Great App. It taught me many short cuts and gave easy to understand instructions. They also keep you abreast to the latest news, os, as well as some of the best apps to purchase or for free.

Useful. While I know my devices well, I still get messages about a tip that is either new to me or gives me a bit more info than I had. Also good is the tech-news feature I opted to receive regularly: Timely & relevant. Nice app.

A great way to hear the latest Mac news!. This company really cares about their app. They add new tips all the time. I'm constantly learning new things on my iPad. They give reviews on new apps. They post Apple news. This app just keeps on giving!

Fun and informative. I appreciate the scope of the pieces. From news about what might be coming from the next product rollout to better ways to fully use the gear we already own. The editors compile a useful basket of news, tips and insights. Its always worth my time.

Why Buy?. I guess I thought I would be getting all, of the info I needed, so I paid for the Pro version. Now, they offer a Premium version and want more. CHEAP TRICK! Well, I’m not buying it. I hope the rest of you understand that they offer some good ideas, but they want more money for the better ideas. You might want to pass instead of being taken like I was😠

Meh. And crashes. Not much useful information here. And now the app doesn’t even open. I’ve paid for Pro and get nothing! And the developer just says la small number of iPad users are experiencing this problem” without sending any supposed Work-around. It’s been dead for months. All I get is notifications but when I open the app the splash screen loads and then it crashes (closes).

Just crashes!. I was using the free version a few weeks ago, now it doesn’t open at all with IOS 12.1.1. Reinstalled it multiple times with no change, then in a moment of weakness bought the Pro version. Same problem. I’ve logged tickets, and I figure everyone is out on vacation. Refund please!

Spartacus. Used to be a 5 Star app! Upgrade caused you to lose at least 1 star, if not more. Upgrade again if you want the star(s) back. 2nd review. Now that's what I'm talkin about. Keep up the good work. 3rd review. It's still very good!

Can’t open. I can not open the app. I tap on it to open it and it starts to open then it closes.

Very helpful and informative. There is so much to know about the iOS software that it is difficult to know all the tricks. Tips is great at informing me of a lot of things about my iPhone and iPad that I would otherwise be clueless about. I'm not a techie.

Great app with current info and stays updated.. I love this app! As I state in the title, there are frequent updates that keep the information current and accurate. You are better off paying the small charge for the full version over the free version. You won’t regret it.

Wonderful App. Just got the new iPad air, and looked in the Tips and Tricks app that was transferred from my old iPad. It was great! I learned so much from reading this "book". I would still be in the dark ages without it! Thanks Tips and Tricks team, you're doing a GREAT job! I love this App!

I used to love it.... Just like others, the app dumps when I try to open it. I had used it for two years and then you updated. I commented a few months ago, after the afore-mentioned update and you told me you only have a small staff. Please try harder because you were a really good source for news on everything iPad. Now, I cannot open the app.

Great and Helpful App. This app is absolutely great if you have an iPad or iPhone/ apple devices. Great for the new apple owner but also experienced apple users or power users. Very informative and great for learning things you can do. Also many great categories and the app reviews are awesome as well.

Fix, Tips And Tricks, PLEASE.. I can’t even get into the app. I get as far as the title page and two seconds later it closes. I haven’t even received notifications lately. I went to the support page and couldn’t easily leave a notification, so I chose this route. This app is certainly worth a five rating when it works.

Great tool. I simply would not be able to extract all these great tools that are forever increasing in number. this is not just a great tool, but is an essential tool.

Disappointed. I have this app for about a year and after the last update it doesn’t work anymore it opens then go to my homepage with all my apps. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, I have deleted it and reinstalled but with the same problem! I just re loaded the app and it still doesn’t open!

Never opens anymore. I used to look at this on a daily basis but now I cannot. I still get notifications about new items but when I tap on the notification it attempts to open the app and then bails out and goes to the iPad home screen. Loaded the non-paid version and it still does the same thing. I love this app, but sorely distressed at this point as there is lots of good information on a daily basis.

I too slipped away from a formerly GREAT app…. Without the subscription service the app is shell of its former self. $5.00 a month is outrageous! Charge $.99 a month and you’ll get millions of subscribers!

Gotta have with iPad. Keeps me up to date on all the changes and updates. Best of all is all of the info on simplifying how t get things done.

Interesting, useful, some real gems. I love tech stuff but I am a fifty something non tech. This app sends me notices with topics that are often interesting and frequently very useful. Easy to use and the notifications put it on part of my daily reading list. The tips it includes are easy to go through and can make me at least look or sound like a pro

Excellent. I got this app years ago, when I got my first iPad. I liked it so much that I gifted it to everyone I knew who got an iPad. It was a terrific intro. And, all these years later, I still use it whenever I need help. I like the information it gives me, too. My only complaint is that I often get an alert from it, and, when I try to get there, it is no longer available. That needs fixing, to be sue!

From 5 to a two. The newest version, for iOS 12 crashes right out of the box. I'm running 12.1 public beta on a first generation IPad Air. This is a go to app I open every day for the last several years. All I can say from this operator side, is that it was working the morning before I updated, and crashing immediately after. Very good info app. I hope this gets sorted soon.

File Type Not Supported. Why in hell would create a news article in Tips Pro entitled “10 Files Tips”, A beginner’s guide to the files app and when you decide to educate yourself by printing it, you get the error message “File Type Not Supported”. You would think someone in the Throne Room would think before releasing...

Great for new iPad owners!. This app is marvellous. Easy to understand and the tips you learn really do assist you to become much more efficient with your iPad. Nice to have more fluid control over the keyboard, plus a bonus not having to keep pressing the home button constantly!

Regret update. I regret updating my version as it is clumsy and awkward to navigate. The older version was much more user friendly ,streamline and clever. This is a step backwards in design and technique. When teaching other people eg: elderly the older version was much easier in book form. The older roll up screen with this version is dated and annoying.

Perfect. Shows me how to do anything on my iPad. Was great when I was a novice and now teaches me a lot like how to create an icon! Was amazed how easy it was. Well explained with pics of actual iPad pages. Would give it more stars if i could. Get it!!

iPad tips and tricks.. This must be one of the most useful iPad apps that I have come across and is certainly a very inexpensive way to find out some of the finer points of Ipad operation. Why weren't all these tips included in the original instructions. Keep up the good work. Richo

Great App!!!. What a great app. How ridiculous that we have to go to a 3rd party to get this basic information. Why isn't something simple like this provided by Apple!!! This should be on the primary screen of every ipad sold.

Application will not open. Cannot get the App to open on my iPad Pro despite reloading. Disappointed. Can anybody help please.

If only!. I consider myself a pretty constant iPad user and am usually the "Go-To Guy" for other friends and colleagues who have iPads, but after reading this tips & tricks book I found I was constantly thinking "If only I known that before!” basically even if you bought you knew everything about iPads, you will find a few new things in here. You gotta get this!. It's amazing how much I've found out about getting the best out of my iPhone & iPad, without having to sit down & laboriously read through a manual. The tips & reminders come up in daily bite-sized chunks. Takes the pain out of it! There's also info on all things Apple, (if you're interested) & on apps (very useful). Trying to get my wife to get it - she tends to just use things without getting the most out of them!!

It's great. It has helped with a whole lot of new methods. I like the way when you leave the apps to try out the methods you return to the page last used. I would have liked to have covered detail with the settings.

Deleting old news items?. A very useful app but recently I thought I would clean out the old news links on the LHS of the screen. Couldn't find how to do that! What about a tip re this question?

😜. I already knew all this I read through the ENTIRE book didn't find anything new in fact I thought it was missing something but if you are new to Apple products I'm sure it would be great dont be turned of I've had an iPhone since 2008.

Rip-off?. I first installed the 'lite' version and then clicked on the link to purchase this, the full version. I fail to see any difference between the two. Each one has 104 tips, the lite one installs a monthly update with tips for the month of... The full version does not... ?????

Great App. I really like using this app to stay up to date with everything in the world of Apple and IOS. I like that it has notifications which take me to very informative news items as well as to tips that are extremely helpful. This is what Apple’s help system should look like (even on the Mac)!

iPad Tips and Tricks. Great little app, although as mentioned by others some of the tips mentioned I already knew, by messing around with the iPad myself and finding out things by trial and error! It's a very handy, basic guide for beginners, well thought out and well laid out, easy to use.

Keeps me well informed. I find this App extremely helpful. It is really a great 'how to' guide book for my ipad, but it also provides the the latest Apple news as well. It keeps me dead up to date with everything to do with my ipad and what's happening at Apple. It has saved me money too by letting me know Apple's plans, so I didn't waste money on a new device when a better version was just months away. I refer to it often and I'm not even an IT person.

Most useful app.. One of my most used and useful apps. I teach seniors to use iPads etc, and frequently use materials sourced from this app. I read it every day to keep abreast of Apple developments and news. Quite brilliant.

It's good. I keep coming back to this app to see what else I can do. It has revealed a number of features that I personally will never use but I know folk who will so I spread the word. I do find things I can use and that makes my d ay.

App won’t load. Have used this great app for ages. Bought the pro version then updated the IOS and have not been able to open any version. Have done all the recommended fixes to no avail. Hope this post gets the problem rectified as I miss all the news, tips etc

Tips & Tricks - iPad Secrets paid version. Helpful, but not much more on the paid version than the free one. While I definitely got some useful tips I was a little disappointed that there wasn't more.

Very Handy. Very handy when you are new or have had the iPad for some time. Always a nice little tip when you are looking for something specific or just scanning over to see if there is something useful you haven't been doing. Shortcuts and buttons are a great place to start. Lay out is very nice and instinctive. Newbies can learn a ton of things so quickly, you may be an expert in a few hours!

unable to cancel the monthly subscription. Signing up was a breeze, however cancelling the subscription is another matter!

Still crashes immediately upon opening. As of December 28, 2018, this still doesn't work. You say that there's a workaround, but I don't see it. When it works, this is a very useful app that I used to consult frequently.

Won’t Open. After the most recent update, the app will no longer open on my 2018 iPad. I’ve done the usual remedies, restarting the ipad and redownloading the app. No luck. Now, what was a great app is totally useless.

Where is it?. MOs be old age, but for the life of me I cannot find a “Search “ function anywhere?

If it didn't stall.... This app might be great, but it always stalls 2 or 3 times every time it loads on my iPad 2.
