A nightmare to use with screen reader technology. The “pages manager“ was simple and easy to navigate using screen reader technology, like a voiceover and J AWS on a computer. Ever since it switched over to business manager, the majority of components are not reading with screen reader technology. As a blind business owner, this significantly complicates me being able to independently use the app. It is beyond frustrating and extremely disappointing. Facebook has come so far with accessibility, and this portion, By adding the new business manager application, makes things nearly impossible!!! I used to be able to share and schedule directly while in the Facebook app, but now I’m required to use the business manager app which things are not labeled, so I have no idea what I’m trying to do while inside the app. And of the data is read off to me, navigating in a logical and sequential order is nonexistent! I am not the only blind business owner who has been having his issues. I am also part of a nonprofit organization, and affiliate of the American Council of the blind, and run the Facebook page for this organization. It is more convenient to just create a group for these organizations, rather than creating a business page, as we keep getting lead back to using “business manager“ which is not accessible in the slightest! ADA States that websites and applications need to be compliant with screen reader technology abilities, and, well… This is just not anywhere near acceptable!

Don’t solicit for me on messenger. I have a couple of issues that propped up number one. I’m having a lot of people get back with me that I have never contacted and they’re blocking my page causing me potential loss of future business. I want to make my own ad and boost them, that’s why I’m paying you to boost the ad. I don’t want ads sent to people in messenger. They get confused as to first of all what it is second of all find out it’s a solicitation and thirdly block your page thus blocking potential future business. I love the fact that I’m hitting a lot of people don’t get me wrong. I just don’t want to text somebody directly. I want them to get with me and then will correspond. the other thing that I’m having issue with is user friendliness of these applications I know they’re very involved and very intense however, things such as being able to find a button to switch messenger marketing turn it off I can’t find it I don’t even know how to turn that off, so I’m gonna have to search back through here and see if I can’t find that feature hopefully in the meantime somebody else will see this and respond that would be nicebut that’s the only two issues so far that I’m having a problem with. Both of these issues however, definitely problems for my business. Thank you.

Inspect what expect. 1. The “invite likes” feature is completely broken and unusable. You’re supposed to be able to invite up to 1000 of your likes every 24 hours. Currently, you can only send the automatic invite if the count of likes is 299 or less. If you have 1000 new likes, you have to manually invite until the count is 299 or lower. This makes this feature useless. 2. “Sent with stars” is stupid and should be removed. It’s automatically set as default and the only option, if you have monetization turned on, and I would wager that statistically most accounts aren’t receiving stars, but would like to; It’s a catch 22. 3. You cannot scroll to change the sorting of comments or view comments if “sent with stars” is on and you have 0 comments. Also, you cannot select the “sent with stars” to change it, even if you can scroll and quickly tap on it; it’s disabled. This makes reading comments on this app nearly impossible and infuriating. I only have this app because of the messenger feature. The rest is useless to me.

Needs work!. I love having an outlet for my small business that’s not on Etsy. Much of the features are useful but it needs quite a bit of work. First, I wish I could post both a picture & a video at the same time. I like to showcase my items in still photos & a video. But currently, you cannot post both at the same time. It’s annoying and doesn’t allow me to display my items. Second, I cannot tag my clients in my posts. I would love to be able to tag a client in a post when I’m showcasing their custom item. Third, PLEASE STOP making recommendations in messenger. QUIT asking if I want to “book an appointment” or telling me “orders now get reported in ads manager”. These stupid boxes pop up in random private messages & it WILL NOT GO AWAY! They’re annoying and when I click “Not now” the box disappears but then comes right back when I enter back into that private message. Please make it stop! I’m sure there’s more feedback I could give, but this would be a great start! Thank you! 🤩

Honestly not good. You can’t even post carousels. Not very helpful. It won’t let me post any carousels cuz “videos can’t be added to a post with photos” like what ?? On the Instagram app you can absolutely add videos to your carousels. This app is just a really bad, watered down version of Instagram with no advanced or useful settings. The main reason I downloaded it is cuz Instagram is glitching and won’t let me schedule any of my posts anymore so I heard you could schedule them on here…. Turns out I actually can’t! Cuz I wanna post carousels but it won’t let me! I also wanna use advanced settings like hiding my likes or adding music but it doesn’t have that option. Once again, not helpful. The app lacks any advanced settings like adding music to your post, hiding comments or likes, boosting your post, and sharing to Facebook. It’s just a watered down, very poor version of Instagram. I see the potential in it but it needs a LOT of improvement. It needs more advanced settings & it needs the basic, much needed settings that Instagram has. I wanna grow my brand as an influencer and I don’t see this app helping me with that. Edit: you also can’t change your thumbnail on reels like you can on Instagram. Where are all the helpful settings??

Only works if you have both Facebook and Instagram. I was randomly kicked off Facebook for no reason. Meta has zero customer service. I’m a paying business customer and was given no reason why I was kicked off just told that I violated Facebook community standards but I was not told which rule was broken or which post was the issue- I think I might have been hacked. This happened on my personal Facebook. I’m the admin for my business account so now I no longer have access to my business account and can not log into either account or my meta business suite account which now messes up my Instagram account. Shortly after Meta charged my PayPal account $800 for Facebook ads that I couldn’t have even taken out since I didn’t even have access to my own account since I’m banned but again no way to contact them. I had to cancel my business credit card and spend an entire day updating and switching over all of my business automatic payment accounts- I can’t even use Instagram ads -my main source of advertising because I don’t trust them with my payment information and again ZERO customer service or even explanation on why my linked Facebook account has been permanently disabled - how do you do business like this. The only way to contact customer service is via your Facebook account which has been disabled even if you have an issue with Instagram- I warn any business giving their credit card info to this company!!!

Too many glitches. There have been several occasions where my coworker with the same access has asked if I received a notification and I will get it a day later by this app. I’ve had several glitches throughout the last year of having it but the one last night has been the worst. A customer responded to an ad posted and her original message to the ad keeps popping up at the top of my phone every 2 min. I thought it would have fixed itself but overnight my phone kept lighting up. There’s no way to clear her message or even block the customer temporarily to make the notification stop. Also I can read and respond to notifications but the app will still show them as unread. I’d almost rather run my page through the Facebook/Instagram app. It’s a great appeal to keep your messages and comments in one place but the app is very glitchy and to me, unorganized.

Impossible to make a post. We have used this app intermittently to just see if “Meta” has upped their game so we can have a presence in FB. Our two business pages have had a zero success rate in publishing reels, and about a 5% success rate on publishing any post with success through this app or the Facebook app, for that matter. I guess this is just an app for paid advertising. Unfortunately we don’t do anything paid with Meta apps after being ripped off with Meta (formerly Facebook) removing our main profile without cause, reason or restoration WHILE we were running paid ads. Guess what? They took the money and didn’t run the ads. Tried to contact them about this. Oops nobody home at Meta. Just tried to put up a reel for our dog business. Unsuccessful again. This app and the Meta company and all its apps are way below par to use for business. Meta will never be part of our marketing budget again, but I think they should still allow business pages to publish posts.

This app is so bad that the positive reviews have to be fake, it’s the only explanation. This app is so unusable that there is no chance the positive reviews are from real, independent users. The messaging function is clunky at best and highly problematic. It doesn’t even say what time messages were sent or if they’ve gone through. The notifications are a mess and constantly says there are notifications when there are none and also does not show notifications sometimes when there is one. Even if you’ve read something and replied to it, it will continuously leave it marked as unread and vice versa, always with no rhyme or reason to it. If a message or notification has been answered/addressed directly in the Facebook or Instagram app, this app doesn’t reflect that. It’s essentially unusable, unpredictable, and feels like a knockoff app that some random company would make… how on EARTH is this made by Facebook? I’m at a total loss for how this is an actual product that Facebook decided was ready for market.

The goods don’t out weight the bad. This app is frustrating. There are some nice features and I like having everything in once place but there are so many more issues. The messaging and comment section is clunky and not user friendly and I found it was much easier to just use Instagram to post and share from there to my Facebook page. The final straw was that I’ve had an “unread message” for weeks that I can’t clear. I’ve tried everything including deleting the app and redownloading. When the notification popped up again I was done. I searched for some fixes and found years old posts with the same issue that hasn’t been addressed. I deleted it after that. The business options for Facebook are so annoying anyway I’m considering removing my whole page so it wasn’t worth keeping the app that they clearly don’t fix or listen to problems that need to be addressed. A fantom notification doesn’t seem like that bit of a deal but it’s actually incredibly frustrating to think you’re missing someone’s message.

Helpful, but needs work.. The app is helpful for managing both instagram and Facebook, but using both the Facebook and Instagram apps is actually much more helpful within their individual apps. Don’t get me wrong, I i th still use the meta business suite out of convenience but the issues are actually inconvenient. Example: messages sent via MBS aren’t updated live and it’s difficult to “refresh” the app to update the messages that have already been sent and received. Example: updating photos is actually terrible. You can choose which photos you want to upload but you have no idea how the photo is going go look after you post it. I posted a picture of a guest from my podcast and from his neck to his head was cut off completely. Sure, I could’ve made sure the photo fit the dimensions of FB and Insta, but I didn’t and I ended up having to delete the entire post and repost it after having already received likes and reactions to the post. I hope yall would make the meta app just like the apps that it represents. That’s the biggest issue that needs to be resolved.

May be okay for big corporations, but not the little guy.. Does the little red number ever go away? You think you check every notification, which are scatted all over the app, but it still seems there are unchecked items. You hit mark all as read, and it goes away for awhile, but it always comes right back even though nothing has happened. Perhaps, it all comes back to the icon in the upper left hand corner that always freezes up the app. If I had one good thing to say, you can use it to check your posts without actually having to log into social media and experience the toxic news feed for yourself. It has been said that META caters to the audience they want right now, not the audience they have. They could only deliver 3.25 of my last 5$ ad. That seems to be proof that they are treating my target audience with contempt, and are not using social media as much. So what is their response to this loss of income, kill your natural reach to compel you to buy more ads. If anything, this app, and what it tells me, had convinced me of the opposite. Of course I’m just a small nonprofit site. I wish there was a way to make that official distinction to META. Then their offers might be more appropriate. Right now they treat me as just another big time capitalist like themselves.

No way to submit bug reports. There isn’t a way to submit bug reports or request format feature updates. In general I would say this is a better app for tracking across meta accounts and I actually don’t mind having to have a second app to manage the backend, compared to other platforms. However, the Help Center is the only option for support and the “Support” page is blank and doesn’t load. There isn’t a way to submit feedback, request app updates, or report problems. The Help Center has a LOT of information. And compared to other apps, the articles are intuitive, to the point, and well written (hats off to the communication team). You cannot read the articles tho, because there is a pop-up “recommended for you” that you cannot close that occupies the full screen. Additionally, while well written, the instructions are not correct. I’m trying to better understand how the reels payout system works but all the links direct you to go to “monetization > payout settings” which is not an option anywhere. Soooo, anyways one star in hopes someone sees this and then like maybe something happens.

Ruining my relationship with customers. As usual in typical Facebook fashion they’ve found a way to inconvenience their customers. Facebook is a truly awful company with the worlds absolutely worst customer service but they found a way to sink lower. I use to engage with my fans a lot using polls and since Facebook took that way a lot of my page fans have become quite upset. Next they took away being able to be post backgrounds for our post. Smh. It’s watered down junk now. They made the UI a tiny better but took away everything else. Update: Business sweet is ok. Not great. It needs to have the ability to share products from your shop to the page. All you can do is edit 2021 update: Once again Facebook has proved why they are worst platform in all creation. They removed the option to tag products in post. Something that made it convenient for customers to buy from a post. So sick of them

Missing posts, can’t get help or resolution. As of today, all of my posts since June are missing, only on the app end. If I go to my business page through Facebook, everything is still there. If I go to this terrible malfunctioning app, the last post it shows is from June, and it’s telling me I haven’t posted in 157 days. I just added a new post ten minutes ago. The post shows up in my regular Facebook feed, but is nowhere to be found in the business app. I tried reporting to customer service, it just takes me round and round through help topics that have nothing todo with my issue. My second reason for the two star rating is the ridiculous issue with notifications and comments. I never see anything from anyone because the notifications sections is inundated with instagram notifications, and it’s just the same ones repeated over and over. I rarely see notifications about actual likes and comments on my business page here. The whole thing is a mess.

Hard to Use.. Putting ads on is a nightmare. I save my audience, only to find when I place my next ad that the audience has been selected by business suite AGAN. and the audience they’ve selected for me is completely irrelevant to my business. FRUSTRATING. Then when I FINALLY get it all done, and click on “boost now” this Is what I get: AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. TRY AGAIN LATER. If somehow I am finally successful, it takes forever for FB to approve the ad. AND, the one ad was stopped because my card was declined….impossible. But I went ahead and reprocessed the payment ON THE SAME CARD, it went through and guess what? I was charged TWICE. Now I’m disputing that too! Also cannot figure out how to just simply view my page. It shows my post. One post. I want to see what my customers see when they click on my page. I literally despise this app. And as a result, seldom even try to post ads anymore. It wastes so much of my time every time I try. And I’d really really like to put an ad out there once a week. But being a garden center, I don’t want the audience FB picks for me: Appalachian trail, adopt a pet, breweries, and some musician named Chris. Ridiculous. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

DONT USE.... They completely ruined the app when they switched from pages to business suite. Definitely a ploy to only allow businesses to interact with their customers if they are paying Facebook‘s overpriced advertisement fees. The app is now so glitchy even if you do manage to make a post a lot of times it gets screwed up and you have to take it down and change it to repost it. They’re playing some sort of silly game where you have to give them access to your entire photo library or you’re not allowed to select and use photos. Facebook has overstepped many boundaries for privacy and this one is no different forcing the user to allow access to their library to post a picture is ignorant and definitely unethical. I will never spend a penny for advertisement on Facebook. I like to make educated decisions and not be forced into doing things that the company demands so they can get into your life and sell more pieces of you. Horrible app., Facebook‘s days are numbered.

FAILED TO PUBLISH!!. I am mostly happy with this app. I do have two major issues 1. Ever since the beginning of the year I have been managing two separate business social media accounts and have had issues with a post every Sunday all year with the exception of maybe 2-3 posts and I’ve had to go in real quick and manually publish the posts! It gets extremely aggravating and annoying to have to cut extra time of that day to make sure it goes through instead of letting the app take care of it! Second major issue is support! I haven’t been able to but for one time get a hold of support to talk or fix the issue! I’m hoping with the new update things will change! I would gladly remove or edit this review if the issues are resolved! I have even considered changing over to another service provider to use the schedule post feature to resolve the issue I am having by just changing platforms! Other than that the app works great and I love it! Every other feature works great except the main feature I need it for.

…and the purpose of this is what?. All this does is popping up the same messages and status comments that I already see on instagram and Facebook. Obnoxiously it does so a millisecond after the message shows up on the other apps so as I try to open the other apps this appears right under my finger and opens up on top instead. Why on earth do I need the same message thread in 3 apps? And who thought it’s a great use experience to not give me a button to turn off notifications from this app? (Can turn off Facebook but no IG. No rhyme or reason. Would be helpful if I can use this instead of Facebook and instagram but I can’t turn off feed on these two and they need to remain open to like, engage, explore and connect with other brands and users). Facebook and instagram already never connect properly on the instagram app (error at the last page with no explanation of the error) so this is all just an app salad that’s going to waste your time. Ad management may be the reason for someone to use this but frankly my conversion on a good post is 28% and if I spend money on an ad I get 0.06% so I’m not spending a dime for ads that destroy my conversion.

PLEASE FIX NOTIFICATIONS ISSUE. I’ve got an issue with Facebook’s Pages AND the Facebook Business Suite app that absolutely needs to be addressed, but of course there’s nowhere you can address it, not one person you can talk to who can solve it, so I’m resorting to writing a review and hopefully Zuckerberg’s spy-bots see this and reach out to me about it. I am SICK of these — what I call — “phantom” notifications on my Facebook homepage and the Business Suite app. First it was the red-font notifications that have been underneath each of my Pages, both in Facebook’s mobile and desktop version, telling me that I have one or two or five new notifications. They’ve been there forever and I know they're not true because when I go to each Page and check my notifications, there are no new ones. Now the problem has extended to the Business Suite app which tells me I have an unread message on one of my Pages even after I went in, cleared each message in my inbox, marked them all “unread” and then back to “read” to see if that would work; I even DELETED all the available messages in my inbox and the app is STILL telling me I have a “new message.” Facebook: I know you got a lot of crap on your plate right now — y’know, with recent studies surfacing that talk about the negative effect your products have on teen girls’ self-images, as well as your never-ending battle with others regarding how you do business just in general. But for the love of God, get these notifications outta here!!!

Facebook/instagram censorship and restrictions. Last year, I posted a funny picture from Hunter Biden’s laptop with him in his underwear wearing a scarf. Facebook/instagram waited an entire year before they censored/restricted my business account. They said we could not buy ads from them for a whole month during the busiest time of our booking season. Who tells a business you can’t buy ads? Also facebook said we could not go live with our church page restricting our freedom of religion. Who is facebook, a service provider like AT&T, to poke their face in my personal communications with my own friends and family. It would be like the phone service listening in on private phone calls and telling me I can’t say that to my own friend. I hope facebook and instagram is sued for every penny. I hope they are held responsible for every infringement on my constitutional rights. You are not the arbitrator of truth. Freedom of speech looks like this: I am free to say whatever I want, however stupid, and my own listener can scroll on or walk away. Facebook needs to be taken down.

Changes?. I just started using Business Suite to post Facebook content for the business I work for about 2 weeks ago. It has been fantastic until today. Now, it will no longer allow me to schedule posts. I have tried multiple different times, multiple different posts, and nothing. That was the main reason I downloaded the app to schedule my posts for the week on Sunday. I don’t understand why it’s not working. It’s fully updated. If this was fixed, I would give it 5 Stars. But it’s extremely frustrating when you try to schedule a post, it says it’s schedule, but it all disappears. I wasted 30 minutes out of my day making a well thought out post that disappeared in less than 5 seconds.

Why, just why.. When the app was Facebook Pages Manager it was about a million times better. It was easier to use and understand and even then it could have used a little bit of nitpicking kinda work. Now. That it’s “new and improved everything in one” it’s just awful. I do not recommend this app anymore. The ONLY things that are cool about it is you can post on both your Instagram and Facebook page and schedule for both of the pages and the side by side comparison of insights on posts on Facebook vs Instagram, but that’s it. Nothing else about the app is worth it or easy to use. PLEASE GO BACK TO FACEBOOK PAGES MANAGER. The only thing missing then was an easier way to change your hours and edit the profile. I genuinely regret “updating” the app and strongly recommended all my business friends not to as well. I’m young, learning apps is an easy process for me and I even find the change extremely drastic and difficult to manage. I can’t imagine how everyone is doing with the change who are much older than I am running business and trying to put information out there. I hope the next “update” isn’t another 10 steps backwards. I’ll update my review if it actually gets better.

Clunky and Glitchy. Back when Facebook was still pretty new, I created a business page and was posting ad content on a weekly basis. It was relatively the same as posting on a personal page. Nothing too complicated and would produce immediate feedback. Fast forward a decade to Meta Business Suite. I just started using it and immediately I felt like the page was clunky, slow, and glitchy. I was right..I literally cannot do the basics. Add a video, create a post, literally anything simply I should be able to do. I've now created the same video post three times today because it just won't show up. I've discovered there's a whole Reddit community of social media marketing editors that are all saying the same thing...Facebook has let this side of the business down. I feel like I've riding an old worn out horse and I just need to get it a mile further down the road...just one more post...come on...you can do it. Just one more and I'm done for today I promise.

They love to waste your time. You can’t just create a post, check & reply to messages, or do the things you want to do. Notifications for the same comment, message, or post are repeated in different sections over and over and over and don’t go away when you do check them even in every notification location. I don’t get notifications for messages or I do get notifications that there’s an unread message but can’t find the unread message. Our page rating has dropped to 80% responsiveness to messages but I have answered every message—that I can find or have been notified of. No unread messages are showing now and I’ve answered every single one, so how can it be 80%? The reason for two stars instead of one is I do like to create posts through the app when possible because I can schedule them or post immediately without going through the desktop’s annoying and difficult to find Creator Studio. These apps are NOT designed to be user friendly but rather, it feels like, to waste time so they can brag on how much time people spend on their platforms. Tighten it up, Facebook, and make it user friendly and time efficient! Stop wasting our time!

Major Downgrade from the Pages App. If it ain’t broke, DON’T fix it. Why oh why would Facebook do this? Firstly the notifications don’t work so I have to keep checking to see if customers have messaged or commented. Before it was so much easier to invite people who liked your post to like your page too. You could have clearly seen who needs to be invited in bold blue with a raised button. Now the button is flat and looks like every button for people who already like your page or who you’ve already invited. Also the messaging is the worst! It looks like a webpage interface from the 1990’s with no, yeh, get this NO saved message responses. So now I have to use my Facebook app, then click on pages then access my Pages where Facebook conveniently toggles between me personally responding and me responding as my page. And the best part in business Suite I have different page names for the same business but guess what? Facebook gave all of them the SAME name. So now I never know which page I’m on. Can you all just reinstall the Pages app please and forget about this Business Suite thing until you get it right.

DON’T DOWNLOAD. **UPDATE** ZERO STARS IF I COULD, THIS APP IS STILL A HEAP OF BURNING CRAP. I hate call caps. I do. I really seriously hate it because it’s overused and 99% of the time it’s unnecessary. But this time, it’s necessary. This time, it’s the only way I can get my message across strenuously enough. First off, this is a “free” app. Knowing that makes it marginally easier to understand why MZ has abandoned any urgency in fixing its issues. However, as many other reviews have stated clearly enough for my 3 year old niece to understand,... THIS. APP. DOESN’T. WORK. Since I “upgraded” from pages manager, it has told me that I have two unread messages in my inbox, and I don’t. I’ve refreshed, force quit and restarted the app, signed out and signed back in, and deleted and reinstalled this app to no avail. It still says I have two unread messages. Problem is, I can’t turn app badges off because I run a business on Instagram and FB. I’d miss commissions. So Zucky, who are you lying to this time? Those suckers who download this app hoping to use the features you purport to be available to them or those of us who “upgraded” from Pages based on your claims of it being easier to use and reliable?

Getting better. I have to say the Meta Business Suite was a little scary at first, because only one of my two business’s moved over. And FB was a bit sketchy on what was left. But now both businesses have crossed over and I’m getting happier. It allows me to post to both FB and IG plus events I’m hosting to at the same time. (All in one post) which is a big time saver for me. The pics seem to be sharper on the meta suite than on FB so I’m happy with that. I was also able to adjust my settings on all of my groups easily. One problem I’m having, that I’m not able to rectify is that when I first switched over to the Meta Suite one of my posts was applied to the wrong business (I’m sure it was due to only one of my businesses moving over to Meta). I am still unable to remove the post from the incorrect account.

Meh. Honestly feels like a waste of space on my phone. Maybe larger businesses find the feature is useful? All I have found is I only like one or two things meta app does for me but still have to go through Instagram and Facebook to post higher quality content. Meta biz is only useful when I want quick insights and some simple posts for both platforms. Scheduling out seems like a great tool until I realized it just doesn’t quite Entrégate well with Instagram. I either have to exit the app and edit photos in another app or simply post an as is photo. Why use this app when both insta and FB allows me to do more? Also the notifications are the worst. It isn’t timely and when I do get notified I have to almost break the ap to get it to stop telling me over and over “you have an unread message” Cool. I checked that three weeks ago. The worst fact is since I can KINDA do a little more than the OG apps I am keen to keeping this waste of memory on my phone. Here is to hoping later updates make this tool and actual tool instead a few tricks icon I never want to use.

Horrible, horrible app.. UPDATE: Still awful, somehow now worse. Want to see who exactly liked or reacted to a post? Too bad! Tapping “LIKE” makes your page “like” the post. There’s a convoluted way to get around it, but I’m trying to measure engagement, not interact with my own stuff. Same issues with the app have persisted for years. It’s awful. Just use the browser. Facebook isn’t known for being good and this app is no exception. The only reason anyone is using it, is because Facebook just has a large, captive audience. Even now, in the app’s review panel, I can’t see the words I’m typing. On the iPad, the app constantly switches to vertical mode. Being able to post to Instagram is useless since to add a first comment or bio link, you have to go to Instagram anyways. Facebook tags don’t work at all and when you are able to tag a business, it’s 50/50 if the business even shows up. At least that works somewhat better on the browser. What does work? Facebook’s ability to take your money. Their transaction portion works well. Not sure if this review makes sense, again, the app’s review panel doesn’t show text. Horrible, laughable, and typical Facebook—only used by marketers and promoters to reach an audience hopelessly stuck on the platform until something better comes along or Facebook finally (and hopefully) fails.

Not helpful when issues persist. Wish I could give it half a star. Meta business suite works several months of the year and then randomly decides to disconnect everything and make it impossible for me to do my job. I am the sole media manager of a small non profit and in mega FB and IG are no longer connected and I cannot find anyway to reconnect the account even though in many other areas the accounts are connected. I can no longer schedule any IG posts and meta claims I am not authorized to connect the accounts and manage the page (I very much am authorized to do so). I resorted to use a different social media scheduler in the meantime in hopes I could get my work done but that didn’t work either because Meta STILL thinks I am not the page admin even though the account I use is the admin page set up by my workplace. This platform is incredibly frustrating and there is also no place for people who o go for support when these issues occur. Overall meta has made my job incredibly more difficult than it needs to be.

Most usable business app. Out of all the major social media platforms i have tried to reach customers on- X(formally twitter), google, snapchat, instagram, and a few others- none of them have worked for me except for Facebook’s business app. Theres more usable and openly available features to run a business with on facebook than x or google. Free! It is free to use the business app on facebook. You could pay for some adds if your moneys feelin thick or you can just post your page in the local buyselltrade pages. You can edit your posts and post longer posts than on X. Advertising is on an as much as you can comfortably afford basis. You can pay for as little as what few dollars in advertising. For scale of how serious i am about it; i have not had a single request through any other social media platform to date!

This app is horrible and needs to go. Edit 6/7/21 Just wanted to come back and say that as the owner of 4 restaurants, I find Facebook business suite to be one of the biggest annoyances of my day. Literally. Just wanted to go out of my way to say how terrible this app is. I hate the concept of having two (three including messenger) separate apps for facebook. It makes it painfully slow vs how it was w/ one app. Navigating the business app is a pain because I have to open a new app and go through 5-6 clicks just to find and get rid of a notification that says someone likes my page, when I already have seen this notification on regular FB app. I feel that is has poor ease of use and it ends up frustrating me and others who use this for our businesses. I really think FB has hit a wall and I don't think it will be around much longer. It's just become a place for people to post dumb videos. Business apps should be allowed to tag people too. Step it up fb.

Glitchy, Buggy, and Slow. The majority of the time I can rely on this app to bug out more than I expect it to actually work. I mainly use this app to schedule multiple posts across Instagram and Facebook simultaneously, yet due to constant crashes, this task becomes more needlessly frustrating. There are days where this app is completely unusable because of its sporadic inability to publish posts - even after multiple attempts. Uninstalling, reinstalling, and having the latest updated version still doesn’t seem to help alleviate these issues. I now find myself uploading directly to each platform separately rather than dealing with the unpredictability of Business Suite. I’m giving 2 stars because the features of this app would be so great if they actually functioned properly! I also think being able to schedule reels in the future would be a great addition. In conclusion, I wish this app would stop crashing so much and I hope the bugs causing these issues will get fixed soon 😔

Most Obtuse Software I’ve Ever Used. This is maybe the worst piece of software I’ve ever been subjected to. The ONLY thing I’m on here to do is moderate the pages I run. Just show me notifications for comments, let me click on those notifications, and then interact with the comments. I don’t need anything other than that. Please stop forcing me to look at this complete mess. Also, if you have a notification for me regarding the page I run, when I click on the notification the very minimal expectation is that I’m immediately shown what I’m being given a notification for. Why do I then have to do Meta’s work for them and hunt around for the thing you’ve just shown me? Why do I get multiple notifications for the same thing I’ve deleted days ago? It doesn’t exist anymore. This whole format and UI is the opposite of what it should be. It’s horrible. Please get rid of this and let people just moderate their pages on the original app. Using this incomprehensible monolith to incompetence is an absolute nightmare.

Nice Improvements. It’s a useful app with lots of features that I enjoy. The planner with the ability to cross-post to IG is by far my favorite thing. I really enjoy that I can scroll down through there and see what posts I’ve scheduled, what day, time, & if there are any significant holidays or events I might need to post for on that day. The appointments feature is handy, although I now have another appointment system so I don’t use that anymore. It’s a little annoying that it doesn’t refresh my feed. I am constantly having to restart it and then it still doesn’t refresh; it shows like I haven’t checked notifications, some notifications show up in one area, some show up in another and it’s just a constant back and forth battle to get that little red number to go away 🤬 But bonus - you did fix the messages and I love that I can use auto replies. Those help me tremendously. All in all I like it and will keep using it but if y’all ever figure out how to fix that refresh issue, I’ll definitely add a star or two

Morning! Do not convert to this from Pages!. I absolutely loved pages, I have a business page which is my primary business with over 160,000 followers, and I did A LOT of business with this app. I was delighted when I saw that this was converting to the sweets, however after updating it it no longer recognizes my primary business page. The frustrating thing is that it lists pages I created over the last 10 yearsI never use. It lists those with no problem. But my primary, Maine, page it just will not see and I have no idea how to fix it. Of course there’s no one actually accountable that I can contact, so in the end I’ve had to just go back to my PC. I am so frustrated with us, and believe me I’ve googled it, I’ve submitted a ticket via Facebook, I just don’t know where to go. If you are currently a pages user, try to get as much life as you can out of that app before converting, because if you have the problem that I do, there is no way to fix it.I am only too happy to be contacted directly by the developers should they read this message, however I am not holding my breath.

Very Useful.. but... I use this free tool to schedule my client’s appointments, their feedback is mostly positive and that means it’s a positive to me. I’ve had 1 maybe 2 times where clients have said they tried to get a message through but I never received it. That’s not my major issue with this app… but this is and one I’m most hoping will be fixed… When using the messaging section, you can only message Facebook users that have contacted you initially. It doesn’t allow you to initiate a message thread to any random Facebook user. They have to message you first in order to communicate with them.… why? If I have a customer tell me they are interested in my services, I cant just pop them a consultation message. I have to tell them to message my page to begin the consultation, perpetuating risks losing the business sale. Why??? Also.. my wife, She loves to tag and share other local business’s in her Facebook posts.. however she has told me she cannot tag a non-business Facebook user profile in any of her posts using this business app..I feel like this might be a related issue. Overall I use this app daily. It’s great

No service, plenty broken. First, FB, pardon, Meta saw fit to delete without cause the admin of our page’s account on insta and fb without warning, and ignored the multiple requests for review. That left us with editor access only to our page, lumping along. After several months we have still found no way to contact support to bump the editor access to admin, or assign another account to admin. No emails, no phone numbers, no help contact us, nothing. Second, on their latest iOS app update, they broke most of the functionality we still had. Basically we can’t create an event via app, or even see any events we have created since 2017 including upcoming events. It’s even deleted events we had created outside of the app, so attendees won’t be reminded. We also don’t get notifications when anyone interacts with our page or posts, despite all settings being turned on. For a “business suite”, it’s really not supporting small businesses at all.

Incredibly inconsistent. # 1 likes on the page do not stay consistent. We’ve counted and there are at least 50 likes that have disappeared. Another problem people who liked the page early on in 2013 have been suspended so their likes not being shown and we can’t re-invite them. # 2 scheduled posts made on the computer allow extra photographs to be added after the post is created but not on the app. There’s no way to add captions to pictures before it posts. # 3 Scheduled posts made on the app for iPhone do not post. We have to go in and manually post them. # 4 Editing posts scheduled or published on The app is almost impossible. Every time we try to make a change the adding within sentences is almost undoable and names of people who liked the page pop up in odd places and are very difficult to get rid of.

Super frustrating, doesn’t make your job easier. This app is incredibly frustrating to work with. The whole point of using it is to manage Facebook and Instagram together and be able to create one post to two places. But it is so glitchy and often after making a post it will only successfully save and schedule to one platform, not both. Tagging often does not work or save correctly, and sometimes tags just disappear. This app wastes my time consistently and I find myself frequently yelling at my device after working with this app. It often doesn’t show you updates you’ve made and can’t be sure they went through which is infuriating. I always have to double check that things work right which is ridiculous. Social media is part of my job and it’s the most time consuming and aggravating aspect of my position hands down because of how this app operates, or more accurately, doesn’t work well. Why can’t Meta make things work more seamlessly?! You’d think they would make this app more of a priority if they valued their customers and social media users. Wish there was a better alternative.

Needs A Lot of Work. Trying to update my business profile in the Facebook Business Suite doesn’t function properly 99% of the time. When I attempt to update my business description message or update or add a new logo or cover photo it doesn't save it (the circle keeps spinning as though it’s processing my request, but never does- I have to log into my laptop and log in to submit these changes. I experienced the same issues when I used to use the Facebook Business Manager. Both APPS need a lot of work and for business owners to run our businesses proficiently from these FB APPS, these glitches needs to be rectified. The only two things the FB Business Suite and FB Business Manager APPS allow me to do seamlessly are post to my timeline and pay for sponsored ads. How convenient for Facebook. Overall, I’m not pleased with either APP so will be deleting both from my device. I’ll update and post from my laptop. You would think as big as this company is their APPS would function seamlessly.

K.I.S.S.❗️ For those that aren’t familiar, it means keep it simple stupid. I actually haven’t updated off of fb manager version because I am not a fan of most of the updates, so this is a review regarding the app in general. If there were a negative star rating, I would be using it! Fb should remember K.I.S.S. And I will do the same. Simply put, if you don’t bother to show my posts to the people that have “liked” my business’ page, meaning that they want to see my posts, then none of these other things matter! We are a small service based business and we have 1200+ people that have liked our page but rarely are our posts shown to more than 150 of those people(according to your insights). Why is that? If I were to “boost” a post, it would be shown to a bunch of people but still not the people that have asked to see it and that are the targets of our posts. So, that is my biggest issue with this platform. There are countless more (like not being able to post a single picture as the header, now it is a slideshow, telling me I haven’t posted in a while when I post almost every day, no longer being able to write details about pictures when posting multiple at a time, etc.) but again, if you don’t show it to the people that have asked to see it, none of that matters!

I have never cried while using a platform, but here we are. Drying my tears as we speak. I consider myself very tech savvy, I have never had an issue using any marketing application other than Facebook’s. Wow. Just the amount of frustration experienced just trying to set up a CRM for my Lead Ads is unfathomable. Want to find your leads? That’s a whole nother experience. There is no push notification when a lead comes in, so you’ll have to open your desktop every time to DOWNLOAD and view your leads. In a world where everything is mobile and on the go, this is just great! /s How many different pages and apps does one need to run a business? Business suite, Leads manager, Ads manager, Ads center, the list goes on. And guess what! Any time you find a support page for whatever you need help with, the links take you to their OLD platforms they used (like Pages), with directions to buttons that don’t exist anymore. If you want your business to fail, use this platform! I have never experienced such a non user friendly app in my life, customer support is an absolute waste of time as well

Not as compatible as you’d think. I used this app to reply to a message from Instagram. Since Instagram has a character limit the message created in Business Suite was too long, but Facebook doesn’t have a character limit. On my end, it went through. There was no notification that the message was too long. I didn’t understand why my potential new client wasn’t responding because she had been very responsive before. A few days later, I ended up going to Instagram DM’s and looked at our message thread and there was no reply from me. Went back to Business Suite and the reply was there. This looked like negligence on my part. I had to copy my message to notes and break it up to send through Insta. Now I only reply to Instagram DMs in Instagram. I also get double the notifications for Instagram because they don’t update in the biz suite when you check them in Insta. I can’t turn my notifications off in Instagram because this app is not reliable. I would rather have the Pages app (or an equivalent) back and compartmentalize my comments and DMs. This app does not save me more time when I have to double and triple check everything. 👎🏼

Log-In Problems. As a social media manager, I really appreciated having both business suit and ads manager on my phone. It made boosting posts and running ads super convenient, not only for the FB pages I manage but for our IG accounts too. About a month ago, I randomly got logged out of both of these on the app, and ever since then, it hasn’t let me log back in. I continually receive a message that says “ looks like you entered an error in your email address, we’ve corrected it for you, but we need you to renter your password for safety.” Every time I renter my password, but I continue to receive the same message. I even tried different passwords on the off chance I was using the wrong one, but I still received the same message. And when I click “need help” there is absolutely nothing about this issue or what to do about it, or how to report the problem. I’ve also tried deleting the apps and reinstalling them multiple times, but I still run into the same problem. After a month of continually trying to log into both apps, I’ve given up and deleted both, pending-permanently. Because of my job, I’ll probably end up reinstalling and trying again at a later date, but right now Im just fed up and don’t need these app taking up space on my phone.

Glitches out and makes me loose my posts. I’ll be writing a post and I like to reread as I go, so I can reword things and check spelling, BUT it gets funked up. Because I’m scrolling up and down the page to read and reevaluate that stupid “select where to publish” prompt comes on. And when that does often times it will not ever go away no matter where I select to post. I will click “done” and nothing happens. I will wait, close my Lock Screen, try not to press buttons, press done once, press done alot, nothing I do seems to make “select where to publish” to go away even when I have already selected where to publish. Because of that I cannot get back to my post to finish writing or posting it. So I close the app and reopen it and my whole post is gone, you don’t even hold it for me as a draft. Thanks I love getting stuck on the “select where to publish” screen and being unable to use the app and loosing my posts. How can I fix this issue? Happens several times a month. Surely I’m missing some important piece of info to make this not happen. Here’s hoping it is just me being silly and not your app just doing this to me all the time.

disappointed. I used to swear by using Facebook Meta Business Suite for booking all of my clients and pretty much using that ONLY to run my whole business. I am currently looking to switch because I’ve noticed the option to put in a phone number for them has completely disappeared and my clients are no longer receiving text reminders for their appointments which my clients loved this feature just as much as I did. Even though I went through every setting I could I still can’t get that feature to come back when booking a client. Even though I have text reminders turned on no one is getting them anymore. Is there a way to fix this or is this just a new thing & y’all did away with that feature? If so I will no longer be using meta business suite for booking clients and maintaining my entire business.

Facebook Pages. I do not like this new format at all. I don’t know what the thought process was behind these changes, but this is nothing but ridiculous. I use to be able to post anything, anytime, anywhere without a problem. Now it’s a real process! If you manage more than one page, all your photos from all the pages get dumped into one place. Same with forms of payment. If I want to place an ad, I have to be very careful which card I choose to make payment. I also have to worry about other admins having access to these forms of payment that may have nothing to do with the page they’re helping to manage. I realize these business pages are free but Facebook could be doing a much better job of laying these pages out and making them more user friendly for the people who rely on them. The older format was 100% better!!!

Wish there was an alternative. It is convenient to post Instagram & Facebook simultaneously, but difficlut to do the hashtags as it is two extra clicks for every hashtag since it is not in the keyboard like on Instagram. Posts only go to 1% of people that have chosen to follow my page, and for even my friends to see things I have to share to my personal page. It’s all about the money to FB. What is the point of having people like something if one of the options is to boost a post and the audience be the people that already like my page. Add in that if you speak of reality flaws, you stand the risk of being censored just like they have censored people and news articles they do not like. They seem to be more about censoring and deciding for us what we want to see as opposed to being a platform that can truly be useful. They have become publishers, as a business you have to pay them to be seen and as an individual, Facebook jail is an most likely a definite if you don’t tow their desired line. It’s interesting how they chose to censor things about the Wuhan lab, and low and behold they were wrong. Let people read and decide for themselves instead of being similar to state run media..... because you also punish the businesses of the people that disagree with you. When I have over 1200 people like my small business page and it only is seen by 50 or so people over a 48 hour time window, something is wrong with the algorithm.... oh, but you don’t care.

Lots of bugs. Not reliable to manage business communications. It has lots of bugs, especially in the inbox. It does not show conversations of many clients nor updates them accordingly, so we have missed clients looking to buy. It does not update many conversations in progress, making the company miss important messages, make mistakes and generate a bad reputation with clients. We have to always double-check everything with IG and FB apps directly, so what’s the point of the app? If there is a new client who goes to the general inbox (not primary) of IG, this app does not show the conversation in most cases unless we search for the client's name, leaving a lot of room for mistakes and unanswered clients.

Unable to refuse microphone option. I really loved Pages Manager, scheduling posts was easy and many tasks were at your fingertips! For some aspects, with Business Suite, this is still good. Unfortunately with the last "Meta" version update, if you do not opt in to microphone, app page stays blank and it cannot be used. We are exposed to the risk of accidentally calling a follower who has sent us a message. It is not possible to revert to the previous version. Consequently, I have now deleted the app and will only be using PC version until the microphone becomes an option again. From previous versions review: Editing scheduled posts was fixed, but remains glitchy. Polls also are an issue, due to not being able to see who voted after the poll is over; so much so, that I have stopped running them. Re-ordering comments newest first or see all still not fixed since 2 updates ago: just sticks to the "most relevant" default. Suggestion: It would be great to be able to see, create schedule and edit Notes again. Notes were a good thing, and the loss of this feature is a big loss for the readers.

Painful. I miss just using Pages! This is lacking so many features and is incredibly glitchy. Instagram doesn’t work properly half the time and the push notification system is unreliable. I miss so many notifications which I only find when looking via Pages anyway! If you aren’t going to provide a better free version at least allow for a premium version with additional task and client allocation features for those companies who spend over a certain amount per week on ads. The base system is woefully inadequate for customer service when you have a team, which all companies spending $1k+ daily on ads have.

Upgrade. I get sick of having to totally re learn an entirely new way f running my business Facebook page. No consideration is given to time that must be spent working out what steps you need to take to do what was once a simple task. I’ve had messages that at 1st I just couldn’t find. If you can’t make it better please leave it alone. Latest review. Lost posts, photos not being available to add to a post . The problems are unlimited and get worse with every upgrade. Facebook has just about lost me and if I had better places to post I would do so ASAP.

Annoying Frustrating bring back pages manager app 🤯. This new business suite is horrible ,my version does not look like the photos above ....There seems to be no access to my photo albums , or a cover photo ( which are very important for me an artist to access ...whilst the viewer may see it I can’t so can’t add to albums or change cover photo .. or can’t work out how as I see as there is no Tools section . I hope more people complain and you go back to the origional pages app NOT HAPPY JAN 😠....and what’s worse I can’t revert back to the old one as there seems to be no edit page in the mobile app . Thankfully the desk top version seems to have not switched over so I’ll have to try and navigate thru that one ... totally confusing for the Non tec savey 😳the only good thing is Instagram and Facebook messages ....when they come in ......are in one spot

Glitches, bugs, fake notifications.. This app is so slow, so annoying, so unbearable to use, I think I’ll delete it and just try using Facebook itself. I’m constantly getting notifications about nothing, or repeat notifications about stuff iv already seen days ago. Then when someone does comment or like my post, I get nothing. If I’m on my phone, a banner will come into screen. But when I check the manager app, nothing. Just had a notification about a comment 7 hrs later. This has been a rubbish app from the day I first downloaded it. Can’t edit saved posts, as a busy Bussiness, I write my posts between jobs and phones calls, being able to save and edit later was fantastic. Now I can’t do that. I have to put the post on my wall, then quickly try edit it before too many people see it. Or start fresh again. It’s just sooooo slow and unbearable to use. Do something about it, reading all the reviews just shows how much of a joke this app is. Yet it’s still better then trying to go through Facebook to you’re own page.

HUGELY LET DOWN BY IT’S NON-EXISTENT SUPPORT. It all appears new, improved and impressive at first, but that is only until you try and find an answer to a problem that they don’t already have a generic answer to in their ‘help articles’. Then you think you might be saved by contacting them on their page through messenger, only to find yourself going around in circles being given the same infuriating answers by some automated machine. Time and time again I have requested help and have never heard anything back. I’ve been savagely let down by having no way of getting through to any actual human support. It’s a disgrace.

Tagged by spammers. I keep getting notifications that I have “messages” but when I try and open/locate them, they are not there. The notification stays on the app and I’m concerned I’m missing customer enquires to my business. When and If (eventually) I do locate the messages through Facebook/Instagram (can not find them on this app) it’s a spam message that I can not report or block anywhere and I’m concerned that my page has been hacked. This app needs far more tools to make it interactive to make sure your business page is safe and access for reporting/blocking chain linked spammers. I don’t want to loose reputation for my business because a spammer has access to my followers/clients that I can’t monitor from this app.

Cannot see likes on my page anymore. The latest update has ruined the whole process of building and growing a page. You can no longer invite people who have liked one of your posts to subsequently like your page. There is literally no point in boosting your posts or even posting at all - well played Facebook, another great app ruined for no reason!!! And then they blocked everyone in Australia because Facebook got in an argument with the Aussie government. Literally the worst customer service ever....and no apology. Will never promote an advert ever again, knowing that my they may well block me once more when they get into a disagreement with the government of Papua New Guinea 🙄

Changes have ruined this app. I have been using this app successfully for a number of years. Over the past 6 months it has been non stop issues. Firstly the times we’re getting all mixed up. Clients would be able to book a 2 hr service into a 30 minute spot. Then rescheduling an appointment for 10am it would actually appear and be sent to client saying 7am. Now clients are booking for a day/time. I’m confirming and it’s showing the client a completely different time and day. That doesn’t show in my app. So I’m thinking a client is booked for a day /time and they have a completely different booking showing. Have to move on unfortunately to another app. Bad business

Would be faultless if it didn’t freeze when Location is added. The app freezes when I hit the location tab. Frustrating when I’ve created a whole post and then it freezes at the end of creating. Even if I close and reopen the app, it still freezes. I have to click on another account first, wait for it to load completely and then switch it back to the account I want to add a post to, in order to add the location successfully.

Wish I could give it zero stars. The previous version was fine and I had no issues. With the forced update I don’t receive any notifications when I get a message from clients. The data and information didn’t transfer over and now I can’t connect my Facebook page to my Instagram page. All notifications have been turned on yet I’m missing messages from clients and losing work. Now I have error messages all over my page that I can’t get rid of because it won’t allow me access to my own information. And I have to constantly check the app to see if I’ve received any messages from clients. Don’t get this app.

Lost my photo albums. Since the latest update which I did yesterday on my iPad, I can’t find how to access the photo albums I’ve created to segregate different products I have for sale. Looked and looked but can only find the photos uploaded to the newsfeed. Seems like these updates keep making things worse not better!

Have to close app and reboot all the time. Every time I get a new message I have to close the app and reboot the page every time to be able to see the message. Very frustrating when I'm in a hurry and trying to run a business! This whole app needs to be fixed! I don’t like that I am unable to choose and album for my photo to be loaded into. I used to be able to group my pictures into styles of cakes in different albums to keep them together. All the photos now go to the time line and I am unable to access my albums to find photos

Big with notifications. Fantastic app and it’s really helping with my business but there is a bug with notifications. After I have read the notification, on the app image on my phone. It still says I have an unread notification. I have to close the app, and relaunch it to make the notification go away. And it always says one new notification when there are many.

It’s good but needs improvement. For a free app, it works really well. It even trumps some of the paid apps. I have issues with the notifications lagging - the notification itself coming through and marking it as read. I have to force close the app and jump back in for it to register that the notification has been read. I think the planner would be easier to navigate if it were a calendar, and if you could bulk move to another day, post reels and if it refreshed quicker. There seems to be a general lag in refreshing everything altogether, including your followers stats. Apart from this, which should be easily fixable, you can select both Facebook and Instagram from your mobile (most programs require a computer), schedule posts in advance, track how they are going and reply to comments and messages within the app. The planner needs some attention, and if those lagging and notification issues it would be a 5 star review.

Lost its magic - BIG TIME!!. I have used the booking schedule for my business for 4-5 years now and WAS so happy with it. Around April I updated the app and the time Zones changes from EST TO UCT during this update. I Spend MANY weeks trying to fix this issue until my computer friend told me it was a meta issue. I thought I needed to wait for it to be fixed in an update, now 6-7 months later the issues IS STILL NOT FIXED. Unfortunately I’ll be moving onto another booking system which means moving the cost of that system onto my clients. I reported this issues a number of time to meta and even sort out assistance via phone from meta; a nightmare in itself. All with absolutely NO RESULTS. Soooooo extremely disappointed is meta. Meta you absolutely need to be better. We pay for this service via running Facebook Adds!!!!

It’s good but…. I like business suite, however, I find it disappointing that the algorithm makes it impossible to get to fans without having to pay. I’ve seen on a great artists page that the gigs she has done and the photos she has uploaded have lower amounts of “likes” than the post about her having a break from music. This is not good algorithm writing. At least make types of posts equal in their weighting. If she got the same amount of likes on her positive moments this might have encouraged her to keep pushing. Come on! Give creative people a chance!

The positive reviews MUST be fake. I have not read a single positive comment about Business Suite on the internet. I hate it. On the most basic level, I want to do shoutouts in posts and tag other businesses I follow. It won’t let me. It also doesn’t let you add images to scheduled posts. So I have to wait until the schedule posts appear, and then add images. But it only lets you do it one time per post, so make sure you pick your photos wisely because you don’t get the option after that one time! Utterly useless in every single way. Is there a way to delete it without losing my page?

Photos. Your update previously allowed us to have the photo editing and adding options, and for a small business this is vital. Now, you’ve taken it away from us yet again. Being a small business, and this is a pages management app, why the heck did you take photo abilities from us? I don’t want to have to sit at a computer and add photos to my computer, the. To my page. I want to do it from my phone app. Every time you update this app, you break it more... and you wonder why some of us won’t pay to use boosting services? Fix your stuff. Give us the ability to add, edit, create photo albums again. It isn’t a huge ask.

App constantly crashes on startup!. This app used to be “ok” as I have been using it for my business, but as of today it won’t open or start at all! Every time I have tried to open the app it crashes! I have restarted my iPhone 11 Pro Max, I have deleted the app and reinstalled the app but it still crashes continuously! There’s no update available right now and typical of Facebook there’s no way to contact Facebook support to report the issue! This is why myself and so many other people are sick of Facebook when it comes to anything to do with running your business on Facebook! Absolutely no support whether you’re a business customer or have a private Facebook account! You would think with the millions of dollars Facebook makes that they could actually offer reasonable support for their platforms! It should be against the law to to provide adequate support for such a massive social media platform!

Terrible for running a business. Worst platform for running ads, I don’t even know how Facebook has become one of the main platforms for business advertising. Absolutely no control over my account, never have and clearly never will. Every time there is an update something else goes wrong and i get more answers out of a brick wall than the hopeless staff that work there. Even if you actually get to talk to a real person it still seems like you are talking to a bot because they never answer questions and just give rubbish generic responses until you pull them up on it. Absolutely disgusting customer service and service in general. Problem after problem building up and no one there has any clue how to fix any of it. If I could give negative stars if I would. Thousands of dollars spent and still no respect! Rather just making everything 100 times more difficult than it needs to be and don’t get me started on marketplace!

Clunky, confusing, and now it’s not working at all.. I had hoped that with time this app would improve as the bugs were ironed out. I’ve spent the past 2 weeks trying to find a non-existent message that the app insists I received but the message is nowhere to be found on either Facebook or Instagram. Today I actually did receive a message from a customer and the app won’t open at all! Add this to a list of products that keep being rejected for no reason and I’m not enjoying my experience with this app at all. Not sure why it was invented as it doesn’t help small businesses like mine at all.

No help received or even acknowledged. I have logged a problem many times as people are unable to tag my page or reply to my comments on their page or even my own page and I have had zero response or even acknowledgement. I keep getting offered to verify my page but why would I do that and spend a cent when I do not even have the basic functions available? Not happy at all with Insta or facebook as far as their help goes and am thinking of just closing down my business pages as they are quite useless without being able to interact with the community. All I can do is post.

Getting worse. This app is getting worse so I’m not doing the most recent update after just reading reviews. Eg fake notifications, not receiving notifications to messages to my page straight away so I can’t respond to them quickly, not being able to schedule future posts, not being able to see recommendations from customers etc. I had to go to messages then comments section to see a recommendation, but it doesn’t appear on main page or anywhere for other potential customers to see it! Same as when a visitor makes a post, it gets stashed away in ‘community’ where no one else can see it. These positive interactions with my page don’t get any views, which seems like such a waste of an opportunity. I don’t understand why interactions with my page are so hard to find for me and hidden from the public. Also I took the menu off from my page to replace it with a new one, and now the option to add a menu has completely disappeared. I’ve read all the help section ways to add a menu but none are helpful because the option just doesn’t appear anymore. Even if I am on my laptop. Please fix this. I spent ages doing a beautiful menu and can’t use it. I also don’t like how Instagram and Facebook notifications etc have merged. I was happy with it being separated how it was before. It has not made it easier to manage either platform. Please revert back to the old pages manager from a few updates ago that was better and actually allowed us to do what it’s called ‘manage our page’.

Annoying (edited)!. Update to 2nd review...WTF are you doing? You’ve now updated “all activities” section so now I can’t differentiate anything I have have engaged versus anything new that I haven’t engaged! It updates before I can scroll down to review page activities! As a so called “business” page app, it’s now only useful to post pics...hardly business orientated, it’s going from really bad to much worse! Do you even read your reviews and care about fixing these issues? Useless now 😒🤷‍♂️ Update to first review...this new app “business suite” is useless! It is so bad I might just delete it and use my browser, which has gone from average to brilliant capacity to manage a page...whoever made this app definitely doesn’t use it to run a page, because if they did they’d smash their heads against a brick wall trying to do so...massive product fail and it’s a shame because your original pages manager app was awesome! 😡😒 Your latest update will not allow 90 degree screen rotation! I do all of my work on my lap (sideways) and now I am forced to do all of my work with kinked neck and 90 degrees out of rotation, it’s so annoying! Please fix it! I’m much better off going to web browser where I have a full range of page functions, easy to find and can actually MANAGE my page...I cannot use this app at all on my page it’s absolutely useless to me now! Worst update ever. Hello, I have a problem with the online booking service function. This makes it stressful for me and my clients to work with my page. After your update, it has become more difficult for me to work with my clients and takes up a lot of my time. This made it difficult for my clients to book, because they cannot choose a service online and book it themselves, they have to write SMS and ask what time I have. The App is only deteriorating!. Why is this app just getting worse over time. I have the most annoying box that keeps appearing every time I am writing in the inbox message asking if I want to save this reply for next time! Every single time I write something! So I though I would take you up and try to save the reply and guess what it didn’t save. So now you have an annoying box coming up in chat with EVERY reply that actually is useless anyway because it doesn’t work. But who in there right mind would think anyone would want to be questioned if you want to save each and every word you have chat! Hopefully this is just a bug that can be fixed. Fingers crossed or I will need to delete this app

Terrible platform. After struggling for hours to figure out WHY I'm not receiving customers messages, messages that have been deleted pop back up, no sound when I am meant to be notified, I decided to Look at the reviews! Same issues on going and apparently same issues 2 years ago! What's with that! I now have to close my business page as my own profile cannot access it to edit it, I cannot link up the messenger app to receive messages and have potentially lost a great amount of clients! Sort your app and platform bugs out as you're costing people money!!!

Could use a dark mode feature. Love the app but it is in need of dark mode for night time usage as it’s too bright even with the brightness fully off otherwise very smooth app too use for both Facebook and Insta connected accounts you’ll see all ya messages there if u set it up that way personally I don’t cuz I check my apps separately and don’t want clogging up my inbox on this platform

Horrible. For running a small community page and my own personal page, I have to say the “old” way was so much better. This additional app is such a waste of my time but I had to download it to see messages that had “disappeared” for several days before I figured out that I now needed another app outside of fb to see them. It adds so many extra steps to a simple action that I can’t wait till I’m no longer involved in my community group so I won’t have to use it. Obviously larger business may find parts of this useful but it’s honestly ruined my easy user experience switching between the two pages.

Social media. Unfortunately fb pages has really slumped over the years. 5 years ago it was worth it, especially for stay home mothers to start a small business up. Now with even 11,000 followers only 200 will see post. Unless you pay a large amount of money unfortunately it won’t get out there. Google business is much more effective for advertising and free but you need a website . I hate posting on here now. Sadly all they care about is your $$ and not your welfare. Makes it harder for younger generation starting off.

Downgraded and Unreliable. What an absolute joke. With all the money and technology Facebook has they have made business owners who use Facebook change to this piece of garbage. The app won’t let us book clients in anymore and trudges up old messages from years ago at random. If we can’t book clients and have a reliable platform to communicate with them then we seriously have to look at giving Facebook the flick and find a platform that is interested in helping us run our business...

Clunky and difficult to navigate. This app is an example of what happens when you let the work experience kid drink at lunchtime and design your app in the afternoon. Running a business and need to find a specific message? Use the search feature and be disappointed almost every time. Want to easily be able to distinguish between messages and alerts from Facebook and those from Instagram? Forget it. You can have hours and hours of fun trawling through multiple notifications to try and find the messages you actually need to respond to in order to run your business. But is there an alternative? Nope. If you’ve launched your business on Facebook, you just have to roll over and think of England everytime you log in and discover their latest “improvements”. Someone please get that work experience kid to rehab...

It’s good but can be better. Although l do appreciate some of the features of managing a page, it also has disadvantages for our business. I have sent numerous reports about appointment times, they are seen at incorrect days/ times for customers and if l have to reschedule, then l need to do it 2 hours in advance to get the right time. I have given up using the SHOP as l must have perfect photos to use and it’s all to be done via computer instead of the mobile like it used to be. The computer version is very complicated to use as it has like three windows open and you have to adjust all the windows to save/ exit. I am considering to spend money on a decent website rather then relying on Facebook for orders.

Needs Some Changes. This is great for scheduling feed posts for both Instagram and Facebook. It would be amazing if more of Instagram’s features were integrated into this app. You can’t select your video thumbnail, you can’t post to IGTV or Reels and you don’t get all of the Instagram insights such as a breakdown of audience active times. Post insights are also not updated in real time and take a day or two to show up in the app. These are the major drawbacks I’ve noticed after just a few days of use. I hope this feedback is taken on board and we can see some improvements.

I find this app extremely useful but it does lack some functionality. For a free app it’s very good and super helpful for my business. A few things however on my wish list are: •I wish you could plan an Instagram post with the “Add Collaborator” feature. To make these posts I have to be creating it within Instagram, it can’t be planned ahead or scheduled like everything else. •I would also love to be able to schedule reels. Since they’re become more and more popular it seems only right they too should be able to be scheduled rather than sitting in the Instagram app as drafts and then having to remembering to manually post.

Bugs need to be fixed. I’ve been using business suite for the last 6 months and found it very user friendly and an incredible tool for my business, however it seems (assuming since the last update) to freeze every other time I go to schedule a post - the ‘Select where to publish’ screen pops up and it won’t let me leave the screen. I have to exit the app by swiping up which is very frustrating as I loose the caption text & tags. Please fix

It is good but need to improve. I being using this app to manage my little business for one year it is good and help full have some features that can used better on Samsung phones but no In iPhone , like when I book a services if is new I have to back to the facebook page and create and then back to msg and book , now doesn’t appear the booking for the person in iPhone but in Samsung is easier you can add the service straight in the same conversation I don’t understand why the different feature for each Mobil device, should be allow you to move everything in your page like sharing you thing in groups directly in the app , if I want to share something I have to go to Facebook app so it is couples Of things need to improve but in general it is better to have it that nothing .

Fake notifications - 0 stars if I could. Can you please stop the fake notifications. I actually deleted the whole app and reinstalled it, it had 2 unread notifications before I had even signed in. I used the pages app religiously, it made it quick and easy to interact with customers, posts, viewing etc. This business suite is terrible, fake notifications, not receiving actual notifications, not being able to view my ‘page’, not user friendly. Just terrible. You’ve forced me to be more focused on Instagram and just linking everything to Facebook as I can’t use your app. Probably end up having an auto message directing everyone to Instagram for communication and deleting your app completely. PLEASE FIX

Fails at its primary purpose. The primary purpose of this app is to give you one place to monitor and manage your accounts. Yet it can’t even get the comment and message notifications right, which is probably the most utilised function of this app. It continues to show ‘x unread’ even if you mark all as read and then restart the app. Also having to confirm access to Instagram AGAIN when restarting the app. What’s the point of having the button to ‘continue with Facebook’ on the login screen if it just glitches out? Also worth mentioning is that it sometimes freezes with a blank dialogue box while trying to sign in to confirm access, and when viewing Activity the screen keeps blinking like it’s glitching. And when you tap to ‘start tour’, it begins with highlighting the plus button to create content and that’s it. Not exactly a tour. Just another clunky poorly constructed ‘business’ solution from meta and not worth downloading. Stick with just using the FB and Instagram apps, while not perfect, they are less frustrating.

What a pain. This app just gets worse all the time, it is bad enough that FB ads no longer perform, but at least I get people liking them. But can I easily invite them to like my page? Not any more! It used to be so simple, open a notification and there would be a list of people I could quickly invite. But now, on the web you can see who hasn’t yet been invited, but you can’t invite them - today’s inability to do so is different from yesterday’s - and on the app I can invite them, even though I have to open two things to do so, but I can’t see which have not already been invited. So now I have to sit at my PC with my iPad, find out who hasn’t yet been invited on the PC, then find them on the iPad notifications list and click twice to invite them, and of course the notifications automatically go back to the lastest ones, so if I haven’t done it in a day or so i spend hours scrolling back to where I left off. Apart from the message notifications that don’t show up so I don’t know a customer is waiting for a response. Seriously. FB makes billions out of its ads and it can’t get its app to function properly for all the users? The app was better two years ago. Just a complete PITA now.

Critical App Update Required. A recent Page update means our Page is no longer accessible to be managed in the Facebook app and we are unable to turn off post comments in the Meta Business Manager app only the website. Turning comments off is a critical feature. The features of this app do not meet the basic requirements for us to be able post and maintain a safe online community. Do we have to carry a laptop everywhere?! What a backwards step. Where can support be accessed to revert this change?!

Glitchy & impractical. Telling me I have a notification in the toolbar but not showing up in the activity or comments feed, comments now in some weird tab next to messages instead of with the rest of the notifications, won’t load new comments, won’t load all comments, won’t load messages, won’t load photos sent in messages, made it difficult to see who you haven’t invited to like the page yet (ridiculous trying scan a list of people who liked a recent post- I do this in the browser as they still have the ‘invite’ button in blue, while those who have already liked or already been invited are greyed out. Much easier when you have 100+ likes to go through). The Pages app has always been glitchy, especially with showing new notifications, but this is just useless now

Stopped working. I used to love this app when it was pages manager. I do love that it now syncs Facebook and Instagram. But as of this morning I have been unable to click on the date and time of the booking to change it. So unless I want to book a client I’m for right now it’s useless! Please fix it! I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it along with Facebook and restarted my phone and I cannot book any clients in still!

Notifications. Good app. Love being able to communicate with my customers both on Facebook and Instagram in the one app. What is very annoying though is that the app keeps telling me that I have a notification, when I don’t. I go through all notifications and messages on both Facebook and Instagram in hopes that it’ll clear out notifications but it does not. It is very annoying!!

Business compared to pages. It’s overly complicated and unnecessary the original pages app wasn’t to bad but I really preferred just accessing my page through the original Facebook app you’re no longer able to do most things through your page without having this app it also connects to your personal messenger to switch between accounts which can get confusing as to wether I have a request or a message through the page and anytime I receive a message I also get a notification through Facebook which is very annoying I have 20 notifications in 3 minutes please just simplify the app and make it as close to the original pages as possible

Notifications not working. Hi guys , I’ve been using this app from last 2 years . Recently I noticed that notifications are not working in my iPhone . I am not getting notified when my customers sending messages to buy my products. I’ve tried everything including reinstalling the app but no hope . I’ve to open the app every time to see new messages in my inbox. There is no badges or lock screen notifications even though it’s enabled in the settings. I bought new iPhone 13 but the problem persist . I’ve a request to The developers , please try to fix this asap. It’s affecting my business flow as I have to keep watching the app for new messages! I am really fed up with this app .

Just getting worse and worse. The last series of updates to this app and its predecessor, have just made it worse and worse. Harder, less intuitive to find your way around and manage your page. And the portrait view only is a real b@#$$er! Whoever engineered the landscape view option out of these apps needs to fix it or be fired. Or both. These apps are supposed to make it easier for us to manage our Facebook pages and thereby increase your revenue. I’d love to know how that’s working for you when the App is doing exactly the opposite.

Force camera and mic? Seriously?. So I can’t check my Pages comments or messages unless I accept to turn on mic and camera. Never had I had to do this before nor will I ever. This must be changed immediately and be opt-in

Blank Screen Unless Microphone Access is Given?!?!. Your Business Suite app latest updateon iOS will not work (just a blank screen) unless I give it access to my microphone. So until that's fixed I won't be using the app. What the hell?!

Utter garbage. Quite incredible how a huge company like Meta can ruin an app to complete uselessness. As video creators on Facebook, we used to see how much we earn, how well our videos perform and what to optimise by looking at retention graphs. Now all that’s left of it is a funnel to milk your ad spend.

Awful, glitchy, complicated. I don’t normally write reviews, but I had this app downloaded for less than 24 hours. It’s so glitchy between devices, does not show updated content, messages etc from one device to another. Every time I got a message notification, I would have to exit the app AND remove it from running in the background and then go back in in order to read it. And if I answered a message on my phone, I couldn’t see that reply on my iPad. Ridiculous to say this app helps to streamline any part of managing your page. Don’t waste your time and sanity. Just keep using the Facebook app, which honestly isn’t set up well for managing pages either. So I guess we’re just doomed?

Destroyed Facebook. This app let a hacker into my Facebook that compromised my account and wiped out everything!! I have lost 15 years of cherished memories and cannot gain access anymore. They charged my card and will not refund me after removing my ads. They claim they have nothing to do with Facebook and will not help me recover my locked account or any of my business pages. This has destroyed my business. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP! It is the worst thing to happen to Facebook. The customer service appalling because they just don’t care. Don’t lose your Facebook account by linking it to this!! Too many people have lost decades of personal info because of meta.

Why do the microphone and camera have to be open for the app to work?. I only post images from my camera roll. But if I refuse to give access to my camera or my microphone, the app does not work. Is Facebook trying to spy on me?

Hackers. Ever since I downloaded this app I’ve been getting weird messages about my business being scammed and if you click the link the person hacks you. Now my phone is all messed up

Almost unusable. Between the app and the website, this is just a nightmare to use. Crashes constantly, losing your nearly completed post to the ether. Conflicting ideas of what is allowed on Instagram and Facebook, certain aspect ratios aren’t allowed but when I post directly on Instagram, the exact same file is totally fine. Posts fail CONSTANTLY. My only feedback when this happens is “hey I think a post was supposed to happen like half an hour ago, why am I getting no notifications” only to discover it failed to post and didn’t think to warn me. Analytics are totally nonsensical compared to the analytics natively in Instagram, no idea where they’re getting this data from - certainly not their own platform. Overall, a ridiculously buggy mess, trying to edit posts is just not even worth the trouble. I rely on it to schedule posts so when I’m at work and don’t have access to my computer I can trust that posts will go out at the best time, but I can rarely actually rely on it

Horrible app. This doesn’t work period. It won’t open, when it does it just freezes or randomly turns off. Sadly we are forced to use it as there is no other way to post on business pages. Nothing communicates. If the APP that you push on creators worked well, I wouldn’t be seeing the same nonsense notifications here, then on my IG or facebook! Your only pushing the notification so you grow. Not the creator. Planner is slow: improve the hashtag with a small select all box for your usual tags. Talk to the other apps Talk to the other apps.

Too time consuming.. Not user friendly at all. Wasted multiple days trying to setup this app and figure out ad manager. Maybe a help centre would help, tutorial, or a better update.

Notifications. I am having lots of issues lately with notifications, they just don’t show up. I open the app and see I have messages from a few days back and I never saw a notification, even though I have all the notifications settings on.

Frustrating. I find this app is very inconsistent. Always says I have notifications but they never appear when I go into the app. Sometimes I’ll get notifications late and miss messages etc. Very unreliable.

Facebook regularly making it difficult. The Facebook algorithms are killing small businesses when we need support more than ever. Paid adds do very little to help. Even though I pay for adds and ensure that I limit it to local I still get people from India and other countries who are clicking the links and it is wasting my money. Also fb decreases the quality of images, and when you want to post to Instagram and Facebook at the same time the vertical option is none existent which is frustrating and the limit to only 10 images is annoying too

Please give us Page app back!. This app is a mess.... I can’t even read customers comments since they just don’t show up in my feed. Page was working perfectly. I regret the update...

Major issues. So I am having so many issues now.... I have tried reinstalling the app. It just doesn’t work right sense one of the last updates. I cannot CANNOT book appointments for my clients. The way the app tries to open the portion of the window on my iPhone 11 it cannot open the screen correctly for you to impute and save the time and dates of the appointments. So I let them request the appointments and of course that doesn’t work either. It won’t let me click the confirm button to accept their request. Also it still says I have unread messages which I do not. I went through them all in all inboxes individually. There ARE NO UNREAD MESSAGES. I understand this is a free app. However. IM WILLING TO PAY IF THE APP WOULD WORK CORRECTLY. I will be soon moving a large portion of my business to go through other means of communication for my client base. That says a lot considering I own a tattoo shop and social media is a huge help in marketing and communication for current and new clients.

Stop Updating Great Apps & Ruining Them. This was a phenomenal app. WAS. I could easily see my Facebook business page, photos, videos, etc. Frequent notifications for reactions, comments, messages. That’s ALL gone. I haven’t gotten a notification since Meta, not one. It no longer shows the full page and timeline. I can’t access just photos or video, etc. It’s actually useless. The way you can view a preview of your page is how the old app looked, and it was great. The current update is ridiculous, I don’t know a business owner or page manager that likes it. I cannot connect with customers, easily view old posts, etc. Worst update to an app ever. So disappointed. Zero notifications for comments, messages, etc. And since the last update twenty-four hours ago, it’s just crash and burn. Useless garbage.

Why?. This isn’t just a Meta issue, but I would’ve thought with all of their expertise… They would’ve done better. every single app that gets “Big“ ends up, getting overly complicated so that you get hopelessly lost going through menus and links, trying to find simple things. It was great when we just had Facebook.… Messenger, business, pages, advertising… All in one app! Now we have half a dozen different apps we need to use, hopelessly confusing to the basic user… and no way to get a hold of anybody when you need help. If Meta would simply run these apps by regular people before they publish them, it would save them a lot of time and money from over-designing software that is incredibly difficult to use. The key to any business: “ make it easy for the customer to spend money with you”. Meta doesn’t understand this.

It’s missing one thing: drafts.. It’s perfect, except for the fact it doesn’t have a draft feature. I cannot tell you how many times I have written out a post, switched over to another app like my texts for example, come back to the app and POOF, everything I wrote is GONE. Literally so many times I’m working on a post, and poof, the app resets as soon as I reopen it and all the hard work I put into writing the post is gone. Both insta and Facebook have a feature where it will save your work as a draft, or give you the option to. App developers... PLEASE, for the love of indecisive people everywhere, add a draft feature. So many will thank you!

Fix the bugs please!!. My husband and I both own our own businesses and use this app everyday. Every time we get a message from a customer it takes forever for us to actually see it. The only way we can access our messages is through messenger and switch to our business account to see the message that a customer sent. When we click on the message through business suite it always says waiting to reconnect. It literally takes like 2 hours for us to access the message and that’s not cool since we work with customers 24/7. Please fix this bug or whatever the issue is please. Thanks

So buggy- I can’t believe the ratings are this high.. This app is so frustrating. It seems like nothing updates whenever I take action- it doesn't mark conversations read, and clicking the “invite 20 people” refreshes the next minute with the same people, -and the next day, and the day after that. I feel like I’m just clicking the same buttons all the time and nothing actually happens. I can’t READ a lot of Instagram messages - it sends me to the main app, but then it marks the message read so it’s super difficult to find. There is some functionality in the app that is useful, but I still have to do at least half of my work in the actual app- which makes me question why this is even here. The overall ratings for this app are really hard to believe, thumbs down and sad face from me.

Irritated small business owner. The Covid pandemic has caused so many businesses to close their doors. My customers rely on online communication. In the past, my customers preferred Facebook. I have had to shift my business delivery method many time this last year just to stay viable and provide safety to my customers and family. I have found that less of my customers are reached now than ever. Almost everything I post asks for a boost to reach more. I do pay to boost some posts but I am a small business owner with two employees. I am lucky to still be in business. Very sad that in such a difficult time that we have yet another barrier. Very disappointed.

I’ve got nothin. I just got the iPhone 12....I was super confused when I transferred everything my FB Pages app would not work at all. Finally I deleted it and went to reinstall when to my horror I realized it’s been taken away and now it is FB Business Suite. I downloaded it aaaaand now all I get is a white screen. Deleted, redownloaded.....white screen. So now I have zero access to my business page from my phone! I think it’s crazy that things with FB Business Pages are not handled well seeing as we are the ones that pay them. Not the other trillions of people on FB. Smooth sailing free for them. US, who PAY to have people that WE worked so hard for to get to like our page. We have to pay to even show our followers what we are doing. I would totally boycott if FB didn’t run the world. But can we just even get some access to run our business pages. No worries, we will even PAY you after you fix things.

This app is a joke. I haven’t been able to receive notifications for years now. No one at the Apple store or on the Facebook help team has been able to figure that one out. App crashes ALL the time. Says I have 20+ unread messages when they’ve definitely all been marked as read. Won’t let me pin my bands most popular video to the top of my page, even though it used to be pinned and somehow got unpinned. Anytime I report a problem, Facebook never fixes it, nor will respond. What else… if I want to tag someone in a post I have to do it through the actual Facebook app because Pages won’t let you. Actually, everything I do, aside from answering DMs and viewing stats has to be done on the regular Facebook app. It’s just the worst. Necessary to keep the page up and running properly, but completely broken.

Nonstop bugs make it worse than using the apps separately. The idea is sound, but been trying to effectively use this for a year hoping bugs will get fixed, and they just never do, which is absurd given how many resources FB has at its disposal. Examples that make this super frustrating to use on a daily basis that are still present: - sends double notifications for literally every notification - comment replies can’t be expanded within the app to read or respond to them - Instagram story mentions can’t be viewed, pictures or video, at all - responses to Instagram stories are just blank - fills half the screen with “personalized suggestions for your page” or “combine services” or “add messenger to your website” or whatever nonsense EVERY time you open the app, even if you X out of it every single time - buggy linkages between FB and IG when posting - won’t load older messages or comments beyond ~12 or so - won’t mark messages/comments as read until you click on them multiple times, sometimes they never get marked unless you go into the individual apps to do it - limited reactions available to direct messages Would use this constantly every day for work if even just a few of these things were addressed, but they just never do, after a couple years of the app existing.

Scheduling Posts No Longer Works. I only use this app to schedule posts for my pages but that stopped working. I go to schedule a post, the progress bar reaches 100%, then it transports me to the Planner feature. I don’t use this feature because it separates my posts by week. I need to see them all and count them. However, the scheduled post never shows up in either the Scheduled Posts or Planner feature. I would stop using this app if I could just use the native Facebook app to schedule posts like I used to do. Creator Studio won’t show scheduled posts. This app is the only game in town and now it doesn’t work. Quit segregating user functions by apps (Messenger, this app, Creator Studio, etc.) It’s obnoxious when the apps work and maddening when they don’t because there’s no alternative. Desktop is not an alternative for me.

Impossible to get customer support. Imagine having your personal business and accounts hacked and taken over by a scammer in Viet Nam, they quickly charge your card hundreds of dollars with their false ads, $300/hr! You’re on track to lose $5,000/ day! You try to fix it but they’ve removed you, the page owner, as an admin. You recover your account to no avail. If only there were Facebook support! But no. Only hundreds of worthless articles, none offering actual solutions or help. You get to watch your business post garbage ads, target your customers and spend your hard earned money and Meta is nowhere, nowhere to be found! Not a chat, phone number, virtual support, email address to be found. You get to wait and see if they’ll be successful in stealing $35,000 of your hard earned money by the end of the week or roll the dice that someone, somewhere within this terrible garbage company can dredge up a modicum of decent customer service.

They love your business info but are no where when you need them…. Great unless your personal account is compromised. Mine was, now I have no access to my business page because you need your main account…which got hacked and disabled and I can’t access. I can still see my Facebook business page from my instagram account but that’s the only access I have. Facebook is so intertwined in our lives however, not a single support person, chat, or email. I spent 4 years building my page to have it be useless. This also caused me to be unable to see my ad account, however they still charged me…but again no billing department to contact, basically just have to dispute it through other parties. Don’t waste your time. I’ll change this if they reply and actually help me recover my page.

Fully utilizing this comprehensive app. If you are active on your Facebook/Instagram page, especially when it comes to promoting advertising your business/product/brand, I think you will really enjoy the efficiency the Meta Business Suite has to offer. You can post simultaneously, schedule posts for later, add/edit products on your Facebook shop, manage your messages/comments that need attention, etc. It really saves a lot of time if you have been regularly using the platforms and gives you more control. It’s simple and easy to use and In thoroughly enjoying it thus far.

This app is useless. It’s hard to even know where to start, many of us completely run our biz on our FB page, using this app with ANY APPLE DEVICE has always been difficult, even the old “Pages” app had hundreds of glitches & issues, but the latest version of this app has put my biz at a standstill! U can’t upload pics, u can’t ban scammers during a live, u can’t search anything, I can’t even find my groups at all, the PM section either pops up on a message thread wanting me to “mark paíd” or “schedule appointment”(features ive never used) & makes it impossible to read & reply to messages, my followers say they never know when I’m live even tho they have notifications on, and virtually overnight I went from 500 live viewers to less than 100! These r just a few of the thousands of problems from my MacBook laptop, IPhone, & IPad-Get your crap together FB, you are ruining businesses!

Just Keeps Getting Worse 🤦🏾‍♀️. This is one of the worst apps on the planet. If the other app wasn’t broke why try and fix it. And if you were going to change it, you should make sure it’s better than the once you replaced it with. I no longer get notifications that a client comments or booked an appointment. I can’t see my photos like before. So if a client ask for a picture I have no way of getting to them. This app is garbage and should be thrown in the dumpster. This app is costing me to lose customers. Also some stuff I actually have to log into Facebook to do on my own page. Had this crazy feeling like I should be able to do this from the app. But guess what you can’t. I’m sick of this mess. Go back to the drawing board and try again. And until you figure out the issue. Give us back Page Manager.

Needs human interaction. As a longtime Facebook user and business owner with several business pages, my business pages were in activated or disabled January 2022 since then I have relentlessly tried to contact Facebook originally and now meta-to get me to get my accounts fixed they suspected I might’ve been hacked passwords were changed. Everything is in order and has been and yet I am unable to advertise and yet I get invited all the time to do business it’s very frustrating as I do want to advertise my business so I wish these apps would be more user-friendly with real people. Other than that it looks like a fun place to share reels to post etc. if only you would allow people to really connect with real people.

Repeatedly dumps my scheduled posts, now I can’t post or save drafts.. I have a page whose premise requires I post daily, so I like to schedule significantly in advance. Years ago I once scheduled months in advance so I could focus on other things and when I came back I found months worth of “Failed to publish scheduled post.” I didn’t try anything that ambitious again until last month. I scheduled posts through to May. Went hands off for about a month, checked in today and OPE! Three weeks worth of failed posts. And now it won’t let me publish any posts! Or even save drafts of the posts so I don’t have to set up the same post every time I want to try again! This has been a known problem for years, you can find people talking about it all over the internet. Fix it already! Our content fills your pockets!

Great for organizing your messages and comments all in one place. I really like this app to keep all my messages from Facebook and Instagram organized and so I can post at both places at the same time! The only thing I don’t like is that it’s hard to find comments that are new on a particular picture, especially if there are a lot of comments already. If I get a notification that someone has commented on a picture, it only takes me to the picture and not their specific comment, so I have to scroll through and find them to be able to reply. But this app has served me well otherwise!

Useless if you depend on communicating with customers via messages. I have downloaded this app many time and keep having to delete it because the messages section of the app doesn’t work. I keep re-downloading it hoping the problem will eventually be fixed, but it never is. As far as I can see, the app works great in all the other areas, but my sales depend on communication with my customers via messages and that part of the app is absolutely useless. I don’t get notifications when I get messages and when I do check the messages, a yellow bar appears at the top of the screen saying “waiting to reconnect” and it just stays there without loading the message. My phone is updated, the app is updated, I have good internet connection. I have spent so much time troubleshooting this stupid problem and nothing works. When I send messages they don’t appear until I close out (swipe up) the app and reopen it each time. This is also true for incoming messages. It’s very frustrating. I end up just using the regular Facebook app (which also doesn’t notify you when new business page messages come in) and just wait for notifications via my email to come in. I find myself paranoid that I’m missing communications from my customers and check my message tab (in the business page) often. Can this be fixed?

Won’t let me post.. I am an admin for a verified Facebook page that got hit with a restriction on June 13th because I shared a video clip of a tennis player handing his tennis racket to a boy and the boy had an epic reaction. (I post sports clips, short clips from TV shows/movies and nothing ever happens). Facebook banned me for 72 hours. So on the afternoon of the 16th, I was able to post, but only text posts. I can't do live videos, nor post photos, videos, check-ins, none of that stuff. I receive a message that says "For security reasons, your account has limited access to the site for a few days. If you have any questions, please contact our Help Center." It's been nearly 3 weeks, whereas they said it would only be a "few days." And I went to their Help Center and there is no way of contacting anyone that I could figure out. Their “Help Center” is useless.

Recent Update (December 6th). The new update is absolutely horrible! You can no longer schedule posts or post to albums. The new update has made it feel like if page manager is brand new and not yet advanced! Bring back the previous version...... Update (November 14, 2020) Worse then it’s ever been! The format is not user friendly. It’s way more complicated to maneuver around especially when you just want to go in a do a quick post or go back and view comments on a previous post. With the amount of money FB makes on ads they should be able to provide a better functioning app!

Very frustrating to edit a post even before submitting the post.. When simply editing text and selecting a word or a sentence earlier in a paragraph or a post, it navigate while typing to the end of the post. It is extremely frustrating. And causes more work and more edits. By the time I finish making a post, and attempt to edit it, it makes me want to give up on this app entirely and wait until I get to a desktop to make a post so much for making it simple and easy to share on social media. Oh and did I mention that I’m still banned from advertising for absolutely no good reason? And nobody at Facebook can’t seem to figure out what’s going on. They will come back after investigation and decide that my postings are OK and I’ll look at the year or two I spent advertising with them and then they will say that my account has been enabled for advertising and yet I still can’t even boost a post. Hugely dissatisfied with this platform now.

Stop overcomplicating the platform!!. I’ve been using business suite as a social media manager for half a year now, and let me just say the amount of changes and “improvements” that have been made are absolutely ridiculous. Every month there something is moved somewhere else, I have to jump through hoops to connect my clients Instagram to their FB page, or some other ridiculous change that makes me do my job much less efficiently. It is now not as simple as connecting an Instagram page to FB page under the same Ad account. Instead, I am now sitting here waiting for my client to approve my request to RECONNECT their Instagram account that’d been connected for YEARS!! Who does this help? Why are you making everything so complicated? Why is there always some new unnecessary feature or change that helps NO ONE?? I’m sick of it.

Somewhat frustrating but overall it works. I’m using the latest iPhone and iOS. When composing a caption for the content on my phone, the text editor is very strange. If I move my cursor to a paragraph to edit something it ends up jumping to the bottom of the page and it’s difficult to go back and edit text. I was able to force things to work but not without some frustration. This is not my preferred method of updating my Facebook and Instagram business accounts with new content because of the text editor. This needs to be fixed before I can move away from doing the posts manually on my phone in their native apps or from the computer.

So close yet so far…. It is good primarily for me to use it for the auto post on Instagram since I have a job and don’t have time to post when I work. My issue I notice immediately is that when it auto post the photo, it completely deletes the caption under the photo and the hashtags too, that is a HUUUUUUGE problem I have since it is pretty darn critical for Instagram photos. The other thing I am not liking is the fact it keeps logging me out of Instagram through the app to post/schedule stories, like it quite annoying to go back and forth with log in, schedule then do it all over again… so please please PLEASE fix that since it is a good app and that the major thing that need to be fix. Ty!

Fixed landscape, but.... Well, they fixed landscape mode, but that's just one problem. Now, the calendar will not update to show new appointments as they come in. The message with the appointment will come through, but it won't appear on the calendar until much later or after closing and reopening the app. This causes problems with my business because I don't know about appointments that have been made. Another issue is that the microscopic dot below the message icon is nearly impossible to see. Fix this app so I can run my business properly. Oh, and another thing. I have it set up for 30 minute appointments on the hour and half hour, but this stupid app will show available appointments on the quarter hour which seriously screws up my schedule. It’s usually on Thursday or Friday and I can’t figure out how to fix it.

C’mon FB, have some pride.. Update: things have gotten worse if you can believe that. Can’t add any ads now. Can’t use custom audiences. This app is almost useless. Whoever works on this app should hire some QA that will institute proper QA processes. Maybe I’m more concerned over QA issues because it was my field, but the bottom line is the app has some serious, obvious bugs that should have been easily found in QA. The bugs that appear after simple updates are absurd. People are trying to run their business from this thing. I’d pay money to make it better, for real. Here’s an example of the ridiculousness: Latest update - the landscape mode on iPad is gone - Can’t use a keyboard attached to your iPad anymore unless you want to break your neck. Also sorting comments doesn’t work. And sorting to “unread, follow up, etc” hasn’t worked for WEEKS and submitting bug reports does nothing. Can’t view sub comments. (Won’t expand). Can’t scroll down “scroll down to see more comments” never goes away / doesn’t let you scroll to see more comments. You’re one of the biggest tech companies in the world, your app has serious issues. Why is this? These breaking bugs (landscape is mandatory. Workers cannot use their iPads now. Using the mobile site or app to answer messages is a horrendous user experience.

Makes me want to scream 😖. I couldn’t hate this more, and I wish I’d never downloaded the old one either. Messages from my business pages are completely unviewable in my desktop, as somehow the message area is covered up by a box I can’t make go away. I can only see like half a line of text, and I can’t see older messages at all. Also, it’s horribly awkward to have to keep switching from one inbox to another or from phone to Desktop, because my business groups send messages to my personal inbox, which is MUCH easier to access and respond to the way I want to. I can’t attach files and pictures, send silly gifs to make my clients laugh, or anything. The whole app has ZERO personality and only serves as an added layer of frustration to literally everything I try to do for my business on FB. Negative 5 stars is the rating I would give if I could!

Useless. Might as well just use Facebook.. I downloaded this app because of frustrations with how clunky Facebook’s post scheduling system is. What I would like is to load a queue with posts and set an interval (once per hour, once per day, etc.) that the posts go live. So I was excited to have Facebook recommend a secondary app specifically to queue posts. Instead, this app introduces no additional functionality, and worse, does not allow for copy-pasting of images into posts (you can do this in Facebook), which makes it inconvenient to post images from further back in one’s camera roll. The one benefit to this app is that it allows you to see time stamps on posts queued more than 24 hours in the future, which it is quite frankly ridiculous the Facebook app hides.

Sick of the pay for exposure business dynamic. All these social media’s rely on being paid by businesses to simply get any exposure whatsoever, you can post and post and post and the only natural exposure you’ll get is if you share with friends and they share. Media taking advantage of small businesses by demanding pay for very little exposure for your business. Between Instagram and google all these sites are money hungry. Pay per leads companies are the same but at least you usually pay per lead. Facebook promises nothing, message conversations die out and its basically useless. In a country that thrives and pushes starting businesses options are low as far as getting yourself out there. You have to empty your wallet almost entirely to even see any return. Fix your algorithm at least give some exposure to companies organically instead of suggesting literally nothing but money to your end.

Ruined my Instagram. Nomad soon as I downloaded this app, my notifications completely STOPPED coming through Instagram and I no longer get them. For me, this app is not user friendly and I don’t need it for what I currently do on Instagram for business, yet when I deleted it, my Instagram notifications did not start coming again. There are no settings to decide where you prefer to get notifications from any social media platform. I’ve reached out to Facebook and Instagram in every possible way and to no avail. How can this be a useful business tool if it completely screws up the way you run business with no solution how to change back!! Totally frustrated and hopeless over here. Why do all notifications need to be funneled through this? All my notification settings are turned to on, yet nothing is coming through. Unhappy customer.

Beneficial, but repetitive. I like the idea of this business suite app, but it has room for improvement. The number of notifications gets out of hand when I am active on my business account. I do not need notifications about my own comments. I enjoy perusing on the original Facebook app, yet when I check business suite, nothing I have already seen to us reflected, so I have to sort through excessive notifications to make sure I haven’t missed anything… which I haven’t. I do like the idea that I can link it also to my Instagram account and manage both from one place, but I have not been able to do so successfully, despite four attempts. I will keep this app a while longer, in hopes that it will be improved upon, but I do not recommend it in its current version.

Buggy! Irritating to use! Limited functionality!. full of bugs 2. It has stopped notifying me if someone new has reacted to one of my posts. I have to go through each post’s reactions one by one to see if anyone new is there. 3. It forces me to use the calendar view when I’m scheduling posts, even though I switch to the scheduled posts view, the next one I schedule throws me back into calendar view. I hate calendar view! 4. Half the time I open it, it doesn’t refresh so I have to close the app and clear it from the cache before it loads with updated content (comments, reacts, posts, etc). Pulling down the screen to refresh doesn’t always work. 5. It also assumes I’m using this for a profit-making business. News flash! Some people use Facebook pages for non business reasons! STOP TELLING ME TO BUY AN AD OR BOOST POSTS!!

Bring back the FB pages or something better. This app keeps freezing already when one types the text. The location list does not work. I still don’t get why FB is not using Google for all that, instead there are all these crappy locations with erroneous names and locations because the users create those - instead of selecting something from a real map. It is simply painful to use this app, it was already with the iPhone7 and with the iPhone13 pro it is even more painful. One cant do what one would want to do and for the simplest things this is stiff & just does not work…because it freezes all the time. I have stopped counting how many times I have tried to delete the app and reload it to allow myself to post even one post! In all the years I have used these apps I think it is just getting worse. Focus on making the app work and stop fuzzing around fixing stuff that isn’t really making a difference.

Disappointed. I would highly recommend anyone downloading this app to stick to the desktop format. You have access to everything there. I honestly don’t even know why this app exists. It is very frustrating to use since it gives very little access to content management and there are so many glitches with any little thing you do. Like updated your profile banner. It may or may not load you can’t adjust the position. It’s not integrating with Instagram as smooth as you can on a desktop and half of the business suite features aren’t accessible. I really just wanted to access my commerce account to edit products on the go, but I see that is definitely not happening. Oh well, maybe in a year or two it will improve. Too many kinks and very little access to anything useful as of now.

Business suite messages. I have 22,000 followers on my page snd I can’t communicate with them. If I send a message with multiple pictures and info with each pic, it is scrambling everything. It keeps saying connecting. I’ve never had this problem before. I am on wifi. That’s not the problem. The customer can respond but I can’t see unless I leave business suite and go to my regular business page. I liked my pages app so so much. Once you changed to business suite , it has been one bug after another. I’m trying to run a business and am trying to respond to my customers but it’s not working. It won’t connect and send the message. The regular business page, the comment line is too small and not business savvy. I hate the appointment pop up. I have reported it a dozen times about my message problem. No messages big or small are working. Can someone please help me. My page is The Bead Hive in Virginia. I’m desperate

Going from bad to worse rapidly. I use this app for my Facebook page business The messaging function, the most important part, is extremely broken It does not notify me of messages coming in (even though all permissions are turned on) and it takes 2-3 minutes at best to send a single message. It’s constantly flashing a bar that says “waiting to reconnect” “connected!” “Waiting to reconnect” no matter where I am, on or off WiFi. It is not my area because everything else works perfectly fine with the internet. While it may not seem like a long time it means everything takes forever and I can’t do anything else when talking with a client. Not to mention the app is basically broken in every other way Plus the integration between Facebook and Instagram is terrible and I wish I never linked my two accounts, it only makes for a giant confusing mess. Please stop hurting small businesses and make your app work at a basic level Edit: Now I have a never ending notification saying I have a message. This problem persists even when I open my computer to deal with the issue I also often do not receive messages from my clients, they only appear after I check them on the computer. The Instagram chats bug out like crazy.

Creating and Operating Basic Seller Page Shop - BEYOND DISASTER. The convolution of the Meta app business suite apps/“managers” is so unnecessarily complicated with very little easily accessible directions on what FB app to use for what… This list includes..: the regular FB app, FB Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, let alone Business Manager and Commerce Manager on desktop.. FB has the resources to help aid small businesses and hobbyists but the ONLY solution at this point is to implement an addition by subtraction initiative because otherwise it has become time and cost prohibitive to constantly stay up to date on the never ending and mostly unnecessary “enhancements”. I love Facebook but setting up my own page has been a nightmare and I’m baffled FB seemingly literally has no live/non automated support systems set in place to assist loyal users.. I hope they respond to me and help..

Lots of bugs that are hurting my business.. The scheduling part of the app has so many bugs and it’s been really negatively affecting my business. When setting up appointments, it keeps changing the times. And it’s been really confusing to me and my clients and I keep having to reschedule appointments. Other than the scheduling issues, Facebook’s business tools have been pretty helpful. I’d hate to have to switch to a different service just because of the scheduling issues but if this doesn’t get fixed, I’m going to have to find a different solution for my business. Not to mention that I’ve put in several support tickets and tried getting help from Facebook but their support is horrible, and they never respond to any of the tickets. And the issue has continued for several months so they don’t even seem to be aware of it or trying to do anything about it.

Horrible!. This has turned managing our page into a nightmare! My task is to remove and ban scammers. This took away our ability to click on the profile name on a comment and see the actual profile to identify scammers. I have to go to my personal page and try to find the actual profile but there are often dozens of John Smiths. It was so much easier on the classic when you could see their profile right from their name. It also took away my ability as a Moderator to check out recent Likes and block them there before they commented as 3/4 of them were scammers. This took away our ability to block them so they just come right back. Whose side are you on, Facebook- why don’t you help us get rid of scammers? Reporting does no good! I would volunteer to help you! We all know the real General Paul LaCameral does not have a Facebook profile- why don’t you??

Unbelievably Terrible. Now you can’t post to your page from Facebook App you are forced to use this application which is annoying in and of itself. On top of that it freezes and crashes at least 10-30x a day while I am in the middle of posting things and then I have to start all over again from scratch. It constantly locks up and has to be rebooted while trying to use the functions that are built in and has made it a hundred times more difficult to manage and post on my page. I dread using this app, the only positive thing is the process of adding the hashtags (which is well done) but often then freezes and crashes the post before you can do anything so you have to close it all out and start from scratch again. This is on a brand new iPhone with updated iOS and a perfect internet connection and cell service. Very frustrating.

Need Customer Support!. Not very thrilled at the moment with Facebook or Facebook Business especially. I have my business account connected through my Facebook, and someone has hacked my account which means now I cannot get into either accounts. I run a business and need to get into these accounts. I have reached out NUMEROUS times today and the only response I got was that my ID was invalid, which is not possible as it is my drivers license. SUPER frustrated that there isn’t a customer service like that can be reached, or even a live chat that people with businesses can talk to during these situations. Not impressed, and wondering how many days it will take to hear something else back or if I’ll ever get back into my account.

Doesn’t replace Hootsuite, but it thinks it does. Meta may have put their name on this app, but that doesn’t mean it functions. This app won’t let you post scheduled reels videos with reliability for business accounts, which is a major problem for all of us marketers waiting for the saga between Instagram and Hootsuite to be over. You can’t select cover photos or change them once uploaded. You can only upload videos as a post, and pray Meta Business Suite both correctly interprets it as a reel versus video post, and remembers to post it to your feed. Both controls are available in Hootsuite, not Meta. It also fails to post scheduled posts, just as Hootsuite does. The only difference is you can schedule IG stories and have them automatically post, unlike Hootsuite. Overall, you’re better off waiting for Meta to get their app in a better place if you are hoping to not get burned by all the bugs.

This WAS great for years. I’ve been using this app since 2018 and it has been great.... aaaaand then it got “fixed”. I’ve spent years utilizing this and now i have to bounce around to find the tools i need to accomplish work. I dont want to pop open an app page full of insights. I want to see our page, handle my business, and then i will look at insights when i need to. I’m really disappointed because everything has been so easy for years. I’m going to attempt to use FB on my browser instead, because that inconvenience is still less inconvenient than the app update.

Have the app developers ever actually tried using this garbage?!. I feel like business suite is getting worse by the day! When I “click” on notifications, it seems to no longer go to the post. When I hit the posts tab, it picks and chooses the posts it wants to show me and even when I try to look at it from my personal page so I can see what my clients are seeing, it goes to the disjointed, horrible to navigate page since I am an admin. Tons of people are complaining about these same problems and miss “pages” yet no one is doing anything about it. My clients are asking why we don’t post as much. They USED to be very engaged. It’s too difficult and I can’t tell what it looks like. Can someone start reading these reviews and FIX IT?!?! * update to original review - still stinks. Very glitchy and difficult to navigate. Not that this will get me anywhere…

Lots of glitches. Basically, I’m okay with the set up if it worked. I’m notified that I have x number of Messages, but they cannot be found. Comments are sometimes listed, but I frequently have to go to my Facebook Page to actually see them. Sometimes, it will not allow me to message videos to my Customers and if it does, I’m only allowed 30 seconds for the video length. This is definitely not enough time when trying to show a Customer more details about an item. I find that I constantly have to flip back and forth from the app to my actual Facebook Page. To me, it feels like it costs me more time, than saving time. It would be helpful if it allowed me to see my Facebook Page Photo Albums, so that I can answer Customers questions without having to go to my Facebook Page to see what the Customer is talking about. Bottom line is the App needs a lot of work

Terrible.. This app is terrible. I am the manager of a small business. Currently our Facebook page has over 40,000 followers, so communicating through Facebook is extremely important. This app never opens the messages. I receive a notification but the app will not load the page to show the entire message. Extremely frustrating. The only redeeming quality of this app is that it is now linked to Instagram. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make a difference because you can’t open the messages. We have this app on several cell phones and each employee has the exact same problem.

Still Can’t Share Content Directly to Business Suite on my Iphone. Cmon, it’s 2023, the business suite Still doesn’t show up in iPhone suggestions so it isn’t easy to share content on pages or groups! As an admin of several pages and groups, it is still very difficult to share content I find browsing easily to the groups or pages - unless I am willing to open the specific page or group, then paste the link and share. From Chrome or Safari, it only takes you to your personal profile/feed on Facebook instead of showing options to post on the page or the group or multi select. Have sent so many complaints and feedback to the super intelligent folks at Facebook but one has to wonder, how they keep omitting this vital flaw everytime they release an update. Unless this is fixed, busy admins will not use the business suite as there are more resilient and user friendly apps out there!! Still no updates 🤷🏻‍♀️

Loving it. So far I’m loving this app for all my Facebook and Instagram needs. It’s easy to schedule post, create events and other types of content. What I really like so far is the PLANNER (which that was feature tan at the bottom) but it lets you schedule your post, story, or ad and what really cool about the planner it shows what national holidays are for each day to give you ideas for content. No longer do I have to search the internet for these days. They are built into my planner. I haven’t tried out the LIVE feature yet to see if it post to Facebook, Facebook Group, and Instagram at the same time (would really nice if it does). Overall, I’m happy and can’t think of any suggestion.
