Well Done. this app has the latest information available on the subjects. Most of the information on the Internet is based from years ago and this is by far the most reliable. Thank you so much.

Very Helpful. Great for planning meals at home and for eating out especially. Love the way you can sort foods by your particular intolerance. Really well designed. Lots of detailed notes on each food explaining things to watch out for and be aware of. Definitely the most helpful app for food intolerances of all sorts, and especially good for situations where you aren’t sure what is bothering you and want to try more than one elimination diet. Lets you do it all with one app! Thanks for a great tool.

Nice app but disagree with some foods. It’s nicely organized, and I like the shopping list. The descriptions of different studies in things like bananas and avocados and peanuts is great, I love being informed to make my own choices. But the colors of “danger” level are clearly subjective. You NEED to read the actual description, not just avoid every food that’s yellow, orange or red. Example: labeling “polenta” as VERY HIGH in histamine is disingenuous. They explain it’s because it’s “usually made with Parmesan”. Uh maybe some recipes? But that doesn’t mean polenta itself is high in them. You also need to update your MSG guidance. “Chinese restaurant syndrome” as you call it is founded in racism and not science.

Terribly difficult to understand how to use.. I found this application almost useless because it not the least bit intuitive to use. Huge learning curve. Not worth the bother.

Great Food App - helps me daily. This is a wonderful app. The information and reference links are extensive. I like it’s flexibility to tailor to my specific needs. I set it up to track FODMAPS, gluten, lactose, Vitamin K, fiber, and manganese. I was able to find all the cheeses that have no or very little lactose. I also found that the fruits and mushrooms I was eating every day are not acceptable for FODMAP restrictions. One request: could you add a setting to track foods that help and hurt my campaign against inflammation. Keep up the good work!

I wish I could "return" it. I read other reviews saying this was more useful than the main FODMAP one, but I don't find it to be more useful. It's just a list and doesn't contain much else, at least not much that I couldn't find via a quick google search.

Double check the sources. Beware of the sources and double check them. App had hazelnuts listed as high salicylate which I found odd. I went to one of the sources listed in the app and the paper made no mention of hazelnuts in the study.

All in one for food related health. I've had this app for five minutes and already love it. I took about three minutes to decide to go all in with Pro and Nutrition. It really has it all and in a neat and tidy package. When your on a low histamine, low FODMAP, low calorie diet this is a lifesaver!

Not helpful. This is not a helpful app. You have to program all the intolerance yourself, as they don't present them correctly in their proper category. You can't choose 2 types of intolerances at the same time - you have to weed things ou, one by one, from your own knowledge base. This is almost worthless.

Very helpful!. Edit: I forgot to mention how helpful it is to have all the info re the different intolerances. I’ve learned a lot thru this app. This app has been very helpful as we have been learning about and trying to navigate multiple food intolerances. Thanks!

It’s absolutely GENIUS!. Very CLEVER easy to use app. If you are suffering from multi digestive issues, allergies, restrictions etc, I consider this app essential. With this app I can combine both low fodmaps and low histamine restrictions and get a quick look at the things I can eat considering both of these restrictions. You can customize it to your needs if you have gluten, nuts and other sensitivities. For me it is a life saver. I was going crazy trying to gather the information and compare lists from different apps and websites. I purchased the pro version and was amazed by the helpful informative information. I am so impressed that I had to write a review. It’s very interactive and gives you multiple options with a sliding bar to understand quantities aloud. It’s not static as most apps which gives you just 3 color options. If I could give it 1000 stars, I would. Thank you for developing such an app. I’m very grateful!

No way to report errors? Re: Olive Oil is very high in Salicylate according to many sources.. Would rate it much higher but the app says that olive oil is low in Salicylate which most articles online say is actually very high. Many people get sick from olive oil. If the programmers fixed that error, had a way for us to submit a report, or would explain why they think it is not high, I would change my rating. Hope that this is the only possible mistake.

Mixed feelings.. Thank you Baliza. I have found this app to be the most useful and beneficial of the ones I have on my phone and have recommended it to many. I would love it if they could add corn as an allergen as many of us suffer with corn allergy and it is hidden everywhere.

Please add oxalates to this app 🙏🏻. Having to go to the other oxalate app to get all the information needed is a pain. I am grateful it exists and appreciate the programmer. If it could all be in one, that would make things much easier, please! Thanks in advance.

Previous version was better. I don’t like that everything shows gray now with a thin color stripe. I preferred when you could take a quick glance to see the color. Turning on the color blind mode helps, but this is visually less efficient either way. I HATE this color change. This was a downgrade. It ruined an otherwise five-star great app.

F/G Ratio?. Great app so far! One question, in the info section it mentions there's a fructose to glucose ratio, but when searching for a food, I don't see it. For example banana chips, shows sucrose in grams and %, and free fructose, but I'm not seeing a glucose ratio? Please help!

Great app. I just wish they can add oxalates and additives / preservatives on here then it would be perfect!

Life saver. Since Doctors will not help us with this challenging condition all we have left is this App... i do not know what i would do without it !!! It is so incredibly helpful in navigating through the confusion of which foods to eat... plus the elimination diet we finally have hope to have some quality of life. Thank you for making my life easier and more peaceful. Franco

Wonderful app but.......... They did another update and added more foods but they list corn, popcorn and the like as safe and according to everything I have read, corn is one of the worst foods for salicylate . Also figs are listed as safe but I have read they are moderately high in salicylate. New updates have made some foods high in salicylates as green. Misleading This app is wonderful! Every update has been wonderful but notice a few foods missing. One is plain corn and corn on the cob. They have corn salad......don't even know what that is. Greens (collards, turnip etc) missing as well. I would also like information on medicinal herbs like milk thistle, ashwagandha, St. John's Wort etc. I find conflicting information on the web. Every food intolerance imaginable is listed as well as other allergies. Great app.

Excellent App. This app makes my life so much easier! The ability to customize entries is awesome.

The Best. I have many food intolerances and found so much conflicting information online I was frustrated. I thought I would have to create my own spreadsheet to sort it all out. I purchased several other apps that were a complete waste of money. Then I found this one. It has everything thing I need to determine safe foods. It is well researched, has extensive notes about individual foods, easy to use format. Just buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Help please!. I am sure that this is a good app, but my food allergies and intolerances are not listed. I can’t figure out how to undo the app. I literally just bought it and it is not helpful for me. 😕 I would like to cancel please

Essential for those with perplexing food issues. Incredible app, very useful. Keeping a food diary is great practice but ultimately frustrating if you can’t pinpoint why you’re getting the results you’re getting. This app helps immeasurably with analysis, with the understanding that everyone is unique and daily accumulations of a substance will often matter more than a single serving of a single food. I like how this app helps with realizing there aren’t “bad” or “good” foods by breaking down what substances in them might be problematic for you if given in high enough quantities to affect you. Given how complex it is to uncover what works for you, and how little help doctors can generally give, this app is a lifesaver.

Lifesaver. I have dietary fructose malabsorption and the app’s been a big help in three ways: 1) The obvious way; when I come across a new food or want to look something up, it’s great having a convenient trusted source (and one that keeps comments) 2) What I can and can’t eat is pretty complicated and I don’t expect others to keep up with it. This can lead to some problems when others cook though - I don’t want to refuse my in-law’s Christmas dinner or seem difficult. They’ve downloaded the app now too and it’s easy for them to make sure there’s something I can eat (especially since they only need to think about my weird restrictions occasionally). 3) Fructose malabsorption isn’t especially well known - the app can be nice for establishing a bit of credit when I need to tell someone about my restrictions (“good odds he’s not entirely making this up”). Thanks for the great app. Has definitely been a quality of life improvement.

Makes food info accessible!. No longer am I frantically googling while going out to eat! This app is fantastic.

Saved my life. Thank you for making this app my life was a disaster looking online item after item and write them on paper and all the hard time I’ve been through, thank you for doing this and you earned every penny i spent on this app, thank you so much.

Awesome app!!. This is an awesome app! I just started embarking on a low histamine diet as well as no gluten, no dairy, and no yeast. This app allows you to put all those filters in and to which degree you’re sensitive to it as well. Then it rates everything by color to make it easy. And you can click on a food to read the details about how much histamine it has and if it’s a histamine liberator. Some of the foods also have a little history on them health-wise. This is great for MCAS or HIT and food intolerances!

It's a start. I can't find the part that explains what "ASA" means, and the foods are rather unorthodox to an American palate (ostrich?). But I still reco it bc it helps keep a lot of info straight when your dining out or grocery shopping. Also - can we add our own foods ? That would solve some of that issue of unusual foods. UPDATE: I can't seem to update the app - anyone else having this problem? All my other apps are updating just fine...

Not worth the $7. The reference portion is helpful, but the data seems incomplete by today’s standards. For example, whole wheat bagels are listed but not white. Flour tortillas are not listed, gluten free organic chicken nuggets aren’t listed. Also, I wish there was a way to track histamine intake for the day to calculate a basic threshold for attacks.

Expensive for what it is. I received food allergen results for my daughter and am looking for an app I can input her specific sensitivities to assist with shopping and figuring out what she can eat. This is a basic app that generalizes the categories, but does not sort the way I need it. Annoyed with the cost of this app.

Good app, but why does it cost more?. When the app already costs $4.99 in the App Store, why are you charging for the nutrient information additionally? You really shouldn’t charge more for that information. The app doesn’t contain enough useful information to warrant the price —then the addition of some nutrients doesn’t really warrant an extra fee.

Food intolerances and Fooducate. Question: can food intolerances partner up with the Fooducate? Two best food apps right now.

Not trustworthy?. I’ve been diagnosed with fructose malabsorption. Two of the main problems with this intolerance are onion and garlic, but this app says those are in the green area and fine to eat. That’s not true for me and it makes me believe this app is not reliable. When I went to email them through the app I got a pop up saying email was not available. I may try to get my money back from apple directly, as I can’t trust the info on here.

Bad for low histamine. I would really encourage you not to use this app if you have a histamine intolerance. Foods like olives that are universally known as high-histamine are listed as ‘safe” or green. There are also internal inconsistencies “vinegar” is a “yellow” (which is debatable) in this app but potato salad with vinaigrette is listed as safe. There’s also no way to filter out individual foods you’ve reacted to. I’d really like my $7.99 back.

The best app I’ve found for MCAS and food sensitivities. As someone who has struggled with adverse reactions from histamine, salicylates and FODMAPs, this app have been a godsend for me. I have books and lists, but this app helps me quickly and efficiently search ingredients and foods so I can make better decisions about what I eat and is helping me as I slowly reintroduce foods.

I’m trusting this for low histamine. Even though there is information online that contradicts what’s on this app (ex:eggs) I trust this app but would purchase immediately if price for pro was more reasonable

Needs a search function. The app has been essential in figuring out my histamine intolerance. However, you need to add a search function. Who would think to look for squash under “w”?

Confusing software. It is hard to figure out what to eat since there are no instructions or keys to explain the color codes . It does not tel you if you should eat a semi histamine food with a non histamine food. I just get more confused every time I try to use the app with no clear directions!

Do not buy this app!!!. I have fructose malabsorption. Almost every single item on the app is incorrect. For example, garlic and onions (one of the worse things for someone with fructose malabsorption) is listed as completely safe. FALSE!!! This is incredibly dangerous. Do not download this app!

So glad I found this!. This app is amazing, I’m so grateful I found it and I don’t have to struggle with what to eat and what not to eat anymore!

Very well made. Easy to use and understand

Lifesaver!!. This app has been so helpful in managing my various food allergies & sensitivities; life and the chore of eating has become easier since I downloaded it a few years ago…thank you so much for being here!

Fabulous app. This is one of the best apps I’ve ever used. Ever. Packed with information. Very well designed and easy to use.

Bug in I-app: Forgets current screen on switch. Switching to another app, such as another FODMAP app, to compare results for a food item, then back to this, returns you to the top of the food list.

LOVE IT!!!. So detailed, with very helpful information! Totally recommend if you are trying to figure out food intolerances etc.

Disappointed. There are no options for glutamates or oxalate levels and I was hoping this would be an option by upgrading.

So helpful. I use the app several times every day. It’s indispensable in figuring out what I’m able to eat without distress. I set the filters to my specific issues.

Was not what I expected. I thought I was going to submit what I ate, and it would let me know what’s in the ingredients...not the case. I’m giving a 4 because the information for each item is useful...but not in the way that I needed it. Inexpensive for an oopsie and perfectly priced for the useful :)

Life changing. I have been trying to find a central source of tyramine and histamine content and failing because everything was just lists with no supporting data. It’s amazing that it actually cites the studies and reasons.

Extremely helpful!. This app has helped so much. Finding out I have intolerances was really overwhelming and I felt like I couldn’t figure out what to eat without help. This app helps me tremendously and I reference it all the time. Without it, I’d be struggling to figure out what my triggers were and what I can eat. I recommend this app for anyone who has food allergies and/or intolerances.

My favorite App. It's been a huge help in managing my food intolerance and checking histamine levels in food while out and about.

Brilliant. Love it. All the information I need to help me make informed choices, and so easy to use. It's a godsend and worth every cent.

Well worth it. Saves time and money because now I don't have to see a my dietician so much

Fantastic. This app covers all food intolerances, including the unusual ones, love the fact that you can adjust the severity of allergy, and colour coding system makes it very easy to follow. Highly reccomend!

Use it all the time. Excellent, just excellent! Very useful in a restaurant when you see stuff you dont usually eat. Quick check and then you're good.

Great but bug in Allergy & Filter Pack Download. Great little app but a bug in the download of the allergy and filter pack. I’m not sure just how many times my order went through then. Keep flashing up on screen do you want to purchase - cancel/buy and different dialogue boxes flashing at me. I think it’s okay now but won’t know until charges come through on my statement. The histamine list….well, they all differ depending on which one you look at but overall, this is great for someone on a gluten free, low-histamine diet ! Would definitely recommend…..just get the download bug fixed.

Such an amazing app!. This turned out to be lifesaving for me! I wonder if you’ll could have a place where I could put in all my symptoms and it would suggest what I need to avoid?

Highly recommended. This is a lifesaver. Having recently being diagnosed with fructose malabsorption, this helps to easily identify what I cannot eat at home, when dining out and also purchasing groceries. I have noticed a difference straight away. I can now function normally everyday without the daily sickness. It is amazing how much food I was consuming that was high in fructose. Best $5.49 spent.

Incorrect information. For example it says kale is low in salicylates when it is actually high.

Changed my life. After finding out I'm fructose and lactose interact my life's been chaotic but this app saved my life and is exactly what I need to help select food that doesn't make me sick. Super informative especially if you get the upgrade plenty of accommodating customisations but I was really impressed with how on point it was, i would recommend this to everyone who struggles with food intolerances and allergies. A++

This app has saved my life.. When my gastroenterologist diagnosed me as fructose intolerant she gave me no info, just told me what I had and then sent me on my way. I had to try and work out what I could and couldn't eat. Other apps didn't show fructose intolerance. The internet was no help either. And then I found this app. It has saved my life. I now know what I can and can't eat, and after nearly 2 years of living with fructose intolerance I can now say I feel okay about life and it's all because of this app. Meals used to be so stressful but this has truly saved me. The search, the color filters, it's just so good. If I could give this app 100 stars I really would.

Disappointed. I was looking forward to giving this a try, but the intolerances I was needing are in the locked section & requires a one off cost of around $25 to unlock Oh well - will keep looking

This app has changed my life. Awesome, comprehensive app. Thank you!!!

Good. Fantastic such a handy tool , for such a complicated issue

God send. This has been a life saver for me..." so concise and researched. This is in my top 5 apps. Love it.

Disappointing. I wanted something convenient to use while out shopping. This is far from it. I found this to be clunky & not easy to use while shopping for food. . No portion sizes given for FODMAPS e.g corn chips is ok within 50g portion but according to this app it’s one of my “safe” food. Eggs are included for histamine intolerance. It excluded a few foods that are safe for me to eat.

Don't get. The information that the app claims to give you in this version is not available unless you upgrade to a more expensive version. It is very misleading, and I'm going to demand a refund. Don't get it unless you want a very expensive way to record what you can't eat

Naturopath nutritionist allergist. Excellent app Makes it very easy for your patients to go food shopping and is very accurate The upgrade for food allergy cross reactions is great I would recommend for any dietician nutritionist etc

Brilliant App!. Finding this app enabled me to identify my food intolerance as histamine intolerance, not fructose intolerance as my dietician initially suspected and which has subsequently tested negatively. It has an excellent design that makes the information about food content very accessible. The information itself is very comprehensive enabling an understanding of the different effects of problem foods so informed decisions can be made about what to eat.

Great discovery. This is the only app I have found that includes details of salicylates and it is excellent; clear and easy to use. It would be very useful if it integrated with some of the food diary apps available. Alternatively it could include a diary function. I would be happy to pay an annual licence fee for this functionality.

Not worth it. This app isn't worth the cost. It's missing a whole range of food such as almost all fruits and has incorrect information about the FODMAP content of others. It also fails to include mannitol, a vital FODMAP element. Don't waste your money.

Finally !. Finally an app that truly helps identifying food triggers. Super easy to use. Well designed. Food diary is a breeze to use. Love it!

Food Intolerances. This application has proven itself over and over again to be of such great value to me. Thanks.

Inconsistent information. I have salicylate intolerance and find that the information is inconsistently presented and does not match on some foods. It is really not worth how much it costs

Lacking. Could only seen main allergies, no Corn allergy listed

Useful for allergy sufferers. Very informative. Lots of detail. Easy to use.

Very useful. Helps me a lot dealing with LI & FM

Not good for me. While it looks good, it was misleading. I need a yeast free diet and it’s about the only thing I can’t seem to sort by. Your help in navigation or a refund is appreciated.

My ‘Go To’ App. Great for quick referencing - a must have for those with food intolerances

I was struggling.... ... Trying to cross reference multiple intolerances. This app just made it all so simple. Highly recommended.

Not great. Limited in the foods it lists. The sort button doesn’t work, it keeps showing alphabetically even when histamine its factors sorting is selected which is very disappointing. It’s already expensive for what is offered and then you have to pay more to view further details about the foods like vitamin / mineral content etc. Not impressed.

Very helpful. A very helpful app and great to quickly reference to at the grocery store. Great to put all of my intolerances in there and adjust low to high. Easily can search a food in the search bar if I’m in a hurry. You do get more out of it for the paid version, and the money spent on it doesn’t seem very much compared to what you get out of such a useful tool. Don’t think of it as a once off purchase you spending, you will constantly use it and you would spend more purchasing a lottery ticket.

Very helpful. I find this app very helpful regarding histamines in foods. Of course everyone is different and every item still needs to be tested but at least having the colour code red for eg its highly likely to expect a reaction and green may be completely fine has been helping direct me which foods to test Thankyou!!

VERY HELPFULL!. This app is great! It lists most food. It is easy to use and easy to understand! I use this app every time i go shopping to check what i am allowed to eat.

Big help!!. Been using for a few days, and have found its info on Fructose very helpful. Great little pocket resource!

Don't bother with this app. This app is useless. Don't bother. It doesn't do what it promises. I'm going to ask for a refund as well.

Can't access!!!. The app reads really well & looks like it could be really useful however once I downloaded the app, it wouldn't open! Any ideas? Quite frustrating really, noting free app work far better than this very appealing app. Not impressed.

This App is wonderful!. I have been using it for several weeks now and it has made life much easier.

Easy and helpful. This app has been a great help. Easy to use and handy as its with me all the time.

Excellent app. I always refer to this when I'm shopping for food. I have a fructose intolerance and this app is an excellent guide for me.

Very useful. Easy and useful

It's my food bible... This app has taught me so much more than other sources. It contains detailed information that has helped me pinpoint the particular substances causing my migraines. I have researched deeply in many areas and this has by far been my most useful resource that I continue to check back upon. I recommend it for anyone searching for answers to dietary issues and also for those further down the track to reference observations.

Hidden costs. App seems good but after spending 5.99 for app they want 2.99 more to unlock items that should have been included in the first place.

A Big Histamine Helper. I have just experienced a recent flare up of histamine intolerance. I wasn’t sure which foods to avoid especially with so much conflicting low-histamine info on the web. This app has been such a great help- easily accessible in the grocery store and very accurate with great explanations. I would recommend this app!

Very Helpful!. Have used this app for a couple of years now and find it quite helpful. I would like to see the food list expanded and add a shopping list 😊

Very useful app. This app contains information for thèse suffering of a food intolerance. You can filter the food according to your food intolerance. You can get how much Sugar, fructose, histamine, etc. there is in Each food. I strongly recommend it. The best one!

Use it for histamine intolerance. After countless years not knowing why I had the symptoms I was having finally became clear it was histamine intolerance , as difficult as it is to traverse this complex intolerance this app makes it such much easier to do a quick check on foods and drinks that I can have . It’s also really convenient for the supermarket instead of countless google searches and differing opinions on the web . Thank you so much to the developers of this great app that’s so practical and functional !!! Best money spent on App Store by far .

Really helpful!. This app helped me identify the foods that will be safer for me to eat. I am histamine intolerant and definitely react to salicylic. This app has made it easy for me to choose foods that are safer for me to eat. It is lauded out very logically and I really appreciate the details in some foods that may have exceptions. I only gave it 4 stars because I would like to see even more items. I am able to get food from all over the world here and their may be foods I could eat safely.

WOW!!!. Thank you so much to everyone who initiated this project and work on making this miracle tool in an era of so few doctors are able to help. Thanks a million to all!

Why not oxalates?. Would be helpful to have oxalates listed

You can’t even SAVE your food intolerances!. So remind me again what I paid 9.99 for?! You need a way to SAVE the food intolerance settings, and until that happens, I’m not using it. You were my only hope too!

Very easy and complete. Highly recommend for anybody with histamine intolerance.

Can’t find contact info for developer. The only way to see if this app was what I needed, I had to pay. And it is NOT what I need. I can’t go down and be specific enough on the intolerances. ( just plums or mushrooms for example). I’d like a refund but can’t find the contact information anywhere so I’m putting a review here, hoping I’ll get an answer.

Good like a book but no updates. Dealing with too many different intolerances to remember everything. Using the provided settings I was able to get a good starting point and it alerted me to many foods I hadn't realized were the problem (I had been blaming the wrong thing and continuing to eat harmful stuff) You can also change individual foods if you start to notice a pattern of something painful Now I can eat meals and continue my day as normal lol But they don't do any updates and you can't add your own food. So basically it's like buying a helpful book. What you get with your purchase is all you'll ever get. And you can sort of write notes in the margins. Good book though

Very Useful!. I love this app, and all it’s detail. Plus, support was really helpful, and quick to respond to my email, when I had something I was trying to sort out.

A real help for problem foods !. I bought many books to help me identify foods that cause me digestive and bad reactions; but it is very difficult to use on a day tomday basis; at last, this program is a pratical solution that help me plan my meals and avoid problem foods; also, I can use the french names of food I'm looking for.

Great app. Could use some other features.. I like the app and the information is great by single food item. Would be good to be able to upload a recipe from internet rather than add it by single ingredient.

Mon bébé dort la nuit!!. Merci pour cette superbe base de données et tous les renseignements qui s'y trouvent. Nous avons enfin mis le doigt sur les intolérances de mon bébé qui souffrait de terribles maux de ventre. C maintenant terminé!

Absolutely love it. I’m celiac… lactose intolerant and I have IBS… this app is a game changer for me!! Thank you

Love love love this app. I am dealing with a histamine intolerance right now and this app is proving a very useful reference. Thank you so much for creating this app and look forward to any new additions. They are super at keeping this app updated and i so much appreciate having apps out there that deal with allergies/intolerances.

Where has this APP been all my life?. Absolutely life changing for me. Wow.

Why not oxalates?. Including info on foods with oxalates would make this app complete (see the Trying Low Oxalates website). Otherwise a great app!

No useful. I already know my allergies.. I thought this app would give me recipes & substitutions, disappointing.

Disappointed. I thought this looked like it might be worth downloading, but most areas are locked behind an in app purchase.

Saved me. Saved me Thanks 💗

This is dumb. This is a stupid app don’t bother it’s a waste of money. I needed specific allergies not to lump my allergies in one category

A true 5 star app. Took a flier on this app for $5.99. Seemed like a lot of money but very well worth it. Discovered information I couldn't find on my own on the Internet. Breaks down the amount of allergen in each food so you can tell how badly it may affect you. Thorough and complete list of foods although skews a bit towards European delicacies. But all the major stuff is there. Organized lists with filters to tailor to your needs. I need to avoid lactose and sorbitol. I can scan for foods that only contain these ingredients. Plus the developer is responsive to your questions or comments. He is very friendly and helpful. Where do you get this kind of service for an app? If you have major food sensitivities, this app is a treasure chest of useful information.

The best there is. This app is a must-have for anyone with diet restrictions. It is the best app available. Perfect for those with more than one food restriction. I love being able to use it off line too. I am so thankful for this app and my health depends on it.

Food Intolerances. Wonderful app--very helpful and informative! A family member with IBS cannot tolerate lactose, fructose, sugar alcohols (sorbitol) and gluten. I cook and bake with dextrose. We are introducing new foods (yams, green peppers and zucchini) and avoiding others (kale) thanks to this app. The developer also earns big kudos for being responsive to suggested additions. Highly recommend!

Please refund. Requested a refund.

Politely a Must Have !!!. I have Systemic Nickel Allergy Syndrome and Just started the Fodmap diet - this app is a godsend !!!!

So thankful for this app!. My two year old has FM -- we are so thankful for this app -- we use it every day. It's smart, extremely easy to navigate, and well researched. Thank you for making restricting a toddler's diet easier.

Great app, would love to see more filters!. Overall this is a great app for combining various food intolerances into one comprehensive guide. Very useful! For future updates, I would love to see the available filters include a more detailed breakdown for those following a FODMAP diet. Right now this app groups FOFMAP foods under two categories (fructose & sorbitol intolerance), but doesn't provide a filter for oglios or polyols like the Monash University FODMAP app does. I would also love to see Tyramine as an available filter as well. Right now tyramine info is buried in the comments section as opposed to being a separate filter.

Can’t access. I paid for this but it’s locked

Not User Friendly. I’m having trouble navigating this app. How do I adjust my food intolerance? Is there no way to record what I have actually eaten and symptoms?

Not helpful. This doesn’t match the SIGHI antihistamine list which is the best most comprehensive list. Pointless.

Mast cell disorder with very restrictive diet. I could not love without this app. Actually have been able to plan meals better and shop more freely due to having immediate access to food aversive information. Thank you!

Easy to Use. This app is very informative w/sugar breakdown of natural foods which helps me a lot. Very easy to use categories as well as 'All' items if you cannot locate one by category. Also has some information and explanations for potential issues on certain foods. I'd love to see more info for every food listed!

Great base app for intolerances. The idea of this app is amazing. It has tons of foods and lots of uncommon foods as well. What would really make this a 10 star app is if the nutrition content section (for example, the fructose content in my case, with fructose malabsorption) were displayed per serving size rather than per 100mg. It's already color coded as high to low fructose content with little explanations, so that's pretty great, but i know that when trying to calculate the rough amount of fructose in two cloves of garlic or a single apple would be tough without a scale (I don't have a kitchen scale and I'm more familiar with US style serving sizes rather than gram amounts even though I don't even live in the US). I'm sure that would take a ton of inputting but I'd praise the developers and would definitely pay extra to have that as an extension!!

Intolerance/Histamine App. If you think you have an intolerance or sensitivity Histamines, Get this App! If you are tired of Googling trying to find the Histamine content of Foods, Get this app! It breaks down many more sensitivities as well, Gluten and more. It was an eye opener for me and will help me steer around the minefield potential food problems.

A Life Enhancing Ap!. A Fodmap diet is tough to figure out, but this ap has made shopping and cooking much easier. Plus the support is great. I had a request on a food item that wasn't included and the designer responded VERY quickly and asked me to send him a list for inclusion in the next update. Keep up the good work!!!

Not useful. Monash FODMAP app contains the same but better! Worthless! No new information! No new suggestions! Don’t waste your time or your money!

Great reference source!!. Love it!

Worth the money, a few quirks. This is an amazing app for people on the low FODMAP diet for fructose malabsorption. It is very clearly designed and thorough, with clear color -coded ratings and space to add your own notes. For example, mushrooms only occasionally are problematic for me, but the app just warned me that shiitake have much more mannitol than others, making them worse. Good to know! Two small complaints: occasional German spelling and words, and a broader list of common German foods than someone outside Germany would need. Also, you have to pay extra to have the ability to change the rating on a food that you tolerate better or worse, but I thought it was worth the $3 upgrade. Get this app! You'll be glad you did!

Great app. d

Great info!. This app is the only one I could find that gives me detailed info on the fructose content and the fructose/glucose content of foods. I also had questions about the app. The app developer responded very quickly and was very helpful.

Great app. Great app but removed important features and then wants money to upgrade to what I original had.

This App Saved My Life. No other nutrition information source is as reliable, informative and accurate as this one. We all suffer to some extent from food intolerances, and if it wasn't for this app I would still be sick and confused. They break it down to scientific terms, not just "this food is bad for you." It's not influenced by the food industry (I've read about 20 books on alternative nutrition, food intolerances, paleo and food politics) whereas I find about 95% of information in books and on the web is. (It's probably because this app originated in Europe?). This app will save your gut, your health and maybe your life. The only thing this app fails to make clear is that with lactose intolerance, you can drink raw milk, and although soy is mentioned as an allergen to some people, it fails to mention the phytoestrogen content that screws with everybody's hormones (and the other foods it's in like flax). This app is well worth way over its asking price. I'd pay $100 for it if I had to.

Very helpful over the last 4 years. Dairy, fructose are out for this histamine intolerant girl. This app has saved me many times. My favorite part is that I can customize the things I've found to be ok or put comments in. Since everyone who suffers from these afflictions is just a little different, this app is an amazing reference to have.

Food intolerances App.. This app. Is excellent. Very well organized, user friendly, and accurate! This is a must have for anyone who needs info. about what foods can be consumed by people with a variety of food intolerances. Well done and thank you to the developers of this app.

THIS APP IS A LIFE SAVER. Can't live with out this app! Very user friendly and well researched. After being diagnosed with Histamine Intolerance, it was SO stressful figuring out what I could eat without having a reaction. This app takes out all the guess work and educates you. Easy to use on the go. I am so thankful to have found it!

I just don’t get it.. It would be nice if there was someone to call with how to set up Allergies. You couldn’t get any info on who to email unless you purchased app, now I want to delete it

Gluten intolerant? Look no further.. The other gluten-intolerance apps out there are either very incomplete or non-searchable, which makes them practically useless. This app is worth its price for the gluten coverage alone, but with is complete detail re: LIT and FIT is priceless in its overall utility.

User. Best app out there for managing HIT. Makes food shopping easier (plus you can create a list - very handy) and more chances of a nice time eating out. Great features, color filters easy to use. Good customer support when you need it.

Misleading and confusing. Many foods high in salicylates are highlighted in green

Helped with my histaminosis crisis! Awesome. This app has everything you need for quickly assessing if the food your considering will trigger you. It's complete with color coding, and cross referencing for every kind of allergy trigger. It found foods to be cautious of with my latex allergy as well. It also has a way to add glycemic load potential of your body building. So glad I bought this, makes shopping so much easier and the coding is customizable for your unique body. Wonderful!!!

Missing foods I am allergic to.. I have peanut and cashew allergies, lemon, black beans and chocolate. I have no way to see how to put them on my no list. I am allergic to red die, I see no way to put on my no list. This app says ghee contains milk solids...no ghee has the casine removed. This app is not allowing the specificity I need.

Good but need oxylates as a category. Need an oxylates option as an intolerance choice please

Very useful app!. Lots of allergens are color-coded that are not often easy to track in foods. This app makes it a lot easier. =) There is also lots of scientific information about the allergens that I didn't previously know. Also, when I emailed the maker a question, they replied very quickly with an answer. I highly recommend this!

Vitally Helpful. An absolute lifesaver!

I don’t trust this app. The information isn’t accurate. The information on FODMAPS contradicts the information provided by Monash. Monash leads on FODMAP research. Not sure where they get their data? But I will be requesting a refund.

Nice but. Nice lookng app but no choice for migraine trigger foods, smells, or substances.

Best app out there. This is the best app out there for this info

Used for Low histamine but it’s wrong. First thing on the list as low histamine is vinegar, one of the things highlited from my dietician as high histamine.

Avocados. Your app claims that avocado doesn’t have histamine but actually avocado is high in histamine. How do I get a refund? I, paid for it today and took one look and decided I don’t need this app.

Great application. Excellent application!! It helped me a lot!!

Great for histamine intolerance. This app is fantastic for when I'm shopping or eating out and trying to work with my histamine intolerance issues. It tells me what foods and medicines are good and bad, by degree, and the reasons for it. It also warns me when foods contain substances that often cause migraines, which is great. It uses info from the EU, which is much further ahead in understanding HI than the U.S. It's easy to customize for different intolerances, like gluten. Very pleased with this app!

Lifesaver!. This app is absolutely amazing. In addition to the lactose intolerance I’ve always had, I was just diagnosed with fructose malabsorbtion. Unlike with lactose, I found it very complicated to figure out which foods have excess fructose. Many are not so obvious. I have books at home but I always find myself stuck when I’m out and about. This app not only tells me if I can eat it or not, but also explains it nicely by discussing oligosaccharides, disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols. It’s priceless.

Wonderful Tool for Food Allergies/Intolerances. I purchased the app and the allergen in-app expansion and now I can see what foods might be causing my issues. I LOVE the option to change the food color coding yourself. For instance most beans are a yellow food for me but I know I feel awful when I eat them so I changed them all to red. This will really help me when shopping at the grocery store, especially when looking at food additives. I can never remember which ones to avoid on my own. Great tool to help me develop a customized eating plan based on my particular allergies/intolerances. Love it!

Terrible. Wastes time and money

Don't trust it.. Got this because my wife has to avoid high fructose foods and the like. This app lists foods as being acceptable when they are absolutely not. i,e: It says sweet potatoes are allowed but they are actually forbidden on these diets. Such discrepancies could and have caused major discomfort to people who need to know exactly what they can and cannot eat. Do it the right way and go visit a dietician instead.

Easy to use and customize. This app meets all my needs.
