The company keeps decreasing minute and charge more for it. The app is going from best to worst. It used to be one of the the best international call app. However, it’s moving away from that since they continue to charge more and drop minutes.

Really great!. It is cheaper than other i used before; and i never got trouble with the services while communicating! Definitely recommend...

Don’t waste your time. This app is trash. Iv tried many times to call a number but it simply won’t connect or ring. Don’t bother with this app.

Drop call and multiple attempts daily basis. You have to putting a lot of effort into to make a call for example if you would like to call once you lance out the call it won’t be right the wait it after multiple attempts and patient to get it through,and sometimes the call drop .

Call drops entirely. Every time I use Libon, call drops the entire time.

Best App for International Calls. My fiancé is overseas right now, and we have tried many apps, from Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, to other international calling apps such as Rebtel. And they all have the same problem, where she is right now, she doesn’t have a strong enough internet connection to hold a call. We had started to give up hope of being able to have phone conversations before Libon. I guess it’s not a good app if you are cheap or not wanting to spend money, but it’s way cheaper then calling with my cell carrier, and if you are just looking for a way to make reliable calls, this is the way to go. I’m happy to pay for the ability to be able to call my fiancé anytime and not have to worry about what time of day it is there, to determine if her internet will be able to hold the call. Decreasing minutes to 175min?. I just wanna let Libon knows that decreasing their 225min to 175min will be their worst mistake because people will go somewhere else. I can’t believe the Malian government can allow orange Mali to increase their tariff with no rules and boundaries like that. Libon was the only company that people found it fair price but now they are letting their company being dragged by this corrupted orange mali. Sorry Libon, but you will loose me in your 175min project unless you adjust the price too, as you did for the minutes.

Can’t make calls after iOS update. I can’t make calls to Phils. anymore after the latest iOS update. It says calling but it doesn’t connect or ring, the screen just stays like that.

The Worst/Horrible-Need I Go On?. Unfortunately, I installed this app and at first it seemed to work fine. Then it stopped working. I don't know what the variable was, perhaps an update. But I was wondering why I was no longer receiving voicemails. It turns out that there was a glitch somewhere, so I decided that I wanted to delete the app and go back to my original setting. I followed their directions and it was still sending voicemails to the app. I tried for about an hour and no matter what I did, it was still sending voicemails to the app. So, I decided to delete my account with them and start from scratch. Now, the app is still presenting the recorded message, but now she says that she is unable to take messages at this time and that to communicate with me, the sender should text!! Reading everything I could on the developers website I still didn't know how to remove them from my phone. So I wrote to them 3 days ago, and still haven't heard back from them. The upshot is---no one can leave me a message on my phone. I'm frustrated with them and simply cannot advise anyone to download this app.

What happened Libon?. It was good and one of my favorite apps to call the Philippines, but it has been days now that I can't connect a call. I have over 700 minutes left and the number I tried to reach out wasn't even ringing, but I hear ringing on my phone when dialing the number. Please fix! Thanks!

Scam. Bought minutes just billed me no credit added in my account. I contacted the support responded twice once a day I gave a lot of detail the second day but no response.

Downgraded Options calling to Philippines. I used this app for years to call my family in the Philippines. However, they have changed their pricing recently and the options are now way more expensive than last year’s. Please work on getting contracts in place with the major telecommunication companies in the Philippines so people can regain the previous pricing. Thank you

Best App for Int’l Calls. Libon is the best App for International Calls I have ever used in the last 5 years. Additionally, their customer service department provides excellent support.. they are extremely fast and very responsive. I strongly recommend Libon for ALL International Calls. One important thing.. my family overseas does NOT have to download Libon App or do anything; I call them directly on their mobile and home phones.

Poor connection. Aside from poor call quality, they increased the credit rates and is now WAY more expensive than Skype credit. This was my go-to app for calling my family in the Philippines, but now this is becoming GARBAGE. Searching for a new app to use now!

Receipt not included. I like this app but they never send my receipt which is suspicious to me. I need to know how much the whole thing costs me because it’s pretty confusing. Apple bills just charge without any receipt... that’s not what we call transparency.

Horrible. Libon is a joke. Every time i make a phone call to Senegal soon as they answer the call after ringing, the phone call just hangs up on itself

Not working. Whenever I try to place a phone call it disconnect right in the second before ringing, every time I had to delete the app and reinstall it to be able to make a phone call.

Impossible to make a payment with iPhone. I use iPhone and I tried many times The Mobil Topup to make a transfer on my wife’s phone number in Ivory Coast I couldn’t make it. I couldn’t have access to the information payment to use my debit card.

Not ringing- bad customer service. I have paid this app to call my family overseas,. But every time I call them it is not ringing for them. I tried to call different numbers in the country that my family are, but still it is not ringing. I contacted Libon about this issue but they have not responded!!! They don’t have a customer support. If you pay their plans for call and it is not working, there is nobody that you can contact.

Waste of your money. It is a waste of your money, connection is terribly bad, everything you can think could go wrong with a call, I simply hate it.

Unfair. Why Libon keep decreasing the minutes to call Mali orange and Ivory Coast. This is not fair. I think I would go somewhere else going forward.

Start January 2020 this app have lots of sudden change. 1500 mins calls for Philippines for $19. I purchase 1500 mins call Philippines for just $19. After I paid it few mins later back to zero balance load.

They changed their minutes!. I’ve been using this app for more than 2 years then recently they changed their rate ( GLOBE ). Before their minutes never expired but now it is only good for 30 days so I stopped buying their minutes. 100% amazing. --please read-- I saw a comment saying it doesn't work in Australia so I tested it and it does :) In the description it says high quality calls and let me tell you that when I called my friend I was so shocked. It's great that this is free but if more people knew about it and it was a paid app, the creator would make millions. My top rated thing is definitely the call quality. Amazing

Don’t trust this app. In the application they said if I bought 5$ i can talk 20min with my home country but after I accept to pay 5$ by my Appel account i received a bill like 15$ for 20 min . That’s crazy because with 15$ i can have more than 1 hour with another applications .

Out calls failed. Some countries were taken off the list after I purchased minutes!! It wasn't a good quality to start with but at least it was there! Put those countries back or return our money to be fair to your customers.

Can Not activate since upgrading to iPhone 6 Plus. This is not a complaint. I have been using this app for years and LOVED IT! Unfortunately, i upgraded to iPhone 6 Plus last Friday (November 14th) and now I cannot activate the app to receive call to VM and transcribe my messages. I have used the activation telephone number Libon supplied me with 2 ½ years ago when I first started using their app. Honestly, this app is magnificent!!…Well, it was until last Friday. HELP, LIBON!

radio. Good app but would like to create my own voice message with voice over mixed to a music track. I can create the track but how can I upload or apply my custom voice music track to my outgoing message?

Love the international accents! Works Great!. I love the accents in this ap! Works great, and I like how I can type in my greeting of choice and use some of the more posh sounding voices to take my calls. I have a veritable international concierge! I get emails instantly when I have a message; I've noted merely seconds of a delay from actual voice message to email, and my colleagues and friends love it!

Use to be amazing--until last update :/. I absolutely LOVED and depended on this app for my business calls however after the last update it was not working for weeks! It would freeze and restart then I couldn't log on it was horrible (just imagine relying on this for client communication) I could not hear voicemails left by clients by the time I got someone to help I already had 103 unheard voicemails :/ still stops working from time to time.. Atleast since then, i Now know not to fully rely on this app

Unpredictable. So- at first I loved this app, then I noticed weird things. 1. I would have cleared unheard messages yet the app would show some ridiculous number of unheard messages!! This happened over and over. 2. I had specific greetings assigned to different groups - then all of the sudden--- BOOM! My groups were getting the default greeting. I would reassign to the greetings - and the groups would still get the default greeting. Errrr..... >_<

Amazing app!. This should be an option from apple. It works great. I love how I can have a different voicemail for every person that calls me often. I would have given this a 5 star rating but for some reason the volume does not come out to match the speaker volume of my iPhone. If this is fixed then I would give it a 5 out of 5.

Great answering machine. All I have ever used it for is an answering machine, it works great, I love it, especially the custom messages. Even when you don't have service and miss a call, it's still answers then lets you know that you missed a call that never showed up on your phone. Great work guys, keep it up. Thanks

Great free voicemail with text greetings. The text greetings are great, I use the different voices for my family and friends. You can change them without having to record anything, so really easy to do anytime. The email option is a life saver for me, I live in a bad reception area, so don't always know someone has left a message until the email arrives. It works great for me, so nothing to complain about. Updated - it now turns messages into text, really saves time when people just leave a message saying call me back.

Very good. I am using it since month I find it very interesting, I can leave different messages for Different people. ; the only thing I suggest is the British voice to change, and have a standard american voice also .otherwise I Lioke it very much I hope everybody could use it to organise their days

Luv. I really like this app cuz I don't like my voice on voicemail so I cantype it and someone else will say it. Also I like being able to have different voice messages for each person. They also responded quickly and fixed my problem

Worth the time to try. Lack of visual voicemail apps, if any, for Verizon customers but this one is very solid. It would be nice to be able to edit existing greetings (rather than recreating them) and to be able to select a different voice after you type your greeting but those are the only (slight) knocks I can find. The app is very polished and MUCH easier to activate than my former fav on T-Mobile, Phone Fusion Visual Voicemail (that was a nightmare to TRY and activate on Verizon). Fairly easy UI, many options (not bare-bones for a free app), over a dozen voice options, and understandable in-app purchase options (not required for free use). Like I said, service like this won't be free for long.

Excellent!. $10 plan is totally worth it and the program works perfectly, just don't forget to add the voice mail number to your A list so you're not charged minutes while people are leaving voice mails.

What's wrong with this app?!?. I just bought an iPhone 6 & restored all my apps from my iPhone 5 but Libon isn't working. I've tried everything. I've emailed them but no response, I tried to logout, log back in, I deleted the app & put it back on my phone but it still doesn't work. When I emailed them they say they will get back to you in a few days. Wrong! Terrible customer service. I've used this app with no problems at all for at least 1 year & now I get a new phone & it's a crap app. What's going on Libon?!? Unless they fix this bug I wouldn't suggest anyone download this app.

Great app. What i like most about is telling me how much minutes I have left during the phone call. I just got it and been using to contact family back home in Saudi and there no lagging nor noise in all of the calls

When it asked me for a review I was glad to leave one thinking this app works pretty good but noticed all the bad things which make me worry, but for now it works great, I just wish u could understand the voices better, so I just use my own, and my wife loves her personal message I change everyday for her, I hope it doesn't mess up on me cuz I do like it, I own a wireless PC repair company and I bet the issue might be the latest OSi which I haven't done yet, so for now I will say it works well and I hope they work out the issues going on, since the pre set voices don't work well I'm giving it 4 stars, fix that and I might make it 5 stars, I recommend trying free one first to see if it works for you b4 spending money on it

Must have voicemail app! Excellent App. This app is very advanced and is free and let's u customize your voicemail. The customer service is awesome and they help you will all problems. The whole app can be accessed through the computer as well. You must try it atleast!!!!!

Listening to your voicemail is torture. The set up is pretty slow this application doesn't do everything it should like you can't set up a voice mail for unknown calls or has ways to set anything but people that call you with actual phone numbers. To listen to your voice messages is so hard I pretty much stopped because it takes forever to " sign in " and after that you still can't hear the voice mail for about a minute. I give this application a 2 because it is fun to give people their own voice mail but to wait to listen to a voicemail for close to 3 minutes is ridiculous.

Everything I need. This App works on 2 levels really well; on a personal level my friends and family get individual greetings appropriate to them as do my work colleagues and acquaintances. Put simply...this just works!

Helped in many ways!. This was great, I was in a fight with my mom and she called me to yell at me and I saved a message just for her in french, which she kind of speaks! She was caught very off guard and thought it was so funny it kind of diffused the whole situation! ( and she ended up downloading it:) Only had it for a few hours now so will have to update but so far fabulous! Quick service, understandable transcription and very easy to use! I'm a fan:)

Not bad needs a little work. I love this app. It's great to be able to have a professional message for work related calls and it's wonderful that I can make a special message for family & friends. I would like to see the developer clean this app up. It is a little buggy. The speakerphone option while listening to messages is not loud enough. I might as well put it up to my ear to listen. Overall... Good concept!

This app is great!. I use my phone for business and personal use. When someone calls my company number (which sometimes is forwarded to my iPhone) I want the voicemail to give them relevant info such as business hours, alternate contact info, etc. For personal purposes I want to have my regular greeting, and sometimes even let my friends know where I am/what I'm doing. This app does all that & more! I also had a customer service question, and even though I'm not on a paid plan, they got back to me relatively quickly. The only downside is that this app doesn't allow use of the normal iPhone voicemail app. (at least i don't think it does) The voicemail part of this app is on par with the native voicemail app though.

Recommended Highly!. For almost anyone who places a high value on their time! This app and service saves me about 10 min. Per day. My stress level is also reduced to to the ease of receiving messages, and making outgoing calls. I also like that I no longer have to deal with my old voicemail which required pushing 1, just to hear messages and then 7 to save the message. Libon saves all my messages automatically, and for long term. I also really enjoy being able to create custom messages for my callers. This feature has allowed me to turn my cell phone into personal use for family and friends, yet when a business call comes in, they will go to my customized business voicemail message. In addition, voicemails from solicitors, etc.. can be read quickly, and disregarded. I could go on!

True English, not American English. Great looking app. Very innovative however, being an American, I have no need for the British voice that comes with the app. U can record ur own voice instead of typing ur own. Yes, I know this is not from an American company but I'm going to still play with it and see how I like it.

Needs a few tweaks.. I just dl'd this app and so far seems to work fine. My biggest nit so far is not being able to see the date and time of call, unless I am missing something. Also the lack of voice selection is a BIG complaint. A regular American English speaking voice would be great. When that is added, I will adjust to 5 stars.

Needs a great deal of improvement!. I'm disappointed! You can check voicemail by calling the server or directly in the app.. However, you check and delete voicemails in the app, but they must also be checked and deleted through the server, as well. And, when you get a new voicemail, it reactivates all deleted voicemails in the app., which all need to be deleted again. It would be nice if when you delete them in one, it deletes the same voicemail from the other.

What. I like this app, I think? I haven't tried it yet because the description states that you might get BILL SHOCK! from using the app. Your missed calls get routed to different numbers, that's how they are able to give you different voice messages, and by using these other(additional)numbers you will be charged either for the use of those numbers or by extracting minutes from your plan for the time needed to divert your call...or maybe both are being charged??!!?? Anybody know what's going on with your bill after using this app for a while? can't wait to use it, great idea, cool app 

Bad Texting Data. YouMail better. This is great except it fails badly in text. When a call is taken you get a transcription so you don't need to hear the while message. But you need to launch the program (slow) and find the caller and open their note to read the transcript. You can opt for text notice which shoots a VERY LONG text and indicates who the caller is BUT NOT THE TRANSCRIPT!! Crazy! Like YouMail the text should have the call transcript so while you're working you can glance at this. Until this is fixed I go 1 star. Almost worthless.

Using since the beginning..... I have been using this over 2 years now, I have been quite satisfied except for when they were making the mp3 attached voicemails a paid item. I'm glad now I get all of the premium features!

I HIGHLY recommend this app!!. I finally found what I was looking for. Easy to use and tons of fun. My friends and family now listen to my recordings and actualy leave messages. (rather than hanging up and calling right back, annoying!) I would like more voice options and ability to import a recording of my own. I'm definitely recommending this app to all my peeps.

Very Good, Very Easy. I've tried a few services and some work fine and some don't. This one however works really well and I get lots of compliments and positive feedback from my customers and coworkers. It's easy to use and easy to setup the different messages. Some can even be funny. Try setting up a message to your wife using the French Darth Vader, it's a funny result.

Great app does what it says. Like the concept of different voicemails and greetings, works perfect and transcribe voicemails to text so I don't need to listen to them all, just read them. The team behind this app seems to be always working on updates and improving features!! Great app

Great. Free. Get it.. This is very fun! I've been using Google Voice for a while, but this is even better. My contacts love hearing personal messages, and I love customizing their greetings. My only complaint is that they always have about 30 seconds of silence on each voicemail after they hang up; can you fix this annoyance please?

Great !!. I was waiting this app for long time. I use my phone for personal and business so it was nice to be able to separate greeting in voice system. If you can add the option like timing to setup one voice greeting in one period of time and another voice greeting in difference time that will be good. Like after business hour then greeting will change to something else. Hope to see the new option as I mention soon.

Voicefeed, quirky!. I started out loving this app, I'm slowly changing my mind. I have been getting complaints from callers of weird clicking sounds and just weird operation. I occasionally get calls that record and I can't listen to them for sometimes an hour because it won't play back even though I have a good cell signal. It has potential yet I think it's quirky. It's too bad, it's an app that I could really use.

Just perfect for my industry. I always wanted to separate phone calls. Because of the different arenas that I have to work with, I consider that some times people needs to see me according with the purpose of their call. I invited some friends to use it and they consider it one of the best APPS ever! Please, if possible, implement fastest "updating calls system". I will say that's the only thing that needs now.

Sweet App!!!. It's not 100% perfect tho. Sometimes it goes to default instead of custom but overall, it's good. If I get a message it should autoload even when I'm not logged in. The Apple voicemail is fast n this should be just as fast but its not quite. Why does it sign me out anyways? I don't understand that! Fix that. Also I don't like how when someone calls you and doesn't leave a message it shows a missed call. And then when you delete the missed call it deletes all of the voicemails from that person (unless you go into the contacts messages). I have deleted some vms this way. Otherwise good app.

Great app-almost there... I like being able to have different messages for different callers. I have the premium version. However, the messages don't seem to delete appropriately (when all are deleted and a new message comes in, it shows 8 not 1) and the transcribing features are still a work in progress. (misspell or numbers off). Overall though, great app!

Customized greetings rock!!. I have impressed so many friends with the customized greetings feature! This is awesome: people get really surprised when they hear their name once they reach my voicemail. The international calling feature is also a killer. I am French leaving in the US and every call app-to-app or app-to-mobile is christal clear. Hopefully the quality sustains as the amount of users increases.

Bad Time to Request a Review. I have been trying to load my most recent voicemails for 10 minutes, yet before they loaded I got a popup asking me to rate this program. I have 3-4 bars at 3G, but my messages aren't showing up. There is often a long delay between opening OnVF and actually being able to hear my messages. I am on the verge of deleting this program.

Works nicely. I wanted to wean myself from Google Voice and its unreliable voicemail transcription. This does the job. Translations are reasonably accurate and always useful. I wish, however, that they'd be emailed along with the notification that you have an email. Perhaps this is a premium feature? It doesn't say, and I'd pay the $9.99 a year if it included that.

Love The App!! /:^). Overall, Great App!! 1.) Just wish there was a beep added to the personal message once we have it recorded so that the people calling will know when to leave a message. 2.) Be cool if we could add "Music" somehow to our messages... (Like ringtones & ringback tones)

Excellent. Just wish there were more voice options, easier menu, access to visual vm bc I don't have it and an easy way dfrom settings to sync contacts to the website. Another cool feature which is missing is being able to forward via email the vm to listen or save later. Youmail has that.

Does work with prepaid!. Says it doesn't work with Pay As You Go plans but it does for me! I have a prepaid plan from a company called Red Pocket that works off of AT&T towers. I selected AT&T and my provider and it worked flawlessly the first time. I use Google Voice anyway so the visual voicemail is still there for me without being on Postpaid but this is good for the few that have my actual number. Solid app!

For business people and professionals. This app rocks. I'm a nurse practitioner and frequently on call. This app easily allows me to personalize greetings for the different types of calls I receive, so everyone gets the message that applies to them. There are a few bugs, but I was so impressed within the first few minutes that I immediately signed up for the yearly premium subscription. I love it! I want to add that accuracy in transcribed text if fair but certainly good enough, in most cases, to get the point across. Having this feature is worth the small yearly price. The app sits prominently on my main homepage, right above the phone icon.

Works great. I am really surprised by the people who say this doesn't work. I have been using it since version 1.4 and have found it great! (I didn't do the 1.6.1 upgrade which apparently didn't work so well - but 1.6.2 seems completely fixed). As an earlier user, I was given the free upgrade to premium, so I also get all my voicemails by email, which is great when I'm working - and I can have as many different greeting messages as I want. People keep on asking me where I got my email - and I am sort of torn between telling them and keeping it to myself. I use both the recorded greetings and the typed-in ones, where I just turn my Facebook status into my greeting message (for friends). When they add in a black list option to hang-up on ex-girlfriends, I will give this app the 6th star it deserves.

Good app for being free. I got this app hoping I could leave a more personal message for friends and family since my cell phone is also my business phone. This app does just that. I did notice a few problems such as tapping the speaker icon is slow and doesn't always work and also a bug where if there are no messages and you accidently tap "edit" you have no way of going back as there is only the edit button so I had to close the running app to get it to bring me back to the start screen. I also wish it had a reminder setting so you can be reminded via push notice or simple second alert notice that you have a voice message but that might be available in the paid app.

Same or less than regular gas station phone cards!. Started great with 100% more minutes than regular online and gas stations phone cards. Then sometimes in June or July 2015, Libon decided to reduce their minutes to regular cards. For example, before Libon I used to pay $10 for 60 min using the best online card. Then a new kid on the block arrived called Libon. One could purchase 400 min for $10. Well all that ended in June or July and now you pay $10 for 60 min or less. In short, no differentiate feature or competitive advantage from competitors. Many phone cards uses your phone contacts. Sad, but as soon as I completed my minutes with Libon, I will remove the app to free space on my phone. Skype, whatsup, vibe, Facebook, and now Yahoo video text are much better competitors.

I liked the app but had to delete it. I called myself from a land line just to hear the message. The problem was the application froze when I tried to receive it. I could not receive the message. I would like to try the application later after they work out some bugs

Friends . It's funny because my voice mail says hi I'm serenas assistant and she is busy because she became a unicorn blah blah blah and any time my friends call and I miss it the first time they hear my voice message all you can hear in their voice message they sent me is laughing its funny!! I love it, they love it, my family loves it!!!! 

Not compatible w/ iOS 5. Update version 1.7 is supposed to be compatible with iOS 5, the app crashes on me every 5 seconds. I think the idea is great but the developer isn't taking the time to fix the UI. I've had so many issues with this app that they should be paying me. Please make sure your development skills are commensurate to the price your charging for your published work. *1.6.2 crashes when I try to change the text in a greeting. *1.6.1 This app worked great before this update. Once I updated it told me my account was deleted, since then I've got nothing but error after error. I've contacted customer support, they replied telling me everything was fixed but I'm still getting errors. Don't download this app until a new update is available.
