Online Sunscription. I have nothing but problems with this app. Can’t open issues or download them. I have installed and reinstalled and it makes no difference. I am ready to cancel I’m so mad. This has been happening for months!

Hate this. This may sound like a good thing to have on you phone tablet or on your computer but it’s actually really stupid they are going to make you pay 5 dollars to even look at a magazine which I think is really stupid I mean if you going to make us pay for the magazine then why not just make us pay for the app instead😡😡😡🤬

Can't access digital content with a print subscription. I received a print subscription of this magazine and assumed that I would also be able to access the digital edition as I can with my Better Homes and Gardens subscription. When I saw I couldn't, I was sorely disappointed. The magazines are great, but what good is the app if I have to pay for another subscription?

November, 2012 issue. I can't get my iPad version November issue......i dont have ios5. This is nuts! I am very disappointed. All my other iPad subscriptions I don't have this problem.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED!. I did not expect to love the IPad version better than hard copy of magazine. Very clear, easy to read, sharp images. I am thrilled that I can carry with me & read at a moments notice. Love it!

Membership start. Ipaid for a membership in January and these people couldnt even give me access tothe January issue, they are making me wait to February have access to the february issue, tome thats pretty crappycustomer service, House beautiful magazine gave me access to the current issue right away. Will not be renewing country living.

Every year gets better. I'm just learning the tricks of the online version. I gotta say the November issue is the best so far this year. I've been very disappointed with the mag most of this year. However the November and December issues restored my faith. I've replicated one kitchen I saw 15 years ago. Now this Nov issue I've found FIVE rooms I'm going to duplicate in the new Va. retirement house we are building. Great mag. Nothing else like it

Don't waste money on digital subscription. CL's iPad edition very rudimentary in its functionality -- no interactivity, no bookmarking, no ability to "tear out" ideas and recipes. (Compared with Martha Stewart Living iPad edition, the CL version is still using training wheels.) I was foolish to buy a year's subscription without first testing it out with a single issue. Would have much preferred the good ole print magazine to this. Oh, well -- lesson learned.

My favorite magazine. Mine comes on line every month and I love it.

Beautiful!. Wow! Just converted to digital and love it! I was hesitant to give up my printed version because I've used other mag apps and have been supremely disappointed. This app is what a mag app should be - large/clear photos and print with the ability to save/pin and bookmark easily. Thanks CL for raising the bar. Long live magazines in their new digital format😊

Too few pages. Very disappointed with only 2 or 3 actual articles. I thought this was a full magazine.

Crashes, deleted downloads. New update constantly crashes. Unable to view magazine. Deleted all of my magazines from the previous years and won't restore anything but the current subscription. I have to download everything again. AWFUL!!!

Bad Business. Martha Stewart and many other fine magazines offer Free digital copies to their subscribers... You should too! I bring my iPad everywhere and it would be nice to be able to access all of my magazines on the e-reader instead of hauling a stack of paper subscriptions! I'll be canceling my paper subscription when my time is up unless you start offering digital copies for free to your paid paper subscribers.

Love it!. Always available on my iPad. Very convenient. Download magazines for offline view, great for plane rides, car rides and where there is no internet service.

Love. I love this issue the craft with the blueberries is adorable we have had many blueberries this year far more than last. I am going to try this and try it with the aluminum pie pan to see if that will work and try a few other things also. Thanks for your magazine it is wonderful!

New app is horrible. Can’t get past the cover page so what is the point of even subscribing? Very frustrating as I love the magazine!

Disappointed. I LOVE Country Living, so I’m quite disappointed with the new versions of the app. I really dislike scrolling up through the articles like a web page. I want a magazine app to look/feel like I’m scrolling through a magazine, not a web page. It’s clumsy, it’s difficult to navigate the pages, and it’s slow. I’ve had it crash, but maybe this latest update will fix that...we shall see. I truly hope someone is listening to your longtime/loyal readers. It’s seems to be a theme in the reviews that we’re not fans of the “new look and feel” of the app.

Ad overload. Subscribed to CL to get decorating inspiration and great recipes. Mostly just getting continuous advertising thrown at me. Very disappointed in this subscription.

Subscribed on line. I cannot access the magazine. You get my money and I get nothing!

Love love love it!. This is my first time to look at a magazine in a digital form. I have had my new tablet for less than 48 hours and Country Living will be my first subscription . I have stacks of old issues and struggle to give them up to my recycle bin! I look forward to an alternative way of reading my favorite articles!

Access for print subscribers. Also disappointed not to have access to my subscription via iPad. It seems like a win for everyone, driving more measurable revenue to advertiser sites. There were several sites/products I wanted to visit from the May issue, and I would have loved to click on the links in context right from the digital version.

No response to sign in problems. I am a long time subscriber to Country Living. When I originally got my iPad, I downloaded the app and loved it. Somewhere along the line, I was “kicked” out and could not remember my login credentials. I have tried several times to contact CL to find out how to change my login info so I can continue to use the app. There has been no response. They have recently started sending me emails advising the latest issue is available but then I have to read it in Safari which doesn’t have the features of the app.

Great Magazine. I always subscribed to the print version of Country Living. Now that I've learned how to use my iPad newsstand, I am thrilled to have it here. It is exactly a page-for-page online issue of the print mag. Love it!

Doesn’t work. What good is this app if you can’t get past the cover? FIX IT ALREADY! And while you’re at it, get rid of the intrusive banners on top and bottom. The old app where you called them up when needed was much better. Fix this darn thing or you are going to lose a lot of subscribers.

Great for those of us overseas. I was sorry to close out my print subscription when we moved overseas, so I am delighted I can subscribe digitally. Great to have Country Living in Africa! I hope CL clears up the problem of not giving print subscribers access, as it should be a perk for purchasing the print subscription. Definitely allow everyone to enjoy the beautiful, easy-to-use app!

App login?. I can’t login to the app. It says to send an email, and I did, to no avail.

Really? ...pay for both a hard copy subscription & digital.. Why would anyone want to pay for both a hard copy subscription (which I do) and a digital subscription? I don't think so! I immediately deleted this app! To post a review of this app I'm required to rate at least one star, but really the app isn't even worth one star.

More Color. Nice layout but the “All white walls” has gotten old. It’s time to put some life back into the homes with color.

Happy reader!. I have been a Country Living subscriber for at least 30 years. It is nice to have a take-along digital edition. Don't know why I didn't do this sooner.

No free access for print subscribers is ridiculous. All other magazine print subscriptions I have also provide tablet access at no additional cost which provides for better access when traveling, etc. Being expected to pay twice for digital access to a magazine is poor customer service and appreciation in my opinion. Not sure that I will continue my subscription in the future.

Bad service. I subscribed to Country Living & House Beautiful for literally decades. All of a sudden the print magazines stopped coming. I would call customer service. They would extend my subscription and nothing. So disappointed. Can’t access the online version even after subscribing. Hearst has really dropped the ball.

PLEASE FIX THIS APP. Since the most recent software update, I cannot access the three most recent issues. I have reported the problem to the publisher but they have not fixed it. My subscription is active and paid through next summer. Other reviewers are reporting the same problem. PLEASE FIX IT.

What’s the point?. This is a fun magazine for some light reading, but I’m not sure why I subscribe anymore because I can’t read it. I can get to articles that are linked from the cover, but that’s it. The table of contents isn’t linked to any articles—nothing happens when I click on the sections. Either the UI is so unintuitive that it’s useless, or it’s just broken. Either way, it’s ridiculous. Zero stars.

Unclear directions. I purchased a digital and print subscription package, downloaded the app, logged in, and now have to pay $4.99 per issue? Why would anyone want to do that??

Don't do it!!!. I purchased a year's subscription in February. I have been unable to download any new magazines or view any of my old magazines ever since I updated my iPad to ios 6.1.3. Apple support says my "subscription expired", and Country Living won't respond to my concerns. So I guess I've been cheated out of half of my paid subscription plus the other digital Country Living issues I paid for. :(

Disappointed. I'm very upset that even tho I pay for the print version I'm also asked to pay to have it on my I Pad. There is so much talk how no one will support the print magazine & newspapers but we are forced to purchase both if we want to take it on the go. Please think this over.

Great magazine. Enjoying each article because we have just purchased a fixer upper and it has given me great ideas.

Hate this app!. I've been a subscriber to Country Living magazine for many, many years and have always loved it. So I was excited to be able to get it on my iPad....BUT, this app is terrible! There's no way to bookmark the page where I left off & it reopens I the middle of the magazine. It crashes frequently. My purchased editions disappear & have to be reloaded. There is also no way to save pictures to my camera role. I'd often tear out pictures or recipes of the magazine that I'd like to do or save, but now I can't. I can't wait til February when my digital subscription runs out & will be going back to the print version!!

Update won't open - THEY FIXED IT!!. UPDATE- They fixed the issues I had with the app! I'm very satisfied with the fix and how quickly the issues were addressed. This is a great magazine! I just installed the latest update today and it moved the app from newsstand to the regular screen and it won't even open now. Did you test this before putting it out?! I will be canceling my subscription if this is not fixed soon. I hadn't even read the October issue yet!

Failure to sign in. I purchased this magazine today but cannot get it to download as it says there’s an error with my email or password. Help!

No free iPad issues for print subscribers?!. Most modern thinking magazines allow print subscribers to also have the iPad issues for free. I love when magazines allow this so I don't have to tote magazines everywhere but also allow me to tear out pages for my idea book at home. Country Living is backward for not allowing subscribers freedom to enjoy both.

Love it!. Had some problems getting the digital version. Had to update software first - then no problem. Love the digital version on my iPad mini. Also have a Kindle Fire but this is so much better. Love it. And no clutter with print version makes it that much better!

Every time y'all deliver. Doesn't matter what day it comes in the mail or how tired I am, when this comes I pour over every page picking out projects and folding tabs on pages of things I want to research or purchase. Less than a week or two later I do a recap on my iPad-yes- I have a subscription to both. And if I'm out somewhere and need to I purchase single issues on my phone. Can't get enough--loved this magazine for 12 years. Thank you for staying relevant and chock full of things I want to see! You're doing it right! Joy

The app doesn’t work. I am so disappointed in this app! I am not getting the latest version of the magazine and when I try to complete the “help” page....my email will not send. I will be canceling.

Can’t flip pages - don’t buy until resolved. Absolutely ridiculous that the page scrolling is not fixed. Sometimes you can double tap on a page and it will forward to next page, mostly not. This has been reported in reviews for months. Flipping or scrolling to the next page doesn’t work at all. If there is a magic way to turn pages they have not communicated it. Don’t waste your money unless you just want to pay for the cover!

Frustrating. I am having trouble swiping to the next page after the cover! Tried using the table of contents to navigate, but it’s like it’s not even linked up. April 2018 issue.

Love the magazine, hate the ads. I dislike that I am forced to spend time on the ads and am automatically directed to their sites. I can not seem to find a way to get back to the content without closing the app an waiting a while. It is irritating.

Country gone digital. Thank you Country Living, I'm enjoying your digital format with no problems! Thank you for keeping your digital print reasonable in price, sadly I can't say that for a few other digital magazines, it has truly deterred me from committing to yearly subscriptions, at this time I only purchase magazines that I find interesting or I have an existing hard copy subscription still in place which allows me to receive the digital subscription.

App is ok. I purchased this app and I wasn't a print subscriber. I wanted to try it out anyways so I didn't have a problem with paying me $20 it cost to get the magazine. I think this app is okay. It is exactly the magazine with no additional features, no click through's on links or anything else special for the iPad. It is not even reformatted, it is just the exact magazine pages. I think they could do a lot with this app especially considering that they are forcing everyone, regardless of if you have a print subscription, to pay for it. Every other magazine app I've used has it specially formatted for the iPad so this was quite a surprise. Hopefully they will make updates over the course of the year. The magazine is still a great read, but I just think that this is nothing special.

Help. Can’t download because it takes too much storage. Can’t figure out how to cancel. Can’t find any other way to ask for help Frustrated

Always Great. Country Living is a great magazine made better by being on the IPad. My only complaint is that I would like issue to be double the size it is.

Failed to realize the potential of a e-magazine. A magazine for a tablet needs to understand and take advantage of what the tablet has to offer - Internet connection, linked contents, ability to play videos, to name a few. It is not just an electronic copy of the same magazine! I couldn't even get to the correct article from the link on the "table of contents" for this magazine. It is less than a paper copy. Very sad.

Digital Country Living. I’ve just subscribed to CL Digital for $5 for the Year! I’m in Canada, and I was only able to down Load the US app on my iPhone...CL will not accept my email.... Please let me know how to correct this issue! Cindy Kellough

A rocky start. Once I got logged in with a new password and downloaded all of my magazines again, it has potential. It will take some adjustment as I was happy with the previous non-MAZ version. I seem to have lost all of my saved images however, as well as my subscription info which still shows "cancelled."

No digital access for print subscribers.. Was very disappointed in the fact that print subscribers are not given free access. Already deleted the app. Don t waste your time downloading the app.

Pay twice?once print once digital, don't think I will.. I agree I have a print sub Stowe should get the digital for free like a lot of magazines. Won't renew print again. Is this all Hearst publications that make you pay twice

Very Disappointed. I paid for a print subscription thinking I would have access to my subscription on my iPad like my other subscriptions.....Shame on you!

Disappointed with CL. I agree, unbelievable that print subscribers have to pay for digital version. Not too happy about that, I'll have to think about renewing print version.

Stunning Magazine!!. Love having this for inspiration to decorate our new home!!

Excellent!. Great. Enjoying my new subscription reasonable on digital. Thanks

Why make print subscribers pay twice?. All other magazines to which I subscribe offer free tablet access with print subscription for the length of the subscription. Why do you expect print subscribers to pay for tablet access? Tablet access is very convenient for travel, poolside etc. I am very disappointed.

Cheapskates. Why don't they give you digital with your print subscription like other magazines? Will not renew it when it comes due and will go to one that does! Cheapskates and not with the times!

Print subscribers STILL have to pay! Unfair.. It's completely unfair that a print subscriber must pay for the digital version. Very uncool and greedy of the publication to do this to loyal customers. I hope this changes, or I won't renew my print subscription when it runs out.

Complete Rip Off. I have a longtime subscription, I would love to be able to browse my magazine while I am waiting, but I refuse to pay a second time! Poor service, I will be rethinking my subscription.

Too much trouble. It is way too much trouble to use the Hearst publication apps because every month I have to log back into my iTunes account to restore my purchase history. Without doing this, I can never download the newest issues.

Can't open. Loved the magazine but now the program won't even open just flickers and quits disappointing

App doesn't finish loading. I have over a year's worth of a subscription online ( I cancelled my subscription for a bit to catch up but I still paid for 18 issues I should still have access to) and the app doesn't load. Tried mutiple times and rebooted twice. Frustrated.

Really???. Why do we have to pay for an iPad subscription if we already get the print version? Ridiculous! Get with the times Country Living.

No online issues with print subscription. I subscribe to the print edition and am disappointed there is only an option to buy issues and not download the issues and keep them on my device, to read. So it's a pretty useless app to me.

iPad not free with print?. It's pretty ridiculous that the iPad subscription does not come free with the print one. Needs to be rectified immediately. Every other magazine of its ilk does this, why can't Country Living? Serious misstep.

iPad version. I already have a paid print subscription. I shouldn't have to pay for iPad version. I don't with vanity fair or with southern living. You should y Take care of this for your subscribers. Terri gasparis

Country living. Best magazine for relax, comfortable ideas for home decorating.

Too many issues with App. Paid for subscription and wouldn't allow me to log in. Contacted customer service and once that issue was resolved I couldn't view the issues, it was requiring I pay for every issue even though I am subscribed.

Love love love. I love this magazine! I wish I can afford some of the designs!

Unhappy reader. This ap does not even open. I cannot delete it from my iPad, and it is now taking up space on my screen, with no use. Please help me to delete it.

Country Living. Great magazine. Very creative ideas!

App Has Stopped Restoring Purchases Under iOS 8.1. Please fix the app to reflect current status as subscriber via iTunes and enable "restore past purchases". The app use to work just fine prior to the iOS 8.1 update. Please fix soon so I don't have to cancel my subscription!

Love 💖. I love this magazine, and have subscribed for years. This digital version is just as good as the hard copy.

The Best. 💓💕💞💕💓 I love this magazine❣.. And now being able to read it online, it makes it more convenient and even better❣ 💓💕💞💕💓

Country Living Magazine. Could not get the app for iPad even though I subscribe to the magazine. So really they want you to pay twice once for digital, and one for magazines sent through the mail. The magazine is not that good to pay twice. Save your money, I am canceling my subscription when it runs out.

Nothing to work with. I currently subscribe to the print version but there is nowhere in the app that will allow me to pull in the subscription. It says to click on the green button next to the publication you want to download and already have in print, but there is NO green button. App = worthless to me.

Password???. Whe and how does one change their password??? Would be nice to have someway to do this.

No Love for Subscription holders?. Very disappointed that you have to pay for digital version even if you have a print subscription. I'm sure it costs money to develop them but there should be some leeway for subscribers!

What happened???. I had all my issues now they are gone. If I pay for print you should allow access to online for free. And magazine companies wonder why no one subscribes any more! Get with the times!

Print subscriber should get free digital. Still love you country living!

iPad version not included. Along with several other print subscribers I'm disappointed also that the iPad isn't included as my other subscriptions are. I hope Country Living changes this policy before I end my subscription

No iPad access?. Was so excited to think that since I receive the print edition, that I would then also be able to access the digital edition on my iPad-NOT! Very disappointing...

Why don't print subscribers get free access?. So many other magazines provide free digital access. Why not Country Living. I'm a long time subscriber to print edition.... Now have to decide between the two. Not happy.....

Greed much?. Back issues are a poor substitution for print subscribers who deserve the content as part of their print subscription. Old media just can't fully change with the times.

Why should I pay twice?. I agree with the review complaining about no access for print subscribers. The print subscription is not cheap. If I'm already a subscriber I should have digital access.

No digital access for print subscribers?!. So...I can't have access to the digital version even though I am a print subscriber? They can fix this easily with a log in. Disappointing as I am a new print subscriber and, as of today, a new iPad owner.

Country on my IPad Luv it❤️. So much to see, read and dream about in all the issues. My first digital magazine and I luv the ease of use, easy to read format.

Country Living App. Disappointed that I can't use my existing Country Living subscription (which I've had for more than 20 yrs) to get the online version. Would think that current subscribers wouldn't have to pay again to view digital version. Won't be keeping this app!

Country living magazine. Why doesn't Country Living have an app to make the digital version available to their print subscribers? I'm able to get most of my other magazines this way. FRUSTRATING!!!

Glitchy. I tap on my magazine then it will start to go to it, but then it goes back to the list of magazines and I have to tap again before it will download. Why?

Just transferred to digital version. I cannot open on my iPad!!!! My iPad is the first generation. What's going on with this????? If not fixed ASAP I will cancel my digital version & go back to my standard magazine subscription!!!! Barbara

Slow to load. I use to enjoy this magazine, but now that I get the digital edition I don't bother with it as often because it takes five minutes to load each article,...one...at...a...time

I can't believe I don't get digital access!. I've been a subscriber since the first issue. Why doesn't CL offer this? Ridiculous, and will make me make a serious decision come renewal time.

Spectacular. Love this magazine, in print or on my iPhone. It's great and I'm always inspired!!

Cannot download. Like others have reported, I too am paying for a digital subscription that I cannot download. What is being done to remedy this? Does anyone at the magazine actually pay attention to these reviews?

Sad. Very sad that since I have a paid subscription to the magazine I'm not given the iPad version. All of my other subscriptions offer this for free.

Disappointed. Was very disappointed with this app. I am a print subscriber and thought that I'd have free access to the iPad version, as i do with other publications, but apparently not. Don't waste your time here, print subscribers.

Why not free for regular magazine subscription?. It would be nice to be able to download it when you already have a paid magazine subscription by mail. I usually don't get my copy until late in the month after its released due to living overseas. Very unfair.

Double-dipping. Shame on you for charging paid print customers a second time to get iPad access to the same magazines they already receive.
