24me Smart Personal Assistant Comments & Reviews 2024

💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Can't believe I paid $40 for this. I really wanted to like this app, but it's pretty bad in my opinion. I think the interface for adding new tasks is more tedious than it should be. Why can't you just swipe to delete a task? You have to pull up the task then select a button on top that doesn't seem to have any relationship to "completing" a task. Then you have to choose if your want this action to apply to this instance only or for the whole series. It's ridiculous. It's also really really glitchy. I have a repeated daily reminder to take morning pills and also to take evening pills. But every day I get up the tasks are all messed up. Instead of 1 task it will show 2 or 3 tasks for taking morning pills and some are at different times. Same with the evening tasks. I keep redoing it over and over and it still glitches up every single day. I wish I could get my money back.

Great app! Easy to use.. At first, I didn’t understand how to use the app. Not because it is difficult to use, but I’m more of a paper planner kind of guy. The tutorials are phenomenal, and explained everything. So, as I went kicking and screaming into the digital age, I began to see the real value of these devices that I can’t be without. Kinda like when I finally decided to get an iphone. I bristled at the thought of paying so much for what seemed so little. Forget the fact that there was more computing power in the palm of my hand than on any Apollo Mission, I just couldn’t justify the expense. Now, I couldn’t see being without it. Non-productive time is now productive. I would like to say to my other neighbors in Bedrock, yes this app is awesome. Take it for a spin and see for yourself. As for me, I’ll have to put the cat out now.....WILMA!

Baby Boomer. First of all I never thought I would be owning an Apple Watch. It was so small I thought how good could it be? My husband was having an issue with his heart and his doctor told him to get an IWatch so he could see if he was in a fib. It works like a charm. Tells him when he’s in a fib but more importantly when he is NOT! He purchased the largest face size(44mm, I believe) and to my surprise I could see all the apps easily. He asked me if I wanted one and I said yes. It has been a life changer for me. As an older person I might be upstairs and my iPhone will be downstairs but I can talk and answer the phone on my watch! It is a lifesaver. If I were to fall down the IWatch would notify 911 and I would not have to do anything. When I am walking on the trail I only take the watch with me. It will record the length of the walk, my heart rate as I’m walking, and I can get a map that shows where I have walked end time and distance. The watch reminds me when it’s time to stand up and walk around or if it’s time to meditate etc. I love this watch and it’s one of my best purchases ever. If you are an older person or have health issues and you are wavering about getting this watch believe me you won’t regret it! Thanks Apple, you’ve done it again with one of the greatest products out there! Sincerely, Lori Walsh

Terrible since IOS update. I never leave reviews but I’m compelled to leave one now in hopes that it prompts another update. When I first came across this app in the App Store, it sounded like everything I was looking for. So I downloaded it. I was right, I absolutely LOVE this app! All of my list, appointments, tasks, meetings, etc are all in one app. What I loved the most was the ability to add a family calendar which we use for my kids athletic events. It has been everything I can possibly dream of having in a calendar app. That was until the recent IOS update with dark mode. Everything still works but it is EXTREMELY slow. Anytime I open the app it takes minutes for everything on the calendar to load. And to make matters worse, just days before it started acting up I paid for the premium version because they took away some features that I used often on the free version. So I paid full price for the app and now it is no longer working like it use to. I really love this app and was so happy to finally find an app that incorporates all of my needs. I really don’t want to switch apps so PLEASE HELP and fix this issue!!

I really wanted to like this app. I was stoked to see the article written about the devs on the app store homepage! It sounded like exactly what I wanted. I was really disappointed with the app once I started using it though. The UI and navigation is clunky, no natural gestures implemented have been implemented so it's all unintuitive button taps. The animations are way too fast and exhagerated to the point they're annoying. I really don't like the fonts they chose and the text shadows in dark mode are lighter than the background which makes all the text look messy. The icons aren't intuitive and don't have any text to explain them. I'd love to try this app again after a major UI overhaul and added features, but for now I'm too frustrated by the small details to be happy with switching my planning workflows over to it.

Great but could use improvement!. I really like this app, it has a calendar, task list, and notes all wrapped in one which makes it super streamlined. I disliked having multiple different apps for those sole functions so this solves that. My only suggestions would be to improve lag and glitches in the interface. Sometimes when I want to create something new, the interface will lag and I end up pressing the wrong button. There is also his jumpy feeling to the interface that i dislike. One other suggestion would be to have this accessible on browsers as well. I would love to be able to access it on my laptop so I don’t have to have my phone out all the time, but I can still look at my schedule.

Great App but most recent update has a LOT of bugs. This is my FAVORITE calendar app. I use it everyday for everything calendar & task related items. It’s basically my brain. I really like the task feature bc u can add tasks that can be checked off like a to-do list. This is in addition to the usual calendar events u can schedule. It’s also great bc u can customize reminders by time & frequency. And u can customize events by color which is so helpful visually!! The newest update bugs: often when I open my calendar it takes me directly to March 2023 instead of November, the current month. Also, it’s super laggy now. Especially when I’m marking off tasks. Sometimes it just freezes altogether which is annoying. I’ve had this app for over a year & use it daily so I’m hoping this is short term & will be fixed soon.

Great app to consolidate calendars. Pros- I’ve had this app since around Feb/Mar. I use both the calendar on my iPhone for my personal life and Outlook for work. This app is great for consolidating all events and reminders from any other calendar that you may use. You can also add events, tasks, and reminders directly thru this app. Also has a notes feature, but I don’t use it often. I think it’s user friendly as well. Cons- So far, the only issue I’ve had is with the Tasks feature. You can add in any tasks, and even organize them by category of tasks they are, but once you have completed the task, it doesn’t “go away.” So I have a long list of tasks that I have marked “completed” that still are visible. I would like to see them add a feature that says “hide/show completed tasks,” just to make it more organized. If there is a feature of the sort that exists, I haven’t figured it out yet. Nonetheless, would still recommend!

It’s working for me - mostly. It’s taking a little effort to transition from the default calendar on my iPhone, and I’m still not sure I’ve got 24me working up to its capacity. One concern: My wife and I send invites to each other from personal and work calendars. She downloaded 24me last night and we played around with it. I believe the sharing feature would work like the invite feature, but I doubt she’s going to give up either her work Outlook system or her personal iPhone calendar, so I’m not sure how/if our invites are going to work across platforms. Otherwise, it’s beautiful and the complete package for managing my time & tasks. I love having my own photos on the calendar. I’m working on a political campaign and I’m going to suggest my colleagues try 24me for coordinating our meetings and events.

9 Pro plans with 9 different prices???. Hello, I received an offer to purchase the “pro” version for a “one time payment”. Currently the App Store lists multiple pro versions for multiple different prices. 9 Pro versions and 1 Premium one year version. Seems a little confusing and honestly the reason why I have never upgraded is because based on your various subscriptions and prices it seems like you are inconsistent in your pricing and plans. I will never pay any type of renewable subscription whereas I would pay a one time price. However it seems as if you are very inconsistent in your prices and plans. I don’t want to pay for something only for you to then go and change the terms or add features that I would have to pay an additional fee for. You should keep it simple. A free plan and a pro plan. The pro plan being a one time fee with all the features and continued updates included. Just a thought

Review/ Update Thoughts. Love the app but wish there was more to it. Like instead of just using colors there should be like a party option, movies, restaurant and such as the backgrounds for a even we out of the calendar. Also what is there was a way to look up places and the reviews. Like if I have a time I want to schedule to go to the store, it will pop up the closest store for me. This was I don’t have to always get on two separate apps to look up the destination to a place right down the street, copy the address, and past it into this app. Long story short, I just feel like we should be getting more out of the app for the amount we are paying for it. Make it fun and unique:)

New to Me. Only rated 4 Stars due to it being so new to me. Seems wonderful so far, but won’t fully be able to review for at least a couple of weeks of use. I do like all the features and how easy it is to use so far. I do have a question though, and maybe this isn’t the right platform to ask, but I really need to know how far back I’ll be able to search for a previous entries? My previous app that I used only allowed for 1 year, but it critical for me to be able to search back longer at times. Now the data was still there, but I had to go back through every day of the previous year to find something, but it’s way to time consuming. If this isn’t the correct place for a question, maybe someone could guide me in the right direction as to where or whom I should ask. Thank you...love😍this app so far!

I’d love to try this, BUT..... I don’t feel comfortable providing my credit card information BEFORE I actually try this app. I’d feel differently if the monthly subscription option was available. Losing $5 or $6 bucks is more doable than $30 for me. It’s a shame because from what I’ve read, I think this is the app I’ve been searching for. Calendar, to-do list, shopping list, Nag Up, color options, & more. It seems perfect! I just can’t run the risk of having to fight to get my $$ back in the event that I’m not satisfied with this app. Sorry! UPDATE... I’m highly impressed about the fact that my review was responded to so because of that, I’m trying out this app. It seems to have a lot of great aspects so I’ll update once I use it for awhile! Thanks for caring about your customers! 2nd UPDATE... I like this app a lot so far. I particularly like the way the tasks are setup. There are 3 separate sections; 1 for now, 1 for next week & 1 for later. This is extremely helpful when prioritizing tasks. Looking forward to exploring more ways to be organized. I use this app every single day & it’s so helpful. I wish I was able to custom set tasks though. I am responsible for particular tasks at work, but my work schedule is MWF & S so when I create a task & need it recurring, it only allows daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. I need to set a recurring reminder for every other day. This is just a little thing tho, other than that I Love it!!

I really like this app because the learning Functionality. So I really enjoy this app because of the learning functionality within the app that allows for a leaping approaching to the learning that when combined with Googles Quantum Cloud Systems the leaping learning functionality allows for larger leaps further out that scales generations and provides a communication link with the future so that we can increase efficiency by gaining insight into the answers to difficulties faced had we not connected quantum services but having connected echo services the difficulties are nonexistent because of the implied inference of having the answers to things we would be challenged with is not a challenge because we use standard operating procedures of completing when beginning and finishing when started so that we only need the thought of beginning a thing to come to the conclusion that we have more free time on our hands than before when we traveled from time to time some times to do things but now our time is better used thinking of things to realize going quantum was good stuff

Almost perfect. I have been using 24 for as long as I can remember and many times I’ve tried other Todo apps and always come back. I was actually looking for a new Todo app when I came across 24 in the list of all the similar apps and decided I should rate this app and see where things are heading with it, and if I should continue or move on. I should say up front I am staying with 24 and holding out for a PC version to install on my laptop. The lack of a windows PC version is my only complaint. It would be great to have a version that would integrate everything that happens in that world without having to deal with google and there need to be in every aspect of your business and share it with the world. Keep up the good work!

Not bad!. Im used to the stock Apple Calendar app, and have been faithful to it for years. I’m a huge fan of its simplicity and it’s ability to sync with all my devices easily. Don’t get me wrong, i love the bells and whistles of some other apps as well! However I seem to get overwhelmed anytime I try a new app that’s so over the top feature-packed. I’m still quite new to the app, I’ve only been using it for a day or two now. What I can say is that I am going to switch over to this app immediately for my calendars from now on. I love the Dark design, especially when looking at the color coded events on my schedule. It’s also got the same general feel that a calendar should, while still having many interesting abilities that aren’t overwhelming. I hope I haven’t confused any of you so let’s summarize why I love this app.... • Connects to my Calendar app, making the transfer process instantaneous. Also any additional events you add are also put into the original calendar app (in case you want to switch over without losing any new changes) • Beautiful design, keeping simplicity at heart but also paying attention to small details • Has the option to buy the Pro version, but I can get by just fine on the free version

So far... pretty great. This app does the same job that I was using 3 different apps for. I had one for scheduled appointments, one for daily tasks, and one for checklists. This does it all, which I like. My only issue is that, while it does everything I need it to do, each area that it takes care of could be better. One thing I would like to see is an update with the tasks. I would like to be able to customize when they repeat. Such as... every other Wednesday, or every 3 weeks, etc. Right now the customization for repeating events is very limited. The other issue I have is that the app doesn't alert you if you're scheduling appointments that overlap. And, I would like a calendar view that shows me which time slots are already spoken for and which are still open. Lastly, I would like to see a little checklist icon on any task/appointment with a checklist. I would like to be able to push the icon and pull up the list only (instead of going into the edit screen for the task/appointment). That way, I can get to my list and check things off without worrying about accidentally editing the task/appointment itself. The app does and okay job covering each of the functions that I need it to do. They just need to dig into, and improve each function so that individual pieces are competitive with the more specialized apps out there. Keep up the good work guys. It'll get there.

Fabulous app!. I have been trying a number of calendar and task management apps. Any do is good, but took way too long to load on my iPhone. To do list is just a task list, and doesn’t integrate as well with my calendar. Microsoft to do has some powerful features, but doesn’t work with any Google Mail accounts, since our accounts have to be on an exchange server to be synced. 24me has all of those features and war. The one tap task completion with them each application is fantastic, as is the location and mapping feature. I wish it had a web browser or OS X app, for complete integration with my platforms. Highly recommend!

Great app. I've downloaded a lot of Calendar apps, and even paid for some like Fantastical. So far this is the best one for tasks/reminders and it's FREE!?. One update I would propose, though, is to have two complications available on the watch and two widgets available on the phone - one for tasks and one for calendared events. This would be great because sometimes it's nice to be able to see all the tasks you have to do in between calendared events. That might be more of a suggestion for Apple, though, to allow that. It would be cool if BOTH of the complications could be "detailed" instead of just a number for the complication showing how many events or tasks one has for the day.

So far so good. I’ve been looking for a long time for an integrated platform for all the things I have to manage. If this works the way it looks like it will, then this will be a great app. There’s a small learning curve and time commitment to set up but so far so good. This look is like it will take the place of three or more different apps to do the same work. However, less than 24 hours in, I am already starting a wish list for updates. Number 1. Online platform. I find using a computer much faster and easier than my phone or iPad and one big reason I chose the app is to save time. Number 2. I can’t change a label on a task once it’s been created; but I sent a support email regarding this one.

Good app! Needs work in some areas. Not sure if it’s worth the price.. Great app for keeping tasks, events, and notes in the same place. Has a mostly user-friendly interface. Just some notes that I think are holding it back -users after they switch an event to a task/note while creating it can’t switch back unless they close the page and create a new task/event/note from scratch. You can’t change it after you’ve created it either. -users can’t view sub tasks within tasks after completing said task. You have to incomplete the task in order to see it. This is just extra work for the user for something that should be relatively easy for developers to mod it. -no project keeping for tasks part of a greater goal -labels don’t serve much of a purpose. They’re not organized into a certain section after completing and putting away so why even bother with the labels. -hard to refer what you did for a type of task in previous days -why one price tag at $35 for one year? Why not offer a monthly subscription as well like most other productivity apps? The app has a lot of potential but is missing a lot of key features to be worth the price.

Best substitute for paper. The flexibility between scheduling meetings or lectures alone is reason enough to download this app. I don’t have the pro version, so color coding unfortunately isn’t an option, but aside from scheduling, the app is very customizable on how you view your day to day. I typically go with a week long view of scheduled events, but month, and daily options are available too. Aside from this, one can make a check list of tasks, keep them vague, or assign days, and leave additional notes if desired. I’m not disappointed whatsoever with the free version, and I may upgrade in the near future.

Finally found what I was looking for.. 1st things 1st, I have down loaded about 60 planner apps, this one is by far the best one yet, with the tasks on the calendar page, the ability to make grocery type list, and everything has the ability to attach notes, it has great reminder options, I can't say enough. For those people that can't get settings to work, they are working on the issue, I contacted customer support, they told me it has issues with older version 0/S. I updated and it now works perfect. They are working on the fix for older versions, not having settings is no big deal though now that I see the difference. But still nice to have. Over all fantastic planner app, with great customer service, they responded each time in less than a day. Good job on building this perfect app.

Almost Perfect. I’m a paper planner for sure, every once and a while I try to switch to a digital planner for the time saving ability of inputting reoccurring events, sending events to people, searching events, etc. I’m a nerd, so organization and planning is a hobby of mine and I spend a lot of time searching for a better option. This one is working pretty well, but there’s still a few things that I find disappointing. First, I love that you have options for a daily, 3 day, weekly, or monthly view. But there’s no quick add feature when you are in any calendar other than daily so you have to remember the date you are planning on and input it manually. Second, I wish there was a date selection option for each calendar view. Where I can just quickly request to skip forward 4 months 6 days from today instead of having to either swipe forever or which calendar views, select the date, and then switch back. Last, I’ve had some standard calendars set up on my google email account which has some basic calendars set up - birthdays, parenting plan, reoccurring events, etc. you’re not allowed to edit these events in this app, so you’re forced to either not sync your accounts or use both calendars if anything needs to be modified. This is only day one, so we’ll see how it goes!

Unfulfilled potential. I had high hopes based on the tutorial videos, but I guess a lot of the functionality has been removed in recent versions. You have to manually add each bill and a link to the website where you pay it, which makes it no smarter than a regular recurring calendar item, for instance. Also, it only links to the native Apple calendar, reminders, and contacts. This is mostly not a problem, except that Reminders is terrible and I’d much rather link to Google Tasks or something (anything else, honestly). They even have to use a workaround where users have to “archive” (i.e. hide) tasks in 24me in order to mark them done in Reminders, which is weird and clunky, and you can’t delete tasks at all, just archive them. So, two stars for the aesthetic and the ability to call/text/email from a calendar event at a single button touch (though who sets up a reminder to text someone instead of just, you know, TEXTING them?), but it’s not worth the annual cost to me.

Would like more ways to customize the app. It would be extremely useful if we were able to add additional reminders for one alert. It would also be nice to be able to have alternate time frames instead The standard two days, a day, two hours, one hour, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, and five minutes. It would be nice if you were able to put the time frames we needed. A way that we could give suggestions on ways to improve the app FaceTime the consumers. Different alert settings based upon the type of activity. 1. Work Meeting/appointment ReminderTo do something send an email make a phone call that he alert is a different sounding. Add a snooze button. It would be extremely helpful if we could have more ways to customize the app to each individual users needs.

Contact Integration Missing. I really, really want to like 24me and make it my main calendar/To Do app, but the fact that it doesn’t have contact integration is a HUGE oversight! I don’t have time to put in each individual address as I see clients on the road every day. I emailed them this suggestion at least 2 yrs ago... still waiting. It’s odd to me that a business contact list is such a large part of doing business but seems to be the weak point and overlooked here. I’ll continue using other apps until 24me wakes up and see the light. I’m revising my original 2 star rating to 4 thanks to 24me’s suggestion to update by using Meet in the app to garner client location details. The app is still a bit clunky and not quickly intuitive but now that I can update locations on maps, and get updates on my Apple watch, I’m thrilled and I sincerely appreciate their correction on this oversight on my part. Thanks guys!

Talks a good game. Checked this out after it was featured in the App Store. The price was steep but I’m willing to pay for a quality product. First problem: they can’t decide when you do pay for it if it’s 24me Premium or 24me Pro. It’s a red flag when you either have changed the name of something and can’t bother to make sure it’s changed everywhere…or you just haven’t made up your mind yet. Checked with support: they’re both the same. Which means they’re aware and haven’t fixed it yet. The feature I most liked the sound of was the “Procrastination Fighter” as described in the App Store story. There is no sign of this that I could find in the app, nor in the support on the site. In fact, the only mention I could find of this feature profiled in 2021 is something from them back in 2015. If I’m paying for you to help me get organized, I would expect you to be organized about it. They’re not. If they ever get their act together, this might be a decent app and I wish them luck. Uninstalling.

Strong potential but slow and buggy.... As someone who works in software development, I’m very familiar with workflow, features, etc. I came across this app and instantly loved the UI and the features it includes. As I am working to set it up and (hopefully) replace other apps that I use, I’m coming across issues that may stall a transition. Primary issues are that it is slow and freezes quite often. A simple task such as editing the content of a note with no formatting takes seconds for cursor placement, text highlighting to copy/paste, etc. When selecting tags or setting properties it often freezes and I’ve found I have restarted the app every few minutes. I have restarted my phone several times. It is an iPhone XS. There are also workflow gaps which hopefully are going to be addressed in coming releases. Unfortunately, while I want to love this app, until some of these issues are addressed it’s not dependable enough for me to abandon my other productivity tools at this time...

Perfect for busy entrepreneur mom. This is great!! I am so happy that someone is making task + calendar combo. It’s been done before, but this is very user friendly! I was able to use it instantly and it helped me the very next day. I especially like the travel addition. It helps me know when I need to head out for my meetings to be there on time when my daughter is lugging behind ha! Things that I wish (and think they will) improve are: Task automation - to replace my ClickUp Scrolling feature to equal the way it moves on the iPhone Having the + button on a date rather than clicking on the date and clicking out, then hitting the + button

Great Organizational tool!!!. I’m very happy with the ease this app can be used. Sometimes I find it hard to stay focused. This app keeps me organized and focused. The easy installation of my information makes it one of my favorite apps. I have recommended this app to all my friends. My brother was amazed at how organized I am and I recommended he may want this app. He has Parkinson’s Disease and is starting to find tasks a bit difficult. Take the stress out of your life and get this app. I love that it welcomes me to a Good Morning, let’s me know what’s planned ahead and keeps me informed of my schedule throughout the day. Don’t want the constant notifications? No problem. Just set them to your liking.

Early results. Using this to help me manage my classwork this past week and it has already shown results. The reason for 4 stars and not five is that I can’t customize events to repeat multiple times a week (like a class that meets on Mon/Wed/Fri). I have to set a repeating event for each weekday the class meets. One key to helping with a project (such as writing a paper) is to create tasks for each step of the process. In this, the Nag feature is great, but it’s behind a paywall. I’m lucky enough to be able to afford the $30/year, so if you can spare the funds, it’s a great feature. The link to the Apple Watch is key for me. My phone is on DND most of the day, but the watch keeps me notified (also silenced, but the haptic notifications allow me to get my reminders without disturbing classmates or professors.

Great for ADHD. This calendar is absolutely one of my favorite planner apps I have yet to use, although I have used many different calendar/planner apps and unlike the others I think I will stick with it. I’m one day 3 now and I haven’t installed it yet. My tasks are getting done about like usual (Chaos and I just keep adding to the list). NEVER do I complete these tasks on time but for the most part I think I am just lost walking on sunshine and living the dream here in my own house of sugar plums and marshmallows with absolutely no goals in life. My ADHD has me all over the place so I’m probably going to hate that nag button. We will see if this helps me stay organized and hopefully remember what day to take the trash out. I’ll let report back in a week if I haven’t uninstalled the app yet. Don’t worry I am sure I’ll forget to unsubscribe to the paid version. ✔️got me again technically ✌️I’m going back to the days of pagers and pay phones before these overpriced phones and dating apps

Finally!!!. I have a very hectic and confusing schedule which requires me to go all over the place meeting different people and to make it even worse I’m a very forgetful person. This app does everything that I need! I love that you have a to do list within the task and that it shows you the directions right there as well. I’ve bought a lot of calendars and planners over the years and this is the best one so far. I’m still trying the free version, which pretty much has everything!) but I think will purchase the pro just to get the nag perk (because I really need it!). Still thinking about the $30/year though...

So Far So Good.. I have been searching for ways to become more paperless and organize my day so I decided to give 24me a try. After a few days they sent the one time offer for the Pro Edition, which I decided to purchase. I am ok with one time prices but dislike monthly subscription prices. So far I have synced my 2 different work calendars and my personal calendar, but I was also able to do that in Google. The feature I like most so far is tasks. I use them for my daily to-do lists and set the Nag up so i keep getting hourly reminders. If I reach the end of the day and didn’t complete the task I just change the date to the next day and start all over. I also use task plus sub-tasks to create my shopping list which worked out really great today. I actually had two lists created, one for items I needed to purchase for work and a separate personal list. I have not used the note feature yet. I have been using Good Notes to create notebooks for each major project at work and have the ability to jot down things quickly with the Apple Pencil. Until 24me is compatible with the Apple Pencil I am not sure the notes function will be very useful. It is so much easier for me to jot a written note over typing. But I will keep working with it to see if I can find a useful function. Like I said in my title so far so good but and I gave it 5 stars but it is not a game changer for me but I also need to delve deeper to see what other functions I may be missing.

Newbie Nat. I only downloaded the app a few days ago, so I’m still playing around with it and figuring it out. So far, I love it. I’ve done a lot of research on different planner and calendar apps and have tried just about every one on the market. It’s been difficult to find one that has the functionality that I’m looking for, and so far 24Me seems to fit my needs. I don’t want to have to switch between 3 different apps to organize my life, because then I don’t stay consistent. Not to mention, I’m a full time student and I work full time, and most apps are directed towards one or the other. 24Me is diverse enough to use it for anything and everything. One thing that would be cool is if there were more icon options for tasks, i.e. the call icon that adds the contact. There should be the same option for emails. Personally, I would also like to see more icons for school related tasks, or even just a way to customize the icon (e.g. adding your own emojis or symbols). Anyway, the reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is because I’m still a newbie with it and I feel it’s too soon to know for sure. Once I have more experience with the app, I foresee myself changing this to 5 stars. Thanks for the great app 24Me!

What the Heck Happened?. I literally just downloaded and subscribed yesterday being it’s a perfect all in one app that fit my needs. Woke up excited to fiddle around and use 24me this morning, When I click on icon, it goes in... gives me the Face ID check mark BUT throws me right back out to my home page time and time again?? I can’t get and stay in app now, I uninstalled then installed and seemed to work fine, until I logged in then kicked me out to homepage. Please look into this ASAP, Thanks Update 3/31.... Problem Fixed right away, Thanks for your attentiveness and services, The App is great, and look I know minor bugs/problems arise in all apps from time to time, we subscribers would hope they’d be addressed in timely manner, sooner the better (obviously)and you guys did just that. Thanks Godspeed:)

Help needed. I am trying the 7 day trial. Does the traffic alert only let you know if there is a problem? I thought it would let me know when to leave my house for work but it does not. I put in my work address and home address and the time I need to be there. It alerts me of the event but no traffic info. It has been a few days now using this app. I got a MacBook Pro and the tasks will not sync to the calendar on the MacBook Pro...only the events show up. Is there any way to fix this?? Please respond to this review. I need help with this. I put in my work schedule for the whole year but if I cannot get tasks on all my devices what’s the point. I get tasks showing up on my iPhone and IPad but not the MacBook Pro!!!! I have loved everything.

Really great Job. I see this said a lot so unfortunately I’m not being too original here but I really don’t really ever write these reviews. It did that thing where it asked if I liked it and then brought me here after I said yes…. Tricky… despite bamboozling me, I still gotta say I love this app. I have literally every calendar, task, planner app thing you can imagine and all of them are missing something, most of them two, and of the very few that have most things, they cost an arm and a leg or they’re impossible to navigate efficiently enough to even be worth it. This app got it right tho. It’s really easy to use, it’s has a very natural and instinctual layout and the free aspects alone are all you need to really enjoy this app. I bought the extra part that reminds me every minute or hour about my reminder in part because I’m horrible with my procrastination. But mostly it’s because I wanted to support the app that finally got it right and I was able to since I’m now cancelling at least 3 other app subs. Wel done 24 me. Please don’t change!

Hard to set up & learn. It is very hard to set up and seems very difficult to learn all the functions. But it seems like once you know how to do everything it will be very useful and really keep all of your notes and tasks very well organized and really simple to find things. Maybe I just haven’t found it yet but does it have a booklet or detailed set of instructions that you can get to go along with it that explains things in detail. I am the type of person that needs things shown to them in detail. I can’t just read something and know how to do it.

NO ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE LEGALLY BLIND. 24me discriminates against legally blind persons! Legally blind people cannot learn how to get started using 24me via half-baked videos without audio instructions! People with vision can learn how to use 24me, BECAUSE THEY CAN SEE!!! The 24me Help Section is not amenable to the legally blind, either. I have contacted the 24me developers about the lack of accessibility and ability for legally blind people to get started using it. The developers responded for me as a legally blind person to use it and inform them of what accessibility’s suggestions were needed. This answer came after I informed them that there are no viable instructions accessible to legally blind users. Apple is very concerned about accessibility for legally blind people. And most of there really good developers are capable of making accessible products without asking the legally blind user to TOTALLY make it accessible for them. I wonder how these inept, unconcerned and discriminatory developers caught this app that may have fallen into their laps from heaven. I will never know that it came from heaven because I can not rate it without getting instructions on how to get started using it. Developer: Why do you discriminate against the legally blind? How can a legally blind person get started without efficacious instructions to start using it? If I could give a -0 stars, to the developers I would have absolutely no hesitation.

User friendly,. Great for helping my ADHD brain with anything from helping me get to stuff on time to helping me quickly jot down grocery and other types of lists - Without the bulky interface of most dedicated list apps. I also like the distinction between a "task" and an appointment (of set duration.) I'd be interested to see an option to view a month overview - A full month calendar with each day expanded slightly to view each event, maybe in landscape view. Currently, if you drag down the week view, you can get a mini-view of the month, but the fact that you still only get the day-view below makes the month overview as currently designed feel rather claustrophobic.

Kind Of Grows On You. I have probably bought every task management/appointment app there is, and I have a couple that I use and really like, but I thought I'd take a look. To be honest 24me looked interesting, but nothing I hadn't seen and couldn't really do in the other apps. However, the notes section of this app cannot be beat, it's in a separate class by itself. But what really drew me to this app is it's persistence at constantly communicating to let me know what's going on during my day. Whether it's just, "you have stuff to do," you have a meeting, or a little car honk to say you should leave now if you want to get there on time, it's always ready to let you know what's happening. These reminders, and notifications aren't anything that other apps can't, and don't already do. It's more in the way that 24me does it. What should be annoying, is actually great. The little nags, hey you got some free time why don't you get some stuff done now. 24me comes as close to a real automated personal assistant I've seen. To this point, I've really started using it and not just because it won't leave me alone, but because in the way that it does this that makes it great. 24me has a clean interface that it almost looks a little Spartan, but my experience so far is shown that it has a lot more good stuff packed into it, than at first glance.

Love it!. I literally just downloaded the app and subscribed to the Pro version and I am already in love. This is so much better than my Apple calendar…so many features and I will definitely be using all of them. This really is as close to a personal assistant as an app can possibly be. I like all of the personalization options and the Someday Tasks option is great. My life right now is very hectic due to my husband’s illness…caring for him, working full-time, writing, acting as admin for a Facebook group, taking care of the house and our pets, etc…, so it’s difficult for me to actually schedule some things, so the Someday Tasks option will allow me to put tasks on my calendar as a reminder without having to move them them around when I’m unable to complete them as planned. I am very happy that I found this app and that I subscribed to the Pro version. Thank you for this amazing app!

Great if it is your main calendar. I really love most of this app - the notifications aren’t intrusive, i love that you have tasks, notes, AND events in one place, and I love how customizable it is. However, I’ve had issues where an event was added or updated to my calendar in 24me, and it didn’t update in my email client. I have my account connected properly, and I do see calendar events FROM my Google calendar in the app, but if I change/add to the 24me calendar those changes don’t populate back to google. I’ve actually missed a couple of appointments because of it; if I am not at my computer I only use this app (I made it the only calendar app on my phone, I don’t bother going to gmail in the browser). Not that it is the apps fault when I could have double checked; but the fact that I find myself NEEDING to double check is disappointing. I know authenticating between sites can be really finicky these days so it could be an issue on Google’s side as well. But either way - just a word of warning!

It could be better. The idea it’s awesome. But the app drives me crazy, it should be functional the calendar should open better, the ui/ix design needs to be improved a lot of things doesn’t open like it should, basic stuff. The picture functionality should have an option to look like genius scan to make the pictures look better for tasks and it should have an option to zoom in and out. Considering that it cuts my documents when I pull from genius scan. After you add the pic instead of having a camera pic and you have to click on it(which you gotta click right on top of the tiny camera super annoying), it should just straight up show you the pic below the task that way with the document you can get the task done.

Great organization help, needs a few fixes. I love how much 24me has been helping me just in the first week that I've been using it. I've been much more organized and productive because of it! I love how it merges my to do list with my calendar and allows me to easily move tasks around. There are a couple of things that would make it even better. When I choose Sunday as the start of my week, and then set a task as weekdays only, the app incorrectly assigns the task to Sundays through Thursdays, making Friday and Saturday the "weekend." I can choose Monday as the first day of the week to remedy this, but then the calendar view is disorienting and confusing vs what I am used to. Another issue is that I cannot make a calendar event occur on weekdays only. I can do this with tasks, but not events. Also, is it possible to "cross off" a daily recurring task as it's completed each day without having the box pop up every time? (And still have the task show up the next day?) Thanks for making an easy to use app for distracted, time-challenged folks like me!

Never been so organized!. I love this app I can add anything about my day including who I’m meeting! Remind myself to do both big and small tasks, keep lists; and even check off items as I get them done! I unfortunately am a poor broke college student and have no money to upgrade to the premium version of this app but I can imagine it only gets better. I would hope to see a possible option to maybe add in a work/ class schedule for the week? As of now you have to enter them as meeting or tasks and having the option to enter a long term schedule with work and school labels would be awesome! I would recommend this app for anyone who has a hectic schedule and needs who greatly benefits from constant reminders, before this app I wrote everything on my hand and lets just say this app has made things a lot easier!

Interesting...so far. I think I like so far. I have been looking for something that will help me keep my second job in order, while I’m at my day job. This looks to be a good fit. I haven’t been able to find more info though. Like is Facebook the only social network that this app will sync with? I like that you can make calls right from the app. Will it set up tasks, like to call a client back, from the voicemail part of my iPhone? Also, what about coordinating with my recipe binder app? For the purpose of meal planning/shopping for my family. Just little things like that are what I want. Otherwise, I’m seriously contemplating upgrading to the pro version. Am giving 4 stars thus far.

Love this!! The perfect app an assistant.... I’m an executive assistant and this app has made my life SO much easier after just a few days of using it. I love that I can have my calendar, notes and to-do list all in one place. One of my favorite features of the app is that I can sort my to-do lists and notes by categories/tabs for different aspects of my job. The email/calling tag is also really helpful- I can click my email/call to-do, it automatically brings up my email draft/phone app, I can finish the task and then it takes me right back to the app and I can pick up where I left off. One day, I’d love to try the premium version to see how that boosts my productivity, but the free version is great!

Simple and efficient. I like how easy it is to add items, make them a task, event or note, and then effect change. Definitely recommend for people looking to organize their daily lives.

Extremely useful and easy to use. This app is more than I expected. It’s extremely useful and very easy to use. It can linked to your calendar so you can manage all tasks just from this app

The new rules are designed to help people. The only thing that I would change is the way the font is

Awesome app. This scheduling app is perfect. The free version is full featured, I’m about to upgrade to the paid version after 4 months because the developers deserve some kind of financial compensation for creating such a wonderful free app. Thanks guys.

Helpful for non-linear lists. It’s great to switch between the different views for the tasks e.g. labelled categories and due dates. Sometimes find myself tapping on the calendar event expecting to be able to get into it from there but it isn’t a link. Like how it updates across devices.

So close.... ...but it just misses out. For the expense, it really lacks some simple features that would make it a winner. • Having an undo feature, for when you stuff up your entire schedule by moving something or crossing something out accidentally. • On that note, having a confirmation option on everything before making changes, just like the “instance” and “series” buttons, for the perpetually ADHD clumsy would be good too. •Being able to easily change an event imported from other calendars to a task would be handy. • Multiple notes on an event or task, rather than having to create a list within the existing one note. • Being to create an event or task photo album. • Ticking off a task not affecting all future repeats. • Making the tick box optional in the task notes. Not all notes are actual activities. Some are literally notes that relate to the task. There are more...

Combination of features makes a great app. It’s still early days with this app, but I like it. It makes me feel as if I’m in control of every aspect of my very busy life. The ability to share tasks with my family is a bonus.

Excellent App! So easy!. Exactly the app I've been looking for! Within seconds it pulls together my reminders, calendar, and email invites, into one list! If the upgrade was a single payment I'd do it, as I'd like a little more colour! 5 stars!

A PLANNER THAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!. For the past 3 years ive been shifting ways to plan my life - tried digital planners and actual planner books - but none worked the way i wanted. But 24ME works perfectly for me because they have different views of calendar, categorizes my tasks, and they have notes section to pit down my thoughts or other things. The UI is also really good and simple. making it very easy for you to navigate things and get used to the app.

Very disappointing. I’ve been a paying customer for a few years now and put up with the odd glitch - but recently I stopped receiving notifications and then all of my data was lost. All my past records, all of my reminders and appointments - the lot. No explanation has been given after weeks of asking for help. Support has been quite pointless, asking me the same question over and over again, not responding… What a waste of money. And has anyone noticed the 3rd of October 2021 is missing - and I mentioned this to them weeks ago. This is what is considered an expensive app. I think it’s fair that I expected better.

Great app that pulls together everything in one place. Before I used 24me I found it hard to find anything that would coordinate both a calendar and to do list/tasks. The reminder system is simple and it syncs with Fitbit so all bases are covered!

24me. Great App but its one flaw is it tends to often fall out of kilter with the date being out by one day! We notify the makers but still happens. Seems to have a recurring bug. Could manufacturers please fix permanently?

Better that iPhone calendar. Highly recommend this calendar. Super easy to use and integrate with separate notes, tasks and reminder! I’ve tried so many different ones and none of them top this app.

Good!!! Some suggestions.. This is a really helpful and useful app but It would be even better if you could add what days specifically you want the notifications. For example I go to work 5 days a week and I would like a notification only on those 5 days. Thanks.

Great App, although....... This is a great app and nothing can take away from that. However, it would be great to have the app work better with the apple watch. Currently, a user is unable to view the app at a glance as it cant be added to a watch face. Furthermore, a desktop version would also be a welcomed addition.

Awesome 😎 App!!. This app is amazing!! I’m better organised because of it, my favourite feature that makes this app so different from the rest, is it’s personal gestures. But the only thing I don’t like is having to pay monthly or even yearly to use the app to access all of its greatness. If there were a “lifetime” option, I would buy it. Otherwise this app is perfect 👌🏼 for people who really want to be organised in detail, from the university student, to high powered CEO.

FINALLY AN APP DEVELOPER WHO GETS IT!!. Finally, after trying multiple calendar apps, To Do List Apps, and all those note taking apps, an APP that TRULY delivers in spades!! I finally deleted around 20 tried and failed apps knowing I’ve finally found the one, that truly does it all. I can’t say enough good and I’ve only tried the free version to. Amazing.

The Complete Package. Great look and feel - can see everything on the one one page from calendar to tasks and notes. Yet still simple to work with!

If you are a new business and dad or mum, Use this app for planning!. Beginning of the year, I start planning my calendar and didn’t understand the concept of this app and I found it difficult to use. However, this year July my baby is born. Man, everything is changing, your prioritise is different, you need plan, to do lise, notes, remender all in one…. And this app works very well. The only thing I wish is if there is a window Vision I can use as well. But overall, thank you for developing the app for us!

24me is functional but not excessively complicated. I don’t usually write reviews but having recently spent about 20 hours in a week obsessing over finding the best organiser app for me, I think 24me deserves a review. I had the app before I started exploring organiser apps. I learned a little more about GTD strategy and decided to try find the app which best incorporates calendar, daily scheduling and task/project management. To me, there are many design features which could be developed to create an app which is better than anything that currently exists. However, not being a programmer myself, I’m not sure if writing such an app is feasible. Having investigated the current status quo via experimentation with many apps (obviously not all of them!), I have found that 24me works best for me due to a good balance of functionality and simplicity. I find that with these organiser apps, having more features and customisation options can result in making entries becoming too time consuming, which for me, defeats the purpose. After all the time I spent and money I pent on apps and subscriptions, I’m back with 24me, so perhaps you too, should give it a try.

Great but suggest an improvement. 24ME is one of my favourite calendar apps ever. It does nearly everything I want a life based calendar to do, I’m very happy with it. 2 little things that I think would make your app even better is: 1. When you look at the calendar as a month, you can see three events in one day and then if you have anymore it will add a little “+1/2/3” etc. You have to go into the daily section to be able to view all those events. I think it would be so much simpler if you could just tap the date and all of them popped up somehow. 2. My parents are divorced and I have a very tricky timetable as to when I am with each of them. I have different coloured events that sit at the top of each of my days to tell me. But it would be so much simpler if there was an option to make a day coloured, for example the 23 May was slightly blue to indicate I am at my dads house. I really love your app and these improvements would make me love it even more!

Standing Out from the rest. Seem less intergration of all your schedule no matter where you record it from notes, calendar etc

Customisation is meh. I can’t afford to buy the full version but it would be nice to be able to at least change the pictures in the free version. Also I would prefer only getting a reminder from the app rather than my phones calendar as well. Otherwise fairly helpful.

Very useful!. Slowly getting my life into order using this app. It is functional but not without personality, full of features without being bloated, and the developers seem to have a much better understanding than most of how people actually use calendars and planners. There are a few tweaks to the task page in particular that would make it easier to use: 1. The ability to add tasks without a due date. Even the "later" button just makes them due at an arbitrary date which just creates more work when the day comes around and your brain dump from two weeks ago suddenly starts sending your phone into hysterics... 2. Making it easier to drag tasks around. The haptic feedback slows down the process in the calendar as well as the task list, it would be great to have a setting that turns this off. 3. The ability to quickly add tasks from the notes page - so e.g. if you have a note due at 3pm then all tasks written in that note are also due at 3pm. If there is no due date just put them in the "unscheduled" task list. In the far future, natural language interpretation and a very simple goal tracking feature would make this a true personal assistant. That said I love the app for what it is and I think you're doing a fantastic job :)

Ok app. NEEDS a fortnight repeat function for colander.. This app seems pretty good. But one small thing that is actually a really annoying thing for me is that you cannot set things on the calendar to repeat on a fortnightly basis. Which drives me bonkers and it’s a feature I NEED!! Please add it into an update. Otherwise this app is kind of useless to me. Thanks.

Appeared great there are things I like. Have only begun but I love the look and options. I'm a visual person so aesthetics are important and this one is lovely and efficient. I’m deleting it because it doesn’t recognise the places to go and the travel time is really handy, I don’t want to look thing up and memorise what to type in. I’m in Adelaide but it had kynteavel timento America!

Okay but some deficiencies. There are quite a few really annoying things about this app. You can’t convert an event to a task and vice versa (which needs to be done a lot because adding something defaults to meeting and if you’re in a rush you’ll forget to select “task” and then you’re stuck with it). It takes too many taps to close a single occurrence of a recurring activity (just make the “delete series” a feature in the edit mode! It’s not that hard!). It crashes whenever I try to watch a tutorial. It hasn’t got a web/desktop version. I can’t figure out how to create a task without a deadline. It has so much potential - I just wish it was made more for users, which should be a given but in this case they seem not to have. I do like the Apple Watch integration, and the nag feature (when it works). I regret paying for it - with these issues it’s like I’m using a free version of something, not a paid version.

Reinvention. Visually attractive. Like the layout and how it appears to flow. Here are the buts. I appreciate that the built in apps in iOS have limitations but why does every productivity app insist on reinventing the wheel by generating yet another task list. I've started with a bunch of these and then gave up after 1 week. It seems like an excuse to start charging $3+ per month. What I'd like to see is someone implement an app that utilises the Notes and Reminders in iOS. Why? Because it's less "stuff" and I'd be less concerned by the threat of abandonwear. Been there too many times. I'd be willing to pay the $35 for that.

Great App. Loving my colour coded calendar. You need to pay to get the good features...which is the only reason I have give it 4 stars instead of 5. Slightly cheaper to access the features would have been better. Nevertheless, I’m happy with the App.

Great App. Once your use to the layout this is a great app. I love being able to change from daily, weekly & monthly calendar views & create notes & activities that will appear on the day without taking up time slots in the calendar.

Great App. Loving his app so far! Does exactly what I need it to, which is put my calendar AND my reminders in the same place! My only comments/feedback are that the adjust image still seems buggy (noted as a fix in this version?), it would be great to choose from a photos folder other than Camera Roll, and it would be nice to be able to customise the colours of my calendars from within the app, instead of having to exit it and go into the native calendar app. But those are minor issues really. Overall, thank you for making a very easy to use functional app!

Very happy. I have a small business, it is very convenient to schedule in different clients, but I did want something where I could work out proposed schedule for the next couple of months I like to be organised, but it kept changing on my other app for actual appointments, may be a selection when adding to whether you want that individual event linked or something. But other then that love how you can change the banner colour so allocate individual colours to different clients and at a quick glance see who is the next day.

Automatically integrated with Apple’s Calendar and Reminders app. That and the relative simplicity of the app vs other competitors makes it my default organisation app. Unfortunately for Premium members, the customisation options for the font is very limited (can’t change the actual font, options of Tiny, Regular and Large). The free version itself is more than enough in terms of features; give it a try.

Fabulous Organiser!. Different viewing options customise your view of the calendar - all are clear and colour coded, making it easier to read and locate items. In addition, personalisation of images for calendar make for a very pleasant appearance - which I love, as it makes me happy simply to look at something I find attractive. Very easy to use - adding new items, viewing items and checking off tasks when done. Extras include the ability to link social accounts and finances to your calendar, as well as syncing to your previous standard calendar that comes with an iPhone or iPad, and your contacts. All in all a wonderful App!

The best organizer app ever!. I rely heavily on my calendar, reminders, alarms, notes and so forth due to a brain injury. The challenge has been that these have been separate apps and with memory problems I forget to check in all the different places. I did thorough research and was delighted to find 24me. It’s turned out to be everything I hoped for and more. The only thing I can fault is that a reminder pops up on the screen for a couple of seconds (and a sound made) then it disappears. If I’m not near my phone to see in that second I miss the reminder. (Although it’s entirely possible this feature can be tweaked but I just haven’t figured it out yet). Love, love, love this app!

More comprehensive than others. Just the free version is better than iPhone’s. This has more features and options that are easy to use.

Great app. I love this app and it works smoothly and effortlessly .. My only issue is I would like the images at the bottom of the pages to be able to change and I would like the font on the script to be slightly bolder .. Otherwise it's a fab calendar

Something Special. Once in a while a very special app comes along and this is one such app. I have tried some great diary app but this is the very best so far. My only complain is the Pro option is very expensive for what you get. If the subscription was reduced by 50% I would love to continue with it. Otherwise highly recommended

Great App. Regarding layout, absolutely great! I would have gone premium and even advertise your app, if it would schedule my tasks with various duration such as 15, 30, 45 minutes etc in my calendar. Let’s be honest, if I’m scheduling a task, then I have to allocate time to do it. Hence I have to Time block it in my calendar. For someone like me with a live calendar, it’s so important to Time block everything. Otherwise I get booked with clients and I don’t get to do my MITs. I’m a productivity consultant and believe me, I know the importance of Time blocking and scheduling. There reason most people won’t do their tasks, it’s because they don’t schedule it and Time block it until is done. If you add these two features, you have me as a premium user and I would advertise it for you too. Thanks

Goodbye Apple and Microsoft Calendars. I had a look at 24me some years ago and although I liked it it just wasn’t what I was after. I had a look at it a few days ago and love it. I think what got me was the nag function in tasks. I’ve always liked that. Colour coding work, home, school sports etc looks very good as well 🙂

Awesome for on the go love it. Love this up so easy to use. Didn’t take long to get used to ... Great for someone that’s always on the go and needs that extra bit of help to organise their day, get alerts and be reminded of those important meetings and agendas. Call it an electronic personal assistant ...

Enjoy it. I genuinely enjoy this app. I’ve started using it the last few days and trying to utilise all the features. I would love for a option for additional calendars to be available in the ‘subscribed calendar’ section (at the moment I only have ‘Australian holidays’ but I would like to add more like Jewish holidays, Christian holidays, football season games etc).

A winner. I love Apps and have regularly used and continue to use Apps for exercise, fitness and health tracking. I have tried many personal assistant Apps over many years and have never stuck with them for more than a week. I have been using 24Me for a month and I find myself sticking with it. Like any successful relationship it is not easy to analyse why this one. Maybe ease of use, clean interface, relevant notifications? Has my recommendation.

Very Useful. It’s really useful when you need to plan for something, I know it’s definitely useful around Christmas because I plan everything I’m doing on Christmas Day which is a big help to me. Thanks

Easy to use. Easy to use, good views available, has password protection. Initially had issues getting started with this app. It was unable to connect to any of my calendars (local or email) therefore wouldn’t let me add an event. After a long time troubleshooting, researching, downloading a multitude of other calendar apps, I found a different calendar that actually gave me an error message reflecting the fix I needed to resolve my local issue. Suggest to developers to add a KB detailing all of the menu options in Apple iPhone settings where calendar permissions and restrictions are modifiable. The error reflects only one area to check when I actually had to check about 4.

Keeping me on track!. Love the fact that as soon as something springs to mind I grab my phone, add it to my list for today, tomorrow or a future date and then I can work on the list throughout the day. Simpler to use than adding things to my calendar.

Easy to use !. I’ve even replaced my trusty old, bit of paper and pen list of ‘things to do,’ and ‘shopping list’. It’s so easy to use. As I have it in a widget, it is easily visible and reminds me to get a wriggle on to head to post office if on my tasks list, and can repeat for every day if needs be, so things I haven’t done carry onto the nxt day.

Great app!. I particularly like being able to see in the day when you’ll do particular tasks in addition to events and notes. One thing to improve would be more custom options on repeating tasks e.g. every 3-4 days or weekday options. Otherwise really enjoying its great presentation and user friendliness.

Well thought Out App. I really like this app. It’s easy to use but functional Also. Notification Function is great And Reliable. The Apo has a really nice Feel to it It’s easy to set reminders and tasks. I think it’s got a lot of potential. I would be more inclined to buy it if I could choose a period that doesn’t auto renew. I have Other Apos where you can just select the period you want. The hassle of having to worry about turning auto renew off and going to iTunes etc puts me off. Something to look at as a lot of users might think the same. I have another 2 Apos that give me the month option without auto renew and I’m buying every month but Probably would not if it was an auto renew option. Something to think about. Good Job Developers. Think 24me is really good

Good but……. It does all the expected things and integrates tasks well etc. I paid for it with no qualms. I am not too keen on the interface for creating entries. It just seems a little cramped compared with, say, google calendar for example. Plenty of great features and my design critique may just be a personal hobble. Definitely worth a look if you’re after a new calendar/task tool

Sick of the subscription nonsense. I’m finding quite liberating going thru my apps cancelling over valued works. This app is the latest. Find a different business model folks, this one is dying.

Impressionnant!. Interface vraiment hot! C’est wow! Facile, intuitif… c’est différent et ça fonctionne!

Loving it. I am a new user. I love the fact that it has everything in one spot. I am concerned that it does not always successfully sync with Google Calendar and you can’t add attachments to your calendar events

Just need desktop app but great mobile app!!. For last few weeks I’ve been trying “personal assistant” apps and I always came back to 24 just wish it had a syncing macbook app.

So easy to use. Amazing

Very helpful!. A calendar with benefits. Does traffic based reminders to help me get to appts on time, sends suggestions when there's open space on the calendar to get to-dos done.

Its a good one. Better than other application if you are really looking to make a schedule

Cannot stop subscription. They make it almost impossible to stop the subscription This turned me off the whole program even though I enjoyed many of the features. Plus its far too expensive.

Awesome. Please stay awesome

Wonderful. Super useful and user friendly!

Good. Good

Perfect for the type who have to make lists and reminders constantly. As long as I remember to use it (only 2nd day of using it—need to turn it into a -habitual/routine/natural- part of my daily life.

super. très bien simple à utiliser, efficace

Best calander app I’ve had. Even with only the free version this is the best scheduling/reminder/notes app that I’ve ever had. I love it 10000x better than the apple integrated scheduling system. Once I’m making some money I plan on getting the lifelong plan. Highly recommend. Also the creator is an amazing person and actually emailed me directly to thank me for the support which I’ve never seen before in my life which I loved as an added touch and they encouraged any suggestions to make the app better. LOVE THIS APP

Professionnel. J’aime bien!

Serious concerns. I clicked on the 7 day trial and it charged my visa right away for the 49.00 yearly plan. I cancelled my trial subscription but it won't return my payment, The program is unstable on my MacBook 2020 as an iPhone app on the M1 processor, iPad 2020, and my iPhone and older iPad.

Oui. J’adore

LOVING THIS APP‼️. Other than the FB link not working, no complaints. I only acquired this app recently, but already it's made my busy life so much easier to navigate. When FB link works I'll add the last star. Thx 4 a great app Mr. G. Hertanu & company, it's much appreciated‼️😉

Great App. This is a great App. It’s very user friendly. The best so far from all the ones I tried.

Loving it. Just started using it but loving it so far!! Excited to keep learning all the features

All in one. Love the way that all of my everything can be grouped in one place. Bonus would be if I could sign on using my Apple account instead of having to creat a new one.

Très bonne application. A la partager avec tout le monde , depuis son lancement que je suis fidèle

Unbelievably frustrating with bugs. The design features of the app makes me want to smash my phone with a sharp rock. Everything seems like a button and you can’t afford to mess anything up when creating events or simply finding an event in another month. No miss types, or miss clicks or “returns” otherwise the app will make you suffer in one way or another. Sometimes if you misspell a word and try to fix it an “undo” button will cover half the app while kicking you back to the main apps page or whatever it’s called and you have to “shutdown” or restart the app just to try and create your event again. When everything is going 100% perfect or you have an unholy amount of patience dealing with the app, it’s amazing, quick and very accessible and a 10/10. but most of the time when you’re tying to create an event or something just to say “doctors-1500-some month at some location” it’ll take you 10 minutes of fighting the apps finicky buttons.

You guys rock!. I stumbled on this years ago and it just keeps getting better. The awesome lifetime deal popped up today and I jumped at it. Plus seemed a little pricey before but the deal makes it worth it. Just waiting for desktop for my life to be complete.

No good. This app doesn’t even save half of what you put into the notes, I have to keep adding things in everyday and what’s the point? That’s how I’ll forget… this app is supposed to be about NOT forgetting things. Terrible.

Weird sales tactics. My partner purchased the app for a year, I downloaded the free trail after saying no many times to the promotion to pay for the app I was given the option to make a one time payment for life. While my partner would have to keep paying every year so she stopped using it now I’m stuck with an app that no one else uses.

The app is great. Great app

Excellent app for organization. Great app!

Noice. Yup

Really awesome. Love this app, I’m not great with time management but this has really helped me

Not worth the money. as a calendar app, it’s good. but the tasks and notes are too limited. there is no way to import or export your information from either the notes or the tasks. there is no web interface , and the tasks feature is too limited. There is no way to add notes or files to a task, only a simple line. And not being able to export or import notes is a big thing if i ever want to migrate to another service. They are asking too much money for a limited app. i paid and i regret it.

A heads-up would’ve been appreciated. I have beeb loving the app. The reason for the 4-stars is that I would have appreciated a heads-up about the sudden software updates in the app via email, since I’m in your email list. Like a month or two weeks notice would’ve really made a difference.. Being a person with ADHD, which is who you marketed this app for, we know that any slight sudden changes is quite irksome and the fact that people with ADHD ruminate a lot, especially with tiny details,, I really didn’t like the experience of panic when I saw all the coloured labels gone. I literally thought your software was down. Had I not looked into the settings, I honestly was thinking of deleting the app as I thought it was not worth the hassle of “dealing” with a glitch. I know you guys are running a business. And I understand this move. So I’m still gonna use this app and let that lack of communication slide. However, if you guys take out too many pain points of your users so you can turn them into paying customers, the way you guys are doing it right now is honestly quite annoying. You need to ease your users into the idea that eventually there would be a fee involved if they want all the bells and whistles that the free version had, especially when your users have been so used to all the perks for about a year or so now. You can’t just shove into your users faces the payment version and suddenly take away WHY they used your app in the first place. Please note that smart phones and G-suite like Google Calendar/Microsoft Calendar, does have similar options your app has,, especially when paired with the phone’s smartwatches. So, from a humble user’s perspective who has been enjoying your app, I’d hate to have to be forced to look elsewhere just because of lack of a heads-up. But that’s just one user’s opinion. Sincerely, Jo

Very good. Still learning but so far so good

Too bad for subscription. The app is clean but unfortunately they want 50$ yearly subscription to gain pro access . Essentially if this is an app you like you will pay $100’s of dollars in the long run . Just not worth it . I’m out

Started off strong. I loved this app for mobile enough to pay for premium but have since been disappointed with the lack of customization options and more importantly, the inability to use on Mac. The ability to schedule and plan out my week on my desktop and then have the calendar and reminders in my phone throughout the week is paramount.

True personal assistant!. Love this. Makes organizing my life so much easier between running household, work, and my business

Charged without authorization. I was just charged full price without authorization, and I don’t even want to keep the app. Not fair at all.

Pro edition. Do NOT get this application. I’ve used it for a little over a month. It is no better than what is available on your iPhone. After a month which is just enough to discover the ups and downs of the app I cannot get a refund. Don’t spend $50 for the app, it’s a ripoff.

Trying as a Guest. Not a lot of customization for recurring events. Can repeat every week, month, year, etc. But cannot create an event to repeat on the 1st Monday of a given month every year. So, no good to me.

Pas trop compliqué. À date pas trop difficile à programmer

Great on phone, terrible on Mac. Tried using the new Mac app for this and it does not show all my calendars and does not sync anywhere near the way it should with the way it is on my phone. It constantly crashes and messes with the syncronization of it on my phone as well. Won't be using the Mac version until they fix all these bugs, however it is great for your phone.

Not Synching Between Devices. I have been using this app for my calendar for 2 years and it won’t sync between my devices. I have done what is on the apps support website yet it doesn’t sync.

Une arnaque. Une Arnaque monumentale

Great app. I like it that it has a map and calculates my ETA.

Could be a good app.. This app seems to have it all. However there a few clawbacks. First when you open the app, it basically freezes while loading all your stuff. There should be a tutorial for first time users. There should be a lot more customization for users with different workflows, My apple reminders app allows me to organize my lists. You can’t do that with this app. You can’t delete the sample tasks or notes easily and I still have one that just won’t go away. I want this to be a good app but in the end I couldn’t use it and I wouldn’t recommend. The problems are with the app itself. I can get Things connected and they display but the app itself is a terrible vessel for what is already out there.

I like it!. Very practical😃

Chance of rain?. I live in Yellowknife. It’s January. This app consistently says “chance of rain” In Yellowknife. In January. 🙄

❤️. I love 24me,always keeps me on Check!

Amazing. After a day of playing with it, you feel so comfortable using it. You can add your own pictures to the background and that is the touch that makes it so different for me. You don’t feel overwhelm by the day or tasks given that you have your puppy or family just there in your day. Amazing idea plus the how easy yet all is there. Even notes Can have pictures in it. Love it. Hope it continues growing in popularity. ❤️

So many things to love, a few to fix. The NUMBER 1 THING I WISH YOU WOULD MODIFY is scheduling an amount of time for a Task. Some tasks take hours that I would like to block my schedule off for, but without the ability to set a length of time for a task, I need to create the task and THEN create an event for that task. Very frustrating. Also, the app is cute but inefficient. You click on an event and it takes a good few seconds for the animation process to be complete. Not a big deal, but something worth thinking about. Other than that, I actually live this app EXCEPT FOR not being able to assign a length of time to a task.

More like a 3-1/2. I've been using 24me for several months now, after using another task/calendar app for years. This has good functionality. I particularly appreciate how well-integrated the task function is with the calendar and contacts. I'm still working with the free version. The paid version doesn't seem to add much in the way of features, other than support. Colors and the nagging function are not worth it. There are also some notable functions that need to be added. (1) You should be able to view this in landscape view. Restricting it to portrait view just seems antiquated. (2) There should be an easier way to remove all completed tasks other than doing it individually. (3) Add subtask capability for larger tasks that have multiple components. (4) Add weekly and monthly views of the calendar. Right now, when I want to get a sense of my weekly or monthly schedule, I have to go back to the iOS calendar. If these were added, I'd easily pay for the monthly subscription.

Problems using the notetaking function. So far this app has delivered, with one major exception. The notetaking function attached to specific dates is not working well for me. It’s very difficult to add content to the notes. What’s more, all of the sentences in notes seem to get mashed together (instead of forming nicely bulleted double-spaced lines). Some specific problems: 1. within each note, I want each line to have a bullet in front of it, so that I end up with a bulleted list of questions. However, I have not been able to find a bullet to use, so I’ve been stuck with using hyphens at the beginning of each line. 2. I want there to be a double spaced empty line between each bulleted item within a note. Unfortunately, however, the only notes I have been able to save mishmash the individual bulleted sentences. I have not figured out how to neatly double space the list, with a full line of space between each bulleted sentence. Please advise! Thank you!

Very good. Some tweaks needed. I started using this app to see if I like it better than PlannerPro. Both are great. For this app, I would like to have the option of highlighting when done with an event / task. The checking off when a task is done is great, but as a visual person, highlighting something done gives me a way better visual of what I have left for the day. I would also like to be able to set the time begin and end on a task and not have it automatically set for 30 minutes. If these features can be added, I would say 5 stars!

One calendar app to rule them all. 24me has always been helpful and a treat to use, but this new update has also upped the ante to the highest level of convenience and simplicity. Calendar and reminder settings are imported or added quickly and smoothly, with appointments and to-do actions easy to access and edit. In my experience trying so many in this category in recent years, 24me has risen to the top of the list and makes even the free version a totally unique system to handle daily activities

Too buggy. I have been using this app for about 3 years now. It has basically almost everything I need, however it is way too buggy. I have written multiple emails regarding the bugs already. For example, I would have to delete the same task 4-5 times to actually get it to delete. The tasks I made 2-3 years ago, I can still see. It freezes up on me. They changed the app to be able to drag the task to the next or prior day, however this also makes it so the tasks is dragged to another day when I DIDNT want it to. I honestly never use this feature because I rather manually change it.

Not user friendly and bad support. I upgraded to premium as I thought this was the app I was looking for to manage my tasks, to do list and calendar. At first it looked good but really this app is not user friendly and has some bug which they refuse to acknowledge/resolve. I approached customer service to suggest an enhancement and the lady Daniela not was not helpful but did not seem to make any effort to understand the request. The purpose of a do to list / task manager is to be able to add them as straightforward as possible. Well this app every time you had a task automatically set the time in a pure random fashion. This is super annoying because you are forced to amend that option. I really don’t understand what it is the purpose of having random time vs not having any at all ( or an option) It s a shame, this app had good potential

Happy to find you. I’ve needed something like this. It’s easy, usable, and is helping slowly tame the chaos. One detail is that I really, really want to change the font size of the calendar and it is still large and somewhat unattractive. I’d like to be able to customize it and have the premium version. I can only do thin, regular and one other and some minor changes that I can’t see making a difference. The esthetics do matter to me. I like the size and font for the notes and tasks page. Please make it more customizable or just less huge on the calendar page.

Almost perfect. This app is so useful. There’s only one thing I find annoying about it. If I set up an appointment or reminder to call a contact, it automatically links to the contact #. But when I add an appointment to the calendar and type a contact into a meeting, it does not add, or give the option of adding, the contact phone#, or email address, into the appointment. This is a useful feature other calendar apps include, so you don’t have to leave the app to make a call or send a message. Add that, and this becomes a 5 star app.

Solid Calendar. I have enjoyed using this app for about a year. Very intuitive and the interface, though taking a short time to get used to it, is quite simple. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is that when a calendar event is scheduled it takes a long time to show that the invitee has accepted. Additionally, if you later go into the calendar entry (to which someone has been invited) the invitee receives notice that the invite has been “updated” even though no changes were made. This has caused my invitees confusion on more than one occasion as they try to figure out what exactly has been changed with the original invite. Frustrating.

Wish I could assign specific days on repeating events. I really like the app. It’s great to have a calendar, to-do, and notes in 1 app. I might just be missing the feature but it would be really handy to be able to assign specific days for events that would repeat. I can do odd intervals under the custom settings which nice but if I have an event that will repeat every week day except for Wednesday or something, that’s when the flexibility of the app suffers. If I could specifically pick what days the events would repeat on, this app would be 5 stars and perfect for my needs.

Glitches. It has some very annoying glitches won the most important one when you see the calendar of the month spread on the very top it gives you the days for example today date is Thursday, August 19 but you look at the calendar of the whole month it says that it’sSaturday, August 19 I already tried going into settings and try to fix this problem but there’s nothing that changes this. the other annoying thing it’s not really a very important but that was the reason why I got it supposedly it would allow you to add a background picture on your monthly calendar it doesn’t let you do that the option is there but it doesn’t do anything when you have it on dark mode.

Updates. I have purchased the app and will continue to use it bc I love the App except one thing. I would like for the date to change everyday on the face of the app instead of it staying “24” everyday. I understand the meaning by it but I don’t want to have to open the app to look for the date. I know y’all give the option for it show the date on the where the notifications are but that’s just it, those are for notifications. I’m not sure if I’m the only one who feels this way but I am giving my opinion and my review.

Best Organization App on the Market. I am a organization hawk! I have have spent extensive time and money purchasing and using various apps that offer “total” organization that include calendar events, tasks, notes, emails to tasks and Apple Watch complications. 24me is the perfect app! Complete, easy to use and support is bar none the best! Get this app and subscribe to the service. Once you do you will find yourself deleting those other calendars and task apps. 24me will help you organize your life, giving you peace of mind and the ability to tackle your daily, weekly and monthly activities both professional and personal.

Just started & excited to see how things go…. I just downloaded this app not a couple of days ago but it’s EXACTLY what I was looking for. It finds balance between having a schedule, to do list & a visual aid for your day to day tasks and time management. I can’t wait to see what else I can do with it moving forward! Every person is different but with their free-trial every person should at least TRY IT to see if it’s a right fit for them. Definitely worth the go.

Wanted to love. Clunky and frustrating. :( Label’s calibration “hit boxes” for selection feel broken and have limited colors. Too many clicks with needless tutorial landing pages you can’t back out of for additional edits. It’s been common practice to change color labels and edit text all from the same spot. Profile pic from gallery is glitched with the active camera. Finding the page for logging in on a second device is hidden under starting a new profile instead of listed in settings. No way to change a calendar event to a task with a due date. I couldn’t cross off as completed or even correct a mislabeled post. I had to delete and re-do all of them. The future tasks are in a weird spot can’t be dragged to tomorrow or later. There just isn’t consistency for ease of use. I spent about 5x as long as I would have just using Google. My ADHD brain needs to get my thoughts and tasks down before I forget them without trying to navigate what should all just work together. It feels like it was built by an engineer without being tested for consistency, simplicity, or time.

Quickly became my go to. I have used another calendar application for years but when I found this one I had to give it a shot. Within a day I bought the pro version for the few extra features it offered but I could have just as easily stayed with the free version. Easy to add events, tasks and notes. Fast sync with third party calendars and every view option you could want for organizing my day. I highly recommend it if you are serious about organizing your day.

Update was a downgrade for recurring tasks function!. Updated review *** severe issue after the last update!! All the tasks that are set to reoccur, let’s say weekly, do not come up labeled with the new date each week. Every time they pop up they are labeled with the date that they were originally put in. So every time a weekly chore pops up it appears to be over due from October instead of overdue from yesterday. It is very important that this is fixed back or the app is much less useful. Will be looking for other options. Please fix this bc I use this app every day and would like to continue!

Huge Issue!!!. The app so far was great during my 7 day trial period. I had questions about working certain features and received great service and support. I decided to allow Apple Pay to take my payment of $35 and purchase for a year. After spending the money, I now have ads that block out your schedule. You have to go in and delete the ad. I wish I could post the screenshot. When you click the ad, it the “you won a free iPhone” click bait crap. The ad is blocking out areas of my daily planner and I have to go into it and delete an ad to clear it up. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. You don’t pay$35 for a service to get continual advertisements. The fantastic customer service I got during my trial period? I emailed the 24me customer service and have yet to hear back from them.😡 Turn around was not long at all before.

Goal Feature?. I absolutely love this calendar app. I’ve been using it since December and it’s been amazing so far! I wonder if it’s possible to develop a feature for goals. It would be so great to add “goals” each day, each week or each month. The perfect place to put this feature is where the options appear to add a new task, event, or note. Pretty please, can we add this feature to this amazing app? Thank you for developing everything that’s already in this app, and thank you for considering this request. 😊🙏🏼

Good and Bad. I will start of my saying this is the best app Ive downloaded that keeps everything together and in one place. I also loved the birthday icon, to get a gift for family members. The smart reminders was a brilliant idea. But there are some small things I would like you to improve before I consider paying for the app. First I couldn't edit or crop photos for profile picture. Next, in the profile section I'm not allowed to change the email. I'm someone who has multiple emails and I don't need associates to know my personal email address. Also in the note section I didn't see an area you could paint/hand write in the notes. This would be perfect for people who like to write vs typing or speaking.

Great app. I’ve only been using the app for about a week, but it’s already helping me to stay organized. I love that the tasks flow into the calendar. I love that there are several different calendar views, including a task-type view. I love that each task can have its own to-do list. I see myself using this for a long time. I’ve tried different planners and even bullet journaling, but nothing ever seemed to be exactly what I need to organize and balance work, church, and personal items in a functional way that doesn’t take up a lot of my time to keep up to date. This app hits all my functionality wishlist items.

Love the features!. I’m really impressed so far with the app! I’ve been trying to look for a productivity app that best suits me, and this app has everything I’ve been asking for: a calendar view of all the events and tasks, a list view, notes, integration with google calendar, random reminders, etc. I really thought such an app would never exist, and I am hoping the good experience so far will continue. I’m thinking that it would be nice to have a desktop version, one that is accessible through the web. Other than that, this app has been quite impressive! I hope it gains more traction and becomes more well-known!

Almost. This app is pretty great, and I’m close to purchasing the one-time upgrade but there’s some work that needs to be done before it is perfect. In the task section it would be helpful to have an option to have collapsible parent groups, that way one group could be labeled school but have the individual classes collapsible underneath. This feature is crucial for keeping track of assignments from week to week. No sure if I can make the switch over from Todoist yet but I may still support the developer in hopes that this functionality will be added to suit my needs going forward.

Attention Those Wanting Customer Service. This is a revision... I had the best experience today. I received something I don't usually see too often, fairness and customer service. I've been won over. I can't speak on the APP itself, yet. I won't say good or bad about something I have not yet used on a regular basis. I can say, however, that these people care and a developer that cares is, in my book, worth taking a risk on. Keep up the base of a good relationship with your customers and you'll produce a wonderful product.

App problem solved!. Update from note below. I contacted their app support and after a few days of trials they were able to find the problem and fix it. Now I am back to enjoying this great app! Previous post: Since the last two updates the app won’t open. It crashes as soon as I open it. I love it, but can’t use it. Looked in website for help center but couldn’t find it. I bought the full subscription. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Restarted the phone. Still the problem persists.

Latest version of 24Me. I really like this version. Easy to see. Easy to use. I kind of miss the ability to swipe an item off a list, but this two-step version eliminates mistaken erasures. It’s going to take a bit of time to get used to the sound effects when taking an item off the list. I may want to eliminate that (maybe in settings) so I can edit without drawing attention to myself in public. I trashed my old version and reinstalled this when I encountered a bunch of glitches.

Unfortunate. I like this app, really I do and here’s why, the UI is clean and simple not overly distracting. It has not only the calendar but tasks and note as well which is something that I really wanted, tags for events, it syncs everything together. So what is wrong if I like the app. PRICE. The price is god awful. I would easily pay for this app in premium if it was cheaper and not a yearly subscription, no way. 30 dollars and the thins said that was discounted. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. It there was a one time premium fee with the option to buy other features I’d even fork up some cash for that. Within reason! A subscription for the year is not reasonable especially when there are nice “personal assistant” apps that are a one time pay for premium. Hard pass.

Premium is Worth It!!. The app will NOT do the tasks FOR you - but, my ND brain understands this app a LOT better than most similar apps. I even tried the ones that give you XP, like a game - that wasn’t what was keeping me from productivity. I needed an app that organizes the way I do, that helps me clear my head and focus and re-group if things don’t go according to plan, don’t guilt trip: this is perfect for that. I bought a lifetime membership, because I will use this as long as they exist.

24me. I was excited when I read the review that stated this app was a one time cost and not a subscription but it is a subscription which is a big negative for me and I am sure a lot of other people. I don’t mind paying for apps/programs but am against paying repeatedly. To me it would equate to having to pay Microsoft over and over again for the operating system on my PC. FYI upgrade to a new version every few years is one thing but fees weekly monthly or yearly for apps is not how it should be. I feel if there was a fee say every three or four years for new versions with significant improvements is one thing but not yearly. That being said I was excited when I read about your app but once I saw the yearly subscription fee my excitement vanished.

So Far So Good. I started with the 7 day free trial of 24me Pro, and have been using the free version for the past 2 days. I don’t know too much about either version yet to really review it, but I have enjoyed it so far. With ADHD I need an app that’s quick & simple to use, as well as easy to read with reminders. I’ve tried many and this one does seem to be the best fit, especially without having to spend a lot of money. I’d recommend checking it out, why not there’s nothing to lose.

A revelation!. I’ve tried dozens of these apps, but even when I found one I liked I apparently still didn’t like it enough to actually USE the thing. It’s almost like I needed an appointment or to-do entry just to remind me to open one of those apps. I’m not entirely sure what’s so different, here. It’s got a lot of the same pieces. But somehow those pieces come together in a way that just works. I guess it’s like comparing a junker to a quality automobile - sure they both have 4 tires, an engine, and all that, but the experience of driving them is simply not the same. Not gonna lie, it took me a second for my brain to adjust to the UI. But just a second. And it took me many minute to figure out the rest and set it up in a way that works for me. But now I’m on the other side of that divide - I’m now one of those better organized “calendar people”, and it’s a great place to be. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Just one thing: dark mode, please!

Almost perfect. I have used so many apps over the years trying to find ways to organize tasks and be more productive. Finally I have found it. The way things are organized, the reminders, it works with Siri and looks beautiful at the same time. It has made my life easier and more functional. My only disappointment was finding that I can’t get the app on my Mac. I guess I will have to be ok with it only on my phone for now. I hope there at are plans to make it work with Mac in the near future. That would make it perfect!!!

Great when it opens!. I spent all day yesterday adding tasks and setting this up. I used it before and switched phones and forgot. Yesterday I upgraded to the pro version. Today the app won’t open. If I delete the app and reload it, it doesn’t remember all the work I did yesterday. I upgraded my IPhone software and it works just fine now! This is awesome. I needed a good task manager with a calendar. Now let’s see if I use it every day! I hope so because it helps to unload those to do items off my mind and in a place they won’t get lost and I can turn them into Ta Done!

Not user friendly- hard to move things day to day. I REALLY wanted this to work for me... Alas. although I easily learn software and apps usually, this I found complicated and "not intuitive." Referred to tutorial before launching in, spent several hours making sure I understood directions. So thought I was good to go and loaded info in. Contacted Support when I had early issues showing up. I think this was a GREAT first stage effort, but needs to be simplified and faster for start up for busy people. For me, I find keeping a running To Do List in Notes and appts on Calendar and also back up in Notes and hard copy, it is easier. What frustrates me about my system is I need to have left over items migrate on their own to next day. I didn't feel this app did that easily. I also wanted to easily label projects with my labels or change as needed. I didn't think this app made that easy either. I would consider this a Beta app that is well on its way to be awesome, as it is trying to solve all the important needs. It just isn't doing that well- yet.

Good scheduling reminder app. I like this app and prefer to many others partly because it integrates google maps directly in it and you can invite people too. It also integrates your other calendars automatically, between that and the maps it is very sophisticated. There are some things I would change for example, when adding an item, choosing the date is frustrating if it is more than a week out. It’s simple, to the point and does what you need it to do. The notifications are great with a separate alert noise than everything else so you know what it is. Good app!

This App “takes the think out of it”. Amazing app! - it does everything to help you stay organized, punctual & on top of your game. I have terrible time management skills & constantly forget to do things. I’ve tried numerous Productivity apps & none of them compare to this app. The robust line-up of feature/functionality that’s available greatly reduced my stress level because the app does the thinking for me- I just add tasks & go. 24me will remind me when to complete them. I can also create Grocery Lists- I don’t have to deal with my grocery list residing on a bunch of random, scattered pieces of papers.

Finally Here. I down loaded the free version about a week or so ago. Still learning what it will do. Very happy with it and all it will do. Finally have found an app that is my calendar, to do list, reminder, notes, shopping list and everything combined into one place. I like the way 24me syncs with my calendar, reminders and note apps. It appears to sync both directions, so if I put it in 24me it will also update my single apps. Haven't taken time to explore email interaction yet. I have listed all my tasks and calendar items and am getting a lot completed.

SO FAR SO WONDERFUL. I have only been playing with this app for one day but so far it surpasses everything I need and more! I really wanted a calendar all the allowed both daily schedule and to do list that allowed me to complete items and them to stay on the due date as I am looking at he calendar! So far so good with this app! I think the more I use it the more I will love it! They’ve thought of everything and then some!! For some of the added features you have to pay for the premium version ( we all have to make money right?) but the free version has everything you need and more!

Very Satisfied. The second I downloaded this app I felt motivated to schedule my daily tasks as a college student and it really forced me to think through, contemplate, and prioritize my tasks for the week. For example, I was able to prioritize and practically organize my homework for the week to be done during my spare time between classes. Just the act of scheduling things out made it so half the decision of doing something was already made for me in the form of a schedule. Very psychologically powerful so I would definitely recommend this app as it is also easy to use and useful even on its free level.

Pretty good, but there are bugs now. I’ve had this for a few years and I loved the app for the most part. However, there are a few issues that I think really affect functionality and have been pretty irritating lately: 1. When trying to add a new event, you can’t automatically enter the exact time of the event, you have to add it then re open it to change the time. The added step makes it a lot less streamlined and a bit cumbersome. 2. The”someday tasks” option is extremely buggy and I can’t find a way to get rid of it. In theory it’s a good feature but right now it says “looks like you have an open slot in your calendar...” about 25 times (it adds a new one every time you try to delete the old ones) which is so irritating bc it basically shows me that I have 25 new notifications all the time that I can’t get rid of. If I ignore these two annoyances then the app is great and helpful, but they’re starting to really bother me and I might have to find another productivity calendar/note app to replace this if the issues aren’t fixed.

Limited, no Support. An app with very good potential. . . but. Quite a while ago I made the mistake of subscribing to what appeared to be the best app of its kind. After it initialized and I began converting all my projects to it I found that repeating tasks are limited to, for instance, every day, every week, every month, etc., whereas many of my tasks are accomplished quarterly, bi-weekly, every three years, etc., etc. I cancelled my subscription because I had already found other, less sophisticated apps that offered customized repeats. Recently I revisited 24me because of the many features I wanted. I hoped that an app of this sophistication would have provided their tasks with the degree of convenience that many lesser applications already offer. I found, instead, that it was still very limited. Thinking I must have been missing something, I asked for help. That was six days ago! No response! Apparently no interest. Hope for subscribing to what, otherwise, seems an outstanding application has faded. I would give this a four-star review and would have checked again in a few months for a new revision, but the lack of support prompts me to relegate 24me to the rank of third rate apps.

Problem with photo gallery. I gave it a 3 because I got this app in Oct. 2019, love the functions on the app however since the beginning I’ve had trouble putting my own pictures from my photo gallery onto the calendar. I’ve paid the subscription, I’ve reached out to support and have many emails back and forth with Anna Pivchik but I keep getting thank you’d for my patience that they are trying to find the problem but haven’t yet. The last communication I sent was 12/21 but have heard nothing since. My problem is when I touch a picture from my photo gallery it doesn’t come on the calendar, just by chance I tried random pics and only a couple were moved to the calendar. I really would like this resolved!

Great all around organizer. I try many task, calendar, to-do etc. apps just to see what’s available. This one encompasses almost everything I would use. It is elegant to look at and feels good. It is a little busy only because it combines all in one. The only two things to add that would make it perfect for me is a more intuitive location based reminder (similar to Apple reminder) and to be able to scroll up or down the calendar items when in list mode (similar to fantastical). At least when in pro mode. This is a great app! I really like the useful and timely reminders.

Workhorse with lots of options. This app has everything I need to stay organized. Comprehensive, easy to use, and the premium edition adds even more features. However, I’m waiting on another lifetime discounted offer for premium before I purchase the upgraded version. The monthly cost for all the bells and whistles just seems a bit steep, but I have seen a couple of offers for buying a premium edition for life. The free edition of the app is fine for the time being. Discount the lifetime premium offer once more, and if the price is right, I will definitely make that purchase.

Simple but could be better. I’ve been using the app for a few days now and tried the pro free trial. I really love how it syncs with my calendars and has option to add a location and gives traffic time. Also love that it provides the weather for the day. It’s a very simple app, but I would love if it had more customization available. Like choosing colors for events or tasks. Also being able to use your own pictures for the calendar gallery. Maybe having different themes/color schemes(nothing crazy, just different colors). There’s many great things about this app; I just hope it improves soon.

24me. I have searched long and hard for the perfect “to do” list app and have come to realize that there is no perfect one. Years ago I tried 24me a few times, and it didn’t work for me so I deleted it each time. Then I searched and searched and came across ”Swipes”, which is nice but the developers have abandoned it and don’t respond to emails anymore. That was frustrating, so I downloaded lot of familiar ones and none did what I wanted. Then I saw 24me and said “I remember that app”. I downloaded it again and it seems that there were multiple updates done over time and now this app is just AWESOME!

Great App!. Exactly what I have been searching for over the past two years. As a middle aged, divorcée who found herself dropped unexpectedly from the SAHM life to the welfare line one week before Christmas, with no money, no food, no vehicle, and no career after 4 years away from an already confused and diluted career path, I needed a “pull it all together” app that could keep pace with my Herculean efforts to overcome the hurdles ahead. And, finally, here it is! You guys got it right! Sincerely from my heart and from my 6 year old and 3 year old, Thank You!

A Very Smart Assistant!. I've really just been using it for a couple of weeks, but it is a nice app! I am partial to Franklin Covey Planners and have to find an app that mirrors it and has the functionality I desire. That said, I really like the User Interface of this calendar! It looks great and the task integration allows me to see everything I need with a swipe! I complete tasks with a swipe, and can delete just as easily. It's Notes section is tempting, but I use EverNote consistently. The iPad version doesn't make as good an impression, but it looks excellent on my iPhone 6s Plus!
