Perfect after contacting developer.. Please fix this app. It is impossible to read one page before it crashes again. Update!!! They will help you if you have issues of any kind. This is now just as great as ever! Thank you for such a lovely magazine.

Where’s the Magazine???. I am pretty disappointed with app. I love Victoria magazine and thought it would be easier to have digital copies instead of flooding my home with the physical copies. My account was charged and before I could open the latest issue there was a message claiming that the issue wasn’t available; thinking it was a glitch I signed out of the app and signed back in to another message telling me the issue I paid for was unavailable. How is this possible with a 1-month subscription? Hopefully, I will hear from an HM Store representative soon and the problem will be resolved.

Regret this purchase!. I loved Victoria Magazine in paper form but thought it would be easier to just receive it on my iPad instead, big mistake! This is the least user friendly app around. You can't find any of your previous issues bought, instead it's constantly pushing their other special editions of Victoria to buy. You can't get out of an endless loop of their special edition magazines to get back to the current edition. Whatever happened to the past editions I bought too? They're gone now. Just a disaster of an app.

Terrible. I downloaded 4 issues and can't find them anywhere on the app. Feeling cheated. Emailed support, still waiting.

Victoria app. I cannot view the magazines I have purchased in the past. This app rates a minus number for me!

Print subscriber. This app is such a pain! I have read every article on how to log in if already a print subscriber, and am still not able to view my subscription...am deleting and just sticking with the print version...frustrating!

Digital or hard copy. Your app doesn’t specify if the order is digital or hard copy, are orders thru this app digital only?

Ripped off. I am paid through September 2020 and yet I can’t even open a current issue and I lost all of my other (paid for) issues! Who do I call to complain??????

Lost all purchased issues. They still weren't visible even though they supposedly were unlocked.

Victoria. I love the magazine but the app still has problems. Whenever a new Special Issue comes out I can’t access it. I have to contact the support team and go through a process to get it on my device. I then have to download again all previous issues to view them. The support team tries to be helpful, but there seems to be a problem with the code in the app which makes it fail at numerous points. - Too bad!

Restore issues. Can’t restore my issues or access my subscription. Please fix the issues.

Review. This is the worst app in trying to restore issues when the app thinks you are not a subscriber and you are an automatic renewal subscriber. I have been trying for 3 months to get the system to try and not make me pay for each issue. This is exhausting!

No Support!. I have been trying for so long now to download any of the magazines that I have subscription too but there’s no support to contact if a person is unable to hear someone and your eyes are your ears!!! I thought the new update would have fix the problem but still unable to receive any of the messages that I have paid for years now.😒#👀are my ears!

Don’t wast your time or money.. I purchased a one year subscription but am unable to access the content. I will be requesting a refund. Deeply frustrating and disappointing.

Work app ever!!!. Can’t access years of issues. Nothing works. Cancelled my subscription. Never again. Hoffman Media should be ashamed of their app. I would have given this app a negative number if I could.

Did update/lost all magazines. DO NOT USE THIS APP Supposedly all was restored, but it's gone. How do I "un " update???? Submitted the above review, got a msg from them, only to find it it the EXACT msg they give everyone; insincere lip service. It is insulting to readers who want to continue & would have bought extra issues. Went back to paper issues.

I lost a special issue as well. Dreadful ap. The old one worked great. This one is horrible.

Very frustrating. I am desperate to get my old special issues back into my Library. I even tried buying them again, and a window pops up to say “ you have already purchased this. Would you like to download it again for free? “ I click yes, and it defaults back to “ buy this issue.” I see many others are having this same problem. These are expensive purchases, and Victoria and Hoffman publishing needs to make this right.

Don’t Use. Updated to their new app. Lost everything when I did. Also when I downloaded new app it picked up the picture of Queen Victoria which was on the BBC History Magazine next to it & put that in my library while getting rid of all of my issues. Apparently Apple nor Victoria takes responsibility & both say it is who manages the app. May be ZINIO not sure. Great magazine too bad they don’t care.

Victoria magazine app. It is very hard for me to navigate and I don't understand it. I should have subscribed to the print version

Fantastic magazine - horrible app and even worse customer service. I have a regular subscription to Victoria Magazine through Apple. Every time a new issue is released I have to contact the terrible customer service at Zinio in an effort to get any issue I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. This has been going on for at least a year and a half. You would have thought by now they would attempt to remedy this as I know I’m not the only person going through this.

Unable to Restore. They should refund subscriptions. It’s essentially stealing as there is no content provided for the subscription fee.

Where are all my magazines???. All purchased magazines have disappeared. Can’t restore. Useless. This is the second time this has happened. I made the same review a year ago. Clearly the technology still stinks. Developers, seriously??!

Crashes constantly. I get about five minutes if reading in before the app crashes. The most recent update was 8 months ago (!) which seems like a long time. Very disappointing. Will not be renewing the digital subscription.

Not working!. Since upgrade I have lost ALL back issues! I cannot get into my account.

Still doesn’t work 😣. Have deleted and downloaded app several times and it still won’t download recent issues. Have given up and needless to say, won’t renew subscription 😠

Looks like it has always been terrible. I never rate apps, but when the window randomly came up asking if I wanted to rate this one, I took it as a sign. This app is absolute garbage! It freezes crashes approximately every five minutes. I should have just stayed with the paper subscription. 😔

Waste of money to purchase any issues of this magazine!. Horrible experience with this app. Lovely magazine but worthless if you can’t read it without app crashing. I have complained but to no avail.

Exquisite. Victoria is a retreat for me. An escape to all things beautiful.

Horrible. I made the switch thinking to make my life easier with less magazines to deal with paper wise but this application is horrible. It is NOT user friendly. I would never do this again. If it weren’t such a hassle, I’d switch back tomorrow!

Won’t Restore My iTunes Subscription. I’ve lost all my previous downloads, and I can’t access any of the issues I’ve purchased with my subscription. The email address associated with my account wasn’t recognized as a user, despite signing in to my iTunes account through the app. ....I want the old app back.

Lost magazines. DO NOT USE THIS APP! The current “update” has caused me to lose any special editions that was purchased in 2019 to date. I have sent in requests, but the answer I get is that the publisher isn’t allowing special editions to be purchased in the app anymore and to contact the publisher about the problem. However, the app advertises the same editions. I feel very ripped off.

Why can I not read any of my magazines?. The app has lost all of my issues and is not allowing me to read any of the magazines I have paid for via my active and current subscription! Taking my money and not providing the supervise is against Apple’s policy.

My magazine purchases are gone since I updated the app. I’m thoroughly disgusted…since I’ve updated the app magazines I’ve purchased are gone and several recent purchases I haven’t even read yet. I’ve been a customer for years and haven’t been offered any help with this problem. I’ve contacted them directly through the app and nothing has been to resolve this problem. I’ve spent a lot of money purchasing many magazines on the app and they’re all gone.

Lost magazines. If I could give this new app a 0 star I would. They don’t seem to care that recent special issues that have been paid for are longer available to download. Don’t waste your money buying from this app.

Where is my magazine?. I cannot open any of my Victoria magazine purchases. I cannot load any back issues. I have paid for all of these, and now I cannot even look at the recent issue of Victoria. Thanks for nothing!

Where is the subscription I paid for?. There doesn’t seem to be any way to get this app to understand what what Apple keeps telling me. I have a subscription! But I don’t have access.

Ads crash app. "Interactive" ads (e.g., Aveeno) lock the page while they are loading, take a long time to load and then crash the app. Can't read the magazine if it keep crashing the app. Ridiculous to be charged for an app that doesn't work. Very disappointed.

No new magazines!. I enjoy the digital version of this magazine and I am supposed to receive it until March 2021. I have not received the last two issues, and I have contacted the app support three times. The email is being returned to me as undelivered. I seem to recall having this problem last year. There appears to be no support for this problem.

Worst one ever!!. So, I’ve got this app and bought two magazines that were specials and then decided to get yearly subscription to read it. Ummmmm, next month it will expire and I haven’t read even one magazine because it wouldn’t download but instead it suggests for me to buy subscription again. NO thanks, I’ll spend my money and sanity somewhere else:((

Horrible. Since they “updated” this never works. Can’t get magazines I have paid for. This has been happening for months. Every time I make a change or sign out and back in I have to start all over sync doesn’t work I chose text mode and pdf always opens up. They need help love magazine but app is terrible. Bad customer service

App has started crashing constantly. I've used this app for years with problem but in the last couple months it has been crashing constantly making it impossible to read the magazine.

Subscription doesn’t work. Have been subscribed for a year and it hasn’t worked for me since they updated the app several months ago. Tried everything and contacted the publisher but no response after several emails. Cancelled membership. Hopefully others follow suit.

Really Disappointed!!!. I had this app on my IPad 2 and IPad Air and it was great. Just got an IPad Pro and can’t get the app to work at all. I have been back and forth you MAZ Tech support with no resolution. I love the magazine so am really disappointed.

The Victoria magazine app. Victoria magazine is a lovely way to escape modern everyday life to sit back and relax looking at beautiful photography, reading articles on everyday beauty reminiscent of a more gentle time.

Download never ever works!. Really tired of having to contact you for every issue! You take the money just fine but I have to contact you to get my magazine. I wants some money off!

Subscription doesn’t work - buyer beware!. Loved this magazine growing up and was so excited to renew my subscription as an adult but this app just doesn’t work. I would highly recommend not subscribing through the app. Every month my iPad tells me there is a new subscription but when I go into the library it’s not there. However I can see it on my iPhone (though when I open up the magazine there, I can’t see the pictures and all of the text!!). When I go back to my iPad to press the “subscribe” button on the latest magazine it tells me I’m already subscribed. For the last two months I was able to repeatedly refresh my subscription and eventually after a few days the magazine would appear but it’s not working this month. For two months now I’ve used the contact us feature on the app to send a note to the developer and they consistently ignore me. Please refund my money!!!

Crap. Couldn’t get my subscription issues to appear in app and followed instructions to redownload now all my previous issues are gone as well as no subscription issues

Previous UI was so much better. Bought the digital subscription for my mom. She loves the magazine and was very happy with the previous version of the app. Since the upgrade she hasn't enjoyed the app at all. You can't easily see what you've already downloaded and have to flip through each edition one-at-a-time in sequence to find what you're looking for.
