Great App. I've been using this app for a couple years now to edit my yoga videos for Instagram and I love it. I can speed up, add music, splice videos together, add text. It does everything I need and is easy to use.

GREAT! + minor fix. I love this app, it's simple to use and includes awesome features. One of those I take the most advantage of is it's chroma key- but there's a minor problem. When the chroma key is rendered, there's a noticeable cut out from the bottom of the screen. I don't know why it does this, but please fix it! That'd be great! (If you can't see it, chroma key any video and compare it to the original background footage).

I have been hoping beyond hope for an editing program with the user-friendly simplicity, yet complex abilities of the former Windows Media Movie Maker (yes, I’m talking about from way back when our computers still had screens the size of a cardboard box). This app is all of that and so much more! If you make indie movies, viral videos, or want to up your Instagram storify game, this app is a MUST HAVE. Great Editing App. Can you add a way to name the video from the settings screen as you load your video for editing?

Love It. Great for basic video editing - can add music, easily slow mo or speed up clips seamlessly, filter and use display settings, lots of little editing options. I use it for posting on Instagram but once u delete originals from ur albums, the edited video is gone too, just FYI.

Perfect. This is awesome. Perfect in every way. I use it every day for Instagram and love the new split video feature. Seriously. It's like a mini, easier to use version of iMovie.

Pausing when splitting. When I am using the split tool in this app, I have to continually pause and play it so I can make direct cuts throughout the video, but everytime I pause the video it tends to go backward first and then start playing, this is extremely annoying and makes it difficult for me to make accurate cuts. Please change this feature

Love this app. I began filming and editing videos last year and just messing around with a lot of free apps. Once I started getting better and wanted a more professional approach to editing. I did some research on the best apps for iOS for this reason. I came across perfect video and I instantly bought it after. Hearing reviews on it and I must say I’m am not one but disappointed. If your looking to really take your editing and projects to a another level definitely purchase this app. Only flaw is on the trim you can’t like take bits and parts out it just cuts the basic part from beginning or whatever. Not a big flaw but definitely would like to to the trim feature more active and precise. Super great app and I’ll put this app before all others.

One of my favorite video editing apps. I don't usually like rating apps unless I really have something to say about it. This app is REALLY good! Chroma key works really good, pip is awesome, you can adjust thing you adjust to photos like brightness, contrast and temperature, there is a couple more thing but for me, those are the most relevants. You can add music and cut it to the part you want it to sound. Can add text, trim and cut. Can adjust the size pf the video, I mean, if your video is in landscape amd it is supposed to go portrait you can change it and fix it with this app This apps is one in a million and that's what makes it so good. I highly recommend it!! It is really worth it!

Favorite app. This is the only app I've ever considered paying for pro and I don't regret it, I edit videos every other day using this app over my MacBook 🙃 I give this 5/5 because it functions, it's easy and has a lot of options. The only thing I could ask them do to is to make an option to remove the volumes of all clips in the string instead of going one by one. Which I don't mind just would make things easier

LOVE This App + SUGGESTION.. This has been the best and most easiest to use app to create videos. I particularly got it to speed up and slow down videos but have found so many other features I know I'll be using in the future. If they could just add a looping feature for the videos, it would certainly eliminate the need to have any other video app, at least for me.

Great for Absolute Beginners. I am not technologically savvy and perfect video is great for a beginner like me. It's good if you want to edit a video with basic features. I have now graduated to a slightly more advanced video editing software system but I still use Perfect Video in conjunction with it.

AMAZING! +Some Suggestions. I have been using this app for all my editing for 2 years. I have never had a problem with lag/crashing and it works perfectly for my videos.. I just have a few things I would add to definitely make this a better app! First, in the "subtitle" bar, can there be a (-0.1) and (+0.1) button in it? I would use this so so much and it would make my editing much easier. Second, I don't know if this is possible or not, but I would like the ability to resize my images in-app to a 1920x1080 size I use for all my videos. Third, can there be an option to copy-paste multiple videos/pictures at a time? This would help a lot as most of my videos involve repetition. This feature would also be amazing in the "Subtitle", "PiP", and "Trim" parts of the video editor. Thank you!

This is my favorite VIDEO APP. When I want a complete video probably project I go to BEST VIDEO. Remember when you used to make videos on your old computer... well this a thousand percent easier, faster and a lot more fun. With the added music option, which I love. No more black edged boxes because the photos and videos can be cropped to fit. The BEST part is that you can combine photos and videos together. Enjoy.

The best app for video editing, five stars. This program is the best app there is in Apple store right now, it cost more than what they offer, I mean it just perfect, this is a final cut prototype, this is seriously cheap for what it can do, don’t read this feedback, just buy it before they raise the price, now!

Music library issues. The app now restricts use of copyrighted music HOWEVER it is inaccurate and labeling royalty free music albums as Such. Very frustrating since I own those albums to use in my videos and not this glitch is preventing me from using them. Please fix this. Now in the most recent update I cannot preview my audio and chill I save it. This makes it troublesome for me to see if I would like to use the song I have chosen. Please fix I really like this app and use it all the time but the newest update is very buggy

iPhone 10 bug. I’ve used this app on my iPhone 6 and it worked great but in the iPhone 10 I cannot access many of the Functions at the bottom under edits.. for instance, I cannot scroll over to the speed adjustment. It only shows the first few edit options and I cannot scroll to the others. Please let me know if there is a bug fix or update for this.

Needs update. Great video editor, use it all the time. Really needs to be updated for iOS 14.6 though

Awesome and easy to use. Cannot recommend this app enough! I’ve tried many video editors and they all fell short of what I wanted. This one did not. It had everything I wanted and needed to splice together video clips into one big video, and then some. Captions, transitions, and more. Almost perfect. One “bonus” thing I think would be useful is a Censor feature to allow a box to be drawn and the sound to be dumped, or a beep/sound to be played to cover up foul language.

Crop+Zoom. If you fixed the crop/zoom feature to be more like iMovie it would be way better.

Help!. I love this app and I’ve been using it for years. I deleted it for a while but I just downloaded it again, and it’s not working. When I try to insert a photo or video, it says that it’s unavailable because it’s in iCloud and not on my device, although the photo/video is in my photo album. I have been fortunate enough to see the changing of the guards in Arlington National Cemetery, England, Greece, Peru, and Cuba.

TUTORIAL, PLEASE!! I BEG YOU!!!. I cannot FOR THE LIFE of me figure out how to remove a section from the middle of my video. I have spent an hour searching the internet for any instruction AT ALL. Everyone is all hung up on how great it is to put colorful text on their video, or make the background colored ... what the heck?! I tried using the Split feature and all it does is remove a split second of it. How the HELL do you remove a full minute from the video? PLEASE, SOMEONE TELL ME BEFORE I HAVE TO PAY FOR YET ANOTHER APP!!!!!

Great and app, but needs to update for new iPhoneX. Great and app, i use it for editing all of my IG videos. However the app needs an update of it’s controls and features to be used on the new iPhoneX screen layout

Dream Editor. By far one of the best editors for me. It has everything a basic editor needs, plus more! Not only that, but many editors have a SUBSCRIPTION. This is literally just a one-time purchase, and you get to keep all the pro features forever! My device (iPhone 6S) has horrible storage (16GB), and the fact that this app only weighs around 50MB is a dream come true! Normally I'm not one to leave reviews, but this editor impressed me in many ways. Definitely worth the purchase.

Name Fits. I have tried plenty of apps like Perfect Video. This one is by far the best. Takes a little time to learn all the things available for editing your photos and videos but well worth it.

This app works great. I think this app is amazing it works perfectly for my videos sometimes I wish it had other options but I mean one thing can only do so much now if you want something that can edit your videos you could put other videos and you could add Texter titles to this is that for you if you want anything else then go get something else!!!!?

Is it possible. An excellent added possibility would be to to be able to follow lyrics along with pictures to follow lines or beats. Seeing a sound wave under pictures being entered to tap and play at the moment to see exactly when to phase in photo.

Great slideshow maker. This is the only iOS app I have found that will make a tiny video from a series of images. Most iOS apps (including iMovie) will generate a movie that hugely blows up the file size. Lots of controls, including adding multiple images at a time and global settings for image duration, transition effects, and "fit image" vs. "fill image".

Great editor! No length restriction!. This is the best of the mobile video editing apps and I've tried almost all of them. Long videos and great flexibility are the main features I need. I would LOVE chroma-key capability and PLEASE allow font style, background and color defaults to be set globally instead of per-project. Overall, thanks for a well thought-out and executed application!

Best I've found!. I have not found anything I don't like yet about this app. I have been using it for about a year. I would and have recommended it.

Movements within a clip?. I love this app so much, and it’s the only video editing app I use. And I was wondering if maybe an edit could be added where you edit within the video? It’s not a transition, but you could make the video clip pulse, zoom in while the video is playing, or slightly shake, and you can set when that effect plays? I hope this makes sense, but I would love this effect!

Need More Sound Effects & Music. Very used friendly and useful app. It has also got several unique features. The biggest disappointment is because of lack of smooth sound effects and lack of soft music. If they are added, this app. would undoubtedly deserve a 5 star rating.

Nice App. Tried a couple of apps but most were not editors just video effects. Ok this is not a full blown editor but sitting here in the hotel room it was so easy to use and upload direct to YouTube I am impressed. I started with the free version and then upgraded. Not sure how ipad recorded video would go as I am transferring video from my HD video camera onto the ipad for editing.

Good app. Good app, great for use with the iPad. Only problem that I have is that there needs to be a user manual. Easy to use up front, and I found my way around it, but I'm sure there is more that I can do with the footage, but there is nothing to tell me about how to do it.

Unimpressed. I did some filming on a recording app for ios and paid money on this to edit it and it didn't load properly giving it a black screen so if i could request to make an update on it so it can use that format that would be awesome but good editing app besides that little problem

Perfect Video. Hey. This is a great app. It is really helpful. I am doing debating at school at the moment and this app is a good way to persuade the judges. A way that u could improve is to add an optional repeat button so the slideshow repeats when u r presenting. Besides that this app is great and worth spending a little money as it is helpful

Good but... It is a great video app and I've made some good videos. It is worth the money I paid for it but it could use some functions like video effects (such as B/W and sepia tone.) and clip fast forward and reversing. All and all I still use and love this app

Close to perfect. Just a few suggestions 1) Add Asian font families (would love to have more than one font face for Chinese characters 😿 2) Improve precision (e.g. font size can only be adjusted by slide bar with finger currently, which can be difficult when user wants to be more precise with the sizes. It is true currently you can adjust it close from 1-2-3-4 by the T button but anything in between will take much time and effort and you may still not get what you want 🙁 3) Allow different fade in / our times for subtitles (currently the fade in and fade out speed is set to be the same... which is usable but can get better 😳😳😳 Otherwise this app is really good!! A worthy buy!

Paid version impossible to download.. Latest update of this app won't download. It says my iPad is not compatible (iPad 4 retina). How convenient, it was compatible enough to take my money a few updates ago. I am not happy.

This App isn't what it used to be. I'm serious. Although many problems have been fixed, the one problem that seems to not be fixed no matter what type of video you're uploading, is that it will NEVER upload your videos in HD!! It used to let you upload in 720-1080p, but now whenever I try uploading something, the app only allows you to upload in 540p, which isn't good when you're a YouTuber. Can you guys PLEASE fix this?!

So far so good! BUY IT!. I use to use VidLab but then that app with 1 update recently destroyed all the major keys to using their app such as being able to put PNG photos over top of videos. Which is a huge deal to me and was actually the sole purpose for me needing it. I looked everywhere for an app that had that feature again and then I found this app. This app is simply amazing! I pray the app developers DONT change a single thing to the way you use the app! Don't be like one of those apps that changes the entire look and feel of the app because you have a really really GOOD thing going here so please don't do what other idiotic app developers do and wreck a good thing. You can always add to an app just don't ever remove anything because as it stands this app your app has EVERYTHING you need it's AMAZING! I bought the PRO VERSION immediately after making only one video with the lite version. I love it and be proud because this is the best video editing app on the market in the App Store right now. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 big pat on the back to the developers

Bonne application. Sérieusement, j'adore votre application, même si c'est un peu cher, je trouve que c'est rentable. Certaines personnes disent avoir une qualité pourrie mais sur iPad je la trouve très bien. En tout cas je conseille l'app gratuite à moins que vous vouliez absolument importer vos vidéos.

Please add scrolling end credits. I really enjoy the app and it works well. The only thing that it needs is scrolling end credits. This is a very useful tool to make a video professional and well done. If this feature was added I would give this app a 5 star rating hands down. Also if Chroma Key could work a little better that would be great.

It is useful!. I had used this for a number of years now, It's true it didn't have everything I need like using programs on a pc but it's very useful even though it is just an app. Honestly I wanted to play a number of audio files at time, same with videos.
