Apple TV login is disaster. If you subscribe in laptop or phone using gmail or Facebook and then try to login in Apple TV there is no way to do it in Apple TV as it simply asking login and password (to gmail Or Facebook option) and there is no way to say forget password

Eros now has a horrible UI. First off, trying to connect the app with the TV just gives you a headache. The program is unable to move from the log in screen once you log on correctly, meaning you have to try multiple times. Furthermore, there are so many movies( some of which are not the actual movie) flooding the options, so you can’t find the real one. Additionally, the subtitle set up glitches all the time. I like the idea, but the app’s user interface had to be made more approachable.

Subscription renewal not working.. I purchased the monthly subscription on February 2, 2018. And until this day it does my work! You guys charged me and it shows on my Apple account. But somehow on my labtop via web it doesn’t show the purchase? Seriously? Now how will you guys give me back those days lost?! And your customer service is non-existent!

Good. Starting to get stuck on all movies. Other then that it's very clear in picture and sound.

User friendly interface but need improvement. Good user friendly but casting is not working with chromecast. Application legging so much once you pause and play again, need serous improvement

Not working. I just got the app and subscribed to it already, but every time I’m trying to play a movie it’s losing but never starts. I tried deleting and downloading it again but it’s still doing the same thing

Captions. Some movies doesn't have captions. Please make sure each and every movies should have captions.

Logged into iPad with same credentials and have a basic subscription. I have premium subscription in my phone. Tried to login to iPad and now it says that I have a basic subscription and doesn’t even let me watch any movies on either of the devices. Worst experience.

Excellent site for Indian (&Pak) entertainment. Have been member for about 3+years. New interface is very friendly. Large assortment of wonderful old classics and new-all come crystal clear. Although the4K is note yet available. Some features have taken longer than I would like to see (like Padmavat not yet available although already on prime). But I will continue with this site most likely for ever. Price is unbeatable!!!

Looks like I got scammed!. The worst customer service ever! I subscribed for 2 years and got only one year membership. I’ve sent a number of emails to the support team but I only hear crickets! If it works for you, great. It if you have an issue, do not expect a response as no one cares. Customer service is non existent. Support router box is not monitored. I also sent emails to the manager (Alistair), and still crickets. If management is non responsive, why would employees care? Terrible!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. My experience w/ Eros International has been awful. I signed up for the 14 day trial and was automatically enrolled in the annual subscription. Right before the 14 day trial was up, I tried to cancel the subscription and could not find a way to do it at all... I tried though my apple Eros app without luck, I tried online and their instructions were incorrect & I tried to find a phone number without any luck. I am not disputing this charge with my credit card & have had to CLOSE my credit card just to avoid another unapproved annual membership fee. Sure their content is adequate but their customer service and fishy- borderline fraudulent activities are appalling. I would advise you to stay away...

Unable to cancel. I have made numerous attempts to cancel the account and should have never been charged the first time because I did what I thought I should to cancel which is stop payments via the apple application and it still didn’t work. Then I send a message to the only customer support area since there was no number and they never responded.

Apple TV. half the time Eros App doesn’t work on Apple TV. Movies don’t retain the last viewed place, to start from where it was stopped. It will always restart from beginning. Video songs menu option doesn’t work.

Unable to cast on chromecast. Why am I suddenly not able to cast to chromecast? I am able to cast from other media apps on my phone but not with eros now. I restarted app and phone but still no use. Has casting feature been removed from the latest version?

App is ok but they don’t stand by their offers. I signed up using offer which gave 1 yr free. It let me sign and showed my next billing cycle as next year but after few days it changed to next month. 1 yr offer changed to 1 month without any communication and when I contacted them, no response.

Spamming. This app keeps spamming me with messages via text. I’ll get multiple messages a day about a movie. I can just go on the app and see when the movie is available. It also seems as if they don’t have a way to prevent these messages from being sent other than blocking the numbers.

Favorites. Excellent app, enjoy a lot , although movie selection miss some a rhe great stars of India movies. My other problem is that when I watch from my tv the app dont log my favorites list. Any solutions to that??

EROS is the best hands down. I’ve been an EROS now member for a couple months now, and this app just keeps getting better and better. Definitely worth the monthly subscription price - there’s a huge library of content, and new high quality content coming out all the time. Thank you EROS!

The app doesn’t work. Eros now I don’t what just happened but I subscribed to your app and I didn’t get any service at all the app didn’t work at all, it just keep loading and loading please fix this or stop taking people’s before you fix it

Nothing will load.. I was just using the app earlier and it was working fine, but now it won’t load anything at all except for my profile page and the for you section. I can’t watch anything either.

Warning ❗️My money gone!. I live in America and this was suggested by someone for Indian movies. I literally found just 2 movies out of a list of 30 good movies I wanted to watch from internet. Anyways - atleast the 2 movies should have streamed.. the spinner never went away. I subscribed thinking I’ll have an option to withdraw later but it ate my money. Bye Eros Now and stop looting people in the name of subscription. In this fast paced internet era you still are catching up! Sad!

Average. I would give erosnow an average score for the following reasons. They don’t bring new programs to the site. Some of the original content keeps saying new episodes but it’s the same content I have watched 4 months ago. Casting on chromecast is also a challenge. A lot of times the app does not sync. Other times when I am stop watching in the middle of a movie, when I go back, the program starts over. Lastly why does the app keeps asking me to log in every week or so. Eros needs to take some tips from Netflix.

Most useless app I have ever tried to use. Got the free subscription, courtesy my telecom provider, three weeks back. Downloaded the app and tried to use to as per instructions. Not been able to use it after three weeks. Two weeks back lodged complaint on erosnow website, till today no response! Pathetic customer service.

Freemium plan?! This is too good to be true!. I love the app and all the content. And there’s more every week. I saw a mention of freemium membership but there’s no option to sign up under plans. This is very exciting! But how do you use it?!

New member. I am a big fan of Bollywood movies I watch them in Netflix and I heard Eros now has more variety of this great movies. I have been trying to download the app and subscribe but it keeps saying the app is not working? Is this true or is there something different I need to do ?

Great service and videos. Has been great being able to watch movies on eros

The best subscription for any fan of Indian cinema. As an American, it’s really hard to find some of the best Indian films. Eros Now offers the best selection of great films that you can’t find anywhere else. At only $5 a month(!!!) this is one of my favorite subscriptions right now. The design of the app is polished, and the design of the website is even better! (One tiny complaint: Directors don’t generally have their own pages even though stars do. This can make it difficult to navigate through a Director’s filmography. It’s such a nitpick though. Everything else is practically perfect.)

Can’t stream to chromecast. I was excited to try out this app and signed up for a bi-annual subscription however I may reconsider since I am unable to stream to my chromecast. I made sure I read the reviews before purchasing to ensure the app supported chromecast and was disappointed to find out I was unable to cast to my tv. I hope this is user error and something than can be quickly resolved

App crashed when logging in. I paid for one month and only used it one day. Everything I open the app I need to sign in. The problem is that the app crashed after signing in and I get a message that says oops our engineers are trying to fix this problem. Please refund me

Bad. Dmmm slow after paying also my account keep asking me for login and sing up Evan support is damm slow my after paying if u can use for 5 min it’s not worth they want 24 hours for its and also keep asking payment they so give additional time for all inconvenience

Trial period. Hello, I think you guys should give a free trial period, so people could see what you are offering. Netflix gives a trial period. People see what they are going to have then if they like what they see, they purchase it. I would purchase it if I see what I will be having, for example, I like subtitles because I am not versed in Hindi. Please think about a trial period and I bet you will get a lot more customers. App needs work. The features are pretty bad. There is no automatic syncing across devices or any of the other features that one expects. Eros also needs better content offering, especially in non-Hindi languages, as other providers such as Prime Video and Netflix offer much better content. Overall its alright, but can be improved by leaps and bounds.

Too much loading. I’ve downloaded the movie. After 100% of downloading, the processing is taking days to go through. It’s still processing and not working. Please fix that ASAP!!!

Old choices nothing new. Poor search engine, no exciting movies same ole, same ole. It pains to see them clinging on the same old films which they already made billions. Nothing new to offer and the price still remains swankier. If you don’t see new products why pay for it? It is like selling same filthy crap for an rawdy expensive price. Beware nothing is better than your own money.

Love the app. Found this app a couple years ago love it. They need to include more new movies, love ❤️Indian movies I watch them all the time, and the HUM tv series all need to have subtitles please work on those things, I’ve been dying to watch some the tv series but they don’t have SUBTITLES, but otherwise great app 👍🏾🙂.

Eros now — Love it. Recently enrolled in Eros Now. Not sure what some of these comment are talking about. My experience has been flawless with Awesome content to watch. Perfect for the winter months ahead. Great experience and will def keep with my Apple+ and Netflix. Triple combo!

Need PIP /Captions. You need PIP. I cannot believe I cannot minimize this app, watch a movie and do other things. This isn’t functional unless one could do that. Otherwise what is the point. This is my last year subscribing to this app unless this functionality is incorporated. Too bad! I am a huge fan of Bollywood movies. Thank you.

Not accessible for person with voiceover users. This app is not accessible for person with visual disabilities. Because this app is not compatible with voiceover screen reader software of the iOS operating system. If the developer can make it accessible, it would be very helpful for individuals who use the screen reader software of the iOS. Impressed. I liked the content a lot more than I thought I would. And there was more of it than I would have guessed. Make sure to check it out! Lots of music videos and shorts as well.

Out of Business?. I enjoyed my subscription for 3 weeks. A few formatting problems with the app on an iPad, but nothing I couldn’t live with. Then a week ago ( Jan. 30, 2023) the site went down and has not come back. I cant log on, I cant contact anyone. It just died. Obviously I didn’t renew when it came due. What’s going on? Are you out of business?

I got caught up in your world on my iPhone S-4 almost 6 years ago watching Shah Rukh KAHN and haven’t stopped enjoying many many many stars since. More subtitles. I love ErosNow and have been a subscriber for 4 years now. Unfortunately i do not know any of the Hindi languages therefore I can only enjoy subtitled shows with English or Arabic. I only wish if more shows have subtitles. - Another Arab Bollywood fan.

Charging my account without any subscriptions. How the hell can someone charge my credit card when I haven’t subscribed ? I reported to my bank and closed my credit card. Very strange I noticed one more payment out last night ..how can it be possible !!!!

Careful of your payments amounts. I got charge 3 times on my card for 1 month. Contacted customer service and they said they will reply in 72 hours. It’s 5days now and still no reply from them whatsoever. Be extremely cautious about your monthly subscription.

Not many good movies. Took annual package but not many options to choose from. Not worth the money 👎🏻

Almost perfect but one fatal flaw. This app is almost perfect. A great selection of Bollywood movies and good quality. There is one problem though. When using AirPlay to stream to Apple TV the subtitles do not go to Apple TV. Instead they appear on the iPhone! This makes the whole thing unusable for us (my wife speaks Hindi but I don't and need the subtitles). Have had to cancel our subscription because of this. I hope this is fixed soon and we can subscribe again.

Paid but can’t watch!!!. Paid a subscription, yet the app keeps asking me to subscribe!! Despite paying, cannot watch anything... Customer service has been utterly useless. No response to emails or support on app. So the app is pretty much useless except for trailers and the customer service if even less so!!

Difficulty cancelling and been overcharged. Why is it there is no option to cancel subscription? I have deleted my account and continue to get charged. Please amend this. Using Eros Now App... Everything is fine but while using this app you cannot connect it to your chrome cast don’t know why but its really disadvantage for this app.

Casting to Chromecast does not work reliably. At first the cast worked from iphone to chromecast. Then we got a mesage fromt he app if we want to connect it to apple tv in order to cast and we answered no since we do not have apple tv. And since then it has stopped casting on chromecast. No resolution from support been a week now that we are having this issue.

The controls are patethic.. There is no history button. It takes 15 mins to find the movie I was already watching and go back to watching from the middle. Why don’t you just copy Netflix’s format.

Awesome! one improvement needed. It's really great app. New movies and extremely good quality. It does stop in middle some time and when try to forward it stops working.

Waste of money. Rubbish app. Subscribed and played a movie , doesnt even load, movie playing in 144p and keeps loading on 100mpbs connection. Content hosted on worst possible server. Emailed support straight away but never got a response. Waste of money.

Buggy App. Purchased the subscription but it was not reflected in the app and was not able to access any content. Complained to appstore team they asked me to contact developers through eros website or app. Emailed them twice still no response. Had to request for refund through apple. Fix your in-app purchase.

Very good shows but must improve apps. Was very surprised by the high quality of this app and eros orginals ,specially metro park series , however they need to introduce this app to more tvs , my Samsung smart tv does not have this app to download so i can only watch it on my phone.

Need more work. There’s nothing new on this aap every single movie are before 2018 release. Moreover, whenever I leave any movie in between for watch after then they don’t have any resume movie or series option, need to do that by own. This application really need to do more work on these updates.

Charged me extra. I subscribed to eros so that i can watch all the movies but when i did it charged me double money per month, so instead of 12 per month it charged me $24 per month, so i demand my money back.

Subscription. I’ve cancelled my subscription and they are still charging me. I’ve contacted them through email no response yet & there’s nothing I can do because my account is not active so I can’t log in and check.

Fraudulent services with payment plans. Cancelled subscription still getting charge on the credit card and then cancelled credit card still getting charged in account. So definitely not reliable and no one answers any queries. Shoot them mails over mails for reply.

So stupid. I don’t get it so if I subscribe then I can watch all the movies but if I’m not and on the basic subscription then I can’t watch any . You should be more specific you Indian dogs and I can say that because I’m Indian

Smart tv issue. When will we able to enjoy this wonderful app on samsung smart tv again ? In March the developer assured that soon it would be available in other countries like India . It is July and they have done nothing. Total waste of money and time...

Not work on google Cast. I subscribed this App but it is not working Crome cast. Sadly unsubscribe the app

Disappointed. I accidentally purchased one year plan and I tried to cancel my purchase within 5 minutes but I am unable to cancel my purchase even after contacting iTunes!!!! Very disappointed I paid $70 USD for this trash which I didn’t do intentionally!

Not that impressed for casting on TV.... This app is amazing to watch on your mobile device or tablet or even computer but terrible to cast on the Chromecast... Video stops every few minutes and then there's a lag between the subtitles and the actual line said by the actor... Other than that the selection of movies isn't that bad but should include all of Eros international movies at least... Probably won't keep the subscription for a second month...

Worst application i have ever see. I can’t even cancel payments whenever i go to manage account then it say u don’t even have subscription but I already pay for it now I don’t want it don’t have certain movie i was looking for now i m stuck with this app can’t cancel payment either.

Introducing Regressions!!!. The development team don't seem to be efficiently testing backwards compatibility when introducing new features. They broke Cast on iOS 12 devices which they claim has been fixed but doesn't work for me still. According to this team, SmartCast is not supported - They don't even know it was supported and did work fine before this new version! I'm not sure what are these guys testing and introducing regressions...! Now this App is useless to me without Cast, and I'm wasting premium membership on that one!

App malfunction. Hi , Developer The movies and content is good and I enjoy using the app. But every time I close the app and open it back it always signs me out and I have to sign in again and again every time I open the app. So can you please fix this problem it is getting very annoying. Thanks

New update iPhone X. There’s a bar showing constantly in the buttom

You can’t cancel a membership once you buy it. I’m unable to cancel my subscription from last 3 months, being charged each month for no reason. Tried to contact customer support 100 times but they never reply back. Don’t buy it, worst service ever had.

Responsive. I signed up for free trial with an understanding that the subscription can be cancelled before the trial ended. Sadly, the App does not seem to have the provision to cancel. 2 messages to the EROS team to cancel the subscription have also been unsuccessful. Update-Eros team responded and I was able to cancel the subscription. Rating updated from 1 star to 3

Collection of movies is quite limited.. I find the collection is limited. Also many songs are available only as audio. Overall, quite unhappy at having paid annual subscription given they don't refund if you are unhappy.

Nice. Yes it is a nice addition to the existing streaming services. Casting is the best part of the service

Price Change. Only a 3 weeks ago I subscribe to Eros. Watching the movies are very enjoyable with a good internet connection. I was recently prompted to upgrade. Asu did not feel the need, I am now unable to watch any movies unless I pay more. Very cheap way to trap me into paying more. Considering there are many services where Eros is being offered free.

Needs more movies. Te selection is good, but There haven't been any new movies in 2 months. That's $90 down the drain if nothing new comes in. Otherwise, good app.

App works as well as Netflix now.. Eros seriously revamped their app and website over the past week. I love Eros for the great Bollywood content that you can’t get anywhere else. Great app! great content!

Terrible response time. This app was great at first. But then it stopped working...nothing would load, said there was a error. Contacted customer support, no answer, contacted them a few times. Then decided to cancel the subscription and deleted it. Continued to get charged since. Latest charge today. Contacted them multiple times, no one is assisting. Very disappointing! Contacted Apple directly to refund the latest charge but have not yet been refunded for all previous charges when app was not working!!

Not able to chrome cast.. Based on my last review I was asked to provide devices specifications and screen shots of an error. Both are useless requirements asked by App developers as we are unable to chrome cast with any of our iPhones- 7, 11 & 8 and with any of our laptops- Dell, HP. On the other hand we can chrome cast Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ using all these devices, same time. And what screenshot you need ? There can not be screenshot for not being chrome castes. Please fix your App. We like contents on Eros but only technical issues now (not before- last 2 months). Also though I have Eros prime subscription they still ask me to resubscribe on Apple TV.

Can’t start an account. I keep getting this message: “Failed operation. Please try again later.” I’d likely subscribe given the great reviews, but...

Most buggy streaming app ever. You cannot watch videos in landscape mode. They always play in portrait mode. It takes forever to start watching and the interface is so dull and buggy that it takes me 4-5 attempts to select an option. The response is super slow.

Stops working after every few mins. Video stops working after every mins have to restart app gain and again while on chromecast. Pls fix chromecast issue.

Complete disappointment. This app is very unreliable and the setups are really poor. It has been three days since I have been trying to cancel the subscription but it is just not working. Don’t subscribe to it. It is not worth the money and not worth all the trouble you go through.

WARNING: Scam Alert! Do not subscribe! FAKE 5star reviews!. Signed up for a 30days trial. I canceled within the first week as 95% of the content are flop movies from 1990 and older. Now 2 months later I am still getting charged on my credit card, they will not cancel the subscription, they won’t send you a cancellation confirmation so you cannot dispute the charges, they won’t reply to emails or answer your phone calls, I even deleted my account and they reinstated it again so it will continue billing me. You will be trapped! I had to fully cancel my credit card in order not to get charged again next month. This is definitely a SCAM and a Fraudulent transaction. This is how they trap their customers by secretly charging their credit cards and will never refund or will take months to refund your money. In the meantime they are scamming several hundreds of other people who I’m sure have also tried to cancel their subscriptions. All the “5 star” reviews on here are clearly FAKE!! As it one word reviews like “Best”, “Awesome”, “Great”.. which their team is making fake accounts and reviewing them to increase the average rating on here to scam and trap more people.

Do not use it. Hello everyone this is one of the most untrustworthy app I have used I purchased the subscription but I cancelled it by mistake as other app allow you to continue your subscription wether you cancel it or want to continue but Eros don’t allow you to use it back ask for new subscription as I paid 2 times still not able to use it.

I have premium plan. I can’t watch the movies keep saying upgrade to premium plan where as I already have premium plan. It is frustrating. And when email support they have not responded as well

Can’t sign in upswing phone number on Apple TV. The app on Apple TV only allows you to sign in using your email. My account is through my phone number and so I have to always airplay it. I can’t even add my email to my account for some weird reason. What a pain :(

DO NOT SIGN UP FROM YOUR PHONE NUMBER. I’m constantly harassed with their messages. I keep getting text message alert which I never signed up for from different numbers every time. I’m unable to opt out of it. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service with no reply.

Content is good but Aap needs a lot of work. I use chrome cast to cast it on TV. Everyday one 1 episode will get cast automatically the next one will not start. After even if u stop cast and try to cast a new episode it just keeps on loading but never start. Its a frustrating experience.

Disappointed. I had expected to find at least a couple good movies, but ErosNow has the worst selection of Indian movies. Ugh! Waste of my money

They cancelled my 1yr premium subscription. Downgraded my 1yr premium subscription to basic. Why the hell are you offering an introductory 1yr free to attract subscribers and the then cancel them out. I will blast this in all social media until you respond to my emails. Eros. This is an awful app. There is no contact number where I can talk to a person. In addition there recover/ change password does not work.

Not Compatible with new iOS. App crushes every time you try to open. I assume that they’re having issue with new iOS. Even when I’m a premium member in Eros Now yet is shown basic subscription member. Fix the issue

No freemium. I downloaded this app because it mentioned a freemium plan however every time I click to watch a movie it says I need to pay for a subscription

Horrible support. Do not subscribe to them. They have the most horrible support. My account stopped working and i have dropped mails to them, with just one of their initial reply they never get back. Its been almost 20 days now. I would never subscribe to them.

Worst customer service. I wanted to cancel my subscription from past 3 months and they never let me cancel it. They have no phone number or cancellation system online. I have emailed them several times for cancellations. They never respond.

Subtitles. When you try to put on subtitles it goes off and you have start all over again but I could not get to the subtitles so I had delete my account I don’t like it and I love my Indian movies guess I have to look for something else 😞

Very useless app. It doesn’t stream, the content covers disappear. Once i log out to try to fix that issue and ever since I can’t seem to login. Really bad app. Won’t recommend it.

Scam. I bought a subscription n it didn’t work then I tried again it still said i didn’t have a subscription. They took my $10 and gave me no subscription. If I could I would give this a -100 rating. Don’t fall for this fraud.

Horrible!! 1 yr subscription changed to 1 month!!!. I signed for the 1 year free subscription and the billing cycle was for one year. But after a month it automatically downgraded to one month and told me to pay for future use! Received no mail regarding this! Wrote a mail but no response!!!

Movie change. Hi I have Eros Now about 6/7 years now and until recently I loved it! Why isn’t there more Bollywood movies on, no disrespect but there’s only Marathi and Tamil movies on.

No Google Signon on Apple TV. I love this app on my Iphone. I have signed up for it using google account. However this functionality is not available on apple tv. Now I cannot watch eros on my apple tv.

Not many Hindi blockbusters. Hindi movie catalog missing many blockbuster movies! Expected the library to have a lot more Hindi movies! Disappointing. Also, the app’s user experience is so poor!

Apple TV. half the time Eros App doesn’t work on Apple TV. Movies don’t retain the last viewed place, to start from where it was stopped. It will always restart from beginning. Video songs menu option doesn’t work.

Total Rip off. $70 an year, all flip movies, none of the good movies from recent years are on here. Please don’t waste your money. I have canceled my subscription for next year

Offline videos doesn’t work. It says no internet connection is available and it doesn’t show an option to see my downloads
