Great so far. I have sit ups and squats but wish I could skip the warm up when doing both. It is easy to use and quick to complete, but I'm only on week 1.
Great workout strategy and UI, poor app icon. Please improve the app icon, I must even buy the pro version after testing this version, but almost pick another one thinking the app eas poorly designed due to the cheap icon you have. Smaller bundles would be great too.

Sit up app. It's ok for beginners and give you a good place to start a program however; after using it its become slow initializing to access the my workout. If I touch the screen before it gives me the go option then I get a weird screen and no options. I like the app but this issue is irritating.

This is my third day using this app & I'm impressed this far.. I'm not a highly active person & so far I enjoy how this app is set up to gradually progress (not just take on a huge chunk at a time setting up for failure).

Awesome. It's an awesome app especially if u want to keep in shape, then I think u should get the app because u don't do all 200 sit-ups in one day, they break it up into days. So I think u should get the app and it really helps. I also like that u start off slow with only a couple sit-ups then keep getting more and more.

Makes working out easy and fun!. Being on the road a lot helps procrastination get in the way. This app creates challenges for that old procrastination monster.
It's great , but something's missing. The app is perfect from design through interface and functionality , though it would be better to add a range of difficulties (e.g instead of 15 sit-ups on the first day the user can choose a more difficult level and do 25 sit-ups )

App. I had to reinstall it everytime I wanted to use it because when I was in the app, the screen went a blank greeny colour and wouldn't work. Very annoying but it was good when it worked.

Great app. Very easy to use
Cash grab, Search replace "push-ups" for "sit-ups". This is literally the same app as the push-up app. Same skins, icons voice, with a search and replace on the text and a new background. I paid for the pushup-pro and find it a bit of a cash grab to charge for the pro version of this as it's basically identical. Even the motivational quote! Really lazy developers. There's also no instruction on what is good form for either any kind of stretch (which you must do before and after each workout), or a sit-up. It's basically a glorified stopwatch. If you want to do it for free, just add 1 to each rep for every week, starting at 5 lots of 5, until you hit a max of 200 and put a reminder in your calendar. If you don't care about that and just want a voice to tell you to start and stretch, this app is for you!

Interesting. Interesting app, but only up to 2 weeks - gotta buy the app for the full version. Plus it just tells you to do sit-ups and then rest and then do another set again. You also have to purchase the music... More options to do different things would be good.
