Phenomenal. The best photo editing app that only continues to get better with each update! I've purchased numerous specialty photo editing apps only to return to PicsPlay Pro every time, which does everything better...lesson learned. Be sure to take the time to discover the countless possibilities and capabilities of this superior product. If you had to ability to make collages, this program would definitely be the only editing program you would need. Just purchase it, you won't be disappointed!!

Awesome. I just realized - duh -turn on that I can just take pictures thru this app. The default amount of filtering is perfect… very natural looking!!

One Terrific Photo App. I can usually tell within two minutes of installing and launching a photo app if it is a keeper. How the interface looks and feels, works, etc., check the settings menu, load a high res image, make a few quick adjustments, add afilter or effect, scan the presets, can they be adjusted, save a file, examine the EXIF. 1 minute and 59 seconds later....this one is a keeper for sure. This app (and its free sibling) check all the boxes. It is a real pleasure to use, and the effect-limited free version still gives you a chance to test drive the app before pulling the trigger on spending the $.99. It took me less than two mnutes to plunk down my hard-earned cash for the Pro version that removes the ad, and unlocks all the FX. This puppy is worth every penny! I am frequently so dissapponted in the garbage that some app developers put on the street, trying to sell their wares for $3 or more. This one is well thought put, superbe interface design, visually appealying, built in help guidance, and chocked full of FXs and presets. And check out the Time Matrix features, it adds hundreds of variations to each FX Preset! It is amazing, and unique to photo editing apps. Check out the free version, and then if it meets your needs, support the developer by buying the Pro version, this developer knows what they are doing.

DISAPPOINTED IN THE DEVELOPERS!. I am extremely disappointed with the developers and their lack of consideration for IOS users who have paid for this app , but can no longer even utilize something they PAID for because the developers abandoned this app to create new apps . Is this what you developers do ? You take people’s money , then abandon the app and it becomes unusable , and then create new apps to take more money . That is very unprofessional to take money but not give your customers what they paid for in return. This was my favorite app ! I loved it , and many times I wish I was able to use the app I purchased . I always check to see if just maybe the app was updated , but Years pass by and this app is still not functioning . I would appreciate you either Refund me for the price of the app I paid for If you do not update it anytime soon, or you can give me a complimentary credit to get the pics play pro 2 app along with a credit for the in app purchases I also bought on this app ... Your company has great potential , your apps are great ! But you will ruin your reputation and credibility by not caring that their are many people you took money from but do not in return give them what they paid for . Has this even crossed your mind ?? I hope to hear from you soon. . I do not want to have to make this very unprofessional, inconsiderate situation known on every place that reviews iOS apps . Thank you !

I totally agree with tunetuneee, same exact thing here- paid however much the paid version was (was so long ago I don’t remember) but it was also my favorite photo editing app, and miss it so much ! I’ve downloaded SEVERAL other photo editing apps since picsplaypro is no longer available because of the new update, but none of them are that great..... Must-Have App. For all photogs: beginners or pros.

First review I have ever written.. Seriously, this is my first review online for anything, since the introduction of the worldwide web. I have had this app for a while now but used it for the first time today. Excellent piece of software from what I can gather. Seems like all photo editing apps offer you the same effects and capabilities but this was refreshingly different. Lets not kid ourselves, it's not a program to be used for professional photo editing, that's not possible with just an iPhone app. But it's by far the most complete and entertaining photo app I have used. Don't be expecting national acclaim for your photos or anything, but you can certainly count on the admiration of your family for your stunning coverage of the various indigenous trees along the trails of your yearly Appalachian vacation.

Best photo enhancer. I’ve taken A regular photo and made a very nice picture out of it with this app. Give it a try I think you’ll like it specially after you learn how to use your tools. Have Fun!

Playin’ With Pics 4 Five Years Now. And it’s still my favorite app!

Excellent. This is an excellent app. Highly recommend it. It has features that other apps don't have. There still room from improvement of course. I would say that the editing text need to be added soon. You can not place the cursor at a specific point so you need to erase in other to fix something. Another thing that would be good is a color picker. In general like a said i like this app a lot. Hopefully this features will be added soon.

Seriously the best. I have used Luminescence, PhotoStudio, and a few others that are not too great. The only one I have not compared this with is FilterStorm which is supposed the most full featured editor out there except it has poor quality. Having tried many apps, this one is the one that hits every mark. From tons of borders, painting, text (that you can move), to opening right in Instagram, or marking your favorite, this app has even more to offer. The Time Matrix is so awesome for example. No, this app keeps going with its neatly designed layout and even a flare of coolness with the ambient light for selections. The compare button also dynamically switches original and changes instantly while held down. *** The ONLY thing this app is missing is the ability to use 1:1 frame while taking a photo. *** I have showed this app to others that do photo editing and they were truly impressed with this app. Consider this a rave review!

How lovely~. Sensible filters and what a variety of stickers~~ I think the texting is the best!! Professional photo editing is also possible. It's even easier to use.

Very fun but expensive for a game. I love this game but the first time I saw the price I freaked out but I got it anyways and it’s been really fun.

Quick results. Deceptively easy to get started and get impressive improvements. I've only just started to play with this app. I will have to edit this review after I've done some more exploration.

Crashed twice in just a few min of using on iPad.. Used the iPhone for everything till i got my iPad. Now, I'm a photo app junky. I get only top reviewed or rated apps. And each app has it's own special tools or effect that i like. On opening this app I thought, just another affects app with no real extra options....for the amateur it may seem cool. For the novice it could use a few more integrated features...noticed only one paint brush feature to lighten and darken, that would be cool with a face and select skin areas to smooth, maybe some layers, a masking option, cloning beauty brush...then it would truly be a grade above the others. Cant really rate it on anything other than what I saw before it crashed...twice I loaded and only after adding one affect...it closed...I couldn't save the image...so had to reload and redo... Not good! The app looks promising, but probs need to be addressed. I look forward to using this app....if I could actually save an image...and I'm being generous with two stars...because I see potential. JJ Slightofhandimages

Almost there...... I love this app; it's one of my favorites for all-in-one photo editing. But it's definitely missing a few features I think are important. For one, a collage option. It think it would be awesome is you could mash various photos together and then decorate then to your hearts content in the same app. Some more basic editing tools would be appreciated too. I also think they should include a layer feature, so we can really customize our photos. Bump it up a dollar and you have the best all-in-one app in the App Store. It would be awesome if all my photo needs were in one app.

Can't wait to give it 5 stars!!!!?. The reviews had me convinced I would delete ALL of my other editing apps. But I didn't. The concept of the app is really good. But their is no noise or blemish correcting options. I have to go through more options than making the process a simple one. All in all though, I'm not mad I bought this app because I have a feeling as time passes and the updates keep coming, this app will bypass so many others. So spend the .99€ while you can, because I promise you this will be the picture editing app all your friends have. Keep up the good work team, I see this bring a big hit!!!! One more thing, PLEASE make a way to delete the photo you took that you hate.

Great picture editing control. The overall option of editing effects and their actual results make this a definite app worth adding to any collection, no matter the size. I do wish that they would add a really great clarity and grain control to the mix! Other than that, I need to have more time with it in order to have more to say of an honest nature. Word of advise to the developers, often I see apps like this one start out really great, an in a race to feel as though they need to constantly change things, they actually all too often end up making a much lower quality product and the reviews start to show it by getting worse. When your getting great reviews and have an overall consistent high rating, leave well enough ALONE! If for sone reason you do try to change something for the better and it fails in the eyes of your customers, admit you error in judgement and never be too big to change it back to what makes the majority happiest!

Best I've used'. Easy to use, compare and undo. Edit photos in a flash! I have looked at a lot of apps for editing photos but could never find the few basic things I wanted to do, this one does one better. There is a feature were you can take away the effects you want and leave the others! The big thing I wanted to do is have a focal point in color and black and white everything else, this app has it.

Startups. Awesome business startup tool

Good, but missing an important feature. I really like the ability to adjust and edit my photos using this app! I like the ability to adjust the vignettes and the tilt shift options as well as all the different filters that are available. However, I noticed that when I use this app to edit my photos, it does not keep the location information when other apps similar to this one do. I find this feature extremely important because I want to look back in the "Places" section of my photo library and see where they were taken. I'm traveling abroad right now and would like to keep track of my trip. I'm very disappointed that this app doesn't save this information when other apps have it. Please allow for this feature in future updates.

Fabulous. There's NO in-app purchases AT ALL which makes this app 10 times better than other apps. To be honest I don't care about collage functions since I use this app as a supplementary program for LR4(MAC) for my photography project. The only feature I'd hope to have in future update is to have an editing history so the app would provide me the same font, text, filter, crop, etc. if I want to export a bunch of picture/ add same effect to pictures. Once again, I can say that this is one of the best photo editing app on the iOS market!

A winner, but.... Easy to understand and use, little to no learning curve. Love the effects, filters, and textures BUT there is a bug in which after applying several effect and filters, then while browsing through more and swiping photo mainly to the right to compare, it crashes leaving you with the task of re-editing the photo again. Other than that (which I hope to see a bug fix soon) I would highly recommend this app.

Closest to Photoshop on the iPad that I've found so far!. Picsplay is about the most versatile and feature-filled iPad app for image manipulation that I have come across! The Pro upgrade is well worth the money as it adds a number of great features that you can see, but not save in the Lite version. From adding stars, hearts and text to a favourite photo and sending it to Facebook to converting a photo to a painting, this app does a lot for the money. I look forward to many future updates. Good But!!. Would give it more stars, but pics I try to post on FB App makes you think it has been posted... Not so!!?? Pics do NOT get posted on FB! You have to save to camera roll then post the old way not through the App!

COMPLAINT. Love this app!! But I do have a complaint...when I press apply and the pic goes to home it changes color slightly and there's like little dots or something and it annoys me

Heats up my 5S !!!!!'nn. Every time I use the app my iphone 5s gets too hot to touch with in minutes. So I can't even edit one photo. Other then that it's a great app.

A ton of cool stuff. I was surprised at how much I could do with this app and how much control I have with it. Love it but..... It would be better if it had a cloning tool or eraser to remove or correct only portions of the image.

Would love to use it.... I loved this app, used it all the time. But now when I go to load a picture from my albums, I tap the picture and the whole thing freezes. As an app that I paid for, I would like this fixed please. It's been like this for at least three months.

Well.... This app WAS my fave app of all editing apps. Until, one day, it froze every time I tried to upload a photo. I don't have the heart to delete it yet in hopes that one day they will supply an update that may fix my issue. But, until then, this is a bitter sweet app relationship. I wish I could get my money back so I can put it to better use. A timms coffee perhaps...

Amazing app!. Great app! Love the versatility and all the great options. I use this app to edit nearly all my pics that I post and really like it and totally recommend it. It has options for vinetting, colour adjustments, saturation, fades, cropping, gradients, and pre-made settings for colours. You can also add textures which include overexposure effects, and lovely light dots that also come in stars and hearts. Great app.

Outstanding!!. After reading the reviews, I purchased the app and it lives up to everything everyone says about it. Simply put, it's literally unbelievable. I transformed a marginal photo into a stunning b/w pencil sketch in less than 30 seconds! While obviously out of 200 effects, some of the effects are cheezy and useless, others are in the caliber of Photoshop! No, you can't edit like PS, but for iphone photos, PicsPlay Pro is the best photo app you can get!

I used this app on a few of my pictures, and it made the pictures look like I had a $5000 camera! I love this app! It is DEFINATLEY worth the money! You get a lot for the price too. Awesome just got Better. I am an avid Photographer and tried many "popular" IPhone apps. This one blows everyone out if the water in terms of quality results and toolset. It just got better recently; I like the missing vibrant bar in the histogram. Now the histogram is complete. I use Photoshop or elements, so for a mobile app, a lot if tools and capabilities in this app are hard to beat considering this is not a PC full fledged app.

Great photo editor. I think I have tried almost all of the iPhone free and paid photo editors, but I have at last found my favorite. Easy to use, and the preview function that is always available keeps you from " over tweaking" the picture. Love it and will definitely recommend it.

Easy to use, clear interface for excellent fixes to bad photos. Had a couple of blown out and way off color pics I just couldn't do any thing decent with SnapSeed, Photoshop, even Filterstorm--none of my "go to" apps. PicsPlay is much better than Photogene (1 or 2). The FX menu had some VERY well thought out fixes to intelligently darken and re-color the pics to look natural. I'd just about given up. Good work, devs!

Text is very blurry. I love this app, it is the only photo editing app I have/need. But, the only reason I use it is for the text, and when you click the "apply" button after you finish typing in your text, it turns extremely blurry, to the point where you can't even see what it says. Please fix this issue and then I would give it five stars.

Awesome app, very useful!. Bought this app a couple months ago and have loved it ever since. Love all the filter options and the ability to "compare" before and after versions of the photo you're editing, before you accept the change.

Simply...WOW!!. There are many photo editing choices out there - I have many myself, but this app has given me far nicer results!! The choices are wonderful with the slider bar to adjust the amount of effect to add...the adjustable-shaped vignettes... Just so many options!! All with great results! Worth every penny...I highly recommend this one!

Needs to update to iOS 11. I love this app and it has been my favorite app for editing photos but for a while now I haven’t been able to use it because the developer needs to update it to work with IOS 11. I really hope they update it soon. I just purchased the picsplaypro2 hoping it would have some of the same filters and it unfortunately does not. I paid $6.99 for the app and now I am disappointed it is nothing like my favorite.

Worth it!. I've tried a TON of photo editing apps, and this is still my favorite. I love how the beauty filters have a smoothing feature-it looks like my skin is glowing despite the hot mess I am in real life! I also like using the "stamp" feature to cut and copy other pictures and superimpose them on the one I am editing. It's fun to play with, and I've gotten some pretty hilarious results. Awesome app, worth the price.

Simply the Best. This is my go-to app for any kind of photo editing. It's user-friendly and has a wide variety of things you can do with it. The only things on my wish list for 2015 would be to add different textured frames, such as wood and stone, and the ability to make the frames any color, like you can with text.

Camera+ should be nervous.. This totally blows Camera+ out of the water, and I never thought I'd say that. Each filter is on its own in originality and does not repeat itself throughout the app like others seem to do. Highly recommended - I love the "using your own photos as stamps" feature as well. Great job, guys!!

Unsimply Amazing!. This app is probably one of my favorite apps, for the money you pay you get everything you'll need to photoshop your pictures. Not for people who just wanna change the color scheme, this allows you to sufficiently create the mood you want in a photograph. I highly recommend it!!

Toss 'em!. This is the best photo editing app I have ever used. Currently, I have about 30 different varieties of half-baked editing apps. This one is superior to all of them and I am unloading the rest of the inadequate ones to save room on my iPhone! Particularly notable is the wide ranging text edit possibilities. You won't find this anywhere else!

Simple!. I have so little time to play around with my photos & make them into something special & unique. Finally, an app that allows me to do so easily, quickly & without the need of complex, time consuming tutorials! I can do what so many apps may also have the ability to do-but I actually get the job completed! A must have for those who have limited know-how & time.

A 'MUST HAVE' App!!!. I can't get enough of it!! It takes a few Minutes to learn all of it's amazing features, but you quickly realize that the possibilities are endless!! PLEASE, if you're into pictures/art/photography as a veteran or beginner, you have to at least try it! BTW, I never write reviews, however, the app is THAT AWESOME, I wanted to share the love!! It is a great app. One of the few apps I am willing to give a review on. But had to take a few minutes to speak praise and high regard for this one. It does a lot and does it very well. And the most important thing for me was saving in high res...yeah!! I can delete a handfull of apps that this one does all by itself. You won't be disapointed.

Simply amazed!. This is an amazing photo editing app. It has dozens of features and 100+ filters and FX in it. Navigation and UI are not very standard iOS style, but definitely easy to learn and thoughtful. I'm happy to delete many other image processing apps and keep this as a main tool. Great job, JellyBus. Wow! And I don't say this often. I've been playing with photo apps and photo adit apps for the past months. I have over 50 different ones but this one really impressed me. The ease of use, the really stunning filters, the UI and tools and the fact that it enables the user to add text better than any other app is just brilliant. Get it!

Easy even without practice. I just chose a picture for my library and was able to make a good picture better right away. I read the instructions very little and was still able to make the picture better than it originally was. It's quite self-explanatory. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a good all around editing program.

Very nice but missing one thing. Exceptional app except it is missing one fundamental function. Image resize. So for example if I want to crop a particular area of an image and create a 640x1136 wallpaper for my iphone, I would need to be able to resize the image. I can't do that. The addition of resizing images would make this absolutely perfect and the best image editor of them all. It really isn't missing anything else.

Great app. Easy and yet powerful photo app, been playing for a little while and I'm surprised how good some of my pics have turned out, lots of settings and filters but not overwhelming at all. Could use some tweaking when working with text - it can get a bit difficult selecting text when working with more than one text layer. But really good. Worth every penny!

But this app is so amazing that it actually push me to write a review〜〜(・ω・)ノafter I purchased this app. I started to edit some of my old photos to test it, and the bad thing is that I can't stop editing all I my old photos in my phone because what this amazing app did. FUNTASTIC!. I think I deleted three of my favorite photo Apps when I got this one. It's just that good, it replaces every other photo app you may have. It's my GoTo App with any photo because it does it all. I don't know how they fit it all in but they do and it's awesome. Vigneting, Blur, filters, textures, fonts, borders... And much more. I really recommend this App as these guys have done a terrific job. TWO BIG THUMBS UP! :)

Might be one of the best all around photo apps. Awesome all around editing toolset and filters. A big plus for me was how well you can edit and place text in photos. I do think the collection of filters is a bit overkill and seems to have some redundant looking options. I would like to see a borders/Frames collection with more options as well.

Wow. I've used probably 15-20 photo editing apps on various iPhones. This is by far the the easiest to use. Very intuitive user interface that makes my pictures look amazing!! I have since deleted almost every other photo editing app on my phone. Worth the $2. Hell, I'd pay $5-$10 for this...

Awesome. I love this app! I use it to edit all of my photos and there are so many options and updates for new filters etc. I use this app on my photos taken from my phone and they look like I took it from a high quality camera. This app is 5stars, totally worth the extra money.. Love love love it ❤️❤️❤️

👍👍👍. This really is one of the top editing apps available currently. I strongly suggest changing your app logo to something else. I know it must be hard to think of something that hasn't already been used, but if I were you...I'd try. At first glance it's hard to take this app seriously. It looks like some of those other apps that wind up being horrible, a rip off or scam. Your app is fantastic! Give its face a makeover

The Only Photo App You'll Need. This app has all the photo-enhancing capabilities most people will ever need. The variety of possibilities is excellent. I do wish that you could undo by category in addition to by recency, but this is a minor inconvenience given all that this app does. After getting this app I was able to delete three other apps because this does more in one app than those three did put together!

The one-stop app that has it ALL!. Can't believe they pack so much into this app for the price! Extremely intuitive UI with above and beyond touches of brilliance. This app is a joy to use and keeps you engaged throughout the process. I can do with this one single app what I have needed 3 folders full of photo editing apps to do. Brilliant!

Great app!. I honestly enjoy the app very much, it is very simple to use, and can improve an all around feel of a photo fairly effortlessly. Especially the pro version! I do have one complaint though.. Since updating my phone to the iOS 11 it no longer works, yet I paid for the application. If an update doesn’t come soon I’ll be contacting iTunes to pursue a refund.

Awesome app. I purchased this app not quite knowing what to expect....finding that this is my go to app. Love love love it. It's worth every penny. So many filters and options and love that you can add text. For photo editing this is by far my favorite. I love to save all my edits to camera roll and from there then I share to fb or Instagram.

Great app. This app offers a lot of interesting tools that other editing apps do not. I like that I can compare each new edit with the original photo to get a sense of where I began. I also like that if I wish to undo an edit I have made, I can choose to do so without erasing all progress I have made with a picture.

Needs a little more. Overall great app.. Seems a few things are missing....maybe ability to bulge and pinch? Also some terms make no sense like "Liz", would be better if they used more Photoshop terms that are more familiar to everyone instead of these nonsensical descriptions.....other apps do that, it makes it confusing for the user.

😁. Really like this app, been having a lot of fun using it. BUT, after the last update, it crashed TWICE in the middle of my editing a photo! Not happy, frustrated! Please fix!!!!! That's the only reason I'm rating as a four instead of a five. Would love more fonts and to be able to edit them after you apply them to your photo.

App Review. As a personal user of this app, I am more then honored to have invested in such a app that saves me plenty money from having to get album covers made. I am a current rapper/producer/photographer/Dj/Tattoo Artist and more... So I'm constantly using this app on a day to day basic. Best Photo App!. There are so many great filters and fun features on this app to to make it my favorite photo app by far! I can make any picture look good in a short amount of time. Not to mention how easy it is o use. I loved the tutorial video that comes with this app. It really helped me figure everything out. There are so many features that I haven't even gotten to yet but plan to.:)

Was the best photo editing app!. This app needs an update to work with iOS 11. I have not been able to use this app in the past month and a half which is a huge disappointment since I purchased this app and was only able to use it for about 2 months. If there isn’t an update soon I will have to contact services for a refund and ask for them to display this app as not functioning with iOS 11, in the description it says it’s compatible with iOS 8 and later, obviously not the case and a lie to consumers.

NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I love using this app to edit photos for instagram. But just a few days ago it started acting up. Most the time it freezes up when I try to select a photo from my camera roll to edit, making the app impossible to use. Please fix it, I need this app, and I payed $0.99 for it.

Great editing options. I use this app more for fine tuning when my Instagram filters aren't cutting it. Detailed editing is possible and is very easy. I love the quick comparison views. The blur tools are also versatile and customizable. If this had layer tools it would be like a real photoshop. Only problem is I only find a select few filters helpful. At least it has a favorites option.

Love it!!!! Better than photoshop touch!. I was about to buy photoshop for 4.99 and i tried this it does most of the things and many more compared to it also end results look professional so i have NOT been disappointed. U CANT go wrong with it it only .99!!! :) the only downside is that... It saves the pics in lowest resolution!! Please fix to be able to save in high resolution

Excellent app. I found this app on a whim, searching for a free photo editor. I first came across the light version, which went above and beyond every other free editor I tried. I purchased the pro version within minutes to support the developer and get the added features. You can't go wrong with this for photo manipulation and simple drawing.

Great App!. I love this app, there is so many different ways to customize and edit your photo. In the beginning it was a little difficult for an amateur like myself, but the more I use it, the more I am understanding (at least I think I am!) all the different aspects of editing a photo. Wow!. I've tried so many other editing apps that I couldn't even count them, but this is the first one I've ever loved enough to actually write a review. The changes show up immediately with next to no loading time, and the effects are absolutely perfect. You can get really high quality photos with this app and it's extremely easy to use. The Best IPhone Photo Application Period. This is by far the best photo editor application that I have used. I wish I would have discovered this app before I wasted countless hours and money on the other applications. Hands Down the BEST!! This is the first positive REVIEW I have ever given any application! What happened?!. This would've been a 5 star review but in the last few weeks it has started slowing down and now it crashes when I upload a photo or when I add a filter. This is extremely irritating because I love the app. It has everything you need from filters, color splash, adding text, texture and just you basic editing tools (crop rotate and auto enhance). I can't even use it at the moment.... 😕

The best!!. Every time I leave this app I always end up going right back to it. I’m just really upset that I had to get a new iPhone and when I tried to download the app again I couldn’t because it needs to be updated by the developer. I purchased the pro version for six dollars I really wish that you guys update the app because I’d love to use it. It’s one of the best photo editing on the App Store in my opinion.
