I love this app for the entertainment it brings. Not sure what’s up with all the bad reviews - perhaps people don’t exactly understand its purpose. I have been a paying customer for several years and I just love to look at all the “nuru massage” ads, hit the person up on Instagram, correct their spelling, troll and report them. For roughly 12 bucks a month (spread across yearly subscription) you get endless entertainment as new profiles show up on your list every couple of hours. Happn, you might wanna reconsider your fake “matching” algorithm. C’mon - if I swiped through everyone at 10pm, you really think there will be 5 more matches by 7am on a Sunday morning? Yes - I am a paying customer. No - none of what I said above is untrue. Yes - I do absolutely give it 5 stars for entertainment value. No - you won’t meet your soulmate here. Yes - you might get a fwb if you pay for subscription and are very patient and careful. No - this app, as advertised, does not deliver and thus - 1 star. No - I’m not trolling; this is an honest review.

Kept getting logged out every 30 mins. App has been really hard to use. I recovered my account from a few years ago. There must be a bug with authenticating recovered users. I kept getting kicked to the recover account screen. I would have to go through the process to get an email with the magic login link to get back into the app, but about every 30 mins I would get logged out again. Then I would repeat the process to log back in. After a few rounds of that I finally gave up and deleted my account.

Potential Dangers people will bill even if cancellation. I used this very briefly, found more creepy men near my home. A few people are using models profiles when you say hey your so close to a coffee shop lets meet you learn this is not the same person. Made plans for walking companion only to find a thin skinned violent much older fart. Man threatened to punch after being honest I was NOT attracted. If you like guys in town for a day hook up great! Decrepit Old men who look busted in person, than look no further this app is for you! - For what you get... nearby stalkers the app isn’t cheap if you can make sure you delete it several times. No stars if possible. Women this will put you in harms way.

Nice concept but terrible execution. (Review by a premium who will probably not renew subscription.) My main frustration with this app is that, once you like a profile, it completely disappears and then you can’t access any list of profiles you already liked. From the FAQ I understand that if I cross the person again (which might never happen) the profile will appear again in my timeline. But what if I pressed “like” by mistake, or changed my mind and now want to send a “hello” instead? Under preferences, you can see the list of all the people you “hid”, all the people you “blocked”, but nowhere can you find all the people you “liked”, which makes absolutely no sense. It’s as if people I “hid” were more important than people I “liked”...

Only worthwhile in certain communities. Bottom Line: maybe good for extremely densely populated areas, but not for the rest of the world. I used the app for approximately one month. For the first three weeks I was moving around Miami, a city I thought large enough to encounter a person or two. Well, this was exactly what happened, I crossed paths with two people; two in a city of over a million. I then was on a long distance road trip going through four or five major cities (Tampa, Atlanta, Nashville, St. Louis, and on north), and I decided to check the app to see if maybe there were more users. Out of all of these places, I only had one additional “happner”. Only three proximity matches in a month? This implies either the app doesn’t have that many users, or people are conscientious about their data privacy and do not want to share their location data with the app. Either way, it was not worthwhile for me. Finally, since there were no filter criteria, it just felt like Tinder, but with no proximity range.

Great concept, but terrible app. There are consistent bugs in the app that I have to restart it several times. It’s unclear how it works with preferences, and when scrolling through it makes it awkwardly easy to report profiles on accident. The pictures I uploaded turn into a terrible quality for some reason and crop my head out. I can’t adjust them without editing them myself and uploading another set. I have no clue how this app got 5 stars from some people. I mean, Facebooks Dating page is better than this and that’s saying something.

Blocking location = lots of spammers. This app allows people to hide their location where people crossed paths so all I have been getting is spammers claiming to be deployed overseas!! This app has so many spammers and creepers that do not actually live in my home country! This is a complete lie to the entire concept of what this app is actually suppose to do, which is find and meet people that live near by you!! What a scam of an app this is! Is it even legal to charge people for an app that allows fake people out of the country to create profiles on an app that is based on actual live cross connections??

Mostly catfish accounts. This App was good several years ago, mainly because it’s not saturated with too many users so better chance of getting matches in a given location HOWEVER, it is clearly now overrun by catfish users , and Happn as company seems to have nothing in place to address this - they may even be encouraging it to get a steady flow of temporary users been trying it again recently for a month - every single match is the same pattern, they don’t actually live near you , ever, but quickly want to get you off the app onto Whats App or google chat for a Video call - if you are dumb enough to actually get that far don’t complain if your phone gets hacked because what’s App video calls make your phone vulnerable to hacking. The uniqueness of the app has nothing in place to prevent geolocation spoofing - the entire premise of the App has been hijacked by hackers - Don’t waste your time !

Eh. This app is based on a good idea, but in execution it used to be mediocre and with recent changes it’s much worse. Any dating app that’s serious about making quality connections should offer filters, like a woman choosing to only see men taller than her in her feed, and so on. There aren’t any features like this, and now you can’t even see all of the people you’ve crossed paths with unless you swipe left or right on the last one near you. If I walked by someone this morning and someone in the afternoon but don’t log in until the evening, I won’t get to see the morning one unless I swipe on the afternoon one first, which encourages half-hearted decisions, unintentional matches, etc. It means you have to waste a lot of time on this app to see who you’ve crossed paths with. What’s worse is the Crushtime game, which is still suggesting women from half way across the country that I crossed paths with a year ago or more. It shows you thumbnails of 4 people at a time and you guess which one liked you by clicking them, but that auto likes their profile, so by guessing you might get matched with someone you’re not interested in, who isn’t anywhere near your area.

App Crashes While Rearranging Photos [Updated]. I'm trying to spruce up my profile after it's been disabled for a few months, and I wanted to remove a few photos and add some new ones. But anytime I try to rearrange the photos, the app immediately crashes. This is frustrating, because now my main photo is set to one I do not at all want to be my main photo. Please fix this bug. UPDATE: I'm honestly not sure what changed or fixed it, but I finally managed to get it to work. It's not necessarily the most active or popular seeming userbase in my area, and so likely won't be using the app that much in the long run, but at least the basic function of adding/uploading and rearranging my photos isn't crashing it anymore.

Met the love of my life on Happn. I met my best friend and love of my life on Happn a little over 2 years ago. We crossed paths 60+ times and I thought dang, this guy must be my neighbor but turns out he lived a few miles from where I did and worked. Once we connected and started talking he even saw me crossing the street with my boss one afternoon near my work before we even met. That's fate and we found out later that we crossed paths our entire lifes including during childhood, across states, and concerts, mutual interest events, and more but we kept missing each other. Without Happn we might not have ever met. No app is perfect for finding love, there is a bit of magic to it all but I loved the initial appeal that it was a more natural way of meeting the person you are supposed to be with. You could have crossed paths with the one seconds before or after them a hundred times and would have never know. This just gave us the visibility we needed, a nudge. Thank you! Forever grateful for whoever came up with this. I'd like to think my story is what you were trying to create with this app. Well done!

Fake profiles and low engagement. App’s concept is great, however in one night I matched with 8 fake accounts, half with the same photos. Many users are not active or active enough to engage with. Boost only increased my scammer matches, not real matches. Premium did nothing either. As a note, I am successful on other apps, so I feel this is an app specific issue, not me being unmatchable. If the developer put effort to reduce fake accounts (preventing users who don’t show location in which you passed from contacting, photo verification, etc) and keep users engaged, I’d give it a shot again.

Can’t login, can’t reach support. I like the idea of the app and I’ve used it off and on for a little while now. But starting this morning I can’t login anymore for some reason. I try signing in with my Apple ID like usual but it just spins me around and puts me back on the login screen. No error messages. Tried recovering my account in case something happened, but never received an email (yeah, I checked the junk mail). Tried leaving a message with support via their website but the message repeatedly refused to send. You could say I’m a little annoyed at this point.

Issues. This app has an over abundance of pedophiles and it also highly complicated when it comes to figuring where or how to cancel a subscription once a user can no longer afford it. Now I have an annoying and unnecessary expired subscription from this app that keeps me from downloading other apps. Even free apps can no longer be downloaded due to having a hard time canceling the subscription and deleting my account. I have an expired bill with no current payment method to pay for it which is why the Apple store is keeping me from downloading apps until I get a job again to pay off the debt. It is much easier to only log out of the app and that is just plain irritating. Not only is this app disturbingly horrible when it comes to safety, due to the fact that when I using this app I received a lot of 50 year olds attention with me only being 18, but it also shouldn’t have such a pricy subscription that is difficult to cancel.

Ads make it worthless. Happn was a great app to connect with people. Now they’ve added full page ads that you have to watch for 5+ seconds. These ads are so frequent you can barely see your activity, matches, messages, etc. The ads are also extremely irrelevant. I’m a 33yr old female foodie that loves shopping. All of the ads I’ve seen are for gaming apps - I’ve never downloaded or played a gaming ap. Happn has 3 types of ads - in line, full page and messages. It’s also annoying b/c you receive message alerts. Then you open the app, wait 5+ seconds for the full page ad to conclude and go to your messages only to find out that it’s not from a match it’s just a message ad.

Frustrating. So every so often I “cross paths” with someone. Sometimes it’s going in opposite directions on a highway. I bought a pack of “hellos” . I sent it to someone. She had already liked me but there is no way ti send her a message. I sent her one, did she get it? Can she respond? Who knows? Today someone a mile away showed up on the map. Why could i not like her? Why us that not possible? She liked me! So I sent her a hello. Then a little box appears and says “hello sent” or something like that. It has an x so I click the x thinking it closes the box. Nope! It deletes her. There goes the one that liked me, and a dollar. I suppose it works better with the paid subscription, but, why bother?

Happn is now the worst dating app of all!. Happn used to be pretty good because there were real people on here and you could meet them. Now it’s overrun with bots and scammers. The likelihood of matching with a real person here has become low. And Happn keeps asking me if it’s OK to track me everywhere. Yeah, right. It’s a complete waste of time to use this app now. I contacted support about this, and they pretend not to know anything about this problem, making claims that they work very hard to keep fake accounts off. While some other dating apps have figured out a way to keep the bots in check, the approach Happn has taken is to let them take over. Immediately after writing this review, I’m deleting the app. Update: I tried again in 2024 and it’s just as bad as when I wrote this original.

2nd times the charm? No, it’s not.. Tried to give this app another try but it’s completely unusable and full of bot accounts. The feature that is cool, the passing by profile thing, can easily be faked. A location I was at, in the middle of no where had a person happn by me which would never be where I was lol. Because the property is a job site owned by the company I work at, no one’s allowed on-site but workers and it’s far from a side walk so they can’t say that’s what happened. The profile was even verified. The 2nd account I was chatting with was using pictures from a IG account, I found by searching for the image. After questioning the account they blocked me. It’s full of fake profiles and bots, etc. I shant be downloading it again. I doubt anyone has met anyone through this app that’s legit. But I could be wrong.

Ads are frequent and intrusive. A few years ago, this app was the beginning of the most powerful relationship I ever had with another human being in my life. It was never a particularly good app from a UI/UX perspective, but the basic concept was pretty neat. Recently, I re-downloaded it and found I cannot navigate more than a few screens before being nagged to buy premium. It's too much. If clicked no the first time, I'm not going to click buy the second or third time you ask me in a span of 3 minutes. Ask me again tomorrow or when I try to do something that might require a premium feature. Don't spam me in your own app, it's beyond ridiculous.

App is okay but lost the option to restore purchase. I do enjoy this app somewhat, although I agree with some others that more fake profiles seem to be popping up. But also, I recently had to reinstall the app and I’ve been unable to use my subscription because there is absolutely NO restore purchase option. I’ve reached out to support and except for one email asking me for more info, they have been unresponsive. So I’ve gone almost half a month at this point without access to my premium subscription, which is ridiculous. Not sure how they removed such a pivotal feature, nor how Apple allowed it either. UPDATE: I’ve added back a star, as Happn support resolved my subscription issue after posting the above review.

Careful lots of fake accounts. I’ve had about 80% fake accounts make contact either trying to harvest email addresses or sell crypto currency stocks or some other investment trading scheme as part of the dating conversation. Mostly using Chinese or other foreigner profile pictures. It’s always (consistent story) that they have an uncle who is a big trader that’s advising them. Happn also allows non path crossing matching so attracts these fake account crush matches with almost no profile information. Another issue is Not being able to track who you already sent charms to is frustrating and a wa$te not to mention annoyance to the receivers.

Suggestions for the developers. Suggestion for developers to allow people to play the game to guess who likes your profile without it actually matching you with the profile if you guess right. Also, having an incessant ad to play the game where people think they actually have a new potential match maybe does not encourage people to actually play the game. I had a bit of success after I had been using the app for a few weeks last year but that’s worn off. I really liked the idea of the app at first but I’m considering deleting and trying others as the matching has become obsolete. I have also accidentally like a persons profile one too many timed.

Very Poor Redesign and Experience. I don’t have one positive thing to say after the redesign. It wasn’t a great app to begin with, but at least it was a fluid experience. With the redesign it’s ALL ads. You will see the same ad repeated up to 7 times even after you X it out. There are essentially no matches either showing that not many people use this app. I traveled from Lincoln Center down to Meatpacking, stayed there for 3 hours, returned home, and the next morning opened the app and it said I didn’t cross paths with anyone. Do not use unless you’re planning to pay and I’d highly suggest to not do that either. Very, very poor user experience.

No People on this app!. I work downtown a major city in Texas and live a few miles north. I’m around a highly populated area of the city constantly, but the app only found a few people I could match with. There simply was not a lot of people using this app. Other dating app have clearly taken the bigger share of people in the city. The interface was also full of ads wanting you to go premium including some in your messages that you could not delete. The interface is not simple or visually appealing. Overall not a great experience and a waste of time to set up a profile just to run out of people to ‘like’ in a couple of days. If you live in a big city and run out of people to like in two days, it’s because nobody likes the app. Plus I’m sure girls find the premise to be a little creepy since it shows you a map of where the other person was.

Too many ads, not enough safety features. The app would pick up anyone who walked past my house or my office with this app installed — which isn’t necessarily a bad thing because I live in a small city and the app isn’t very popular here. Sometimes, the same match would frequently pass both. One match messaged — and he may have been joking, but I chose not to respond and blocked him — that he knew where I lived based on how frequently he matched with me as he passed by my house during my non-working hours. My complaint is that there were so many ads, and not enough control given to the user over their data and personal safety within the app. This is a premium feature — when it should ABSOLUTELY be standard — and the cost of a premium membership is much too steep for the app that it is. I have used better apps and paid much less for them, and safety is their main concern — you don’t have to pay for safety features in a quality app.

Impossible to use. I gave this app every opportunity, because I love the idea so much. I just moved to NY and I am constantly seeing really cute girls on the subway or just walking around town, but I don’t want to interrupt people’s days or freak them out by going up randomly and flirting with them. Happn is a brilliant idea with an unbelievably terrible execution. When I say I gave this app every chance, I mean I deleted it and redownloaded it at least four times just trying to get through the signup process. I think the devs have just given up on it tbh. This app needs to be thrown away and rebuilt from the bottom up. I can’t even delete my account now (which I finally got set up) because every page on the app just appears blank. Tried to delete the app and redownload it again to get it to work but just ran into more bugs. I guess my happn account will just exist forever more in cyberspace, it’s honestly so bad that I feel like apple should kick this application off the App Store.

Escorts and Prostitution disguised in a dating app. The vast majority of the women on here aren’t in the location it says they are. I’m fact they’ll always ask you were are you located first then say they are too. Many times I’ve made up random cities that I’ve never been to and they say they’re there as well. Always wanting to move a conversation to WhatsApp or Snapchat. Did you know that that majority of the fake profiles are created by men in other countries merely trying to get you to let down your guard and send them money via Cashapp or other electronic payment apps. Sad that these dating apps allow this behavior and do not monitor the people. If they’re caught ban them by banning their email or phone number from creating a new profile.

Sub-Typical. If you’re a guy dating online you know what to expect. If not, educate yourself. This isn’t a bad idea for an app but it is problematic if you live in an area with a decent amount of National and international travel. You need to be out and about for this app to be useful and that isn’t the case for many right now. Why the 2 stars? Three days before my account was to expire I started getting more than the usual amount of Likes. I’ve seen this behavior with other dating apps. Of these interested women one was on the other coast, one said she lived in the U.S. state of “Barret”, one was a flat-out fake profile (I found her pictures on a duplicate account with a different name) and one is roughly 7,500 miles away in Hong Kong.

Bot-hub. It was a good app and suddenly became a bot-hub. How many matches can you get with almost identically storyline? 3,4, unlikely, but 40-50 and I am not exaggerating, now that’s impossible. When is the same storyline between a match and another, I could consider some coincidences as possible , but 50 matches in the same city with the same storylines and whats most strange, is not possible to see where we “crossed paths” right. Isn’t that the purpose of this app and if that is not, how come the only matches not showing a crossing point of reference are the bots. Anyways, app was good but no longer is. Disappointing

Another disappointing money grab ap.. I thought this would be a cool twist to the otherwise mundane dating aps. I was wrong. Unless your a paying customer ( which isn’t cheap) the features of this ap are useless. It shows people you supposedly crossed paths with and you can “like” them, but that’s it. Only paying customers can chat. And the map feature that’s supposed to show where you have been and supposedly crossed paths with others, never populated. Just a blank map showing my location. I reached out to several people I had crossed paths with and never received a single response. It’s possible the paid version offers more and is worthwhile, but I wasn’t interested in spending money to find out.

Juvenile app filled with predatory men. When deleting this app it won’t even allow you to tell the honest reason you’re leaving. You only have 2 options which are to lie to about the fact that you’re leaving because you found someone. It’s as if it’s rigged/engineering for false positives. Majority of men look like they cycle themselves through dating apps with no personality or character (something lacking in men)…. Get off dating apps and shove men into bootcamp to reinforce them how to develop a sense of value and identity and not go to dating apps to vomit themselves onto women. We don’t need more apps, need more conscious and mentally HEALTHY men!!!

So many Scammers. I used this app in 2016 and met a great guyI dated for awhile, but just got back on in 2021, and it’s changed a LOT. Now it’s full of international scammers! Every 3rd profile or so that I chatted with was a scammer. I believe they can now use VPNs to lie about their location. This app is a total waste. Be very diligent with who you meet on here: always reverse search an image and ask them questions about local places that it’s hard to Google (they know how to Google!) Id give this app zero stars in 2021 if I could. NOTE: I report every single scammer, yet Happn let’s them get back on using the same photo with a different name. Do better, Happn!!

Good idea, greedy practices. I think the app has a great premise, and works really well! It has some great feature like a map of your matches. However, if anybody likes you they WILL NOT show up in your feed. Pretty much the only way to make a match is to pay for premium and directly like those people back. It constantly tells me there are no more profiles to view, but I still haven’t even come across those that have liked me. Obvious what they’re trying to force you to do

Changes, Changes, Changes.... This app has largely taught me that people seem reluctant to meet people who may live near them, at least in Los Angeles. Too much accountability involved when the person you hoped to ghost is likely to show up in line for coffee maybe? Both amusing and a disappointing testament to how people treat one another in large anonymous urban environments. Regardless, the two stars is not due to that, it’s because the format of the app seems to change almost daily. I understand the developers are trying to devise a format that pressures people into purchasing subscriptions, but it’s too much change to get used to, and the real solution might be to lower the price of a subscription to something reasonable. $10 a month is probably reasonable, but not as a yearly lump sum of $120.

LIVID!. So there was a profile I had pop up in my suggestions or what ever you call it. I IMMEDIATELY pressed the x to decline (thinking it takes that “option” out of my cycle of women to choose from forever). Few days later I receive a like or crush whatever it’s called. I spend a few hours trying to see if there’s a way around it from forcing to me purchase an upgrade to view this mysterious person. I leave it alone for a few days and return to see it remembering that there was no way to see who it could be. So I cave in and spent $25 to find out it was the very same person I just declined who is not even of the orientation I desire. Where’s the filter? Why should I have to pay to view someone who likes me for me to be mad or let down? To those who read this I have a very distinct look about me rugged, slightly well groomed, very masculine...you wouldn’t think I liked anything other than a woman with ovaries and a uterus. How do I get my refund?

Not worth !. I can say for sure that this is absolutely not a good dating site and it is not worth using. one of the reasons is that the support service is not qualified to do their job. They banned me for nothing !!! and when I contacted with the help, the answer was that the reason they blocked me was that I was advertising something 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have never advertised anything in my life on any dating sites and happn is one of the dating sites that banned me for no reason and did not help me with recover my account! we don't need a dating site where if you've been blocked by mistake, it's easier for them to write nonsense than to help restore your account!

Great idea but too much spam. Update. I lowered my score because now there are tons of full screen ads for video games and tons of notification spam that are not for real matches. It will blast you every day for their stupid dating game. Also they take away your paid credits for duplicate accidental “hi” It’s a shame because This app has a lot of promise. Let it run in the background for a few weeks and then look for people you may march with. Fantastic idea. However, there is no way to sort or filter the timeline. This is an issue in a city with a lot of tourists. Sort by most times crossed path would be nice. Filter to only show people you have crossed with 3+ times would help.. But no new features for users in over a year.... just a ton more ads... I think if they don’t do a better job of adding features for users rather than just advertisers then Tinder will add this as a feature and wipe them out. Sad.

Interesting concept but not feasible. You can cross paths with people but depending on where you live you might not come across many, especially if you’re not in an urban area. Also, no one is checking this 24/7 as they go about their daily business. If you do happen to cross paths with someone then it usually goes to pass. Third point is the occasional feature which pops up on their app, it has you click on 4 profiles to find out who liked your profile, only problem is if you guess correctly then they immediately match you with that person without consideration as to whether you liked their profile or not.

Typical liberal hang out. I couldn’t help but notice the woman who left a review complaining about how she can’t put in her “height requirements” for men in this app. Awwww, poor baby. Maybe stop “body shaming”. Typical liberals always doing EXACTLY what they claim to be against. Remember, libtards, you can do something about your WEIGHT, but NO ONE can do anything about their HEIGHT. And what man of 6’4” wants to be with a woman who’s eye level with a 10 yr old? Talk about “eeewwww!”. Prior to the Obama liberal era, it was few and far between that women (especially the “no discriminatory” liberal feminazis) made such a big deal about height. Bully, mock and body shame a little more, libtards. It’s what you do best. All dating apps nowadays should come with the disclaimer: “For liberal feminists and beta males only”.

Love the idea, too many fake profiles in LA. I thought the idea was brilliant and just started using it less than a week ago. I cannot believe how many fake profiles there are on this app. (I’m in LA) This app may be okay for people who want hookups and non-monogamous relationship but definitely NOT for someone like me who is interested in finding a long term relationship. It also does not require you to provide much to start profile which means you may only see their age, first name and pictures only. I don’t even know how tall they are... Since i had to report a few fake profiles, I wrote the company using “contact us” option about my concern (fake profiles=users’ safety), but I haven’t received any response. I have heard about fake profiles targeting men but never women, until this app. If you are going to try this app, I would highly recommend not paying for the membership option but just do it for fun, nothing else.

There are better apps out there!. When I first started using this app back in 2015, it looked like a good idea. I normally spend about 99% of my time driving everywhere so my eyes and brain are focused on driving, not checking out people I pass by. This app allows you to go back and see if you’ve passed by another cute. You could also choose to have your profile hidden if you didn’t want someone to purposely pass by your house so they could show up on your feed. However, as the years went, the hidden profile feature has become a paid service along with a lot of other options. If I had to pay for amount, I would prefer to use other sites with more profile info. Most of the functions now are for paid members only. To to it off, the profiles are either fake or people claim they want a relationship but message you for hookups. Seriously? If I wanted a hookup, I would have gone elsewhere than to hookup with someone who knows where I live.

Scammers. One of the attractions of this app was the less likelihood of scammers, but that proved a false belief. I had two "crossed paths" at 4AM and 5AM. I was also asleep at these times. There is no way anyone was out at those times, let alone the people that showed up. Let's just say they would be at high risk of harm in this area. In spite of knowing it was bogus, I went ahead and crushed with one, and it was very obviously a bot or someone that did not speak English natively. Aside from that, I've had zero "crossed paths" with anyone, and this is in a metro area! It's bad enough that the app is now showing me people outside any reasonable area. I love the idea. I just wish more people were using it and scammers would just find something else to do. Oh I forgot. I also had a person show up that was very obviously underage, which I found quite disturbing.

Decent app but 0 stars for usability and UX. The app is ok, I’ve been a user for a couple years I have even paid for the premium service, and I’ve met people through it... but... The user experience is not good, you can’t unmatch someone by simply pressing X so their profile keeps appearing over and over again which at the end, fills up your app with unwanted or “not-so-interesting” profiles and trying to get to those new and possibly interesting profiles, takes a whole lot of time... which completely ruins the experience. If I press X , is like the app to know that I’m unliking that profile and I’m not interested in crossing paths with them again ... expecting me to block all the profiles I’m not interested in, is ridiculous.

This app is a Scam now. This was once a good app, I met a few cuties on here, but now they show mostly fake profiles so you don’t run out of people in your area, and there’s no way to turn that off. There are so many scammers and bots on here. Their subscription is bizarrely overpriced compared to other apps, and the women on this app don’t swipe, they just wait for paid “FlashNotes”. And they will show you like 4 people, 1 ugly and 3 hot, and have you guess which one likes you. The hot ones are always wrong guesses, and if you guess correctly it sends the ugly one a match saying you like them and you have to unmatch. I was meeting lots of women on this app until it stopped showing you people you HAD crossed paths with and started just showing you anyone within like a 20 mile radius whom you MIGHT cross paths with. I’m 14 miles outside of NYC so the app went from great to garbage with that update. There’s no setting to change it. Total shame, waste of a good concept to make such a pathetic and transparent cash grab.

Not Safe for Women!! What were the developers thinking?!???. So last night, a guy said, “I’m 800ft away from you”. I looked at his profile, and I didn’t see distance, just number of times we passed. He said, I can see you but you can’t see my location because I pay for premium. Upon more research, users can only turn this location feature off by paying extra money for premium features. This is targeting women’s safety, it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt! Not to mention women are statistically underpaid and less likely to afford premium features. It’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt! I liked the idea of meeting people I cross every day, but I’m not going to use an app that requires me to pay more for basic safety features. I DONT recommend this app for women!!!

Scammers and taxi drivers abundant. App functionality is quirky -can’t delete people you have no interest. Customer service non-existent never got a reply to any message I submitted. If you are looking to meet construction workers, taxi drivers and security guards you will find them here. If you are bored you can spend a lot of time having rote script chats with scammers using stolen photos who live “downtown.” In the one year that I paid for, I met one live human and emailed one additional real verified person with a professional background. I turned in and blocked dozens of scammers This company should pay me for weeding them out and also turning them into male-scammers site.

Something broken. I’m in the US and saw the app does not show the state where potential matches are. My closest big city is Boston, so if I’m shown matches there, all profiles just say Boston, United States, instead of Boston, MA. It’s the same thing with other small cities and towns, the state doesn’t show, which makes it hard to know if I’ll ever be in a location where I can cross with someone. Also, I live in an area with a good 155k in population, more if the surrounding cities/towns are included, but never cross with anyone. I often get shown matches 30-60+ miles away or possibly other countries, but not in my local area. It would be hard to believe that people in my area are not aware that this app exists. Is the app broken?

I don’t understand. I like the concept of this app, shortlist is cool, but I have weird problems with it that don’t make any sense. I’ve had a few likes for months and when I go to the first double arrow thing to show people to match with It will show me one or two people and then say no one is in site then the next day it will show a couple more people and then say no one in sight. It now shows I have 4 likes but it’s showing no one in sight.. why doesn’t it show the profiles of the people that liked me so we can potentially match? I’ve only ever matched with two people who were both scam Snapchat bots and I’ve been on this app for around 2 years with the same results. I know I’m not the best looking but on Badoo, Tinder, and other platforms I make matches and actually talk with people but on happn that never happens because it won’t show the profiles of people who like you??

Too many ads. The new layout is terrible.. There are as many ads on this app as there are potential people to connect with. And, that’s not even counting the multiple pop-up ads that spring up every few minutes. I’m not opposed to an app trying to make money, but it feels like I’m opening an advertisement app which every now and then I might see a girl to connect with - instead of the exact opposite happening, which should be the case. More importantly, the new layout is terrible. This app is obviously trying to look more like tinder and bumble. The best thing about the old layout was that it did not look like those apps. So, what this app has turned into is a Bumble/Tinder want-to-be with at least 20 times as many advertisements as either of those apps. Don’t waste your time.

Mostly fake. It’s a novel idea, but there are many profiles that are talking to me from china and they always want me to switch to another app or they want my email or phone number, so they are probably gps spoofing. Another type of fake is they will say a lot of really nice ambiguous things for the first day, then respond once per day after that with just one or two words. I think this type is actually some form of bot by the developer. I flag between 5 or 10 profiles per day but i don’t know what happens to them after that. Another type of obvious fake is the wording of the profile is always EXACTLY the same as others, if you pay you get access to people that have liked you but 90 percent of the profiles on here are fake.

Money money money money. The fact that it puts you up with people you pass in the street is great but it’s kept 24 people that have declared they like me away so I pay for premium. I wouldn’t write a bad review if they let me have one or two but they have held back 100% of them. ✊🏼💦

Poor concept, terrible privacy + battery drain. In the end it’s one more poorly executed dating app. And do you really need to limit your search to people you crossed paths with? I can tell you why the app is broken compared to other apps. Matches are based on the other person's location but not their activity. So I keep crossing paths and liking people but they may not open the app for another week or month. The app is just sitting in the background sending their location (GPS). Other apps highlight people actively using the app, but this app works off background usage. So in the end, you lose privacy (sending location), have battery drain and get very few matches compared to other apps that prioritize people actually online and seeking a match. my advice is to stick with apps that have a bigger user base and don't need your background location data 2022 update: tried the app again for some reason. It’s gotten worse! The free version is so restricted you barely can swipe or match at all. They are tracking you, selling your location data AND trying to milk you dry? No thanks!

Don’t like the new version. I deleted my account because the new version of the app which has been around for a few months is not user friendly at all. It’s terrible. They also make it really really hard for you to find where and how to delete your account which just made me more annoyed. I contacted them and told me directly that there app wasn’t as good but they didn’t take notice. Too many ads, pop ups and fake message notifications where they trick you into checking the app. Ads and pop ups constantly get in the way. The way the app is now, you come across the same people every time and it’s really hard to come across many new ones. Any of the other apps are better than this. Bumble is so much easier to use for a start.

Disappointed / App is dysfunctional. I liked the idea but this app does not function well. Firstly was overwhelmed by the amount of likes and messages pouring in from randoms, then realised it was matching me with hundreds of people in my suburb when I had not even left my house! Every hoon driving by my house on the highway could see my profile. It also accessed my stored location history to match me with people I walked past in locations I haven’t been to in months - places I was at long before I ever download the app, which is both irrelevant and creepy. Either that or the location feature is totally inaccurate. So no matter where you go it will match you with everyone, not just people you walk past in close proximity but any traffic in the area as well. I liked the feature on other dating apps where your preferences worked both ways and your profile would only be shown to the type of people you are interested in too (age etc). Also there is a time stamp of how long ago you crossed paths so if it is late at night someone can work out they probably passed your house and now know the area you live in. Doesn’t feel safe or secure. I do not recommend. Also doesn’t tell you when you play the “crush game” of guess who likes you that if you guess right, whether you are attracted to that person or not, it will automatically send them a like from your profile and allow them to start a conversation without your permission. Badly communicated. Not impressed.

Use Bumble or Tinder not HAPPN!!!. Paid for a months premium and in 3 days I’ve received only 10 HELLOS. Yes you get 5 every 12 hours and I have received 10 in 72 hours. I’ve emailed the app to report a problem and they said delete and reinstall app. Done that twice and nothing has changed. Seriously DO NOT purchase anything for this app. Pretty mapping tool and that’s it.

Wish I could rate this 0 stars. Biggest waste of time don’t touch this app if your smart you will steer clear this is the slowest app iv ever been on you could like everyone and here nothing if you do download this app good luck you will need it that’s for sure

Very unhappy. Was trying to believe in this app but for all the responses I got from far away that I never crossed paths with and locals that never was interested in meeting up, I find this app a total waste of time and would never pay for an app that seems so unreal

App. For me this app doesn’t even deserve 1 star it looked good I “liked” like 2 girls and that was it never heard or talked to them because this app wants you to PAY to talk to people witch I find very pathetic that’s why I would recommend tinder because they atleast give you a chance to talk to people not this where you pay $17 just to talk to someone which most likely you won’t even meet DONT DOWNLOAD THE APP ITS A RIP OFF GUYS

You’ll find more ads here than people. Ads, ads everywhere. Amongst the profiles, overlaying the screen when you first open the app, prompts to like their Facebook page interrupt in the middle of use. What a horrible experience. Also, the only way to say hi to someone is through a subscription. Other dating apps give the choice to purchase credit as a one-off. This is the only one that forces a recurring fee AND doesn’t remove your like history if you delete your profile and then return at a later date.

Not a fan of the single scroll change. Honestly, it’s so annoying to skim through people you crossed paths with. It takes four times as long and it’s not easy on the eyes, at least have the option to change views. It was amazing before but now I dislike scrolling.

New platform. The new platform is annoying. I’ll scroll down and for some reason it thinks I’ve clicked on a profile and it won’t let me go back. Plus the layout doesn’t look good. Still a good app.

Some are not all genuine. I think there are a few scammers here and their photos are carefully chosen to get your attention, ie, the photos are taken off the internet

It’s pointless. You may think ‘this is a great idea’ but it doesn’t notify you when you go past each other, giving you some sort of dramatic moment where you look up and meet eyes, none of that happens, it just tells you 15 minutes later that you went past each other and you never meet. If you’re good at the dating app game, nothing changes, but if you’re bad at it like myself, you just get stuck with notifications of girls that go past you every now and then, and they don’t get notified of you anymore because they swiped you left, honestly, it hurts more than the other apps, because it rubs it in that no one can ever me.

Misleading people. Don't subscribe to this app they tell you that you get 5 likes every 12 hours and I did not send any likes for 48 hrs and instead of having 10 I had still 5 don't be fooled by this app there misleading people and conartiest I paid them for a month subscription 28 dollars and that's what happened I contacted customer support and they don't even reply so don't waste your money and your time if I could give them a -0 I would but that option is not available but from me there not getting another dollar

The new update is really inefficient!. Happ’n is a pretty good and fun app. Especially when you connect with potentials. Though this latest update sports full screen size profile images(even larger than Tinder!) compared to the previous format of mini view Tiles(which you click on to enlarge). I enjoy using these apps because Normally it’s quick to browse and if I notice a prospect I can check out their profile. But unfortunately now we have this new layout.. it looks great! BUT Efficiency is affected. My main problem is the large amount of Likes I’ve put out there(yeah I’m fugly) and I must shuffle through them one by one, profile by profile, to find another Like in which to express my interest. I’m sure they had a great reason to make this change. I’m just so not feeling it! So Happ’n app goes from 3 of 5 Stars, to 1/5. All the other chat functions are fine. 4/5. Good luck!☘️🤙🏽

Do not waste your time or money. Happn don’t care about you. Amidst false matches, fake profiles, and being repeatedly ripped off when paying for services, Happn have made it very clear that they don’t care about their customers, all too happy to palm you off to Apple when they need to fix their program. Don’t waste your time. The app doesn’t even work, continually telling me I have liked people I have never seen before, paid for services I have never bought, and they outright falsely advertise actions in their app that doesn’t even happen (such as giving you 10 per day if you sign up with a subscription

Crappy at best, fraud maybe. These guys froze my expensive yearly paid in advance account due to inactivity (I didn’t like to allow it GPS all the time, only when I wanted) apparently they don’t like it that they can’t sell your geo data so they froze the account for bogus reason. There is no “restore purchase” like any decent paid app has, so I had to contact support back and forth for them to be kind enough to reinstate my paid in advance account. I have up and will consider this a n00b loss. Clowns that should be banned from App Store. do not buy this. On a side note, you will get most matches from Philippines and India while you 2000 miles away. Complete rubbish.

Waist of time. 0% of my paid “hellos” return. And they were many. I wonder if they ever got to this women. Even if I was the less attractive man in the world, I’d get some hellos back. Not to mention a very few women in my city and it is not a little one. Idea is great but does jot work and it is too expensive for not return at all. Thanks for useless service.

Moderately good app but with bugs. Good app that I like the concept of at least. Maybe notifications do not pop up like the original concept when it came out of it being “ hey you and me are in the airport, want to grab coffee?” Most recently all prior movements and history has vanished since last update also making it hard to see who you have crossed paths with and how many times.

Cost 💰💰💰. Got to pay for everything

Banned with no reason. The app is nice and well thought and I took a month subscription to see what the actual benefits were. Unfortunately the app started to disconnect since iOS 13 and I guess I got banned because I had to reconnect all the time. I had one week subscription left so I am a little annoyed (hence the one star). Happy to revert my rating if I get access back although I don’t think I’ll pay again

Free credits & better location functionality. I agree with Patsygoh & Aqualian. Crossed paths with would be better if it showed whether you'd been in multiple locations with a person & maybe had a requirement that you have to be stationary in one location for a certain number of minutes. Their point about crossing paths in a taxi is very valid! Or at least also show their current location the entire time instead of the "active today", and have a location radius you can set. Effectively crossmatching people that live within your set radius with those you’ve crossed paths with. Definitely needs to come on board with the free credits. Even "Two peas" how has 7 free per day. 7 free total is a joke. Changing the charm to "say hi" a few updates ago is deceptive and I a wasted free charm because I thought it meant someone had matched with me. Another friend who had just loaded the app wasted 3 because she thought they were like "super-likes" that renewed daily. Adding more between the grid might also be good because it's easy to accidentally waste a charm while you're either scrolling through or have meant to "swipe left" on someone (by hitting the "x"). As previously suggested by others clearing people we've swiped left on permanently would also de-clutter the matches. Good concept but has a fair way to go to catch up with Bumble& tinder.

New Update with the new layout is horrible. The new update forcing u to scroll through every profile is horrible! Who thought this was a good idea? So we can see the ads more??? Uhh not on here to see ads.. epic fail. It’s slower & inefficient running through profiles. At least allow users to enable the previous layout and as an option/addition dive into or “zoom” into the new layout to get “closer” to viewing profiles in the current format. Like u would use a map. Read your reviews.. I’m not the only one not liking this change. And I don’t bother to write reviews. I usually just delete and move on.

A lots of scams. All people I met in this date app turned out they are scamming people, and ask for money from people and they are really great to get people emotion and acting they are really into you but eventually they ask money to send them. Either they say they know Bitcoin very well and they wanted to invest your money or they have some problem so they ask money . Either way they talk with you more them 2 weeks and they are not into relationship or something, they want your money somehow. Please be aware of this and never ever send money who you just meet in any date app. I did not send money to anybody but some other might seem they are real , no they are not . Please be carefull

Nothings happening on Happpn…. This app was fun and happening last time I used it (6 years ago). Now it’s a totally different story, 98% of the people on this profile are fake and or scammers. It’s sad but I think it’s partially a result of pandemic impacting this due to its unique concept and now people have forgotten about it, which is sad. Team Happn, you had a good run but it’s time to call it quits. Just for context, below is the review I gave this app 6 years ago: 4 stars Good concept: It's a good app but there is so much more they can do with it instead of just being a different version of tinder

Waste of time. This is the worst dating application I have ever used. Get less matches and no one initiating contact. Worse is it costs males to make contact when there are so many other apps that are free and I get 100 times more results from. To be honest I'm still surprised that I keep re trying with this app and that it's still on my device.

Expensive app with no customer service. I downloaded this app and tried to use it, but many features can’t be used without subscription. When I contacted the developers I was told I could purchase credits from within the app, but nowhere in the app was there anywhere I could. The only option was to subscribe. When I contacted the developers a second time, I got a copy and paste of their first response. They didn’t respond to my question. Looks like you only get customer service and the free/ 1 credit features if you subscribe. Good luck.

They don’t let you erase your profile after !!. All the policies are in French, when you try to write to the so called Custimer service the button doesn’t work. They collect your data and then when you try to leave the app and delete de profile there’s NO WHERE DELETE IT!! You can only log out but it does not delete your photos and profile. I had to replace each of my photos for something stupid, then erase all what I had written and then just leave it like that. SHOCKING!! imagine all the fake profiles or abandoned profiles that exist there!! They deserve a minus one star.

Accuracy of crossing paths. The app claims one to have crossed paths with another at one point in time When asking where that person is, one finds out that they are MUCH FURTHER than the app claims (less than 1km for example). The person may well be hundreds of km away. And no, crossing paths then holidaying cannot happen when there is a lockdown and international travel is impossible to occur during a pandemic! The app doesn’t serve its purpose of crossing paths. It needs an overhaul.

Don’t Bother, and Don’t Pay. You set up your profile and can see people but can’t interact AT ALL. If someone ‘likes’ you, you get a blurred out image and prompted to pay. So there’s no actual ‘matches’ just a random ‘like’ to bait you in to buying an over priced sub for what? From what I’ve read it’s fake profiles and no chance to work out if it’s actually worth it. Devs - Not everyone who’s looking for love is so desperate to find it they’ll hand cash over with zero incentive. Do Better.

Waste of time. After receiving pretty much daily notifications which turned out to be the app telling me my profile was a ‘smash hit’ I finally decided to delete my account and the app. I’ve barely chatted to two people in six months and I’m in a majorly populated area. Yeah… a smash hit… with daily notifications and zero messages. Bye Felicia.

Ads in free version invasive and constantly being bugged to upgrade. The app developers seem to be trying to annoy users into upgrading to the paid version. I can live with the ads peppered into the UI, but it’s incredibly irritating that I can never tell whether I actually have messages or matches or whether the little red number on the app icon is just the latest advert, which the app presents as a notification.

Total waste of money. Worked for very first time installed. Paid premium but cross path search is always in searching mode. I can see likes on Home Screen but I can’t see likes details and always says comeback and check again.

Waste of time and money - don’t join if you’re gay. Don’t waste your time with this app. Looks really good in its layout originally but then you join (for a hefty fee) and there is hardly anyone on here. Then they send you straight matches when you’re gay. Im a lesbian and they have been showing my profile to guys and women describing they’re ideal man. No idea why the app is matching them with me?? I contacted customer service and they made an excuse that the men are selecting wrong option, which they only adjust if the guy contacts them directly. This app just doesn’t work well.

Good, but basic. I like how it feels more real than other dating Apps, such as Tinder, as you get to see people you’re actually passing by on the streets. However your feed can get very messy and overwhelming very quickly due to a lack of filtering options. Eg you should be able to filter by people you have already liked vs people you haven’t liked, you should be able to filter by date you passed eg show me people I passed by today only, and so on. Also, I have lots of questions but no way to contact you / no relevant onboarding, eg: 1) Does the circle on the map show your location when you passed or theirs? At first I thought it was “obviously” our location, but then noticed locations I wasn’t at popping up, which made me think it was theirs instead...? 2) What is the distance / proximity they can be to us to be considered to have passed us by, and therefore he added to our feed? 3) Similarly, does everyone within that proximity get picked up, or do they need to be within that proximity for x amount of time first, eg 5 mins?

Scammers - don’t waste your time or money. Just wants your money on the promise that someone likes you. Women chat to you for a small period then want to switch you off platform to WhatsApp or the like and then disappear from the app - classic fraudster. I suspect either Happn are allowing this, don’t care or are creating fake profiles themselves. Been on this app for a few months and had nothing but scammers and fake accounts. I have not spoken a single real person. Deleted app now.

Not “Happening” - Waste of Space. This app is a waste of space. It’s full off glitches. Extremely laggy with messages, profiles don’t load up and truly does not serve the purpose it was built for. Don’t waste your time on this. Not “Happening”

SCAM PROFILE - LOCATIONS CHANGED USING VPN. Hi This app is having many scam profiles. They mostly from philliphines and change locations to other cities. I strongly recommend not use this app. If you are not into technical, be careful with ur personal information, bank accounts and more crypto scams. Hope this app devs soon find a way to eliminate scammers. Thanks

Price. A bit expensive otherwise I would upgrade. Could be a bit cheaper

Upgrade to see likes. Then pay to find there is none. The you need to pay more for Hellos. Pretty scamy type of thing to me. Also doesn’t seem to have too many users. I would stay away from this one of your considering paying for it.

A little bit creepy. It was weird seeing the same few men cross my path so many times, even when I was just at home in a less populated area...but that's normal..I guess. Also I had a bit less interaction from men on this app compared with the few other apps and sites I have used.

Dead platform. Dead platform - i travel a lot and only get the 3 free ‘nearby’ profiles. Because the pool is so small, matches and likes are even less common. Avoid this app and paying for anything - there isn’t a lot happning here, and even less once you pay for it.

Dodgy practices. You have to pay to show up for others (called boosts) people can like you and still not show up at all in your feed. (Sure pay to see who but also allow the natural matching otherwise there’s no point to in likes. so there’s also no point liking people because they also can’t see you unless you pay for super likes oh and the expensive premium option doesn’t actually fix that it just asks you to buy add on packs to get noticed. This app is a basically a scam trying to extract as much money as possible. I’ve had the paid subscriptions and boosts etc. non of it works- then the moment you let the payment lapse suddenly you get a like. Better chances of winning the lottery than finding a match with this app.

Review. Slow in updating when you've crossed paths with someone. Get notifications my profile has been viewed but don't know who by. Have to pay to say hi. Poor customer service responses, inability to answer a simple question. It's like a game, free to download, but you'll only get anywhere if you spend...

Low blow&questionable practice. I’d be interested to see if this app’s creator(s) are not resorting to dodgy, illegal tricks to get people’s money. Short time after I signed up to this, I got a notification telling me someone is interested in me but to be able to see who or from where, I had to pay. Sounds familiar right? Not particularly concerned about money at this stage, I paid. And guess what? My “admirer” lives thousands of miles away from me -something that should never ever happen in an app that prides itself on matching people who just walked/drove past each other- and on top of that, my “distant” admirer looked like an Instagram model, no genuine info, nothing that even bothers to convince anyone profile is real. This kind of thing shouldn’t “happen” when people use an app that focuses on location based dating. And that I had to pay to find this out? I wonder what the relevant government authority would think about this and whether the business responsible for this can be hold accountable. You keep doing this, eventually you’ll end up in court mate.

Why no more scroll function?!. The best thing about this app was that it was different! You weren’t forced to make a judgemental decision on the spot and could scroll through multiple profiles in your area. With the latest update it’s exactly the same as other common dating apps so pretty pointless. I’m deleting it until they return the scroll option ;(

This app is not scam but the security is not upto the mark. This site is full of scammers and u will get random Whats app numbers from fake girl identities . If u msg or call them they will trap you and ask for whats app calls and if u reveal ur identity they will blackmail u for money . I dont preffer this app or any other dating apps ,guys pls dont go for dating apps

Worst community ever!. I’ve matched with 2 people. I think I the first one was a scammer, asked for my number then unmatched me and never heard from them in retrospect their account was definitely fake. The second I didn’t asked to catch up for coffee they said sure and then they unmatched me. So yeah. Happn: dating for fake people and scammers without the dating 😅 P.S. I get shortlisted people who are clearly in South America and I’m in Australia it isn’t a geolocation issue with my phone either as I see many others have had this issue.

This app is one of the worst app I've ever used !. The app seemed promising at first however this app is a scam used for data gathering and cross platform sharing selling your personal data to marketing company’s they are violating your privacy rights and track your location with promises that it’s to match you up with people you cross paths with which is a lie and could not be further from the truth ! They're system for banning users is bias and one sided ! They're messages fail in delivery and app prone to constant crashing when you hide or ban users they are still able to access your profile and harass you or have you banned based on you rejecting them stay away from this app unless you want to completely waste your time money and emotional energy after investing your self to find a match then getting banned for some low life who can't take NO for an answer !

Still behind tinder / Bumble. This app will still be behind tinder and bumble until it allows people to delete their profiles and restart fresh . Imagine if you upload a photo that is not will received and you’d like to start fresh and still be potentially liked by people who said no prior .For that reason this app will always be a 1 to 2 stars.

Bot. Ça sers a quoi de payer s' il y a tant de bots???

App is trash. Horrible app so not download

Do not use this app!. This app is creepy and should be banned/removed. It’s perfect for stalkers and fake people. I had an experience with someone who showed up after months of talking/catfishing and she was entirely psychotic. If you’re a woman, DO NOT USE. I know live in fear of my own personal safety in my neighborhood, because with happn, it shows exactly where you are and how close you come to other users. As soon as this app gets a bad review, they respond, unlike when you do it in the app.

Don’t buy this app 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. Worst dating app that I have ever used. It’s designed to trick you into believing that you have people interested in you and when you click on that button there’s nothing there. Looks like there is no one using the app or my profile settings aren’t good enough for people my age. It appears that it won’t work unless you have driven by them at some point. Waste of time and money. I’m glad I only spent $20 dollars on it. I won’t be using this app ever again.

Scam app. Seems to be a scam app, doxing it’s users and making them pay with fake profiles. Weird ads popping all the time. Entices users to subscribe and pay money by making them think they are having unread messages. Been on the site a couple of weeks and no one contacted me, except fake profiles/useless notifications saying I have to pay to see people/robots/fake profiles who supposedly like me.

Garbage app. That app is just a garbage ….u should pay for any thing at every time ….it all about money 79£ for nothing Notice : go out and spend your money in restaurant or coffee shop and u will meet someone …good luck for all

Fake Profiles. 95% Fake Profiles. It’s beyond a joke. Why did they even bother creating this app? Either make users verify them selves and their photos or just take this off the App Store. So lame

Cheaters. You are just cheaters

Bot profiles horrible platform.. This app is an absolute rip off and borderline fraud. Terrible platform. Taking advantage of people looking for real connections. Horrible.

App keeps crashing. It’s super annoying.. the app keeps crashing on iOS 14. I no longer want to use the app but I can’t delete my profile as i can’t even open the app.. now data will be with happn forever!

GARBAGE. It’s an overpriced, under functional, disingenuous scam! Avoid like the plague!

It used ti be a good app.. I used this app couple years ago. It seems like the new updates have changed what it used to be. Now it’s not only expensive, but I think there are less people using for what it used to be. I don’t recommend it. -Expensive -Ads all the time popping -No many people using the app -The app asks over and over to go premium$ -Pictures are not displayed in full -You cannot delate the message the app sends you to like their Facebook page -You have the “hellos” right in the middle so you waste the only 3 you have, so you BUY more -ufff! I can go on and on forever. I suggest Badoo.

Waste of time. 80% of the women on here are not where they say they are and almost all are more interested in getting you hook on crypto. Multiple profiles are fake using the same “pictures” that they share with you later in the conversation. Scammer central

Scams. Too many fake profiles and scammers

Love it. Love it

Could be good… but it is bad and dishonest.. Way too many fake profiles and Happn do nothing against that. Happn also creates you matches when your subscription have ended, what a coincidence ! Happn also keeps introducing you to profiles from other countries and preventing you from seeing who matched with you locally. Happn will also offer a considerable discount when you subscribe for a first time. BEWARE, they will offer you the same discount/promotion for a second time, but will NOT HONOUR the discount and Happn will charge you full price. And they are Thirsty ! I CONTACTED Apple and I got a REFUND. The concept is not bad, but not worth paying the ridiculous amount, considering the quantity of FAKE PROFILES and the small pool of real members in this app (Happn). Another thing that is super DISINGENUOUS and DISHONEST… it is the fact that when you unmatch someone (obviously because you don’t want to continue the exchange with the person), Happn will put the person back to the people that liked you, creating a fake sentiment expectation. So imagine you decided to pay to see who they are, and you realize half of the list are people you unmatched already ! Happn are Thirty !!

What a waste. The devs of happn have squandered a tremendous idea. I played around with happn a few years ago and didn’t like it much then, and after trying it again now, it’s still crap. It’s just so much work to sift through people, to “like”, to “hello”, before you can even msg. It a frustrating, clunky and straight up stupid user experience. Worst of all, the app constantly interrupts you with prompts to pay and tries to trick you into wasting “hellos”. Waste of a decent angle. These devs have no ambition and/or ability to create an app people want to use. Disaster.

Love it!. Super!

Garbage. Almost no matches, paid 30 for a month.....THEN They want more money for message bundles...... complete garbage

Waste. Waste waste waste waste waste waste I can’t type it all along…. It’s just wassssssste…..

No. Too many fakes and the one who are real does not even reply back lol . The prices are high for a Canadian however if you are somewhere else the price changes (discrimination).

Poor piss app. If you can get the server to receive the data, you’re fine. Otherwise, it’s just an amateur way of doing dating. It worked for a little while but damn. I have to click five times to get close encounters? You have bad software engineers

Works well in the Toronto area. You only get 3 hellos when you sign on, so reaching out is very limited. That’s where the free part ends. However you can send a crush to the people you have crossed paths with and if they crush you back then the connection happens, and you can chat. At that point the ice breaker is already broken, and I think it leads to a faster meet-up, which is super critical for those of us that are serious.

They keep your likes for premium subscription only. I have a list of 100 women that « liked me » but can only see if we pay, meanwhile, there “is no one around “ except for all the women that liked my profile. They won’t show them. You should monetize with ads, not by holding hostages potentials matches. Deleted.

Je dois toujours payé pour entrer en contact avec les gens qui m’ont Luker. Le service est bon mais les coûts s’intéressent élever et on doit toujours payé pour des services qui, selon-moi une fois l’abonnement ça devrait être gratuit.

Not worth it🙅‍♂️. Too many bugs

Terrible. The majority of users on this site are fake or scammers. Do not pay for this site.

Bad. People from the next town over are the only ones who show even though I haven’t left my house since downloading. And to add to one of the other reviews, yes, only Indian people seem to be on here. That’s cool with me, but looking for more diversity on a dating app. I deleted after realizing it doesn’t actually work as described and is really just a bad version of tinder

UPDATED Review - Don’t bother downloading. __ Quick Update Jan 11, 2023 __ [ How is it possible that I’ve liked every girl on this app recently and I don’t have any matches out of the 6 new likes I have, yet there’s no other girls that’s shown up? Make sense of this for me! And customer service is non-existant as they just provide one off answers in the reviews. This app is TRASH ] So many issues with this app, but let’s list just a few reasons: 1. Badge count: Old trick used by many but they still use it. If I get a notification for getting a like, fine, of course to see who, I have to upgrade, I don’t want to. The badge count REMAINS instead of clearing like every other app. I clear my badge counts on apps as a way of clearing “todo’s”. All other dating apps allow me to clear my badges by tending to the notification. I did! I saw the upgrade ad, now clear my badge count you morons. One of the few dating apps that stil do this. 2. Location Restricting: Matched me to people so unrealistically far for me to really see, why!? I have no option to define how far a match can be? Honestly ridiculous and again, one of the few dating apps that don’t provide this option. BE REALISTIC. I’m not going to go on a date with someone 700km’s away 🤦🏻‍♂️ 3. No Results: Lowest amount of matches out of any dating app I’ve used, thus far. I get about not even 1 match a month with this app and it’s usually a miss anyway — reason? TOO DAMN FAR [see Reason 2]👆

ONE change would make it useful. The app has it backwards. You’re shown to anyone you are within a certain distance of, and they are shown to you. Then you can like someone. It would make sense if first you tell the app that you passed someone you’re interested in, THEN the app shows you to people who were there at the time. That one change would prevent much of the awkwardness and privacy issues from being shown to all the strangers around you. As it is, you have to leave the app open and be exposed to tons of people you’re not interested in. No filters beyond gender and age, either. I can’t understand how the developers think that’s the way it should be.

Bug à corriger. Il a y quasiement jamais de match et en plus la section crush Time elle bug depuis 6-7 mois

Fake. Almost all profiles are fake…

Bugged. While creating an account, I couldn’t answer any of the questions. The app is bugged and keep scrolling down by itself so it’s impossible to write something. The only thing I could do was to add my photo.

Dishonest. It says that I have two likes but “no new profiles”. If you want me to pay the full version be honest, don’t treat me like an idiot.

Meh. Meh

Useless compared to other apps. Compared to the other apps out there… uselas

The wroste app i ve never seen before !!. The wroste app i ve never seen before !!

No one talks to anyone!. This app nonstop spamming!! keeps sending notifications of garbage not to mention that is hard to match with people.. I don’t know maybe because the location I live in.

Clunky. Echoing much of what others have written. First off - when you send emails or notifications with “we found someone for you” - tapping on that link/notification should open the app NOT bring users to the web experience. Awful. Second - incentivize users to actually consider paying for additional features. Offer a free weekend or free boosts so users can actually see what the experience is like. Third - the “pick a card and reveal a crush” experience is broken and doesn’t work. Overall, I think this app is a good idea but executed poorly and not QA’d enough. Fourth - the features are way too expensive for the experience and value the app currently provides. You need to offer discounts around certain times of the year, piggyback off milestones, again, incentivize users to actually want to engage with and pay for additional features.

Tada.. you've got 4 trannies +1 girl you'd never date! Enjoy. supercalifragilisticexpialadocious is something quite atrocious

Crap app. This app will only help you untill unless you pay them otherwise they never show who likes you or texted you. They will start asking you money at early stages. Wastage of time.

Worst Dating App. I have several likes and for more than a month the apps have not found any profile to show me.

Nothing functionally wrong with the app…. I can’t say there is anything wrong with the app, but so far ever single match has been a scammer. Not a single real person 🤷🏻‍♂️ So if you’re a guy, be prepared to filter out almost all the ‘matches’ as most will be fakes.

Prrrrrrr. Connections avec Facebook de ...... . Aucune autre option de connections .

Best dating app. This is the best app I have ever used. I matched the girl that I saw in train:)

Crush. Je n’ai pas de crush

Freeze. Used to be a good app. but it’s been months that it freezes as soon as you open it

Notifications for advertisements. Every day it sends a notification to play some sponsored game. Really annoying.

Pay to win. It's a pay to win where the goal is to show how beautiful and sucessful you are. Made to increase that ego. For the love of god go outiside if you wanna meet people !

Can’t open app. The app isn’t too bad, but all of a sudden when I try to open the app the first screen shows up and then it closes itself no matter what I do, I can’t open the app, what’s up with that? Well I got a reply and was told to delete and redone load the app and now I have to connect my Facebook and can’t access my account so I just got boned

My Favorite App. I used this app 5 years ago, and I found the one my soul loves. It was nice to have the choice of allowing people to talk to me or not, so I didn’t receive unsolicited nudey pics. I would use this app again and again ... but thanks to this app, I don’t have to.

Never use again. The app says there is nobody around me. Yet when I change preferences all of a sudden people show up. I then change the preference back to the original setting again to see if I get more matches and I do, but then after like a couple swipes it goes back to nobody around me. So I keep having to change preference back and forth to even get someone who the app said wasn’t there before. It used to be good, but I’m sure this is a ploy to get you to buy the pro version. I bet lots of matches would show up then.

Love it. This one of the best apps I enjoy meeting new people and this is one of them apps where if you walk pass someone and don’t have time to approach them this app will let you know you passed them and you can automatically chat with them. Love it it’s amazing

Where is everyone?. This dating app functions like an ad network that occasionally shows you single people. It’s mostly just ads. You click on someone’s profile—ad. You message—ad. You go back to homepage—ad. Unlike other dating apps, most profiles seem to be abandoned users. Scattered among these profiles are—you guessed it—ads. Among these ads are a pop up for liking them on Facebook. I should thank them for that because it reminds me that I need to come here to give them a well-deserved one star review.

Buggy. This app is an amazing concept and I love it more than most other dating apps but the updates have not made it better over the years and I consistently have to delete the app and redownload it because for some reason it only works for a few days and then when I go to open the app it immediately closes itself. Ive has this problem forever and I have the newest iPhone with WiFi but every time I try to open the application it immediately closes itself.

Shows a map of where you crossed paths to strangers. I was horrified when a weird freak that liked me on this app was able to see where we crossed paths on a map! This was the street of my home address! If I am seen walking my dog, I can now be stalked. Thanks happn. You should not include maps of peoples’ home address to anyone out there. Perhaps give user option to not allow this to be shown.

Crossed Paths and State Lines, too.. One week into a month trial, and I get matches for people I’ve ‘crossed paths’ with although I’m seated in a co-working space for most of the day. That’s not to say that folks I have connected with aren’t interesting but the algorithms’ parameters are a bit loosey-goosey. Also I think there is a hack by certain users not in our own neighborhood, one guy who reached out to me lives in Colorado! That’s a hella commute from Long Island.

Met my husband on this app!. We met on happen in 2015 after crossing at the beach a few times. We married in 2018 and now have 2 kids, we’ve a very happy marriage. I never write reviews but felt the need to thank happn, we never would have met otherwise- my husband is Canadian and I’m Aussie.

Fake. Literally every single profile on here is a scam. I’ve been on here about a week and have not seen one single actual believable human profile. The fakes are so blazing obvious it’s shameful. I’ve been on countless dating apps and this is BY FAR the worst dating app I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to completely waste your time and laugh at how hilarious the fake profiles are, this is definitely your app. If you want social interactions with actual humans, you won’t find them here.

Same copies profiles from other apps. I noticed the same profiles from other dating apps tht were bots on the other apps. I’m convinced that these apps take old member profiles and recycle them to keep the population inflated. There were 2 I confirmed had the same pics from tinder, which were bots on tinder, so I looked at the path where we crossed it’s says they live on my street. I know and see all of my neighbors lol and here is no chance these peoples “happn” to cross paths with me by coincidence in a matter of a day on my street. These apps r all a waste of time when u consider the time u invest for a slight chance at nothing.

Fake Profiles and Bots. I’ve been using this app for 2 weeks. I paid $25 for premium and bought 3 days of extra likes and 10 flash notes. I’ve literally driven across Alabama and Florida and there are barely any matches. Literally all of my matches except 1 were fake profiles and bots which I verified by doing a reverse image search. You are guaranteed 3 profiles a day to look at but the reality is most of them are fake profiles and 3 profiles a day to look at is not good odds.

Met my wife on Hapn. I met my wife 4 years ago on Hapn and I just thought to leave a review. It’s as close to walking up to a stranger as you can get with online dating and my life is better for it. I truly enjoyed the butterflies in my stomach when we met and how I hadn’t already read 300 personal answers about her (okCupid). I highly recommend this app!

Not that bad. Well I’ve been using this app for quite a while and to be honest it isn’t that bad it’s good and easy. I just don’t like the fact that you have to pay in order to see how much people likes you or to like more people than 10🤨

Another money pit. Most accounts from Asian countries. Back in time it was best app. I had several girlfriends from here. Since 2019 happn let users type their location used to be when your path cross with R-E-A-L people. Most account use fake photos and fake location. They ask your WhatsApp or they request to follow their onlyfans account. Apple must not let them in App Store. Don’t even download do old school and go bars or place to meet people

Cool concept/ nice matches/ need more details. This app has brought me more interesting matches in two days than any other app. I love that I know these people are in my vacinity. However, descriptions are so vague. Do they have kids? Do they want kids? There are other levels of cooking, what’s their occupation? I think more could go into the profiles to capture who they are.

Literally Useless. I’ve never had a single match- but more than that, I usually will go more than a week at a time not even seeing any profiles show up. And that was while living in Atlanta- an pretty densely packed city. Don’t waste your time with this junk [edit: I’m aware of how the app works. It’s useless because it seems no one in the entirety of Atlanta, Birmingham, or Springfield use it as I usually get see 3-ish profiles total in a month.]

Won’t even accept my original review. I posted a review almost two weeks ago about how bad this app is, and they won’t even post it. The app was so much better when it first came out, but now it’s just like every other one: everything blocked behind paywalls, terrible algorithms that show people that aren’t remotely near me, and a bunch of scammers trying to con money out of people. They don’t care about helping you to actually meet anybody, they just care about draining your wallet.

It should be less than a star. The fact that it forces you to connect to Facebook when you don’t have , nor want a Facebook account in order to sign up for it is an issue

A scam from women “out of town”. As soon as your subscription is over you will get a message from a good looking woman and then she will tell you that she was just visiting and going back to her hometown now. She will tell you that she has a business in your city and that she has another business in other cities and that she really wants to settle down but it is either a 100% bot or it is someone in their basement getting paid to scam you. Probably the producer of the app.

Not bad candidates but the UI is HORRIBLE!!!. I like this better than Tinder - which is too saturated in nyc- but the UI is so, so bad. It reloads when you're scrolling and looses your spot, when you delete someone they show up again an hour later, messages either don't go through or go through multiple times and there's no an intuitive design. They really need task their Dev team with making major improvements.

It’s a shame that there aren’t many users. The app is setup extremely well, but…I travel into 3 different states every day, but still only get about 6 total profiles to choose from (including the 3 people from shortlist). It has a lot of potential, but it’s pretty pointless if there aren’t any users.

Serendipitous surprises with lots of potential. Update: This app still has a lot of potential, but there are a dearth of people, even in large metros, who use this app. For this reason alone, it’s simply not worth using anymore. My review from a few years ago, when people actually used the app :) Serendipitous app with lots of potential. This is a very well designed app, with a lot of momentum, that is growing quickly. I honestly don't come across many who are using it, but I have the app installed just in case ;) It would be nice to have the option to receive a notification when you cross paths with someone, as I sometime forget to open the app for a couple of days. Also, in sparsely populated cities/regions, perhaps you could expand the radius appropriately.

Nothing but scams. I’ve been on this app for about three years now, and then entire time I think I’ve talked to 2 real people. Literally every other account is someone trying to scam you or blackmail you or something. No other dating app is this bad when it comes to this. Do yourself a favor and delete, save yourself some time and stress Update for response: well your best efforts aren't doing anything. This was such a great concept but the execution is just terrible

Like the idea, but it destroys my battery. As stated, I liked the idea of chatting with people within proximity, but I have two major problems: 1. since you need to keep location services on constantly it drains your battery. It my only app that requires “always” and halves my battery life on the iPhone 12 Pro. Checked from a fully charged battery twice. They need to implement a better approach. 2. it’s location tech isn’t great. It often involves a restart of the app to show people I’ve come across. I really want this app to succeed since it’d be great to start a chat with someone on the street or in a restaurant that would normally be awkward. Please improve and you’ll have a winner!

Fakes profiles up the wazoo. Lots of fakes profiles. You can easily take the pictures on the profiles and find the original instagram account or porno account that they stole the pictures from. Fortunately you can spot most of them rather easily. They are either way tpp attractive to be on a dating site (reverse search their pictures) or they have two first names (wierd I know). or they have pics with a military uniform

DANGEROUS. I’ve only had this app for a few hours and have already encountered a safety issue. As I was walking back from the store earlier a man followed me all the way home and left on his bike after seeing my father waiting for me outside. I just got a notification from the app that I crossed paths with this man on my street at the exact time I was being followed. I was able to block and report him but the app needs extra precautions to prevent this from happening.

It could be better. Alright I like the whole idea of crossing paths but the problem with that is I only got to cross with one other gale and she was completely different from what I wanted. I know you guys feature a thing where you purposely cross with someone else but you should at least let someone expand their location for better results. Other than that it’s alright for the most partx

Not enough people. I downloaded and liked the app for about an hour. After paying for one month premium suddenly there hasn’t been a single person in my radius for the last 12 hours. Additionally, prior to the complete disappearance of all matches the app decided to cycle through the apps entire catalog of female members. As a man seeking men I can attest that your algorithm is not providing useful matches. I live in NYC so there is no shortage of people in the area. Rather, there are not enough people willing to stay on this platform. Don’t waste your money.

App is glitchy. App freezes up regularly. Have to restart my phone. Don’t like that it doesn’t give locations, just says they’re “more than 30 miles away”. It’s a waste of time to pursue people in other states who I would never swipe on if I could see where they were located.

Scammers and Bots. This app has very few real users - it’s all bots, or scammers, and even just dudes just messaging. The app is entire strategy collect monthly subscription - keep you engaged with bots, scammers and dudes. Like seriously it’s a scam. Regulatory agencies need to get behind this. Ask yourself how many dates have you been to on this apps free version if the answer is 0 it’s a scam; then as yourself how many days have you been on the paid version if it’s 0 it’s a scam. You are awesome, these are all 100% scams. Keep it clean keep it real.

Not too great. So far I’ve gotten very little response, even the most basic functions they try to pressure to upsell you a “premium membership” and all of my pictures were screwed up repeatedly until someone manually corrected them for me, which I appreciated, but it still shouldn’t be happening. Try making things work correctly first time around, and then I’ll consider upgrading.

Useless unless you pay for it. Unlike other dating apps, you can’t do anything with this one. I secretly liked two people. Those are the only people I’ve seen all week. I have two people who liked me. But apparently I’ll never see them unless I pay. It’s a confusing app, and with great apps that are easy and useful, even in the free versions, like Bumble and Hinge, I’m surprised Happn wouldn’t step their game up. They don’t even need to try to stand out, but hell, that’d be nice

Crappy. Been on this for a few years and the concept was new and neat. They kept on changing the apt for the worse. The app prides itself on privacy but yet wont’ let you change privacy settings until you pay (hide my age, hide my online status, hide my distance) Better apps out there which offers more for no charge. Also, huge influx of fake profiles on the app now where it’s obvious yet Happn seems to be oblivious to it.

Catfish??. This app might be the worst. I matched with a male. Then days later? All his pictures turned to some random girl’s pictures. Seems like most their users are bots with fake pictures. What even is the point on doing this. What a waste of time. Also caught two other fake accounts. Even caught their fake insta account they gave. The developers doesnt seem to care but this might be one of the biggest dating app fraud.

Seemingly overrun with fake profiles of Asian women.. Maybe I have already swiped through all of the real users but now I primarily seem to be encountering profiles using images of young Asian women which I believe to be fake. No pictures indicating that they are in my city, almost always “working in finance” and quickly wanting to move the conversation to WhatsApp and never having any other social media accounts. It’s best to be mindful of such interactions. A few years ago, it wasn’t like this.

Audio uploads are erroneously annoying. App has a lot of glitches when it comes to uploading audio . It is extremely annoying to spend a couple minutes recording over and over again just to have the app say…oops there is a problem. I’ll adjust my review when the app designers fix their flaws .

Could be better. Good concept but not enough people unless you’re in a heavily populated area. It also works best if you have the location turn on at all times but you run the risk of privacy at that point. Also, when I find that someone has liked me and if I’m not interested I can only decline a handful. Which defeats the purpose because then you have all these people you’re not interested in, mixed in with newer people.

Literally doesn't work?. Every single time I use this app it claims I haven't crossed paths with anyone. My location services are always allowed for the app, and I live in Chicago so this is absolutely not true. Despite claiming this, the app always manages to generate a shortlist of people it says I've crossed paths with?? Then why is my map and explore feed always empty if I am apparently crossing paths with people? This obviously doesn't seem to be the case for most other people, but yea this certainly is not working for me.

Tinder with weak location. The app does nothing to encourage people to actually write about themselves. Most profiles lack even the most basic information. Probably half are just empty. So all you have is a handful of photos of someone who probably passed within a mile of some place you have been while traveling down the freeway at 70mph. I get the idea. It would be cool to find people in to find real information about people in the same room or at least building. But this isn't it.

New interface a serious downgrade. The app was an enjoyable diversion until its major redesign. It used to allow you to scan up and down a visual list of the most recent people you’d crossed paths with, and perhaps _eventually_ choose to attempt to contact someone you kept crossing paths with. This was unique! Now it railroads you into making pass/fail decisions in a rigid linear order, based on a first-time impression—the same stupid limitation that other dating sites gravitate to. In short, it got control-freaky and binary. Hey, we don’t all LIKE Tinder. Why imitate them? It’s no fun anymore. Major fail.

Don’t pay for this. I bought a 3 month subscription and got 0 responses. I had a decent profile. I get more responses on Bumble and Tinder. I don’t know if it’s the women’s fault or the app developers fault. They could probably redesign the app to make women engage with you more. You can’t actually talk to women right off the bat, you can only send them a “Hi” which you ONLY GET 5 OF A DAY! I’m guessing these women just get tons of “Hi’s” that all look the same so they don’t respond. Waste of time and money.

Doesn’t respect notification choices. I only want notifications of messages and have configured the notification preferences accordingly, yet I get at least one spammy try-hard please-drive-user-engagement notification per day. Stuff like “don’t forget to open the app and check who you crossed paths with!” This means I have to turn off notifications at the OS-level and now miss messages and just gave up dealing with app and uninstalled it. Don’t bother.

banned immediately after making profile. Sooo..didn’t even get to actually see what this app can do. Can’t exactly blame it. I’m assuming it banned me for using the word “sex” in my bio. (I was referencing a line from Brooklyn99 - big mistake) but to be banned so quickly for just using the word and not bothering to at least review my account first like other sites do when I report someone who clearly does need to be banned, it’s pretty annoying. What if someone uses the word “sexuality” or “sex orientation”? Is the app going to automatically banned them as well without even looking at the context?

I’ll come back when full-screen ads are gone.. It was a great app, until you got greedy. The monetization strategies you had in place (in-feed ads, IAP coins, paid subscription) were great, but now the full-screen, interrupt ads make it like one of those cheap, knock-off games with a million ads. Stay classy, Happn. If you're not profitable, make a marketing push to "say hi" or go pro, but don't bombard your remaining users with cheap and annoying ads. You're messing up! PIVOT QUICK.

SMH. Before I purchased I was getting a lot of women in the explore portion of the page but when I purchased it for a month just to try it out I can’t get a profile now on explore an if I do get one there 30+ miles away an it’s only one or two then I have to wait till the next day to get one or two profiles I’m not downing the app I’ve tried just about all the dating sites an once I pay for them the app gets terrible I think there all just cash grabs anyway

Full of Fake Profiles. This app is full of fake profiles. Every single person I have met in this app in 3 months are all either fake profiles or scammers. Also, even though the app is supported to match me with people I crossed paths with, I found people in the app I matched with who don’t live anywhere near me, and even out of country. Fake profiles are typically not fault of the app developers, but every other dating app I used have used having instituted ways to filter out fake profiles.

Disappointing and nothing special. I downloaded this app again after years of not having it because there was a feature I really liked where one could indicate they were available for a date and match with others who also were immediately available. Now, the feature is gone and this app is both useless and not any different from any other dating app out there. I’m deleting it.

Needs Improvement. First: I keep getting the same people crossing paths even though I click the X button to say not interested. But still pops up. Second: I’ve been using the application for about 4 weeks and it feels like no one uses the thing anymore. Third: If you want this application to be a thing, please put your business out so that way people are aware of this application, offer a free week trial or something to lure people in. Fourth: But other than that it’s a good application that does have potential, maybe add a new feature where you can browse people online and just start a conversation instead of having to pass them by. Could add that on a premium package.

This app is a lie. I was on this app about 5 years ago and it worked as advertised. I’m about a year out of my last relationship so I downloaded again. Now it will show that I haven’t crossed paths with anyone but then I go look at my “shortlist” and it shows me 3 profiles that it claims I’ve crossed paths with. If I’ve crossed paths with them why don’t they come up in my regular list???? I check daily and it’s always the same. Regular list- you haven’t crossed paths with anyone. Shortlist- here’s 3 profiles you crossed paths with.
