WAKE UP ON TIME: Proper Alarm Settings
• Keep the app open and running to always have your alarm go off and play the sounds you’ve set for ‘Music'.
When your app is open, you can use the volume slider within the app. When the app is in the background, use the device volume to set your volume.

• Make sure your battery is charged and to have your notifications turned on before you go to sleep, when the battery level goes below 30% it might not sound. This is due to prevent the device from dying and the alarm not going off.

• Keep your Apple Music available on your device
The music you can select consists of everything you have available on your ‘Apple Music’ app on your device. If the music is saved on your iCloud, and not on the device itself, it won’t be available.

NEVER MISS AN ALARM
When you closed the app and not having it running in the background? The alarm will use the device volume instead and play the notification sound system.

The app will close itself automatically after 10 hours of inactivity. This is due to prevent the device from dying and the alarm not going off.

When your device is muted, set to ‘Do Not Disturb’ or your device volume is set to 0, the alarm won’t play properly. It will still show the notification without any sound. This is due to Apple’s restrictions as we are unable to access the app settings when the app is closed, only when it’s open or running in the background.

This app will ruin all chances of getting any sleep. I have been using this app for years and I’ve never had a problem but they have recently updated it and now it has so many ads the second you click off of the app and go back on you are bombarded with ads. The ads that they show are super loud and I’m noxious especially when you’re trying to SLEEP. You can’t skip them and so many other things but that’s not the worst part It will wake you up in the middle of the night multiple times a night with some random ad and not only will it take you off of the app but when you get back on the app, there’s another ad and the ad will go off while your alarm is going off and there’s nothing you can do about it. You can’t turn off the alarm during the add. I am so serious if you are looking at this app at all, DO NOT GET IT. I’ve never written review before, but this so important for anybody looking for sleep I got woken up in the middle of the night six times I counted because it keeps the pop up ad in your tabs on google. Anyway, I’m looking for a new alarm clock app does anybody have any recommendations?

Its a great alarm clock but could be slightly better in a major way. Its great overall but there is one thing that it’s missing that i think it needs and thats a calendar alarm. It would be nice if the one time option allows u to set a specific day and time an a calendar with an added timer for scheduled events and appointments that are longer away then just a week. It would be best if both options had this for reoccurring events like birthdays that some people even my self have a hard time remembering, I even have important appointments thar are spaced over months that are always usually on the same day of the week if we can help it :)

The latest release of this app (Pro) version. I’ve been using this alarm app for years. I paid for the pro version years ago and with the last update Impala studios came out with a separate pro app that requires a monthly subscription. Beyond that there are no discernible differences other than ads. That said the older copy of the app which I purchased doesn’t have this subscription option built in and completely stopped working because Impala intentionally broke the notifications from sounding even though I have manually verified the notifications on my iPhone 8+ for this app are correct. Again I’m referring to the last pro version of the app I purchased thats virtually the same as the alternate app you came out with involving a monthly subscription. If I’ve already paid for this app and there has been no added services why are you forcing past customers to pay for a subscription who already paid for the pro version? Nothing is wrong with the last version of the app before you introduced monthly subscriptions.... This really needs to be looked at because my last version worked fine but conveniently the notifications error.....

Flaky. Screen has gone completely blank while using the UI, the flashlight turned itself on when I opened the cover, etc. Had to kill the app to recover. Yes the shake-for-flashlight feature was on but I didn’t move it enough to knock a marble off of it. When it works it has all the right features for my needs, but I can’t count on it to work. I actually would have already paid for premium ( those ads are OBNOXIOUS, especially when they take over the full screen ), but there doesn’t appear to be a way to just pay a fixed amount for the app. I’m not going to participate in the horrid subscription model. Anyhow when it started flaking out I gave up on that. Developer also doesn’t seem to know anything about WCAG ( web content accessibility guidelines); the screen with alarms that are off has dark grey text on black background, invisible to people with vision contrast issues. Like me.

Clock w/ alarm. Although I lived with this app for quite some time, I've tolerated several quirks that I didn't like. 1. The flashlight doesn't work. Although the screen turns white as if it were on, the light on my iPhone doesn't turn on. Other apps using this feature do work, so I know it's not my phone. 2. If I happen to have the app on the background or even closed, the alarm still sounds. Great if I happen to forget to open it, but really annoying if I'm working on something else and it goes off. Even more annoying that it's not consistent. 3. When #2 happens, and I swipe up to turn it off, the alarm sounds again within 30 seconds. You have to click on the pop-up to turn it off. Again, extremely annoying if I'm working on something else. 4. As of this week, none of my music I have on my phone is viewable. All music was removed from the app. It tries to pull music from your iPod, but music on your iPhone isn't labeled as an iPod. Not positive if it's a recent upgrade that did this, but am glad I discovered it before I accidentally overslept! And, please don't point out that you can use the different alarm sounds instead. I know that and specifically wanted this app for the ability to play my music randomly. Disappointing. Since #4 just recently happened, I'm turning this alarm off - possibly removing it since it won't do what I want it to.

Doesn’t play sound most of the time. The app is clean and has most of the features I’d look for, like unlimited alarms, a lot of customization, ability to use your playlists instead of choosing multiple songs, etc., but there’s one drawback: too often it just doesn’t play anything. My specific method is to connect to a Bluetooth speaker next to the phone the night before, test the volume, set an alarm and leave the app running. It’s supposed to wake with sound if it was the front-focused app when you put the phone to sleep, but that was inconsistent. Now I don’t even shut the iPhone off, I just turn it upside down to hide the screen, and the same problem occurs. The Bluetooth speaker is ready, the phone has volume up, but the app is silent. And it’s running; the screen says “stop” and “snooze,” so the timer is running, just no audible alarm. I’m deleting and installing again as a test, but if this continues, into the trash you go.

Excellent Alarm and Functional App. This alarm clock is absolutely wonderful. It has pretty much every feature I've ever needed, and now I use it as a bedside clock. I've never seen it fail to ring. It's absolutely amazing. The only thing I think could be added is the ability to turn off notification alarms; when I'm out of the app, I usually don't want it to ring. I turned off notifications for the entire app from settings, though, and it works just fine. This app is really great. Update: This app went through a pretty big format change, and it looks freakin' awesome. Thanks.

Alarm doesn’t go off. This app used to be a 5 because it was perfect for what I needed. It allowed multiple alarms, let you customize the clock face, sounds, displays daily weather information, and was all around easy to use. Now the problem is that it hasn’t been going off the past few days whatsoever. Volume was on, app was open, but nothing. Unlocked my phone this morning, and the first thing it does is a play an ad. So the entire time I had the app open, it was waiting to play an ad before it would let the alarm go off. I understand that developers need ads, but when it keeps the app from doing it’s one main purpose, then there’s a problem. To clarify, I have been using the app for 2-3 years with ads, and only recently started having this issue. I will put this back to a 5 star when it is fixed.

24 HR Setting Would Be Nice. Nice alarm clock app with many features. The only two things that I find lacking are: 1. No 24-hour clock option. For Europeans and military users, this option would be an awesome addition. Developer response noted. Thank you. 2. Do not disturb mode. It appears as if the clock overrides all other alerts to include phone calls, texts, emails, etc. When the clock app is running, no other alerts get through. This is a big detractor for me, but can be worked through if you don’t expect to receive anything of critical importance during the hours you are sleeping. Developer response noted; however, this is NOT about the iOS do not disturb. Rather it is about the fact that when the alarm clock app is running there are no other alerts received from other apps (texts, emails, phone calls, etc.) If I understand the developer response correctly, this is beyond their control? Seems odd and more like an unintended consequence ... or ... bug in the app. Other alarm clock apps do NOT impede alerts from other apps. This one does. So, I cannot attribute the issue to Apple. Beyond that, this app has proven to be a nice replacement for the one I used to have (got outmoded by iOS 11...)

Disappointed. I love your app, I have used it for years. I have experienced a few glitches along the way worked them out but lately the app has stopped working. I have overslept twice making me late for work and almost missing an important appointment. The app/ time is freezing at the time the alarm is set to go off. Waking out of a sleep or glancing at the clock to see how much time you have before the alarm goes finds the alarm stuck on time of alarm. For example I’m thinking it is 5:45 when it is actually 6:30. Now I’m afraid to trust it to get me up on time. I have enjoyed this app for years now it appears to be malfunctioning.

Goes on silent but shows volumes on. So this is happened to me now five times… It has caused me problems. I’ve put this on two different phones to test it. Despite the fact that my volume is on nothing is muted the app is on the apps volume is on… It now says it’s on silent which it is not. This morning it did not go off but he didn’t tell me last night it was on silent only when it doesn’t go off does it tell you. I’ve use this for a while but it’s not reliable enough now. Since this is an alarm clock to wake you up I can’t gamble with any inconsistencies. It’s my job Regarding your reply: you do know of this issue just read your reviews below. Just look at January 4 Stephanie she says the same thing I’m saying. So your response seems like a canned response. It doesn’t matter to me anymore because I found another alarm clock that wakes me up every day not just certain days when it decides to make sound.

Would be a good app if scam adds weren’t a thing. I have used this app for at least 4 years and it works decently good maybe with every 2 months or so the alarm sound doesn’t go off. Since the beginning of this month though it will just jump out of the app to open up a browser that has an obvious scam add for an iPad that has the most obvious bot like reviews. This can happen at any time but seems to happen most of the time after the snooze button is hit. Though one time I was looking through the settings in the app and the scam add came up. Sometimes it happens when I am not even doing anything and haven’t been for at least 2 minutes. If this issue gets resolved then maybe I would give it 4 stars but these recent adds have been WAY out of control.

My dad got he using this app it’s that Great!. So since vote I got an iPad or any apple product at all, I gre up rememnber this app open on my dads iPad 2 being used as a nightstand clock and alarm. When I started using apple products about 4 years ago, this was the first app I had to download. It’s an overall great produc! It’s easy to create alarms, turn them on and turn them off. On the iPad this apps makes for a much larger display and when you don’t want or can’t use your device you let it sit and wake you up in a variety of different tones in the morning or night (depending on when your alarms are set) or if you can’t sleep you just close out of the app and watch some Direct TV and turn the app back on when your sleepy and let it wake you up when it’s set. It’s very reliable and user friendly!

Two issues. One is the ads. Always an issue with the ads. Our world is so stupidly inundated with pointless ads. And when I am trying to wind down for bed and turn on my alarm app, the very thing I don’t need is a blind ad with a video that has sound when my volume is up all the way so I can hear my alarm in the morning, the blinding, blaring ad basically ruins any chances I have of falling asleep, so I am groggy and grouchy in the morning. Issue number two, is the sleep timer. The good ol’ sleep timer, plays quiet music for one to fall asleep too. I have mine set to play for 3 hours of soothing Kenny G...except I only get about 10 minutes and then for some reason, even though the timer is still ticking, and even though I have at least 3 hours of music set to my timer, it completely stops playing my music. Once upon a midnight clear this app was fantastic, worth more than five stars. Now it’s just a festering piece of garbage.

Alarm Clock HD is interesting. Alarm Clock HD allows you to play music set alarms get news from Twitter which is now called X and you can get news notifications from Google Reader which is discontinued in 2013, but you can still use Google RSS feed and if you upgrade to the pro version you’ll be able to see no ads Twitter and Google Reader feeds and custom support which you would see like an email button and also see just a fully looking clock and you can also see today’s news on the bottom of the screen. Pretty cool.

Do not recommend. I have paid for this application for about a year now. Since that time I have had to delete and download the app 4 times because the alarm didn’t go off. I work in the health care field and need to wake up early in the mornings, and I can’t sleep because of the fear of the alarm not sounding. The constant notifications are also annoying. I don’t need to know I don’t have the app open when I’m not sleeping. When I’m sleeping I’m not going to get that notification anyways. But the fear of not getting an alarm in the morning stops me from turning off notifications, and the one day I did (last night) the alarm didn’t go off because I somehow “muted” the application even when I had it open all night. If I’m paying for a services I’m expecting it to work. This app is not worth the cost of your professional career. I highly recommend you find another application. Subscription canceled.

Will definitely cause you to be late. I’ve been using this alarm clock app for the past year and in that time I’ve been late at least a dozen times thinking that I was sleeping through the alarm or hitting the snooze one too many times....but, NOPE, it’s the app! I know this for a fact after just this week because my alarm would normally go off at 5:30 am and after having overslept until 7:00 am, imagine my surprise that my alarm just randomly went off at 7:08 am WHEN IT WAS ONLY SET FOR 5:30 am! No other alarms set except for my 5:30 am alarm!! It also seems as though this app randomly won’t allow my phone to update and all of my notifications texts and alarms are delayed and seem to all come in at once! I just can’t trust this anymore :(

Used to be decent. I understand that watching an ad is the price I pay for a “free” app. This app used to show an ad after I set my alarm and returned to the clock display. The ads that popped up were typically a static page with no sound. Occasionally it wouldn’t show an ad and that felt like a bonus. For some reason it started delaying the ads for 3-5 minutes after I return to the clock display. I work a rotating schedule so I need an alarm to wake at one of three different times. Each night I check to make sure the correct time and day are selected and then set my phone on the charger. Then I have to sit on the edge of the bed to wait and see if an ad will display. Or I lie down and let the ad startled me when the screen goes to full brightness and full volume. Since this behavior changed most of the ads are short videos that can’t be dismissed for several seconds. An app that used to be a convenience turned into a nuisance.

Still get ads with paid version. Uodate: I’m changing my rating from one to four stars due to helpful reply of developer. I did the restore purchase and that worked. Minus one *because it should have worked immediately, and I should not have had to put up with ads for two minutes (they still have not extended my subscription for that time) nor had to take the time to write to customer service. Something I really like about this app is that the alarm will sound through Bluetooth headphones. I get up much earlier Then my husband, who is a very light sleeper. I wear some of the soft Bluetooth headphones (The Headband version) so I can hear the alarm and it doesn’t bother him. I paid for a full year of the premium version, and nothing has changed. I still get the annoying ads. I updated, and nothing helped. I contacted customer support, and got zero response. I’ll be contacting my credit card company with a dispute.

***WARNING: 5 star reviews are old. I like to read reviews and choose things based on highest rating from most people. Unfortunately, I didn’t see that all of the glowing reviews are from previous versions of the app. In the last year they started to change, and I’ve been finding out why. This morning is the 6th or 7th time that my alarm failed to make any noise and wake me up (I’ve been using the app for several months now). I’m a teacher so more often than not, I keep my ringer on vibrate and don’t bother to switch it on when I’m not at work. It appears that (sometimes?) the app requires the ringer to be on in order for the alarm to sound. Most of the time a little warning message pops up saying that the alarm won’t sound because my phone is muted, so I remember to turn it back on. Sometimes it says that the alarm won’t sound when muted unless the phone is charging. Sometimes it pretends everything is fine until morning when it makes no noise at all. On these days, half the time it indicates that it’d been “going off” for an hour and (I’m presuming) has snoozed itself enough times to just stop trying. The other half it’s like I never set an alarm - no indication anywhere that anything happened at the time my alarm is set for. It’s heartbreaking because I wanted something that I could customize, and this was perfect! It’s too much of a gamble to be worth it though - alarms need to be consistent, and there’s truly no room for the possibility of it not going off.

Great but only one problem. I feel that this app is a good idea for a plain clock. You have color customization and everything but there is only one problem. Most other clock apps when you turn your iPhone/iPad to its side the add at the bottom will disappear and will reappear when turned back upright. But with this app, the ad always stays on the screen no matter what you do. The only way to get rid of it is to buy the subscription which isn’t worth the money. The one improvement that could make this app one of the best clocks on the App Store is to just get rid of the ad at the bottom on the screen when the device is in landscape mode. You will still get you ad money from it because most likely anyone opening the app will have their device upright and will have the ad pop up on the bottom so just get rid of it turned. My final verdict is that this app isn’t worth it and there are other alternatives that don’t clutter the screen with ads when turned. If this was fixed I would say this would be the perfect clock app with its features, even with the ads.

The perfect app for me. This was the hands down perfect app for me I’m a heavy sleeper and I would sleep late and get late to school and I wake up right on time. The app also includes a alarm clock and if you have iTunes music it lets you add your music to your alarm or if you don’t have iTunes music (aka me cus I cant afford that 🤓) it provides you with some free music, it also provides a timer, a flashlight, what percent your phone is on (which blows my mind) and your clock I read some reviews on the update and they were mad but hey I’m perfectly happy. I would totally recommend this app but hey if you don’t know download it to see if you like it and if not delete it but ya thx so much for reading my review it makes me feel special and have an nice day ❤️!

A must until the last update/upgrade. The one star is for the current version out there in the past you’ve been a 5. I have used this alarm app for years over the built in Apple one and never had an issue until this morning. Sorry to say the issue forced me to delete the app so I could use my phone. This morning the alarm did go off but muted my phone volume so no alarm. This caused me to sleep in and because the alarm had muted my phone I didn’t hear the calls from my work wondering where I was. When my internal body clock woke me I was already an hour late and could not access my phone because the alarm app was looping and kept setting off the muted alarm. If I came out the app the volume indicator was also looping and showed the phone as muted and a constant notification alert that the alarm was going off. I switched the phone off and when it rebooted went straight into the alarm sounding. Once I entered my password it went straight back into the alarm muted loop. With some difficulty I managed to get the app deleted as all attempts to stop the alarm failed. Let me know when you fix the bug as you have a good product that I’ve used for years with out trouble and I’m willing to give you another chance. Everyone is allowed an error just can’t trust the app until the issue is resolved.

Battery drainer. I really liked this alarm and how soft it sounded since I’m a light sleeper and all other alarms are quite loud. I don’t need one that scares the living daylights out of me so early. I liked it so much I even paid for a subscription. It wasn’t until this morning that I noticed that it was draining my battery quickly. I went to sleep at 11 pm with 100% battery and woke up at 5 am (without an alarm) to find it at 72%! My battery has been draining quickly lately and I couldn’t figure out why. Then I saw that it was because of this app! It used up more than 50% of my battery in a 24 hour period which is saying something since I’m a heavy IG user. If I had all the bells and whistles turned off (RSS feed, weather, notifications, etc) turned off and it still drained my battery (which is still in good condition) that quickly, I’ll look for another app or even a physical alarm instead.

App Is just OK. Subscription not OK.. PRO: I have the free version. Now that I've learned it quirks, the alarm sounds every morning at the desired time. The app basically does what it's supposed to do. CON: (1) The UI and time/alarm display could use some functional and aesthetic updating. (2) There are too many ads, and most are annoying at best and at worst, obnoxious. I was prompted to write this review due to an ad this morning that wouldn't close. I had to kill the app and restart it. (3) I am always willing to pay a few dollars for permanent ownership of an ad-free, fully functional app. I have about a dozen paid apps on my iPhone. However, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I WILL ENTER INTO A SUBSCRIPTION FOR A SMALL APP LIKE THIS that has plenty of alternatives. It's not so much the money; it's the fact that I already have too many subscriptions: magazines, streaming services, software, and news sources such as the NY Times and WaPo. Each one adds to the time and cognitive burden of supervising them: keeping payment methods current, scanning my credit card bill to watch for subscriptions I no longer use. I know that app developers want the steady income from the subscription payment model. However, the devlopers of this app will not get a penny from me unless they allow a one time purchase.

Perfect app...not anymore. Had to downgrade my 5 star review from 4 years ago as I just had to uninstall this app. It’s been not going off in the morning. At first it wasn’t finding my music (again...this seems to be a constant affliction after any update). So I made it a special playlist. Solved. Then it wasn’t waking on time. So for the last 2 days I’ve set an old fashioned manual bell clock so i could wake up and watch my phone clock. Here’s what I saw both days. 1. The time for alarm arrives. App is on screen and display changes to a small overlay with tiny buttons. No sound is playing and though I’ve not touched anything, the snooze counter started counting from 7 minutes on its own. So I guess the app snoozed itself! Wait, what? Yea, that happened again when it got to zero. The snooze timer reset on its own and started counting down again. 2. So I manually hit the (now too tiny) Stop icon. Well, now my wake music starts playing and loudly right fast. I’m definitely awake. Oh and the snooze counter restarts again now. 3. I double click home button, swipe and close alarm app. It’s still playing my wake music. I uninstall the program. It’s still playing my alarm music. I turn my phone all the way off. Sweet silence. Day 1 I reinstalled to give the app another chance. It behaved the same Day 2. So this app is currently very janky. I’ll watch the update info for when it’s back to working properly. Until then it’s not allowed on my phone.

HORRIBLE PLEASE DON’T USE. If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would. Worked fine on my watch, but my phone played the sound also. Only slightly annoying cuz I had to get up to get to my phone, but then the phone wouldn’t stop playing it!! Just kept chiming until I finally decided to just turn the volume on mute so I could get ready. Later in the day I opted to watch a video on my phone so I turn the volume back up and it’s still playing!!! The only way I could get it to stop was the turn my phone off and on again. Needless to say this app has been deleted and I will definitely never be getting it again. I’ve never had such a bad experience with an app before. You’ve been warned - DO NOT USE!! On a less annoying (but still annoying) note, the alarm only works if you turn the watch off mute. I get calls and texts in the middle of the night from friends and need my watch to stay muted or they often wake me up.

Was better before the upgrade. One of the reasons I love this app (I've used it every single day for years) is because its display on my iPad is so big--I can read the time without my contact lenses. But the display changed in this week's upgrade. Now when the alarm is going off or it's in snooze mode, both the countdown to the next alarm and the actual time are so small that I can't read them at all unless my face is a few inches from the screen. The STOP button also got smaller, and instead of being red (which was easy to see when you're fumbling around in the dark), it's just white like the snooze button--you actually have to read the button text to make sure you have the right one. Clearly, the developers have better eyesight than I do. The other thing I noticed is that the volume gets loud a lot more quickly than it used to. I really appreciated the long fade in because I could usually turn the alarm off before it got loud enough to wake my husband. It's also a lot less jarring to wake up when it fades in slowly. Bring back the colors, the big font size, and the slow audio fade!

There's a flaw. I got this for the screen burn in protection. That does not work on the iPhone 14 pro max, I would assume all the 14's. It's exactly what I want, but worried about screen burn in. The developers gave me a free year promo while they work on it but I got busy and didn't redeem it in time, it expired. So now I'm using the free version and that's annoying and terrible. This is a alarm app, but in the middle of the night, 3AM I turned over and seen an alert on my phone saying memory alert. I tried pushing cancel and instead I get a piercing warning alert waking the wife up. As others have said you get full page ads in the middle of the night and getting them off is not always easy. I have not decided what to do. This alarm does what I want, but I hate paying for something that has a main feature not working. The ads are so bad for an alarm clock, which I assume apple does that, either way not sleep friendly. I would not recommend the ad version. If you don't care about not having the screen burn in protection not working then pay for it, it works.

Handy free alarm clock app.. New review: I consider this a great free alarm clock app. Very handy travel clock and alarm. Always easy to use. I like that the developers read and respond to feedback. So, for the dev team, here’s what got stuck. The issue was a promotion for a game popped up (this is a free version so there are ads and offers) but it did not have an “X” to close the ad. Close the app, reopen and it went to that ad. Kind of frozen. Ironically the game had snow monsters. Eventually the app cycled ads and the next ad had an “X” and could be closed out. Old review: Was great; now unusable. Very handy travel clock and alarm. Always easy to use. Recent update for the free version has automatically opened a game (I do not do cellphone gaming.) and gives me no way to exit the game screen except 1. Play the game for free or 2. Exit the app. Have tried three times to find an exit back to the clock without success. Will watch for an update then try again. It is unusable as is.

Forget about the travel clock; this does it all. I've been using this clock for about 2 years now and I have come to depend on it especially for business trips, as you can't always depend on the hotel wake up call. Only 1 minor thing that prevented me from giving a 5 star was that there is no indication that the alarm is in active mode from the home screen. You have to go into the alarm settings page to check to see if it is active or not. Otherwise one of the better and more useful apps. Update: the flashlight feature hasn't worked for the last few upgrades and still doesn't. The bright advertising wakes you up. Not good. Lastly, I put my phone in airplane mode when sleeping. A prompt warns that the alarm may not go off. I now revert to the standard clock app that came with my phone for alarms. This app is no longer useful as it used to be. I don't use it anymore.

Great Alarm Clock. This has been my alarm clock for several years. I have it on my iPad and it’s very easy to use. I generally push the snooze button several times and I’m glad the snooze button and the off button are very clear. My one issue is that every night I open this app, click off the page asking if I want to upgrade and wait for the ad. I don’t mind the ad, however it takes at least 30 seconds to come up. Which may not seem long, but I’m ready to go to sleep when I put my iPad down, so I place it on my nightstand and wait, and wait, and wait while trying not to fall asleep ( I literally fall asleep the second my head hits my pillow) Most night about 30 seconds later, I have an ad. A lot of nights I think there’s not going to be an ad after all, and I lay down and get settled and the the ad pops up and I have to get back up to turn it off. And about 1 to 2 times a week, I actually don’t get an ad. I don’t mind the ads (and I really don’t mind the nights I get no ads lol), but to have to wait so long for it, is kind of a pain. I understand that this is a first world problem, but I am so tired when I go to bed that I just want to turn my clock on, get the ad, then go to sleep. But other than that, I love this app.

Too many ads ruining a good app. I’ve used this app for two years now and it’s been peasant and dependable. I was even okay with the ads that popped up when I opened the app, but they once they were gone they stayed gone all night. Now they pop up, at random times in the middle of the night causing my phone to go to sleep and I wake up to a alarm from a dark screen with no snooze button and a phone that I have to fumble with to unlock just to hit the snooze. The opening ads have gotten so bad that there isn’t a way to x out of some of them to get to the clock screen. I’ve has to close the app as many as three straight times to get a clock screen with no ad transitions. Seriously, does capitalism have to 🤬ruin EVERYTHING? PS. After taking a deep dive into reviews going back years I can see that my complaints fall on ears stuffed right with money. I’ll be looking for a new alarm clock app.

So disappointed…. It keeps happening, but it’s random so I can’t take corrective actions. 😢 I love that the app can be customized for color. The sounds i have chosen don’t bother me…too much, they are alarms, after all. However, TOO many times now the alarm simply has failed to alarm me that a particular time has arrived. I am NOT a clock watcher, I generally don’t care what time it is, but i do have time sensitive things to do during my day and use several alarms. Too often they have failed. Fortunately, not causing great issues in my life, but that’s probably just a matter of time. (No pun intended 😂😂) I have used this app for years. It started great, but after a few too many upgrades, it has begun to fail. I would have purchased the ad free version, but if you can’t get this right, why would i pay for it… Time to try another alarm system. 😔

This clock App. is color!!👍🏼👍🏼. I like this app. it’s colorful and is a good clock app. wake-up for the weekends. There no problem’s with this app. and I like changing the colors all the time. 👍🏼👍🏼 This app has beautiful colors every time I use this alarm clock to wake me up. I love changing the colors for my alarm clock and this alarm clock app has never failed me. Just a prefix app. that I truly like and doesn’t need any changes what so ever.👍🏼👍🏼😊 Well I would like to change the alarm clock wake-up on it but, I can’t? Can we fix only that so I can wake-up to a different alarm sound instead of the same alarm theme all the time? Thank you 🙏that all I want! I still like this alarm App..😁 This alarm App is still a great alarm App for waking me up for work. I do have trouble after the alarm wake me up but, it’s not the alarm App fault, it’s mine. I still can’t change the alarm sound to something else but, I’m okay with it. I still like changing the colors all the time 👍🏼👍🏼. Thank you for this wonderful alarm App. 😊

Ads make alarm clock unreliable. When I first considered using this app for my alarm clock, I noticed several reviews talking about the ads. Since these reviews were several years old, I thought the developers had that handled. Apparently not. Since I installed the app, I have been rudely awakened on several occasions by loud, obnoxious music from slots ads that played between 1 and 4 in the morning. And then there are the silent ads that don’t self close. I leave the app active on the Home Screen on my iPhone. When an ad appears in the middle of the night, it knocks the alarm app of the the Home Screen and the alarm doesn’t operate like an alarm. This morning is a prime example. The alarm never went off because of an ad that appeared sometime during the night. When I closed down the ad, the alarm app appeared on the Home Screen and showed that it had been waiting for a snooze or stop response for an hour and 20 minutes but the alarm never sounded. This not the first time this has happened. Today was especially irritating because I had an appointment that I didn’t make because the alarm never went off. Most of the time the app works fine. But when these ads show up and interfere with the alarm app’s functionality then it makes the app unreliable. The ads need to self close.

Even Premium has Ad’s !!!. Very very annoying to still get ADS for 20-30 seconds ! DO NOT …. PAY FOR PREMIUM, REPEAT … DO NOT PAY FOR PREMIUM, THERE ARE STILL ADS !!! Not worth it !!! I have upgraded my subscription to Premium but STILL get all the ads and from time to time , I’ll get ready to set an alarm and then I have to wait a good 45 seconds before and AD RUNS through its entirety and then try to Hurry Up and set an alarm before another AD for buying g a new game shows . Very very annoying !!! When all of this isn’t happening and the Alarm is working , it is nice but not worth all the AD’s !!!

Subscription Does Not Work! Buggy As Hell!. After paying for a year subscription, for a feature that was free for many years. That would be the Twitter Feed. It has, by all indications, been “authorized” and enabled. But, the Twitter Feed never actually starts displaying. Regardless of how many times you delete, re-install the app, go through the Twitter “authorization” process, it will not work. The company has been aware of this recurring issue for months, and they never can quite seem to get all of the bugs worked out regarding this issue, for both the iPad nor the iPhone installs. They ought to not only fix it, they ought to have to give a refund retroactively for the time in between when the app feature doesn’t perform as it should, regarding the Twitter Feed feature, and the time at which they actually get the issue resolved. If they ever do, that is. You have to wonder if they ever test their app after making changes.

Leaving after 5 years as a Premium Subscriber. This app has become un reliable all of the sudden. Have been using for about 5 years. I am a heavy sleeper and the last few month the alarms just go off when they feel like it. I use to set a time and the next morning it would go off like it should - Not Any More! For the past three months it’s been a couple times a week the alarm won’t go off. I have 3 different iPads connected to 3 separate jamboxexes of different brands connected via wire or through BlueTooth. Today was the last straw. NONE OF THEM WENT OFF, AGAIN except for my little home alarm clock that just happened to wake me up today. so it’s not just my device having an issue it’s the APP itself. Some just make the notification sound very 10 minutes and not the alarm sound. Some the alarm is up and blasting but only once I hit the home button to figure out why the piece of crap app wouldn’t work only to find that it is working but I had to physically hit the hope button, get into the iPad, and then it’s starts blaring the alarm. I’ve tried resetting my devices every night and it does no good. Also have made sure everything is up to date and no dice there either. I don’t know what you guys have done down there to mess up a beautiful thing but I’m sorry. I’m out. I’m gone and take your piece of trash app with you

About to become obsolete. ——- update ——- Instead of taking the friendly advise of offering a one time fee for your app before apple iOS 17 standby clock release kills it, you decide to go nuclear with your advertising and today force everyone to consent to selling them out with forced tracking, cookies etc. so sad you decided to go down that death spiral path. Good luck I’ve finally deleted the app after 5 years! It’s been fun. Ciao —————- I’ve used this app for years - loved the aesthetic design, didn’t like the ads or changing UI up to avoid screen burn (might have been fixed recently) Sad to say that your reign is over - apple is taking over providing same feature in iOS 17. Don’t you just hate (or love it) when apple just kills your business (as usual) each year on new iOS upgrades. If you guys were smart - you would throw one last big hoorah party. Just offer all your loyal users a one time 99 cents cost for pro unlimited ad free version. Otherwise you will lose everyone anyway to apple built in charging clock feature - turn phone landscape and clock will automatically appear. Bitter sweet goodbye y’all it’s been real !

Latest Updates. I’ve never minded the ads, however for the last year or so the ad length has become ridiculous! Not only does it ask me every time I open the app if I want to upgrade, then it goes into a lengthy ad! I also never know when the ad is going to play sound, talk about an upset spouse when it starts blaring an ad and he’s asleep! Then with the latest upgrade even though my alarms are set to repeat they no longer stay on once it goes off and I stop it. In the past I did not have to turn them on every night, if I had it on repeat for weekdays it would go off unless I turned off the alarm. What is the purpose of repeat if it doesn’t repeat the next night? If this is a measure to make me pay for an upgrade I’m afraid you’ll have lost a user.

Suddenly my purchase isn’t recognized. I paid for the ads free version years ago and I’ve been using it every day since then. I opened the app tonight and suddenly it’s asking for money again, failing to recognize I’m a paying customer. There is something in the FAQ about having to download a different app but the link the developer provides there is dead and the search terms only yield the same app wanting more money. This is either some horrible error in programming or some fraudulent way of getting more money. Either way, an app I have used and loved literally every day for years has been ruined. Update: I got an immediate response in which the developer acknowledged the problem and an updated app was put out within a day or two that fixed the problem.

Recurring alarms are no longer recurring. I’ve been using this app for years and up until this past week I’ve never had my recurring alarms turn off. I was almost late to work earlier this week because my alarm was automatically turned off from the day before, and I’ve had this same alarm set for the past year with no problems. I thought maybe there was a glitch with the app on my phone so I deleted, turned my phone off then on, and reinstalled it and the same thing happened today. I’m even paying for the premium subscription because the ads had gotten so bad that they would randomly turn on in the middle of the night, waking me up. I don’t mind paying ten bucks a year for no ads but when my daily alarms no longer stay on and I have to manually turn them on daily, I might just not renew my subscription and go look for another alarm clock app.

No longer working as it should!!. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF YOU WANT TO WAKE UP! Not sure what is going on with this app lately. I have the paid version and I’ve been using it for years. My kids use it for school and work as well. The past 6-9 months have had lots of quirky issues. Unfortunately, it’s become more and more unreliable and this past week was the last straw when it caused my daughter to miss college classes, me to be late to work and for my son to miss one of his basketball games because it froze and never woke us up!! This past week I have woken up to seeing the snooze and stop buttons on the screen but no sound and the buttons could not be pressed. Another day similar situation but I was able to hit snooze but had to hit it several times for it to start but then it froze and never went off. Yesterday it froze at the alarm time with no snooze or stop buttons and no sound. So disappointed! I loved this app. It was simple, easy to use and reliable. How hard is it?! I just want an alarm clock that works and now I’m thinking I’m gonna have to go back to the good old fashioned alarm clock and not my phone.

App has gone from cream to crap. I seldom write reviews, but the turnaround in this formally great app is so stunning and disgusting, that I have to write one. Like many other reviewers, I have used this app with pleasure for years. But the free version has become virtually unusable, because of the long and noisy ads that are appearing with increasing frequency, when foregrounding the app, setting the alarm, turning off the alarm. sometimes one has to go through multiple steps before an X finally appears to turn off the ad. having been a programmer myself, I appreciate that the developers need something to live on, but they have destroyed a nice little utility, that many people have loved. When you were getting ready to go to sleep, it’s the last thing anyone needs to have loud, be being an warnings, blaring and flashing at you. The developers have claimed to other reviewers that these problems have been fixed., But they haven’t. As for paying for a subscription, even if that were appropriate for such a small utility(it is not), the price is too high, and they have destroyed the credibility they once had by having such disgusting ads. I have recommended this to many people in the past. Now with sadness, I have to warn people to stay away from this if you value your sleep.

Not Dependable. Have had this alarm app for over a year. Main reason for purchasing is I can set it to come on to my iTunes playlist and it will shuffle through those songs vs playing the same song over and over like the alarm function that comes with the default Apple click. When this app works, I like it. However I cannot depend on it. I’ll set it, and get the notification that it’ll go off, and sometimes it will, but sometimes it won’t. When it doesn’t go off, I open the app and it appears as it it’s been going off, as I have to “stop” it and then it off. The only thing I can link this issue to is getting notifications after it’s set. For instance I set it last night, received 3 notifications (2 missed calls and 1 voicemail), and it didn’t go off this AM. But, it occurs with other non-call related notifications, as well.

Meh.... PROS: it looks cool, if you buy the subscription version with no ads. It has a weather widget built in the display. It enables slightly faster access to the flashlight than opening the control center. I guess. CONS: a recurring subscription is required for no ads, and if you don’t pay it the ads render this app too irritating for me to tolerate. There are only a handful of alarm tones, and though it will play your music, it doesn’t have access to any tones you make or buy from iTunes. Except for the weather widget, this app doesn’t do any more than my built in iPhone alarm clock. MY PERSONAL VERDICT: not worth a subscription, and not worth putting up with the ads otherwise. Now, if you want to change my mind, you could add some better and useful options, like enabling the selection of alert/alarm tones on my phone, followed by voices to announce the time and the current weather while I’m waking up. I would pay for that, if it was done tastefully (imagine the voice of HAL, or Sigourney Weavers computer voice doing this, or even goofy voices like Charlie Brown waking you up). Get creative!

Saved me once lol. I'm just gonna say this, once during an ice storm power outage, the flashlight feature was really helpful (I have an old iPad 4 without a built-in flashlight). I turned it on by accident, but it probably saved me from stepping on a rusty nail in the hallway. Aside from that, the app works great! Even though there's a chance that the version I use might be a little outdated (I haven't checked the version requirements, but my limit is iOS 10), it still does everything that it's supposed to do. I like the alarms it has, and I personally prefer them over the standard Apple alarms, and being the person who sets nine alarms for the same morning, it does a pretty good job of waking me up before my 9 AM alarm.

App not working on iPhone 7 Plus.. UPDATE: Note to developers; The problem first appeared on the paid version which I deleted to reinstall. But the icons seem identical for both free and paid so I probably accidentally downloaded the free version. However the reboots happened in both versions. I’ll try out the updated paid version and see if anything has improved. Original review: I’ve been using this for years, but just like the other poster, I’m having major problems with this installed so I had to delete it entirely. First, it soft reboots my screen constantly. Then the alarms no longer work. If you open the app when the alarm is supposed to go off, only then does it miraculously start beeping. Then reboots my screen again. I tried to uninstall then reinstall and reboots start again. I don’t understand but it works fine on my iPhone 6 Plus but 7 Plus is my main phone so I can’t use it on that. This just started recently so I don’t know if you did something in the background or if it’s the update. But this is really bad and I need to find a new, reliable alarm app for now.

what happened???!!'. The recent update killed this app! i cannot set the alarm at all. i've been using this to wake up to my favorite music for several years! There is no longer an option to select individual songs; the only thing that comes up to select from is 'playlists'. Even when I tried to select a playlist, it didn't work! Something is terribly wrong. Looking through the app store for alternatives as this just won't do at all as an alarm clock anymore. Monday, Sept. 23, 2017 Really...? Do you honestly think I don’t know that I need to download the music I want to my device... ? As I said, I’ve been using this app for years; I am well acquainted with how it’s supposed to work. I’ll just find another alarm clock app, there are plenty to choose from.

Good versatile functionality.. The ads are an annoying but necessary part of an otherwise great free app.

Amazing. Wakes me up every morning for my workouts or school

The good one. I love this app I will give it five stars it wakes me up all the time and it will not stop until you stop it all the other ones don’t keep on going but you you still have to get a free ad thing you have to pay for so I want to get that away

Ty For This App. I like this app because it tells you the seconds but most Digital apps dont have seconds. Also u can change the colour! I changed from Red to Dark Blue! Also, u can add the weather, so compare to Alexa (because she/he also has the weather) She is on Voice Commands but in this app you can see it normally! So i wantvalexa creators (if theyre here) to think about using WHISPER commands so she can hear while whisoering so we wouldnt have to waste our voice! THE END!! :D

.. The alarm app has been good so far but recently in the past few weeks it has not gone off in the morning …. Not sure why but this is annoying.

Meh. Pop up ads are annoying and who would spend money for a alarm clock on a phone to remove it. There are many better apps but if you care about the colour of your timer numbers sooooo much then this is for you. lotta improvements, but at least it works

Clock. I had an update and guess what? Lost my clock app off my iPad along with another app, trying to install what I had previously, not happy, now someone with a flash of brilliance would have come up with the update, and having caused frustration to people - wait for it- would have got paid for it!,

The ads are next level annoying. Used to be a great app, now the ads dominate, you can’t get out of them/close them. They are also incredibly loud.

What’s with the ads in my face?!. Can you please make your ads less annoying? They pop up in my face when I try setting my alarm. Sometimes, clicking it off just takes me to the ad. I see why you need them, but do they need to be in my face? Seriously considering switching to the clock app that is preinstalled on my phone... Also, $7:99 a month (or however it goes) is kinda steep just to remove ads. And sometimes when I close the app, I get the popup saying alarm will not sound because my mute switch is on when it is not. Could you please fix these things?

Amazing. I use this clock when i am on holidays so i don’t have to bring my clock and it is really reliable. Im not sure what i would do without it. Keep up the good work!

Crashing. Hi sir I’ve been download this app 2 weeks ago and everything is fine and then 3rd week it’s always crashing alarm doesn’t work and hanging.. please fix it..

Used to great.. I’ve been using this app for years. I upgrade to iPhone 8 and now, for some reason, the alarm goes off randomly and won’t turn off. I’ve had to delete the whole app and reinstall it, just to turn it off.

Drains battery. Drained my battery significantly overnight. Kept popping up messages which made it difficult to switch off the alarm. Have uninstalled and will be trying to find an alternate alarm clock to use instead.

Works well. Just downloaded looks pretty good

Annoying. I used it for a couple of days and got so many notifications that it was set. At least five a day.

Gesture bar fix?. Been a very happy user of this app. But now with an iPhone x the gesture bar at the bottom which burns brightly while rest of app is dull overnight looks like an alien trying to get out, is harsh on night eyes, and looks ready to cause OLED burn in. Can you guys not get rid of this gesture bar? I ain't going to feel comfortable using your app till you can at least dim it if not get rid of it altogether

Waste of time. Waste of an app, did not work. The only thing it would let me do is turn on the flashlight setting which I don’t even want to use to begin with. All I need is a working alarm that you can set a time to and this app did not let me do anything. I would rather give this app a dislike than having to give it any stars, 1 Star is too rich

Idk. It’s good but cool I LOVE IT btw I haven’t downloaded it yet but can you change the music to any song?🧐

It’s a clock, it tells time.... So it does everything that a clock should do... One problem is the background screen for the clock is not actually black, it is a dark shade of grey, so in a pitch dark room, no matter how faint you make the settings for the digits, there is a glow of light generated. Once your eyes adjust to the “ darkness” it is quite light.... Still, I guess you get wait you paid for...

BATTERY!. I've been using this alarm app for more than 6 years. I wish I never updated to the latest version. I always put my alarm overnight but for some reason the alarm clock app drains my battery. (My phone is always on charge while alarm is set) for example today from 100% went down to 18% in 5 hours. Battery settings say alarm clock used up 54% of battery. You need to fix this problem or I am going to have to reconsider different alarm apps. Thank you

Alarm. I like how you can change the colour and the alarm sounds haven’t got much variety but it is still great.

Clock. I paid for this app so I wouldn’t get ads. I still get ads. They keep popping up. So frustrating!

Files please. could you please make it where we can upload songs from files instead of Apple Music. Apple Music is stupidly expensive. I don’t have any money to be wasting on songs I already have in files. So could you please make it where we can upload said files

It’s ok. I want it to play a selected song but it has 2 options Notification sound or song I have selected a song but there is no way to turn off notification sound so sometimes it plays the song I want and other times the notification sound it wants Annoying

It’s basic function does not work. It’s been 3 days in a row now that my alarm has not sounded. My volume was left on high, the app was still running, I had a notification saying the alarm will sound at 5:45am, and yet it still did not sound in the morning, making me late. The snooze and dismiss button became active after the time was alarm was set to, but there was still no sound at all. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be deleting and finding something better.

Best free app ever. If you want it to use less power TURN OFF NEWS FEEDS. I LOVE this app, news, lots of options!

Clock hd. Just started using that looks good Been using this for a while now and no dramas. Screen is clear and bright at night time

App review. This app will really helpful to know if you’re alarm is sett or not because it it will give you a notification to tell you that you’re alarm is set for tomorrow

Doesn’t go off.. Made a point of making sure both ringer and volume were on max, wake up 30 minutes after the alarm to a ton of SILENT notifications about my alarm. Worsethan useless.

Highly Recommended. I've am very happy with this app. It's well designed and reliable. Perhaps most importantly the developers are obviously very responsive to customer input. This is something many others developers could learn from. Great job!

Overall amazing!!. I keep finding apps where you have to pay for the screen to be darker, or no ads because the pop up every ten seconds, or to put music, but Alarm clock is a really good one!

Great alarm clock. Simple and easy to use it’s never let me down

Has the bug been fixed?. Recently I’ve set the alarm and it hasn’t gone off. For some reason the clock seems to be 30 mins behind the real time, meaning Ive missed certain events. Has this been fixed? Spoke to someone else who mentioned the same thing. Using another app for now, as have been using this for a while but can’t afford to miss an alarm!

Avoid. Purchased subscription. Find that ads still pop up intermittently even when the purchased the ‘no advert’ subscription is installed. Unreliable alarm. Use the free clock app which comes with iOS - it is far more reliable and works better. Have cancelled subscription now, what a waste of money!

Ads are just plain annoying. Once apron a time the ads were acceptable, now they are constant, annoying and in a lot of cases I’m unable to close them after having to wait 30 plus seconds. Time for anew alarm clock.

Why are there ads?. I don’t know why you added advertisements to an app that I bought and paid for. Will be sure not to purchase apps from this developer again.

Lol. I like it and love it This is the best!!!!!!!! Because it wakes me up when i need to

ITS SO GOOD just one thing. Ok so this app has saved me it always wakes me up at the time I need it to its not like my regular alarm clock NOTHING like it. my old alarm clock chose its days which was most of the time it would Not go off it was so anoyying because ither I would wake my self up at six in the morning having to stay up so I would be up and ready but I would always be tired after or I would sleep until my dad came in and he would be mad because I was still in bed because of my alarm. But anyways this app was a lifesaver and I can not thank the creators enough for this awesome app but what would be nice is that you could turn of ur phone or ipad and it would still go off so yeah byeee your app is awesome :)

Unhappy. I used this app for years with no problem and no adds. It stopped responding so I had to delete and redownload now it is packed with adds! Unhappy! Tried to restore purchase but it said that I hadn’t paid for it... unhappy that the app that I had full rights to now wants me to paid, again.

Alarm clock. Have to use Apple Music bit disappointing

Simple to use. This app does what I need and is simple to use.

Bug in version 4.0. Hi, the app now plays sound and notification sound at the same time. With no option to turn off notification sound. When you goto delete the notification sound the app crashes to home screen.

Great Alarm. Perfect for playing over Bluetooth unlike the original Apple Alarm

Alarm clock. To the person who made this this is totally cool but you should add a timer please

Best app on the App Store. I use this app all the time and it works so well if I were only to have one app it would be this one I’ve used it 18 hours this week I’ve try all the colours and settings cannot recommend this enough

My review. Can you change so that your phone can be charged at any percent? Thanks.

Unable to use while phone is on mute. Completely impractical as it won’t let me use my alarm while my phone is mute. I don’t want notifications going off all night on my phone, so for that reason I must find an alternate app…

I love that it's not pay to play. This is great and it's free don't have to pay for anything that I need it's great

Alarm clock. This app is great it tells the time and the weather I am very happy

Great clock app .... Very happy with app. Adjustable screen brightness, which is a great feature. Would give it 5 stars if it didn’t drain battery as much as it does. Just remember to recharge and it’s all good. Definitely recommend.

Really. Alarm

To many fking ads. Garbage filled worh ads

It’s great but uses A LOT of battery. I really like this app. Great song choices and it slowly increases volume to wake you up. I like how it’s made. However, I just realized that it uses almost 60% of your battery in the background. So that’s what makes it 3 stars.

My review. I honestly don’t write reviews for apps, I keep sleeping through every other alarm app/ the default apple alarm. But this one’s wakes me up every single time no matter what. 10/10

Can’t find support .. so here’s my problem. Been using this app for years (unsubscribed). All of a sudden I can’t get it to open. Deleted and reinstated. Restarted my iPad. And I love it. Works as it should. Every once in a while, I change the colour. Usually use it as a clock only. I tend to use my phone for alarms. Any suggestions?

Mixed feelings. I like the app but for one issue. And it’s a doozy. If for any reason internet connection is interrupted the app will display a very bright white dialogue box indicating such. That very BRIGHT screen does not go away until you make it go away. In the dark my eyes are straining to adjust to the insanely bright screen. At 3 am I’m not lying there with heart shaped thought bubbles reading tomorrow’s weather. I’m trying to sleep. Sleep made difficult by this flood lamp shinning in my face. In the app settings I have all that crap turned off. And still I get lit up.

I never thought I’d download an ALARM CLOCK APP. Seriously, out of habit I would always search “alarm” on my phone but this app always came up as a suggested download, idk why I typed that in instead of just using my pre downloaded clock app on my iPhone but I got tired of seeing the app suggestion and was already tired of the standard apple alarm noises so I thought why not give it a shot? It’s super customizable and it’s actually really cool, and the options for fading the noise to get extra loud etc is a nicer way to wake up then a standard bomb alarm going off jolting you up. Using this every morning now!!

Great App.. This is an amazing clock app . I use the alarm every morning to wake up . It works great!!!!

Billed for a subscription I didn’t ask for. Opened this once on holiday but it drained my battery. Came home to find if subscribed to a year of service! Did I hit something by mistake? Maybe. Was I asked to double click to confirm my decision? No. Sleazy.

Why would an alarm clock app need adds. So greedy. Why would anyone make money off that?

Good product.. Disregard my last review. It appears to be working without adds now on my new phone. Sorry for jumping the gun.

Worst battery. I just had my battery swapped, my battery is 100% fine. This alarm burned 30% of battery for being idle for 4 hours, with only “2 minutes” of screen time reported by the Apple setting page. Wt* is this app doing ?

it s a big NO. I’m really excited unhappy with this , it silence alarm most of the time.. i make sure my phone is not on silence mode every night but at the end it doesn’t change anything.. I would like a refund but i haven’t found yet the « contact us » information. No sound!! It s crazy.. I had to download another app 🤷🏻‍♀️🙁

Ads kill the application. Adds dominates the fiction and does not allow you to exit and get back to the application. It even freezes when you offline or not connected to the internet.

Doesnt work. Regularly does not ring. This morning the alarm was set at 5 am but didn’t ring until 7:51 when I opened up the app to check why it didn’t ring. This happens at least once a month even though it says it’ll ring the next day and I can’t keep being late for work. What’s the point of an alarm clock that doesn’t ring.

nice app ☀️ needs sunrise. nice app. good customizable options. the free is paid with adverts, but they are not too intrusive. the temp display is nice, but more useful would be sunrise-sunset times.

Lots To Like, But .... This app has a lot to like about it, but the one major flaw is a doozy! Every alarm clock that I have ever used pops to the surface when it is time, even coming through the lock screen to let you silence it. This one you have to find for yourself. And that is a killer 'feature' that is almost enough to have me looking elsewhere. And every month or so that is exactly what I do. No luck yet, but ... Then there's the cost of a premium subscription - you can't be serious! You really think that it is worth that much?

Alarm doesn’t go off on mute anymore. Got to work late because my alarm didn’t go off. I thought it was weird that it didn’t all of a sudden. Went to see what the problem and it seems like the new update won’t allow it to sound when I have my iPhone on mute. I have always kept my phone on mute to avoid hearing other notifications during the night while I’m sleeping. This new update won’t allow my alarm to be heard regardless. Please bring it back to the way it was.

Horrible App. Do not waste your time with this App! You have to leave it open all night with your phone charging AND to make matters worse, it is NOT a subtle wake up, it gets unbelievably LOUD way too fast. If you have your phone locked, the alarm will wake you up but you have to find the app, open it and shut it off while waking everyone around you… Not to mention, 1minute ads EVERY time you open it???? Yikes. Could not wait to write this and delete the app.

Too many ads. Found the app unusable because of the amount of popups. Deleted

Unreliable. I have been using this app for a few months now. The few positive aspects that I like about the app are not enough to make up for the app failing to do its intended job. I will have the app open, with all my volumes on the maximum settings (including every individual alarm I have set), with Do Not Disturb off, on a desk or some other place with no view of my face, basically everthing I can think of to allow the alarm to ring, and it remains completely inconsistent. It'll ring some days and stay silent or near silent others. I have to rely on an old physical digital alarm clock to ensure I wake up in the morning, which is set a few minutes after the alarm I set on this app. If I need to take a nap before or after work, I can't even rely on this app to wake me up after a few minutes. I'll set an alarm for 5-10 minutes only to wake myself up after to find the alarm "ringing" SILENTLY. I've stayed because I noticed the app was still being updated, which gave me hope that the app was being improved, but I'm just about reaching my limit on this app.

Y the adds?. I want an alarm clock not something I have to wait for an add to end before I can set the blood time

So good. Download it

Adds. Endless ads was good, now just money grab to pay for no ads every time you open it

Using iOS built in alarms can use a whole playlist using Shortcuts. I am giving this app 1 star because they moved to a subscription model with confusing pricing. The functionality of using a whole playlist in the iOS built in alarms can be accomplished with shortcuts and personal automations.

WOOOOOOW🤩🤩🤩. This app is amazing, there is a hole lot of app that just does not wake u up but this one will always wake u up and there’s a lot of stuff that u can do that are cool even if they are not important!!

Not available in my country. I paid for the full version- no ads. Suddenly the app is gone and I have to download it again. Full of ads. “Restore purchase” doesn’t work, link to recover old version is broken and it’s not available in my country. Time to look for a new alarm clock. I bet the overpriced subscription is an annual fee!

Great alarm!. I love this alarm because being a deaf person I pick high pitches better. Thank you very much. That’s why I use Rooster sounds . Nice &, loud for me. Thank you very much.

Good but too much light. Updated review: I still like and use the app and I’m happy the review received a response. However, my initial comment still stands. I know how to dim my iPhone 11 screen and I have it as low as it will go. My slider brightness for the clock is put just bright enough where I can see it. The background is not true black. I took a screen shot of the Alarm Clock App and Apple Compass app and there is a big difference. Compass app background is true black. But the alarm clock app is a slightly lit black. Peculiar. The app is still great. But that is the one annoyance. I feel this app used to have a background that was true black. Now it lights up my room. The background is like a low level screen lighting up my room and making the clock look washed out. The only way to increase the intensity of the time is to make everything brighter. Am I the only one?

Nice but terrible subscription model. I was going to purchase this if it was a one time purchase. Hate subscription model.

Trop de pub. J’utilise cette application depuis longtemps, elle fonctionnait très bien mais la les pub longues et avec son, il devrait avoir une solution autre qu’un abonnement annuel.

What Happened. This has been the most perfect app for 5 years and now all it is is ads. So annoying can’t do anything without seeing the ads.

A Subscription For An Alarm Clock?. What dystopian nightmare are we living in when a simple alarm clock app requires a subscription…

Very frustrating app. Adds are madness

Ads killed the app. Ads ruin the experience. I used to love the app and used it all the time. After years of use, it is now deleted and I’ve moved on to another ad free app

Silent. A lot of times the alarm is silent .

Difficult to navigate. Ant rely on this alarm…dont choose this one

Review. Way too many Adds .

You have to try. People so far I this click app. Has not let me down it’s like the energizer bunny it just keeps going. So try it out

To much advertising. Too hard to set and turn off alarm

Works amazing!. Tried a couple of apps this one works the best even on the free one! Wish it had a couple more alarm sounds but it does what it’s supposed too….wakes me up!

Alarm clock horrible. Too many ads! I start to set the time and an ad pops up. I know this is so I have to upgrade and spend money ... but every app is asking and it gets too much ...

PLEASE! No ads with sounds!. I’ve been using this app for a few years now. I understand why the ads. They happen all the time now but the worst thing is the ads with SOUNDS - just when I cranked my volume for the morning. ACKKKK!!! Or I’m exhausted & want to sleep but I have to wait 2-3 mins to get through a game ad. COME ON!!! 😡

Too Expensive. The ads make it worthless as they impair the function of the app. Only goes off half the time if you’re caught in a longer ad while setting the alarm. $8 is too much for an alarm clock so I’m going to find another one. Greed kills another one.

Awesome app. Love how you can set an alarm to wake up to music makes me feel so motivated!!

Scam. I paid for this clock yrs ago and I’ve always had the same Apple account but as soon as I switched phones it says I never paid for it. Scam

Useless!. I have to watch ads to set my alarm…volume settings don’t work. deleting this app.

Quite a useless alarm. Doesn’t work on silent mode. Also if you press the snooze button it doesn’t even sound off again a 2nd time. Only the first time. Most useless alarm ever!!

Peoples!. They need a subscription to get all the good stuff and we shouldn’t have to pay. Not subscription free!

unusable if you dont upgrade. the ads to upgrade can take up the whole screen . makes the experience difficult if you wake up in the middle of the night and want to glance at the time update: i don’t mind frequency of ads. just the whole screen issue. which can be fixed. i upped my rating a bit thanks to the quick and professional response i got from the developer. the app itself is one of the best. i hope to read-rate the app to 5 stars after my issue is solved.

Clock won’t turn. I’ve used this app for years, and it’s always worked perfectly, but since the update, when I set the phone horizontally, the clock no longer turns so that it, too, is horizontal. I wish I could send you more information on the problem I’m having, but the only problem that I have is the problem with the clock not switching to landscape when I turn the phone sideways, which it’s always done in the past. I’ve checked settings, but I don’t find anything that indicates that I can turn this feature on or off. I’ve also gone into settings on the iPhone and cannot find anything there that would control changing the orientation.

BEWARE: Deceptive Ad Placements and Subscription Purchase!!!!. Smacking snooze cost me about $6 today!!!! DO NOT USE THIS APP AS CONFIGURED!!!! I’ve used his app for quite a while but recently turned off my alarm only to discover that by smacking the snooze and using the fingerprint function to unlock my phone, I had also purchased the ad-free version. Of course, the “cancel” option only allows non-renewal of the subscription I already purchased. VERY POOR LAYOUT THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU IN YOUR SLEEPINESS AND WILL COST YOU $$$! UPDATE: I received a developer response that brother owned the problem not provided any refund. Here’s the explanation...”Before you purchase a subscription you first have to open a menu, make a selection and log-in to your Apple ID and then confirm. If this happens by accident then we can't be held accountable, as we can only do so much to prevent this from happening.” The ISSUE is that this all happened by me trying hit the phone to stop the alarm and subsequently trying to unlock my phone w/the thumbprint reader. Hitting my phone to turn off the alarm apparently brought up the purchase menu and unlocking it purchased the app. My original review stands...THIS “FREE” APP WILL COST YOU as it’s set up.

Still sounds on silent mode. I love this alarm app. I’ve been using it for years. Unfortunately I may have to switch apps because this one keeps sounding the alarm even when my phone is switched onto silent mode. I often wake before my alarm goes off and to prevent my daughter from waking I would always switch my phone to silent or turn the volume down all the way. But now the alarm still sounds even when my phone is on silent AND volume turned down all the way. Even with the app closed it sounds.

Not bad, but not perfect. Pretty useful clock app. The RSS news feed is frequently broken. The screen layout is pretty good, though I agree with other reviews that the advertisements can be annoying, especially now that they seem to cause pop-ups (this didn't happen in earlier releases). There seems to be a bug with the RSS feed disappearing after maybe a minute, regardless of the setting to control the time for that feature; “Never” does not prevent it from disappearing, and 5 minutes made no difference, it still seems to be about a minute and then the feed disappears. On the whole it is handy with a reasonable amount of configuration.

DOES NOT WORK. I have had this app for about 6 months. It worked fine in the beginning. Kept it on in the background when I went to sleep and it would go off in the morning. Lately, this has not worked AT ALL. I have been late to work several times in the past month because this has decided not to go off when I have it set. The first few times I figured it was user error and gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the few most recent times it didn’t work (three times in 2 weeks), I realized it was time to move on. Save yourself the hassle and the trouble and just use the Apple app or get an alarm clock. Those things won’t make you late for work.

Couldn’t handle their icon button. I don’t know why they didn’t just go with an alarm clock symbol on their Home Screen icon. The neon green 7:20 takes up real estate on your Home Screen, with a piece of data that is wrong every minute of the day, except for one coincidence. I even sprung for the paid version, hoping there was some widget that I could use that either 1)showed the correct time or 2) had some other format on the widget button It just drove me too crazy. I know it seems like a little thing. But Home Screen buttons are little things. So I moved on.

Buy their pro version not the subscription!. Don’t buy their subscription for this app, they have a paid version for $3 that has the same features as this subscription one and costs WAY less. Hopefully saved someone money out there. Update: I’ve recieved a developer response and the only difference between this version and the PRO verson is customer support? Does anyone need that? I dont know about you but I’m capable of setting my own alarm clock without “Live” customer support. Please don’t pay for the subscription, it does absolutely noting different than the PRO version that doesn’ have a recurring payment plan.

Awesomest app ever. I like this app because it is fun and creative with a lot of good quality I think that you guys should take off the adds but other than that I love it and I gonna need something creative and fun and very special to wake me up for school I have tried everything from here to there and I think no I know that this awesome app will wake me up when and where I need to the best part is how you get it to be like a real alarm clock so awesome and people who look at this awesome app should try it I know you will like every bit of it

Alarm Doesn’t Go Off!. I’ll set an alarm, and sometimes it’ll go off on time. Most of the time, I’ll wake myself up or feel like too much time has passed and go check the time, and sure enough it’s past when the alarm was set. I’ll go check the app, and it’s as if I’m reminding it that it was supposed to go off, because then the alarm will start sounding. And don’t even bother expecting a reliable alarm after you hit snooze. I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed an app in my life, but this alarm was such a liability to my job and life that I had to come give a warning. Deleting and trying another alarm app. Hopefully it’s just my phone that’s lame, but this is my experience.

It Needs a Fix. I have used this app for years. Have tried others and have come back to this. Even better than the app that comes with the iPhone. I don’t even mind the ads that accompany the free version. If you want to get rid of the ads, get the premium version. However, in the last 2 weeks or so, I daily alarm was shut off by some action that I did not do! That’s not good for an alarm clock app. I see from other reviews that other users are having the same issue. I would have preferred to bring this to the attention of the developer via a different method, but did not have the time or energy to wade through 4 different screens and dead links to do so.

Loving my Alarm Clock?. I love this alarm clock so much better than the one that comes with the phone. I have it on my phone and iPad so I can use which ever one is closest or convenient for me. I use it while I am charging so it doesn’t drain my battery and I can have it on and displayed throughout the night. There is nothing I dislike more than waking up without a clock that I can see, wondering what the time is...(especially with teens driving and coming home late). I especially like ... no..... LOVE the different colors you can customize; the color range is so vivid and you can make the color bright or tone it down to a darker color. I wish there were more soothing tones to set the alarm to, rather than the blaring Air Horn, Smoke Alarm sound or the usual “Beep Beep Beep” sounds that you can find on any alarm clock. It’s a great app to have if you’re traveling, camping or just want a pretty light in your bedroom or office.

Used to be great until about 1 month ago!. The free versiom of this Alarm app has been great for many years, but about a month ago it all changed. The ads used to be minor annoyance and were tolerable, but not anymore! Now you have to wait for ads to complete for 1-2 minutes before you can set your alarm and go to sleep. Worse yet, sometimes the ads dont allow you to get out of their ad loop and you have to close the app and come back in several times to ever get the alarm to work. And then today, somehow the ad programs screwed up facial recognition for several other apps, maybe all of them, but dont know yet. Deleting the app today!

A subscription for an alarm clock, really?. Been using the app for a few years, at least 6+. I use it daily on an iPad 1 with a random crash here or there and it goes out of sync over time with the internal clock vs what the app says, but still useable. On my IPad mini 2 I have it installed but don’t really use it there. What just baffled me now is I saw it has ads and the news feed stuff is locked behind a subscription for something that used to be FREE and included. I’m glad my old iPad can’t update so I don’t have to see that crap and use an alarm clock as an alarm and not an ad machine. I’m tempted for the 1 star review but it still wakes me up. I’m baffled guys, for real. A subscription. FOR AN ALARM CLOCK.

Have used this app for years but.... I’ve used this app for years. I have my phone on silent 99% of the time and it still would work. Suddenly this morning, I woke up on my own 15 minutes after my alarm time and realized it didn’t go off (or I slept through it...which I doubted as I’m a very light sleeper). Tonight I was trouble shooting and realized that it’s suddenly no longer working with my phone on silent. Interestingly I would always get a warning that the alarm wouldn’t go off with my phone on silent, but it still did so i just ignored the warning. Now there is no warning but it no longer works with my phone on silent... I’m very hopeful it’s an update glitch because it’s otherwise great!

Good thing I was having trouble staying asleep. I only need an alarm once a week on average since retiring. The app usually works, but this morning a strange thing happened. I woke on my own and checked the display and it was in the mode where the alarm should have been sounding but it wasn’t. The time displayed was the time set. I tried hitting the off button for the alarm and nothing happened. The display was locked at 4:40 AM. I had to work at it to get rid of the display and turn the clock back on to discover it was actually 4:49. I had to rush to get ready and made it ok for what I set it for. I tested it when I got to where I was going and it worked Ok. Lately, reliability has been a problem with the app.

Suddenly not working. My wife and I have had this premium app for years and rely on it daily as an alarm clock. Suddenly it quit working on both our iPhones 12 pro vs 16.1.3. Doesn’t appear to be related to any update that I can see. It seems to think my mute is turned on when it clearly is not, not the mechanical switch nor the software switch. Stumped and looking for help. Following the support link in app store takes me to the Impala site but no help to be found. App store report a problem never gets past app selection either. Resorted to this review.

Somewhat No longer reliable.. I deleted this program because recharging was acting weird. With the cable plugged in it didn’t show my iPad was recharging. I would unplug then plug it in again. It would make the sound signifying that it knew both actions were happening. When plugged in again it would show it was charging again. Now that I’ve deleted the program it’s working fine. Also, I can change the location for the weather; it’s always showing the wrong weather. I want my money back. Upon further review the power problem was not caused by this program but the weather was unreliable. I’m just going with the alarm utility that comes with the iPad.

Nice to tool, function well, and multiple week at times. there's a few things I like about it one I can set the alarm clock even if I lose power I still get woke up on time. 2nd, I can see you that night and the numbers light up well enough that I don't need to turn on the light. 3rd, it starts off quiet and slowly gets louder so it doesn't startle me. 4th, if my paycheck is down for any reason it wakes back up when the alarm goes off. 5th, I also have the options to choose which alarm sound or ring back or tone that will play its really nice to have a choice.

Recently disappointed. I’ve used this for a couple of years now without any issues. It’s been my only alarm clock. Recently I started waking up and thinking I slept through the alarm so I started setting 4-5 alarm times each morning. The other day I overslept by 2 hours!! It did not go off. When I looked at it the screen on the app was frozen at 4 something am. When I force closed the app and opened it back up it reset to the right time. I am hoping the developers can fix this bug. In the mean time I’ve been using a new app because I don’t feel I can trust this one. I set it every night, making sure my phone is charged/plugged in and that the volume is up.

Absolutely Non-Reliable Now. Horrible just horrible. I used to love this app and now I cannot trust it. You know how embarrassing it is to be late for something because your alarm didn’t sound. Usually it won’t sound if your phone is on silent or if the battery is too low. It will say that the alarm would not sound because the battery is too low. Now I’ll wake up to a million notifications that my alarm “was” sounding even though it wasn’t. Sound is perfectly fine and all the way up. This used to be my favorite alarm app but now I do not know if it’s going to go off or not. Not sure if you updated it and it’s became a major glitch but I’m going to delete it and go with another app.

Too many ad now. I been using this alarm for so many years and love it. However, lately I had stop using it everyday because of the pop up ad every time I try to turn it on. It’s seem like in order to use the alarm you have to watch the loud, long and annoying ad just to turn your alarm on. So, now I just stick to normal good old alarm clock with dock using my old iPod with my favorite music when it comes on. I only use this alarm app, if and when I turn it on, no pop up ad came on right away. It is a shame that all the pop up ads ruined it all. No one want to be forced to watch something in order to use the app. Once a while ads come on it okay and acceptable, but every time that’s just ridiculous.

PLEASE READ. This is important for those who are looking for an alarm that plays though the headphones. The regular ones don’t and some third party apps don’t but this ONE DOES. I FINALLY FOUND ONE THAT WORKS THROUGH HEADPHONES. This is because it uses the iPhone music app as the source of noise which that app uses headphone speakers when plugged in unlike the IOS regular alarm app. TO DEVS DONT CHANGE THE WAY THE ALARM TAKES ITS NOISE CAUSE IT IS SAVING THOSE WHO ARE USING HEADPHONES AND ALARMS. Thank you for this app and I hope to see myself using it a lot through the future. I would rate 10/5 if I could.👌

Works...most of the time. 90% of the time this app works just fine. I set it the night before and it goes off in the morning. But that 10% of the time when it malfunctions is scary cuz I rely on this app to get up on time for work. I’ve taken to setting a back up alarm on my phone. I like this app cuz it lets me wake up to music, I like the slow fade in, and I love that I can adjust the snooze time. But sometimes the app will appear that is going off and no sound will be coming out of my phone. I’ll have set it the exact same way I always do. So it’s a little scary that it’s a gamble I might not wake up when I need to.

We all love pop ups. Adverts on the app are one thing the alarm clock app needs to make money too. but pop ups are universally annoying. I really love how I turn on the alarm clock and set it on my night stand and then I have to get out of bed because a delay reaction pop up takes thirty seconds to happen. Then the x to close the pop up is so small and camouflaged that it’s hard to see and hard to hit without inadvertently opening the dreaded pop up. This app works flawlessly and it’s a very nice product however I can not give it more than one star because of the pop ups. I’m close to going to target and getting a 12 dollar alarm clock that will last me 10 years like my last one. U guys sold out.

Love the it when it works.. I’ll go for weeks with the app working just fine, then (and often when I need it the most) the app doesn’t fire off, indicates it has because the snooze indicates it has, and I sleep through the alarm. I typically set a default back-up alarm (iOS Alarm) for 1 minute after my Alarm Clock App just in case. It’s a hassle, and wish this app (which I pay for monthly) would be reliable. I keep hoping Apple would upgrade their system alarm clock so I can be done with all third party apps which never seem to be 100% reliable.

Was my favorite alarm until recently!!. I have been using this alarm app for a very long time! It was always my go to alarm and it always woke me up without fail! But suddenly I started over sleeping (so I thought). I started waking up late which made me wake the kids up late and making my husband late for work. I thought something was wrong with me all of a sudden!! I’d wake up very late and confused because I could see every alarm I set wen off. Then this morning I woke up before the app alarm went off (because I dug out an old alarm clock) and when the alarm went off I could hardly hear it! It was like a quiet muffled version of the alarm that used to wake me up. Now I need to find a new alarm clock but at least I know I’m not going crazy!!! Lol

WARNING - Latest update locks up when a,arm should go off. I’ve been using the premium version of this app for several years and have relied on it religiously and been very happy. The last 3 mornings after the new year, my alarm has failed to go off and the time locks when the alarm should have gone off. I’ve tried a hard reset of my iPad and made sure everything was up to date, but it still failed. I then deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it wants to charge me a monthly fee for premium. I paid a one time fee several years ago for premium and am trying to figure out what a monthly fee gets me? Twitter feed? Who reads Twitter while they are sleeping. Looks like it’s time to find a new app. Sincerely, A lost customer

Wish they had other music streaming services. Hello! I just got this app today, and it seems really good. I don’t have any problems with it so far, but I just wanted to see if maybe they could add different music streaming services when you make a list of songs. Like, I use tidal and I can never find an alarm ap that lets you play music from this particular streaming service. I mean, it isn’t necessary but it would be a nice addition bc I usually like to sleep with music. Thank you for reading.

Bright ads. I understand ads, but why suddenly ads that require to play a game with a bright screen? It’s an alarm Edit: it’s gotten much much worse. Initially there was a small scrolling ad which was no big deal. But now it’s full on game ads that are loud and bright and require you to wait greater than 5 seconds. I’m done with this app, it causes more disruption at the end of the night when all I want to do is set my alarm. Middle of the night I was woken up to my phone being lit up because a random ad came on this app. If I try to go to only Home Screen to prevent then first thing in the morning when it’s going off I have to be awake and coherent enough to pull the app up instead of just looking at the screen like I once used to.

Missed Meetings again. I count on this app to wake me up for work. This is the 2nd or 3rd time that the alarm didn’t go off and I missed my early morning meetings at work. This is absolutely a priority when making an app like this. Please fix this. This has happened only the last couple of years. Otherwise good app so far over the last 5-6 years. One more thing to add... the last time this alarm clock failed I missed my flight to LA. My company lost a lot of money for the emergency flight and I got in a lot of trouble at work. Please keep basic functionality the key priority whenever a new IOS upgrade is deployed.

JS. I used this app for years. I was excellent. After the last update it doesn’t work at all. It does have a new look but volume shuts itself off regardless of where your phone is set. It tells you it’s muted but won’t let you raise the volume. Use to love the gradually increasing volume gave you time to wake and stop it before it wakes your partner. My schedule changes during the week from 4AM-6AM now I can’t trust it to work properly so time to find a new alarm.

Alarm not sounding, unreliable. I’ve been a long time user - until a few months ago - of this alarm clock, as I like the night display of the time. I see an “annoying bug was quashed” three days ago; we’ll see. If so, I’ll change my rating. July 2020 update: Yes, the software fix appears to have solved the unreliability problem with the alarm not activating as scheduled. After a couple weeks of use it has not failed to activate a scheduled alarm.

Turns itself off now. I have had this alarm for years. I’m giving it the 2 stars only because it’s worked great for all of those years. It’s worked almost flawlessly, until now. For the past week it has been shutting itself off. Completely off. I have to go in and turn it back on every night. I have checked my settings to make sure that it is on repeat, uninstalled and re installed, changed the settings and and then changed them back again. Nothing is working. May have to find a new alarm clock since this one is becoming unreliable.

HOLY MOLLY THIS IS AWSOME. I love this it helps me a lot in the morning and bedtime! Anyone looking at this alarm clock should get it because it’s free. It’s so good it should be ADVERTISED 🙂. I mostly like the gentle alarm noises, and how you can change the colors of the clock! If your reading this I WOULD RECOMMEND IT. When your out of it the alarm still goes off, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT because I never knew someone can do that. You did great on your game🙂 no not great SUPER DUPER GREAT AND SUPER DUPER AWSOME. (If your a kid looking at this I would recommend this alarm clock if your mom and dad let you use this to read so you can have it)

Video killed the radio star—Ads killed this app. This WAS my go-to alarm clock app until a recent upgrade now shows TWO ads before I can set the alarm. The first ad always tries to get me to buy the premium version, the second ad is normally for a game or other useless item. What most annoying is the ad developers who make it extremely difficult to find the “close” button. Not cool when you’re tired and just trying to go to bed. I don’t mind the small banner ads that stay up for a minute or so on the display once the alarm has been set, but not cool serving back-to-back ads when all I’m trying to do is turn the alarm on.

Will No Longer Repeat. I’ve had this alarm for a long time and even paid to remove ads, however recently it has almost made me late for work multiple times because it’s turning my alarm off every single day when I acknowledge that it is ringing. I have a 4:45 alarm set to ring every work day. It is supposed to reset to go off the next day on its own, because that’s how repeat works. It shows I have it set to repeat, it’s just not doing it. Each night I have to remember to toggle it on again. That’s super frustrating! And it’s only started recently. I noticed the screen said “no alarm set” despite having it on repeat mode. And now it’s every single day. Please fix!!!!!

Too many ads. I used this alarm for about three months and five or six nights a week they had ads that you could cancel after five seconds. That was fine and the alarm worked well. However, it recently started a new series of ads that lasted at least 15 seconds, and there was no way to stop them before the 15 seconds were up. Also, the longer ads had audio that woke my partner up before I could silence it. I gave it two stars instead of one because the alarm itself was good. I deleted it and will find another alarm that’s not so aggravating.

Turns itself off. I love this app and have not had too many issues with it… until lately. In the last two weeks it has turned itself off in the middle of the night. Thankfully, I wake up every couple hours to go to the bathroom. But I panic when I find it off (thinking I missed the alarm) and have a hard time sleeping after I turn it back on (wondering if it is going to stay on and wake me up at the appropriate time). Hoping a bug fix comes out soon as this is my only alarm and I don’t want to go back to a noisy alarm.

It’s good, close to great!. I love the interface. I love the weather and alarm and large time display. I love the alarm sounds and being able to pick my color (go green!). What could be improved: a) Have a power-save mode when you want the sweet alarm sounds but can’t afford the power to have the display on all night. b) have a hard button sleep button programmed in c) have the icon on the Home Screen display the real time and whether or not the alarm is “on” or “off.” Also, make the paid option one time, not monthly! I have too many subscriptions in my life already. :)

It’s GOOD needs more features. This app is fine I have some complaints but other than those it’s fine . 1st complaint: it needs more features and more bling 💍🤑 This app needs more pizzazz to it!!😤 it’s great to use but i would give 10 stars for more features such as sleep sounds like rain fall and fire crackles and a whale songs also maybe another feature could be sleep tracker!! But the ONE THING I ASK IS FOR NO IN APP PURCHASES F SO IM GIVING 0 STARS F IMCANT JUST FIVE 0 THEN 1 STAR!!! 😠 2nd complaint: sleep time has no point!😠 The sleep timer looks good but it just rings your alarm for a period of time like what am I supposed to do with that? I hate to be righting this review but I would like some more features if you want more stars. Those are my requires for this app but f you do take this to heart it would be 10 stars if I could but 5 is all I can give so 5 stars so l really hope you will take this to heart and apply the features so I can give 5 stars 😀😃😄😁🙂🙃😉🥺🥺🥺🙁😰😐🤗🤤

Reviewed the wrong version.... But comments still apply here. Bad interface design. The snooze should not take you to an entirely new clock app screen. People customize their clocks for a reason, the snooze now introduces an entirely different clock design unrelated to your preferred look. What you had before was fine, was more legible and made more sense. Personally I would love a clock face design option that is just clean and simple and not trying to look analog, then at least it would match the new snooze. Oh and I agree with other reviewers, changing a familiar button for setting alarms to one that shows you ads is highly deceptive and borderline unforgivable. This is not progress, tricking your paying customers is not moving forward. I will be finding another clock app.

Very good alarm clock. I’ve been using this now for almost 3 months so I feel like I can now make a true rating. I had this alarm about 6 months ago but after one of their updates, it really messed up the functionality and had to search for something else. After contacting support, they notified me that the issue had been resolved. I tried it and it was now working well again. I really enjoy 2 things about this app. 1. I can wake to Music and 2. It wakes me up slowly instead of a glaring buzzer or obnoxious sound. I wake up much easier now.

What happened???. I’ve used this app for several years and love it but last night was different. I’m not really sure if the app just updated or what. But the app nearly killed my phone, it wanted me to hold my finger on a button to turn off the alarm and then the moment it was supposed to stop another alarm would start and I would have to keep my finger on the same button again. I would hit the snooze button thinking it would stop..... nope it turned up/down my volume. When I finally was able to remove the app from my phone the music was still playing that I had set on the alarm. Like I said before what the hell happened?

Quick change artists app developers. I’ve owned the ad free version of this app for many years. And they apparently had some kind of upgrade recently without notifying account owners. I noticed this because my app wasn’t updating weather and location like it should. So I bought the new version again only to find my settings and alarms were gone! And I had to pay again to have an ad free version. A second time! It also appears they have even more options available for this app for an additional fee. That’s too bad because the previous version worked fine for my needs. But I bought the app again, added the ad free version again, even though my previous version was working fine except for the updates I mentioned earlier. I’m very disappointed in not receiving a notice, having to buy and upgrade again and reset all of my phone alarms; without notice! And having to signup for a regular subscription. I did so this time with the app but will never buy a another app from this company. What a sad way to rip off loyal customer. And actions like these will eventually put a company out of business. Signed Never Again!

OK, but needs improvement. I’ve been using this app for a long time. It sometimes fails to play your selected music for the alarm which is the same as no alarm. I used to be able to set the alarm with no ads. But now you have to go through two ads before you can set the alarm. When I’m exhausted and just want to set the alarm and crawl in bed, the last thing I want is to go through a couple of ads to set the alarm! The failure to play music is random but fortunately doesn’t happen very often. It should never happen in my opinion!

Awful. I used this app for quite a while and was happy with it, but the alarm became erratic so I downloaded the update. Big mistake. Ads that do not go away and annoying banners across the bottom. I ended up deleting the app and downloaded a different alarm. The clock stopped working, allowing phone to shut down, so of course alarm did not go off. Downloaded update hoping it would fix problem, but the alarm sound I was using is no longer an option. Only option is my own music, which I do not want to use as an alarm. No way would I pay for this.

Background is too bright at night. I primarily use this app as a bedside clock while on vacation. I like being able to see the time without having to activate it with a tap or wave of my hand, staying warm & cozy in my sheets. However, the (black) background is too bright in a completely dark room, even when the foreground color is red and dimmed almost all the way. The “black” background emits a hint of grayish white. I have the iPad screen brightness turned down as low as possible, which I have to remember to turn back up in the morning, but that didn’t solve the issue. To the developers - what can I do to have a truly dark background??

Great app for bridging Google Home speakers and iPhone alarms.. I have a google home and an iPhone. They don't communicate well, and when I use the native alarm on my iPhone, they won't play over the google home speaker (which is important since the alarms are for my whole family), and my kids tend to unplug their alarm clocks because they don't get that not everything is wireless. Add to it that the google home alarm capability is frustrating to say the least, this app is the perfect solution.

Yet Another money grabbing Subscription based app. Downloaded and tried the app. There are definitely many Ads in the free version. Like, way to many! Wouldn’t mind paying outright for the app But it using a subscription model. It seems really unnecessary to subscribe to a clock! It’s just gonna be one of those subscriptions people are gonna forget they have and forget about. But I’m sure that’s what the developers are hoping for. It’s an Easy cash grab for them. There are free apps out there that may not be as polished, but have no Ads and does the same thing as this app. I recommend looking for those instead of getting swindled into having yet another subscription to deal with.

I hope you like watching ads everytime you open. If you’d like to set an alarm you’re forced to watch a completely screen cancelling ad sometimes over a minute it seems. Every single time. And on top of that they seem to turn my flashlight on without my consent every time the ad pops up and I can’t turn it off with it closing the app. That is ridiculous. I should t have to pay as much as you’re asking to use a SIMPLE program. I’ll gladly find a actually free one. Oh and the alarms won’t go off half the time and all they can say is it’s “not replicable” that’s a lie. I’m sure apple will take this down but I hope someone sees first. This is all real experience from a real user so you better not apple.
