Please add some in-car cameras to the Truck Series!. The app has gotten exponentially better over the past 6+ months with the addition of in-car cameras for ALL the cup cars. The Truck Series still seems to be the one left out in subscription app coverage. Please add at least a few Truck in-car cameras. I enjoy and follow the Truck Series as close as I do cup—feels like such a miss to not give them the same capabilities for subscribers when trying to promote that series as much as you do!

Love the app BUT..... I've been a paying subscriber for several years and love being able to hear conversations between driver, crew chief and spotter. That brings a new dimension to TV coverage. This year however the app works fine for trucks and Xfinity races but when the cup race comes I am unable to connect to paid functions most importantly the scanner, crew chief and leader board features. I have to call and try to convince support that (1) I paid for the entire season and (2) that the problem is real. So far they’ve been able to get me connected but I’ve often missed a number of laps. Often the leaderboard and crew chief screens don’t agree with each other-a bit disconcerting. My plea is please fix the bugs and tell me how to avoid the weekly cup issue because otherwise I still love the app.

Great Race Game - could be even better with minor adjustment. We have a small fantasy league and have been playing on this app from the beginning. Love everything about it except the inability to make any team adjustments after the 2nd segment. It would be more exciting if we could make garage changes up to 10 or 20 laps remaining in the race. This would keep fantasy teams that lose a driver after segment 2 involved to the end. The adjusted 2023 layout/format in the app is not as user friendly as previous layout. It’s more difficult to see driver performances during the race now. Seems there was a change just for the sake of change…go figure.

Needs more interesting articles. Needs more interesting and informative articles or videos. Be cool to see more on history of nascar as well as Direct information from teams and drives. It help if more top notch sport journalist would get involved and enthusiastic and passionate about nascar and would give that good reporting. Tv has done good with Gordon and Earnhardt jr. getting involved. What they bring is real passion to the broadcast. And they help a viewer how many think driving in circles is boring or even stupid learn about how intense it really is. This app needs that. But gives you information about practice and qualifying if your at work or something. And the option to the in car cameras is so cool as well as the scanner access. But pretty dull through week.

Fix the bugs!. When I use this app to find out put stall selections I must take a screen shot of your teeny tiny photo. Once I have my screen shot I can then zoom in enough to actually see the information! Whenever the race is complete before I can see the updated results I must completely shut down my phone and wait a minute, then turn my phone back on. Once completed I can then re-start your app to see the race results. I can’t believe that I continue to use this crappy app!

Paid subscription. Why is it approximately 1/2 lap behind network broadcast? Going to commercial is a problem when you switch in car cameras from one driver to another. Maybe I don’t see any commercials on my paid subscription, but the 1/2+ lap behind network has caused me to stop using it. I will eventually watch because I pay, and maybe there won’t be any commercials.

Issues. 1. Please add a section that includes the entire weekends TV schedule for all 3 series. It's frustrating having to switch between series just to see each schedule. 2. Have an actually current up to date chase grid bracket for each division. It’s extremely convoluted just going into the point standings and seeing what place they’re in. Literally no information on the playoffs (cutoff lines, what races are next in this section of playoffs etc.) having the entire Playoff bracket would solve this but needs to be kept up to date. 3. Excessive adds!!! An add here or there is fine but not being able to open the app without Toyota adds or adds before every single video plays is excessive.

NASCAR Rebuilds. I live in New Jersey a few miles from where NASCAR Driver Martin Truex, Jr is from. I actually had a NASCAR “License” and drove cars at the Wake County (NC) Speedway back when I was at N C State back in the 60s. When I was a teenager, we all went to Atco Speedway and ran our family cars in the drags. Every once in a while the TV of the day would replay a taped REAL NASCAR race and it was always exciting. Some drivers drove convertibles without roll cages. Many of my friends tease me even today about my penchant of watching NASCAR races but for many of these races, I can feel what the drivers feel and even get into the clutch play and imagining shifting and find that when the broadcast has an in car video and audio live that imagining the rpm changes that come with shifts jive with my own. It is far better than a video game. I think that your booth story tellers should include more from Danica Patrick, who does wonderful technical discussion of details of the cars, especially about the latest NASCAR race cars, and she is adept at explaining what works and why as well as what does not work and why. Viewers get a deeper dose of that when Dale Earnhardt, Jr is part of the broadcast. The two of them should part of every my skit NASCAR race. Thanks for listening. Capt Lindsay Fuller

Pretty good app.. Little confused on some of the reviews that complain about nascar. They never state a word about this app (which is the point of the review). I’ve used the app for a few years now and it’s perfect for those who don’t have or want cable. There’s only one complaint from myself over the few years I’ve used it. If you want to watch in car video but also want to listen to mrn or in car audio you have to battle thru the incar video engine noise. Being able to select the video option you want (car, battle camera, sky camera etc.) and then select the audio you want (mrn radio, car radio, incar etc.)would make the app a five star.

MORE OLD SCHOOL. A LOT MORE stories and interviews with every aspect involved with the birth of what’s known today as M.E.N.S., that was, Strictly Stock, Grand National, Winston Cup, Nextel Cup, Sprint Cup and Monster Energy Cup Series. I know there is a venerable cornucopia of archives of tales of tires, wheels, engines, chassis, race tracks, pit crews.....I feel tying more of that content to today’s version of NASCAR will reignite old school fans, keep fading fans from leaving and definitely educate new or relatively new fans why they see what the NASCAR EXPERIENCE is what they enjoy today!!!!

Great app for NASCAR fans.. Update: The pause feature that was added to the team radios is awesome. Now that the radio can be synced with TV, it’s so much more exciting. Every NASCAR fan should subscribe! I’m updating my rating to 5 stars. I’d like the TV broadcast and the team radio to coordinate. It really bites listening to 5 laps into the future while being stuck in the past on TV. Also, if I’m paying for subscription, why am I seeing ads?!?

NASCAR review. Like NASCAR itself, way too many commercials. You can’t toggle back between camera view and running order without a 15 second commercial delay plus the time it takes to do it. Basically almost a minute. Annoying. NASCAR could provide tabs to give you information that most people want, but they don’t. Instead it’s redirects to irrelevant screens. Their search function is really completely useless. I have not once been able to get a result on it. Try getting a good history of results a different tracks on NASCAR. Can’t do it. Try to get in more than superficial information on drivers. Can’t do it. One thing the NASCAR app does well Is drain your phone battery

Disappointed and unsubscribed. Downloaded and paid for a subscription so I could get full scanner access during the biggest race of the year and it worked maybe 25% of the time. Would play and disconnect after 10-20 seconds. Lots of potential for the app but this experience was extremely disappointing. Also contacted customer support and they said no idea when it would be fixed and basically said “our bad”.

Please go back to 2018 version of fantasy app. The fantasy portion of this app used to be much easier to navigate. Last year I would have given it 5 stars. There should be a way to clear your roster to make new picks each week. My parents used to enjoy playing fantasy nascar and had never had a problem making their picks. Last year they raved about it. So this season my brothers decided to play too, now everyone is complaining about the functionality and last week one of my brother’s picks didn’t save. It’s even slow to scroll down the list of drivers to make a pick. The new version although fancier and flashier, lost the easy navigation. Please re-update!

NASCAR racing ratings. I have been a fan for 55 years you have over regulated the sport. When I turn on my race and my drivers are in the back for a fail inspection. It make me want to turn my race off. In the day you failed inspection of a few rules and you fix them and went back through inspection. Not to the end of the line. You have tried to make it like Indy racing I and a lot of people don’t watch Indy racing.

No Air Camera in 2023? Why not?. I’ve used the different NASCAR race apps, since they’ve become available. Although it’s great to see the annual cost come down dramatically, I was not happy to see that this year you’ve taken away the access to the aerial camera shots from the blimp or chopper’s. Will that be coming back? It give’s a much different perspective of what is going on on the track than the in car camera’s offer. The aerial view of the track & surrounding areas is also nice to see. It is nice having the in car cameras during commercials, you don’t miss anything. I do like being able to listen to the tower & being able to hear the behind the scene work that goes on before and during the race. If you do have a favorite driver, hearing that communication can being interesting, not only driver to spotter, but also spotter to crew chief gives you insight to strategy. Please give us the option of the aerial views! I will go to 5 stars if you put it in!

Support or lack of…. What is the deal with the race replays? Is this NASCAR content or what? How long after the race does the replay become available? It seems to be two days but if I am paying for content it should be sooner. Tried to call and support has no idea. I asked if they were NASCAR and they said yes. I asked if they could find out and they did not know who to call…really???!!! They took my information and “someone may call you.” I ask may or will, they said maybe. Fix this or tell me what I am doing wrong and I “may” change my rating.

Frustrating. Offers a lot for fans, which I love. But issues happen so often. The worst part is that they always seem to happen right after the race starts. Cameras losing signals, audio either halfway or completely going silent, or just app crashing every time you open it. It works fine all week, but when you need it, it fails pretty often. I’d say 67% of the time you’ll experience some kind of issue. I feel $5/month is very fair, but not when you’re always dealing with issues. It’s so frustrating for a big fan that just wants to listen to one driver

Radio Monitoring Issues. Overall the updates to the app are very good. However, being able to monitor the radio is why I pay for the app and it’s been horrible this season. Constantly hearing multiple radios instead of the one I’m monitoring. I’ve reported the issue but no fixes YET! If I have to pay to listen, I should be able to only hear the one radio I want to hear. Very frustrating. One of the developers needs to listen and feel my pain. Bad on the ears with all that static.

“Live” feature not working...again. I don’t know what the deal is, but I’ve been a premium subscriber for several years and the app has always worked well and even improved over time. However for some reason this year, the “Live” feature & race center (premium) doesn’t display. Couldn’t listen to the scanner, called in (after going trough several hoops just to find a contact number) and they said to uninstall/reinstall app, which I did, then it finally worked. But this weekend same thing again, doesn’t work. Maybe I’ll just reinstall and forget about it all together and save the $30 next season as I’m sure there will be no refund for this year. If the developer really does care and read this - What’s the dealio bud?

50 years a fan.. Been a a fan of WoodBrothers since Cale Yarborough drove for them. Big Bill Elliott fan. NASCAR has been my one constant safe all consuming obsession since late 1968. Now I’m a fan of all forms of auto racing. NASCAR fields are deep with potential winners every race. All touring series of NASCAR have the most consistent close racing with a wide variety of who and how different drivers may win from week to week. I am still a Ford man, but cheer 1st and foremost for a great race admiring the skill, strategy, and even luck that puts a team in winners circle. Oregon Old Man.

Performance Issues. I like the new change making list-type articles vertically scrolling. Much easier to navigate than a slideshow. However in an article like a list of Vegas odds for an upcoming race the page is laggy and super slow to scroll through. These simple pages shouldn’t have that much demand on the phone’s processor or memory Thanks for the addition of the link to the fantasy section if the site on the in-race leaderboard page. It would be great if tapping that link or the Fantasy link at the bottom of the main page to take you to “Live Race Results” if a race is happening Also the main page tells you the time of the upcoming race in your time zone. The fantasy page doesn’t

Follow where on track. Track layout - Please bring back view from couple years ago where the app let you see trace of track and where your driver was. Showed movement of car each lap. Was great tool. Current compare tool is somewhat worthless and should be replaced with that former tool. Love the scanner tool! Overall like app. Have had premium subscription last 5 years. Thank you!

#ilovenascar. I love this NASCAR app and I love to play Fantasy every Sunday. The site is very easy to use and it has all the features to let you know everything about racing. I think it would be great if you could put an instant win game on it or one that you can build points on and maybe at the end of the season you could trade the points in for something. Maybe like the top 50 or 100 players can win like a poster or a bottle or can hugger???? Well just an idea. Ok 🏁🏁

My opinion. I have watched and loved NASCAR as long as I can remember, and continue to for the most part. That said, it’s upsetting to me that the sport has gotten into political BS and created a double standard for the one driver of the 43 car. Wallace mocked another competitors religious views on national television and was not punished in any way while Larson was kicked out for something he said that was supposed to be in a private setting. If these kinds of things continue It will be the end of NASCAR for me and my family.

Annoying Issue. Love the app but have one small complaint. On qualifying days when NASCAR posts the pit stall assignments on the app the car numbers inside each pit stall are almost impossible to see. I literally have take a screenshot of the pit stall assignments and got to my pictures and zoom in just to see what car is in which pit stall. I noticed that other articles posted within the app, with pictures, you can simply click on the picture and the app blows the picture up and can then zoom in. Can someone please fix this issue? Other than that it’s a great app! Thank you!

More Drivers in Drivers Tab Please?. Wonderful app, but I do see one glaring issue. As a die hard NASCAR fan, I have several different favorite drivers and love the new feature where you can add as many favorites as you want, but a lot of drivers, such as Jeffrey Earnhardt in MENCS as well as Vinnie Miller and BJ McLeod in Xfinity, are not available in the drivers menu so you cannot add them as favorites. This is disappointing as those three and some others are among my favorite drivers, so I would like to see all drivers, including the part time ones, added to the drivers tab please.

Great App. Awesome to be able to watch the race live and listen to radio communications between spotter, pit crew and driver. One thing I think would absolutely be great would be able to scan your favorite driver’s radio communications. The app gives you the option to “all scan” but not to scan just your favorites. Another thing that would be nice is if that when you did select “all scan” is if it would maybe highlight the driver who you are hearing. Otherwise you are hearing communications from 40 drivers and not knowing who is talking.

New nascar app. The changes made to the nascar app that I Pay for are terrible. One of the main things I Want in the app is the incar radio and the crew chief. You have taken away the crew chief from the new app and put in a spot Where we get kind of play by play during the race which is useless!!! Please bring back the crew chief on this app. We pay a lot of money for this feature and everyone I have spoken to wants it back. It had real time data Of how far ahead or behind the driver was and now all we have is the leader board which doesn’t update until the leader goes past the start/finish line. I hope you really listen to the people that pay for this app!!!!! If this is the way you are keeping the app I definitely will not be buying it next year!!!!!!

Scanner not in sync with broadcast. I love the ability to listen in to teams live during the race. However, the in-car radios are about 45sec ahead of the live broadcast on TV. I would love to have both on at the same time and use the app as a companion. If there was a way to pause and not stop the radios, I could sync it. Ultimately, great feature but best used as a stand-alone if you can’t catch the live race. Unfortunate miss for those seeking to combine the two for the beat viewer experience. Also, everyone else stop complaining about NASCAR here. These reviews are for the app.

NASCAR website. I know that there are a lot of creative people who have worked their butts off to create your new website. Content is fine, but the ease-of-use is poor. Easy access to information is left wanting. “What’s the programming schedule for Speed Week?” “What were the results of the Duels?” To get to information, we should not have to wade through a bunch of packaged programs for answers. The former site was much better.....for information. The new site is slick.....but, just like tires, slick isn’t always the best choice.

You need work. Your app is amazingly slow in today’s world of technology. The content is often well behind the news cycle and your decision to place revenue over a user experience is pretty well behind the times in today’s world. The full page pop up add that loads well after the app has loaded is stone aged. This on top of an app load time that is horrifically low. For example, last week I had to search through several video when I was just looking for an update on Indy practices. For a sport that I love so much which is also suffering challenges in many ways you should invest in a better experience for those attempting to utilize your app solution.

Battle Cams and Car Cams. Hi there, I use the app every weekend. One issue that I would like to see resolved is the use of the battle cam and car cam. The battle cam is not used enough to show the front runners when they are battling for position. Often times, there is a battle going on at the front of the pack and the battle cam is filming the same cars lap after lap back in 15th place. And what is really disappointing is at the end of the race (the last few laps) the battle cam is not filming the front runners. I can only think that there is no oversight of the Battle Cam position. No controls to ensure that the battle cam is used to capture the best moments of the race. For the in car cams, it would be better if the cam did not default to the “in-car” view everything time a yellow comes out. I don’t have time to sit and watch the races on TV very often. As a result, I utilize the app to keep me interested in the NASCAR races. I still feel plugged in by using the app, and still want to watch the races in person. I am planning to go the Texas next week for the race in Dallas and am trying to schedule time to catch a Las Vegas race with my father-in-law. Please provide a response. Thank you, Merlin

NASCAR Nut. I’ve have loved, watched and have been going to NASCAR races since 1982. I was a huge Rusty then Jimmie and now Chase fan over the decades. This app keeps me up to snuff with what’s going on in and around this great sport. I use it all the time and have watched it evolve to unbelievable heights. I’m glad it exists for such great fans such as I and am constantly staying up to date at work and at home. I’m a stats guy and this app is custom made for me. Love the app and NASCAR.

I love this app when it works. I am about over it, I really buy this app for the trucks series & it never works right. When they are on a one off race we don’t get the scanners. It’s always glitching out or not working properly! I really think some credit or a free year is in order. I am going to think long and hard about to renewing my subscription next go around. I am one of this people that once you lose I am gone I won’t be back. As a loyal fan I ask that you please do better!

Scanner could be better. The app itself is very informative. This review is on the radio scanner. Two improvements: 1) When choosing “All Scan”, I can’t see who is on the radio. I have to go off of the spotter’s call-outs of the car numbers to get a clue who it is. 2) The scanner is about 30-40 seconds ahead of the TV broadcast. This makes it even more difficult to follow live with the race when watching on TV. It’s useful during commercial breaks and pit stops, but that’s about it. I turn it off as the race is winding down. Not worth the $$ in my opinion, but I’m glad this option still exists.

Good, not great. The app is pretty helpful for media purposes and an ok companion for watching the race live. However, there are a few things that it advertises that it doesn’t provide and stuff I’d like back. First off, the live leaderboard advertises many different in car cameras and analytics like speed, throttle, brake, and I think gearing. They aren’t advertised in the App Store, but during races. Hey NASCAR, don’t think I didn’t notice. A pretty simple feature I’d enjoy back is the full race replays. If I didn’t see the race, I’d go to the app the next day and spend part of my evening watching the final stage. A small ask, I enjoyed it before and was very disappointed when this feature left. I don’t know why it went away, but things as useless as the AR burnout could be replaced with full race replays. Not too dissatisfied with the app, just a few asks that you were capable of to begin with.

Ok but miss Raceview. I really miss the Raceview app. This one is ok and has the spotter communication if you pay for the premium. Raceview allowed you to watch your driver in a digital recreation of the race. It was nearly as good as being at the track. You really felt into the race and what your team was doing especially if your driver was not a top ten runner that tv nearly exclusively shows. It also had the telemetry. I never missed watching a race live. After watching the Twin 150 qualifying races, I feel disconnected and disappointed compared to what we had with Raceview.

Hungry for more. I’m looking for more Individual team stats. Average pitstop times for each team, what grooves certain drivers are more successful in, average entrance speeds and braking distances at certain turns, etc. I want more ways to differentiate drivers and team tendencies, strengths, and weaknesses. Also I am thirsty for a more robust explanation of strategy. I want to really know what goes into an epic pass during the laps leading up to it. It’s so much more than just “Ope I took 4 tires I can go faster.” I want to hear from the best in more depth about real strategy, past just fuel and tire strategy. Also from an app standpoint it’s annoying when a video fails and I have to watch the commercial again. It’s like I’m subtly being robbed of my time for your profit. If the video fails then the next time should be ad-free.

App won't load please fix. I love using this app especially during a race but for some reason the app won't load when I press it and all it does is have the loading screen and then it has an error message pop up and says "there was an error upon launching the app. Please try again" and it does that every time so can this get fixed please before the season starts because this app helps me keep track of where my favorite driver's positions are during a race and it also helps me keep track of what lap the race is on and I also use the app for qualifying and the practices too PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX thank you Update its fixed now 😀

Billing - Account information. I am still unable to control my subscription. I wanted to take a few months off but could not figure out how to cancel. After sending an email I was still not helped. Other than that major issue the app works pretty well. Sometimes the scanners are switched which can be frustrating when trying to listen in on your favorite driver during a race.

The app that has always sucked. But that's pretty much all we have their videos that they have on their website are pretty lame as well their schedule and results are always behind fox is always ahead of NASCAR themselves which is pathetic that other networks get it more right than NASCAR does Plus there's always a lot of stuff at NASCAR does not have on this app for instance in the standings why can’t i see each driver s points I have to go on Fox or ESPN to get that!!!! And also NASCAR is always late!!!! I guess this and I will never get better I can’t even find tracks to see what type of trac

Needs to catch up to the times. This app shuts down all sound on your phone when you open it. So you can’t listen to music or a podcast and also look up something so simple as the NASCAR schedule. Other major news apps don’t do this. Also, it can’t operate on a weak service signal. It won’t even open even when you have some service though one or two bars. Other major apps will still open and you can see what what was there last time you opened it at least. Something like the schedule or results should load natively and you should be able to see it even with little signal. Should be a much more capable app that keeps up with the times like other major news apps do.

Fan. I agree Bubba Wallace should have been penalized for his conduct with Kyle Larson but the penalty was just a minor one compared to the ones levitated for such other infractions such as loose wheels, etc. he should have been penalized severely for disregarding. NASCAR official's directions including almost shoving him out of his way. That conduct is much more deliberate than having a wheel come off at pit row speed . Drivers MUST show respect and observe whatever an official tells them to do. otherwise there is no discipline at all and the offending driver should be punished severely . One man...one opinion.

Don’t forget your scanner/radio. This app was a little difficult to navigate through and I had trouble finding things. I was at the Dover race and forgot my scanner and decided to pay extra for the “premium package” subscription. Once I finally found where to go to listen to the extras, my phone couldn’t connect to the network. Not sure if it was an app issue or a Dover Speedway issue. Either way, I wasted money and now I’m worried that I won’t be able to figure out how to cancel my subscription so I won’t be automatically charged for something I’m not going to use. Although, I must say that I did like the notification section, since I had no radio, it kept me a little more up to date.

Revised for 2018 - WOW!. It’s nice to know that these reviews are taken seriously. Thanks to all who made the improvements for 2018. I was one of the biggest critics last year for the endless advertisements in a PAID app (see my last years review below). You folks have outdone yourselves. Not only have the ads been removed, the live experience has gotten even better! Radio chatter and in-car cameras are actually slightly AHEAD of the TV broadcast. I wholeheartedly recommend this app to everyone who considers themselves a NASCAR fan. It truly is the next best thing to being at the track! Keep up the great work and I’ll be a subscriber for many years to come. —————————————————————— 2017 Review I use the live content for almost every XFINITY & Cup race. Although there's a long delay between TV coverage and driver radio chatter, it is well worth the price. HOWEVER, the rest of the app content is FRUSTRATING!!! Most other apps remove ads with a couple extra bucks. They charge $25 and STILL force ads with every video clip and put links to additional ads around every screen. PLEASE remove the ads or I'll skip this app next year.

Pathetic. I will never pay for this app again!! Who is the moron running the so called “battle cam”??!! FYI fool...when there is an intense battle in the front of the pack especially at the end of the race we could care less about a nothing burger meaningless irrelevant battle in the middle of the pack!!!!! Seriously!! Get a clue!!! Have a real nascar fan show you what a real battle is and what is important because you clearly have no clue. Also, is it necessary to show five adds in a row at the end of the race when you are watching the cars with the in car cameras?? Just not a good app right now....

This App Is Missing Something.. I go to the NASCAR app to keep up to date the happenings in the sport. The menus are simple to navigate once you know where everything is. It’s an awesome app to get! The one simple issue I have with this app: notifications. I have them enabled from within the app to the settings in my phone. Yet I do not receive any updates. No news, no “listen live” or “tune in,” and no “update your Fantasy Live roster.” Anything I see comes from another source and not directly from the app. It would go a long way if the developers would fix this simple feature that would more likely attract users to the app more often.

Why I am abandoning NASCAR on NBC. After being a nascar fan as long as I remember and only missing 2 television races in the last 20 years I am blocking all of my nbc channels because of their treatment of the Independence Day celebration by our government. I am going to miss the races but NBC is too far of a trip for me to take anymore. I called NBC directly and they basically told me good riddance. Not very intuitive. This app is just ok. They have been improving it but it still needs work. Navigation is bad. Practice times hard to find. Automatically starts too many videos and the ads in the videos are usually longer than the feature.

Ok. This app needs a lot of updates and with each update, the app gets a little bit worse. 24 months ago, this app was brilliant. Now it's hard to find results, other than when the race is on and sometimes the app takes ages to open and other times it won't open.

AUSNASCARFAN. Apps ok, but can be a little to navigate between Monster Energy Series and Xfinity. Also last version was better as to who was leading the chase standings.

Stop updating the app unless it tested. The app crashes every time I try to see race results with the new update.

Scanner keeps dropping out. I just wish they’d bring back the race view app!!! This current app, the scanner keeps dropping out after about a minute and have to reselect the driver again, sometimes having to click it 3-5 times. Same problem on iPad, iPhone, wifi, and cellular. So its not a network issue. While watching the scanner screen, they have polls coming up from the bottom that block some of the data on the scanner page. Have to click to get rid of the question. I don’t want to answer questions all race long. I purchased the yearly subscription, going to cancel and get my money back (hopefully, we’ll see how much of a fight it will be). I was hoping this year the app would have been improved but no. Very disappointed!!!!!

Poor Choice of Ads. This app was great for my eight year old son until I began to notice the ads that had scantily clothed woman. What a snare, I thought, nascar promoted family and the love of God. Goodbye to this app.

Nascar family. Nascar is family. The rush of the personalities, the inclusion of children, a generational heritage torched onwards is so amazing. Competitive comradery! I was interested than when I actually visited I love it all the adrenaline rush the pack throb as they roar by in turns, the children’s charity, the drivers who become announcers. I’m hooked.

No longer works. It won’t even open it just closes as soon as I open it.

Notifications not working. I have notifications on for all the sports and teams I follow but some some reason I cannot get notifications to work for the nascar app.

Hard to navigate. Hard to find what I want to see. The old format was more user friendly

NASCAR GIVE THE ADS A BREAK !!!. This app has all the good foundations, but the ads inserted in every article is ruining the app. GIVE IT BREAK NASCAR, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. It's bad enough that you have to close a pop up every time you open the app, when is someone going to realize that there is a limit to the ads we can tolerate. I'd rather pay for this app, and not have to put up with all the ads. I'll be looking for a better app that covers NASCAR.

Ads galore. It’s an ok ap. A little laggy. They’ve so many ads it’s crazy. And they have somehow made the audio so you can’t mute, or turn it off completely. It’s my only way to keep up with a race, but I have to just shut it off so often as it makes me so incredibly mad because of the sheer volume of ads that are played. And because they’ve overridden the volume, you can’t ignore the ads. Makes me really dislike this ap, but sadly I’m stuck with it. Just assume there’s a negative sign in front of the 1star I had to give it. Update. They’ve doubled down. Even more ads. I’ve had the in car camera on and muted for 5 minutes now, as I listen to the MSN audio they provide on a different device. They override the mute and crank the volume, and there’s no skip option for the ads. 4 different ads, one at a time so far…and all in less than 5 minutes. 2 minutes of ads to to 3 minutes of racing. If it weren’t the only way I can watch a race, I’d have ditched it for sure. If they want to push people away from the sport, they’re doing a good job. Makes me so incredibly mad.

I’m upset I can’t use it on my phone. I paid a month subscription and I couldn’t even watch it. I’ve asked for a cancellation for my money back, but haven’t heard back from anything since now it’s supposed to be on Netflix which I don’t have.

Horrible. Every time you change the car you're viewing there’s an add every time you try and find a good camera angle there isn’t any the only good ones are from the drivers and then you have no idea what’s going on for the most part make it so you can watch the actual broadcast.

App doesn’t work. It kicks me out whenever I try to open the app.

Nascar App. I like the nascar app. I play nascar fantasy in a league which is fun. I do have issue with viewing various level of nascar in Canada. In Canada we don’t have access to FS1 or NBCSN. Also we cannot stream it on there websites either. I’ve been watching Nascar for 25 years now in 2019 it has been getting harder and harder to view different forms of racing. If every racing series chargers $19.99 monthly to stream, like twitch or the dirt racing service I will be only able to pick one or 2. Anyway I do like using the app and the fantasy game is fun. 2023 and we still cannot watch truck races in Canada. Figure it out NASCAR.

Errors. I keep getting errors when I try to set up account. Emailed for help and no one responds.

Excellent for the price. I was surprised how much content you get for the price. I picked it up for the last few races this season and it was worth it. Can’t wait for 2022. Great app

Qualifying. Being in Canada and not having access to certain channels I just wish we had access to camera views during qualifying.

Scanner Delay. App works great and I enjoy playing fantasy and using the scanner to listen to my driver’s radio during the races. However, one thing I would suggest is the ability to set a custom delay by the second to match it up with the television broadcast. That way, I could set up the radio to come through, synchronized with the timing of the TV to make the experience perfect. Thanks!

Update. Every time I open this app I have to update it

Much improved but missing the old stats still. The app is ok, but no longer worth paying for the extra features... they have dropped the battle cam and blimp cam this year, which were the two things I used most. They only have 5 in car cams and there is no logic behind the selection for those 5 cameras each week.

Error message. I want to see a Major fix to the error message not allowing the app to open, this needs to be addressed because this has happened before please fix this.

NASCAR mobile. I love the in car and scanner and car camera at a reasonable price. I still mist the top view of the car location on track

Great. This app is great for keeping up with news and my favourite drivers, lots of data and statistics available which is nice(I wish there was more historical data though.) Overall I definitely recommend this app if you like to keep up with NASCAR. I like being able to watch the live in car cameras during races too

Nascar is not the problem. This app doesn’t always work, and the MRN coverage needs younger voices. Fah the lead boys are great!

Disappointed. App sucks

The New AR gaming feature is not available. The new AR gaming feature is not available on my IPad Pro 11” (2020). The AR feature works on My IPhone 8 Plus. I have the newest update of the app on my iPad, but the AR feature is not available in the list of items on the menu.

Advertising in videos. I hate the videos automatically starting and the series of about 3 ads that precede the articles. I would prefer to just read the article, in most cases. Then give me the option of watching the video and I will endure the ads.

Pictures in the app. I know there’s a lot of photographers taking pictures for Nascar so it would be awesome if there was a gallery tab in the app. I know a lot of people who have Nascar fan instagrams (including myself) and right now it is pretty hard to find pictures of our drivers. It doesn’t even have to be organized at all, just a bank of pictures. Personally I think it’s hard to find pictures of drivers and cars so a gallery tab would be really cool!!

SHR. The best team, fewer rules, let’m race, stop the non racer people from making rules, when they have never been in a car! Why so many fines? Is NASCAR so broke they have fine teams so much money? Will be glad when someone besides French family owns it! We watch every race, trucks, xfinity, cup, every weekend, have been SHR fans since day one, love all four drivers, and Tony Stewart I have a #14 Mobil 1 Tony Stewart jacket, love the sport, hate all the politics!

Too many updates. Literally ever time I open the app it gives me a pop up to the App Store to update the app and they are constantly changing the layout making it harder to navigate each time. Their website is easier to use and everything is a link to there anyway, plus the app has the same clickbait adds and bugs after every article anyway. Also the drivers points are never updated until last minute before the next weeks race is ran.

Only aggravation. Anytime I actually wanna hear what they have to say on MRN or PRN for an interview or something interesting during on track action it cuts out. Now if it was once in a while…. Fine whatever, but it’s every time I wanna hear something the sound cuts out so I have to close out the app and reopen it and by that time what I wanna hear is over. Ik not much can be done it’s just my little tangent

NASCAR. I have watched nascar for many years but I have never been able to see it in person I was bad car accident and now I’m disabled I can only get around with a cane I trouble going up and down steps but I’m making it I would love to see one race in person in the near future if I can I always followed Jeff Gordon

Not enough information. All I see is main stream news designed to promote the sports. I understand that there is a need for this but is supposed to be a place to get your nascar news good bad or indifferent. Why do I have to look at other sites to find the stories and sports channels to get the dirt? A few years ago that wasn’t the case.

Fraud, useless, no help from developers. You pay for the added features, one race it might work great, next race no cameras, or the scanners cut out. Call for tech support and it’s a joke they can’t find your account even when you have all the information and numbers that were given to you. Buy candy crush they might help you more

Fan of Kyle Busch. Why don’t Kyle Busch every get asked to be on the Hub, Nbcsn, in the Booth on a Saturday like they do Harvick, Brad, Joey, Bubba, Clint Boyer, Eric Jones??? KB is the Best Driver in Nascar and he was not handed a Silver Spoon.. Kyle And Kurt Both helped their Dad work on their cars from the beginning and I’m sure it would be very Interesting to hear Kyle Busch in the Booth. And also on the Hub.?? I know I stopped watching the Hub, and NASCAR America!! As several other of my friends. Truex gets a lucky spot on JGR,👎🏻 and all of a sudden Cole P, Chad, Joey, Brad, Harvick,Elliot ????? It’s the same thing every week.!!

Update again!!!!. I can hardly believe how often this app must be updated. Can one version last a whole month? I use it mostly for the live leaderboard during a race. They are slow to put results up after a race, I guess they all go home during the victory lap. Tuesday is soon enough for the workers. And does every story need to start out with the same ad? Twice and I’m gone elsewhere.

Fantasy. 2 things have become a problem. 1. Moving from home button to fantasy, freeze the fantasy button. Has happened multiple times. 2. The drop down button for a menu in the top left corner on the fantasy page is hidden and difficult to get to.

Like the app but one problem.. This app is great but there is one big problem. When I watch the race thru the battle cams and the on-board cams there is this annoying little pause button that just sits there in the middle of the screen as you watch the race. In my opinion it just takes away from the experience of watching the race, and honestly ruins it. You can’t watch the race if this is there. NASCAR plz fix this ASAP.

scoring. After 2 years, I still can't figure out the scoring. We used to know what was going in 10 seconds. Now we need a calculator and a half hour to waste. There is no way to figure out the top ten . Its a shame that the fun of going along with the place of a driver as the race progresses can't be done. This attempt at NFL, MLB scoring and other playoff scoring is a total failure. The fans hate it !

Hate Live!. I hate the “Live” feature!! I much preferred the now-retired NASCAR RaceView. This is an extremely poor replacement. I like many of the news features, but my actual race enjoyment is diminished by this lousy substitute. This new for 22 feature of only being able to watch the cameras or the leaderboard was poorly designed. Their leaderboard is always 2-3 laps behind. I enjoy the scanner, but it’s sure not worth $30. C’mon NASCAR. Give us something decent. You can afford it. Your fans deserve it. Boo!!!

Big Suggestion for the App. Truly do love this app, my only recommendation would be adding setting to where users have the option to delay the live audio on the scanner so that users can listen in on their favorite NASCAR driver while watch the race on the tv without their being a delay between the two. Would really love to see this feature added into the app.

Nascar a family sport. The sport of NASCAR, my sport for 55 of my 66 years. A wholesome family sport where I’ve taken my family members from the age of 7 into adulthood. Friends and family as well as friends we’ve made at the races. All of us have enjoyed the racing and camping and special events put on by the tracks we attend. What a way to have fun and enjoy what life has to offer. Thank You NASCAR

Scanner volume is way too quite. Using the app right now at Bristol and the volume of the scanner feature is so quiet you can barely hear the drivers even during pace laps. Forget about hearing them during the race. I’m using noise canceling headphones also. The volume of my music full blast is 5x louder. If they could improve this the app would be amazing. At the moment it’s okay I guess. For me not worth the monthly subscription fee though so I will be canceling

Keeps crashing. Something has changed in the last few weeks.. it used to work fine no issues but now it crashes and also the radio stops working once you go in car camera, it never did this before hopefully you can fix that issue

Scanner functionality spotty.... The NASCAR Mobile app has always been a little disappointing. The news articles are few and far between and the format of the app is horrible. The scanner functionality for the races is the best thing going for the app and it has just been ruined! The channels no longer stay selected and you end up missing out on either the race (because you are busy re-selecting the desired channel) or you miss the chatter you are interested in. It a bug that need to be fixed but never should have passed quality control.

ads, ads, ADS. “How can we squeeze every little ounce of money out of this app that practically does nothing for the user unless they pay? ADS!! Lots and lots of ads EVERYWHERE!” Seriously, this app has no real unique function unless you pay, and even then ads aren’t removed. They’re gaudy, consume WAY too much space (sometimes half of the screen), and for the terrible racing NASCAR provides the fans with, you think they’d try to make a great free app without ads to lure in the young crowd. Instead we get ads and in-app purchases on an app that doesn’t really do anything special.

Please tell nascar. My biggest gripe is that all you do is focus on the popular drivers and Teams, they do t need more money focus on the less named driver more talk time more info about them. You might keep more people interested. Not all of us want to just hear about the more popular named drivers all the time. And one last thing maybe focus on the location member are at and do stories about the local driver and maybe you will get more fans in states that do not have track, just a thought. I have more but these two are my most important at the moment.

Finally Can Sync with TV. This app has had many improvements since I started using it, but this last update included the ability to sync the driver audio/MRN audio with the delayed television. An AMAZING addition that will greatly improve the experience for many fans who enjoy the excitement of the radio broadcast over the sometimes dull tv broadcast. Wonderful addition, keep up the good work!

Garage driver was locked before stage 2 ended. I went to put my garage driver in for another driver that wasn’t doing as well and my roster was locked. There were about 15 laps to go in stage 2 so it should have been unlocked. My friend checked hers before stage 2 ended and she said hers was locked as well. This cost me valuable points in my fantasy league. I am not happy!

Amazing app, but I have a small suggestion…. I love this app and the in car cameras actually are amazing quality when the service is good. I just want to know if there can be a search bar. This way we can find something that is not there anymore. I don’t know if it’s there or not but if not then can we get this added?

Latest update issues. The app has always worked great, but the latest update gets stuck on the loading screen. I’ve been able to get past this only once (iOS). Issues had been fixed and everything is working good. Thanks for the quick fix.

Too many bells and whistles. Too many videos that don’t allow you to read the article before you are interrupted by a commercial and video which you can’t stop. Not easy to find information. Each new version makes the user experience more frustrating. Please make a basic version that allows the user to READ THE ARTICLES. The way the app is now it’s frustrating and drives me away from the app except for live timing and running order.

Scanner doesn’t work - edit. Never had an issue until this season. And I’ve had it for 5 seasons now. Paid the subscription for scanners and they only stay on for 10 seconds before it turns back off. Extremely annoying. Fixed within hours of posting this. I guess other people had the same issue. Thanks nascar!

Good. Love the app. Very user friendly. Could there please be a playoff bubble tab added to the menu. I would like to check what drivers are on the bubble of making or not making the playoffs. The current point display in the app doesn’t make much sense to me. Maybe I’m reading it incorrectly.

Way the to slow. This app is the worst among the sports app. It always takes so long to load. Also don’t like how it stops music from phone player when it loads. Love NASCAR. Hate the App My option has not changed. Just a real struggle. Can you add a view of where the cars are on the track similar to the very first version of raceview

Best app ever. My favorite show is nascar and when I can’t watch it I know who is in the lead and who is laps down and who is out I can also see who recked and who won each stage I also get to see how many points each diver has and who is below the cut line and what track there racing at it’s a 5 out of 5 star app.

Love NASCAR. I use the app all through the race. I pick my favorites based on need to finish in the race. Especially during the chase. Wish the app would give the standings placement faster than they do. This applies all season long. I keep a log of winners and the chase placement. Often I have to wait until the next day to get this info off my phone. I live in the north. Newspapers do not favor NASCAR NASCAR LOVER!!!

HIGHLY recommended for fans who want information. I like how you get to see the in car and header cams on your mobile device and you get stats and speed and all types of information and I highly recommend this for fans who want to learn the sport and ones that want behind the scenes info and in car info

Notifications. Been watching NASCAR for years and of course have the app. Here till about 2 years ago I received notifications during a race when I wasn’t able to watch it, all of a sudden I don’t receive them any more. Is it because I don’t pay the premium side of the app? All of my notifications buttons are on and still nothing. What is up?

Disappointed long time fan😢. This website was much better several years ago when you could read the articles and see pictures rather than all videos. The schedule is not printable. Sometimes you want to look at a schedule rather than looking it up. An added plus, others see the schedule and it sparks conversation which is good for the sport. From a long time fan, I would expect a better website representing Nascar.

Mostly good. It’s a good app. I like that you can follow the race and get the news and videos. My only complaint is that it logs me out about once a week and makes be sign back in. Lately it won’t keep me logged in at all. I have to sign back in nearly every time. There has been times when it logged me out after having just barely opened it. So it’s just annoying to have sign back in so much.

This app is worth it. Ok so I forget if you needed a subscription for this app or not but it’s worth it. This gives you access to track data, you can vote on a poll, I’m pretty sure you can place bets, there’s nascar news even in the off-season, and it gives you in-car-cameras, battle cameras, and aerial cameras of the track, as well has a leaderboard. I love this app.

Too many repetitive ads. All I get is ads! Click on any video, 15 seconds of ad. Click on another video, 15 seconds of the same ad again! Again and again the same ads for every video. Listen/watch live racing, every time I switch cameras, an ad. Switch again, another ad, and it is the same ad again! After watching a feed, every few minutes 4-6 ads play, each time the same set of ads! Does nascar actually think that repeating the same ads over and over again will get us to buy the products? Do the advertisers paying nascar know that the impressions they are getting is exactly the same user over and over, not unique users? Looks like nascar is ripping off their advertisers!!! Either figure out how to acquire more advertisers (business must be terrible for nascar) or treat your viewers with more respect and don’t repeat the ads!!!

I wish I could rate this app higher, of have another source to use instead.. The info if all here for Nascar season and weekend stats, but be careful as the stats are not always up to date, the app is clunky and needs closed/reopened frequently to run, radio feeds will cuts and chop, and almost every week there is a needed update just to open it... It all frustrating, but there no real alternative to get needed racing info in one place. Nascar, please look at a new app platform, you are close to having a good product here.

Wish driver positions were real time and not updates. When my favorite app RaceView was still available, the “time behind the leader” and position changes were real time. The Nascar Mobile App has always been just updates and still is. For example...My driver moves from 20th to 15th...Nascar Mobile won’t update for a lap and by that time the driver has changed again, so I never know where my driver is. It’s a real pain while listening to the scanner and trying to follow the leader board. If RaceView could do it, why can’t you??

Needs fixing immediately. I paid $30 to hear the in car audio of drivers for the whole season. After the most recent app update the audio cuts off when phone sleeps. Unacceptable for a premium upgrade. Fix this now. UPDATE: thank you for fixing the audio issue before the race yesterday!

NASCAR APP. I’ve had this APP for as long as I can remember. It’s great for info and keeping up with all the series. Using the in car and race view is as awesome as it gets. Enjoy listening to driver and spotter communications. Those that don’t have it , really don’t know what they’re missing. I have recommended it to everyone I know 🏁

Programming. Watching NASCAR on tv is one of my favorite things to do and am very disappointed that to see it I must subscribe to satellite, which I do, and get a package that costs even more... I do have to say this has irritated me because I refuse to pay more than I am paying now which has all but one channel I want to see... You are gradually loosing a fan. I still look for the race results but it’s not like watching the race live as it is happening... Richard Swain.

In the not. Nascar I racing is ok to quench the nascar fix for a while but it won’t do for long. There is still nothing like being at a live race. Even watching a televised live race is better than I racing. Though they have come a long way with graphics and such. As a lifelong dedicated fan there is no substitute for real racing. Cannot wait for normalcy again, and I am not referring to the new normal I keep hearing about. I will not except, as nobody should, anything less than the old normal. We are technically advanced enough to fight this and return to normal. But we all must do it together.

App Doesn’t Reflect Website or New Season. The app is way behind the website! The numbers of drivers aren’t in the correct fonts! The driver profiles for certain drivers do not match the cars they are driving in 2021. Not all of the full time drivers are available to look at for stats! These are small things that should defiantly be up to date! Fix these ASAP! Budda Wallace’s #23 car does not have the same number font as the old JJ Yeley #23 car!

NASCAR. I like getting information on the races and knowing what time and day qualifying is on and of course the race. My husband and I are avid NASCAR fans and were Dale Jr. fans now mostly Chase Elliott and Clint Bower also. We actually like several drivers and dislike a few that we feel are rather dirty drivers now that’s our opinion. We count the weeks from the time the season is over until it starts again. Unlike so many we don’t like the road course

NASCAR App Offers The Inside Scoop. I’ve used the app since it came out and love the continued improvements they’re making. I can read about breaking stories, catch up on post race highlights, and great stories about the drivers and teams not aired during the race. The in car video and audio offers another perspective that gives you an almost there at the track kind of feeling. Thanks NASCAR!!

Racing is horrible!!!. This has nothing to do with the app but with NASCAR as a whole organization!! I have been a racing fan and was big into this sport since the late 80’s!! Biggest Jeff Gordon fan out there and my interest in this sport died with all the rules implemented starting with the car of tomorrow!! It’s been downhill since then and the attendance at races shows it!! STOP trying to control everything NASCAR!! This is auto racing and better yet stock car racing!! Or was!! Let them build cars and race. That what racing is not this crash up demolition derby!! Complete rediculous!!

Live broadcast feature is lacking and missing. I purchased the season subscription last year and it had the blimp camera and the live camera. I have not seen those back this year. It seems like NASCAR is too busy pushing Fox Sports subscriber base. No offense, but NASCAR should do the WWE approach. They should have enough content for it. I went with this because, I do not need the entire subscription of Fox Sports. Nascar chooses not to have an identical style broadcast for mobile subscriptions.

App support has been bad for past three years!. From the first time I used the app there has always been some bug or feature not working correctly. Updates slow to be released if at all. Now the app no longer opens on my my iPhone 7+ even though it says it is compatible. Running current ios if that helps any developer who might be interested. It says error opening try again later over and over! Had season pass but no longer will waste the money or time.

App not working correctly. I have been trying to figure out what is going on with the app it keeps cutting off and won't load I've tried several times to uninstall and reinstall it and it keeps doing the same thing so do something about it please

Took away good parts of app. Last year’s app was much better. The crew chief page let you see your driver’s gauges and see exactly where he was on the track and see exactly how far behind leader he is. Leaderboard only updates at lap end only. Too long to wait to see position.
