Great, simple, free trial. I wanted a call recorder app and looked through a bunch of them. This has a completely free trial, and I was able to start recording calls less than a minute after I downloaded it.

Great audio recorder that lets you transcribe your recordings!. This is the best voice recorder I’ve used. It’s super simple to record, and it’s free. I use it to record my research interviews, lectures, meetings, and to dictate notes. I like that I can edit my recordings and share them with the people I work with.

Useless! Pruned app to force you into sharing contacts.. One simple question - why I can’t see all registered small dial numbers in this app. Instead it wants access to my contact. What the hell designers thinking??!! USELESS if I can’t see what numbers to dial or can’t register new friends numbers in this app.

Just one word: excellent!. My friend recommended to me for experiencing this app. At the fist time, I didn't know this application could bring benefits to me. However, after all I use this app more frequently because its advantages and knowledgeable app. Very useful!

Turning bad. Used to be good, but turning bad last few months. 1st raised rates to Japan, and lately raised the rate for landline calls equal to mobile calls. Why? Landline calls to Japan are always cheaper than calls to mobiles. Now landline calls to Japan are 9.1 cents, equal to mobile calls, and 300% higher than a couple months ago. Something wrong here. If not corrected will be ending KeKu usage.

Nice app. I've recorded some phone calls with no hassle and without losing the quality of the sound on the way. I recommend this app!

The best!!!. You get 30 free days which most give apps give you 3 calls!! Very simple and the instructions are right on the screen. I started to record my call in seconds!!! Just what I was looking for.

Worth a try once time. I love that you are able to do everything by the touch of iPhone. I can record a call and access recordings right after the call. Also they give free recordings which it helped me test the app and I’m very happy with the results. Doesn’t record incoming calls. I looked for a subscription to sign up for just in case that was needed but can’t seem to purchase that within the app, just minutes can be purchased...

10 points for quality. Calling with people and make your time valuable. Make calls using your existing phone number or buy a second number. Use that number for your personal life or for business. You can buy multiple phone numbers.

Simply the call launching experience. It takes at-least 3 steps to launch an international call if I have to use local mobile no. If you could capture the intention before the call should be one click . That could be fantastic user experience. Thanks

The app is perfect; for what my needs are at least. You can use Call Recorder to make and record both local and international calls. There is no setup process, simply start the app and make your first call.

Excellent WiFi calling app that’s great for international calling while on the go. My calls while abroad (travelling internationally) are absolutely free to the USA via WiFi calling. I can also accept free incoming calls via WiFi with a virtual (second line).

The new update messed up. Just did the recent update and the app started to crash and main screen freezes. Please update it

Unreliability. This service is horrible, you can never rely on or depend on it when trying to follow important international businesses. I can not connect to my family easily making it so scary to due to the political situation where they live. I won’t recommend this service especially for urgent cases and important transactions.

10 mins call drop. Keku was used to be good, but now call drips every 10 mins..

10/10 Recommended. I have been looking for an app to record a phone call and this app is just a perfect one. It has a very user friendly interface and very easy to use. just need to call the service number first from the app, then call the person you want to record and merge calls. Acr call recorder does the rest automatically and call recording is ready to listen and share after the call. What else I can ask for. Perfect solution for phone call recording.

A good app for everyone. This app creates a conference call between you, your contact and our recording service. Conversations are then saved on your iPhone and can be played back anytime.

Great app. I've been using this app for several years and it keeps improving with each release. I feel like they actually do listen to their customers and base their releases on that. Aside from very rare issues, the call quality is fantastic and I've had no dropped calls so far. I'm looking forward to using the call recording feature as I'd like to have recordings of my grandfather and I talking.

An app Im finding. I had been looking for an app that can help me record the call with my kids. Through this app, i can save money on calls and SMS.

Call charge is becoming fishy. I really love this app have been using it for a while,but now they started to take away the minutes with out the person answering the call😞

Call Quality Downgraded Severly. I am not sure what is going on but for the past weeks my calls to my country Benin Cotonou have been horrible. At times the call gets stuck in a loop... My mom said on her end the call cuts off... Please fix this so I can update my review. Plus the rates for me to call my country are too high. I have been using this app for years...

Worst ever experience. 1. The international number never connects 2. Support sent an email saying they fixed the issue - since then I can’t even login in the account, it is asking to contact support. There is no chat or phone option, so you have to send an email and wait 3. Referral program seems a scam - referred someone who added deposit, but no referral visible in my account. Worst ever customer experience. Stay away.

It's a nice app. It's a good app but could be better like the sound you get after you recorded a call it sounds ok it haves a small echo if that was not there an bit clear on the call it would be perfect. Update that an I'll give a five stars

More info needed. Local Numbers work only in a handful of countries. This means you have to be from or visiting one of these countries. Otherwise this is just another VoIP app, like sype [sic] as they like to call it. This info is not provided explicitly anywhere, including in the website. Definitely does not work, as of now, in India and China: 36% of world unhappy :-(. Am from India visiting China. Not good both ways!

Disappointing - poor call quality. Downloaded this app because they promised more minutes than competitor which they offer. Turned out to be very bad quality, echoing and took me 3 trials to get a connection both using wifi and local number. If you are used to using calling cards this is exactly the same thing better off sticking with them no advantage moving to this thing. This app was quickly put together you can tell with app aesthetics and overall call quality which is the number 1 thing long distance callers look for.

NOT ABLE TO TAKE MY CREDIT CARD OFF 😡. These guys probably doesn’t want anyone to cancel their subscription and hence they haven’t given any option to cancel the subscription from the app. I’m using iPhone 12 Pro Max and when I go to settings, all I see is manage subscription and it takes me to the Apple Subscription and I don’t see this app there. Contacting the customer support hasn’t helped in any way. More like a scam. I have not used this app for 3 months and they have ripped $10 every month and it’s going on since last three months. Seems like there’s no way to get rid of this mess. !!NEW USERS, BEWARE OF THIS APP. GET OTHER APPS WHICH ARE NORE TRANSPARENT AND TRUSTWORTHY!!

Terrible User Experience. I bought a subscription to call long distance while traveling in Europe. Half of the time I tried to dial a number it would not connect me and after the iOS 7 release the app just freezes on the splash page. When I asked for a refund of unused subscription I was told that they do not do partial refunds. Thanks KeKu!

Mr. Yaz. Very bad they have to call to give the pin code and after 3 calls they gave a pin code that is not working

App crashing. This app has been crashing for the past week , uninstalled and reinstalled no change. It will also sign you out abruptly with no notice.

so far so good!. best thing with Keku is i get better rates here compare to Rebtel which ive been using for years now.if this low rates continue i'll switch to Keku for good!and sound quality aint so bad either.i wish there was a rate for international texting tho to find out how much it'll cost.Rebtel usually charges $0.029 per message i wonder how much it is with Keku.

Rip off. Why am I buying $10.99 credit for $20.00? I’m cancelling after this. Not WORTH IT

Crashing!!!. Keeps crashing after last update. I trued atleast 15 times to open.

International unlimited calling. Unlimited calling plan to India is actually stops at 3000 minutes! Thanks

Deteriorating Performance. The last several updates have made this app to have mediocre performance. It's impossible to make calls on Wifi or cellular data. If by luck you are connected it disconnects in about 15 minutes. There is also a terrible echo making conversation very uncomfortable. The problems are worse with iOS 11.

Keku cool app!!!!. This app really allowed me to keep in touch with my family in the Philippines during a difficult time when we lost our dear cousin in the Typhoon. I am so grateful to have this capability during this financially difficult time!

Doesn’t work as advertised. This did not record my international calls. It did record the other side (the person I called).My voice was never recorded.

USER. One of the best international calling apps I have ever used. Extremely good, cheap calls, a lot of mins! Very good sound quality! Highly recommend. Excellent!

Be watchful. They charge even when the phone is not answered. Used it for two years and I realized too late. By the time I found out I had lost a lot. Sent an email and no reply.

5$ for recharging through App Store. Lol...

Took all my money and then locked me out. I wanted to send free texts to Alaska—Keku sent them to Turkey instead and charged me for them. Then it locked me out of the app. Also I find it has been linked to my cellphone. Use Google phone instead.

Ridiculous!. Calls are dropping all the time! This is crazy! This used to be a good app and I have been a loyal customer for years until last year everything changed for the worse. Now with each update it gets more and more unreliable. What is going on there guys!? Can't you debug the app already??! Very frustrating.

Don't buy. I have been using Keku for over two years. Never had any issues until one month ago. I can make the call fine using internet but the problem is that other party can't hear my voice at all. I have tried resetting network settings on my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app,logged out and logged back in multiple times but nothing works. Its the same problem on my wife's phone also. Support tells me to use local number but I can't use it because my service provider charges for long distance. I have LTE on my phone with more than 25 mbps connection so speed is not a concern. Even the new "call from computer" has same issue. Tried from two different computers, one Mac and one PC, doesn't work. I am not going to put any more money in my account. I loved the product but not anymore. Looks like somebody is taking a little success for granted. Good luck with that. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

User not available. If you can get Keku to log in or whatever it has to do to connect, it works fine. But I sat here for more than a half hour this morning trying to make a call, and all I kept getting was the "user unavailable" message. And I know the person I was trying to call was available. I get the "user unavailable" message everytime I use it. I have found, though, of I turn off my phone and turn it back on and log back into Keku, then it usually works. WHAT A HASSLE, THOUGH! If the company can work out that bug, it would probably be a pretty useful app.

Problems lately. When this app works it's wonderful, but lately ever since I upgraded I cannot get through. If my phone goes through, it is not to the right recipient or also it is asking to dial non local numbers, which am never able to connect. I wish I could get the version before the upgrade back, too many problems with the latest version.

Incredibly bad Application. - First thing first, the whole process of dialing a number to make a call needs the app and they have somehow manage to make the most important thing in the process really bad. - It keep crashing while I am dialing a number, searching a number, going back to the app to redial and even when I am trying to recharge my account! - Funniest part is even though I love the phone call quality and the rates, I am thinking about switching since It doesn't let me make the call in the first place. TLDR: Ridiculously bad app. Would not recommend to anybody.

Update killed your app. What did you do? App worked great before your "update" now it won't open at all. Please fix this app. Rebtel or some other app will be getting your share if you don't. Yours was the best of the bunch!!!

Help me a lot. It saves me a lot of money when I'm roaming out of the country.

Not good service. It is bit cheaper than other provider but quality wise it is not at all good. So far i found Rebtel the best one. With keku am having so much of problem. Connection is not at all good. It breaks so often. I have contacted customer support too. They are quick to reply back. But even after contacting customer care it didnt help me. Two stars, one for cheap price n other for quick response by customer service. Hope they will provide good service in near future.

Rocks. Have a ton of friends abroad. The option between using your minutes or data is brilliant! Free texting also great. Only suggestion is to expand free texting to more countries.

Great rates and reliable. Opinion from a heavy user. I have tried about 7 different apps, including tel3, call2, free calls, and some others and i am sticking to this. The rates are the best out there. The app is simple and easy to use. Phone call quality was the best compare to the rest, and the reload process is simple. Works with your iTunes. Do what i did and try all of their competitors, but i can tell you you can save the time and just keep this one. Great addition to my international calling

Lifesaver. Excited user. I keep having issues purchasing credit, I really loves this app but I'm getting super frustrated. Texting! Woot! Me and my daughter have been using this for free calling. I also use it to call my mom. She doesn't have the app so I use the local numbers. It has saved us alot in our phone bills. I have only one request. Make Barbados a little cheaper please so I can talk more with my family on the island :)q

Garbage. Cuts off all the time. This app is garbage

Worst experience. I unnecessarily spent 10$ on this app for India calling. The call gets disconnected exactly after 10 minutes every time I talk! Such an awful experience.

Fake & fraud. I download this app and try calling with bonus amount, call is very clear. So i plan to buy India Unlimited Monthly Package 9.95$ & Same time i purchase 5$ for call all country credit. But after i purchase not able to make any india calls :| Then Within few hours my 5$ balance also gone from my account which i didnt use :/ Now Getting error “your account is on hold” I write to customer support no respons :/ I hope atleast someone can check my review here n fix my problem.

A few bugs but overall food app. The text messaging or SMS is free for Palestine but after a week of using it the app stopped working, my texts weren't being sent. The connection is clear and has cheap prices. Free $1.00 credit, should be free $5.00 credit like other apps. Overall I give it 3.5 stars, fix the bugs and the SMS issue of receiving/sending. Make it visible!!!!

Better than vonage. I was using vonage before i stopped in this app and what i can tell u is.... Download it man this app is better than vonage. Is actually cheaper and better sound quality.

Very Difficult to make calls. i have been using this app for a month now and its a very big pain to make calls. Some time it doesnt connect and you have to insist for a very long time. Which means you cannot use it in case of emergency. It takes forever to locate a local number and dedicate it to you. Sometimes it just disconnect your call and you have to go through a big hastle again to reconnect. I tried contacting this company but mno response.

Works just as it says. Downloaded, logged into my account, they called me with the pin number as they say while logging in. Made my call in about 2 mins from d/l :) so far so good...

Worst experience. When you make a call you'll hear rings.. But the person won't even receive a call. Such a bluff. Happened to me lot of times.. You will near hear call waiting, switched off or busy any such tones.. You will always hear ring when you make a call from keku. Don't know if the person is busy or didn't answer or whatever happened. Stay away

Complain. You were good but now you charged me before connecting to the person I lose 5 minuets

Love it. Had it since StanaCard, was so happy it got an app love that u can use the internet for phone calls if you don't want to add the numbers online all the time without using your mins on your plan.

Please fix it!. It was very good. However, suddenly I cant make calls using cellular data. I am afraid to use local numbers because once I was charged by my carrier for international calls. In addition, sometimes the conversation repeats itself jus as someone has complained. If this problem is fixed I will give 5 starts and continue to use the app. Other than that it used to my best app.

Excellent for international calls. Excellent app for international calling, especially when traveling. Calls over Wi-Fi to real phone numbers worldwide make it invaluable travel companion.

Good in theory but.... The idea behind the app is great, however the actual app had many bugs: 1- UI outdated. It has low resolution for some reason. 2- cannot skip through contacts using an alphabetic guide on the side like the native address book. You have to either scroll or type in the search box 3- the app adds some non sense entries to the keku listing in the main address book such as "null" or "5678", and therefore it gives an error when you try dialing out using the local number feature. 4- most of the time, the favorite feature doesn't work (doesn't switch between all and favorites unless the app is rebooted)

Pls read so bad service. I called customer service many times some wrong charges ,every single time they hang up on me.I never recommend this app.

Their CS support is useless. App doesn’t work. Can’t make any calls. When I tried contacting them they were absolutely no help.
