果然台灣的客服技術高知識好. 人在國外,用英文來回幾次email,盡是一些官腔與標準流程,(感覺就想用一封信打發我）,我本來要放棄了,剛用FB的messenger 與台灣客服求救,對方非常有耐心,而且問了很久其他email客服主意的問題,而後順利解決問題...果然是有技術的能人高手！

Nice. Very simple and useful app

Ugh. Needed a checkbook my husband and I can both use. He has a Android and I have an iPhone. Looked like it work. So I paid for it. It worked for a week and hasn't worked since. The worst purchase. Of course it's free for Droid users and I paid. Very irritating

I loved this app. It is like a margie you can be totally in love with someone but if this other does nothing towards the love it is surely going to fail. This guys have not made an update in two years!!! I bought the app seven years ago, and have invested tons of time using it and having all my expenses and money Managment here to the reality that this developer is not interested…? How can you make a great app and forget about it?

Can not collaborate. I read lots of review from internet, and they all say this app can be worked together with your spouse. Besides I couldn’t find the function anywhere, the UI is not very friendly and without flexibility in choosing payment method other than cash or credit cards.

Using it for more than one year. I have been using it for more than one year, and it is one of the best finance app in the store. I started using the free Android version. Then, I changed my phone to an iPhone and had to pay because there is no free version in the app store. However, the value is definitely worth it. I transfered my spending spreadsheets from Android to the IOS version without any problem.

Create for Ipad. Please create AndroMoney for iPad Version.

Way too complicated. If you want to bring about world peace or otherwise save the world, this app is for you! If you like cutesy emojis by your expense categories, you'll love it! If you want to just keep track of a handful of expenses/expense categories, forget about this app. I deleted it 3 hours after I purchased it.

Extremely useful. I started using this app on Android earlier this year and recently switched to an iPhone. I use this this app every day, multiple times per day on several devices. It gives me the opportunity to view all of my accounts and spending, without having to provide my passwords. This app also allows me to avoid syncing issues because I enter my expenses manually. It has great search functions and provides me with access to various graphs of my spending habits. The sync function works very well with Google drive. I highly recommend using this app for personal finance management.

Reconciliation. There needs to be a way to “mark” items that have posted to your account!

iOS版有一些bug 瑕不掩瑜. 使用这个app六年多了 从最初的Android版看着这个app一点点完善成为Andorid平台最强大最灵活记账工具，换到iphone之后也毫不犹豫的购买了iOS版本。使用一段时间发现几个小的bug，一个是iOS版和android版之间的未来记录不兼容，具体表现是android上创建的未来记录无法同步到iOS上，在iOS上创建的未来记录android同步之后会变成已实现的记录，体现在当前的balance里。因为这个问题，无法同时使用iOS和Android设备。另一个小问题是iOS下方摘要卡片储蓄为负时显示 支出>支出 （应该是支出>收入）。另外可能是习惯了android版的菜单逻辑，感觉iOS的菜单选项比较碎片化，一些选项在底部一些在左侧窗口还有一些在右侧菜单，希望能优化一下菜单逻辑的同时更集中一些，比如把左侧选项栏和右下角“更多”合并到一起，这样就省去了要找一个功能的时候不知到是在哪里而把两侧小选项栏都打开一遍的问题.

Needs a better iPad version. I started using it a long time ago at which it was still free. It's simple and complete. The only problem is its iPad version looks terrible. Wish a better iPad version coming out

JHboss. Overall an excellent tool for tracking expenses the easy and old fashion way without giving away all your sensitive information. I’ve used complex Quickbooks for for my companies and Mint for other complex tracking but has security and lost data with Mint I would like see a yearly roll up and/or a rolling 6 and 12 month option.

Easy to use. Very convenient

Very good but.... I will give it an all 5 stars if they fix the issue in budgeting, where it's very confusing, trash! The budget amount I've put in on a category is pre-deducted from an account every month that my account ended up with a negative balance, for the next 6 or 12 months. Just the budget section itself is screwed up. Other than that i use every day.

The guy. Pros: The app is good with features and syncs with other devices so if you're a household, married couple - whatever - it has the features required to fully customize and keep up with your budget needs. I like the customization of the app, creating accounts, (for me they're like envelopes that make up our entire checking account) and the ability for those accounts to add up as a total - this really helps with budgetary needs as well as letting you know your total balance in your checking. You can also have a list of accounts excluded from your totals: this can be good to keep up with other accounts like, your savings or credit cards or however you choose to use it. All very handy customization features. Will need to test the sync more between my iPhone and Samsung to see how well the sync works. con: The UI isn't so great, feels a bit clunky on the iPhone. Could use improvement.

Totally screw up after new iOS 14.4.1 update. After iOS update, the APP appears to be cleared out all data. What a mess then only to find out the Year automatically set to year 2564. What the hack? Tried several times to uninstall/reinstall and still the same. It basically made the APP unpractical to use since every time you adjust few hundred years back to today, (3/10/2021). It won’t keep the current date.

Scheduling. What happened to the NEVER option on end date for, say, every 2W? If I put an end date a year from now, it takes them ALL OUT AT ONCE! I USED TO be able to select never and it would just come out every 2W. This has now stopped and therefore isn’t taking things out. NOW I have to recoup thousands of dollars because I trusted it to do what it was….. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!

Some annoyance. whenever you switch out of the app and back, it goes to the main page by default. Doesn’t remember the last page before going out of the app. Lack of support and update from developer. No new features in years!

Excellent App. I have been using this App for more than two years. It is an excellent financial tracker imo. I even switched from android to ios at some point and i was able to transfer my data successfully. I would ask if the currency collection be comprehensive - I am from Ethiopia and the currency is not included. Or it would be great if i can enter exchange rates for my custom currency so that i can switch at any point.

The best app!. I have been using this app for 4 years. this is one of the best financial apps in my opinion.

Favorite finance tracker.. I have used this for Android and iOS and it's great on both. I do have some suggestions though. Please add a dark theme, it's long overdue. Give the option to backup to iCloud instead of Google Drive.

Didn' t work well on ios14. In the add new section, the date is showing (null) whenever I enter a new expense or new income. I manually choose for my desired date even I go to today. I have been contact to andromoney from mail. They reply but my application is still not proper working. Sometimes I add two to three input, the app dosn't respond in choosing category. Please update your app for future trust.

Disappointing. I've been a loyal user since 2014 on my Android phones. After switching to iPhone, I found the iOS version is much worse than the Android one. Basically the clock for choosing transaction time doesn't work properly. You have to try more than 5 times to finally have it work, if you're lucky.

Division sign disappeared. This was my most used app and I really liked it but now the division sign disappeared and the app is now a pain to use. Not sure how to get in contact with app developer. If this problem could be fixed I would gladly give it 5 Stars.

Like it but lag all the time. It's so easy to stuck when I tried to add a transaction. Other than that everything is good.

Excellent App, excellent customer service. I started using this app on my android, which is their most robust platform obviously. Later I started using it on iphone, which seems to be continuously developing. I initially faced a problem to sync the data available on the web to my iphone. So, I reached out to their customer care. Not only did they respond immediate, they actually fixed the problem in an update that came 3 days later. Super!!! I hope they can reach the same maturity they offer on android quickly on iphone and web... Thank you for such a simple app.

Love this App… but the Android version is better!. I have been using this App for more than a year. I started with the Android version and loved it because it’s so customizable! You don’t have to connect your actual accounts. What was unique to most of the other Apps is that you could split receipts into different categories (very helpful if you consider a Walmart receipt where you had groceries, household supplies, clothing, personal care, appliances, etc). HOWEVER the IOS version does not have that feature… why not? Hence the 4* and not 5.

Good App. Easy to use. Sub categories include. Sync to Dropbox & Google Drive. Nice App for me.

Great potential, but in need of updates. I've been using this app since 2016, and I have to say, it's much better than other apps out there. However, I have noticed some bugs and areas for improvement. It's a shame that the developer has stopped releasing updates. The "not included in total" accounts are still being factored into the calculation on both the report and calendar user interface. Transactions with the "included in the account" checkbox selected are still being counted on the report. The revenue chart is absent in the iOS version, unlike the Android version. There is no dark theme available. The user interface should be redesigned.

Rate of exchage. It is not possible to change the rate of exchage between currencies. This is a big dissdvantage when one works with different currencies and its main currency is for example USD. Please fix it

Not able to turn on at all. Will not able to turn on the app at all. Jump out the app right after clicking it! Not able to use at all.

Excellent finance tracking app. I’ve had this app for years; I love keeping track of my spending and this app makes it easy. The UI is easy to use and simple. I would recommend wholeheartedly!!!

The best spending app!. I have been using this app in free version for 2 years since I still use Samsung. Now I change my phone to iPhone X. I had some problem while transferring the data to the new phone. I sent an email about this issue and the customer service responded my email almost immediately. Now I can transfer all data to the new phone. Super happy with this app. Recommend this app for anybody who want to customize accounts and categories. I also love a cute bear - the icon of this app. I can also change background color of the app. I have tried so many app in Apple Store and google store, but cannot find any app that allows me to create sub-category (for each category). I also can create sub-category when Use transfer function.

Great App. I have been using this app for about 2 years and have been happy with its use. It is easy to use and the sync setup allows me to have it on multiple devices. Overall, great easy app to use with lots of data points to track all your spending.

Most confusing budget app. I have spent hours or days trying to figure out how to use this app but have finally given up just when I thought I had it figured out I found another issue. When paying bills the money wouldn't come off my checking account balance and I couldn't find a way I could find an accurate balance of my accounts. I went through the user manual over and over. Way too complicated and definitely not user friendly. Great idea but poorly executed. Was looking for a user friendly app to budget my money that would sync across iOS, Android and Windows which it does but it is just so difficult to figure out usually I can figure out apps easily but not this one.

Excellent Expense Tracker. Excellent expense tracker without giving away your valuable data to big corporations! Although you need to manually input every expense, this is very easy to use. After you setup the initial expense list (say it takes about 1-2months), Andro Money will auto select your expense without typing again by default.

Autosync is broken / data is being corrupted without any particular reason. I have a few issues, please assist: 1. Autosync is erroring out tried to delete and connect to google again no luck. Tried to restart no luck. If i switch it off will i be able to use my iCloud to back the data up? 2. This is extremely important issue that needs to be addressed ASAP. Not sure why but some records lost their date. So if i search i find a record but the date is non valid (null) why this is happening and how to fix it ? Can send you screenshots if required or any assistance from my side to get it fixed as it make the whole app useless if it looses dates throughout time. Is it possible to have you contact to discuss this issue and how to fix it. 3. Not so urgent , Dark mode, is it possible to add dark mode ?

Best personal finance app I have found. Works really well iPhone

Frequently screen freeze with this current version on iPhone. Screen freeze frequently (5x within a short time frame of 3 mins) which requires me to restart the app. Would be better if they can update the app more frequently to fix this issue

Hope it can be improved!. It’s a good app with great function. But I can’t sync properly! All details sync but except one day. So my balance is different from my boyfriend, which using same account. I don’t know how to do and how to fix this. A little bit disappointed.

Love the app - but having a problem. Love this app. Have been using it for years now! It does everything I need it to do, and it’s cross-platform! However, I used to be able to restore from backups without issue, but I have a new device and nothing I’ve tried seems to work! I’m at a loss. Hopefully the developer sees this and helps out!
