If you decide to subscribe you will pay the price set for your country, as shown in the app. Furthermore, your subscription gives you access to all 3 Freeletics Training Coaches - BodyWeight, Gym and Running, without any additional subscription fee. In order to use your 2 other training systems, download the Freeletics Running and Freeletics Gym Apps on the AppStore.
The subscription automatically renews if it is not cancelled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription expiring. It is not possible to cancel an existing in-app subscription. You can disable the automatic renewal function at any time by adjusting your account settings.

Decent app; good variety with coaching, but would be good to be able to see notes from previous workouts. Hard to learn, without that.
Great app has helped in my search for fitness all updates welcome with new exercises and conditioning etc would be nice if running up and nutrition all rolled into one

Bodyweight for Life
Freeletics takes the guess work out of working out. I always hated rummaging through different workout routines. I enjoy that coach adapts to my performance. Some weeks are better than others, but my coach is patient with me and takes me a day at a time. I love the bodyweight routines as it is difficult to get hurt using your own weight. If you can't do anymore, your body won't let you. Athletic build is the way to go. Health. Endurance. Strength. All of them are found with Freeletics.

Simple yet SUPER EFFECTIVE!!!! Very clear instructions. Although, It would be nice if I didn't have to download each instruction to know how to do the motions
Love the app. Would be nice to have substitutions for e.g. Sprints, when these are nor possible or wanted.

There should be more free workouts for people who can't afford the coach. You quickly run out of new things to do.
I like this app. It is designed well and has many exercises and workouts. However, it is kind of annoying how you do not get to enjoy certain features unless you pay.

Great concept and great execution; exercise plan requiring little to no equipment. Good variety. Incorporates appropriate warm ups and cool downs including really good stretching which people like me would otherwise skip. Highly recommend to people who don't have time to hit the weight room or don't have access to weights on a regular basis.
