I Like It!. This app makes it easy to keep track of income and expenses. Doesn't require an Internet connection or personal info. Just keeps financial record and shows it all in a streamlined and simple UI. Makes it easy to enter data whenever there is something to update.

Love the app, but.... I purchased the full version of the app with my old phone. When I had to get a new phone without the chance to load the backup, I redownloaded the app via App Store on the purchased apps, it only uploaded the trial version. It's saying I have to purchase the full version again. Will someone help me with this issue! Besides that, I use the app every time I buy something. It helps me manage my spending and keeps me on check.

NICE!. Have had this for a few years. It’s always up to date and no issues. Straight forward. I like the layout. Simple and does what it’s designed to do.

Easy & intuitive. Although I am still in the honeymoon stage with this app, already I feel it is straight-forward to figure out & use. It seems very adaptable to my needs, too. I even look forward to recording & tracking my expenses. Now three years later, I still love the app and recommend it to others whenever possible. Very simple, usable, and helpful.

Love this app BUT....... I love this app is very simple to use you don’t have to attach your banking and personal information to it. I would have given it five stars if the description would’ve said upfront that after 13 entries you have to pay and I wish that my spouse would be able to login so we can use the same expense tracker since we’re in the same house. I hope the developers come up with a way that two people can use it or if there’s a login that we can login and use the app but other than that is exactly what I was looking for what I needed and even $29 a yearIs not a bad price!

Update Annoyance: PLEASE FIX!. Ever since the latest update (one week ago) every time I open and/or navigate through the app, I get a pop up alert that the app is not connected to iCloud. I’ve tried turning on and turning off iCloud for the app in settings. I’ve restarted my phone and did those things all over again, but still have the same problem. PLEASE FIX!

Currency changer. It doesn’t say where to change the currency ... I had one currency and then couldn’t change it to another one .... I just deleted it and I’m hoping I can change it after I download it again 🙈🙈

iPhone X problem. Wait wait wait let me get this straight i paid for this app now i have to pay for a deluxe edition just to get the iPhone X bug fixes?? I used to be able to see income and expense now i can only see expense since i had my iPhone X

Keep it simple. I love the simplicity of this app. I just use it to keep track of cash expenditures. I was able to set up my own four categories and get a total at the end of the month. It is great.

Best spending app out there. Used it for over ten years now to track my personal and business spending and income all in one place. Super easy to use. Not like other confusing and expensive apps out there. This is SUPER easy to use. Definitely recommending it to everyone.

Great but. I love this app but the app could be better if I can readily access my Debit Card... Other then that I give it 5 stars.

Great replacement for my Excel spreadsheet, but I would like to see other features implemented.. After some time playing around with the app it seems like it could replace my Excel work book, but I would like to see features like the ability to import transactions from credit cards and bank accounts as well as cloud support. . I would be more than happy to pay for those extra features. In the meantime I think I will stay with the free version.. I also want to comment the fact that I am a screen reader user, and I must say that this app seems very accessible with Voiceover in iOS.

App was working great until like yesterday. This app was doing its job then suddenly started asking me to connect to enable icloud in settings which is switched on. The worst part about that is a whole years worth expense and income recording is completely gone. Not cool.

Suggestion. Hi there👋👋👋 Thanks for this great app🌹🌹❤️❤️ I have 2 suggestion. First of all there is no search based on date. It’s an important point. And second It will be graet if the app be able to get us a complete report that included every thing like : date , name , amount , note etc. And it will be fantastic if the app be able to send out this reportin into PDF to save on memory. I will pay much money to buy an app like this 🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹

Crashing. I've loved this app & have used it for years but it crashes as soon as I try to open it now. 5 stars for the years of use. 0 for the fact that I can't even open it now.

Change Name field. I love this app, except for one issue. When I start to type in a name for someplace that I spend a lot of money (for instance, where I get gas for my car), I have to type in the whole name. It would be nice if this worked like Google and filled in the name based on the first few letters.

Great. It's useful and I put in first page of my phone, unfortunately I faced an issue when I export the report in Arabic it’s can’t be read.

It was an awesome app until the latest update.. I used to love this app until the new update. It’s very annoying to have the msg pop up every time I’m using the app. Like every 5-10 secs. I’ve been using this app for so many years. If they don’t fix it, I’ll find the new app to use.

Amazing app!!. I’ve been using this for YEARS and it’s exactly what I wanted - not too complicated and not too simple. I can do EXACTLY what I want — as much or as little as I want. I can customize stuff if I want to get fancy but don’t have to. Way better than Mint and all the other apps I’ve tried. The fee is totally reasonable and all your data is backed up so it survives new phones and system resets and all that stuff. I’m doing a new budget overhaul with spreadsheets and will be redoing my categories for expenses in the app and I know it’ll be a SNAP. Such a great app — all the function and none of the confusing frills. So user friendly!!

Export works with iPhone email app. I could not export the report via email. The problem was that I was using the red GMAIL APP for email on my iphone. When I installed the Blue Apple IPhone APP, It worked. Thanks

Has Become Like A Limb. I use it every single day. Has helped me to keep my finances in order. Don't know what I would do without it. Do wish it let you edit entries and add pictures.

Good if you pay.. In order for this app to be useful you must pay to get the full version with a unlimited number of spots to fill. Everything works well and I recommend it for anyone who wants to track money in a simple and easy way.

Good app needs autofill. This app is great and easy to use. But it’s a pain to have to type the entire name of expenses or income sources from scratch with no autofill

My business. I love this app it helps me keep track of my money I make for my business and it is just over all a grate app and easy to use.

Some changes happened. I’ve been using this spending tracker for a couple of years. I recently re-downloaded the app on my new phone and it’s not letting me add more than 18 transactions. That’s never happened before. It’s telling me to upgrade to pro.... I cannot even find a pro version to download. I don’t understand what is going on. I’m disappointed.

Five years of records GONE. Some sort of mandatory update resulted in the deletion of ALL data for five+ years. “Customer service” did not respond for a couple of months, and then could not fix. Do NOT use if you have important records to save. (Also, found an app that has better options and ability to edit categories, etc.)

Keeps crashing. This app has been great for me, but recently every time I try to view the expense pie chart, it crashes if I change the time frame, so I can only view the last month. Very annoying.

Improve one thing and 4 stars all day. This is my go to app to track my spending. Wish the balance from each month would carryover to rhe next month automatically.

Ease of BackUp Files Suggestion. It would be nice to have previous exported data be easily transferable to the phone rather than have it saved by ICloud Backup with the rest of data in the device. I lost data from May 22 to August 11 with weak public WIFI at the Apple Store. No WIFI at home during COVID Pandemic. I backed up spending and income from June 2012 to present day August 17, 2020.

Lacks options. Hi this app is kinda ok. It lacks options like editing the income i had to reinstall the app to update the income. I paid the app i thought it would come with more options. Update also the look 2020 is coming already.

Lost everything-it’s not free. I’m not sure what happened with this app. I lost everything from 2013 till present. They upgraded and disappointed with this app. You can only do 18 transactions per month than they try to get you to pay

Easy to use. I love this app! I’ve been using it for more than 2 years now and I haven’t had a problem. It keeps me on track and I can easily go back to past entries.

PLEASE FIX THIS APP. Horrible update. this app is not what it used to be. An password message keeps popping up every time you open the app because it wants you to download their other app. Also the calendar is the most useless update ever. So hard to input dates. The scroll calendar was much better.

Love this app!. I have been using this app for years and I love it! I am paying for the subscription, but because of the bugs, the system doesn’t recognize that sometimes and I can’t use it. If they could fix that I’d give 5 stars.

Great tool. Such a basic tool to track spending. Manual input required, but that is all I need to tailor my spending tracking the way I want!

Wonderful. Easy to use and see at a glance what you have spent. I used it for tracking vacation expenses, but it would be great for day-to-day budgeting as well.

Great and easy. I love this app! Is super usefull! The only thing you can't do is to set an specific hour for the transactions, but besides that is perfect and super easy to use!

All info wiped out. App is very simple with very basic features. I used it for tracking income and expenses for a rental property. I recently upgraded my phone and ALL info typed into this app got wiped out (two years worth of info). It doesn’t allow iCloud to backup any data. Be very cognizant about downloading this app. It’s garbage or at least don’t use it for anything serious, because you just might lose it all.

This is the one. I’ve tried pretty much all the budgeting apps (mint, ynab, every dollar, etc.) and the reason this one is the best is because you don’t need an account, it doesn’t link to any bank, there are no ads, it’s a one time purchase (and not a subscription, get outta here), and it’s super simple and straightforward. If you’re looking for a totally customizable budget that is just you putting in pluses and minuses, grouped into categories you want, this is absolutely the one you want. My ONE caveat that I wish they would fix is allowing you to re-order your expense categories after you create them. Very small critique, though.

You get what you pay for. This is free and it would be 3 stars but it crashes on a regular basis when I try to look back at reports. It does not let you create recurring expenses or order the list of expenses and it often won’t load a correct report until you switch tabs multiple times. I’ve been using it for several months and hope to find a better alternative.

Trashed. I purchased the pro version of this app a long time ago so I could use recurring transactions. However, now it is saying I didn't purchase it (I have the receipt from the App Store) and the recurring transactions won't show up. Actually, three of them out of the 12 show up, and I can't get any support because the help button doesn't work. I tried to sign up for the app support but it won't let me register. I am completely annoyed. The app worked for me for a while but now it's worthless. What happened?!

Simple, effective, accessible. I continue to thoroughly enjoy this app. It is so easy to use to help me to keep track of my basic accounting needs. I also appreciate it’s recurring transaction feature that allows me to plan for fixed withdrawals or deposits in advance. I also appreciate the new Face ID feature. Most importantly for me, the app has been and continues to be fully accessible in every way for blind/VoiceOver users. Thanks greatly to the iSpending development and design team!

Crashes all the time but great for day to day tracking. I love the set up of this app and the habit of filling in my expenses every day and the ability to create new categories. It does crash all the time when you try to look at the 12 month view and I really wish the 12mo view was more dynamic than just the current month and 12 months back from that

Neat App (also fixed icloud). Neat app where everything is manual as opposed to automatic. You can add recurring expenses, categories etc. They also fixed the annoying icloud messages that was introduced with either the last update or ios update.

Love this app!. I love this app because it is completely manual and I have total control over everything that goes i it, versus apps that are connected to bank accounts. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish it had auto fill for the categories. I find myself typing in the same names again and again, which is a waste of time. The other thing I wish it had is subcategories. For example, I would like to have one category be “home” expenses, and then be able to break that down into subcategories like rent, utilities and repairs. And just a heads up for new users, it doesn’t save your info past the calendar year. It still stores it and you can get all the data by exporting an excel file, but it won’t show up on the app. So that’s pretty annoying.

Easy to use.... But needs one more feature. The ability to add a photo of a receipt with each expense item. Thanks.

Awesome app!. Works absolutely great and fast! After comparing several apps, this is by far the best. Only thing missing is an ability to set cycle (weekly, monthly), and by default it is monthly.

So far so good. I have only just started using this app and so far it's pretty good to use and being so user friendly is a bonus. The only thing that I would like changed or added is to have the days when you're entering the date. This would make it easier of when payment is coming out in that week or month.

Backup help. This appears to be a great app and I just paid for pro version on my iPad. I need to back up all entries but there’s no cloud facility or sharing between devices. I was even prepared to pay for pro version on two devices but it won’t let me. For added security, is there a way around this? Can I have an email address to contact app developer directly?

It's an very useful and needed app. This is a quick app to note your expense on d spot. Easier to add n track Just that if the report is generated with category wise it will be useful!!

Worth it!. The only app I have found worth buying the full version. Such a great way to keep track of how much you are saving, to help you budget better. Definitely recommend!

BEST APP TO BUDGET ON. I love this app ! now I can see where my money is going instead of all a million receipts everywhere ! and it makes it easy when it's in plain English and easy to understand. I got the upgrade and best 1.99 ever spent !

Great but some setbacks. Super useful, easy to use, fine UI, simple enough! Also makes me super aware of my spending for the first time!!! If only they had some way of showing me where I could easily reduce spending... Maybe on recurring costs or something?? HOWEVER big setback is that they don't have different 'sheets' to represent different accounts or whatever, and I can't seem to reset everything back to zero now that i want to redo things to make them more accurate. NEED MULTIPLE BALANCE SHEETS so you can use this to closely monitor spending/income for a specific extended event, say, a trip away.

Great app. Very handy app to keep track of your expenses and too see where your money is going. A tweak might be to check your expenses by category; for example if you wanted to see how much you've spent on food or entertainment during a week/month, then you could do that. Otherwise, definitely worth having.

Clear and simple. This app is good. It is simple to use and show the accounts clear. Have a report by week, by month and by year. I like it.

Excellent!!. I’ve used this app for many years, it’s simple, easy to use and works as expected. The other money apps out there are to fancy, making them too difficult to use. This one also works best when using cash a lot.

A bit too simple. A good app I have used for many years. Some important functions are lacking though. Would like to be able to customise date ranges on reports tab, make a fortnightly recurring transaction, and customise the listed order of income and expenses.

Like the App. Think this app is very good just one thing I would like to see and that's the ability to change the date format the txt file is created with a default date of mm/dd/yyyy would like the option to change the format to dd/mm/yyyy would save issues when importing the txt file into excel at the moment am using a csv file editor to change the date format other than that I like the app and use it daily

Fantastic app.. This is a fantastic app, I usually keep a hand written book and add up what I have spent each week. With this app I can record all of my purchases on the go, then add my income and the app will automatically calculate my income. Plus upgrading to the full version is cheaper than purchasing a new exercise book. Highly recommend this app for people trying to save money, because it can track your spending as a percentage of income instantaneously!!

Beautiful. This is a simple, user friendly app to keep track of what you spend and what you earn. Exactly what I was looking for. However, if you are after more options like adding more accounts and get a classified report, for example, what you spent on cigaret during the last month, this is not for you I suppose.

Sharing on other devices. Love this app but its a pity I can’t share from my phone to my iPad. I would love to be able to track the same budget on both. Lost one star for this reason.

Improvements needed. Downloaded the app and enjoying using it especially the way it gives you graphs on your usage. Date options could be an improvement in the reports. Sometime when you enter a name for the expense the date information can disappear from detail view.

Just saying. Practical, easy to handle, and simple. I think it's a nice way of follow up your expending, and identify where is ur money going if u keep track on ur finances.

Easy to use. I am really enjoying using this app. It's easy to use and serves my purpose which is to record all my expenses for each month. I want to know where all my money goes! I also like the pie chart which shows the categories of my expenditure in a snapshot.

Need improvement. I think it is better if the graph could show each type of expenses so that the user could know how big they spend on each portion. Tq!

NOT HAPPY!!. This App is fairly easy to use BUT: I had to pay $3.79 again to download it for my iPad even though I'd paid $3.79 for it on iPhone. It should sync between devices using Cloud for $7.58!!! I won't use it again until it syncs between devices. I'd also like a refund of $3.79 for the Pro version on my iPad. Looks like it's back to My WB +

No Fortnight Option. Good app, just lacks the ability to have a fortnight option for expenses.

Excellent 4.5/5, but needs export function.. Fantastic app. Simple and effective! I'd like to Give it 4.5/5 stars, but that was not an option. Most importantly, I'd like to request that in the next update you add a Export function; preferably in .csv and/or PDF with/without pie chart reports.

Budgets made easy. Simple and easy to use. Quickly add my income and subtract my spendings and know exactly how much I had left. Love it! =)

Asks you to pay after 18 transactions :(. Was really enjoying this app until it told me to upgrade to pro if I wanted to do more than 18 transactions rendering it useless after a week. Worth more than 1 star in the first couple of days but really it is useless after about a week

Very neat little expense tracking app. I really like this app - it's nice and neat, straight forward and easy to use. Provides some nice basic reports and all the info i need to help me track what i'm spending my money on. I RATED ONLY 4 STARS BECAUSE: You cannot choose what day the week starts. By default it reports a week starting on Sunday. I would like to change it so the reporting of a weekly spend starts on Monday.

Good app. A very useful app. I paid for the full version after trying the free one. Could do with some improvements. A fortnight regular payment for one. Also, when you have a few categories I have found that at least one colour doesn't correspond to the pie chart.

Works like a charm. This is the first app I’ve used of this type and I’m quite pleased with how it works. I can see my spending and earnings at a glance. If the developers are looking for improvement, I would love to use it in horizontal mode since it’s a little awkward using it with a keyboard. Also, the pre-defined categories are great but everyone has a little different lifestyle and having one or two user defined categories would be great. All in all, well worth the money!

Looks good but. It doesn't allow u to set up recurring income like for ur salary. Deleted this app

Not free!!. After entering 18transactions, i have been told to buy the premium version. Such a disapointment! It would have been a great app if it offers unlimited transactions.

Used to be good, but now it wants me to upgrade. I used this app several years ago and loved it. I just started using it again, and after 18 entries it says I need to upgrade to the Pro version if I want to add any more transactions. The older version allowed unlimited entries. Very disappointed, and will be looking for a different app.

Expences. Would like it more if I could reorganize & add/delete categories easier. Tree needs seem to arise regularly. And, if I could make changes & shift between categories; that’s all I need!!

Works well, some oversights. I like this app. Biggest flaw is lack of biweekly recurring events but solvable with duplicate events. Would be nice to share pro license between two iOS devices after purchasing.

Reoccurring transactions not right. If you're like most people and are receive your pay on a biweekly schedule, this apps not for you. You can enter all pay in on the first of the month but it's not truly accurate. Average app thats not worth $2.99.

NOT free, it's a trial.. 18 transactions then it locks you out until you purchase the upgrade. Doesn't mention this anywhere in the descriptions. Totally underhanded.

Good idea but improvements needed. This app is easy to use. However, my iPhone says that it is slowing it down. No new versions have been made since 2014??! Do you really think it is so good that you can't improve on it. Read the reviews of others for improvement ideas. I'll wait a bit longer for improvements before looking for another app.

Great App. This app really is good at helping to track different incomes and expenses, very well. It is also good for comparing months, years, and where each dollar is spent/made by category. Worth the purchase of full version 100% !!

Not worth it. Very basic. You can find a lot better App for free. There are no filters and you can’t track activity in a calendar year.

About restore purchase. I was having pro version of this app in my old phone. But due to malfunction of the phone I changed it to new phone. When I installed it again, It was showing to buy again.

A few entries and then you need to pay. I’m okay using a free app and seeing ads everywhere. However, if you give me ads and don’t allow me to have more than 18 entry unless I give you $40 CAD a year I’ll just go and look elsewhere.

So simple ... Exactly what I want!. I have tried other apps only to be frustrated because of their complexity. This app is NOT frustrating at all. It does simple income and expense (based on category) documentation. The only thing I would love is the ability to take pics of the receipts but otherwise, if you're looking for an app that is effective and easy to use, this is the one for you!

Simple to use - excellent. I've downloaded (and paid for) a bunch of apps just to simply track my spending. I didn't want anything too involved and, of the bunch, this is the one I've settled on. The interface is easy and the feedback is visual about where your money is going. If the developers are reading then it would be nice to change the currency symbol - I'm using £s but have to have the $ symbol as it's the only one.

Great app but..... On iPhone 11 fonts are way too small on home page..it could be easily 3 times bigger.. On iPad Pro it is perfect and fonts are just fine but-dark mode would be very appreciated

Appreciate the freebie. Comments here run the gamut, so there is nothing to add. The app has flaws and weaknesses, but it has given me a hand-up tracking my household income and expenses and showing me money, in the final tally, still not spent, which is a big plus. It does the math for me. On one occasion, I couldn't delete an entry; it would disappear, only to come back the next time. I solved that error by uninstalling and then reinstalling, being mindful of saving a screenshot of all income and expenses for re-entry. I’ve been using the app for over five years and haven’t found anything better that suits my personal needs re: keeping my financial house in order. I still have to see the full potential of the app, but it's helped in keeping me solvent. The ads are not so intrusive as to completely turn me off, so thanks for that.

Most used app in my phone. Extremely easy to you and very functional. Love that I can see exactly where and how my money is spent. Worth buying the app and only app I even considered paying for!

Only App I like. Simple yet effective tracking, my only suggestion would be to customize categories so you can allocate your expenses (basic needs & wants) so it will show on the graphs in color code.

Avis sur iDépenses. Ok, mais sans plus. Un “ tutorial” serait utile. J’ai déjà eu une application qui se souvenait des endroits habituels de mes achats et me les suggérait lors de l’inscription des données ( cette application n’a plus été disponible à la suite d’une mise à jour du système). Une fois que je me suis envoyé mon bilan mensuel, je n’arrive plus à retrouver mes dépenses par catégories pour les mois précédents.

Helpful but one big issue for me.... This app has been very practical and beneficial for me to keep track of my income and expenses. I'm enjoying organizing my spending a bit. My only wish is that the pie chart and percentages given actually made sense. IMHO the income should be 100% of the percentage and the pie chart. The spending should be red and the savings green. I don't understand why the savings isn't in the chat or percentages at all. If you can't change it would you please explain it for me? Maybe if it made sense I could get used to it and live with it. :-) Thanks! Very good deal for the free one and I'm very satisfied other than that one thing.

Worthless app. If I could give this zero stars I would, I downloaded the pro version so I could add recurring payments and it doesn't have the option for biweekly which is what I need. I'm not getting a reply back from the app developers and I want my money back since the app is useless to me

🙌. The only app I use every day. After i make a purchase, I never leave my car without entering in the cost, category, and amt. I just spent. This app is user-friendly. It makes a comparison between income and spending with pie charts. The best part about it is how easily it splits up what you spent $ on. It's quick to enter and exit too. You can make your own categories which are then color coordinated. It's perfect! And for income, because I wait tables, i love how I can just enter in my daily cash income while waiting in line to make a deposit, then scroll back to compare over the past few days, weeks, or even months. Just make it a habit right away and keep your titles short so they don't overlap with your income box in the overview section. You'll see what I mean. Get it, yo. ✌️

Great but a few simple upgrades could make it better. This app is very simple. I use it every time I pay for anything and I can keep Track of my balance. Please add the following features a per day/week/month budget target that shows how much you have left to spend. An option to have more than one account. A per day/week/month graph that shows total spending so you can see if you are spending more or less than previous days/weeks/months. If these features were added i would purchase the pro version

Sharing. It would be nice to share information with my husband so we can keep track together and add our expenses individually

Limited transaction. There are Limited transaction in this app. Only 18 transactions can be added. This limit should be extended to 100 atleast

Unreliable. Had this app for a year, used it until it crashed and lost all the financial data I had accumulated for a year.

I rely on it. Works great. It's part of my freelancers life! Great for taxes and billing and general budgeting

Perfect For eBay Tracking. My dad and I have a contest on who can make the most money over the summer from Estate Sale Hunting and then flipping on eBay. This is perfect for us because we can see what we seem to buy in trends. Also it is so simple to use. If you have a small business I would say you should move a little bit higher than this in terms of financial tracking. However for just a basic wallet thought, it is perfect. When I bought this I was expecting to delete it because what I needed was so simple but this has turned out to be perfect. This is truly a good money-tracking app.

Can’t export. Please help!!!. Please help!! Can’t export my data. Whenever I tab export, it always says “couldn’t send emails. Please check internet connection and retry” what is this? I remember the exporting feature worked before. Anything changed??

Suggestions. I like the app, but I feel like it could do much more. The app would be more helpful if one could export the quarterly/monthly charts and graphs along with the list of income and expenses. It would be cool if it had the ability for users to have the option of making plans. Such as, “I want to save 40% of my income this month,” and the app could tell you if you're getting close to reaching your limit based on income history. I would also like the app to be able to remind users to log their expenses for the day. I forgot to log mine for about 6 weeks and now it's taking forever for me to catch up on what I haven't logged.

Convenient enough to use every day. This is an nice and easy-to-use app. If it had a few more categories to separate leisure spent funds, and other things like tobacco or booze (which we can put in other categories like personal or general) i would give it a full five stars just because it would cut out the necessity to write in the notes exactly what that (general or personal) expense was. Either way im happy to be able to use this on my mobile rather than waiting til i get home to put all the data in my excel budgeting program. Looking forward to the next update team!! :)

Good Basic App. The app functions well, but its not the most professional looking interface. There isn't much in the way of customizing. You can add your own categories but you can not choose their color. If you would like to see your entries grouped by category instead of date, you have to use the search function. The only visual aid is a pie chart. There are no bar graphs or point charts. And as far as categories for your purchases go, there is just one level of categorization. Some sub-categories would go a long way in terms of organization. I felt the way I was pressured into purchasing the app was a little underhanded. It wasn't made obvious to me that the free version had a finite amount of entries per month, and I didn't discover this until I bumped into it after keeping track for a while. I didn't want to lose my progress so I caved and bought it. $3 isn't a bad price but I have bought apps with more features for less in the past. Other than that I have enjoyed using the app. It has changed my purchasing habits and definitely helps me keep myself in check. The chart is a great way to visualize the money that I use. Recommended because I'm not aware of a better app.

Description is not complete. This app is free but you can add up to 18 transactions in each month. Pro version is not limited to this features probably. Overall, interface is not fascinating but simplicity was noticeable.

Super Awesome App. It's a really great app. The free version only allows 18 transactions to be recorded. I ended up purchasing the full app because it's simple to use, super user friendly and you can see where your money goes if using the category feature. It helps me stay on budget instead of guessing how much is left on my card and havering the unfortunate "card declined" issue at check out. Also when knowing exactly how much you have left till payday helps you make smarter choices on what to buy.

Great way to manage money. I love using this app to keep track of my spending. I chose this over a couple other apps because I liked how I could add custom income/expense categories and custom costs. It's great to see it broken down so many ways, with just the money value or in the pie chart to see where my spending is going. The only thing that is driving me CRAZY with the newest upgrade is that when adding a new transaction and I need to backspace, it deletes the entire content of what I just typed. Something small but drives my absolutely batty.

Make it better. Need ability to have multiple accounts. Ie cash, credit1, credit2 etc. Looks a lot like the app i was trying to replace cuz of ios - really liked imoney tracker

Very useful. A coworker recommended it. I am so pleased that I bought it for $2.99. I had the free version but I couldn't resist. It keeps me from over drafting my bank account since you all know some things don't come out the bank for three business days. I'm glad I got this and that if I ever question when did I buy something I have it there and notes I put down what is for. But know that sometimes you might forget to use the app and you might if bought something and that is a big no no. Remember to always use it an that way you won't be negative. I also round amounts off to save me $$$$ 😃

Labels for Pie Chart. This app is about as user friendly as they get. Super easy to learn. But I agree with cowgirl; labels in the pie chart, or even better, color coordination that correlates with the % data would be an excellent addition to a future update. As of now you have to guess which slice of the pie goes to what %. If this app would've had that feature I would've instantly bought the pro version because it has everything else I want, 9 out of 10 ain't bad though, but since it doesn't it's back to searching for the holy grail of finance apps : (

Not worth the try. I got this and it’s simple enough. But I can’t upgrade and even though I purchased the pro version (which is also not really worth it) I could not import the data & categories I already entered...

Not a budget app. Great for seeing where your $ goes. If you're just starting to keep track of your $ it's great. If you're looking for more, don't think this is the app for you. It's not free if you plan on actually using it. But it is worth purchasing. I'm new to smart phones and was looking for a budget app. This only tracks spending, not future expenses. But it is called "iSpending" so I should've realized it's only useful if you need to figure out where your money went. Personally, I would like to be able to look ahead. I wish it had: an option to add a savings account. If I make a transfer in real life, I add it as an expense and also as income under my "savings" category. That way I can see on the expense chart the % I'm saving, and still keep my net $ accurate. Change I would make: on charts, keep the color the same for categories from month to month. It's a pain to look through the bottom every time I want to see what I've spent on a particular expense, as the color is never the same switching between months.

Tricky. I love the ap simple and handy for putting in my daily expenses However after entering 6 months of income and expense i tried to edit a category and it didn’t let me so i had to erase the category go back and look through the 6 months entree to find the un categories amounts!! Exhausting job. Then I wasn’t sure if i had already put in a amount from a receipt so that I had on my statement so I put in the amount in the search bar clicked amount and the amount didn’t show. then i tried by category and it showed. I have also seen that searching for numbers I was sure i had put into didn’t show up when i looked for the amount in the search bar! then when I printed out the 6 months what I got was income, expenses and dates totally mixed together! in one long sheet!!!!!! plus the balance didn’t match my records and i went over it several time so a waste of my precious time!!! so unless they fix the bug I recommend. Icompte much more reliable and it also has a laptop version!!!

Beautiful!. I like the fact that the pie chart and a quick summary of total income & spending all reside in home page. It's a minimalist design. One can always click on the detail transaction to go to the next page, if he/she wishes. Some other apps have pie chart showing slides of all kind of spending categories which is too much clutter. This app show slides of only income and spending on pie chart which is good for me because i am a big-picture person. All i want to see, at least at a quick glance, is the total income, spending, and net saving. I love this app a lot. I don't have any negative thing to say about this app, for now.

What it misses. -Wish it did autofill and would remember past entries (ie: I grocery shop at Whole Foods regularly, eat a few regular joints and it seems silly to have to manually enter every time), not just reoccurring transactions. -You should be able to organize your expense category lists as you wish, as well as alpha ascending/descending option. I would choose to organize in order of frequency. But, for tracking my spending for a few months so I can make accurate budget it will do. The things I listed seem like easy fixes and should have been intuitive in the design, especially for the pro-version.

Really, really good expense tracker. Finance apps generally fall into one of two categories: 1) Mint or "Mint like," or 2) expense trackers and budget builders. This app falls into category 2. Having tried about four others, this is the best expense tracker I've worked with for these reasons: It's very quick and easy to use; it lets you customize categories on the fly; it's intuitive; it doesn't contain any juvenile or stupid icons, and it does exactly what it is designed to do without any superfluous or extraneous functions. Five stars.

Great app but lacks one key feature. This is a great and very simple app. No really like the features. There are many others apps out there that make it so hard to enter an income or expense. You have to select a category & a subcategory. But this app is simple & effective. So why only three stars? It lacks a very important & convenient feature... back up & multi devise sync through the iCloud. This is the only thing that this app is lacking to be perfect for my needs. This feature would definitely make this a five star app. With iCloud back up and sync a husband and wife (for example) can simultaneously keep track of expenses and balances. I hope they are working on it.

Love it. So easy to keep up with your bills ! A MUST to have.

Needs ipad syncing and bug fixes. This app is easy to use and a great budget tool, but it is buggy and frequently does not display cost or description in the "details" section. I contacted the dev team about this and they tried to fix it, I think, but the problems still persist on my phone. The best improvement they could make would be to turn this into a universal app and sync info with the ipad. This app is useful because of its convenience in the iPhone. Not many people are going to carry their ipad around with them or go back and enter info on ipad later, especially when it's already on the phone. For the cost of the app it should definitely sync with the ipad. Hopefully this will happen soon.

Nothing too Fancy. It's a nice, simple program that does what it says it does. It's an easy way to track your spending and break it down by category into a nice visual depiction. I've always had trouble keep a register (i.e., too lazy) but with this app makes it easy to immediately input expenses. And being able to visualize where your money is going is very useful and this app makes it easy to do so. I would buy it again and I'd recommend it unless you're terrified of easily knowing how little money you have.

Absolutely the best!. I needed an app to get my accounts in order. Whereas I could only use this for my checking account, I faithfully use it with ease. I absolutely appreciate the password which is manually set if you feel a need to use one (which I do without a shred of second thought). Yes, it's free for the first 18 transactions, but worth the tiny $3 for full access. I'd have willingly paid more even! My only desire would be to add more accounts onto the app, then it would be stellar to have one go-to app.
