Not too happy. The app does not launch (-at least in iPhone). Used only on website which keeps crashing. Other fixtures still needed.

Waste of time ads have No prices. I use this for about two weeks I discovered it’s a waste of time. You have to call every ad to get a price nobody has that kind of energy to be calling phone numbers to get a price on all the ads they have. Only to find out if you’re interested or not.

Force me to enable the notifications. Every time i open the app. I got a message to activate the notification , i have no other option, I have to press OK and it will take me to the notification , I think I should have an option to press cancel in the app. Message

Search is very inaccurate. You miss so many good offers because the search have to be very specific to find what you’re looking for, also scroll down for ages for you to get items with price when sorting by price, more options should be implemented to make the search easier

I got scammed. My brother tried to sell a shoe but it took 40 riyals from his bank and it wanted to take more but we didn’t let it

Where is the customer service ?. I have been trying to email and contact the app as I made a payment and my adv wasn’t posted for the amount I paid I have tried to explain in my first email but my issue wasn’t solved

Jo search ad. After last update , I can't post job search add. Very confusing .I hope it return at first. So can know about my ads .

No customer support and worst UI. They never reply to their WhatsApp number. I don’t know why you would mention that there’s a WhatsApp customer support number if you never reply to customers!! The app needs a lot of work. It’s so slow and the UI is one of the worst I’ve ever used on my iPhone. So unfriendly. You need to hire new UI designers. Also, some people are giving 1 star reviews for absolutely no reason.

General. Really I don’t know how much the open souq add value to my choices, every day like to review the new items which is available at souq.

The e secondhand stores. This app has always been my second choice when new podcasts prices burn up! I could get many useful things throughout the past years yet It’s a bit puzzling for me now getting used with the latest update. Much appreciated guys

Unusable after last update. Developers for some reason forces you to accept push notifications to use the application. They removed the "not now" button if you want to opt out. Even after you accept the forced option on you, it does nothing. Just an unpressable button.

Makes the iPhone to overheat. Ok application, but my biggest complaint is that when i ran the application it overheats the iphone like abnormal heat that prevents me from continuing using the phone

Feedback on V9.2.01. Removing the location filter before going into sub-categories is a mistake (used to be available in V9.2.00 Because after going into sub-categories I have to change the location/city. And no filter location in Mobiles and Tablets menu. Please please please add a preferred location/city to be fixed by the users before browsing the menus, this is really frustrating. Having a Preferred search is not convenient Also why going back to old submenu designs, used to look much better in V9.2.00

The apps needs work. Everytime I open the app, it requests that I allow notification. I don’t want notification and I don’t want to see that page every single time I open the app. It’s a shame that you have to keep pushing people that way.

The version 8.8.00 is not user friendly.. Takes you lot of time to figure out where do you want to search. Previous version were easier and more user friendly. Finding it hard to find what you looking for

The app is lagging. It’s very frustrating to use this app! The ux is bad 1-why am I asked a million times if I want to turn on the notifications and each time I open the app? I DON’T WANT TO!! LEAVE ME ALONE 2- Messages are not sorted according to date.. at the top of the messaging list I see messages 3 years ago and there’s no way to sort them by date and no way to delete old messages. 3- searching for something always gives irreverent results And many more

SCAM ALERT!! BEWARE. I have never written a review before but this is a must! This app is a SCAM! I had two SCAMMERS asking me to ship my product to them then they’ll send me the money. Im not a fool and you should do something about removing those people! You are getting people into trouble. I do not recommend this app to anyone and I won’t! Until you fix this stupid problem. There is no way for us to report them because they directly send message to me through WhatsApp. In order for this app to have a better future you have to fix it or you’re going to loose a lot of people just like you lost me!

Amazing application to use specifically in Libya. The crisis happening in Libya make it very difficult to get what I want but this app is perfect on getting my dream things, I saved up money through months to get video games and this makes it easy to find new cheap ones too!

THEY DON’T MENTION REMOVED FEATURES. I use the app regularly to sell things I don’t need anymore, I read the update notes with added features and bugs fixing, and to my surprise they removed the free republish option without even saying. That’s a total scam to be dragged into update with removed features

Tuns of scammers and unhelpful support closed my account. I met a scammer in the app and i gave him a 1 star review and a false ad and reported him to opensooq on whatsapp they closed his account l and a day after the scammer reported me with a false ad and one star review and my account got closed for no reason at all even though i followed all terms and conditions. Support doesnt answer me in 4 says of asking why my account is closed and at last they replied with “We closed your account because people were suspicious of your activity” even though its only one guy who fase reported me, i regret spending money on this app. And the support team are lazy and slow in replies and usually unhelpful i recommend 4sale

Abusing App by the real state offices. I was normally using this app to rent apartment in Amman, but recently, most or all of the Advs are generated by the real state offices which is not a logic for me, I was in love with this App when I was able to reach the owner directly, but now it’s useless for me.

Mediocre. Possibly the worst ux in history. One day (a while ago) I got over 15 push notifications.

Heavy and not responsive. The app is heavy and it always not responsive when I scroll down to see the other ads. Sometimes it lag and open an ad or clicking like for ads while I scroll down.

Terrible verification system. Not everyone uses WhatsApp. Not everyone has a middle eastern number assigned to their WhatsApp. And even then the links didn’t work.

Suggestion. It's a nice and useful app. but it needs more options to be perfect, for example is better to add 'hide' this is to remove the selling ads whom I not interested with, so this ads will not appear to me but for the others still see it, also is better to give flexibility to stop the notification from some ads, because I still receive notifications from old ads that I become not interested with them, Thanks,

Good but lot of room for improvement. Nice app in general, but there should be a way to prevent people from posting ads with no prices or bogus prices ... the site is full of dealers(tujjar) especially in car section and real estate section most of which just spam the app with tons of ads with no real prices, no photos and no real information ... cut the junk ads from tujjar and control the quality of the ads and the app should be much better

Good app. I liked this application, it's useful and helpful for both sellers and buyers. There's room for improvement thought, specially in organizing items in the correct fields, i.e., you don't want to see cars while you are searching for boots! as an example. Otherwise good useful app, i liked it. 👍🏻
