Doesn't work with Office365. The way they have implemented Microsoft AAD/Office365 accounts makes it not work for Office365 accounts anymore. It doesn't work any of my tenants and I had 3x other people from other companies try and it doesn't work for them either. I've already reached out to support in the past and they basically said they knew it was a problem but it wasn't a priority to fix.

Can’t un-sync contacts. It automatically synced contacts. I really wanted to keep things separate. The auto-sync feature is now making it nearly impossible to use with Zapier which is one of the reasons I got full contact and went premium in the first place. Not sure how I can get this fixed. If I can get the contacts to stay separate or sync and get zapier to work again 5 stars...we shall see

Zero help if you’re not paying.. I added three business cards to the system just yesterday. I didn’t really check to make sure that they fully cleared but I got confirmations on All three after putting them in the system so I assumed they were good. The number of cards I had left available in the free plan decreased And that was enough confirmation for me that everything went smoothly. Cards in the trash. Come to the contacts up in all contacts today my number is still the same as if the three contacts were fully loaded, however zero contacts were in for yesterday. I don’t care if it’s a glitch It might never happen again. But it’s enough to make me never want to use your product again.

Works well and improvements are coming. It’s been a great app so far. It’s nice that real people are working behind the scenes to clean it up and improve it and are responsive to customer suggestions. Flexible options to search, sort and print contact details is the next enhancement I hope to see...and I know they are already working on it. Keep up the good work.

I Want to Like FullContact, But.... I first tried this app months ago, found it problematic, and abandoned it. Then, two days ago, it renewed my interest, but was unable to synch my Google contacts because of my previous attempt months ago, which solidly identifies my Google contacts with my earlier entanglement with FullContact. The app advises me to contact support, which I did 48 hours ago, but no response so far. If I don’t hear anything by tomorrow at this time, FullContact will once again be deleted from my iPhone.

Accurate!. I’ve been using FullContact now for a couple of years. Transcription by a real person is way more accurate than OCR card scanners, especially when people seem to insist on using light print on dark color cards with font so small you can hardly see it with a magnifying glass. Adding tags to contacts is very helpful, I can search by tag to find contacts that I met at the same business meeting or are in the same kind of work.

Big problems with contacts + and poor customer service. I’ve been using this program since it was introduced and have had odd random and spurious losses of contacts since I started to sync it with my google contacts. Sometimes 10 and sometimes 50. It deletes them on my phone and in google contacts which leaves me in a very bad way. I have been reaching out to the developer recently to figure out how or why this has been happening but generally they have not responded at all. Finally they responded recently, after an extended period of time, and they said their policy is not to talk with customers. After years of trying to wait for their updates to fix the problem I give up. To date they have not refunded my money, after I requested it, which makes me even more disappointed. So sad!

You had to cancel the desktop app. I have never written a review so it tells you my state of mind. I have been using this for years. I travel a lot and don’t work off the cloud for obvious reasons - not every inch of the world is connected. Not sure why you decided to cancel the desktop app and make web browser only. Not only is my precious workflow screwed up but your web app can’t measure up. So now I have to waste my time figuring out a new app.

Not as good as the Full Contact app was. Please Fix. Time to fix this app. There are basic things I could do in Full Contact that I cannot do anymore. For example, mass edit tags and order my contacts by click and drag. I’m so disappointed in the changes made, that my request is to go back and match this app feature for feature with old app prior to anything else. As you fix it, please consider that the old navigation was replaced with a weaker navigation. I don’t mind change, but it needs to improve instead of getting worse. So, now that you have consolidated your brand, please fix the UX. We are paying business customers and don’t want to upgrade when we see features being removed left and right.

Wrangled my contacts across every platform without trying. LOVE FullContact. Bit the bullet and paid for premium. Never going back. It keeps all my contacts in sync and enriched them with pictures and data from god knows what other sources but it just works without me trying. Seems like little things but I’d never go back. “How’d you know my Github handle, hometown, and corporate pic from LinkedIn!?” -my contacts thinking I’m just well organized

Gmail add-on doesn’t work. I WAS happy with the service when it was Full Contact, now that it is Contacts+ I tolerate the app. Two main issues, the main view page for a contact is awkward; the name blocks useful info (usually try to copy addy or email) unless you size the window perfectly. Also, I appreciated the gmail Full Contact add-on. With the “upgrade” to Contact+, the add-on no longer works. Pinged support and got no response. I hope the developers stop trying to make this pretty and get back to the Full Contact functionality.

Selvyn ‘SELE’ Price - Creative Director. I’ve been looking for a business card reader and multiple platform syncing tool..having too much fun watching contacts and cards syncing up! Really good and responsive..No lags or hang ups..real time and for the cost it’s perfect!

I like it!. I really like the application but for some reason I continue to have trouble with the syncing. I never get it setup the way I want it. I have a CRM and wish FullContact would work with it as far as syncing. I do know that there are many contact apps on the market and none of them are perfect but FullContact comes much closer than the others I have tried. It would be great if FullContact would allow scheduling with Outlook. It may seem redundant but it wouldn’t be. Outlook has taken so much of their concentration away from their contacts part of the programming that it would be a wonderful integration to work with.

Downhill. I've been a premium subscriber for over 2 years and in the past few months the app and service have gone downhill. They stopped support for local contact syncing and the app suddenly stopped syncing to iCloud. When I removed and re-added my iCloud account it created duplicates. The app also stopped finding and merging duplicates. Sad as this was the best alternative contact app for iOS but it is definitely heading in the wrong direction.

Screwed my contacts up.. I wanted this app to work -even paid for 5years up front when they offered me a deal two years ago. So i gave it plenty of time and it just kept getting worse and worse. The de-duplicate feature was screwing up my contacts. It was merging people with the same names even though they were not the same person. I’m now working to clean my contacts after Fullcontact worked its ‘magic’.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. Unless you wish for your contacts to become disorganized, deleted, or otherwise corrupted, please do not use this app. As mentioned by others, there is zero support for the product that is of any use. The instructions provided are inaccurate and do not give the promised results. The experience has caused such a tremendous amount of damage to my small business that I have asked the company to help me revert my records to their original state. I also requested a full-refund, but as of yet they have refused it. I will consider other legal remedies against the company. I will also contact Apple to express my concern.

Deleting contacts. Like the other guy said, I had hundreds of contacts erroneously deleted. I’ve been a paying customer for years, but when I contact support, they just ask for example after example and don’t do anything. I even contacted the head of technology and he said they are a small team and too backed up. Unless you don’t care about losing contacts, stay away. The main reason I was using this was to sync my different accounts. Instead, I got an app for $5 that syncs my google with iCloud/iPhone AND the groups actually work!

Won’t update my ios contacts.. I paid the $99 for a year subscription a few years ago and have been pleased till this year. I don’t know if it is my new Apple phone or the Contact+ software. However, it doesn’t update my phone contacts anymore. I won’t be renewing again unless they fix it before my due date.

Premium service just doesn’t work. I subscribe to Full Contact Premium for one purpose: to keep my Office 365 and iCloud contacts in sync. It consistently fails at this. Support is always very nice, offers up apologies, works with their internal team to fix the issue, and all is fine for a few weeks. Then it breaks again. This is for “plain Jane”, standard, nothing odd about them Office 365 and iCloud subscriptions. I am now sick of this, and hope to find a better solution. Full Contact is just not reliable.

BEWARE, BAIT AND SWITCH - DO NOT DOWNLOAD. FullContact is a complete SCAM and waste of money. FullContact created multiple duplicates on my contacts. It took me from 814 contacts to well over 2000!!! That indeed is not the case - FullContact does sync all of your contacts if you have added Outlook and iCloud, however, we do not suggest having any other 3d party apps, or another connection between iCloud - Outlook or vice versa. My contacts have irreversibly been messed up by FullContact and their customer support has no method or understanding of fixing or restore my original contacts. BEWARE of FullContacts false claims and advertising. They cannot do what they state they can do. This app is a complete scam and waste of money.

Crappy business model. First of all, i love this software and its features but i hate the way they evolved the software and their business model over time. They used to support one time pay with no ads and no limits on number of contacts to sync to one sync source. I am a great fan of buying software which support single time payment and I did so. This software worked until they made some stupid decision (not to support one time way users and break the promise made to their customers in terms of the features their software would provide to one time pay customers). Due to this crappy change, none of the features listed above work anymore and they force customers who complain to go for subscription based model. Are you guys insane? May be make the newer versions work the way you want and let the older versions continue to work they used to. I do not want to teach these guys how to model their upgrades and how to provide good customer obsession. They don’t care if the changes breaks customers and all they want is to monetize the product they built. Every company is looking at monetization in the end and I don’t disagree, but you can’t ditch your customers. So i am sharing my story so others can learn about this company before spending their precious money on their products.

What happened to this app??. There must have been an update that logged me out. I tried to log back in but it will not let me. So I used the forgot password function and I never get an email to change my password. I tried to create a new account and it says this email is already in use. Don’t they check these apps before they update them to make sure they work? My doesn’t.

The only way to manage My contacts. FullContact is the only way to manage Contacts. I would never go back to Apple Contacts or Google contacts. Strongly strongly recommend.

Meh. This app is EXPENSIVE! Really, your address book is now a subscription? They gotta put something in the koolaid to make me buy that premise. But I bought it anyway because I have a lot of contacts and wanted them to sync seamlessly and effortlessly. So did they? No, not effortlessly anyway. I got some degree of functionality but they had a bug and their tech support didn’t help. Their answer was “it is just the Mac app that has an issue” and urged me to use the web version. Seriously, for an app that costs $100/year? So I canceled my subscription. I’m currently looking for an alternative that works and doesn’t require a mortgage.

Apple Cloud sync w/2 step authentication. I want to sync with my iCloud contacts and need to logon my Apple account. However I use 2 step authentication. I need to create an app specific password but can’t as the app’s name can’t have a special character, namely ‘+’ in Contacts+. How do I create that password.

Great for my contacts.. iCloud was not updating so i tried Full Contact. It’s great, even the free version. When I need to subscribe I will, you can do all kinds of stuff. I dont see myself going back to the standard contact app that comes with the phone. Only my second app review to write ever, normally dont take the time.

Perfection is a must. As an EA, I have to enter in all business cards for my execs. I loathe this task. I seek perfection and so do they when it comes to having their contacts entered in right. I tried the first 10 is free. Unfortunately, I found 4 errors in my contacts. Paying attention to detail is important. I’d hope they didn’t just miss a few things intentionally because of the first 10 is free and that the paid subscription is perfect because I don’t want to have to go back into entering my own contacts. Still trying to decide if we should pay for the subscription.

18 Months Contacts+ experience. I use the iPhone app, browser interface, and MAC app to maintain a list of about 500 contacts all in an association. I use several custom Field names and the google sheets integration. This app excelled at maintaining the list of contact separate from my Phone’s native list. I don’t want the two lists to mix so this is perfect. I also use it for my personal contacts in two separate accounts. The only time I had any issue support was very quick to respond and tipped me off to a potential cause. They were right and I was able to correct the problem.

Excellent Product but Slow and Buggy Apps. The product concept and the service this product provides are excellent. As a paying subscriber, I use Full Contact regularly and have recommended it to many others. However, this is a review of the app, which is slow and buggy. Some of its problems include: - It keeps suggesting I merge two contacts that I have told it more than 50 times I don’t want to merge because they are two different people with different first names, different emails, and different phones. However, to my annoyance, FullContact persists on telling me to merge them. Every single time it syncs. - It often shows the “green dot” for updates but when I click to see, there are no updates. This is also a major annoyance of the app. - The app is slow. I have over 5,000 contacts stored in it, but the app claims to be able to handle more, so it should not be so slow.

Great app!. I have had this app for a few months. It is great at inputting the info just from the photo of the card. It is a little slow to sync, but other than that it is perfect for working with Outlook.

Gone from “just ok” to horrible. I started using the app about 2 years ago and up until mid to late 2019 it worked pretty smoothly. Recently (and after paying $99 for another full year) the app has been automatically overwriting my contacts with outdated information pulled from LinkedIn or other online sources without my approval. As you can imagine, this is extremely frustrating. Support has been useless as well. Very unhappy (and unfortunately paying) customer. Anyone have suggestions on other contacts apps that could replace this?

Great app For keeping contacts straight. I can look at my contacts on my laptop. I can organize contacts by group. I can search for contacts on my laptop without fat fingering it on my phone. I can connect with mail chimp through Zapier. Full Contact is a great resource.

Mashup madness. I downloaded this app, gave permission to five different email addresses to sync the contacts and was forced to pay to sync. What happened next was all 5290 of my contacts populated my Google contacts in all of my email accounts on Gmail online, mixing up a neighborhood group with a government group with a business group with a theater group, all in the same contact list and in every single email account. What a mess. I tried to look up one random contact and found A FULL PAGE OF REPEATED SINGLE CONTACT displayed on my phone. Then I couldn’t even open my calendars. I want my money back.

Problems using with iPhone 11. I cannot Merge my contacts from my iPhone 11 contacts app. The the two factor authentication on my iPhone account is preventing it. I cannot turn the 2 step authentication off on my iPhone. But the ContactsPlus app does not clearly specify exactly what I can do to avoid that. I need technical assistance.

Business card transcription not good. There is a lot I like about this service. But the business card transcription has gotten REALLY sloppy, and that’s one of the prime motivators for my using it. Missing numbers and social media and addresses. No point in luring customers with transcriptions by humans if they’re not doing the job properly. If they get this part of their act together it would be five stars.

So, so sad. This *used to* be a great app. Unfortunately, my favorite app has been completely destroyed and I will have no choice but to cancel my paid subscription with ContactsPlus. My contacts are a MESS - suddenly, out of nowhere. Many of my contacts have been changed and now include inaccurate information from their crappy AI. This app used to be AWESOME and I was happy to pay $100 per year for the convenience of syncing my contacts across multiple platforms, maintaining a separate address book for my team and for personal use, and the (what used to be) super smart AI which provided suggestions for contact details as scraped from across the internet. Today, my contacts are a complete mess. Contact information data is mixed up and inaccurately merged with other contacts, I have contacts missing, important contact call notes are gone too. Just unacceptable. Not to mention the damage done to ALL of my address books. Google Contacts and iCloud Contacts are synced with my ContactsPlus address book. It would be one thing if only my ContactsPlus contacts were messed up, but this app made SURE to sync the inaccuracies across ALL my address books and contacts lists. This is SUCH A SHAME. WHY DID YOU KILL SUCH A BEAUTIFUL THING? Why?! To you, ContactsPlus, I bid farewell. I’m taking my money elsewhere and will no longer recommend ContactsPlus to anyone ever again. Shame on you guys.

New User. Just started using the app yesterday, very impressed so far. I’m trying to get a lifetime of personal & business contacts better organized & synchronized between Gmail & iCloud. I’d love to see a lower cost upgrade option (semi-pro ??) with two accounts & ~2500 contacts.

Useless, unhelpfull, not worth the effort of even the download. This application is 100% completely useless It does not notify you of anything in the way you need it, it does not help you with any calendar or scheduling in any way at all. There is no reason to pay for any premium version, since the free version is such a bad example of how horrible this app is. It proved to be useless and after two months or absolutely no good things to say about this, I don't have a reason to recommend anyone to even consider getting it

Developer unresponsive to fix synch issue from I-Cloud APP to Contacts+ on Premium Subscription. I have been writing since for more than a month to support and they acknowledge that “engineers” are working on it and never get back to me, asking me for “patience”. At first (since December) just the pictures I used did not synch and for past month (since March 18) the contacts themselves are not synching with ICloud at all. They had me go thru “troubleshooting” exercise at least twice and then admitted it was “unique” and referred to their engineers but without response for a month despite my attempts to followup reguarly. The $99. I paid several months ago for an annual subscription is wasted and no offer made. If you can’t rely on your Contacts not disappearing the Contacts+, it is useless. It’s been several months since this APP has been updated I notice. There is no value here.

Great. Saves time. Organizes. Worth every penny. I’m a retired person and do not go to a full-time job daily. With my relatively simple life I still find quite the need for this software. I have amassed several hundred contacts that I really need to keep close at hand.

Done. Finally someone taking responsibility for the contacts space, addressing concerns, writing updates, and making an ever improving great product sesifnsd to last. Not just another afterthought in the large monopolists' game, and product and customers be damned. Thanks people!

I’m a fan of automation but.... There’s only one thing I hate worse than entering biz cards-correcting mistakes made by automated capture programs. Contacts + solves this by having real people transcribing. Until automation is better do yourself a favor and pay a little to avoid the hassle.

So easy to get on top of contacts!. I’d silly enough, put off processing stacks of card contacts.... and this makes it super easy to catch up! Do in batches and assign tags that help you sort your contacts by topic groups. A huge time saver!

Warning: destroys address book!. I installed this and signed up as a premium subscriber, excited to have something unfify and clean up my address books across multiple Google accounts and my iPhone - as it says it is supposed to do. Instead, this has done the complete opposite. It has duplicated contacts, done weird merging of some. Where I had one contact before, I now have 10 records of the same contact. I’ve been told by tech support to be “patient” but in the last few weeks the only feedback I’ve gotten has been to uninstall and reinstall the app, and turn off my other apps like spark mail and fantastical. I do not know what’s going on- all I know is this has completely screwed up all my contacts and the problem still isn’t solved. I just need it fixed.

More bugs, less updates & higher prices. Like others have said, the app used to be amazing. For whatever reason, the bugs have stopped being updated and the app just has not worked for me even though I have given it probably 5 new fresh start chances. I tried using it several weeks ago and yet again had major issues syncing. Some contacts update although I am lucky if it is more than just a few. The sync issues are widespread and common for everyone.

Invaluable. Seamlessly integrates contacts from several services and adds useful information about contacts automatically. I don't know how I would manage contacts without it.

Issues persist. I love the concept that the product offers, however the consistency of merging contacts from all my sources still is a problem. Multiple accounts in popular apps and devices still have duplicates or entries that never get updated or merged into Contacts+.

Useless. I have an iPad Pro and iPhone 6. I used the app to keep my Gmail contacts and Apple contacts in sync. I used Apple contacts for texting, and Gmail app for email. Full Contact made things worse. After a merge, phone numbers and email addresses became unknown. After removing Gmail app and using Apple Mail using Gmail address, deleted Full Contact app and everything is just fine. full Contact was worthless to me. Wasted the $100 on the annual fee. Used it for 6 months.

Merge and update is flawed. I have had this app for years going back to preserver but now am very upset with its algorithm for merging. It is now suggesting merging by first name matches. So five contacts named Lynn would appear in duplicates to merge. If one were to hit merge all because you don’t want to go through 176 suggested merges you would have a totally corrupt address book. Then updated would appear with information for totally different people. The simplicity of this app which used to function so well is now totally lost. I will have to find a new way to keep my address book up to date after relying on this app for years.

Great Contact Software. This is the best contact software I’ve used. The only downside I’ve found is it throws too many updates at one time. And it’s virtually impossible to verify many of the updates it wants to make. Other than that, you take a picture of the business card thru the software, save and they transcribe it! Accuracy is very high. Try it!

No possible duplicates to review…. Well I’m waiting .. I have thousands of contacts with hundreds and hundreds of duplicates, but this app can’t see to fix it. Waste of money

BRILLIANT CONTACTS APP!!. By miles the best Contacts keeping ever!! Not only does it list all the fields you could want when listing a new Contact, it merges, removes duplicates & syncs seamlessly. You can also scan in all your business cards on this app. Simply brilliant. Once you try it you'll delete all your other Contacts.

Crippled: Share contact feature of FullContact not what it once was!. The share contact feature of FullContact has been crippled in the past few months. This used to be one of the best features of the app whereby you could select at a granular level what was shared with others, now it is all or nothing. Very disappointed.

Now has ads. Good contact app; clean, easy to use, lots of info synced from social media for contacts...But now has distracting ad bar at bottom of app.

Not Compatible with Microsoft 365 Business Premium = Zumba Customer. After purchasing this app & the default option being a hefty sum for an annual subscription, I then learn I can’t sync my Microsoft business contacts, what a waste of good money.

Great interface. I love the intelligent user interface. Seems to be an issue where updates I make to my address book in the phone app are not reflected in Cobook?

Great app. Love the link to LinkedIn and Face Book to input contact details.

A worthy replacement for Contacts. Love it. There's a few quirks, but now I don't know how I'd run a business without it on all devices and also my macs. The tagging feature is a gem as is the customisation.

Below average. Tried using this but it keeps asking me to log into to sync every time and now the Mac app is no longer supported so getting even less for the money will not be using or renewing

Groups. Need to add ability to create groups and also be able to hide said extraneous groups and the people in them from general/main view. Like iOS contacts but much more efficiently and easily.

No icloud. If your phone contacts are in iCloud and you have 2 step authentication this app is useless. It won't get your contacts from your phone contacts list and it doesn't support 2 step iCloud accounts.

Awesome!. Great contact app. Use it on my phone and MacBook Air and love it.

It looks good, but do we really need it?. CoBook on the iMac is a must have if you use FaceTime or need to look up your contacts, it's so handy on an iMac. On an iPhone however it's a little redundant, don't get me wrong, the layout and the look and feel is heads above the built in Address Book (which I never use), but as its all accessible thought the built in phone app (which although doesn't look as good as CoBook is very similar). I say give it a try and see what you think.

Sensational. An excellent and effective app. Clean and attractive lines make this app a pleasure to use. Highly recommended.

This product does not work. And does not seem to have a support team that is knowledgeable enough or care enough to assist with issues. The helpdesk are polite but have no idea that they’re basically saying “thanks for you money but we have no idea why our solutions does not work” So far this has cost me money and about 20 hours worth of work to try and revert my contacts to what they were before purchasing their solutions

Cobook was better. This thing now wants your email address before you can use it. Presumably to send you spam. I liked it better before the changes. Update: it also doesn't work at all! It wants to upload a copy of my address book but it fails to sync.

No working. How come your app is no longer opening I use this to store all my work clients details and now can’t access them

Good alternative address book. Easy to use alternative to Address Book. Syncs well with Mac.

Fully functional and extremely useful!!. Beautiful user interface and full of useful features!! Would be great if supports a call log and completely replace the ios phone app!

I only like the business card reader. Forcing a person to hand over email and passwords created friction and is a barrier to my signing up. The alternative is to do a work around with a new gmail account. I only wanted this expensive app for the business card reader. Not feeling your on oarding process. The look and feel otherwise was nice.

Just What I Needed. This is everything it says it is.

Anything good paywall locked, $23/m. Looks fine... And would be good, if it wasn't locked behind a $23 per month paywall. For convenience, I'd pay more than Netflix? Yeah, no thanks...

Stick to Address Book. Cobook for Mac is essential and I love these developers but really, the iPhone app isn't needed. Stick to Address Book.

Worse upgrade experience. Bad and dishonest for Cobook users. Everything ! Vague pro features, totally messing with my contacts, new sync with web platform not consistent. Yep Contacts native app as the extent of problems with FullContact is overwhelming and puzzling.

Warning, no business card scanner on free version!. Just a friendly warning !

It's OK. There's not a great deal of difference between Cobook and the original as far as I can see. I've been using it exclusively for 3 months now some things annoy me, such as - if I import a contact and I already have that contact, it doesn't recognise it's a duplicate or if some data is different whether I want to save changes. It's obvious I'm not using a mac

Was once good, now don’t bother. Cobook (this app’s predecessor) acted as a “front end” to your Contacts data, and was a significant improvement on the Apple Contacts app, with features such as local time for international contacts. Unfortunately this “upgrade” has lost all that. It now tries to upload all your contacts' details to its own site. After over a year of use, it’s now being erased. It’s a pity they’ve wrecked what was once a good app.

Wrecked. I would have been happy to pay for the old version, but this version has significantly changed some of the functionality. So long, you were in my dock once, but now it's over. Deleted.

Osx version great. iOS version goods. A good app. Big improvement over default address book app

Didn't do anything!. I have many duplicates it didn't find one! Wanted to be able to update my gmail contacts and nothing happened

Awesome contacts app. A great replacement for the standard Address Book application on your Mac and iOS devices.

It's great but a few tweaks needed.. This is a great app, particularly in that your cards are manually transcribed. There are still the occasional errors unfortunately but better than most OCR applications. The main area from my perspective is the work flow. If, like me, you get a number of businesses cards at an event then photographing them is clunky. If they can make this more seamless it'd be nearly perfect.

great job. I've totally replaced my address book with CObook. It is really great in managing multi-national and multi-language contacts. Well done!

Standard app is better. I have been trying to get to like this app since it first came out. I saw potential for at first but it has become too frustrating to use. One reason it that each I open the app it goes through a sync. Sometimes that is quick, other times not. Point is, when I need contact details, I need it right away, not when the app decides to let me. Facebook integration is good...for those who need it.

Still needs work. I love Cobook on the Mac but this latest version for the iPhone has issues that make it unusable. For a start, it doesn't even show all my contacts. Has anyone actually tested it?

Add REAL Facebook integration!. - Currently adding friends on Facebook is a pain, I go look up a name and it looks up every person on Facebook. It should be looking through my friends which would make it more accurate, faster to find the right person to link with contact and just altogether less of a pain. - Some other things that need to fixed it design its a little ugly ad clunky. - overall speed and reliability of the app. - Have more sharing options But otherwise great app, fantastic replacement/alternative to the default contacts app. And most of all best on the App Store. 5/5 stars.

Great App, Great Customer Service. This app is quite amazing. I scanned in all my business cards and it searches LinkedIn and informs you if people have changed jobs since they gave you their card! I had a couple of problems but the customer service guys were amazing and jumped on everything straight away and answered / solved all my issues. Please note that if you want to scan a large amount of business cards in one go (as I did) you'll need to go for the annual subscription as you only get 50 scans a month otherwise. This is tricky to find on their site. However, still cheaper than buying a scanner from Officeworks and gives you updated information. Also I had one crash and had to re-scan the last 63 cards I had entered - Grrrr. The transcription can also take quite a while but overall a great app.

Excellent contacts manager with plenty of features in the free version. One of the better managers out there, especially for Those like me who loathe iCloud contacts

CoBook. What a great app, gets all your contacts organized so fast and simple and quick to use.....

Great and getting better. Approaching 5 star status. FullContact is the best app I've found for supercharging Apple Contacts. Improvements are added regularly and the support people are very responsive to feedback, encouraging the user to suggest new features and tweaks. Would like to see the Mac version available for a one time purchase price.

Free version not a good advertisement. I tried the free version with a view to subscribe for the monthly fee. The two simple test cards that I scanned in took 30 mins to be transcribed by two people and still came back wrong. Save your money and just type your contacts in yourself, it was quicker to just do the data entry myself that try to get this app to work and wait for the wrong transcription to finally show up. In comparison google lens in the google photos app recognised the cards instantly and accurately and that app is free.

Not impressed now... Why do so many developers suddenly just start pushing ads on us?! Are they not making enough? Dumb move. This causes customer resentment. Although this app is very considered in its design and function it opens slowly and double and triple ups of contacts is a pain. So now if I have to pay $2.99 to get rid of ads in the latest update I'll delete. 😡🔫

Great. The first app I put on a new machine to replace the ugly and awkward mac interface. Does so much more than the mac app. Highly recommended.

Great functionality. The new feature to "swipe left..." for calling and messaging features is horribly designed. It should call/message upon release or second confirmation, but no. So if you run out of screen to swipe "left and up" for messaging, then it calls said contact right away. Clumsy UX. Otherwise, works like a charm. I have it (and the desktop app) synced with Facebook and iCloud and have never had any problems with double contacts ect.

Promising alternative to Contact. Apple's Contact is a pathetic dinosaur and so any alternative would have a decent advantage. This is one, although it is lacking in features as yet e.g. access to groups, ability to sort by different parameters, an alphabetic place marker for rapid browsing. Hopefully these things will come and I'm not yet sure how its parent Mac program functions. Promising.

Great improvement on Contacts. Cobooks is so much like Apple should have done with contacts. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best. Forget piling business cards after being at a conference. Take a picture of the business card and forget the rest. Perfect digitizations, even foreign ones. Multiple automatic assistant updates over time. Synchronisation is seamless with multiple source. I am happy to pay for it.

I miss CoBook. My CoBook got updated on my iPhone automatically. FullContacts seems to have not adopted some functionality that CoBook provided In CoBook I could add remove all the tags/groups for all my address books easily. iCloud gmail Facebook. Now I have to us the full contacts grouping. Previously I could seemlessly add missing contacts to other accounts...now I can't. I even went to the extent to turning off my auto updates so I can continue using the older version of cobooks unfortunately only on my iPad...

Crazy Devs. This app have changed names and hands more times than any other app I use. In that time they’ve went from offering simple IAPs unlock features they no longer offer, to charging a monthly subscription fee that includes a crap that the majority of users just don’t need. I really don’t get why so many apps like this start off for everyone but end up turning into business only focused apps that charge ridiculous prices. It’s not rocket science. Make a few different pricing tiers. I’d gladly pay $1-2/month for the basic features. I’m sure some businesses wouldn’t mind having options as well. Offering one pricing tier shows how little the developers know about how people want to use their app. Like many others, they prefer to dictate how the app is used by pricing others out of using it.

Well done. Of the many Contact list apps I have tried, this one is by far is the best in meeting my needs without any issues.

WARNING: Privacy policy. At the top of the privacy, they say your contact data is yours and is private. But what you'll see in the fine print is that they can indiscriminately use YOUR CONTACT DATA to CREATE THEIR OWN DATA records. So, by using any of their apps or services, you're sacrificing the data and privacy of EVERYONE IN YOUR CONTACT LIST! I thought Cobook was great, but I'm definitely deleting this anti-privacy abomination that it has now become.

Expensive and issues when you cancel. I deleted the app due to cost and requested my data to be deleted. I continue to receive daily dossiers with my data. I cannot unsubscribe or delete my data as I no longer have an account.

No.. No longer syncs contacts at all and no longer lets me add photos to contacts. Been waiting forever for a fix. Last update still nothing. Just going to delete. Used to be a good app.

The best contact organization app. I've been a paid user for a couple years and used the free version for years before that. This is an impressive app that keeps getting better. I use it to keep my contacts organized across multiple platforms and email accounts,including Gmail and Office360. Love it. I recommend it all of the time.

Exactly what I was looking for. Needed a separate contacts app for my job and I couldn't have asked for a better app. Absolutely love all the options and categories for this app. I really like the red theme rather than the typical blue most developers use. Thanks for making this app, I hope it will get more users and reviewers - you guys deserve it.

Lost Card Scans. Purchased 500 card scans before the app updated. Could not recover them after. Still choked about it.

Address book transfer fail. address books from iOS cannot transfer cleanly to Full Contact. iCloud connection picks up new addresses from FullContact but addresses from iCloud to Full Contact are not picked up. Address is already established in iCloud will not transfer either so full contact cannot become your go to address book. Basically all the new FullContact version does it still let you just count your cards.

Going from bad to worse. Started as a solid and mostly reliable app and service, that was two owners and two years ago. Now transcribing of biz cards take 3+ hours, not the estimated 30 mins. A lot needs to improve for me to not demand a refund of my annual plan.

WTF?!?!. Cobook wasn't perfect but I liked it a lot better than apple's Contacts. Now it's been replaced by FullContact and I can't use it without logging in??? Sigh. Delete.

It Fooled Me. It's not Free. It is a program that pretends to be free and when you are loaded up and starting to get accustomed, it limits the number of contacts that are free. Bingo, deleted, Sayonara.

Great Solution. Perfect solution if your contacts have accumulated throughout all your social platforms. It's always working to update the latest information of my contacts and I am still amazed when FullContact updates information I didn't have on my contacts such as instagram & twitter handles.

It does what it claims. With Fullcontact, the challenges of organizing your contacts will be out of equation. It is worth of its cost.

Not Working. I downloaded this app on a recommendation from a friend but it wouldn’t allow me past the sign up page. It continued to give me an error message.

Excellent business app. Since using FullContact, I realized that my contacts where all over the place. Now I have them in one easy to use application which makes it flawlessly convenient to update if it doesn't update my clients by itself. This is like having an administrator who check the web everyday to see what is new with my contacts. Call it creepy, I call it genius! Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Thank me later!

From Good to bad. A few years ago, this used to be my most trusted and important tool but that all changed lately. There are two main issues. 1. Contacts have started to disappear, for no reason, without any change in configuration. This is bad, very bad. 2. No Carddav support in Outlook. Guess what, large corporations with security policies applied at the Exchange Server level will not allow the FullContact web API to connect. That's just reality. What baffles me is that FullContact isn't providing an plugin (add-in) for Outlook to sync through the Carddav protocol. Charge is all an extra $1 per month if you have to but please step your game up.

Great Card scanner. Been using card reader for years. Full Contact replaces it's predecessor with everything and more. Great App to have at your fingertips.

Nice Product!. It works, it works fast and it's not buggy at all. Support has been like a concierge service. I have thousands of contacts so it's been a great find!

Buggy. Perfect app, loved to use multiples pictures but Now cant even add one since it bugs.

Only 50 card scans. I upgraded to a 1-month subscription because I was impressed with the business card transcription. Nowhere did it say that you were only allowed 50 card subscriptions per month! Not worth it.

Dangerous app. The biggest and most dangerous flaw is the lack of back up. My ipad copy has no means, that i know of, of protecting your data. It does not link or otherwise to anything to give that protection.

Not worth it. I need my contacts organized into groups. This App doesn't do that for me. I bought it from the App store, but it doesn't actually work for my MacBook and won't even open. This is a big disappointment. There must be better software out there.

CLEARED ALL CONTACTS. Do not use this app! After a few months of not using, it cleared ALL of my contacts that I had saved. This is a HUGE inconvenience and I’m really upset about it as I needed the addresses stored.

Great. Great "card scanner" because this company use amazon's mechanical Turk service, aka human beings to read the card you've scanned.

Superb. It synchronizes all the contacts, update it and presentation is beautiful. One can get all the information about a contact by one click. I love it.

Useless. $150 to sync 2 accounts - how else would you remove duplicates? Useless.

Best contact manager. If you use Google Contacts and want a richer, up to date contact book, then FullContact is the app to use. Brings in and updates profiles from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and FourSquare. Unified contacts are updated regularly. Indispensable.

CAUTION! Will delete Info. Dangerous app, especially if you did not do a back up before signing up. Information saved for contacts in gmail was erased up to the last back up. We lost 3 months on information that we had saved for our contacts for our company. Extremely frustrating and causing a lot of grief moving forward. Would not recommend, still looking for a fluid way to sync and share contacts with employees. Not impressed with this app.

Use at your own risk…. I have used Contact+ everyday for the last 15 years, but this week they updated the app and I lost everything. the email address that I initially logged in with 15 years ago does’t exist anymore… I learned my lesson.

Cobook is my favourite contacts app.. I'm loving the new design. :) However, when I delete a contact it creates a new contact called "no name".

What the heck is this?!. My beloved Cobook app has now suddenly changed to a new app which is on a 3 month trial? And has in-app purchases for functionality add-ons that I had before with Cobook? And I need to create an account with FullContact Inc. using my Google account just to access my stuff now? #%&@$! On top of that it completely ignores my iCloud contact storage and uses their own cloud storage service instead with no way to get the contacts on my other devices. So much for having contacts in sync on all devices. Hate this!

Stay Away. Long process to setup synchronization. When you finally finish, you have to pay to do anything and it's outrageously priced at $15/month! ,,|,.

Does not deliver and 0 response to support questions. I recently signed up for the premium service for full contact. The description on what the app is capable of doing is awesome.... however I have not seen any real success. I still have multiple version of contacts, signatures are not being read and added to contacts and I have tried to contact support 3 times with no response. I don’t mind paying a premium but do expect things to work.

One Star because there’s nothing lower. I foolishly resubscribed to the premium version thinking it would have improved since I made this mistake a year ago. How stupid of me to think any of the functionality would have been fixed. This app does absolutely nothing it claims to do and the premium upgrade is just a money grab. STAY AWAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Rip off!. Premium plan that does not sync with my contacts in office 365 or icloud. Trying to get any help is useless. What a real disappointment. Save your $100. Unless they offer real support you can wait days or longer and then all you get is a run around. I will not renew once my one year plan is up.

It just doesn't work. I have taken contacts from two iCloud accounts, Hotmail, Gmail and my work Exchange. I have five versions of several contacts - they have the same name and cell phone number, and yet full contact can't find any duplicates. I wasted my money, don't make my mistake!

Full contact is best contact app. But I would like easier features like exporting the data or labels

Does not work if you have “too many” contacts. The service does not tell you that they have a contact cap, even if you pay for Premium. Then, once the service does not work because you have too many contacts, they refuse any sort of refund. Don’t waste your money.

No value. So far I'm not impressed. The app has managed to merge none of my duplicate contacts, but hangs and sputters regularly. Also doesn't detect simple things like invalid emails or swapped first and last names. My subscription will not last very long if this doesn't change soon.

Getting bad. This used to be very good but now, whatever has been changed, the business card scans are inaccurate every time, by a lot. We have this on all company phones and I am likely to cancel due to the worsening service level.

They Deleted Everything?. I got an email one day saying that due to inactivity on my account they were deleting it. What??? I used this app to save a lot of addresses. Now they’re all gone with no warning. Despite them saying that I had “inactivity” I did use the app frequently. A little warning could have been nice.

Thieves! They stole my money. ZERO STARS!!!. I downloaded the app. There was a free trial. I added my account information for three different accounts and hit sync. NOTHING happened, at all. Then I removed my accounts and cancelled the subscription. But I noticed that it said it would expire a month from now. It wasn’t a month long free trial, so I check my account, and wouldn’t ya know, CONTACTS+ STOLE MY MONEY!!!

Its okay; not great. It doesn’t always sync with updates in my gmail/google contact list, and it leaves out information (e.g., mailing addresses) that require me to go back to the gmail contact list to find. I still don’t have confidence that I can leave all of my other contact lists behind and rely on this one.

Do not trust. If you sign up for an account and try to delete your account they do not remove your contact data. Still receiving notifications after account deletion about contacts, amd support is claiming there’s no account and are just asking for more email addresses.

Customer Service and app. I paid for this and now my app and the website data don’t match up. UPDATE: customer service responded and we’re trying to resolve this issue. If the data actually synchs up this will be a 5 star app... fingers crossed ...

Do not buy it. I tried it for a few months. It never worked properly as far as syncing and other important features. Their support people tried to help but in the end they were unable to do so. Moreover, it screwed up my Outlook Contacts so bad that I had to do a restore from prior date. Stay away from this product

Not worth $99/yr. What is it with all these overpriced subscriptions for apps?! Charge a reasonable price for an app. $10 one time fee or maybe $10/yr is more in line with what I would pay for an app like this. At $99/yr I’m insulted to the point I immediately delete your app and leave negative feedback for you. You should be ashamed to charge this much.

Helps keep track of my friends at the touch of a button. Full Contact easily integrates all my friends. I have not run into any issues.

I lost all my 200 contacts!. After I started using this Contacts, l really liked it. However, after a month when I opened the app, it showed the first page that I set up at the beginning, and I continued what it said. And I lost all my contacts numbers!! That’s the craziest thing ever happened in my life! That’s dam!

Terrible customer service. This company says they are in ebyweena CRM and contact management system but when I try to CONTACT them I hear nothing back. I have reached out three times over the last three days only to receive no repose. If I do not receive a response I will be forced to decline the charge on my credit card

Great Contacts Replacement for iOS!. I love this app. It became my primary contacts app from day one when the app was called something else. I highly recommend it.

Support CardDAV. Been waiting for CardDAV support for over two years. More than enough time to build a critical feature. Won’t be paying another cent without it. Not everyone uses GMail or iCloud for their contacts, but both use CardDAV, yet you won’t support clean CardDAV from other providers like FastMail.

Format phone numbers. It’s a pretty solid app but I still don’t understand why it won’t format phone numbers. I talked with a company rep when I bought the service and they gave me a lame excuse.

Used to be great. The last update killed it. Can't login any more. Please fix it.

Messed up my contacts. Not sure what benefits I got from this app but the way it messed up my contacts in the name of defusing, I am still annoyed no end! I am still impacted because I don’t have a full list of changes this app made on my phone. Every so often, I end up misidentifying people on my contact list because of this app’s poor design

Time Saver. Electronics are suppose to make our lives more efficient, solve problems and work when we need them. This app does all that.

Creates Dupes. Creates selected duplicate contacts in Contacts. Over, and over, and over again. Has been a problem since day 1...never fixed. Requires ONGOING annoying maintenance. Thought it would finally get fixed, but so far nope. Great concept but I may have to flush it because of this. Ridiculous to pay this much for an app with a known defect.

Don’t use if you use Outlook. The sync between Outlook and ICloud will systemically turn your contacts into a dead end link to an outlook contact card that doesn’t exist. I was hopeful but this program has added more duplicates while also deleting vital contacts. Run away.

Waste of time. If you’re using iCloud to sign in, it’s a complete waste of time. The “app specific password” clearly isn’t correctly programmed to work with this app. Spent 30 min trying to be verified before deleting the app. Better off using a pencil and an actual address book.

What happened to this app??. There must have been an update that logged me out. I tried to log back in but it will not let me. So I used the forgot password function and I never get an email to change my password. I tried to create a new account and it says this email is already in use. Don’t they check these apps before they update them to make sure they work? My doesn’t.

Paid Business Card error. I’m still having an error with my paid business cards being properly scanned even after uninstalling the app.

Powerful network building tool. I was tired of contacts who had incomplete or dated information. This tool is irreplaceable. I will be using it for years to come. Thank you!!

Contacts + great but too expensive. Full version price is way too high for an App that only manages contacts. Compare with MS Office suite that does much more!

Doesn’t sync anymore. As many other reviewers have noted the app used to be great and now appears to have multiple issues. Most annoying to me is that is does not sync with iCloud anymore. “Forcing” the sync does nothing. If I have to manually update it all the time, what’s the point?

So sad. I used this app to store a couple hundred addresses for mailings I do. I use it in waves, but have used it within the last couple months. I open it today and find NOTHING there… none of my hundreds of addresses are left. Such a waste. I’m going back to a trustworthy spreadsheet method.

Can’t un-sync contacts. It automatically synced contacts. I really wanted to keep things separate. The auto-sync feature is now making it nearly impossible to use with Zapier which is one of the reasons I got full contact and went premium in the first place. Not sure how I can get this fixed. If I can get the contacts to stay separate or sync and get zapier to work again 5 stars...we shall see

Zero Help if you are paying!!!. They just auto-renewed and charged my credit card for the $99 fee plus tax on April 7th, but are saying I don’t have the premium membership and can’t take pictures of business cards. I tried to contact support, after you write the issue and summit it instantly kicks back as ERROR. This is the only way I can try to get help. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Do NOT use this service. They will take your money and you won’t hear back from them. I’ve had multiple technical issues with their system and after sending multiple messages I’ve never received a single response.

Poor quality of updates for contacts. I’m a paid user for 3 years now. There has been very little updates on the user front. Don’t forget your loyal users and please make your app more stable.

Worse Support Ever. When this started as FullContact there were people to talk. I had a ‘sync’ issue that deleted almost all my contacts. The restore process is absolute crap. I’ve written a number of times to ask for support in the last 45 days. I have never received a response.

Overpriced and useless. The free version only allows you to sync one address book. Unless you’re a caveman that doesn’t have have more than one address book I.e google and iCloud then you have to be willing to shell out $100/year. Would not recommend.

Does more and does it better!. At first, I thought this was a neat way to capture business cards. It has turned out to be WAY MORE THAN THAT! It is smooth to operate and low hassle factor. Definitely worth the the upgrade.

The only way to manage My contacts. FullContact is the only way to manage Contacts. I would never go back to Apple Contacts or Google contacts. Strongly strongly recommend.

Nightmare. Do yourself a favor and don’t go near this app. Deleting almost all of my contacts DAILY because of a known bug they haven’t been able to fix. This happened in the past and resolved itself. I tried to give it another chance and burned again. I want a refund and my contacts back!!

What a total waste of funds and time. I purchased the Premium and still got the bar at the bottom to upgrade. Support made the bar disappear but still couldn’t add a sync source. Still prompts me to upgrade. This app is seriously defective and not trustworthy. I asked for a refund. Apple says nope. So here I am again. Same 1000 limit bar and can’t add sync source. How do these guys survive.

Absolute garbage app. Worked out great for the first 5 years I used it. Opened it this morning because I needed an address, and I discovered that every single one of my contacts has been deleted. Now I get to spend several hours re-compiling all of the information that this app randomly decided to erase.

Lawyer. I’ve tried ALL contact apps to manage my 8000 contacts. ESP great for getting rid of duplicates. Well worth the money.

Basically for businesses. I thought this would help me make sense of the scattered combination of google contacts with hotmail contacts and iPhone contacts. But only one account is free too combine others requires the paid upgrade. Plus it’s focused on the email which I don’t care much about. Just not for me.

My favorite contact management solution. One of the best contact management solutions out there, especially given how well the Gmail plug-in works.

Love this but. Love the app but wishing you kept the auto save from Apple. Why did you change?

Notes go last. Notice how no other contact manager has the notes field in the middle, but rather, at the end? Takes too long to wade through extensive notes in order to get to the other data fields.
