This app is everything I could ask for. it's very intuitive with 3D video to show even the beginners on how to master new workout routines. I like the various categories of workouts embedded in this app and especially the workouts of the month is very neat. The facts they motivate you with hearts, if the user loses a total of 3 heart it'll reset the percentage of progress the user obtained back to zero (everybody hates starting over). But in all this app is my favourite, its available on almost all platforms; windows 10, IOS, Androids. I know when I switch devices I got this app to help me accomplished my goals.
My twice a week sessions with a trainer ended and I needed to make sure I kept staying active. This app gives me a great way to stay in shape and keep to my goals. I wish there was a little for variance with the workouts without having to pay but it still does the job.
Would be 5 stars.... but
This is a very good App but be aware after a major update your prior workout purchases might disappear. Very annoying.
Support won't even respond to issues
The concept of this app is great and if it worked consistently since the recent update it would be fine. I continue to have issues every day and can't even get support to respond. As others have noted the app dies during workouts but still hear the audio but can't stop the work out. I could restart it but then I have 2 workouts going at the same time with different audio- weird. Also I get notifications that I have lost a heart but yet I have worked out. At least Apple recognizes that workouts. Fix the bugs.
I give it 5 *️⃣

Great app for single workouts
I've noticed a difference walking up the stairs after using this app for just a week. It's great for just getting in a little daily exercise. Makes a difference!
Only used free version
By Really, ok?!
The paid version looks cool. The free version is repetitive.
I just love this app. It's very good for whole body workouts. But the application says that I've burnt 99 calories but writes only 11 calories to activity/health app 😔
Sorry, no changes mentioned😕 Crashing watch every time!

How did it just get better?! This whole idea that we simple consumers need to just be happy that updates come and make everything better is garbage. We want to be informed of the improvements, even if they're just "bug fixes". It'd be better to know what was changed, what bugs were fixed, and what differences we should expect to see. This helps the informed consumers to make a decision as to whether or not the update should be downloaded.
Latest version (4/4/17) crashed on the watch with 25 seconds left, only, it kept going audibly, but went back to the watch face. When I returned to the app, it showed the start screen, so I didn't get credit.
Second time in a row-4/5/17
Again, but this time it died out 1/2 way through-4/11/17
Crashes every single time I try and use it on the watch-4/20/17
