Not bad, but not awesome either.. There is an App on my iPhone that is called MoonPhase, when I originally purchased it, I was an excellent rival to the original version of this very app. Unfortunately MoonPhase is no longer available in the AppStore. There were a few small features that made it exceptionally better than this one. For starters, it Howled when it was a FULL MOON, secondly, it gave you the option to SPECIFY/CHOOSE the time, day and month to see exactly what the moon would look like or what phase it would exactly be in for that Specific Choosing. Other than that, I must say that this app is quite good. Just wish it allowed more room for people to customize the date/time to know what the moon would be like at a particular/specific time.

Very fun app especially if your ruling planet is the moon. And before you start yes we are all aware that the moon isn’t really a planet. However My zodiac sign is Cancer and it is my ruling heavenly body. Cancers are a cardinal sign. A water sign. The ruling zodiac sign. And if you are really into the moon or affected by the moon or just like to watch the moon this app is tons of fun. I can actually trace how I’m feeling by where the moon is and I have a special connection to water as well so this is a very fun app if you’re really into the moon, but you do have to know what you’re looking at in order to get the most use out of it. People that say they don’t get it or give bad reviews, don’t understand the various cycles, or how to use the app and what it’s showing you. The moon is constantly moving through different signs of the zodiac as it goes around the earth and the earth goes around the sun. Familiarize yourself with the cycles and you will have a lot more fun with this application and you’ll find yourself checking it daily.

Wondrous and Practical. I’ve been using this app for years. It started out as a pleasant distraction. The app was well considered, fun to use, and full of useful information. Over the years I have been impressed by the layers of information which have been added and the way that information is organized. I now use it everyday. It makes me feel good about understanding my favorite heavenly body.

All I need.... Only a couple things missing... One is the option to put the daily lunar "sign" as the start screen, and the other is adding the Solar calendar (solar days "signs"). The last thing would be to be able to choose the time as well as dates in the past to get more accurate information in looking at dates and times in the past. Otherwise, I LOVE how accurate this is, how the time of the lunar signs' transitions are shown, as well as the available information for every aspect of this app (moon sign, astrology, etc.)! Fantastic for planning and understanding the potential energetic influences in conjunction with your daily life :)

Handy App. I use this app to plan all my night sky viewing. I can look ahead and plan my nights of Astro photography. I am very happy with this app no surprises having the moon pop out when I need dark sky's I can also plan to shoot the Moon at the phase I want. I have my astronomy nights planned weeks and months in advance. This is a great app and has made my astronomy usage so much easier. I am happy I found this app, I would recommend it to my friends. Update: I am still using this app to plan vacations and get togethers with friends. If it’s going to be a dark night it’s me and my telescope. If it’s a moonlit night time for friends and so easy to schedule my priorities. I find this app my favorite with many extras that also help with planning. Definitely a worthy app in my astronomy collection.

A fantastic App. Just what I've been looking for. This app is loaded to the gills with options for the hobbyist, astronomer, photographer, or simply those looking for a great looking app to pass the time on an airplane, or a rainy day. Gorgeous, well thought out interface with lots of related information in an easy to understand format. Highly recommended! It even has the option to estimate how bright the moon will be at a given time! A wonderful option for moonlight photography. You won't be disappointed

Not missing much!. This app is FULL of information, has many many settings from clock & location options to tropical & sidereal option for astrology. Only thing I wish it had(reason for 4 stars) is that I would have liked to know the time frames in which the moon is in each sign. For instance, it will show you that it is in Taurus on the 12th & 13th day of the month, but I’d like to know the exact times the moon enters & exits Taurus, being the moon is in everyones sun sign for 2.5 days each month. The exact clock times as to when it enters and exits would give that extra half day.

An Amazing App for Those Who Live by the Moon. This app has everything you need to know about the moon and more. Just when you thought you’d found all the info it had you find a new section with even more information! I especially love the gardening feature; it really helps to tend to my plants in alignment with the natural phases of the moon and seasons. As someone who strives to live his life in accordance with the phases of the moon, the app is a life saver, it’s so informative, and the fact you can sync lunar events like full/new moons to your iCal is amazing – I get reminders ahead of time that a full or new moon is coming. I can’t recommend this app enough to people who are moon lovers like me! Not too mention the app is just visually stunning as well!

Awesome and beautiful app for SOME people. This app is excellent. It provides wonderful data, BUT you MUST be at least semi-well versed in this subject matter to actually receive and make use of all of its benefits. There have been some reviews stating it’s not great. I believe it’s because this is not an app for getting a daily horoscope based on the moon phase. This is an application providing meta-scientific information. It is good information. It is precise information. It may be unclear because a lot of the details go in understanding what you’re looking at. And so... I think the app is excellent. Did not give it 5 stars only because I think the interface can be more user-friendly, elegant, without changing content. I think a change like that may win over the naysayers. Just a thought. I’m such a “Look at the moon!!” kind of woman..... I absolutely LOVE and ADORE this app!! I have been using it for a few years now and I would have to say out of all my different apps (games, info apps, etc...) this is my absolute favorite one!!! It’s SO helpful and I love that not only can you see the different phases, but you can also see/read advice for plants, life, hair, and health. Great App, great Developer support!!!. Great App, period! I’m a user since 2011 and the app is great. It took me a few days to get used to the new format, but change always imply some adjustments. However, the calendar graphics...pretty much disappointed. Used to be a picture of the moon that gives you an accurate idea of the phase, it felt like you can see the moon in the calendar. The bold circle of the recent update, it just took away that realistic look and artistic touch. Esthetics is part of a good app, and the calendar is probably the most useful, or at least most frequently used feature of this App. ~Update ~ The Developer contacted me the next day and told me that they were already working on reestablish the previous graphics. I was very surprised by such a prompt response. Great App...great Support!!!

Lots of info in this. I bought this mainly for its information on solar and lunar eclipses, which other “skywatcher” apps I’ve used don’t have. In addition to that there is plenty of information about moon phases and rise and set times in several different formats. The UI is a little different but I can get used to it. It is unfortunate that the designers have seen fit to include astrology nonsense in an otherwise scientifically valid app, but I can ignore that part, I guess. Really, though, they should be embarrassed to mix superstition with science.

Best lunar app I've ever seen!. This is replacing three separate apps I use to track astrological and astronomical information. The interface is intuitive and beautiful. FOR SIDEREAL/TROPICAL ASTROLOGERS: this app allows you to see tropical, sidereal and astronomical overlays at the same time. You can select your default preference for the entire app. Most astrology apps do not allow for sidereal settings so if you work with where the moon *actually* is instead of the tropical system, this is an invaluable reference tool.

Beautiful App. I work in public education - so it’s important to know when the full moon is coming! It’s real. Anyway, I’ve tried several moon apps over the years and this is by far the best. Even without purchasing the add-ons you have everything you need and more. It’s also really beautiful on the Apple Watch. I have several friends who have downloaded the app after seeing mine. Definitely love this app.

Love it!. I am so in love with this app, it shows all the lunar statistics and allows you to see the moon's status for any date. This may prove to be a priceless addition to the collection for any astronomy student or any serious astrologer. For me, I just love the moon and I like to follow the progression of bodies in space. There is simply no way this app wont "pay" for itself within a month of buying it. The accurate information it gives is priceless, better than many astronomy books!

Amazing & Beautiful. This informative and captivating app is amazing! I’ve been a long time fan of the moon ever since I was a child. I had the Moon Phase app on my iPhone 6 which is now obsolete, some may remember the one with the howling alarm when the moon was full. Anyways I upgraded to an iPhone 11 Pro Max and was hunting for a moon app when I came across this one. I am so glad I decided to install it! Wowzers! How technology has progressed since iPhone 6! Anyways I’m god smacked x10 with the beauty of this app and the wonderful information that it relinquishes. It’s refreshing to my soul! 👍 I highly recommend it!

This Deluxe is a MUST. This is a great moon phase, calendar, astrology, zodiac, solstice, holiday app. Its got just about everything one can think of for a moon app and it allows dark mode, setting preferences, and give you extra information for your horoscope. The only thing that would make this map greater is is it had a feature to change the designs you see in the app, and would allow to sinc with your calendar for solstices and specific holidays. If they had a way I could have an alarm for specific lunar events that would tell me when one is coming up that would be awesome!

Update curiosity. Update: the app corrected itself. The developer responded to my review. I removed one star because developers response Brusque. If you don’t want to provide free updates to your free apps, then don’t. After most recent update a new section appears with the heading “Education.” The language looks Russia (or Ukrainian?) so not sure. Remember way back when this app first appeared? It was wonderful. Then haircut advice… then this & that… now education… and we need an education to learn a new language to read the new topic advice 🤔 life is getting complicated…

Please Update. I’ve used this well detailed app for several years. I finally purchased an Apple Watch Series 6 and was pleased to discover there was a watch app version of Deluxe Moon Pro but it won’t open properly. I only see spinning dots on my watch screen. It looks like this app hasn’t been updated in a long time so I’m hoping the developer will look into this. If I can use this on my watch it gets five stars.

Excellent blend of astronomy and astrology!. Easy to use, great information, gorgeous visuals. I was looking for a moon calendar that also included Void-Of-Course times. I’ve learned from experience that those factors definitely affect work and relationship issues for me. No other app does this plus including astronomy info such as planting dates, moonrise/sunrise times based on your location, and a wealth of other well-organized moon-based resources. Well worth the price! So glad I got this!

Love this MOON app!. I have had the Deluxe app for some time. I love it! I especially like how you can add reminders to your i-calendar, such as Full & New Moon dates, eclipses, equinox’s, etc.—great feature! Having all the moon info I could want in one place is nice. Definitely recommend this app—especially if you are someone who likes to pay attention to these things, and don’t want to miss out on important lunar events. My only notable complaint is that I am not able to pick which “calendar” events get posted to from the app. My spouse doesn’t like all of the calendar events on our shared calendar, and the only way I have been able to change them to just my calendar is to individually go and update/switch each occurrence, which is a pain (and kind of defeats the purpose of easily having the app posts the reminders). I don’t know if this is something app’s have control over however, or if it is something that would need an update in the OS to work correctly, or ask you your preference.

A wealth of information.... ...and all of it useful! I was impressed by the screenshots and apparent UI as well as the feature set, so I went ahead and snagged this as a replacement to my old moon phase and info app that has been a staple since I had a 3GS. Thing is, that one still has an interface that looks like it's on a 3GS. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it just hasn't been updated. This one is gorgeous, has more information at your fingertips, and is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

Solar eclipse Tracking. Can't believe you can also check out the days of the eclipse on your location or not on your location ,I know that there will be an annular eclipse 2022 and a 95% where I live in 2024 and Also I'm very happy that this app doesn't support bugs/glitches unless if that really happens. Also You can track the %of the moon 🌙 blocking the suns light and the 100% of the eclipse and that you can see the cornea of the suns atmosphere which is likely to be exist, and Total eclipses may take 2-3 Minutes and last about 3-2 hours long and This is the best app ever and this is my favorite phone app!

Perfect for Pagans!. I have a very strong Pagan side and a huge fascination for the moon. I am extremely connected to the moon and its phases. I have been using this app for years on my ancient iPad, and didn’t realize it had morphed into something even more informational and visually stunning. I use this app especially when I’m feeling the energy of the full or new moon nearing, which for me are like holidays. There’s nothing like sitting on my balcony watching the moon rise over the city of Miami, knowing exactly when it’s going to be full and when I need to be out there. Thanks for this app!!!!!

Best moon app out there!. You won't be disappointed with this purchase. It's amazing with tons of features and a beautiful interface. Looks beautiful on an iPad or iPhone. The best thing about it for me, being a jyotishi (Vedic astrologer) is the ability to use the sidereal zodiac. This is also a great option for those who are astronomers as it will accurately display what constellation the moon is actually in. The updates seem to be free. But my only gripe is I had an older version for years on a iPhone G3. when I purchased a iPhone 6s last year, it wouldn't work. I contacted customer service but never received an answer as to why I had to repurchase. I'm still glad I have the new version but wish I'd at least been responded to by the company. I do wish that one could add to iCal the day of the lunar shift into each constellation. Elsewhere all I can get for iCal is tropical lunar data which is useless. I'd love to see the actual exact time the moon will move into a constellation rather than just the day. Also adding the saros cycle number to eclipses would be nice. Thanks for a great app!

Great app. I use this app all the time and along with my Llewelyn moon sign book. If I didn't want the other stuff with the book, this app could replace the book. I do wish it had the exact times listed of when the signs change. I love all the info it has about each sign and phase. UPDATE: exact times have been added! I've bought this app twice for different phones and would bug it a third time. Well worth the nominal fee. UPDATE: I still am using and loving the app. The latest update is beautiful.

Great new updates!. I love the latest updates to this App! The new features help to give a broader understanding of Astrology in general. There’s many new features that are new to me, which makes the update so much more exciting! I also like that if I have a question, I can submit it through the App and have one of the designers answer me in a timely manner, often giving additional tips and information. The upgrade to Pro level is Great.

Love this app. I brought the initial pro version and love it. Then they added so much more stuff and it has just gotten better. I love that it’s just a one time payment instead of monthly installments bc as a single mom with two kids and trying to keep my monthly subscriptions down it makes it great to find products like this. I’m excited to buy the extensions and expand my world even more. Thank you.

3 little things.... ...are all that keep this from being my all time perfect moon app. One, it doesn’t howl at the full moon, as another reviewer mentioned. But two, and more telling, it doesn’t have the lunar calendars of different historical, ethnocultural and religious groups available for application, so for example I must do tedious counting from the autumnal equinox to ascertain the Harvest Moon or Hunters Moon. And three, most irritating, it doesn’t offer alternatives to the calendar month for identifying a “Blue Moon”, such as the second full moon in the same zodiac sign or the fourth full moon since the previous solstice or equinox. The latter two are the reasons I cannot rate this app a five-star entry in the App Store. With those two features, this would be incontrovertibly the best moon app I have ever seen. Recent additions, such as the planetary hours, have definitely upped this app’s game. I am more impressed than I was previously, and previously I was quite impressed. But I still need the app to be able to apply different historical, ethnocultural and religious lunar month names and to provide and apply the “Blue Moon” alternatives mentioned above which do not rely upon the common Gregorian calendar to work in order for me to give it five stars. With the addition of those features, there would be nothing else the app needs to be the absolutely all-time best-possible moon app. Currently it remains tantalizingly close but not quite there.

Lots of features!. I got into tracking moon days through another app that’s now off the market. I am enjoying exploring this app, it’s not as intuitive as the last one, but it’s got great astronomical features more than the other app I used. Hopefully, it will evolve to be a more comprehensive and user friendly format. But, for now I am exploring and enjoying the features it does have!!! I wish the moon day descriptions weren’t so repetitive but I’m enjoying the full knowledge about the moon cycles it offers!! I recommend it.

It’s the Moon, What Else Do You Need to Know?. This is a very slick app that lets you keep track of that big thing a quarter of the size of Earth that pulls the entire ocean. It may pull your unconscious, too. Lobsters come out and party with your dog and whatever. I like the Void of Course info. Some of the stuff is sort of loopy, like how you should style your hair, but it’s good for a smile. It will even populate your calendar with phases according to your taste, even if it’s just to keep track of those full moons that some people are sensitive to.

The BEST I'v found!. Having been given an iPhone 3, way back, and upgrading every 2 years or so, I'd been continually searching for an App that gave ALL the info possible. I have purchased at least 3 others as well as downloading a few freebies. NONE can even come close to this one and I would have been happy to even pay a bit more for this one and this from a guy that cringed at any app over 99 cents. So, I suppose I would recommend Deluxe Moon over all others I tried. 👍🏼😉

Amazing and Wonderful!. I have had this app on my phone for years pretty much since the app was on the App Store. It is chock full of information on just about anything you want to know about the moon and also the astrological aspects. And it is beautifully crafted. The developer continues to enrich the app regularly with new features. I highly recommend this app to anyone who loves to know what is happening in the heavens with our closest neighbor!!!! 5 stars!

Life Change in 24 Hours. I took the insight page to life yesterday and it fundamentally changed me and made me so much stronger an adept to challenges while still keeping me from a crisis. I suffer from BPD and while I’m a follower of Christian faith and devote all of these blessings to God I’m so blessed I’ve found this app-without it I don’t think I would have looked so critically of letting unknown forces into your life so on whim. They have a section for what color you should dye your hair. I’m an adult man who’s done with that phase but, I can’t help be reminded of my younger self who would have been drastically improved with such insight. And I would have tried colors I wouldn’t have. Purple maybe? I’ve always liked it! God Bless this app. My mood is still intense as every however my faith is stronger than I ever think it has been. (And I respect all of those fellow Wiccans and alike for helping me find this app. Though our views are fundamentally different and have such different goals-I found common ground with a group I never had before. It’s 2020 and I think it’s time people came to their senses and realized we as a nation, our community, need to have faith. Great surprise!. I wanted to replace a lunar calendar that was difficult to use and when I found this app I felt my heart leap. I use it primarily to look ahead for what sign the moon is going to be in for future dates. This app is not only full of information and fun facts but is gorgeous to move through. The design is smart, easy to use and truly beautiful. I could even go back decades to see what phase of the moon I was born in. The compass is also an extra bonus. I love this app and highly recommend!

Abandoned ware. This app is broken (at least aspects of it) since iOS 13 and iOS 14 is not supported although the app and a few features still work but anything beyond iOS 12 is not added or working , further more it’s been over two years since any updates. Despite the positive reviews I would consider this app abandoned and would look elsewhere for your moon calendar needs. Finally updated looking and working great. Let's just hope it's not multiple iOS releases between updates anymore.

Excels. I purchased this as a moon app and to better understand void of course moon. When I got over my mild frustration at not being able to immediately identify VOC I happily discovered the broad reach of this app, for this I am grateful. My one minor gripe is that somewhere under Q&A on website I recall seeing the term “pseudoscience” in a paragraph talking about how to find VOC in this app. Assuming I am correct in my recall, then it may be a reflection of the app authors skepticism and if so, ho hum, I am learning about VOC myself but I don’t view it as pseudoscience, at least not at this stage.

Awful operation. I really don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from because all I've experienced with this application is improper operation, no ability to start a customer service ticket because it keeps telling me to enter information that is just not available and now when I try to open the app it freezes constantly nonstop freezes doesn't operate at all I have completely wasted the purchase price on this which is not cheap as apps go. I am very disgusted I am not getting another morning up at all. I've had one for years but now that iPhone is once again updating to fix whatever is not broken I won't be able to operate it so all these new ones are just no comparison with my original MoonPhase so I give up the hell with it I'm deleting it I lose my five bucks but I will never purchase another app from this company again. The only other regret I have other than throwing money out the window is that I can't give the review less than one star.

Great details of the day’s energy as it relates to the moon’s astrological placement. Visually beautiful, GREAT information on the moon but not as easy to use since they upgraded a few months ago. I use the app daily and it’s harder to get all the info since it’s now spread around several different pages instead of one like it used to be. However, the developers replied to my review and helped me find the AMAZING details I love on the day as it relates to the moon’s astrological placement (when to cut hair, do beauty treatments, have surgery, etc)

Don’t break what’s already fixed! Hate the new ‘look’. Update! Thank you Deluxe Moon for allowing users to have old music back!! I’ve been using this app for years. It’s brought me so much joy and serenity and has made me feel connected to the moon. I opened my app today and I was like wth is this!!? It’s like they cheapened it and the music! Omg it’s so weird and creepy. I miss just the meditative moon sound. Did you change ownership? Why did you break what was already working. I’m so sad.. The new features are cool... I appreciate the update.. just don’t get the flattened design. Before it was mystical and deep feeling... this looks cheap. You cheapened the moon 😢😖🌕🥀

False advertising. Beautiful app with lots of information (the developers seem very proud) as described in the App Store but after downloading I realized certain areas were unacceptable. Late that night I decided to purchase what I thought was an app upgrade for $2.99 to get an extension. I kept reading and re-reading to be clear so I felt confident what I was buying BUT I was tricked. I only purchased ONE extension (moon days). Be aware each extension is charged separately at $2.99. Also, after emailing them explaining I felt tricked and getting no response I will be removing this app. I no longer choose to do biz with Companies that don’t value and/or appreciate their customers and who's only goal is to make $$$ no matter how. Why not put your prices right on each section so people see it clear as day? I can find this info on online or on another app. Im sure they will respond defending themselves & their product as they did to other reviewers but I won’t be here to see it and it won’t matter. Not for me. Good luck & be well.

It used to work properly. Ive had this app for many many years and have used it regularly. After the last IOS update though things quit working the way they are supposed to. When you click on the triple stars in the upper left hand side to get your daily outlook, the screen comes in at an angle and cuts off most of the information. It also impedes your ability to access touch controls to maneuver around the app. I’ve tried numerous times to figure out to contact the developer but it always sends me to a website that is blank and inaccessible from my phone. It would make me very unhappy if this issue doesn’t get fixed. Not just because I paid for the app but also because I use it EVERYDAY. But now I can’t. ☹️

This is a great App. I love how it’s put together and the way you can implement important dates into the ical. The one thing that I would like to see being made possible is the ability to change the music to my own custom music. I’m a mage and I practice planetary magick. I would like to see more insights tied to planetary hours and what they correspond to. There is a lot of potential to this app but it need to really take advantage of the future tech that is out here with visuals and also teaching capabilities.

Used to love this. I’ve had this app for a long time, loved it so much I bought the full version (years ago). Over the last year (maybe longer) it has progressively had fewer features included in the full version and those same features are now available to purchase as extensions 😅 what? All the 5 star reviews mention features like being able to add a widget, updating your calendar with important dates, etc. I can also purchase those but they’re not part of the “full version” of the app I already bought. I have an iPhone 14 that automatically updates everything. Any ideas or is this just how this app works?

Love this App! ❤️❤️❤️. This app is one I have grown to rely on for when to trim my hair and when to schedule meetings dealing with business. It has really helped me to plant seeds that I am now seeing grow! This app is a blessing for it allows me to see from a different perspective and even confirm why I am feeling these certain things. Update: App still functional and seems to be accurate still. Update: NOW THAT I AM ON IPHONE 12 this app is even more beautiful and intriguing than before! Wow! UPDATE: So many new features! Great if you’re already familiar with astrology. It’s what it says: an app that has as much information about the moon as possible in an astrological context. You have to know what you’re looking for to make the best use of this, so it’s not beginner-friendly so much but it’s great once you get the bearings. I wish they had more in-depth interpretations of the phase + sign and had the house interpretation instead of let’s say getting a hair cut?? Oddly specific. But it’s not a huge detriment for me because I’m learning to make my own meanings.

Interesting and informative. This is one of two apps that I use for the moon. There is a lot of information here and some useful tools. One complaint I have is that the Compass seems to be using magnetic north instead of true North. It would be nice to have that choice which Apple gives you in Settings. Nice graphics. There were some things I did not understand since I'm not into astrology but I found the answers to them on the web. It's a keeper.

This is the ONE. This is truly an amazing app. It is well thought out and the features are easy to use and for the most part self explanatory. I am an amateur astronomer, and becaue I live near LA with it’s unavoidable light pollution, my favorite target to look at is the moon. This app has all of the relative elevation and azimuth information and you can show graphically how that changes over eac day and though out the different seasons. It has been essential for me to easily and simply optimize my viewing experience!!!

A lovely and thoughtful app reflecting its subject well. The moon is very important to many of us and if you are reading this review I would expect that you are one of us who appreciate the moon. This app fully reflects the details that I was looking for and as you are able to add selectively significant data directly to your iPad calendar via the app, it is a very useful tool. I have a very keen interest in lunar eclipses (as well as solar eclipses) and keeping track of the moons position is fundamental to my work. I’d like to see an indication of where the moon is positioned in respect to the nodes but that really is more for an Orrery app. One can only wishfully dream of many additional features but in the meantime, Deluxe Moon is a big winner in my book.

Surpasses Expectations. I've got a bit of a pagan streak and like to keep an eye on moon phases. There are plenty of apps that could tell me what I want to know but none of them come close to reflecting back to me my love affair with the moon. None of them have interfaces that feel as magical and inspire such wonder. And it's not just window dressing. I definitely found the Ultimate Moon app (update). I have tried many moon apps over the last 6 years or so, but nothing quite got to everything I wanted. I even used 2 moon apps at the same time to no avail, until Deluxe Moon Pro. The description says it all truthfully, which has all the features l wanted and much much more. I believe it will have everything most users would require and a whole lot more wrapped up in a easy to use interface. I have learnt much from this app. I am updating this review but it is linked up to everything that I expected in the Deluxe Moon Pro. Still, a definite job well done!

Informative app!. The app is really good and informative about the moon cycle and everything else that you could need to know. Only problem is there is so much information and no walkthrough for first timers on how to use the app and some of the text is misaligned in the app itself. I use an iPhone XR so maybe that’s why. But overall wonderful app to have.

Love it!!!. I love this app!! There are so many features, I’m still learning how much there is in it! My only issue is that I’m still quite new to moon tracking, and feel like this has some very advanced features that I find a bit intimidating. Simple yet has a lot of features. I’ve tried a bunch of different moon phase apps and after finding this one I didn’t bother with any others. I’ve never had any problems with crashes or anything, plus the moon phase shows accurately on the watch face on the Apple Watch too.

Could be better. The signs in the moon forecast don’t change when you view the forecast for next day. You’ll have to go back to the homepage, click on the “next day” and then view the moon forecast. Annoying.

I like it. I like the way it tells you what the horoscope mood for the day is. And what current star sign the moon is in. 2 years later... it's still good. Get it.

Wish there was more text.. I am new to astrology, and I’m sure for all the folks out there that are well versed, this app is amazing. However, I wish there was an option for small text instead of all of the symbols, that I can’t even begin to figure out. It would help new people like me learn what they are, so we can further research and look them up. That in time once we understand, we can go into settings, and disable the text overlay on the giant circle chart as an example.

Excellent Data, Tough Navigation. It is astounding to consider the amount of data that is presented in all of the different menus with this app. However, the icons are not as intuitive as one would think, making it difficult to find what you want when you want it. I must say, this little trick of theirs requiring you to write a review before unlocking “special features“ is a little annoying.

Surprisingly good app.. I got this app mainly for quickly finding the moon phase for when I go surfing which only takes a second but all the added features kept me looking at this app for almost an hour! I think it's an interesting and creative app. If your into that stuff you will enjoy it! For moon phase purposes alone, I haven't found an app yet that compares to it. Very useful!

Great app and includes watch app. The app is great to plan my fishing trips around moon cycles. I like that I can see correlations between the moon and sun major / minor times. My only wish is the watch app providing more functionality to see cycles in the future as it currently only shows the current day. -still waiting for more functionality in watch app.

Good App, Bad Widget. Overall, this app is great. But the main reason I bought it is the notification center widget, which looks great in the video on the app page. However, once I downloaded it, it’s unusable. The text is black against the dark navy background, so you can’t read it at all. It’s very frustrating since what I wanted most from this app is to see the moon phase and sign quickly without having to open it. Really wish this would be fixed in an update because right now it’s useless.

Fantastic!. I love this app! It is great for my lunar scheduling needs. I think that the parts where it talks about how to care for hair are a little biased where people might not have hair. Bald people like the moon too! My dad is bald and he won’t use this because of the hair section. But I love to check the moon phase, where the moon is in the zodiac and how the moon looks. When I go outside I can use the flashlight to find my way to a decent observation spot. Now if I just had a moon garden!

it's a horoscope thing more than a calendar. Not totally reliable as a moon calendar (which is what I got it for). It's got a bunch of stuff of a complicated and confusing solar and lunar and solar horoscope which wasn't really what I was looking for. It works but is still kind of annoying as it gives a great deal of asinine advice like the shirts I should wear to wear to avoid chafing in the armpit under whatever lunar sigh or whatever. Not what I was looking for but I guess I should have taken more note of the horoscope thing in the photos.

A Plethora of Planetary Information. This app presents an initial screen with a snapshot of lunar conditions but then goes on to offer pages of additional information. I've had to read up on some of it to make better sense of the fine points but that has been fun. This app is really worth buying and the Apple Watch app is excellent as well and puts basic info on my wrist. Very well done.

My Go to moon app-still!. I truly appreciate the richness and variety of moon information offered in this app. The interface is designed in a way that allows me to assimilate the information easily. It has little hidden gems in the app - tap on different items to see more information that you didn’t expect. Still loving this moon app

Use this every day. Especially I use it on important business days, when there’s a crucial meeting. I got it originally for planting and used that for a year until I realized the horoscope suggestions were always right. Days for lighting fires and incense, personal days etc. My intuition is strong these days but it’s nice to have some confirmations of my hunches.

Best Moon app!. This app has great features, like tracking apogee and perigee, supermoons, and eclipses, but is also very precise in its timing. I watch the moon pretty closely, and photograph it often. This app is spot-on. But the BEST part is the astrological correspondence, ESPECIALLY because it allows me to switch to the sidereal astrological framework, and track the moon through the ACTUAL constellations, rather than the imaginary astrological “signs” LOVE this app!!

Been using this app for years. I really like all the features on it. I like being able to personalize it by putting my location in it so I have an accurate time on sun rises and moon rises. I also like that they have additional features you can purchase and you can choose which features you want. So you don’t have to buy all of them, unless you want to.

Astrophotographer loves it!. As an astrophotographer I depend on on this app for scheduling photo shoots under optimum conditions - namely new moons. The Milky Way doesn’t provide enough light for normal shutter speeds so longer exposures are mandatory. Bright moons, while great for nighttime foreground images, wash out the MW and all detail is lost on the moon with long exposures. So knowing when the moon is bright and large and when it rises and sets is an absolute necessity.

Reall fun and informational!. This app has so much information so especially for me as a newbie to moon magic and moon science, I feel like I get so much out of it. I love that there’s a notes section as well as an integration for your apple calendar. It helps me consolidate my schedule and make some decisions based on what’s going on energetically. I really love it! It’s also beautiful and very clear !

The Best!. This really is the best moon app. Far better than anything I've seen so far. It has pretty much everything you moon-related you could want and it's beautifully designed. Daily astrological recommendations are also really useful. Astronomical data is there if you need that as well. If you like to live in tune in with the moon, I highly recommend this app.

I love this app best as a home screen... BUT. No matter whether I have my phone in light or dark mode, the widget feature’s sun and moon cycle times are so dark I can’t even read them. I love is app best as a widget because of the quick information it provides. But it would be so much better if the words and letters were bright enough to read comfortably.

A must have for all Sky viewers. I live in a part of the US where light pollution is low. I am an avid sky watcher. This app is essential. You will learn. I & my children got so hooked, we bought a telescope. I reflected on my youth : Learning about the moon, the stars, the night sky was limited to books. This generation has so much more graphic & visual learning aids. Get this app. Get others as well. Read Psalm 19:1-4 & hear what the Psalmist heard centuries ago.

Excellent for Milky Way photography. Sure new moon is the best time for night photography but when you can’t be there then, deluxe moon shows me how long I have before it’s too bright or how late I need to start for a dark sky. Add in TPE or PhotoPills and now you can check if those times line up with the visibility of the galactic center. Great app for night photography in general.

App spam. This app nagged me into leaving a review to unlock bonus features when I’m paid to the brim already. Not so cool when they add stuff you have to pay for when you already paid for the app. DEAR APPLE! When I get a developer response show me what that response is easily so I can respond back! My response to developer. I paid for the app when it wasn’t free. You abandoned it now it’s all about the micro transactions and ads for those micro transactions. When people are loyal and pay for the full version you’re supposed to give them all the updates for free or at least not ad spam when you already got my money sucka.

Very useful and detailed. I am a moon child. As such, I like to understand what forces may be at work at any given time. This app makes this effort SO much easier. It is the first time I have seen so much information available in one place. Very detailed information and even astrological details woven together.

I Love Opening this App…. Every time I open this app, I am brought into an awareness of my space, and the majesty of that which is above. The the music, the beautiful graphics, the astrological as well as the astronomical, render a most pleasing effect. I have other moon apps, but this one is much more gratifying. Great App. It’s simple, elegant, and works rather well. However, I will say that the app uses a tropical zodiac system instead of a Fagan-Allen zodiac system which is more accurate when you go look outside. For that I would’ve dropped one star, but they have a sweet feature that lets you switch to “sidereal” which is really classy of them. Now astrologers of varying backgrounds can be happy and astro-geeks Can see where the moon literally is.

Impressive. More informative than anticipated. Some information I do not know what it means or how it would be useful to know. But I am greatly affected by the moon and its cycles and will be learning more about it. I now know when the next new moon is and saw for to months it's coincides with an important numerological number in my life. Perfect time to incorporate some majick. With the 2021 update it is now perfect. Even if your an amature as I this app is simply the best out there if you love our moon as I do!! And now I have so much more understanding and knowledge, I love “amazing” people with all my knowledge!! I have many different apps on many a different subjects and this is now right on top!! Moon essential. Alongside the minimalistic MOON app I can this is one of the top three moon apps out there. If you’re a casual Moon fan it’s there to help you make sense of things you didn’t know before, and if you are avid follower like myself it helps you in more ways than you could imagine. I take pictures of the Moon with my telescope so being able to adjust my side of things to get the perfect picture is 100,000 times easier with this app now.

Interesting app. I really like this app. Each month I download the rise and set times for the sun and moon on to my calendar. My original reason was to know when it was light enough in the morning for my wife and me to walk. I have also started paying more attention to the moon rise and set times. I have learned a lot from this app.

Very Cool. This is a fantastic app. Graphics are well designed and make the app fun to use. Design is very nice as well and there is a lot of useful information. There is a small problem when scrolling to view 'moon forecast' on previous days where content is greater than current day. Other than that it is a solid app for keeping track of that very influencial natural satellite. Tidal info for current location would be an add-on I'd buy asap...

The recent update makes the app one of my favorites. I’ve always enjoyed this app but the recent update has made it even better. I love that it gives you the times and dates of the major moon phases and what sign their in. It’s also more intuitive and easier to navigate. Love it!

Delux Moon. The very best Moon App out there! I used to teach Astronomy to Middle School students before iPhones were invented and I wish I had this app then! It has so much information! You won't regret buying this app for as long as you have it! So much fun to show children why the moon looks so different various days of its cycle! One of the best moon apps. I have had this app for about a month. I love the detail and moon data provided. As well as the accuracy in calculation. It is one of my top three moon apps for my devices. The only thing I would improve is to be able to slow down the time lapse view of the moon when using your finger to scroll ahead or back. Or maybe a better hour by hour scroll or minute by minute scroll function.

Good app - I’ve enjoyed it for years. I’ve used this app for years. It’s gone through some changes in both design and content. I’ve liked most of these changes. I like that you can write events like phases to your calendar through the app. That’s been a really great feature for a long time. However I find myself desperately missing the flashlight feature. I used that every day. Flashlight aside, this app is worth the investment.

Amazing. Best, most comprehensive & attractive app I've seen so far for lunar cycles. Easy to use, navigate and plenty of information. I find myself wanting to research more about some of the data that the app presents so I know what it means. My only "gripe" is that there are like 3 or 4 different calendars, and that's a little confusing, but each one relays their own specificity so as to keep the information clean and digestible. I still would give it full stars.

Been using app for several years. This app is very well-designed and ascetically pleasing. It’s my favorite, and I love all the different features it offers. If you go through all the settings and test out every feature, you will find it offers a lot, such as a compass, you can set it for sidereal or tropical astrology, etc. An all around great tool for following the lunar phases!

Simply Wonderful.. This app has been great in helping me learn the many phases of the moon. It has been so helpful that I no longer look check the percentage in the app to see if I am aware. Instead I guess the percentage, then check the app to see how in sync I currently am. Love Widgets!. Love the new update especially the addition of Widgets!! Now I can keep my moon phase visible from my Home Screen and touch the widget to open the app for more detail. I prefer the small widget and ask that there be additional options in the future for this size. I prefer to see the moon animation/picture, phase and rise/set time on the widget....no astrology. APPLE WATCH The complication for the watch is stunning! Also, plenty of info once its opened. There is an issue with scrolling thru the pages tho. It jumps ahead to the page after next and is difficult to get it to stick to the one I want to view. Would love to see future watch custom options. I really don’t want all this info. Would prefer to choice of concise, moon phase, rise/set times...no astrology. Thank you!!!

Most Comprehensive, Beautiful Lunar App. I researched lunar apps for about an hour before purchasing this one. I'm so glad I went for it instead of trying the others. This has everything I wanted and more, and it's such a user-friendly setup that I'm not confused with all the information available. Very beautiful, love the sounds. I think 2.99 is a value for what I got. I'd gladly have paid 4.99 for this.

Great App!. I have always been interested in the moon and planets in our solar system. Recently I leaned more about the phases of our moon and came upon this app. This app is amazing! It shows the phase of the moon daily and even has a calendar so you can see what is ahead. I would like to see some minor improvements, like updating the look of the app. Overall, this app is amazing and if you or your child is interested in our moons phases, this is a great app to choose.

Straightforward with depth. I love this app. I’ve had it for ages and love that it has a lot of information without being too thematic in the way that it isolates users. It’s all the information you want, given in a direct way. I would recommend highly if you are looking for something to give you moon phase information without extra fluff. I also dig the dark theme and the widget for the home screen. It’s unobtrusive, yet accessible.

Excellent 👍. I’m now learning Vedic Astrology, and this app covers everything needed for the Moons affects. Eclipses, phases, etc. are all laid out nicely. The Sun governs your external reality, while the Moon governs the internal (feeling, emotions, etc). From half the cycle of new moon to full provides strength; after the full moon, there is weakness. And the cycle repeats. Thank you for this excellent app 🙌🏼 Update .. this app still continues to be an excellent “cross reference” check with my Vedic Astrology studies. Kudos! Kudos!

Beautiful app for astrology lovers!. This is a beautiful app that shows the cycle of the moon and includes information on its location in relation to the zodiac with other nice features. I have relied on this app for 10+ years and (even though the developer has relaunched the app a few times and I needed to repurchase it) I would miss it terribly.

Very detailed. If you’re into astronomy, this is the app for you. It’s extremely detailed. I wanted it so I could get notifications on the moon phases. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars, is because navigating the app is a little confusing and I wanted the app to literally notify me if the moon was waxing or waning, but it doesn’t say those terms anywhere. Obviously, I can figure it out, but that was specifically what I was hoping for.

Impressed!. I am an astronomer who has used countless apps. This one is very impressive, especially as it only costed me $2.99 and was only a one-time fee and not a subscription. The design is amazing. I wish all of my astronomy apps were designed this way. The graphics are beautiful. The information is rich but well placed. I could go on. They have out done themselves. Kudos!

The best Moon app in the App Store. This is a lovely little app that is packed with tons of features you might spend years discovering. I know I have. There’s everything from hard data and astronomical tables to moon folklore and astrological insight. Plus, so far the updates have been great... hope they show some love to the iPad app soon too... (hint, hint.) Anyway, good on the dev and well worth the price of admission!
