Nemo Italian 5.5.0. Learning Italian for our fall trip. This app is great! Let’s me listen, record myself & listen to my pronunciation to see if I’m actually saying words correctly. Reminds me to practice daily. Very good for free & then much more if you want to pay a bit to really get into the language and learn the nitty-gritty! But I’m learning what I need for a visit for free so I love this app!!!

Good vocab builder. This app won’t do much to teach grammar, and so it is pretty limited and the choice of phrases to teach isn’t the most efficient at times, but the hands free feature is quite nice for building vocab as you go about your day. You won’t know Italian just from this app, but it is a good place to start

Absolutely amazing. This app is absolutely amazing, I am taking a trip to Italy in two years and wanted to learn it and it’s nice to have another language up your sleeve, this app helps so much when it comes to memorization and pronunciation and as if that wasn’t good enough you can listen and learn while texting and or scrolling through social media. YOU CAN EVEN USE IT WITHOUT USING DATA AND WITHOUT NEEDING WIFI, I would give this app 10 stars if I could.

Excellent. I'm pleased with the design and especially with the Bluetooth pairing in the car; I can drive and practice. Good controls to decide the speed of program in introducing new words and playing words back. Only 4 stars because so many groups of words are in the pay only levels.

So far it's great. So far, the only thing I would like changed is the ease of using the app. For instance, after getting the words of the day they should automatically be added to the game queue. Other than that it has been fun learning Italiano with this app.

Learning Italian. We are taking a cruise to Italy this summer, I wanted to learn some of the language before we go. I went on line looking for help, I came upon Nemo and thought I’d give it a try. Excellent choice. My husband and I have enjoyed learning 5 new words a day. Thank you for such a wonderful site….it’s perfect ❤️

Good App for Reviewing Vocabulary. I just started using the app and so far I am pleased with its curriculum. It does a good job introducing and reviewing various common words, and it has started doing some common phrases. I'll review it again after a couple months.

Effective, fun, additive. This tool help me enunciate properly and move forward in my conversational Italian class more quickly then I had in the first half of the class. It is a type tool and fun to work with. I like that I can add some phrases that are from my class (And in your dictionary) and then include them in my development from your app.

I'm actually Learning. I have struggled since elementary school with languages and I find this app to be so very helpful. I can immediately compare my pronunciation with the app, the repetition is as often as I desire and there are various ways to practice the same words. It's the first app I feel like I spent my money well.

Best online app for learning Italiano. The Nemo app is easy to maneuver and learn as many words a day as you want. All you have to do is set the number of words to learn per day. The best feature is being able to play the word pronunciation as many times as necessary.

Fun and teacher approved. As a beginner in learning this beautiful language, I couldn't be happier. This great little app allows one to refresh and review key phrases and words everyday and especially how to pronounce them. Love the feature that reminds me to practice each day. Showed it to my tutor. She heartily approved.

Amazing✨. Okay, so, I’ve always wanted to learn a new language. It’s one of my goals and dreams. I decided I want to begin with Italiano, and I made the best decision i possibly ever made on my phone; I decided to give this app a try. The tutor has an excellent accent and there are different modes. It’s super easy and cheap; only 11 dollars to buy a huge pack of words!

I can already speak these words!. Ok, first of all, I already know 99.9% of the words they give us. I’ve had this app for a while and I bet I could have learned so much words I could speak Italian fluently already, but NO because I say, listen, and see the same words everyday. I recommend “Speak in 24 Hours” (only one thing I have to say about “In 24 hours” it is that you can only learn 3 lessons before you have to upgrade). Back to comments about Italiano... Other than my recent complaints, this game is effective to students learning from this app (it would be more effective if you listen to me) (I was talking to the people that created the app). Amazing! Better than a teacher. This is my first review ever for the appstore and this app is definitely worthy of it. It's so easy to learn, they really have their teaching style down pat to enhance retention and memory. I feel like I've learned more Italian in the past week than a semester in school. It's also kind of addicting. I find myself listening while driving instead of playing music. Haven't seen any glitches yet and no pesky ads. I'm definitely planning to pay for the full version once I get through the free modules (which are a lot!!)

Easy to navigate the site.. I am enjoying the app, it is easy to use and I am learning a lot already. You can control the speed of the words which is helpful.

Very good app!. This app is very good! i been working out from home and studying while listening to the words the apps repeat and is fantastic because every time i keep hearing the word, the more i remember so whenever i come upon a conversation in italian i won’t be stuttering, trying to think of the next word i need to say. Molto Buono app!!. Wonderful app! I love that it says the words, phrases, etc and provides lots of practice. Goes straight to learning the language. You can record yourself and compare to make sure u have the correct pronunciation! Goes on my speaker in the car for lots of practice.

Advise. This app is awesome! It’s helping me learn Italian and memorize words. But, the app does this thing where if you exit the play screen without pausing or stopping it, it will play in the background. It’ll even happen with other word categories playing, so it would play two word categories at once. But I am really enjoying the app and it’s functionality!!

BEST LANGUAGE APP EVER!!!!! 😍😍😍. Before we start I just wanna say, I never give anything 5 stars, which is how amazing this app is. I downloaded this because I’m the summer my family and I will go to Italy, and I want to learn some of their language. This app is amazing. It helps you learn a certain amount of words a day, in different categories, and you have to complete some to unlock others. Also, this app has different learning activities, and methods because everybody learns differently. This is my second day of having this app, and I already know 20 words. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, 20 out of 20, you name it amazing!! WORTH GETTINH

Great for short term travellers. I speak passable Spanish, but wasn't comfortable with no Italian practice prior to our 3-week long Tuscan vacation. After a couple of months of very enjoyable, very simple online play, I was the "go-to" Italian translator for our group. Way less than an Italian speaker, but for necessary communication, this was just perfect. Great way to learn what you need in a simple fashion.

So helpful. I really love this app. I’ve tried a few others and they were very good, but repetition works for me and with this app I can hone in on the language I need. I paid for the full version which was so reasonable in comparison to other language apps. I don’t want to get bogged down in grammar but want enough language skills to navigate my way through Italy and this app delivers that.

The best app for beginners traveling to Italy. I purchased this app because I am heading to Italy in a month. I have friends that live out there(from America) and I knew they’d be fluent. I didn’t want to feel completely stupid and confused, so I bought this app. Let me just tell you it’s the best thing ever! So many words and way to learn them, its great

Lifesaver for quick learning. Was leaving for Italy in less than two weeks and this was perfect. Love the words to learn a day function. Also the other options. If I had more time I would have bought complete App. May still do so when I get back to learn more.

Great app but...... I love the app and how I can choose how many words a day to learn. I use this when I run, work around the house, and in the car. My frustration is that all the words in last 15 days are no longer viewable under the day learned. I like to go back and review what I learned three days ago but all the sudden it is not possible. Can you fix this? I would give this 5 stars if this was fixed.

Excellent.. So good I really wish they would come out with a newer version with a much wider variety of words and phrases. This is the best way to learn a language with constant repetition that you can let play unattended all day long if you wanted to. Once you learn the entire app which you can do in a few months, you’re very hungry for more. Every other learning app requires constant physical interaction with silly games. It’s not the way I learned my first language and it’s an unnatural way to learn any language. Nemo is the only app that gets it right. Please release a deluxe version that I’d be more than happy to pay for!!!

Great app!. This is a very helpful app. They have a free version so you can test it out before purchasing. The app is very well organized. I love the explore feature. There is a snail feature so that the Italian is pronounced more slowly. There is a color coding feature in settings so that you can keep track of which words you’ve mastered.

Brushing up on important phrases before a trip. IHave taken the Pimsler course but this easy to use Italian app is terrific.I also have a translator on my phone but with easy access to important words and phrases going to Italy again is going to be a breeze.

Molto Buono😍. I downloaded the app 3 days ago and I know every word on there. It is mostly the common phrases, but it will definitely be enough to learn in only 3 days! Great quality and the teachers accent is on point. Just keep quizzing yourself and you will get it in no time! You just have to focus and you will definitely get it. I also have the Irish app, but I recommend you only focus on one language at a time because you will most definitely get confused if you don't focus on one at a time.

Exceptional app!. I downloaded this app two months before a trip to Italy. I also downloaded two other apps. I use this app consistently because of ease of use and varieties of ways to learn to speak Italian. It was easy and fun and kept my interest. I look forward to putting my knowledge to the test! Very cool app. I’ve only been using this app for a few days, but I’m having fun learning some new words! I plan on doing more with it, like recording some words so I can hear if I’m pronouncing them correctly.

I love this place   ​‌  . I don’t know what can be said other than Nihaojewelry being an absolute rock star in the clothing realm. Their clothing is super trendy and certainly the most affordable brand out there. You get more than you pay for that’s for sure. I’ve never had an issue with any fabric/materials. Very rarely have I had a sizing mishap but when I did they worked with me to return or exchange them. I love the continuous expansion to mens, kids and plus lines. Their accessories and home goods are also worthy of a mention. Nihaojewelry saved me hundreds of dollars coordinating numerous outfit changes for my daughters senior portraits. Thank you Nihaojewelry!‍  

I like it. Ur ur never explained for example a word that ends in o can nave a Different meaning than a word that ends in a know it was so the word ending in oh then it will put us/me when you look up to see what the word means it comes up with something completely different with the AAA I wish they showed the definition of both words also there’s no way to reset and start over

Helpful. The app has been very helpful with learning basic words. I’m able to set my own pace and so far the words have been perfect for everyday use...not words that would seldom be used in informal conversation. The ability to hear feedback is great, also.

Very useful app for building vocabulary. Technically quite good. Does not allow volume control from watch stem like iTunes. There is not much on Italian grammar. It could really use some verb exercises and some phrases that one would really want to say. By paring this app with the Rick Steves phrase book and listening to lots of Italian music I was able to get by in Italy with (basic) conversations in Italian.

OMG! Best app ever!. I am about to go to Middle School and I wanted to take Italian as a class. I wanted to be fluent in Italian by the end of the summer. That sounded ridiculous to my friends and family, and I also wasn’t to confident about this either. Now I am! I mean, I have had this app for two days and I have learned to count to 30 in Italian and so much other stuff. This app is SO amazing, if anyone wants to learn Italian, GO TO THIS APP!

Excellent. I am fluent in several languages though not Italian, but Im practicing it each morning with 30 yr old who is not, and it is perfectly challenging for me yet appropriately introductory for him as we swipe and listen. The app is wonderfully encompassing. The variable rate of new vocabulary and phrases is great for our varied levels of learning. Really well organized by categories. Ive bought it for everyone travelling with us this summer and they are all thrilled with the app!

So helpful!. This is a great start up app for learning a new language. It's very customizable, and easy to use. Plus it has several different ways to practice and learn. But my favorite thing is that I can practice with it hands free! So on busy days I can still make time for it while cooking or cleaning.

Great!!. I was born into an Italian family and the older relatives speak Italian to each other all of the time (probably to swear).. I want to communicate with my grandpa, since he doesn't know very much english. Wonderful app, easy to use and understand.

Why doesn't this have more buzz?. Fantastic app. I love that I can control how quickly words are spoken and/or introduced. I love that you can pick subject matter to practice, or just work your way through the whole library with a little from here. A little from there. I love that I can practice hands/eyes free while I'm driving, working out, cleaning the house, etc... Excellent variety of actual useful words & phrases. At $10 for an enormous library - super adorable. Way better for actually learning to speak & comprehend while traveling in a foreign country than Duolingo, imo

Disappointed. From the beginning was excellent ! As soon as I exceeded words it started to miss pronounce and miss read the words it was very confusing I am very very disappointed Would you be able to correct it

Excellent app!. I have wanted to learn other languages for a very long time. This app is making that possible. Using the app for the first time (I started with Italian) I had a few reservations, but I found myself actually enjoying and having fun with it! I have a very busy life but this app makes it easy to squeeze in a few lessons every day. If you need or want to learn another language, don't hesitate, download the trial version (but I'll bet you'll end up buying the full version!).

I really like it!. I always try to learn the language when I travel so I’ve used all kinds of systems over the years. This is easy and kind of fun and will give me enough to have a “respectable” amount of language skills. It helps that I know some Spanish though.

AWESOME!!!. This app works really well. It gives you the option to chose how many words to learn and an easy way to learn them. You can also see the status of how much more you should practice the words, and see all the words you know. I’ve only been using this app for 3 days and it’s a lot better than Rosetta Stone and I have been using it for free! I really recommend getting it over any others, and they have different apps for different languages so you can learn multiple at a time. 😜

Great but suggest using another app along with it.. This is a great app! However, I was a little disappointed with the fact that I can't really learn as much, as fast as I would like too. I have a good memory and I am a fast learner, so more choices at any given time would be very helpful. I use 24 hour Italian as well. Still very impressed with this app, thank you for making it!

Fantastic. Been using since January 25, 2021 . I did the free version, first! I ended up purchasing for 11$ in a few weeks because,it’s so convenient you can use it anywhere ,practice anytime ! Extremely easy to work with & navigate through. Has learning options you can practice from available for you . When you buy it you get way more words and some features open up. I’m glad I bought it, it really helps me learn and memorize. The voices aren’t bad at all . There’s a few to choose from. I can clearly make out how to pronounce n say the words . The settings for ur choices n reminders was also easy to set up for how I wanted . It color codes the words by how many times I practice. Hot to cold . Again thanks Nemo! :))

Nothing on how to use!. This COULD easily be 5 stars as the content is there but how to use it, what the buttons do and the graphs represent is non existent. Some things are self explanatory but I hate when I have to spend an hour in an app trying to figure it out before I can use it when the developers could have easily included instructions.

Better than most out there. Good app to give you the basics and a bit beyond. I like that I can hit play and it will go through all the words without me having to do anything so I can listen on the train or at work without touching my phone.

Italian. The app is very useful but does not tell you when it will charge you to renew and trying to cancel seems impossible . I have had to try and email them! Very angry over this!

Great app. It helped immensely for Hungarian, and is going to be great for Italian too. When I was in Hungary a waitress told me I sounded like a native. The ability to record myself and compare to the native speaker is unique.
