option inside the invoice. Tested others but like Invoice Simple the most. GREAT APP!!!!!!👍🏽

Not that happy. The app and its functions seem really great from the 2 invoices I created. However it’s frustrating when you assume that this is a free app, because when you google “free invoicing apps” this is the first that comes up, and then after 2 invoices you get hit with subscription fee’s. I’ve read a response from the company to one of the reviews here, and although I understand you have to pay your staff, it would be great if you made it very clear that this is a subscription based app, and not just say that there are “in app purchases” because that could honestly mean anything. I don’t believe it’s fair for the potential customer to have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of your app description to find that the app is not free. For the reason I won’t be using the app and I also won’t be recommending.

Great App. I have been using this app for the last 3 years with my side business great app easy to use! The only thing I have issues with is I email invoices to government organisations in Australia at times like schools etc and it never makes it, but I can still make the invoice the scan it with cam scanner then I can email as a Pdf through my own business email.

Wonderful app!. Sp far, so good; no crashing, hang ups, or bugs I could detect. First priority using an app, for business or otherwise, is the stability. Secondly, this offers excellent templates for invoices. Professional looking and practical; the custom options are greatly appreciated. It’s user friendly, easy to edit the fields and add the details you want, without clutter or ugly or unnecessary tables. It’d be nice if the ‘home’ menu looked better, perhaps offering a selection of themes like Dark & Light, night mode, etc. The fonts & buttons could do with a make over in these tabs/pages because as it is it looks rather unfinished and like a raw, bare app.

Bug fixes and maintenance. This app used to be good but it’s currently outdated Has lots of bugs which cause the app to unexpectedly crashes after preparing quotes and other settings which took hours to do and it failed to save any work. Very good and easy to use. Great invoicing app for keeping track of hours worked for each client. Invoice layout is very simple and easy to read. Build invoice as you keep track of hours. Saves heaps of time creating invoice in spreadsheets. ‘Invoice’ needs to have option to include the word ‘Tax Invoice’ to meet GST invoice requirements.

It’s all in the name. This is a super straightforward invoicing system that works well on both my iPad and my laptop. When I’ve contacted customer service, I’ve had courteous and helpful responses within a few hours. If you just need to send invoices every month, this is the app I recommend.

Convenient quick and professional. Very happy with the convenience of this app. I’m able to email quick professional invoices for consulting hours within minutes. It’s very customisable to different business types.

Very user friendly. I looked at quite a few invoice creators. I didn’t need anything too complex, as my business is only small. I found this one the easiest to use, with nicest background options. Super easy to create, easy to email to clients, even has an option that alerts you when a client has opened the email.

Differing version and support staff lacking. So I’ve been using the app for about 2 years and at first I thought it was great. As our business grew, I changed my subscription to a higher one to allow me to use by computer as well as my mobile device (reason for this was, the computer version can do more detailed things than the mobile app can do). Crazy that invoice dimple is not the same no matter where you use it!!! Anyway two weeks on from my new more expensive subscription, I cannot use the computer version as when logged in, it tells me that I’m on the free version. I contact support and they do not help, they just reply using statements that are not clear or unhelpful and they do not answer my questions at all! To be called invoice simple, the staff certainly do not make it simple at all, nor do the differing versions between app and computer. Waiting ten hours or more to get a reply then having to send another message as their reply doesn’t help and waiting another ten hours........well there goes another day with another issue unresolved!

Love this app, 100% recommend!!!!. As a newly employed contractor, I had no idea how to make invoices and what information to put on them but this app makes it very simple just like the name suggests. It guides you through all the steps and all you have to do is fill in the gaps. Once I had made my first invoice I received an email from the friendly team just checking if I needed any assistance for the next one! I thought this was a lovely gesture. As it turned out, I actually did have a question and probably wouldn’t have bothered contacting them myself as with a normal app I wouldn’t normally expect a fast reply! I had an issue adding my ABN number to my invoice and the staff was extremely willing to help and got back to me very fast every time. They went through a couple options with me first before suggesting that I change my IOS settings on my actual phone and not the app and it fixed the problem! Not only does this staff understand their own app, but they understand the users requirements and their phones too! I would never have thought to change my phone settings and was very impressed and grateful that they knew to check it! I am now able to easily and quickly use the app with all my saved information each time and would never even consider another app to go through. Super friendly staff, amazing and fast communication and extremely easy to use! 100% recommend! Thank you so much for all your help! :)

Very unhappy !. Not impressed I never have allowed credit card payments and somehow it’s “magically” been enabled after using the same settings for 12 mths ! I’m in Australia so have my fees for this service based on that and have to set up a overly complicated stripe account to get my invoice monies ! I’m furious ! Now I can’t pay my invoices while I now sort this out and first payments after setting up stripe take 7 business days ! Will not be recommending this and once I’m paid will be cancelling my subscription to simple invoice ! Customer service is also very hard to connect with ! There’s no ph support option either .

Basic. Basic.. really basic. Terrible app support, when making suggestions for improvement they just thank you and shelve your idea, they say they are constantly improving but they don’t, in the past 2 years nothing new has been implement, only updates have been for bug fixes so they have been ironing out the kinks for the past 2 years. It’s cheap though and for what it cost I can put up with its short comings. Would rate 5 stars if they improved the app

Needs work to include basic functionality. On the whole it is a good start for an invoice app. I have been using it for the past 6 months. However, have come across pretty basic things like needing to order my items (products) list and cannot do this. The workaround - delete everything and put in again in the order you want- waste of time. Have logged this to support and basically got told it can’t be done. Going to look for something else now

Perfect for those who are often not near their PC or Lap Top. I love it!!. I own a small business in the Freight Transport industry and am often still out working on the day my invoice needs to be emailed. If it’s not emailed on time I do not get paid until the following week. This App enables me to send my invoice, wherever I am, and ensures I am paid on time. Like I said, I love it!

Simple and effective. Setting up the template was easy. Invoicing repeat products and services is simple with an auto complete function. Being able to track invoices is easy with delivery and read receipts.

I downloaded this app to test it out to see if it was any good or not to help my partners business, it was easy to use and looked very professional, definitely going to use this app in the future and would recommend to anyone that would like digital invoices 🙂

Simple & easy. This program is simple and easy to use, easy to keep track of estimates and invoice and when things are paid, the style is simple and easy for the client to for us on the costs and understand the total and how to pay. the way you can set up to pre-save products with costs so they are only 1 click away to be added to your estimates or invoices is so helpful to keep everything the same. The monthly cost is reasonably priced for people starting out to see if you enjoy it but the year cost is more cost efficient if you are happy with app.

Really useful. Needed to send an overdue tax invoice and this app saved me from having to get out the laptop and doing the long way around, so instead I just used this app and it took me 5 minutes to make the invoice. Loveee that, I just wish there was a save tax invoice button as soon as you’re done instead of sending it for you

Great. I am so happy with this app there is a couple of things that could be added to make it even better! I would defiantly recommend it for people who are on the move as you can do your invoices anywhere!

Great App! Convenient and very time efficient! 🎶🎶🎶. I highly recommend this app. For only $4.49 per month it does everything I need for my work as a sole trader. Once you’ve entered your client details it calculates everything for you which is an amazing time saver and makes everything so much easier. I also love that if a client hasn’t paid it sends an automated reminder however if you don’t want this feature you have the option of sending it via email or other apps. Love this app! Liz 🎶🎶🎶

Would not recommend.. As a subcontractor I needed an app that is simple and fast. However this app constantly crashes/ freezes. On 2 occasions all my previous invoice history was deleted. Unfortunately the help centre was not any help either. I would not recommend this app to anyone, although it is simple it just is not up to the standard it should be for those trying to run a business and make a living.

So simple but professional. Great app. So easy to navigate and for customers to read. Love that you can amend the invoice and clients can see the changes in real time without having to resend invoices over and over again.

Keeps charging me. I got this app a long time ago, deleted it when I didn’t need it and now it charges me $9.99 each month. I’ve tried contacted them on their website but it says error when I try to send. Wouldn’t recommend as they will charge you even once you’ve deleted the app and then they make it so you can’t contact them for help. I will most likely have to get a new bank card so they don’t have my details, unless they reply here

Great app. Greets app I use it for my business. Would like to see an extra tab where overdue invoices automatically go into that haven’t been marked as paid and perhaps a notification for when invoices haven’t been paid and once overdue a big red “OVERDUE” stamp on the invoice so that it can be resent to the client. Otherwise it’s a great app I’ve been using it for about 2 years.

So far so excellent. This has everything I need, except an option to add images to items. Btw, I’ve read reviews for many app builders and the negative Springview Homes review recommending Quickbooks is on other app reviews word for word.

Not impressed.. Tried the free version and loved it so much I thought I’d pay for a monthly subscription. But for some reason I was charged twice! After only creating one more invoice since buying it I can’t even seem to use the app at all, to add more products or create new invoices. If these issues are fixed I’m happy to continue using the app as it is simple and easy to use for my small business, and makes it easy for my online clients as well.

I really enjoyed this app. I set up this app to see how easy it was to use I found the layout to be easy to navigate and had all the type in fields I need to add data it also had parts to add company logo and to sign off on the invoices you can easy edit also took all of about 10 min to do 1st invoice. I was also happy to get a email from them shortly after 1st use. On how I went I appreciate the care given. Nice to see a proactive support team well done thank you

Fantastic app!. Love this program. Recommend it to every business. It cuts your time in half. Would like to have the option of adding another business to the settings without having to delete the logo and info every time I want to switch between businesses. Also, when I forget an item, I can not place it in its order, I have to either delete everything and re do it, or the item has to be last on the list. Would be nice if the items on the list could be clicked and dragged to change positions. I love this app and have been using it for years. Thank you. Support team is great too. Very prompt.

Simplicity and Ease. Invoice Simple has simplified my admin/invoicing and receipt delivery to clients. The ease of use is great and having the app on my phone allows me to create invoices anywhere, anytime. I also like the recent edition of getting paid from the invoice with banking details and PayPal etc. good feature.

Such a handy app. I run a Mobile Buidling Construction and maintenance business, now I can quote on the go, send invoices and totals via email or text to clients without even having to go to office computer, paperless environment is a big plus. it keeps track of my clients, quotes, and invoices. Cannot fault this easy to use app. Update.. been using this for over 12 months now and still best app on the market for this type... even tells me when clients have now read and opened email quotes or invoices... So far so good - keep up the good work!. Easy to generate invoices. The support team responds whenever I contacted them. In the past there was an issue with the latest iOS version, where I thought I lost all my data because of the iOS updates. This requirement was not specified when I signed up 2 years ago. However, the team solved it for me and my client details were secured. I went on to add my husband’s business account after the team explained to me how to synchronise two separate businesses in one app. There are features such as generating estimates, reports for tax purposes and GST settings if you wish to use them. It’s versatile and exactly what we need. I’m a happy customer!

Jk’s Flooring. App works pretty good. Any issues I’ve had have been fixed pretty quickly. Even with the time differences. I think with the yearly totals though we should be able to look at quarterly totals as well and maybe financial year totals as well. In Australia we work the financial year from 1st of July to the 31st June. Other than theses things the app is great. 👍.

Pricey and limited. Look it’s really easy to use BUT I’m paying $199 a year for unlimited invoicing The annoying part is If a client pays you extra it doesn’t show next to their name they are in credit (only the last invoice amount)nor does it take the credit off their next invoice. Also I have two areas of my business so need to set up two invoice templates and I can’t, I understand that would be difficult and was told id have to set up another account. Your choices are up to 3 ,10 or unlimited invoices a month. Although I would only use the other one 3-4 times a year I still need more than 10 for the times I do need it so I’m up for another $199 Would be good to be able to just do the minimum and pay a small fee for each extra invoice you need There is also no receipt option only invoicing Not a fan of QuickBooks but it is only $240 for my small business needs and you get way more for your money for an extra $41 Customer service was prompt though

Easy to use. Loving this app. Although I’m only two invoices in ! I’m extremely happy at how easy it was for me to navigate and send invoices that look professional. I love that I can also keep track of them being paid . 100% recommend

Financial Year Option. The app is very easy to use and have been using it for a number of years now. However in Australia the financial year is from 1st July - 30th June, it would be helpful to have this as an option on my report tab. Unsure about other countries but the financial year is nearly always different to the regular calendar year. This is a business app so I think a lot of people will benefit from this come tax time.

Good but needs improving. Pros: - user friendly via iPhone and Desktop - fabulous support online (reply very quickly) - quick & easy to navigate and produce an invoice or estimate/quote Cons: - unable to change font, style, size & limited colours - unable to set page breaks (one line of text may flow over to second page which looks unprofessional when emailing as a PDF - can not Duplicate an invoice via desktop - more features available when used via the iPhone App as opposed to desktop version - can not add images via the desktop version - unable to drag & drop an item to place it below/above the previous item. You need to delete that item & enter it again - unable to automatically calculate a payment plan: Total Due: $xxxx 10% deposit $xxxx due on xxxx 70% progress payment $xxxx due on xxxx 20% balance $xxxx due on xxxx This must be added in separately If you plan to use this via your iPhone then it does the job but if you wld use it more via your desktop then I’d consider another App. I hate that I can’t manipulate the text to be bold, or the size of the text & colour. I suggest anyone needing to complete invoices to download this app. Fast, easy to use and their support is very quick and the staff get your questions answered fast. This app works a much better than all the other complicated apps that are on the market that I had trialled. Very happy to be a customer.

Pretty good. Pretty great invoice app can’t really fault it as o use it every day for all the invoicing I do for my business, so so simple. Cheaper then an invoice book and a bag of pens. I wish you could put all the business costs and client information to be displayed on a spreadsheet locations and grouping of deliveries and things we do. Just a thought.

Has its pros and cons. I like this app. It’s easy to use and does everything I need it to do EXCEPT one thing that makes me give it only a 2 is you can’t look up customers by their addresses or phone numbers.

Substandard support. I have chatted with support a few times. It seems like their answers are straight out of their website. There is nothing they can do for you, except waste your time. I promised I would mention Daphne’s name because she was the last one I talked to before I got convinced not to deal with IS anymore.

I Was Loving It….. I was loving it up until I recently noticed some formatting issues with invoices viewed on the App vs the web. Various areas on the invoices are now misaligned when viewed on the web, which wasn’t the case previously. Also, it would be nice to export my client data, as opposed to just exporting a record of invoices.

I thought it was invoice SIMPLE?. I got this app a few years ago with the sole intent of quickly and easily generating invoices, and it did the job. I’ve since further integrated it into my workflow as a contractor. Unfortunately, recently, it’s strayed from its original core function of JUST generating invoices, they bumped up the price to justify its new features. It’s not worth it if you’re just looking to quickly whip up some invoices.

2 price increases?!?!?!. This is a great app. I love making beautiful and simple custom estimates and invoices. I’ve been able to play around with the structure and get creative with formatting because the templates can be restrictive. There’s no place to have a written terms and conditions at the end of the invoice, or a place to explain process and that sort of thing. My problem with this app is the price. They have raised the price without offering any new features until this most recent update June 2023. They’re not small increases, and during such a challenging financial time for most contractors, it’s unreasonable. This is why I have it one star. Price gouging is a bad business practice. If I do 20 estimates a month that’s a dollar per estimate, and most people aren’t doing 20 a month. I can do all of this on a computer for free…and with office software on phones improving rapidly, it’s hard to understand why this app is this costly. $13-15, sure. $20?! No.

New to invoicing. Very fun and easy. Intuitive. I wish all apps were this good! I’m and RN, not a full time contractor, so I needed help to create itemized receipts and keep them in one spot. We opened our landscaping company to get plants, chips, rock etc for our new house since there was limited existing, so we could save money buying wholesale. Now we have family, friends and neighbors wanting to buy from us I needed to find a way to keep the paperwork organized, this app “fits the bill” ;)

Great Service with Awesome Team. Invoice Simple took the most frustrating part of my small business, and made it easy and actually enjoyable to do. Within seconds I can create a professional looking estimate, convert it to an invoice, and the service even tells me when it’s viewed by clients! I’ve also been able to connect to my PayPal account to receive payments electronically! I’m 100% satisfied with Invoice Simple and have referred it to many people since I started.

Good, consistent/stable program. I like this; it’s consistent and doesn’t drop the sending of invoices even when off Wi-Fi. but I’d love to see a complete invoice history for each client and also the “change client” wording on invoices is perhaps misnomered. If you accidentally select the wrong client to start an invoice and press “change client” and click save, the client you were hoping to change the invoice to is now permanently gone from the client folder and there are then two entries for the incorrect client.

Best Invoicing App-FREE!!. This is probably one of if not the best invoicing app on the App Store. It lets you upload a company logo, add and like items you like, give payment instructions such as who to make checks out to and banking info for payments and deposits, and even lets you add a signature to the professional looking invoice. Also lets you write an estimate for a job and later turn that estimate into an invoice to later bill the customer. It’s a all around excellent app and best part is it’s FREE!! Can’t go wrong with that price! Download it now on the App Store and enjoy!!

Great App. I use this app to help run my business, it is a lifesaver. I can see all my clients, and how much they owe, how much I’ve made monthly/yearly. Works great no bugs, although I wish it would integrate with stripe or some other credit card processing system so customers can pay directly from the invoice besides with PayPal which is an aging and outdated method. Other than that I think it’s great app.

Just what we needed. This app is amazing - has everything you need and the ease of use (UX) is the best when compared to other similar apps. Customer service and satisfaction is also second to none - as soon as we downloaded the app, we received a welcome email and an open request to let the developers know if there is anything we’d like them to add. Responses were prompt - can’t say enough about how much we like this app. If you’re looking for a no-nonsense app to generate quick and professional estimates or invoices, this is it.

Sticker Shock. This app is great. It is so simple, forgiving, and intuitive that you don’t need to be a millennial to use it. I am not a computer genius but I easily used this app to create an invoice. The app even lets you send a preview to your own email. I did, and this is where I felt my first disappointment in this app. The dollar amount is HUGE. On my phone it screams “YOU OWE US A LOT OF MONEY” I wish my logo where the prominent feature on the first page of the email. I want to be able to itemize my work an then present the price. I want to first say I did ALL THIS for you, for which you only owe... This seems to me to be the preferred method of businesses and customers everywhere. At least let us have a choice in selecting item presentation for the opening page of the email. Sorry but I won’t be using this app until this is changed.

Best contractors app ever. I got this app about three years ago my company was only doing around 30k a year. When I got this app my confidence sky rocketed due to how professional the bids I send out are able to look. I went from 30k a year to doing six figures within two years and I would credit the professionalism of this app to the reason my success rates on bids went from about 75% to nearly 98%. Make sure you have a great logo to put on the top of your bid (the app doesn’t do that) but it allows you to add it to the invoice. I HIGHLY recommend this app.

P Carey. I have been searching for years, since mobile technology, an app that would suit my needs as a versatile contractor. I finally found an app that allows you to be creative yet the format is professional and proficient! For smaller service calls, you can simply put in your scope, price, comments, then email or text to you client, then follow up with a paid invoice! Very simple and very quick! I highly recommend!

Super fresh. By day I’m a healthcare facilities supervisor, by night, a handyman. This app has made it easy for me to provide professional invoices to my clients using a simple, efficient, and intuitive interface. My clients appreciate the detail it provides when I use the note feature, and I had an easy time setting up a logo and business profile. This app is definitely user friendly, from inputting data on job descriptions to calculating payment information. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Simple and easy to use. Im a graphic designer and always have freelance projects, the app puts me to ease when it comes to invoicing my customer. Everything in one place. I just hope that they have an option to send the receipt to the customer after they make payment either through the app or in person. Beside I couldn't link it directly to my bank account so most of the time customers have to pay me check or venmo or zelle. But overall good app

Efficient, functional and simple!. It was the simplest and easiest solution I found to help me making invoices for my cleaning company. I was using Canva before, which is definitely not intended for making invoices in a functional and easy way. But Invoice Simple is very easy to use! The app also helps to organize your client list containing information like address and phone number, generate estimates, do online payments and the best part is that you can do it on a mobile device. I pay for the subscription which is definitely worthy.

Amazingly easy and efficient!. This invoice app is probably the best app I have ever used in my life. It’s intuitive, it’s easy, it’s efficient, it’s clean and uncluttered. If I could give it 6 Stars, I would. I am a veterinarian doing shifts at a number of hospitals as an independent contractor. I can create a professional, clear, detailed invoice, and email it to the hospital before I even leave the building. No frills, no clutter, just exactly what I need. If only getting the hospitals to pay was so easy!

Great app for my starter print shop. I love how easy this was to input all my items, add tax, add all my clients, get notifications when the invoice was read, etc. The only thing i would add, would be a more detailed Report function. It gives a basic rundown of totals, but there’s no way to separate it into a particular item used that month, or amount of tax for that month. There’s no Export Tab Delimited file type of thing, which would be very helpful. But really, for sending out invoices, this app’s great!

Perfect app l!. This app was recommended to me by another small business owner and I’m so glad I downloaded it. I been using Microsoft word for years so never knew how simple something like this would be. It seriously has made my life so much easier and the process of invoicing so fast especially on the go all the time. I love the feature that notifies me when my email is opened. Awesome. I love how simple this is. There are a few slight changes I would make but other than that I love it. I love that it makes a data base of all of the items I frequently use which makes it easy to turn out quotes. This app has increased my sales by about 20 percent. Needs a search tab as it takes too long to go through so many customers. I have been using this for several years now so my estimate and invoice list is very large and it takes forever to locate quotes and invoices

White screen crash since June 2021!. I have used this app for a few years and have really liked it. Unfortunately though I have been experiencing the white screen crash since June. Every item I input causes the crash when you back arrow out to go on to the next. Some features don’t work at all, like trying to add client info or adding a set dollar amount discount. I have to manually close the app and restart with EVERY SINGLE item I input. This is causing extreme frustration and making me look bad in front of my clients. Customer support just tells me to do the same things every time with no fix, then tell me to wait for the next update which never resolves my issue. At this point I can not recommend this app.

Professional made easy. I own a small business, and this app was a godsent for me. It makes professional looking invoices, and the formats are as detailed as you want them to be. All of that, in one super easy to use app. The categories are practically all self-explanatory. So if you want an app that makes professional invoices, gives you tons of options, quick and super easy to use, then this is definitely the app for you. It was for me.

Game Changer!. This app has allowed me to keep track of my finances and has brought running my own company to the next level. I am extremely happy. One thing I would like to see is a feature where I can give multiple estimates under one document and the accessibility to select. Something like a multiple option feature.

Great App!. Wonderful experience using this app for my invoice and estimate right ups. It is extremely convenient and gives you a peace of mind when you know your client read the invoice. They sync with stripe for digital payments. The only thing I wish they did is allow partial payments through stripe, other than that they do allow partial payments but it’s through manually recorded deposits. Unrelated to your online payments. Again great App!

Complaint w invoice simple. Ive been using this program for several years, keeping it simple was the objective. This morning I opened the program to make a few invoices, they changed the program and only 1/2 the page opens in little print. I contacted them and asked to speak w a representative. They respect w we don’t actually have any phones to call them on. Seems funny to me that they cant just take the money you send them and leave well enough alone, but change the process and ask you to deal with it or contact google and find out how to cancel them. Very poor customer service .

Not for iPad. Do not buy. I’ve been using the invoice system for over a few years. With in the last year I have Continuing with different issues it has so many bugs. I would pay to transfer all my invoices to a different system. I’m using a iPad Pro 2nd gen, I always have the newest updates. If someone told me about all of the bugs, I would have never using it. Now on the other hand it works well on my iPhone. This is a iPhone application and not a iPad application. Customer support is always telling me that they are working it. I also dont have spell check. The screen goes blank after I change screen, that happens every single time. NOT AN IPAD APPLICATION.

App. I very much like the app you have created. I received it from my wife and now use it for my pool business. The one thing that I could see that would make it better for my application is if there was a way for each month to automatically come up. For instance if there was a way to set the month to change by itself and be able set an amount for repeat monthly charges that never change. Other than that the app is very user friendly

Perfect for estimate. We have a window film company. This app So simple and straight to the point. Estimate looks profession and we love that we can send photos with the invoice. The best feature for us is after we send an estimate we can check to see if it’s been opened. We can upload our logo to the estimate. We have been using it for about 3 years now and don’t see us going anywhere else

Fantastic ! Easy interface!!. I ran into this app while looking for an app that would let me create receipts for my clients. This lets me do both a bill for work done, and a paid receipt too! With an easy email option to send my documents. It lets me save all my clients and their information in the app too to make it easy for when I do more then one job for the same client. I would recommend this app to anyone who provides a service and needs a paperless way to provide invoice and paid receipt.

Stopped loading. For over a month now this app has been going blank for no reason. The screen will go white and it wont load or show anything on the screen just white. At first it happened when I tried to edit the invoice on my phone, would make me close down the app completely to be able to get back to normal. Started once a week now i cant finish an invoice without having to restart the app at least 4 times. This program works great on my desktop! Awesome overall and easy to use. Unfortunately im just not happy with the app since it making my job incredibly tedious and making me rely on having a laptop or tablet.

Highly Recommend!!. I was about to buy paper invoices to have available for my landscaping business and I searched around through several invoicing apps Instead. This app has so much to offer and i can instantly create and send my receipts to my customers. Love the app and love how it allows me to use my company logo on my invoices! Still has many other features that i have not had a chance to use including automatic payment setup!

Invoice Simple. This has been a wonderful app until I decided to turn on the function where my clients can pay their bill through the app. Invoices over $3,000 can NOT be paid through the app. This would have been nice to know before I sent invoices to my higher end clients and they were not able to pay their bill with their credit card. Made my business look unprofessional. Very poor quality for an invoice application to have a limit on how much we can charge our clients through the app directly...

Love it!!! Everything in one place now ❤️. I run a small business and I get lost of track using Excel sheets, this organized my whole work with Customers then all related info to each of them on Estimates, Invoices and also on the Payment records and I used for my Tax last year. And not to forget the great professional design of the invoices and the ease of use Love it, keep the great work. And let me know if I can help on improving future features like integrations with Email Apps, and Reporting.

Not actually free. I found this app searching for free invoice apps. Im contracting for 6 months only and just have two invoices to my job a month to send, and it only needs to be minimal. this seemed great. I sent two for january and it was pretty easy. went back to make my next one and i can’t create another invoice unless i subscribe for 12 bucks a month. if i knew it was paid upfront i wouldn’t be this mad but it’s kinda off putting that i feel like i was trapped. im new in my industry and trying to pay off living expenses from when i didn’t have a job for most of last year so i don’t have 12 bucks to shell out so i can get paid.

Was a HUGE fan, until the July 2020 redesign. I’ve been using this app regularly for my small business for nearly two years. I’m a paying pro subscriber and have recommended many other businesses to this app. The recent redesign has been a drastic change and one that I feel has not been for the better. Routine actions likes adding saved items to an invoice used to be intuitive and simple. Now they are not. Another annoyance is the formatting changes on the printed invoice. What used to all fit one one printed page, now uses two. Who likes wasting paper? Not me. If there was an option to switch back to the old UI of the app, I’d switch in a heartbeat

Not free. I used this app years ago and it was free. I tried to use it again recently, and sent one invoice. After that, it said I had to pay to send more. I searched for “free invoice app” and this comes up. It’s not free. Nowhere in the description does it say it costs anything. Bummed. I do understand that it costs money to develop a great product. It would be nice if the free trial or cost was communicated anywhere before you download. I don’t see it anywhere. Instead, you use it twice, then lost functionality until you pay.

Love this app.. The app is exactly what it says. It’s simple and easy to use but delivers quality professional invoices. The integrated pay button allows us to get paid quickly with no hassle. Anytime I’ve had a need for customer support they have been very prompt, friendly and helpful in replying back to me plus the ease of the chat option means my questions get into someone’s hands in real time. Great App that is easy and works great. I am a contractor and I love this app. Makes estimates and invoices super easy. Using it on my iPad, I can create an invoice on the spot and e-mail it to the client while still at the job site. Much easier that dragging my laptop around to use Quickbooks. I highly recommend it. So far my only issue is that once you enter a payment for a job, you can’t go back and edit that payment info (for example include a check number) after it is already entered.

Terrance is amazing!. I was already having a bad day after I got hit by an Amish buggy. Seriously, not a joke. Then I saw my Invoice app wasn’t recognizing my sign on information and I thought I had lost all my business invoices. Terrance was able to quickly correct the issue and recover my account. My day is saved! Now I can get back to pulling the dent out of my truck caused by the horse and buggy.

Bora the Entrepreneur. I love this app! As an entrepreneur the convenience of invoicing and estimating services/products on the go is a necessity. The app is extremely user friendly and strong enough to support your invoicing needs from pricing to shipping to payments. The app could improve by creating a search engine to search through your items for most of us who have a lot of products we invoice. Idk who created this app but its the only app I pay for monthly & it’s worth every penny

Makes life easier!. This app really cut down on my workload! Everything is just so easy and as of yet, I have no real complaints. That being said, I do have 1 small issue that’s no big deal. I may even be missing something, but I wish there was a way to add items without having to turn off the tax each time. If there’s a way to set up my accounts automatically without tax, please let me know!

Great app for invoicing, I recommend premium. However…. I would’ve given 5 stars, if not for the annoyance that prompted me to leave this review in the first place… I get it. You want me to accept online payments through your app. That’s not a new notification… this harassment of a notification does not go away no matter what and it’s infuriating to think there’s something worth checking out every time I go to my devices’s Home Screen but come on…

Great app. We just started our business this year and this app has been really great! The only thing that I would think and maybe could change if I knew Hal where is where it’s says “Make checques payable to:” that’s the way the spelling is for “checks” and I’ve tried everything to fix it but it keeps coming up that way...any reason why? Duplicates. I love this app! Billing was always very difficult for me. This makes it easy!! I also had to call one time because I deleted a lot of my invoices on accident. The company managed to pull them up and send them back to me. WOW what a life saver. I will do the same job for the next 4 months. They want me to bill every day separately. Is there anyway I can make a duplicate of my already filled out invoice and just make a few minor changes each time.

Great app!. Thanks to this app I don’t have to worried about if my invoices look professional or if everything is well documented because all the invoices look great and the information is detailed and presented in a very efficient way. Fantastic app. I run two business and am able to switch back and fourth between them. I received an email from the developer asking how the app was working for me. I was having a problem getting a second account. They immediately helped me fix and understand the problem. I’ve never had an app be so quick to respond as well as reach out first. Well worth the money for me and the ease of being able to keep up with things. If you have a business this is a must!

Great just great. Awesome way to create invoices. I’ve been looking for an app that offers everything that this app does. From item description and price to tax and discounts and also picture capability. Just everything you’ll need to make sure people knows exactly what you did and how was done. Thank you for such amazing app and just hope it doesn’t get filled up with crazy ads later or becomes glitchy. Overall right this moment the best app I’ve worked in a long time.

Free***. There is no functionality to this app without paying for it. I understand that the developer needs to make money, but the fact that I was able to fully complete an invoice only to be told I needed to pay to send/print/download the invoice is annoying. It’s pretty frustrating how many apps label themselves as “free” while being functionally useless until you pay a subscription. Just make a lite version and let people know they’re going to need to pay for the full app. And the “two free invoices” part of the description is either just false or misleading. Maybe they’re implying you can make an invoice but not print or view it, in which case I’d argue that is hardly a free invoice if I can’t actually use it. With this frustration, plus other reviewers mentioning random price increases to their subscription, I have no desire to start paying for a subscription for this app. Maybe if the subscription terms had been laid out from the onset, but I don’t like feeling tricked into buying a subscription.

This is an amazing invoicing app!. This is an amazing invoicing app! I use it for my sewing machine repair business. I can take pictures of my clients machines and add notes. And I like that I can separate taxable goods from non taxable services. Frequently used things can be save to prefill on other invoices. Also it does reports as well so you can see your business growth over the last year ect. And I like that my logo prints nice and big right up top.

Excellent customer service and design/performance of this app. I've been using this app almost 2 years and it has been a valuable asset to my company in providing invoices and estimates etc. to existing, current and new clients. There was a slight problem locating a few invoices I contacted the developer and was able to sync and update all invoices. Excellent customer service hands-down. Thank you so much.
