Terrible. Business partner sent me document to sign. No matter what I did I could not change the signature “you” created. Probably because I’ve used this method before. This however was for my business so I need to write/sign my entire title. This application will not allow me to add “Dr.” before my name or “DVM” after my name. So I created my own account, with my app and my correct signature. Even after reviewing help and support. I am still not able to import their document and sign it. The app instructions say: open email to import; open the file and select share (THIS IS NOT AN OPTION!!!!!). I’ve tried everything. I feel strongly that the words you have chosen are incorrect, and someone my age can’t make the jump to their exact meaning. For example if I were ordering food and I wanted extra toppings, but the app only offered cherry as the topping and I don’t want cherry, it doesn’t tell me how to add pineapple instead. You might say, just select add topping, select cherry then once you’re in you can change to pineapple. But that’s not what you instructed! I’m excellent at following instructions, and have written manuals full of precise instructions on how to complete tasks. My advice to you is give your instructions to several people not in the business sector of all different ages and see where your instructions fall short.

Can’t get account set up.. I’m on the “Create your signature” page. I tried the Draw option and the scratch across the screen did not look like my signature. I tried the Upload option but I could not resize the signature on the signature line. The uploaded signature also looked like a signature on a post it note stuck on the signature line and not like a signature with a transparent back ground placed on the page. Then I created an acceptable signature in the Choose option. However, the page isn’t allowing me to scroll to the bottom of the page to press the create button. I’m probably doing a lot of things wrong but I’m having a real hard time working with this app. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

HELP. I’m giving this 2 stars so I can get someone’s attention in the support center. I have an account with an email address at my old brokerage. That email address has been closed out so I need to update my email. I sent in a support ticket explaining this and YOU GUYS EMAILED THE OLD EMAIL ADDRESS. I already paid $200+ in December 2020 for this and now I can’t access this or change/update my email address. The customer service on the phone said he didn’t have access to update accounts. There has got to be someone who can change an email address or remove the 2-Step verification on my account so I don’t loose all my documents or the $200 I already paid for. He suggested a refund and to start a brand new account. Can someone else please help me?

Not secure signatures, lacks core functionality. Unfortunately, the app lacks the most essential function you expect from DocuSign; secure digital signatures. Unlike the robust web based version, your signatures will not include the DocuSign box around them or a unique identifier below the signature or on the header/footer of the page. This functionality is the foundation of DocuSign as it provides 1.) transparency that its a digital signature and 2.) the ability to confirm/trace the authenticity of the signature through the unique identifier. Instead, the app falls far short of its mission in only offering a basic signature; something that can be done for free through many other apps/software/websites. Customer service confirmed the app doesn’t have this functionality and directed me to use the website. When you pay hundreds to thousands of dollars per year in fees for your organization to use a secure digital signature solution, you expect the core functions to also be present in the mobile app.

One of the best signing products by far!. Easy to use, set up, and no glitches, except for their mobile up on my iPad. The reason for the four stars is that signing in person via an iPad when you have a client next to you is not smooth. I stopped using because it wasn’t reliable. This app truly is the best one out there for electronic signing. They are constantly making improvements which shows they are listening to feedback. I just wish they will make the iPad mobile version better.

Customer Service. Unfortunately this is a company that has also suffered from the loss of employees in 2021. Currently the worst customer service experience ever. I only wished to upgrade but 3 individuals on chat had the wrong answers about steps on their website and tabs that don’t exist. until finally the chat transferred to a 4th person. The fourth person didn’t exist and the chat ended. So I called . Twice. Each time I held for almost 20 minutes before hanging up. So in my opinion DocuSign is useless after paying a year in advance, you get zero service. One Chat person suggested I call in. I tried that and it didn’t work that’s why I waited patiently for 15 minutes to get a chat answer.

Amazing app!!!. Best app I have see in decades. With DocuSign I was able to do all the official signatures from my phone, and never had any issues. I mean, I can sign docs from anywhere any time doesn’t have to look for printer. It’s simple awesome. Thank you so much team for creating this app to make my life easy!! I was going through rough time where I had to sign tons for documents and you came to rescue. You found a loyal customer 😃

Everything works except notifications. Creating a signature and signing is easy. Signing and finishing the doc is quick if I’ve already read it. However, I like to read the document as I sign, so I wish it were easier to sign inline while reading the doc, instead of the app immediately skipping to the next place to sign, sometimes several pages further down. The app does not know or notify me when someone sends me a document. I have to first open the app, and then it finds new entries. Shouldn’t it be getting them by push notification without me having the app open? I have all notifications enabled for this app.

Issue Finish and Close. I have been using this app for years. And now there’s a major bug! I wasted 2 hours trying to sign one document. Apparently after signing a document, if you choose Finish and Close, the document does not show up in the list of documents. Frustrating. I also deleted my entire list of previous documents and they keep coming back. I have uninstalled and installed and no luck. I have imported from Dropbox and email, sign and close. No luck. HOWEVER, it did work... after I signed, selected Finish and Email. After emailing, I got the document finally in my list along with all the duplicates of trying to sign Finish and close before. So frustrating. 1 star review until I see this fixed.

Hate the app-Risk to personal data. Please tell me how to remove the app from my phone. I have gotten random calls about docs for my signature. This is NOT true. I added the app for the purpose of signing a single doc. My signature on that doc proved to be unnecessary I believe Your app has opened up my information to fraudsters I demand that you remove my information (including my signature) from DocuSign immediately. I don’t need your app I plan to inform the US Govt regulators about the problem that your app has caused me

Disappointed frequently. There is no customer support phone number to be found. The online chat is just an automated system and they want you to go to a community chat room. I pay a lot to have this app every month I would expect more support. The main problem I am having the last couple months is that where you placed the signature is frozen. It puts it in the middle of the page and when you try to drag it it won’t let you say you have to keep clicking it near where you want it and then keep deleting all of the ones that aren’t lined up right. It is a major hassle that is the main issue I have at this time. ~Tamara L

Fraudulent Charges. This company is truly awful and I believe they're fraudulently charging their customers. I've been a client for 6+ years and every renewal period I'm contacted to be sure the numbers of active users is correct before they charge my credit card. This did not happen this year and I was overcharged for inactive users. I've tried and tried to contact them with no response. Their online support system is a total joke. All I get are emails from "Mark" saying that he's tried to contact me and the case will be closed in 5 days. Mark has NEVER contacted me. After an hour phone call today I'll apparently be getting a phone from a supervisor within 24-48 hours. I can almost guaranty that won't happen.

You had ONE job …. I don‘t normally write reviews, but this app is so bad that I feel compelled to share my frustration. The only use case of this app for me is to sign documents other people send me. I can never manage to get a decent looking signature into any of the documents. There’s two options for me: the “scan” feature, which keeps cutting off parts of my signature, or embeds my signature in a huge amount of white space for no reason. I can scan my signature just fine in any other app, like “Scanner Pro” for example. Why can’t this work reliably in this app? The other option is to “hand-draw” a signature, which never looks like my real signature if I draw it by hand. I do have an iPad Pro with Pencil, but the only choice for a virtual pen there is way too thick. So even though I can draw my signature reasonably well, it looks like I drew it with a Sharpie. Why does this app not support the Apple Pencil? I can draw my signature perfectly in dozens of other apps, only in this one it ends up looking like sh*t. This app has one job, to collect signatures, and any other *general purpose* scanning or drawing app works better for this. Except of course, there is NO WAY for me to import a scanned or drawn signature from another app. Has anyone at DocuSign actually ever tried using their own app?

Great app but could use some tweaking. I have been using the DocuSign app for years now for my business. It’s nice but would love to be able to make strike thru and changes to emails and documents if mistakes are made. As of now, if I make a mistake Lets say in the signer’s email. I have to reload the documents and do it all over again. After someone has signed and they need to make a change. I have to send the document to another app to make changes, then send back to DocuSign to have them initial those changes. It would be nice not to have to send to another app to make changes and just do it directly from DocuSign. Call me if you want help to improve the app. As I use it several times a week.

Updates needed to save time when creating a contract. When i create a docusign agreement, the old version of the app was much better. What i mean is that when I tap the signature button, it places the signature icon in the middle of the screen and I am forced to then grab that icon and move it to the necessary location. In the old version, all I had to do was tap the screen in the location I wanted place the icon. With the new version, takes me twice as long to create a docusign agreement because I am touching the icon twice for every signature. iIf you could change it back to where we can just tap the screen on the place we want to place the signature, that would be great!! Otherwise, I love the app!!

Cabinet and vanity purchase. This was by far the easiest place I’ve ever done business and affordable pricing. Miranda was who helped my daughter and i and shewas so professional and helpful. I SM in the retail business myself and she was an example of our values by putting the customer first. I highly recommend if you need cabinets, vanities, counter tops etc that you not only use Cabinets to go but you ask for Miranda. Thank you Miranda for making this experience one to remember.

Hacked debit card while on vacation. I discovered unrecognized transactions on my debit card when checking my account balance while on vacation in Ireland. I was able to report this concern immediately and have the card shut down, and then submit a document verifying the fraud had taken place once I got home. Although upsetting, the Patriot staff were reassuring and very helpful, walking me through the process. Kudos to Patriot!!!

Can’t log in... need SSO option (Okta etc). Can’t log in. Need to add integration for SSO solutions like okta on mobile. This will not take my normal SSO password and so have no idea what my actual DocuSign password is since on desktop it is always passed through via SSO. SSO is mandates by our organization. I also tried the log-in with salesforce option, did that, successfully logged in (with SSO) and when it passed the info over it said “name and email combination already exists for this account” - no kidding, I’m trying to log in (existing user) and instead it is trying to create an account. I’m actually a big fan of docusign and the desktop app is amazing, new UI is nice - but when I can’t even log in on mobile to check on documents over the weekend it’s pretty darn frustrating. Please add better way to log in (SSO support) and I will change to 5 stars.

Makes signing things easier. When I get papers from my bank instead of having to print them out sign them then fax them over. I can simply get them to email it to me, I share it to DocuSign, it gives me suggestions such as Name, Date, Signature, text box, check mark. I love that i can sign my name on the app and stamp my real signature on the document. Then I can email it through DocuSign. 😁 10/10 would recommend.

A lifesaver!!. Great little app. It’s a lifesaver when you need to e-sign something & don’t have access to a computer. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because l think there is still room for improvement. I have iPhone. Filling out forms using the text box is a little cumbersome & sometimes downright frustrating. Trying to place text boxes, sometimes they are too sensitive (moving about when trying to type or erasing previous entries) & sometimes not responsive enough (I have to tap many times to get options to pop up or remain on screen). So far, though, I’m a fan. It’s the best thing I’ve found for mobile signing. So keeping my fingers crossed, hoping the developers will make a great little app even better.

Was there a recent update?. Used the app on an iPad today and it was pretty much flawless. All other times prior to this, it was a terrible experience. Even just the day before yesterday, I could not resize text boxes or initials. Then there was some weird glitch that would only allow me place initials or blank text boxes wherever I tap. Then, it will not allow you to move them again. Only fix was to delete the field and try again. Hard to explain. Anyway, whatever happened between yesterday and today, thank you. If it’s consistently this good, I’ll give 5 stars. I’m still a little suspicious.

DocuSign Got Your Back!!. As a police officer working long hours the thought of getting dress, switching cars, losing much needed sleep just to sign paperwork was a mess for me. When I downloaded DocuSign and was able to sign my paperwork while in my PJs and get the much deserved sleep I needed to be productive I became a appreciative customer!! But now with with the Coronavirus Pandemic folks can stay out of crowded places, transportation, crowded offices, crowded elevators, infected folks, contact on unsanitary devices etc.! This business is clearly innovative and possesses great intuition for Society to continue to maintain and thrive!! I salute you!

App leaves a lot to be desired. Templates are virtually useless on this app. Can’t check checkboxes. Can’t fill in text fields. Can’t edit templates anymore. Can’t add a . to a name to establish an initial. Can’t add more than one document at a time. Can’t edit drafts that were started on a desk top. Can’t copy and paste fields. Can’t strike things out. Basically all you can do is load one document, assign a field, and send for signature. When I had dotloop I was able to do nearly everything the app that I could do on my desktop. I shouldn’t have to pull out my computer to edit things.

No longer easy to use. Not happy. This used to be my preferred electronic signing app. Now, not so much. App insists that I’m on “a new device” every time I try to use my phone to try to DocuSign anything, and insists on sending a verification code—to the same phone I’ve had for several years now. I haven’t changed phones. No new devices. Then there’s the issue of my name. Fought with the app for several minutes, trying to get it to let me use text to add my full name. It insisted on using my middle name as my last, first and middle names. Finally managed to get it to allow me to add , last, first, middle. Doesn’t allow me to tap where I want to write or sign. I have to tap, say, “text” and then that appears somewhere and I have to drag it where I want it. Very tiny and hard to enlarge the box without it closing and I have to start over. Difficult to add checkboxes. App kept telling me I had to “move the page up.” From now on, unless this is fixed, I’m only going to use this app if forced to do so. Sorry. It used to be a five star app.

Docusign get with 2022….. Docusign is fantastic. Great company great process when using a full blown computer or laptop station. However when it comes to making changes on a phone or using this piece of trash app that they designed… It is terrible. I need to edit a document I’ve already uploaded it’s over 300 pages there’s 10 signatures and all I need to do is update the Dern cell phone number for the SMS authentication. Both the online version through the web and the app will not allow me to update a darn cell phone number. Why is that so hard? If anything that soundsLike the easiest thing to update while on a phone using the website or app. With the exception of just signing a document other than that the online versions for your phone and app or worthless. Hey app people, make your system better man.

Can’t finish and send. I received a document to sign using Docusign. I followed the instructions, although very few were provided. After signing, I hit Next at the top of the page — and hit Next at the top of the next page over and over (it was only a 3 page docuent!) until I gave up. Then I found the menu but there was no option to finish. The first option on the list was to Finish and Sign Later. After selecting that option, I thought maybe it didn’t work was because I had not downloaded the app, although I had not been told to do so and, upon finding the app and reading information, I learned that it should not be necessary to download and install the app if trying to sign something sent to me. Nevertheless I downloaded the app and tried again — with the same results. Needless to say, I do not plan to purchase this app. I also told the sender of my problems and was told they would send a printed document in the mail — and I was told they had also had problems. Piece of junk!

Signing document. I’m overwhelmed with happiness I did not know I could use this app for my personal use. This is the most wonderful application. I don’t have to run out to print docs to sign and then email or (yikes) fax. I must be behind the times but I’m a happy happy senior citizen being able to take care of my signature on documents right from my phone. Thank you thank you I’m forever grateful and recommend this app to everyone it’s the best.

Terrible support for the app and iPads. One example of my continued frustration with this company: When I try to edit a normal document to resize the fields of a text box (because for some reason the website is so bad that I have to use the app on my iPad Pro to do that) the app is claiming that the page contains some fields are not supported by this device.. so I can’t edit it at all. This never used to be an issue. They have reduced the support staff who was never great to begin with as well. This company is getting worse and worse and I hope you will think twice about getting a subscription if you are considering it. Go with Adobe instead. Or anyone else who will actually care about your issues and try to solve them. My iPad Pro is a computer replacement and I shouldn’t need to use my laptop just for this app... that should be mobile friendly due to the nature of the need for this business. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Spotty function and support. UPDATE: I received a reply from development. That’s a good sign. I am updating to four stars. It could benefit from a freehand option and a snail mail field. There is no multiple signer option when they’re all in the same room. Those would make a five star app. I am testing DocuSign as an alternative to SignEasy, which I have used for years. There is no freehand option on DocuSign. When DocuSign works, it works well. However, the real problem began when I received an email with a pdf, and DocuSign failed to import it. When I contacted support it took an hour for them to tell me that that’s not how the app works (incorrect). If I had not been able to use SignEasy to sign the PDF, it would have been a serious problem for me. I need to be able to rely on a signing platform, and so far I can’t rely on DocuSign or SignEasy. This review seems to be the only way to alert DocuSign to the problem, as support was a waste of time.

Okay but could be better.. As A Realtor with Keller Williams. This software is our default software. So when providing contracts for clients we have the tedious challenge of filling in templates. Some templates. Very well, others like sellers disclosure templates are ridiculously difficult to do. Because there’s probably 60 or more boxes that the client has the choice of checking. As the realtor we have to put the check boxes there for them to check. One simple update which could improve the usability. Is you did not have to go back to the menu to retrieve another checkbox or any other duplicate action. This would save so much time, having the option to just click click click click. That would be a mild positive update. Now if they came up with a way to auto populate vital information from whether the MLS or other sources would be extremely helpful.

Nice try!. Somehow the check marks never show up on the final copy, you CANNOT write anything in a text box, and everything is very hard to place. It would be worth it to be able to do at all on the road, if only they could fix these glitches! I’ve also had glitches keep occurring where my signer cannot “finish” the document; it just keeps cycling back to the same pages over and over again. I’ve been on the phone with customer support several times, and no one seems to know why this is happening, in fact they implied it was my fault somehow, but have no suggestions for a way to fix it. After having this problem multiple times with multiple customers, I am sadly going to have to find another service, since you don’t seem to have a fix for it and it is seriously impacting my business!

Poor verification process. I was in an unacceptable loop trying to sign in and I had to use another device to be able to sign in. It says choose how you want to verify with only 1 option. My email address - it comes to my email but I have to leave the page to get it and it never works. I connect to DocuSign via an email but to verify my account - I have to leave the site to get the email with the verification information and can not use it because I left the original page asking for the verification number. I would offer customer to choose text via cell and they can add the cell number if you don’t have the number.

Good tool. Definitely a good tool to produce signatures pretty quickly. There is a glitch for some reason. Sometimes when you use mobile friendly mode, I’ve seen it show old files from other documents. Also, it would be great to be able to send a text to somebody for signature, especially for those who are not as email savvy. Unfortunately, you have to have some type of enterprise account in order to do that which is pretty ridiculous. Otherwise, on a simple scale it works out fine and does what it supposed to do for the most part.

Are these bought reviews?. I tried it out for a whole day and it got some bugs here and there. Tried to get a lease and other legal documents signed today. Downloaded it offline mode and somehow that went screwy and everything disappear. Pages to be signed get disorganized and just a bunch of small things that eventually just led me to resigning the same documents like several times. Things wont sync and just so much frustration. Im getting enterprise through my company so i will use it just with them but im going to try the other options. Dropbox sign and adobe sign has lower ratings but im going to try them out anyways.

DocuSign is the Best and it's simple. One of my favorite apps! I've been using DocuSign for years and have had no complaints. It's simple and user friendly. If you can't figure it out, then it probably has something to do with you and not the app or service itself. I use this a lot with my job and also with my family and friends. Signing documents can't get any easier. It literally take me less than a few minutes to import a document into DocuSign, place signature and/or other necessary fill-in’s, and email the signed copy right back to myself, or necessary party.

A life Line. This process is moving according to the outline, but I was surprised to received, the email to sign- trying not to reply on negative comments on the internet and out of mouths of people that are unsatisfied with their situation, just hold on this is your help coming. The light in darkness. Your business has a life line, just sit tight and let the process work, I have not received a dime yet, but do believe it’s coming, I have worked hard All my life and so have you, just hold on. I know you on the edge this your help line for your Business!

Great app but needs “Strikethrough” feature. I love this app as a real estate agent. I use it all the time, primarily on my iPad Pro, because I’m always on the go. However, I wish it had a “strikethrough” feature like it does on the desktop version. Also, I wish you could resize the signature and initial prompt like you can on the desktop version. One workaround I found for strikethrough is to make the strikethrough on Preview from Files on iOS. Then upload it from mobile Safari web version of DocuSign. Save and close. Then, open it on app. The strikethrough is there. Seems to work but wish it worked on app itself.

Love it except that pre-selected & saved signature isn't available. Using the DocuSign website, I have a saved, default signature. Why can't I use that here when I'm logged into my account on my phone? Just because the device allows drawing a signature doesn't mean I want to use that functionality. I should have the choice of which format to use. Otherwise, this is one of my favorite apps/services. I keep it among all critical business related apps for managing business process on the go. Love it!

Deleted without Using. Well, I thought this might be useful on occasion to transmit documents and get signatures, so I downloaded it and was told to sign in after agreeing to terms and conditions. I started reading the terms and conditions which carefully lay out the rights of Docusign and should list the rights of subscribers, but I couldn’t find subscribers had a right to anything. They don’t have a right to sue, and apparently don’t even have a right to clearly know what they will be charged before agreeing to a binding contract. I decided my life would be simplified and potentially less aggravating without Docusign so I deleted it. Better to just email documents and have FEDEX bring them to me signed the old ironed way.

Garbage on mobile, still…. You would think after years and years DocuSign would get its act together and bring forward a fully functional document management platform that works anywhere and everywhere. Yet, DocuSign still fails miserably in doing so. Do you need to update, strike, add to a document? Well, unless you are on an PC (how 90’s) you cannot do any of that. I am on a brand new M1 iPad Pro trying to make updates to a contract, and this app just cannot get it done. Let’s switch to any of the major mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) on my M1 IPad Pro, nope still just can’t make those changes. I have to wait until I am back at the office and at my desk at my PC (how 90’s, yes I know that’s the second time I have written that) to make any of the needed changes to the document. Here’s the hilarious part, DotLoop has been able to do all of this, out of the box, for years. DocuSign when will you get it together? Stop messing around with your logo, and make the needed changes in the DNA of your system so it is response on all platforms or just sell the company and go find something else to make a mess of.

Docusign been great but…. So been a great helpful sight to use for ease of important document signing etc from another location! Only hang up that i feel would/could use some easier access means is when i signed at 1st using the touch screen my own signature means is that for some reason after signing it logged it in which is fine but it turned it vertically not horizontally for my signature to be placed on documents I don’t know why it logged it this way I kept trying to go in to see if I could change it could not find a means to really change it had to start over but even at that it was very troublesome trying to figure out how to edit my signature and start over was not an easy access to do so should be right there on the signature screen an edit button start over button to click on actually took me and a broker quite some time researching to find where we can change this not knowing the site like others may so this was not a friendly user signature change out found it took a while wasted extra time not necessary please change this other words high reviews was excellent thank you

DocuSign is a life changer!. For us more mature folks, using DocuSign is life changing because it eliminates the “old school” experience of being overwhelmed by the number of printed pages laden with “sign here” post-it flags that we would be hurried through to sign, making it a challenge to absorb the content of what they wanted me to sign. Applying my signature with DocuSign is so easy that it is no longer the time consuming stressful experience it once was and shifts focus to absorbing and understanding the content of what I’m signing.

Security is important already is important but it’s hard to sign in from a lot of my devices.. Obviously this is a great service no one can deny but for whatever reason it won’t let me sign in on my iPhone even with the right password. So I can only operate it from my iPad. Little things like this in your mind the fact that it’s a great service but if left unfinished,And Unfixed,Can eventually cause damage in unsuspected ways. If customers don’t speak up the upper management never find out.

Useful app. I love me some DocuSign! It definitely helps when you can’t print a paper and fill it out when u want too. My only complaint is that some times it does not save your progress when you leave you document half filled out then try to come back and finish it. I’ve found that when you do that it makes u start all the way over, or when you try to save your spot it MAKES you finish it and when you do that you can’t edit it. Other than that tho it’s a great app!

Game changer. DocuSign is a game changer for anyone in a paperwork-intensive industry. It can require a little bit of hand-holding with clients the first time or two they e-sign, but any effort pays off big time in the long run as clients become accustomed to signing via DocuSign. It’s so nice that we don’t need to set up in-person meetings to get signatures every time. Saves us and our clients a TON of time. For the most part, it’s very intuitive and easy for clients to use, regardless of how tech-savvy they are and it’s allowed us to maintain the same (or greater) level of business we had prior to covid.

Useful Application. This app has been so useful In todays busy life. Sometimes I don’t always have the time to make it into the office to sign papers and with this app i no longer have to! I love that their is a signature and initial save feature so I don’t have to write it in each time, the date is automatically updated and has a cool button feature as well as a add text feature if you have to write in a statement on any form. It’s been helpful by allowing me to share documents easily and saves the documents in case I need to refer back or just have the documents in my files. Only thing I wish there was is a password protection feature so that documents can’t be accessed by anyone not authorized.

Awesome Signing Experience. This little unassuming application changed my life. I know….pretty cool! Your likely thinking, “this joker is surely exaggerating.” Well, I’m not. I was sitting at my desk, one day in the not too distant past, fretting about a contract that I had just won. I’m a contractor on the west coast, I had just won a honey of a contract on the east coast. Fantastic, the only problem is, how am I going to do the contract initiation meeting where the signing of the contract takes place!? I can request a virtual online meeting however that doesn’t work if your signing something. Then **++##€€ POW!!##++**, straight out of the blew comes DOCUSIGN, for all of your electronic signature needs. Naturally I was floored, reeling in the bliss of my sudden change in fate. People that say, “miracles don’t exist,” clearly haven’t heard my miraculous tale. I thank my lucky stars that Docusign was created and made available to wretches like me.

Update the app, Developers. Please allow me to change my signature in the app. As well, when checking boxes, I noticed the checkmark can sometimes be hidden behind the box. Please make it so the checkmark sits on top the box, if you can. Otherwise I have to check the box after emailing it to myself, in the email. I think I have to make sure I allow others to sign it. Lastly, make it so I have the option to change who can/can’t sign a document in the app. Please make it so we have the option to save the document in app

Really weird security questions. One of my security question involved addresses of property owned by my ex mother in law ! I have not spoken to her in more than 30 years! Another involved cars that I had owned or leased- With 3 driving aged kids and my own cars we have bought and driven lots of cars! It is hard to recall which cars were which years for which child! I appreciate security for sure ... but this makes 2 times I have had to have envelopes resent. Anyway... it has been frustrating

Amazing piece of tech. I’ve been using DocuSign for the last couple of years. I’m a real estate agent and this little piece of tech has probably saved me 200 hours in time. For the cost it’s a no brainer. Love the product and it’s so easy to use. A big 5 stars from me.

Convenient and user friendly. I love the convenience of signing and receiving copies of my documents through the app and in a mobile friendly version. The functions are intuitive and I was able to complete and send evidence of my signed copies through email.

Not user friendly, poor user interface. I liked this app the first time i used it to sign a document and signed up for an account. After setting up my own signature and initials I thought that every time i opened a mail attachment to sign a document my first offered option would be my preferred drawn signature but instead i just get the list of pre-formatted signatures or an offer to draw again. After choosing a pre-formatted one and before saving and sending the document there was no option to change back to alternate styles. Importing the document into the app was different. At least there i could use my signature from my account and my initials but when i tried to add a date next to the signature nothing would happen. I could add a check box or company details in fact every thing else except the date. Help options did not address the issues. Robot helper is completely useless just re-routing you back to help menu options. I hope if you pay $500 pa to use this you get a better experience for yourself and signees. Disappointing after an exciting start.

Works if you’re patient. Often doesn’t open files or loses them. Jumps all over the page and is not very intuitive with touches and swipes. Large files often cause crashes. It does work once you get past it’s flaws and does the job.

Brilliant signing app. DocuSign was so easy to set up use and cost effective for my business .. brilliant product ..

Font sizing. App works well and is reasonably easy to use, but not being able to change the size of your font and drag it to expand or decrease its size to suit the text box your fitting it into its a let down

Simple and efficient. DocuSign takes the stress out of ha ding contracts around and getting them signed - it does the follow up for you notifying you when all parties have signed. Secure ! Love it

Benefits of DocuSign. This is a great app. Easy to use, auto fill if appropriate is useful, able to email documents once completed and signed. I love using it.

I like it. Found the first page a bit mysterious as it wasn’t clear how to proceed. But after a minute pushing things. It popped up and was plan sailing. Saves a heap of time signing paper and has all you need, tick boxes, initials etc.

Fantastic app.. I have some disabilities and this app has been so helpful and reduced a lot of stress as I have memory issues and can’t remember if I’ve signed documents but also I don’t have to leave the house to get it scanned and sent off or posted.

Typing the Date. When I tap on “Date” it automatically inserts the previous day’s date. To overcome this, I have to use ”Text” and type in the present day’s date.

Not impressed. This has got to be the most brain dead app out. I log in on MacBook and it is different to iPad or phone. No ability to read print review doc prior to signing. Dates are us centric - confusing for rest of world. No versioning. Realtor sends us multi documents for n one envelope- we sign one, stop because there are flaws in #2, both get reissued and with nothing to say it’s amended or the like.

Works… slowly. Doing almost anything opens the website in-app, but it takes FOREVER to load for some reason. Other than that, pretty effective. Doesn’t seem to use local date format either, and changing the format in settings didn’t do anything. Not fun for signing in DD/MM/YYYY, but you can use a textbox instead I guess. I’d prefer to print if I have access to a printer.

Awkward versatility. I wanted to add the date or be able to edit the date that you signed onto the document but it is set automatically. It gave the wrong date and could not be changed. It also did no give the option to enter each section of the date day month or year if one section on the document was auto filled for you.

Would have been 5 star. This review would gave scored full marks had the app had a link to basic information re: the Apps capabilities and a FAQ page. It is intuitive but is not perfect for first time/non-business users.

Some functionality missing?. On the computer you can draw a red line to cross things out and also add text boxes that are not assigned to anyone and are simply for the purpose of adding text that doesn’t need to be acknowledged by any of the recipients. Apart from that it’s great.

Title box. Needs little bit improvement over text box cause can’t be minimised.

To be threatened. I do not appreciate to be threatened when it is not due till the end of the month and to send me a message in Ali to say if not signed today they have to put in there system for me to vacate the building now you have done the wrong by me big time

It doesn’t save checkbox marks. Don’t waste you money. You fill out lengthy forms, using checkboxes, it looks fine on the screen, but you when finish, the checkboxes disappear. I’m paying for an app that doesn’t work. Support is woeful. Totally useless online help. And unless you’re using Apple’s inbuilt email app, you can’t even email Docusign for support. An absolute scam!

Simple and Functional. This is such an easy to use program! Simple upload of documents, and insertion of signatures or text. An an excellent addition to make this digital world that little bit easier.

Well done. This is a great application. The only thing I dont like is how the app moves forward to the next signature automatically and this doesn’t allow me to read the previous pages without scrolling backwards first

Love It. Couldn’t be easier - another thing making printers and paper a thing of the past. Be it my lawyer, accountant or financial advisor I can read and sign documents quickly and on the go from my phone which gives me one less thing to worry about during my busy day. DocuSign is awesome.

Best signing program ever. Have been using DocuSign for a few years now after changing from Adobe sign. Love the functionality, no complaints. Mobile app is particularly good as well. Can do quite a lot on it which is great.

It’s very hard to use. This app makes me feel clumsy PDF document is so small on my iPhone 7 Plus and I can hardly click with my finger on the right spot. When it’s on wrong spot I will have to drag it back to the right spot and guess what, it moves the entire document and I am exit from the file. Tried three times before the document get signed and sent. If it’s so difficult for me who is 33 years old and use computer and phone more than 6 hours a day, how is it going to be for elder people? Hmmm you need to improve.

Convenient. I like DocuSign because it is convenient. It would be good if the date option didn’t come out in the American format though. This is troublesome for Australian users.

Good, could be better. Would like to see more options like number boxes, y/n choices, circle option etc. anything that might be in a document that gets signed.

Great platform. I find DocuSign to be a great platform for busy people like myself who due to distance is not able to safely and securely sign legal documents that require immediate attention regardless of distances.

Issue with Apple Pencil and iPad. Have used this service once before and worked fine. This time two people needed to sign the documents. My signature easily dropped into place, the second person however did not have a previously created signature and was going to have to sign manually. All the document did was slide up and down the screen not letting the other person sign their name using the Apple Pencil or even their finger. Searched for any settings that may have been amiss but to no avail. Was annoying, inconvenient and subsequently has delayed a document of some importance. If DocuSIgn advertisers that you can use Apple Pencil & iPad on their mobile App, then they should ensure a seamless experience and not one like we have just had to endure! Wholly unimpressed!

GREAT but turn off mobile mode.. Display in mobile friendly is far from mobile friendly. But once you toggle this off, it’s very good.

Are we that insignificant, really?. I think including a couple of facts about the environmental benefits are a great addition to your app, but I have no idea what an lb of wood amounts to nor a gal of water. Would it kill you to localize these stats so they mean something to people outside the US? Imperial measurement is so old fashioned, almost everyone here in Aus that is old enough to have worked with it back in the day is pretty much dead.

Great app for contactless signing. Digital signing documents is so easy with this app. The developer did a great job in creating this app. Once your signature is saved within the app, it automatically places your signature wherever you tap onto the places where it requires your signature. It is so easy to use. Would highly recommend this app. I give full ticks for the developer.

Date Cannot Be Changed :(. Allow us to change the date and date format because some of us ain’t from the States when signing dates on applications.

Looks like a scam. Sign in for a new account. It says free to use. But soon as sign in I can use only three times. The. You have to pay. Tried to close the account but then needed more of your personal details. Not happy with the system. To close the account don’t have to give other info more than you need to open the account. Looks like they using our details to something else. Beware.

Easy signing makes it less painful when a deal goes south. Occasional use good so far. Used DocuSign with other institutions for their paperwork. I had a need to get a document signed for myself. Downloaded the app signed in to the existing account. Populated the PDF with the signing and dates and sent it off. Got the return from the sender right away. Perfect. That was free, but would have limits. This occasion I needed to sign a pdf for myself. Again it was simple Sign, Date and then Send. Thank you

Annoying and dangerous advertising. The ads on other sites...are extremely dangerous to both people prone to seizures and migraines. It has a flickering flashing ad at the bottom of an app or page. This really should be addressed before someone gets hurt.

Hate this tool with a passion. The idea of the tool is great - all I need to do is sign a few legal documents - but every single time I have tried to use this app I run into problems. I needed to re-do my saved signature. Can’t do it. I remove the old ones, create new ones, but it’s the old one that shows up with I sign. I’ve tried making changes in the app and on the website, and nothing has worked. The latest problem is that it won’t let me sign a document without first authenticating with an SMS message (even though I had to authenticate by email to login) - the the SMS message is not coming though.

Clunky and inefficient.. Signing with your finger is childish and unprofessional. Having multiple accounts for various business entities is inefficient. My documents never seem to get saved properly. Your application is a hopeless mess.

Horrible for sending on mobile. The quality of the mobile app compared to the desktop version is night and day. on mobile, when sending a document, the options are as barebones as can be. theres no way to add an access code, automatically fill in fields from a pdf file, or to correct a file. if you want to try your luck on the webpage version, oops too bad “you need a bigger screen for that. go on your desktop.” Docusign, do BETTER

Document Signing from anywhere. I love this app because it allows me to sign documents while away from my desk. I am also happy to say that while overseas, it works well and makes closing business deals very easy and simple to do. I have full confidence that my information and documents are secure.

Really need phone support. This app leaves a lot to be desired. I can send a template from the app on my phone but I can’t edit it so there’s no point in having someone sign a blank document. On the iPad, the workaround is it allows me to have the desktop site While on safari but on my phone it doesn’t allow it. I’m a bail bondsman and it’s often “on the go” for me so being able to send contracts (that I’ve edited) from my phone would be amazing.

Amazing app. Coming from a hi tech career and into Real estate I was disappointed with the technology or lack there of. However, Docusign has truly transformed my business and the ease of use for my clients - even the not so tech savvy. I am able to do anything anytime from my phone or laptop. It is a phenomenal app and I give it my highest accolades and strongly recommend for any agent. Being a Masters club member I appreciate any app that makes me more efficient and helps my clients.

Super easy.. All documents are at your fingertips to review along with any phone numbers you might require from the institutions you are borrowing from as far as loans etc. I have use this application in the past for other items and it has always been super simple/quick/easy. Yes I definitely would recommend it

Needs greater functionality for Realtors.. You should already know from your user metrics and reviews that a large portion of your users are realtors. Integration with our MOS would make this way more efficient for us, as well as providing app access to Docusign Rooms. There’s nothing worse than being limited to a laptop when we need to write up a contract on the go. Try sending a survey to all of your Real Estate Brokerage accounts. I’m sure you’ll see this same point and more, repeated.

Amazing app. Didn’t have access to my printer/fax machine, so I literally downloaded this app because I was in a pinch for time and really needed to get a signature on a document. It was so easy to use and super convenient. There is even a option where you can insert your name and the date! I love this app and am keeping the app just in case I ever need it again. WILL NOT LOAD DOCS ONCE THEY’RE SIGNED. Every time I receive a completed document and try to load it, it states, “Error Loading Document.” This is unacceptable and frustrating. I’m forced to go online to their website and retrieve the document. I’ve utilized this app for awhile, and never had this problem until this week. What gives?!?

Necessary update. App works pretty well but needs to have the ability to remote sign after the document has been submitted for signature. For example, I use the Docusign TR and there is no ability to upload docs to sign on Docusign app from the DTR without submitting an envelope which locks it. As a real estate professional I need to be able to have clients sign in person and the documents sent to their email once complete. It’s a more fluid process if it interacted with DTR and DTR app. Thanks.

Easy. I’ve been struggling getting contracts signed unless in person. This makes it so easy to upload a document, select who needs to sign what. It even has an auto populate feature that puts boxes where needed. Delete all the ones that it places that aren’t necessary or it will make you sign something there. Enjoy

Expensive and terrible support. Docusign keeps asking me for money. It continues to tell me I need more envelopes. It got to the point I had 4 seats. And when I ask what are seats they avoided my question. The tried to take payment for 4 seats. Even when I changed it back to 1 seat it continues to try to take 4 seats (payment). And it is difficult to cancel. Help and support hasn’t helped. I will need to navigate there site to find a way to cancel. There are more cost effective platforms to choose from. I do not suggest Docusign. I’d rather worry about running a business not on the items that support that business.

Glad I found this app. So far so good. I spent an hour on this other site. I was so mad. What if this document that I need to signed was very important, or a life threatening matter ? So I went and searched again, and found this site. Very easy to use, very easy to understand. Just simply to the point. Whoever designed this did a very good job. I only gave 4 stars because I was just a little confused at the end. I didn’t need to sign any documents maybe out of frustration I didn’t fully understand. Thank you

My business is so much easier. DocuSign takes the stress out of having to meet in person whether you are a town away or a country away! This app has been on my want list for a long time. This application has been one of the ones that I have been wanting to use for a long time. Now that I start using it, I can see how my life has been way easier by being able to sign contracts virtually. I’m gonna be exploring the rest of the features and update you accordingly. Absolutely Efficient, High Quality, Consistent, Convenient. I have utilized DocuSign both in my professional career as a Paralegal and in my personal life. I always express a sigh of relief when this service is available and offered. It is simple to understand, user friendly, provides specific details of what information is needed and where that data is to be provided on the documents. Once the document requirements are completed, it automatically sends it back to the original sender for their verification, approval and signature. DocuSign then returns the completed signature document back to you for your records. I adore this process and program!

Still waiting for DocuSign to auto date Initials should be dated. DocuSign is missing a key feature and that is automatically dating initials. This is very important when it comes to changes in a contract or proving the actual effective date after final changes to a contract. Adding extra fields can make the document very cumbersome and cluttered looking, not to mention forgetting to add a date with initials doesn’t show date of last change. There are several other services that do, such as DotLoop.

Works like a charm. This software is so easy to use. You just create your document and they plug in the signing forms and any other fields you may need for you. If you don’t like how they placed them you can do it manually. I used docusign for a contract we use for our company and was impressed by how professional it looked! Highly recommend!

Great Tool. I gave five due to minimal complexity, I struggle sometimes with the many app details you must follow to get a particular looking document . Well this worked out real easy and quickly my chai tea is still warm . Just hope it’s not an expensive essential, As makes a transitioning off this less stressful. Please and Thank you

In a very tough time in my life during and post divorce, the loan department has been completely understanding of my situation and though I thought getting a personal/motorcycle loan to help build credit was going to be an up hill battle every associate treated me with the upmost respect and gave me a new lease on life as well as my credit. Very frustrating User Interface and options. This app is not very intuitive to use and as a result it hinders it’s users. For example; if there are two signatories for a document one can’t easily switch between users to sign their respective portions and the signing queue is a ridiculous feature than only hinders smooth progress with contracts. I would recommend business people not use this app for their clients as it only causes unnecessary problems. Fax has less issues than this app.

Not iPad Pro - iPhone friendly for Real Estate. I’ve been using DocuSign for several years. Recently I upgraded to an iPad Pro after being told at the Apple Store I could do anything on the iPad Pro I did on my MacBook Pro. I am able to do almost everything, except DocuSign. More often than not I need to drag and drop an additional signature, initial or other field elsewhere on the document. I have tried EVERYTHING! My finger, my apple pen nothing works. Can’t drag and drop. Then after fighting with it for 10 minutes FOR ONE FIELD- out of nowhere DocuSign just drops the field somewhere else on the page and you cant move it where you need it to go. Total garbage!

Mobile App needs improved. I love Docusign. But the mobile App needs some additional features. You need to be able to strike through and add additional text on your mobile App. Also, we need to be able to make changes to the email address on the mobile App. I have no issues when I am on line using Docusign.

WOW - I’m an old lady and I can use DocuSign!!. I’m almost 60, doing paperwork via DocuSign was very stressful for me initially (2020). I’ve now used DocuSign for multiple projects: 1) My home purchase 2) Solar panels and installation 3) 8 - 60 year old trees removed 4) Lawyers documents Everything has been great, easy to sign, initial, modifications to documents and more. All easy, I never had to call or text for assistance. I can’t imagine how many items can be taken care of via DocuSign; I don’t have to go anywhere, pay to print a document, sign or initial a document, print the signed document, fax the new document, wait in line, then pay for services. I haven’t had any problems, it’s all fast and easy. (Plus it’s not to hard for an old lady to do by herself!) MaryBeth

MAKES LIFE SIMPLE!. When a document arrives that needs immediate attention and I’m not at home or in the office, DocuSign makes taking care of business a piece of cake! If you don’t have DocuSign you’re probably still wearing a powder blue leisure suit, white shoes and matching belt! Step into this century and download DocuSign (you can still allow BeeGees music to play in the background as you take that step but get rid of the gold chains and 8-track player!)

I am so pleased with DocuSign.. It’s extremely difficult for me to get out to some place to have things signed since I’m a senior citizen and I live alone. DocuSign has made it possible for me to get important papers signed right away. It alleviates the stress of trying to find a ride and the stress of holding up important documents that require my signature. Thank you so much for this great app that I am fortunate enough to be able to use!

First time using DocuSign. Me and my husband are very pleased with this app. It finds where you are to sign and it also keeps you a copy on file and you can share with others afterwards and I sent into finished Brlk application to My husband s email address to also have a copy in file in our personal records. You will love this app it is quick and easy.

Accurate Digital Product for Security of Significant Documents. I have used DocuSign for 5 years. It is a good program and provides a good method of filing documents. The Feature I enjoy the most is the long digital number that accompanies each signed document. With this number you can easily find the document years later on a find program as they accumulate in your corporate business or sole proprietorship.

A Must for Digital Offices. I am trying to go paperless, and this program has become a must. I use it at least 2-3 times a day. It works seamlessly with DropBox and my other most-often-used document handling apps. I'd recommend it to anyone. Updated: The current version is unusable. Will not export documents to DropBox or email. Let me know when you fix it, so I can use it again.

No longer useable. They ruined it with their latest update. It’s no longer useable on mobile. You can‘t edit templates, change custom contracts, copy contracts, you basically can’t do anything on mobile at all except send the same contract with different name on it. Absolutely useless. Our company used their service for 7 years, it was great, but we had to cancel today because it’s useless now to anyone who needs to change the contract information. Great job Docusign. I’m sure your users enjoy needing to bring a computer everywhere they go in order to send a custom contract.

Easier identity validation this time. Usually I had to answer obscure questions about what color one of my previous automobiles was from twenty years ago (I’ve had about 38 over my life to this point) which took me about ten tries. Infuriating! But somehow, this time, via my access to my phone and geo-location, DocuSign was able to trust me and allow me to sign my documents without the non ADA compliant means of relying on senior memory.

Mortgage documents. DocuSign process made it extremely easy to take care of important documents. It also saved money and eliminate in person signing of the documents. This allows for quick processing of the mortgage documents in a short period of time. This can be completed from other states and far away places.

Payment. I believe this is a great way for electronic signing. However I tried to electronically sign a seed corn contract this year, and had some troubles. Two different contracts were signed about 36 days apart and the second contract docu-sign would not sign without a subscription of $100. Bayer Seed pays for this subscription and the growers do not, but that is issue I had.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!. This application has been so wonderful getting the job done as far as signing documents without being in person and also made things more convenient for me and I’m pretty sure others that we can get things signed without being there in person thanks so much And I would recommend this app for anyone use

So annoying. I never write reviews but I cannot stand docusign and would never recommend it to anyone. Every time I go to use this app and think it will be a simple process to ✨simply✨ sign a document, and it never is. They log me out of my account and when I go to log back in, it says I have an incorrect password. Which IS NOT TRUE so literally every time I have to reset my password and go through the process of confirming it’s really me and after I’m like ok, everything is fixed and saved so next time it will work… NOPE. Here I am again with the same issue. It’s been over a year with this so I am officially DONE.

Perfect for ANY docs. Love it! It works perfect for all the docs I have needed to sign, date, check mark, etc., since I was made aware of this app (2012). Love that I can make MY signature & have it set for every time I need to sign something. I guess you can say the only downfall is that when people receive your signed doc, the signature doesn’t always show on the dotted line. But so far no one has had an issue with that.

Amazing. Save the trees. Save Planets. This is just a great app. Makes your life easy. No need to print , sign & scan and email back. You do it in 30 seconds. It need more update to make it more efficient. But this is just great. Please buy it. Spend $1-2. Whoever made this amazing app deserve that. I used free one for few months then I felt guilty and bought it. Thank you.

Great, except one big thing.. The button on the contract detail page that says “Sign” gives me anxiety because I haven’t looked at the agreement yet, and it appears that tapping “Sign” would sign it without me having had a chance to review it. The button would better if it were “review and sign” , or, “Begin signing”. I wanted to know that tapping sign didn’t automatically sign the doc before I had the chance to read it. Disregard any spelling errors in this post—if any—because the text in the review box is white on a white background. (That might be another bug to look at.

Easy & Phone Friendly. Being on the go, I often am not in close proximity to my laptop to download and sign a document. However, DocuSign makes signing any document so easy from your mobile device. It’s easy, user friendly and simple to do business and personal on the go!

No In-Person Signature on IOS…. You can’t have customers sign documents in-person on your mobile device, only your desktop. How does Docusign have less features than free competitor software?? I went with the reputable company for security reasons but the fact that you literally cannot collect signatures in the application itself seems to be a pretty egregious oversight for a company that supposedly specializes in signature collection. It is clear that nobody at Docusign actually tests their application in real settings because it would be obvious that their software cannot perform the single most important task they advertise.

Easy to Use, and Convenient. DocuSign helped make the often painful and time-consuming process of signing documents - a breeze!! One an account is made, and you can get the app(!), your initials and signature are automatically saved to use for future document signings. It’s all easy to do, right from your phone. I just signed a document in less time than it takes to log into my email account. Thank you DocuSign!

New Device. Got a new iPhone and the system would recognize my password or phone and when confirming a new password. The confirmation text it would not work so I had to use the voice confirmation. All in all spent 40 minutes of my time trying to get a crappy verification system to work for a piece of software that should work every time. The customer service person I spoke to you on the phone spoke broken English and did not understand my problem. All, and I expect contract software to work, much more smoothly as these agreements are critical to my business.

So simple to use. Had to fill out and sign an insurance form that l received as a PDF file in my email. Opened it up right there on my smart phone using Docusign and the squares were easy to fill in, move around, and the options with my name and signature were all there nice and crisp and neat. Took me less than two minutes to email back the finished form. Thanx for a great app. Male, 55, FL

This product is terrible. This product asked me to change my password. I changed my password six times before it would accept the change when I logged in. I change my password it had to be a totally different password from the first time. I’m quite able to remember numbers and letters this program would not allow me to change my password and continue through until I did it six separate times. Each and every time it said the password that was copied and pasted did not match. What a wast of time. Time I can not get back.

User-Friendly.. I made a mistake on an application that I was completing through Docusign. My mistake caused everything I had done on a two page document to be erased! Docusign is so user-friendly that I was able to redo the document without stress! This is a very convenient App when you have limited time and need to expedite documentation. Thank you!

So frustrating. Every time I try to save a document for "sign later" my document disappears. Also I'd like to add that the reason I have to the"sign later" option is because whenever I try to use the app with a client present it is never a seemless process and I never to troubleshoot while they sit there waiting. So embarrassing. So I tried setting up any docs the day before so I can have it ready. It worked once. Now it's not working anymore. I pay for this app and it's always something.

Docusign. Very cool program, I have been waiting for this type of technology advancement for a long time. Thank you. Only glich I had is that I couldn't get the text box to move around easily. You should be able to click on line, click on text box and have it go right there. It took me a lot longer than it would have if I had just filled it out by hand and faxed it over. That’s why 3 stars this time. If you could upgrade that would be wonderful. Thank You. Anyway it’s just a thought.

Unable to view document in mobile app. When checking on the status of a document out for signing using the mobile app, I am no longer able to view the document. This feature went away with the program update.

Excellent App for on the go Business People. DocuSign has become an app that I cannot live without. I’ve been using it for years signing documents when getting together for a wet signature seems impossible. The user interface is very friendly and continually updated. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a document signing application. It works well with all my devices.

Perfect App- It’s easy & convenient. This is the greatest app ever. I don’t have to go anywhere in order to conduct business. I’m able to communicate with my Dr’s etc when they send me a form to sign but nothing populates. So, I downloaded Docu Sign so that I can fill the form out & it allows you to send immediately to the recipients. The document is also saved in your files. Great job to the creators of this app.
