Cannot view recent issues. I am a print subscriber who has no trouble accessing the app and did not have trouble accessing the magazine. However, recently I have not been able to view new issues without being asked to buy the issue or start a free trial. I have reinstalled the app but that doesn’t resolve the issue. This seems to be the same problem that another reviewer wrote about. Update: The developer helped resolve the issue. I needed to log out then log back in and sync my library in preferences. It works well now.

iPad access lost. Used to work great. Now after just renewed print and digital, no new issues are available after April 2019 without payment for each. Wasted much time and money, phone support was worthless and when contacted by email as instructed by phone customer service, never got response.

Cannot Access Issues! UPDATE. The developers fixed the issue very promptly and I can now access current and past issues. Thank you! This is so frustrating and aggravating! I have deleted the app, reloaded it, logged out and in so many times. The FAQ on the app is not helpful at all.

Why can I not restore my subscription by using the same iCloud account？. I subscribed Time magazine in apple App Store for one year in this April. I had stopped reading it for about two months. Recently I wanted to read it again, but I found the all the issues I had downloaded in my library had disappeared. When I chose to download the latest issue, I was notified to buy it again. Actually, my subscription is due until next April. The purchase can’t be restored.

Good except for annual subscription problems. Agree with other reviewers that there are frequent issues with authenticating a subscription. Usually happens to me when the app pushes an update. Support usually addresses the issue, but I have to deal with it at least once a year which is frustrating to say the least. Not sure I will renew again.

Cannot download magazine. I have renewed, but the app does not let me download the magazine, which is frustrating. I tried restarting the iPad, I tried uninstall and reinstall the app, I tried restoring, I tried synching the library. Nothing works. I contacted Apple and they said it’s a third party app and couldn’t help. Including the free trial period that should start on August 19, 2023, that means currently I am missing 4 issues on August 14, September 4, September 25, October 5. What can I do?

No access to subscribed magazine. Subscribed to the latest issue, but app will not let me download. Will my 2.99 dollars be wasted on a magazine I cannot read? Doesn’t seem fair don’t you think? 🤔 App needs an immediate fix! Until then, the rating I gave was generous in spite of not having access to my subscription.

Trouble at least once a year. For the past 3 years my app has stopped working, even though my subscription is valid. Every time takes about a week to get the correct person to help me. Each time is a different problem. None of my other online magazines have ever stopped working. When this subscription runs out I will switch to Newsweek even though I like the Time content. Don’t understand why they have so much trouble with the app.

Can’t download. Same problem as many subscribers have reported. The app tells me to buy a subscription. I already have one. Just want to download the new issue.

Difficult to upload articles. The online version is terribly designed. It’s impossible to upload, much less view and read articles. Very user unfriendly.

Annual renewal not recognized yet again this year. Why isn't this fixed? Another year goes by, same story, the App doesn't recognize that I have renewed my subscription through the Apple App Store and I am being asked to renew again or pay for individual issues. The contact support screen through the app assumes I am a paper magazine subscriber and wants my customer number from the paper mailing label. TIME isn't even listed in the drop down. Come on people please get your act together! Someone please tell me how to get the App and the App Store talking to each other so I can download issues I have paid for.

Worst app I have experienced recently. In this day and age if a media company cannot figure out their authentication issues then they don’t deserve to have a digital presence! I signed in using my print+digital subscription credentials and I still cannot access any content in the app! I continue to get asked to pay for any article I want to read!! Can you please get your digital act together Time magazine??

I love this app. TIME did a great job with this app. I love how it looks just like the magazine but digital and super user friendly. Great for reading in bed!

Does not allow me to log in.. I purchased the digital subscription and the app is asking for my email address but not my password, after I enter my email and hit log in it gives me an “incorrect password” message even though it never prompted me for one. Please help so I can use the app.

Cannot download current issues. My email address changed in September. I cannot find instructions on how to change my address so I can receive issues on my iPad. I’ve been a satisfied customer forever, but frustrated now.

Time Magazine App Review. The App is new to me (2 months); since first syncing it, I have not read anything in the paper copy. Some minor problems: Have not found a way to get the pages or PDF bottom menus to show reliably; it seems almost random, but I’m managing ok. Really need click points for these in all reading modes. When mag simulation page is manually expanded for easy reading, it is sometimes impossible to move forward a page, so have to go back first, then it goes on forward.. Otherwise, it is great. This week’s library display says June 1, but it should say June 1/June 8.

Access Denied. I started subscription in App Store for one year in last June. I had stopped reading it for about several months. Recently I wanted to read it again, but my access was denied. When I chose to download the latest issue, I was notified to subscribe or buy it. When I chose subscribe, it said that I already have subscription. But I still can’t access because it says ‘There appears to be a problem with your internet connection. Please try again later.’ I don’t know what to do to read latest issue. Please let me know what to do.

Kudos, eventually, to ZINNIO.. As with many others, after renewal in March, could no longer access my Time digital subscription. Spent an afternoon between Time and Zinnio customer support without luck and gave up during a chat with a Zinnio rep. A week later, I received an email from Z restoring my access. Better late than never and appreciated the follow-up.

Can’t download issues since April of 2019. I have tried reinstalling the App and syncing but can’t view any thumbnails or download any issues that are dated after April of 2019. I have had no difficulty logging into my Time account but it gets me nowhere. When I go to the home page I am asked if I want to buy the latest issue even though I am logged in. I am a long time subscriber of the print edition. Update: Tech support was able to quickly fix the problem for me and get me access to all my missing issues as well as the current issue of Time magazine.

Not enough TIME. I can never have a successful week unless I have read my issue of TIME from cover to cover, sometimes even including the ads like the tutorials about why China is really GREAT(?).

App not downloading current issues. App not acknowledging my subscription. I haven’t downloaded issues in months because I was reading the magazine itself. However the app library does have all my old issues, but it won’t download any current issues.

Nice layout but slow to load compared to other apps.. Great graphics and layout, but this app is so slow to load. I find I have to go to other media apps and then come back and wait some more.

Not updating. Update: sent an email a week ago, as instructed. No response. This is silly. I have an iTunes subscription. I am logged in and have synced and restored the subscription a number of times. Still stuck in March 2021. I have deleted and redownloaded the app. Still no go. Per Apple, subscription is active. Please advise.

Time Magazine. Enjoying the Time Magazine app quite a bit. One feature that I would enjoy more would be having the app remember and open immediately to the page where I left off reading. All of my book and library apps do that. With the Time Magazine app, I have to always select the magazine issue first, then press read to get to where I left off.

Digital subscribers can’t login. Most of the recent reviews from digital subscribers have an issue logging in, myself included. The dev response mentions contacting support, but too many people have had this issue for too long. If the dev is reading this, know this is unacceptable, and if this has been figured out in other cases, figure out a way to retroactively solve the problem. If you’re a digital subscriber experiencing the same issue, let Time know this is unacceptable and consider requesting a refund if access on Apple apps is important to you.

Continual problems with issues. I have had this app for several years but in the past year I have had continuous problems with issues not showing up and the app saying I have to pay for them even though I have an active subscription. Trying to get help online is useless.

Busted!!😡😡😡. Update, App customer service is excellent. Solved the issue within hours. However, Time customer service is confused and unresponsive. No customer service!!! Contact Us link goes to a publisher that does NOT publish Time. Cannot open links to issues. Deleted and reinstalled without success. Phone help was no help. Just horrible and frustrating.

Unable to download current issue. Have tried to contact support within the app but Time magazine is not even listed in the form drop down menu for support! Pretty ridiculous.

Notes or export PDF. Hello, I like to take notes and highlight sections of what I’m reading. Why does Time Magazine not allow that feature? I know you mention copyright issues for exporting PDFs - but there has to be a way to make us be able to highlight and take notes on magazines we’ve paid for. Thank you

Once again, does not work. It seems like every time you “update” this app, it stops working on my iPad! This is the FIFTH time I have had to complain because I can’t access my issues. Now, after the 9/17 update, the app won’t even open!! After the last failed “update”, I changed my subscription to month-by-month; seriously, why do I continue trying to use this app?!!!

Why pay twice?. Why have I lost access to the magazine issues themselves? Since the summer my only avenue to issues is through Apple News +. Otherwise the app asks me to buy each issue again or subscribe through iTunes in addition to my magazine-and-digital subscription though TIME itself. Meredith and ZINIO blame each other and, meantime, no issues since July so I wait for my week.y hard copy. Please fix!

Access Problems Again - August 2022. Once more I have the problem of getting the sign to “Buy Issue $6.99” on my IPad when I already have a paid digital subscription that was renewed in mid July 2022. Have had this problem before, in fact every year when the subscription is renewed. Really frustrating. I won’t be renewing again if this continues. This is highly unprofessional. Please resolve! Is anyone there? Is anyone listening? Hello! Hello! If you can’t give me access, then refund my money!

Can’t download issues since September 2019. Looks like many complaints with similar problems not being able to access issue. Also looks like it takes months to get a response. Ever since I renewed my subscription in September, I have not been able to download a single issue . I have put in new subscription account and reset password multiple times. Have frequently had issues with app over the years, but this is the first time I can’t get access to any issues for nearly 6 months. Help will be appreciated.

Very nicely improved!. I think you guys really listened to my criticisms a couple of years ago, because I am finding this app to be just about perfect now. In the past, I had logon issues because of differences in the app and accessing via the Web, and also I had to logon after updates. That is no longer a problem, and I’m finding it’s very useful to have the whole paper magazine on my iPhone, every single page! Thank you TIME magazine. If you can find my old review, please delete it.

Very nice App. This app is very beautiful and useful and efficient. I was able to listen to audio articles and read the articles and more I have one recommendation : is there a way to group the audio versions of the articles together so the user can search for all the audio articles? Nice job.

Can use landscape again. Digital extras are very good, digital edition is available one-to-days before my print subscription is delivered. It's nice to be able to access the latest edition when I travel.

Why I enjoy Time magazine. I started reading Time in 1977, the year after our youngest child was born. I have fallen behind in the past, but stuck with it until I managed to catch up to the current issue. I want to learn and grow. Being able to read Time on my iPad is incredibly useful. No matter where I am, I can download the most current issue as soon as it is available. Please keep up with the excellent reporting. A happy subscriber, Shari Baron

Good app, great support. I had to contact support due to the fact that recent magazines weren’t shown. That was resolved in fast and professional manner, which is great.

I can no longer my digital subscription. I have a print subscription with Time Magazine which allows me to also read the digital version. I’ve had no problem doing this on my iPad until today, when I open the app my only options are to purchase a new subscription.

Time. Enjoy the digital source and paper too . Articles are deeper than most streaming feeds.

Unable to view my subscription. I tried many times to delete and download the app to correct the problem. But as soon as I was able to download the issues, I’m not able to access the magazine. The screen just becomes empty. This has been a problem for over 2 months. I cannot view any downloaded magazine .

Great magazine, imperfect app. Why are all the articles randomly out of order when using the text view? In PDF view, all is OK. Makes it a bit difficult when switching between iPad and iPhone.

Seen better days. Back in the day before the Internet was a thing, Time Magazine was the defacto standard for a news magazine. A weekly read and you were informed on the most relevant current events worldwide. In the present era, it’s a bit of tiny noise on the digital information overload highway. Don’t see it standing out from stalwarts like the Guardian, NYT, etc.

Problem App. I’ve been a subscriber to Time for years and used my iPad to read while traveling. I can no longer download and read current issues. Every time I try to select a current issue I’m asked to purchase the issue. I’ve reloaded the app and logged back in and have the same problem. I’m rethinking whether or not to renew my Time subscription if this is the way long term customers are treated.

App is worthless. The Ipad app stopped showing new issues in the Library several weeks ago. I have an account paid for. Attempts to work with this app did not work. I refuse pay double for print and digital, which is what I see. I cannot locate any tech support options. Problem solved now. Time should make support more obvious. I will raise rating to 3 stars.

Good but could be better. I like this app but it is missing an important feature. It needs to have the dictionary enabling so that I can find the definitions of words or terms that I am not familiar with. It would be nice if there were more news and less content written by people who are not journalists. I am tired of these lists of 100’s. Content written frequently by people who are more interested in writing about themselves. Boring stuff. But cheap to produce. It is easy to navigate to the portion of the magazine you want to read. Extra digital content is a bonus. It would be nice if there were an option to download the videos when you get the magazine. Sometimes I am not able to get these as I read the content. All in all I like most it. I have switched from reading the paper to the digital completely. 40 Year Subscriber

Login fail. I enter my email but it keeps failing.

Great app...too expensive..... The delivery is excellent, but since the price is HIGHER (by a lot) than the paper copy (which costs MORE to produce) I will stop at one purchase. Simple: Lower price. More sales. More satisfied REPEAT customers. Ultimately MORE REVENUE.

This app used to deliver. I have not been able to use without extreme difficulty in downloading issues for the last 6 - 8 weeks. The app used to work great. What happened? Is it an iPad problem, or has it ceased to work properly in Canada? I have cancelled subscriptions to other publications who claim to have online access and then fail to deliver...sure hope this is fixed SOON.

I hate what you and others have done to the magazine apps. I hate the changes you and other magazine apps have done to your updates. I want all my purchased magazines in the library alone, where I don't have to hunt for the ones I bought. I continuously have to restore my purchases after you issue an update, then I have to hunt them all down to download them again. It's not just Time magazine this happens to, it's others as well. Can you please fix this, it's extremely frustrating.

Love the new update. They’ve reimagined the app to make it more convenient and it’s just great. You can easily go from PDF mode to text mode bookmark your favourite articles and easily navigate throughout the app. Congrats to time magazine!

Cannot sign in. Took a subscription for a year. Sign in using web browser. Cannot sign in with app. Asks for email address but has no place for password.

Can’t sign in. I subscribed to Time magazine digital but I haven’t been able to sign in on the app. There is no input field for a password and it says incorrect email. I am able to sign in from the same email on web browsers.

Time me!. I have been a subscriber to this magazine on my iPad for a couple of years. I really enjoy it. Ever since they fixed the resolution so that the text and pictures came in crystal clearly, I am a much happier customer. The multimedia options are interesting and give you more than what a typical magazine would.

Unimpressed. Perhaps I am in the minority but Time asked for my opinion. Let me put it this way I have spent $30. I have downloaded the app. I have followed the instructions and I have not seen a single issue of time on my IPad. If this is not resolved shortly I will request a refund and move on to a competitors magazine. If it is resolved soon I will revise this critique. Knowing what I know now I would not have bothered with time.

Very good. If you're in Canada and a print subscriber this works and it's free. It's a good looking app and quite functional.

No support for retina display?. Shame on me for automatically assuming a publisher as large as Time would provide support for the iPad retina display. Now I'm stuck with a year long subscription to a digital magazine that feels equivalent to watching a VHS movie from the 80's. Pixelated, poor resolution and fuzzy graphics make for a miserable read. If you own an iPad 3 DO NOT waste your money on buying digital issues of Time.

can’t log in with app. I subscribed to TIME digital but haven’t been able to sign in on the app. There is no input field for a password and it says my email is incorrect. I am able to use the same email address to sign in to Time.com on web browsers.

Issues after 2016 are not adapted for iOS devices. I totally cannot understand why Time magazine has discarded their considerate and elegant layout and leaves the magazine not adapted. Very much dissatisfied.

Used to be good. In 2017, Time changed its display settings for iOS devices. The change has made reading Time magazine on either an IPhone or iPad virtually impossible. Stay far away until reviews indicate that the problems have been rectified.

Problem to log I’m. I bought a digital Time subscription but cannot log in the app. I put my email as asked but it replies that the email and password are incorrect.

Subscription Doesn't Appear. I paid $16.99 plus tax for the discounted one year digital subscription and every time I come to use the app, I see nothing available. I have to try to re-subscribe and run the risk of paying another $20 to see if it restores my subscription. Since the user interface is so horrible and there is no customer service, I'm not willing to risk it. This is a terrible way of providing content to users from TIME. Very dissatisfied.

Can’t log into app to access my subscription. I am having trouble accessing my time magazine subscription. I can’t log in to the account, it is not recognizing my email address and I don’t know the account #?

Landscape/Portrait rotation. Really dislike that you have disabled the iPad feature of being able to read the magazine in either landscape or portrait mode. This is particularly aggravating when viewing the pictures in Lightbox. All the images are in landscape mode but you present them in portrait mode. To view them in landscape mode -- the way they were taken -- one has to click on the + sign and physically turn the iPad 90 degrees to see the picture. This gets very aggravating after you have done this for ten times, the usual number of pictures you post there. Please enable the built in function you have disabled! The Table of Contents should also be similar to the print edition, like it used to be. Items were then clickable. Not too keen on the present format.

Nice start. I an impressed with the app. Easy to use. I forgot it was not a magazine. Easy to purchase. My only criticism is the price. At the moment it is cheaper to have a paper subscription. When someone prices these services fairly which takes into I pay for delivery and printing through my internet connection and iPad. Time pays for journalism and graphic design. Most traditional printing and distribution costs are eliminated. So why am I going to be excited to pay newsstand prices? I am not! If the price reflected the above and it was reduced to a more palatable level 5 stars are in order.

Not customized for iDevices: Canceled Subscription. The time Magazine used to be customized to fit the screen devices. It's clear that there were some type of cutbacks, and now they are literally just scanning the magazine edition and pasting it into the app. What they don't realize is that the magazine is now unreadable because the fonts are too small. I also just canceled my subscription...Fix and I'll come back!

Hoax. They say it's free but when you open the app, everything not is fine for sale. Waste of time.

Avoid November, 2017 update!!. Do NOT install the November, 2017 update!! Keep the previous version if you have it. The new version deserves zero stars. The new version is slow, it is clunky, it wastes use of the iPad screen. I should not need the better part of ten minutes to scroll down to something from four years ago. What the photon were they thinking?!!! Time Magazine is known for quality — the app update is junk. Time is better than that, and their subscribers deserve better than what they posted the night of November 10. They should take it down and put back the previous version before they embarrass themselves further. File the November, 2017 version in the “New Coke” garbage can where it belongs.

Seriously downgraded. This used to be a great native app until a couple of issues ago, where they have decided to just post a PDF instead. Now it is extremely difficult to read many articles, where zooming in triggers a page turn. Pinch and zoom is not a proper app experience. This app is trash now.

What?. I only wish I could resume audio in the last spot after flipping pages while hearing the article being read aloud to me by the audio file of the article.

Download of Update Hangs!. I've downloaded the update and now it does nothing but hang there...cannot get beyond the TIME title screen!!!!

No magazine available. I am in Montreal and was eager to be able to read the Time on my iPad but there is no magazine available with this app. When will they be available for download? Does it only work in the U.S.? If yes, it should say so... Can't wait to be able to subscribe for the weekly edition.

no customer support. Never had any problem for many years. But the last few weeks I cannot get to download my issue. I get the "buy"message, eventhough I tried FQA. I've sent two emails to customer support, and nobody answers!

Retina Display support?. The app is great but, as of August 2012, the magazine isn't Retina Display. Disappointed.

Poor graphics and text. Neither the content nor the application are retina ready. For a magazine this makes the content look tacky and cheap and text is not as clear as it should be.

Horrible. Used to be great.. The old version was great for reading on iPhone. New version is just the paper edition. Aweful. I'd vote 0 if I could.

Needs work. Can't view preview or a summary of the issue. All you can see is the cover and a buy button. On top of it all the thumbnail can't be enlarged. Not very enticing.

Love it!. Don't expect to download the app and get a free issue... However absolutely fabulous. I love this app. I love the lack of paper and being able to get Time without having to go out and buy it in a store. $4.99 per issue is fair I think.

Time APP. Great app. Clear, concise, comprehensive and easy to use.

Could be much better!. The app is so so and the price model they've chosen which is none subscription really bites! Considering that this is electronic distribution, the price of selling this magazine is considerably less expensive than the printed version! Why they can't offer it to us at a reasonable price is beyond me. I would gladly pay for a subscription if it was available and it was priced in line with the normal subscription pricing that they offer for the printed version. I love the magazine but I'll refrain from purchasing any more magazines until Time rethink their marketing strategy on electronic media.

Lame. It took over 30 minutes to download an issue. When it finally downloaded, it failed to install. Not happy that I dropped $5 for an issue that I was excited to read. Proof that the publishing industry has a long way to go before the iPad can replace printed media.

Does not install and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Besides the fact it does not install there is no response to my request for assistance and help! Come on help me out or do you not want to give me TIME (of day)!!

Not for iPhones !!!!. This application used to be good for reading this magazine on the iPhone until the end of 2016 but since the beginning of 2017, the fonts have become incredibly too small and the format is not adapted for iPhones. I would rate the app with zero star if I could. Time Magazine can certainly do a better job a revert to the format they had in 2016.

Time app. The format is not user friendly, not sophisticated, the fonts are much too small even on iPad. Disappointing, will not renew.

Confusing layout. The layout is confusing. All magazines should download permanently. One should be able to access articles in the archives.

Timely as ever; delivered in eye-catching style. What more can you want from a US weekly news magazine: news we use plus points to ponder...

Not working. After the latest updates, my Time app stopped working altogether. I am unable to open the app.

No Time at all. Another misleading app, nothing free here, move to trash.

Price. TIME is one of my favorite magazines and I was very excited about this app but the price of the magazines is just a smidgen too high. It's a little hypocritical to have purchased an iPad and then complain about price but the cost of the issues add up quickly

Terrible now. As other reviews mentioned, Time recently removed all interactive features and iPad optimizations so the magazine is just scanned and the fonts are too small. This is a really horrible decision and will further the decline of print media and subscriptions to the magazine. I'm baffled.

Surprising how bad the app is. Never seems to work well. When you cant figure out why you can download the issues in your subscription it says contact customer support and provides no contact information. If I want to read Time I guess I am stuck with paper magazine. I expected more from Time.

Trouble accessing magazine. I am always treated as if I DON’T have an account. & Time does not recognize my email address. I just cancelled my monthly subscription.

Can’t sign in. Despite confirming I am using the correct email address, I can’t sign into the app on my iPad. It asks me for my email address and then says there is something incorrect. When emailing customer support, I was told to submit feedback on the app itself, which is exactly what I had done. Waste of a subscription so far.

I can’t restore my iTunes purchases. My subscription should expire next year, but now I can’t download the current issue and all my previous issues. I can’t restore my purchases in the APP. How can I solve this problem!

Unable to download issues again. When we try to download issues, we get an error message. This has happened before. We’re also longtime subscribers.

Formatting. The articles are not formatted for an iPhone. Some of the pictures are out of sequence with the article.

No more access to latest issues. A month ago I stopped accessing new issues. I repeated many times since then the restoration process, synchronization, check the Apple ID status, subscription status. All OK, but no access to new issues. Please help.

So many complaints about downloading issues but no fix. I too am having problems downloading recent issues of Time. I am now 7 issues behind. It appears that this has been going on for months already. Seriously?!?

Time Magazine won’t restore Apple subscription. I’ve downloaded the Time Magazine app on a new iPhone and iPad. After hitting the “Restore iTune Purchases” on both. On both devices a non- modal window reported, “Restoring purchases” which never goes away after hours. Dismissing that window and hitting the “Library” button results in the Restoring purchases window that never finishes. Should I cancel my long time Time Magazine subscription since it doesn’t seem to work? Frustrated, Kenneth Perry

The worst. I’ve canceled my subscription. Time used to be my go to source for unbiased news coverage. Now, it’s complete garbage, a Trump enabling rag that further deepens the division in the United States. (The cover with Trump stretching his time in office into the future was the final straw) In a quest for “click worthy” news headlines, you’ve lost sight of your objectivity.

Can’t log in to app. Digital app on IPhone does not allow m to log in. When app prompts me to sign in. When I enter my email address, the response is that my email address or password in incorrect. Which it isn’t. I see many other people have this problem. Please fix it.

Time. As always Time delivers with very informative information found no where else lol👍🏾

Resolution. The content is good. The resolution of the covers and the app’s icon is blurry and pixilated. I wonder if you can provide higher quality images to enhance the user’s experience on the iPad.

Locked out. Can’t read latest 4 issues unless I buy them...already have subscription. What gives?

Not Happy. I bought a one year subscription. It does not work and I keep being asked to buy the magazines to read them. I hit restore ITunes purchases and it says “in app purchases have been successfully restored” However after checking back into the app it still asks me to buy the magazines. Please assist.

Digital subscriber cannot access through app. I purchased a digital subscription to Time magazine but the app does not recognize it. Worthless!

Doesn’t log me into my account. What is wrong with this app? I can log in just fine into my account on my laptop but this app doesn’t recognize my email to log me in? Really?

Unable to download new issues. Unable to download new issues when they come out. Tried deleting and reinstalling but still doesn’t work.

Constant problems accessing issues. Downloaded issues not accessible when not connected to internet. Tech support can’t fix.

Unable to sign it. Why can’t I sign in through the app on my iPhone? My email and password are correct, and I can sign in on my laptop, but not through the app. This is frustrating.

Constantly crashing. I have yet to get to the end of a story without the App shutting down. Very frustrating app. Paper copy was so much easier.

Bring Time Eveywhere. I can read the mag at home and continue on the app

Problem getting new issues. I also have been frustrated that I can’t get my issues on iPad. A year left on my subscription. I’ve reinstalled the ap, synced, nothing works! I support Time and journalism, but this is a big aggravation!

Doesn’t refresh. App keeps getting stuck, not loading new content, have to contact developers to get it unstuck to get newest issues of magazine. Then tricked me into giving 5 stars by pop up box, so I felt that I had to respond. Shame on you Time!

Time app is messed up. I am a print subscriber and supposed to have access to digital edition. When I downloaded app, it does not recognize me as a subscriber even though I am logged in. Tells me I have to buy the current issue. No one at Customer Service knew what to do. Very poor service.

Cannot ops an issue. I select an issue and it wants me to pay for it. I have a subscription that expires May, 2021. Why can’t I open an issue of the magazine??

Cannot download paid for digital issues and support not available. I am a digital and print subscriber. I am unable to download the recent issues and there is nobody I can talk to about it. I contacted TIME customer support - had to wait on the line over 30minutes just to get an email address for the digital issues support.

Time. Good choice of issues to print . Good fit for the audience although not in the greatest depth.

Cant view subscription. I have a subscription to Time, but this app does not allow me to access Time. Rather I have to get a new subscription through the Apple Store. No thanks.

E-mag access. I subscribed to the Time E magazine in December. I have not been able to find an app or other means to access the electronic edition. Please advise the best way for me to proceed. Thanks

Ipad mini 6 magazine format issues. The magazine is not optimized for the iPad mini 6. Formatting is really bad. Line spacing too small. Some pages have text lines that are almost illegible. Please update this app. It’s been more than half a year since the ipad mini 6 has been released.

Download. As is too often the case, I am unable to download the current edition. Subscription is up to date, IPad has been restarted and and nothing works. Thanks Time for a poorly functioning app.

Issues. Reading is good but I frequently have problems with my subscrptions and getting new magazines.

Bad app. The app closes at odd times. Very often, I have to open it twice before I can get to anything. Why can’t it remember what page I was on the last time the app was opened?

Basic. It said there was speech to text when I google it. Wish it could just read to me

I love it. I love it because I can read Time anywhere I go. But I specially like the one for iPad because the letters are bigger

Asks for money to download latest issues. Much like others, I always have problems after upgrades. It wants me to pay for new issues, but I am a subscriber.

Not happy. I have been unable to download any issues since the April 20 edition. The only option is to purchase. I should be able to download as part of my print subscription. No response to my email.

iPhone App. I bought a digital subscription a few days ago it does not work with the iPhone app it will not let me log in .

Fine on iPad, not designed for phone. Time needs to check Economist app to see how to design easier interaction and reading interface on phone

Restore purchase didn’t work. My subscription should expire this December. But now, I cannot access to my library and all my previous downloaded issues. It always asked me to make a purchase. FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!!! IT’S VERY ANNOYING!

Horrible App. Takes forever to load. Why doesn't this app has a feature that automatically downloads the latest issue. Horrible user experience.

Synchronization. Your app keeps logging me out when you update and it’s very painful to reestablish the account.

Very Difficult to Cancel Subcription. I signed up for a monthly subscription for Time digital when I got my app. When I tried to cancel, Time Magazine told me I had to do so with another business entity. It took four calls and emails over a week to establish that this was misinformation. Very poor customer service.

Time app for iPad. Time app stopped working. Went to account to sign in but then it required me change my password. Would not work with my new password. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Still didn’t work.

App won’t recognize my new subscription. I subscribed to Time on one of my 2 iPads and have been trying, unsuccessfully, to get the second to recognize my subscription. I would love to be able to give this a good review but until I can access my subscription I am unable.
