Solid App for any shift worker. Been using this app for quite a few years now. Solid for any shift worker. Get to put in Dr. appts, school functions all while clearly working around my shift sched. Very user friendly app in my opinion.

Night Shift worker. I love this app. So great for a night shift worker it don’t carry over to next day, that is what I like about it. Also can use as a everyday calendar with it and change colors. Connect with the calendar my husband uses and let's use use a family calendar.

This Shift working app is great!. This app has proved to be a game changer! I work the Du Pont Schedule & At a glance I can now set appointments no matter where I am at with just one glance at my cell phone! I have been using it for a few years now & couldn’t imagine life without it now!

Great customizable shift calendar app. Update after developer response: Thank you for your response but printing the calendar is not what I was referring to. I want to print the REPORT not the calendar. Have happily used this app for years. The app allows me to manually input a wacky work schedule, calculate my earnings for each day and run a report for a customized time period. Surprisingly missing from this calendar is the ability to actually print that report in a manner that’s native to the app. My personal workaround is to screen shot the report and print that out (kind of wonky but it works) Would be great if the DEVs would add the ability to print the reports natively. Additional suggestion: Add the ability to import OCR’d pdf versions of calendars for addition to calendars would save an immense amount of manual input

Love ShiftLife. I've been using this App for a number of years and I love it! It just keeps getting better. My only wish is that I could get ShiftLife and StudentLife to blend together. I'm a working student like many others in today's society.

Best t. I’ve downloaded about 10 different shift worker apps due to me and my husband both working 12 hour shift and this is the first one I could actually figure out all the features and how to add BOTH of our schedules so I can plan things for days off months ahead of time instead of breaking out the paper calendar. This app is GREAT!!! easy to use and convenient!

Excellent. Love the ability to have multiple shifts on the same day. Both me and the hubby work shift and we are both on very different schedules. This app allows me to have all of our crazy shifts in one place. I can open the app and instantly see when we are both of together.

My everyday calendar. I'm a RN & it's nice to be able to add my shifts simply by using the 'shift' option. I don't have to add my working shift to each day individually. My only complaint is that it deletes the information/events from past months.

Great app. I liked this app so far. It took a bit of playing around with it to get my husbands shifts on the calendar correctly but once I figured it out I was able to set the entire year of shift with just one click!

Love this app. Been using this app for the past 6 years to keep track of hours and to notice any large discrepancies in my paychecks. It has won several arguments against management about missing hours and shifts. Worth the yearly fee IMO.

Shift Life Forever. By far the best app for shift calendars that I have ever used! I have had it for more than 6 years now and have never had an issue with the app ever. Very easy to use and can be customized for vertically any shift type! It may take a little getting used to navigating and setting up reoccurring events or shifts. But once you figure it out, it’s a dream to use!

Best app I ever used. I'm a banquet server for Caesars palace. Our schedules are constantly changing. Each shift is a different pay rate. Which means in two days times I could possibly work 7 shifts. It was so hard to keep track of it all. But this app is a dream come true. Not only does it keep track of all shift information but it also gives me a over all report for each paycheck. It does all the calculating for me. It's so easy now to find any errors made on my paycheck and I just have to print it out and submit it to get any adjustments completed. The only thing I would like to do is to be able to download and use it on my home computer. Thanks so much

Amazing calender!👍👏🙏. I have been using this calendar for almost a year. As I have an alternating work schedule and working the night shifts, this calendar helps me track my upcoming events for when I plan my upcoming work schedules. 😊 In the next update maybe add emojis or icons that aren't available on the iPhone.

Worth Every Penny. I'm two years into app and really appreciate the improving functionality. When I bought it, I didn't know it came with an annual 2.99 continued use fee. But it's still worth a few bucks. Just realized, I never sent this. So now I’m 8 years into this calendar and it’s $4.99 year and it’s the most functional Calendar that I’ve ever used. I give this app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars.

Love!. I absolutely love this app. Several of my friends have also purchased this calendar after seeing mine. Super easy to use and personalize. Makes life much easier being able to see words rather than 1000 dots like the iphone calendar. I can't do life with out it! I totally depend on this calendar.

It is about time! Perfect!. I work an incredibly odd shift pattern in a chemical plant. Finding a good calendar that had the functions I need to set a pattern and never worry again has been tough. Then...BAM! Here is this beautiful creation. I can’t believe I was so late discovering this app! I can’t rave about it enough. It is absolutely perfect! Worth a lot more than the $5 the full-featured version is. BUY THIS GEM FELLOW SHIFT WORKERS! You will not regret it.

Life Saver!. Love this App! Makes my busy schedule easier to manage. So glad all the bugs have been worked out since the IOS 8 update. My only suggestion would be more preset color choices, or the ability to save custom colors for future use, and the ability to save a repeating event for multiple days during the week (not consecutive). Maybe I just haven't figured out that last one? Overall, much better than many other calendar apps I have tried that didn't work out. This is the keeper!

Love it. I've been using this app for a few years and I love it. My husband works 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off and it puts them in for me. I also love that I can see all of my appointments for the month at a glance. Best calendar app I've ever used!!!

Good Calendar but….. I bought the app when it first came out 10 years ago. A few years later they decided to charge an extra 99 cents a year for the app I already bought. Now they charge $4.99 a year to use the app.

Very useful!. I work shift work and this is the best app for that type of lifestyle. I love that my wife can send me events and I put it on my calendar and it automatically syncs. A must have for shift work!

Really great app. Really great app. I can do everything from one app but I’m having a little trouble getting things into reminders app when I put them in on this calendar.

Starting to get buggy. For a paid app I expect things to be very smooth. This app has started screwing up my shifts lately. The app also cares more about getting paid than doing what I pay it to do.

Great for us Shift workers!!!. It's been difficult to even verbally describe my schedule to people it's easier to just visually show them on this calendar app. This app allows me to look ahead with plans and schedule things accordingly. I use it daily.

That is service!. This is an updated review because I had an issue that I posted in my last review...and the developer emailed me to tell me how to fix it! Now all the weekdays are the same size in week mode and I can see all my appts on Fridays. I LOVE this app and have been using it for years, and I can say that they have great customer service and want people to be happy! Thanks!!

It’s ok but ..... It’s ok but I wish I could put in my 2 week schedule for my shift and it would just repeat it for me for the rest of the year !! That’s what I thought it would do originally but that’s not how it works ! So if you don’t mind manually go in through the rest of your year to put your schedule and you can add all sorts of different things to you every day and it does keep track of everything for you and send reminders so it’s a pretty good app I just wish there was a little bit more

Great App. This is an excellent way for shift workers to quickly and easily setup their work schedules and the accountant in me loves the ability to breakdown and calculate my income for any time frame I choose. I highly recommend it. The only item I can't put my finger on is how to differentiate OT hours from regular hours in the income calculation screen. Anyway, buy it - you'll love it.

Paid for the app keeps wanting me to pay again. Use to like this app, won’t work now. When i try to add an event to my calendar, it says I need to pay. I’ve already bought the app and it keeps saying I need to buy the full version which I’ve already done. Restore previous purchase doesn’t work either.

Great app for all in your life. I work a 4 or 5 day work week followed by a 4 or 5 day off schedule. This app lets me plan ahead for appointments or vacation. Easy to use. Don't get anything else

Calendar and planner all in one!. Have been using shift life for several years now. Getting the shifts set up and learning how to use it took just a few but once I had it figured out I loved it! So much easier to see everything all at once than the Apple calendar. Love the ease of changing the color coding.

Excellent calendar. Shows everything clearly. No dots. Love the ability to add color, movement to enhance calendar as I need. Live that I can set my own backgrounds. All in all just a pleasing, happy way to look at my schedule.

Needs a pay period view. Right now it only offers daily, weekly, and monthly views and it would be great if it would offer pay period views of every two weeks also. With the ability to pick the start and end dates of the pay period. I have been using this calendar for about 5 years and really do love it, but this is something I myself and many other Healthcare employees could really benefit from. Also, anyway to delete multiple same events as easily as you can add them, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You have to get it!. This is the only app I found that works great for me. I can have 3-4 different color coded schedules at my fingertips. I had this up for at least 2 years now, and use it every day. Love it! Can't live without it! Thank you! 2019- Loyal customer for many years now! I am a nurse, my daughter is a dental assistant. This app accommodate any changes and corrections in our crazy busy schedules. Love the option to change / customize background , love color coded tabs! Still can’t live without it! Great when you can get it to work. This app is good when you can get it to work. Sharing between users is difficult and it is very difficult to figure out how to make it all work smoothly. Also hard to get all functions to work on multiple devices.

Perfect. I work as a nurse, my schedule is changing from month to month, this app is better and more practical then any organizer I have used in the past.

Couldn’t function without it!. I love this app! I am a nurse with a very irregular schedule. I am able to create a shift and quickly tap the dates I am working and save my entire schedule in seconds. It also automatically syncs with my husband’s phone so he can immediately see if I add an event on our calendar.

Pretty good...a few frustrating aspects though. All in all this is an easy calendar to use with several more options than my ios calendar, especially for shift. I still get frustrated by a few things however. Deleting recurring events is tricky and kinda glitchy, and i’m frustrated that they don’t give me more options for reminders. They should let me have unlimited numbers of event reminders, and there should be more options for when i’m reminded, including a “custom” time period. I also wish i could sync to a google calendar directly from the app. Also when i have more than 3 events on any day, I can’t see all the events in the ‘monthly calendar’ view. I don’t know how to fix that...smaller banners maybe. Either way, i still prefer the calendar over any others i’ve researched, and i’ve bought it every year for the past 4-5 years.

Granny/Nanny. Very helpful to keep track of my shift work as babysitter for my granddaughter. Her mom works on rotating day and evening shifts with two and three day breaks. Keeps me showing up at the door on the right day at the right time!

Great for work and for personal use. Live when I can click icons to simply make my calendar look great! I’m a nurse and compared it to Nurse grid...this app makes it easier for me to see what’s in store for the next few months!!!!

So far so good. Just started using this shift calendar to replace another one I’ve used for many years. So far it is good, could use a few improvements, overall a good calendar app for shift workers.

Perfect for LEO. Creating my work schedule was easy and I could share it with my wife, making planning events super easy. Highly recommend for first responders with shifting schedules.

Have to re-purchase each year.. I didn’t realize you have to keep re-purchasing each new year, which was disappointing. It’s a good calendar. Edit: Thank you for the follow up. 3 Stars could be 5. I have used all kinds of these type of apps to organize my days, from quite expensive to free. This app is currently the one I’m using but there is one thing that will make me revert back to Fantastical 2 and that is the constant delay on the Apple Watch complication feature. The developer (very responsive by the way) has promised this since January, my last correspondence with them was that the complication feature is complete but the are adding additional features as one big update and should be released in about 6 weeks, this was about 8 weeks ago, so waiting months and several broken promises I probably will only give them another week or so before reverting back. This would a shame since many friends also use this and love it but we also are disappointed with the lack of the complication, this could easily be a 5 star app

Apple watch. Can’t see the events/shifts on the apple watch, can only see the reminders. The events or shift displaying on the watch doesn’t work if you choose calendar “on this phone” options. the watch interface doesn’t look like the app on the phone

Disappointed. I have used this calendar exclusively for the past 10+ years. Every January I pay for another year, because it has been a consistently good calendar. This morning I opened the app to discover that all of my entries are gone; yesterday everything was available. Every last thing saved on the calendar is gone. The app tells me that it doesn’t have access to my calendar, and that the privacy settings need to be changed. Nothing has changed in my settings, and nothing that I do gives me access to my calendars. To say that I am disappointed is a huge understatement.

Review. I do not like they way it deletes my past months. Some time I need to refer back and everything is going. May look at a different calendar if this continues. Otherwise I love it ☀️☀️

Needs a bug fix. This calendar has served me well for over 5 years and this is the first time I have experienced an issue. Needs a bug fix: if I have two events saved on one date and try to input a city into the location of one of them it shows up in the opposite event and not the one that I have entered it into

Colour co-ordination. I love being able to put different items in different colours and shapes. Eg work, birthdays, social. I really love the shift pattern aspects available which cuts down on the tedium of it all. It keeps all my past calendar years for reference

ShiftLife. I am having issues with appointments deleting them self out of my calendar

Great app. I like this app a lot, I have been using it for a few years. I work on continually changing 24/7 roster and it allows for me to enter all the different shifts in easily. It now has shapes so you can see your different appointments, notes easily as you look down at your day. Heaps of different colours too so you can pick things out and plan. I use it for work, life and play! Really happy with it for the small price a year. One time I did have to pay twice to get enter events for the next calendar year but this should have been fixed now. Cheers!

Best App for shift work. I love this app and so do my colleagues. Some of us added each other's rosters so we could plan get togethers on our rostered days off and we can see who we can do shift swaps with instead of taking time off. I can see multiple years ahead when I'm working Christmas, my Birthday or public holidays and I can plan my holidays accordingly. Fantastic app. Makes my life simpler too.

Erased events. Once every year my events are erased from my Shift Life calendar. This is really frustrating. I have contacted support & followed instructions given when it has happened previously to no avail. It has happened again May 2021!!!!!! Has anyone else has this V problem???

Unable to use. Tried to update shift life but the update didn’t go through because it said a family member has already paid for the service but it still says it’s out of date Reset shiftlife still not working turned off and on my phone still doesn’t work I had sent all screen shots in to Ovalkey ltd which was no help I had followed their instructions which didn’t work and all they could suggest was to write a review- How is that going to allow me to use the app Frustrated user Paul

Nurse. I love this App, but wish the colour codes would not need to be readjusted. I would love more icons. But most of all I wish the old data stayed for the year , when you need to go back and check a date or appt. I have tried a few apps for shift work and planning this is the best so far.

The. Best. I have used this app for over 3 years and found it to be perfect for myself, who works a huge range of shifts over a 7 day roster. Easily saved shift templates make filling out my new monthly roster is easy. Can also list other appointments and activities that are easy to see along w my shifts when viewing the calendar.

Live this app. Fantastic for keeping irregular shift work organised, as well as coordinating multiple family members schedules. Going into my 2nd year using this and couldn’t live without it now!

Used to love it. I used to love this app, used it all the time for everything - work, kids, school, home, life! But now it’s deleting everything I enter from approximately 6 weeks prior to the current date! Can the developers PLEASE address this issue? I need to look back at things, often from a year or more ago! I have recently bought the full edition, seems to be from then?? If this can be rectified I’ll happily change my review. This is the only app where you can easily do it all. I want to keep using it! Please, please fix it

ShiftLife for me. I have used ShiftLife for several years now. I’m a shift worker and beside being able to put my work shifts in I can add other appointments and events and go back and search events. I have not tried other apps but this one covers my needs. For a small yearly fee it allows me keep working with what I know. I like the search function, I can go backwards to find when I last went to the dentist for example.

shift worker. Have been using it for 4 years now and love it and the improvements as they upgrade it. Have had other similar apps but don't use them as this does it all. Am now retired and with all the activities still find this the best. My husband is a Rotarian and uses this as well.

Everything I was looking for!. It has been difficult to find a shift roster app that can also help schedule my personal life, ShiftLife has done an amazing job at being able to schedule unique shift work pattern and being able to sync with personal life events and calendars. It is powerfully customisable but retains a clean user friendly interface which I feel is really important to me.

Total winner of an app- ShiftLife. The best shift work app I've come across, has so many customisable features, in addition to all the essential functions. Super easy to use & navigate. Has a really nice display, clear easy to read, as well as colourful. Makes items I need to see, stand out from the rest.

Clunky and expensive. There are better apps out there, this works well but not the best by comparison. Also expensive, requiring a yearly subscription, instead of a once bought set up.

Great app!. I rated this poorly before I really understood its value. It’s a great app for a family to share rosters, appointments and events! No excuses for anyone to miss anything and it updates my icalendar and partners immediately!

Fantastic App. Perfect for shift workers, plenty of options and flexibility. Easy to create patterns. Put my old man onto the same App and he loves it to.

Full version and payable essential DLCs. I bought the shift life full version having full faith in that it’s a once off purchase and no further monies need to be spend. lol and behold, when trying to input shifts for next year, I was redirected to purchase the 2019 calendar for a small fee. That said fee was $4.99 which is approx 62% of the purchase price of the full version. So sad to say while I like the app, I find this sort of practice abhorrent and dishonest. If I am paying for a full version, that is it there should be no further costs involved.

Yearly payments. I have used this app for years and happy to pay for it but when it comes to trying to program for the following year please catch up. I can’t seem to update which is quite annoying. Please make this process more accessible

.. Deleted a recurring event but still there so had to go in one by one to delete them individually. Very frustrating this problem has been around for years & still not fixed!!

Good, but needs updating. The developers changed this app a few years ago to a subscription model where you need to pay a yearly fee to keep using the app. I wouldn’t mind so much if they used this money to keep developing it, but with only 4 updates in the last two years, it doesn’t seem particularly good value. I asked for one feature request: the ability to set up a fortnightly Roster that has two sign on times for one day, and it has fallen on deaf ears for 4 years. Now they have their hands out for another 12 month subscription, but I’m finding it hard to justify paying for updates when there aren’t any.

Great app but expensive. The app is great but it’s a bit expensive for what you get in return. I can understand the annual fee but half of what it is would be reasonable. Every year I look for an alternative at renewal time

ADHD life saver. I rarely miss appointments or even putting the bin out with this app , it’s simple to use , you can create alerts AND share appointments with others I would not be without it Thanks ShiftLife 🙏🙏🙏

Useful App for shift workers. This app has been getting constantly better and most of the time does exactly what I want it to do, though takes a bit of figuring out sometimes. Works great for my shift work.

One that works. This app really works! I started by tracking my and my husbands shifts then added 2 other family members shifts because it is so easy. I can look at a shift on its own or alongside another or multiple shifts. I can even add one off events making the app my one stop shop for keeping me organised. Well done!

Best. App. Ever.. I’ve used this app for years and it’s never crashed on me! Like many of us, my weeks are always busy with a myriad of various commitments. I’m a very visual person so with the easy colour slide there’s an infinite amount of options available. I can also create my own templates and work shift combos so with one glance I can see what I’ve got and when. My shifts are one colour. My sports are 2 different (one for home, other for away games). My hair appointment is another. My PT yet another. And so on. I don’t need to be given those little appointment cards that always promptly get misplaced because it takes me 10 seconds to put it in this app. It also connects to Google calendar (which I never use anymore now).

This app solely keeps me on iOS. Got this app in 2012 when commencing shift work. Tried considering other apps to switch to a Samsung phone a few years ago. There’s just nothing as good, so sticking with iOS to keep using this app. That says something!! Take the time to set your shifts up, and you’re set for life. Thanks developers, you made a winning product.

The best calendar app. I have been using this app for a few years and absolutely love it.

I always loved my ShiftLife until now. I just paid for another year and the calandra is extremely slow and the public holidays for 2022 are no longer showing.

Bring back the easy access to shift details. I liked this app but not fond of the change where the shift details are in another button and not easily visible. They were fine as they were before, not sure why it had to be changed. Just looks the same as the iOS calendar app view now!

Very good tool for shift workers. Made my life a bit easier, able to view and rosters on the go, and plan life on the spot.

Love this App!. I work a very inflexible 10 day rotation so it doesn't fit into a normal work week, but I know what I'm doing and where I'll be months in advance! Makes it so much easier for me and the Mrs to plan out personal lives and family events.

Shift life. The app it’s self is good and works well. I bought the full version and then tried to make a change only to find out I need to pay every year. It does not allow for family to share. The app is expensive to start with and then to pay every year on top is a bit much. Will not be using this app anymore.

Great app!. I love and rely on this app. I used to rate a 5 but now more 4.5 as outlined in the end of my review. This calendar is So much easier to read and keep organized than the iPhone standard calendar. I’m still using even though I’m no longer working the big shifts that I used. It is easier to use for those working set shifts like fly in fly out but I had templates made up for my shifts making it easy enough to quickly add my fortnights roster once I knew them. It just made it harder for me to use the financial side of the app but that was no problem really. My disappointment is with this version is that it no longer automatically links my fb events into the calendar. I’m not sure if this is a fb thing or what. When it did link what I didn’t like was that it bought down everything from my fb events including stuff I wasn’t attending which cluttered the month and I couldn’t shared my attending events with my husband, I’d still have to manually input my event. Little frustrating having to pay the same amount every year even though I’ve lost a function I relied on as I don’t like to keep checking FB.

Kaz. Well I have lost all my details twice from my calendar my shift work and appointments not happy that this happens for no reason I can’t explain or retrieve my information so I’m not happy with the security of this app at all and there is no help to get information on how to retrieve my calendars

Essential. I’ve used this app for several years now. From working rotating rosters, fifo and now a 9-5 it has helped organise my rosters and kept me up to date on earnings and tax.

Great but needs more features. I would like to see the printout or download as a calendar with the amount earned for that day instead of the text printout. It would also be helpful to be able to have a total earned during a period in a table of some kind... I hope the developers read their reviews

Very Happy with App. This is by far the best shift worker app out there. Easy to use, has all the features and can be shared with other devices to make keeping track of rosters very easy. I use it everyday!!!

Features. Lots of features. I hardly use most of them but the stuff I use is great. Seamless syncing between devices. I think the only downside I find is human error, maybe a notification option to remind the user to check their calendar everyday as I don’t always look and should do just to see if I’ve forgotten an appointment 😆

Fully customisable shift patterns. I have a messy roster and this app has helped me keep track - I can set my (84 day) roster to rotate but can also make ad him changed easily by setting up the shift templates.

Awesome app. Easy to navigate. I love it.

Not impressed with the need to pay continuously. First you need to pay $8 to use half the functions and now I find out you gotta pay $4 to update it every year?! What a joke! Most calendar apps are free but since this one seemed to have more options I figured id use it. Will not be recommending. $8 is expensive enough for an app. Edit: a copy and pasted response is not going to make me change my mind. I didnt notice any disclaimer stating its going to cost me $4/year ontop of initial pricey charge for an app. So if its there its not obvious and it makes it not fair imo.

No services. I was satisfied before the last update. Since the new versions, its not possible for me to add ant event.

App is no longer any good. I have used this app for years and have been happy with it but after an email update it deleted all my events and I can no longer add any calendars other than the apple calendar. Support was no help as you can only reach them via email and they keep saying to do something my app won’t do. And the odd thing is a co worker uses the same app and they display completely differently and I can’t seem to start over with it. Not worth the money I paid. And super frustrating to have lost all my events.

Awesome calendar app. I think this is at least my 4th yr using this app and being a shift worker and working a second summer job it gets used tons and I luv it. Easy to set up to build shift templates etc and once that is done you can enter your entire year of shifts and then simply add your extra events as life unfolds. I highly recommend this app.

Great app!. I am a nurse working two jobs and find this app great!! It keeps track of my different shifts (evenings, days, and nights) now with the new update it's even better!! A lot of co-workers use this App now. It’s awesome!!

Cheating customers?. I purchased life-time using for this product. Then now this app is asking me to pay every year I use. What the hell?

Can’t restore previous purchase. Bought the premium version , suppose to work with family sharing . When I download on my wife’s phone it prompts you to download premium version . Then I try to restore purchases with no luck . Loads for a bit then crashes . With no premium version .

Pretty good. I find the app glitchy at times ie. will delete my history/shifts, however I emailed them on my concern and they got back to be fairly quickly. I don’t find it the most user friendly app, but I do like it.

Love this app. Absolutely Love this app! I’ve been using it for a few years and I rebuy it every year. One of the few apps I found that I could see everything at a glance and I could customize every detail to my needs. I love that I can track my pay too. Great app!

I have to pay to add my country holidays??. Good app for organizing schedule but I have to pay to add my holidays from my own country? I don't want US holidays on my calendar. They don't apply to me.

Used to be good. It’s a very handy app that I’ve been using to track my shifts for years. Unfortunately now they’re charging an annual fee which is just not worth it. Very disappointing.

Month view. It’s a great app, but how do I remove the carry over of a month? When I view April as a month, I see may 1-9 on my April month. Is there a way to only see the month of April only?

Why pay yearly?. Works ok, basic features. I don’t use all the features like my pay etc I am really frustrated by how much the yearly price keeps increasing. I mean how much does an update cost them? And I do t see any changes. At this price I may just as well go back to a paper day timer. I just Don't see any reason to keep paying annually. They say for updates but I say ridiculous. Others apps don’t charge like that. I may have to look at some other options. What was once under $3 is now over $7 with tax. And I think I was even overcharged yet I can’t find any place to contact anyone about it.

RN. It’s useful and I have been using it for couple of years.But they hiked the price for 2022 calendar times 2 or more. I just subscribed for 2022 ; thinking about quitting this one on 2033

Deletes your shifts/input events. App has deleted all of my shifts and events that I have input. No reason why, and I can’t find an answer in the faqs. I’m paying too much for this app to have it delete my shifts.

Not great. I. My work shifts are being dropped at the most inopportune times. Then I have to fight to get things back. Now everything is gone and I haven’t been able to restore. This product is going downhill. Don’t waste your money

I track not only my work schedule, but also my husband's, those of our two adult children, our grand babies' daycare schedules, and all family appointments and activities! I find it very user friendly (I'm 58 and technologically challenged): if I can use it anyone can! I highly recommend it!!

Good app bad pricing. Really love this app & have been using & paying for it for years. But now the pricing is just becoming ridiculous. Every year you’re upping the price with no added features. You need to stop being so greedy & get your pricing back to a reasonable amount or you’re going to start loosing customers.

Easy to follow. This is a very accurate, reliable and easy schedule. By using the different options for templates, dates and colour coding, the schedule becomes user friendly and schematic.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!. I bought a yearly subscription for the last 2 years. Last week my shifts and all events disappeared from my calendar! The app will not restore! The support email address is not valid, and I still have almost 2 months on my yearly subscription ! I am very upset as I am MOT getting what I paid for and there is no way to contact the company !! Gurrr

Paid for the app and it no longer works. I’ve been paying for and using this app for the past 5 years. Never once complained about the price increase because the app has worked perfectly and has been much needed to help organize my busy life. Since the last upgrade I have not been able to use this app at all. I don’t know what bug or glitch has found it’s way in but it no longer allows me to add events without repurchasing or upgrading the full version. WHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR!!! I try and restore purchase or purchase again since apple won’t charge me twice and I get error messages. I am stuck with an app where I have maxed out the free version even though I paid for the full and I am unable to use. Now is where I will complain about the price. Customer support has finally responded but other than apologizing they have yet to fix my issue and I am unable to use the app I’ve paid for. An app this expensive should not have these issues

Higher and higher subscription cost. Have been a loyal user of this app for about 10 years because it worked well for my needs. However, I will be looking for a new app. The subscription costs keep going up year after year, and make this no longer worth its value, IMO. I’ve spent well over $30 on this app. In the beginning, it used to be $0.99 to renew my subscription. This year, it’s $6.99 and honestly, I haven’t see much improvements over the last few years to justify the price hike. OvalKey should consider editing their disclaimer by taking “small” out of the following statement: “SUBSEQUENT CALENDAR YEARS ARE AVAILABLE AS A SMALL IN-APP PURCHASE.” Better yet, a more reasonable/realistic price should be charged for the subscription like $3.99.

Bought a full version for 7.99. Bought a full version on Dec 25,2019. Now it is asking me to give 3.99 to use the 2021 calendar.... what the heck is that. Otherwise, the app is amazing.

Works great by itself - doesn’t integrate with iCal or calendly. Will cancel next year because my schedule is getting more complex than just shift work. I need a calendar that integrates - I’ve been billed for missed appointments because I sign up for the calendar at the massage/other practitioners website and it goes through to iCal, but NOT ShiftLife. Can’t use this as your main calendar unless your schedule is input entirely manually.

Terrible app. What a waste of money

Tells me I need to buy the app when I already have. I’ve used this app for years. Lately it won’t let me log new shifts/events in my calendar as it prompts me to purchase the app which I’ve already done. The instructions to restore it don’t work. Then it will randomly start working again until it doesn’t. I don’t have time to try and restore my purchase on the regular. Might be time to find a new calendar to use.

Not worth the money. I started using this app bc it allowed me to modify my schedule. I paid for the next year for improvements but the app has not changed-no noticeable improvements at all. Now for the next year 2023 they want double what they wanted last year. I can buy a better app for what you charge now!!!

NOT WORTH IT. I purchased the full app back in 2017-2018. Was amazing when I first got it. I upgraded and it worked great. But now they wanna charge me EVERY year for the new year calendar. They claim it’s a small charge. $6.99 cnd is NOT cheap. It cost me far less for the app and to go buy a calendar at the store. I will not be recommending this anymore and will be looking for something better for me and my family now.

Great app!. I work a 10 week rotation so I rely on the app to see what I’m working and when. The only criticism I have, is I can’t seem share it with my spouse, so he knows what’s going on too. Unless there is a way to share and I haven’t figured it out yet. Other than that inconvenience, it’s awesome!!

Wish I didn’t update.. Don’t like the new interface with the clock button to update my shifts details daily. Been using for years now. It’s more many steps to do the same thing. Why not just show the event details by default? App took a step back

This no longer works.. This app used to update my google calendar now no updates go in and I have to manually enter my schedule. Which makes this basically Garbadge! I used to think it was an easy way to enter my schedule.

Very difficult program to set up!. I have used this app for a previous shift schedule. When I changed shifts and tried to set up the new one it keeps putting the old shift with the new shift! I have deleted, dumped the trash and it still keeps showing up. Not user friendly
