What happened?. I use to think of this as my go to app, but not anymore. I just went to purchase a month subscription and it was over $22. Just a couple of months ago it was around $14. The quality of reports had honestly diminished over the past couple of years and if anyone is willing to take the time, the information they offer is free online it just takes a lot of work. I liked this app for its convenience but there is no way in h_ll I would pay for that big of a price increase for something the exact information I can get elsewhere. I hate writing this review because I really did like this app at one time. If they could prove they upgraded the overall quality and experience... it’s simply not worth that amount per month.

Average. I’m dating, and decided to look up the people I meet to make sure that they weren’t criminals and safe to meet. While this app gave me some useful information, I found the information to be way out of date. I checked myself out just to see the results…the information was over two years old, didn’t even have my current state….didn’t find my Facebook, and I have a business account and personal account there…

Useless. For $30 this doesn’t provide anymore than what you could pull up on your own using google. In fact, it does less. I ran a check on myself and it didn’t even find social media and I have lots of social media. It’s completely useless since it doesn’t give you criminal history. You get name, phone number, address, relatives and possible assets. That’s basically it. I am not impressed and will be canceling.

Been Verified. Been verified is an awesome company… They provide every piece of information you possibly need at a very reasonable price I have excellent customer service I respond to every email and text… i’m never leaving them I recommend them to a lot of people… I just searched for the people but I prefer they get their ownMembership

INFORMATION INACCURATE. I’d like to say that I feel as though I wasted my money reactivating my membership. First, the information on people searches is far from UP TO DATE. Next, much of the information noted is NOT ACCURATE. Finally, if you desire additional information on a person, you have to update your membership which costs additional money. I DON’T think so! I am not happy or satisfied with this program and only updated my membership in order to obtain information on two persons. The program did not have updated current information. I scored better with the accurate information that I have and therefore wasted my money expecting BEEN VERIFIED to provide me with information that I was earnestly seeking. Been Verified failed!!

They keep billing me. I used this app for years. A year or so ago I noticed I didn’t get as much information as I used to. I stopped my subscription and they quit billing me. About three months ago I saw they had started billing me again. I called and cancelled again. They kept billing me. Last month I even deleted my account. They are still billing me. I will call them again today and expect better results. I SHOULD HAVE SUBSCRIBED THROUGH APPLE. I just got off the phone and he is refunding me 2 months. I am satisfied with todays action(when the refund hits my card). Thank You

As close to accurate as I can find. I’ve not found another site or App that allows for more accurate info. I had to use this to try and find a person calling my wife from a Burner phone. I don’t have the answers I need but it has brought me close. If there’s a better one please let me know.

Useful. BeenVerified is useful in obtaining information in professional research. 95% of the time, I receive beneficial data. The other 5%, I receive sufficient to conduct the remaining research and conclude the project within a 24-72 hour window. Before subscribing to BeenVerified this process varied widely. While other efforts may have been without financial cost, the substantial time saving is worth the subscription price for me.

Great App. Had for over a year now, the only thing I would say is to work on accuracy of data. A lot of stuff no longer associated with individuals is included, and there are somethings that are not included that should be. It takes a little time to dissect and find the newest and most accurate information about a person.

Some good info. But not really accurate at all. I looked up myself and friends with whom I know their criminal and address history and was baffled at the misinformation that is spread thru this app. I hope this isn't used as a serious background check resource because it could really hurt someone's reputation and /or keep a bad person being recognized for crimes, addresses,etc...i took a 7 day trial for one dollar...I won't be extending my subscription passed the free trial due to the misinformation they put out there.

Just use Google. I subscribed to this app and found that it is pretty much useless. You can find all the information you want and more if you just take the time to do a little online search yourself. I also canceled my subscription a week or so after I signed up and have been charged monthly ever since then. I’ve called their customer service number and canceled my account that way but I’m still awaiting confirmation that they will actually do that or if they’ll just keep taking my money every month. It’s not cheap and it’s not worth it even if it was free. Don’t get this app

I use this app almost daily! Love it!. This is a great app. I use it in so many ways. I have 3 daughters and every time they go on a date I background check the guy. (My girls would be horrified knowing that) but, you can never be too careful. I also like to use it to check who’s calling me. There are so many scams out there and this can bring up a name linked to a number. The deep web search is a great tool to check on your own info to see if it’s compromised. If you’re looking for someone, this is the app to use! You can find out who owns a certain property, social media sites, emails, relatives and associates, all with address and contact info. So far, almost all of the information I’ve found thru this app has been 100% accurate. I was able to find my friends son who was adopted, in one search. It really is a great app for anyone to use.

Excellent app. I was informed of this app from a police officer after my grandchild came up missing from Houston Tx. I live in Memphis TN and had custody of him until my son went in the Army. His mother was allowed to take him then she took off with him to Houston. The Texas Child protection called me and was asking if I knew where he was and I said no. She told me I needed to find him. There was two investigations going on for abuse and neglect. I went to the police who said they couldn’t put out a Amber Alert due to she have been given custody since my son was in the Army and Tennessee doesn’t have grandparents laws. When I received this app, I used it to see if I could find her. This app gave me enough information that I found them in Mississippi. I was able to call MCP services and inform them of the TCP services. We were able to save my grandson from further harm. He is now in our custody and doing wonderful. Thank you for creating a very helpful app.

BeenVerified subscription. App works well except for one problem : I have the unlimited monthly report subscription and the app has stopped working on three separate occasions. I got a screen which says I’ve exceeded my limit of monthly searches so I need to login to the app and increase my subscription. I contacted customer service, she was very nice. She told me to logout of the app and log back in which worked. The app crashed two more times after that, I logged out and logged back in and it also worked. My question is simple, why is this happening? The customer service rep thought it might be a problem with the computer program. The only other problem I had is for some reason when I push the “generate PDF“ button it doesn’t work and I never get any information sent to my email in PDF. I have logged out and log back in but it doesn’t work. I’ve been using the app exclusively from my smart phone so maybe that has something to do with it. Every other function of the app works with the phone so I automatically thought the “generate PDF“ feature would work as well.

Best background and reverse email/number check periodt. This is the best reverse email phone number app out there. I have fun jist looking myself up and seeing what other people can learn about me it’s quite j retesting and been cerified they are pretty grandparents about what they can offer you and what they cannot compared to other sites like spoken and instant checkmate intelius been verified has to be my top pick for all of these plus they are very easy to use and understand pretty straight forward and not hard to find the info you want to find. If your going to lay a subscription may as well be for this site it’s the best I’ve used alot of them. Thanks been verified.

App doesn’t work, useless customer support. This app worked exactly once for me. After that, I kept getting the same error message (Network Error, got invalid data from the server) whenever I tried to search or call up a report. I did the usual user-end troubleshooting (sign out, uninstall and reinstall, etc.) then contacted customer tech support. It was an absolute joke. I exchanged 16 emails with them. Once they had ascertained that I had actually paid for the service, they had no further ideas or explanation as to why the app wouldn’t work. They wouldn’t even issue a refund.

Needs to provide criminal records. I got this app so I could do a criminal background check on some people and it doesn’t provide criminal background records anymore. I am able to access the fact that they have criminal records on the website but because of my screen reader I can’t click the little box that you have to check before you can except and continue to go on and see criminal records. The screen reader does not recognize wherever that box is that I have to click and it’s not allowing me to click it. This is really frustrating and I’m bummed as I paid for a membership so I can see these criminal records and now I can’t see them I hope you update the app soon to include criminal records once again as supposedly the Apple ones did contain them! Otherwise I feel ripped off!

Liars and Thieves. I paid for the monthly searches, get 100 reports a month. I forgot to cancel my bill and I was charged again. Like most subscriptions, it still goes on even after canceling until the next payment date. Not this app. I only made one search since the second payment and now I can’t make any. My second issue with this app is the inaccuracy. I looked up someone and the name and age is correct, but nothing else. Their contact info is for someone in a whole different state. The social media links either don’t exist or are for someone who is much older and has a completely different name. There are pictures sometimes, but rarely and again, it wasn’t the person I searched. Furthermore, you essentially cannot look up anyone under 24. I searched myself (22) and my girlfriend (20) and got NOTHING. For my self search I found my old email and one picture from 10 years ago, but nothing else. No social media links, no phone numbers. It only gets public information about a person that you can just google. Don’t waist your money on this garbage app, and don’t listen to the 5 star reviews.

Best backgroung check app for the price.. I have been using BV for several years and it’s very quick, effective and informative for the price. The only problems I see is that the background check for previous arrests, convictions and infractions has been eliminated. Also info on phone numbers, addresses and social media accounts are sometimes inaccurate listing wrong people. The reverse phone search is superb.

Lots of inaccurate info. More than half the time, the information is outdated/inaccurate when running phone numbers. When I tested it after while on my own number, which I’ve had for more than 3 years, the information was also incorrect and very outdated. Still had the previous person from more than 3 years ago as the owner of the number. Same went for lots of other phone numbers I’ve ran. Some great pros on this app - it obviously tells you if it’s not a “real” number you run and if the info is actually correct with background and other stuff, it’s a great tool.

Easy in, HARD to get out!. One big huge button to sign up and hoops after hoops to jump through to stop it! They even try tricking you in the cancellation process. You have to hit “1” six times to confirm cancellation. And because they’re sneaky scam artists, they slip in a “don’t cancel” option and change the 7th response to “2” instead of “1”. So if you are sick of their crap and try to quit, but aren’t paying attention, they will still try and scam you once more on the way out the door!

Still cannot find any accuracy. Nothing but AI generated robot responses - UPDATE: they still have zero accountability Literally I have not found ANY form of useable accurate information. Now I get auto email responses on how it’s ok that their system has gotten worse instead of better —— Literally been trying to find accurate or reasonably accurate information on here during the paid for trial by searching things that I know the information for- nothing. Even typing in exact information and it does not populate at the top - what’s the point? Their own system doesn’t even organize information in order. Refund this- this is a joke

Mostly good, a nice collection of information. However, my two criticisms are this: 1.) The sizing for iPadOS devices is not accurate, causing buttons to be inaccessible on the screen. Definitely a flaw with improperly applied dimensions in the storyboard view. Also, does not allow horizontal orientation. 2.) Many email addresses are close, but are improperly linked to a father or mother. This data can be invaluable, and has great potential to throw off social media data. Otherwise, great platform, and great price point!

Assbackwards. Have found this to be a useful search tool despite the GIGO phenomenon. I found that the user rather than the search algorithm was largely responsible for successful searches; the program completely ignores some parameters and returns a list of 20-somethings when I specify an age of 80. Fuzzy is good but it also needs to be logical. The last "upgrade" was two steps back. The previous interface was MUCH better! This change served no apparent purpose.

Rip off. Beenverified are misleading costumers by making them think they’ll get access to everything they offer by subscribing. However, you only get access to information you can find for free through similar sites. If you want more in depth information you have to pay $20 per report. Not only that, a lot of the information on people is incorrect or missing. I checked several family members and they all had something that was missing or wrong. The reviews on here are probably fake too, I can’t imagine that Beenverified would be so highly rated if they accepted reviews from real consumers of their fraudulent product. I’ve written negative reviews for them in the past which haven’t been posted — so if you’re reading this, consider yourself lucky and warned.

If I could give it zero 0 stars, I would.. Do not pay for this application subscription if you plan to use a VPN. I quote technical support, “You can’t use this application if you have software installed to ‘mask’ your IP address.” This is the reason why there are so many people unhappy with this application. In addition, my VPN blocks the website for this application every single time. You want them to sell your information? Pay for this service, if not, find another way to search for people. This is not the answer.

Doesn’t work but still charged!. I wrote this and received a reply that it might be apple billing me. Nope, AND they gave me an email to send my complaints to & if you read below? I’ve done that SEVERAL times and the emails went ignored and instead of tech support to help figure out why a search couldn’t be successfully completed (and being hung up on when I call or left on hold & not coming back), I eventually received an email deactivating my account. No one ever asked for that. So that’s the level of customer service you offer? So WHY would I use that email again, for the 50th time, and expect ANY difference today? Don’t you want to keep your paying customers??? This app hasn’t worked for months! I’ve tried calling, emailing, etc., and just get hung up on OR they shout an email back saying they deactivated our account, instead of technical support. THEN they keep charging us for it even though they deactivated. It used to be a good app & desktop, NOW? TOTAL RIP OFFS AND ZERO CUSTOMER CARING OR SERVICE… they can’t get their program to work BUUUT it works just good enough to keep taking $$?!! Well isn’t that convenient

Best background check site. Been verified it’s one of the best background check website I have had truth finder was really good with it criminal check and the court system checks they had on people along with their financial troubles. But then verified is definitely better when it comes to the phone number check the emails andAre the owner information also the assets that they come up with is a lot more detailed and I’ll look for these websites and rate them due to their phone number check in email checks in the information they have for the persons name. Great website you should definitely get it.

Not what you think you’re getting. I paid the subscription fee believing I was going to have full unlimited access to everything, INSTEAD it listed me as a “free user” and only gave me access to the information I can find out for free elsewhere. No access to criminal records or anything was given at all, it kept prompting me to upgrade and pay even more money for the same exact access I had already paid for but foot multiple months at a time. Very angry and have requested a refund. The only reason it got one star was because it wouldn’t let me write a review without a star rating. 😡🤬

Run away. One of the advertised services is the ability to delete your own entry on BeenVerfied. I have been trying to do this for over a month. I get emails from someone named Von Esparagoza claiming that they are “looking into this” for a “solution for you” however the listing remains active. What’s more, they have added new information based on my billing address. Had I never signed up for this service, my privacy would be better protected. Don’t make the same mistake. If you sign up for this app, the whole world will know your home address, email and phone.

Been verified/ beenrippedoff !. I got this app when it first came out great at first but just like the rest they want to all of a sudden charge their customers that have been loyal to them from day one it’s all a rip off I can’t even get to my list of prior contacts I’ve looked up. If it’s not broke don’t try to fix it. Stupid developer

Incomplete & Inaccurate. I tested the information provided by this service by looking up myself and others I know well and the information was inaccurate and incomplete at best. I found more accurate information in a Google search. Very unhappy I wasted money to subscribe to this service to test it. I completely understand why they don’t offer a free trial. Their customer service was professional and courteous, but it was a cookie cutter response that did nothing to resolve the fact that I wasted money subscribing to try a worthless service.

Amazing & Fast!. Love how fast it works. The only thing that I really wish that it showed was the charges in the arrest records. Or if it states that the persons been to prison it doesn’t say the charges either. But it will tell you pretty much everything you need to locate someone! This is a great app for very cheap!! Well worth the money!

Really great tool. I originally took on this app for my business as a tool to find customers who I needed to contact for some reason. I might need to collect funds on a bad check or let them know a certain product was now available. I’ve now found I use it personally too! Looking up old friends or classmates etc. I love it! Great addition to my app library easy to use I recommend it 100%. It’s accurate and provides all the info I could possibly need.

Don’t waste your time. I downloaded the app and paid for service. I was forced to link to their website instead of using a convenient app. That’s stupid. Off course it messed up because I used a long complicated password and I kept being forced to renter it since all my searches forced me onto the website. Got some message about abuse and couldn’t even use the poorly designed app. Kept contacting through email that I needed the problem fixed. Hours passed so I am deleting the app and getting a refund. I recommend anyone looking for a convenient public information app to find one that works from a company that responds to their customers

5 yrs ago it was decent. This app is total garbage. The information is consistently mistaken in AT LEAST one section of every search. I have had an annual subscription to this service sine 2010, and cancelled this year. The basic info is accurate enough to keep you coming back, but if you cross reference it, the rest of the information is terribly wrong. I have thought about trying to get my money back, but I am so angry at the loss and embarrassment this app has cause me, I don't want to subject myself to arguing with them, or any further time loss. Imagine finding out that the information you had about your neighbor's 22-year-old daughter was totally inaccurate. She had not been convicted of any crime, and yet, you had refused to let her babysit when you had to work. Imagine realizing that, not just from ONE source, but SEVERAL. This app has become completely unreliable, totally a rip off, and detrimental.

Don’t buy. This is a scam. I’m giving everyone a fair warning right now, do not subscribe to this app. I downloaded the app and paid for a monthly subscription. My app would not work and I could not login into Ben verified. I was told by Apple that I needed to contact the developer. After about an hour of going round and round in circles, and giving them a second credit card, I finally decided to cancel. Their solution was to submit a ticket to their team and to try and figure out why it wasn’t working. But it felt very much like a scam to me. We went round and round in circles on some online chat, and the person on the other end or the bot or whatever it was wasn’t listening, didn’t pay attention, and it was beyond frustrating. I paid Apple, and then they wanted to be paid again. I’m not OK with thatand do not like being treated like that. I would definitely go a different direction if you’re looking for this kind of thing.

Joke. My life has been ruined by BeenVerified by polluting my identity with some pothead kid in Canada. And then, I ask for it to be removed and you had the nerve to further pollute my identity and lie about data purge requests. This company needs to be investigated by the FTC. You are evil. May karma bite you people hard. Pure Evil. MY RESPONSE 10/22 - you are a liar. When I sent you a request to remove you actually took that email address I used and ADDED it to my profile. You have polluted my online profile and life with bogus data. Your company needs to be sued and thrown in jail. Your company is downright ruthless and dishonest.

Very accurate. I didn’t really believe that this app was dead on with all the other apps and background checkers I was thinking this is another app that wants my money when they give me the same info by browsing the web. But this apps is different they give more than enough info for your buck. Download you’ll see it isn’t like the others it’s more.

Very Helpful. It is so easy for me to find addresses and other information I have needed. However I’m unable to access my account. I had a subscription but am unable to access my account or open a new account. Any help would be appreciated.

Great except it isn’t. They have info on just about everyone from scam callers to a creepy guy you’re considering going on a date with. However if you subscribe for the 3-6 months the cancel so it doesn’t auto renew they will cancel all services and still take your subscription money without providing the service for the time you pay for. Don’t waste your money. Unfortunately I paid for multiple months (whatever the $56 option was) and got about one week so the company really fails to deliver the service you are paying for.

Criminal data was removed 👎🏼. This app would probably be 5 stars but according to other reviews they’ve responded to, they removed criminal data from the app. I cannot fathom a logical reason for doing this. Criminal data and records is the primary reason I, along with many others, use BeenVerified for. For now, it gets 3 stars because it’s missing such a crucial section of information. If they bring that section back, this review will be amended. The layout is simple and easy to understand. I really enjoy using it if not for the missing criminal records.

Typically lousy service that’s hard to cancel. It’s amazing how much information provided by this app is completely erroneous. Real estate records, FAA database to name a few are outdated to the tune of years. Ironically, these data are readily available independently for free with about two clicks of the mouse. I used this service to view various friends and relatives to see how accurate this is and it’s the same for everyone, all people living in major metropolitan areas, and all missing tons of accurate info. Nothing but upsell opportunities on the site. Cancelling is predictably difficult to figure out. Will see if it actually canceled or continues to charge.

Must-have Go-to App. BeenVerified is my constant go-to. I do not see how any other service can be rated better; I’ve tried them, and BeenVerified is the best of all of them. I use it constantly for checking offers, and keep scammers at bay. I checked my girlfriend, too, and she knows about it! Nothing to hide there!

Useful App. I wanted to test the accuracy of the app's information before I used it for real so I ran checks on myself and a couple of people whose history I already knew. The accuracy of the information surprised me. My complaints would be the lack of detail, particularly regarding dispositions, and what appear to be duplicate returns of the same charge, one with information and a duplicate showing a "no record". Overall a nice app ****UPDATE. I just tried to perform a new search and although the correct person did come up the app wouldn’t let me access any information unless I paid for a subscription. I can understand not being able to get detailed information but nothing? I no longer want or need this.

Feel played almost scammed. I purchased the subscription. I finally log onto my account make my first search. Click on the first report and the next thing that I see in my screen they ask me to purchase another membership. Saying I ran out of the 100 reports I never used. Reached out to customer service and they couldn’t do anything. They escalated but still I didn’t get a solution. Can’t fix their mistake but they sure can charge you more money at any time.

Best app ever. This app helped me find my friends way back home and it helped me to find out my boyfriend had been living a double life and had 4 children and one on the way and I told his then wife and I helped her divorce him and get full custody over the kids I don’t know where I would be without it.

Ease of use. Been Verified is among the easiest of people search utilities out there. It’s fast, inexpensive and if you have the correct input information, it’s accurate and comprehensive. Of course there are other search tools out there, but Been Verified is the best bang for the buck when you need to find someone quickly just to contact them, or knee deep in investigative research.

Removed features. I’ve been subscribed to this service for a year and a half, and used it religiously, just to find out (a few months ago) that the main feature I used it for, criminal records, is no longer even part of the results.... why would that feature be removed, yet I’m still paying the same monthly amount for my subscription?? Definitely disappointing compared to the 5 star rating I would have given, had that feature not been removed.... All of the other info that generates on the person search, is stuff that is easily found by doing a simple web search on a person... criminal record is more difficult to track down, but very much public record, which made the reporting on BeenVerified extremely helpful, until now.

Deceiving and an absolute waste of money. Just a fair warning. I obviously wanted to do a search and entered the information of interest. The website pulled up blurred information and then stated the need to purchase a subscription to view it. So I pay for the subscription and every single search “had no information available” but it showed fake blurred results to lure people in. This is extortion. Such a waste of $5, I should be compensated for the waste of my time and money

Best Current Info. I have tried all the verification services and your app is the most up to date in regards to current info. Thank you:)

Removed criminal history. Have been using BV for years, would’ve given them 5 stars before the latest update. About a month or two ago, they REMOVED the criminal tab. This is what most were using the app for as the remaining tabs, the information is readily available for free elsewhere. Paying for this app is now completely useless without the criminal tab...it was quick and convenient to do a search. I will cancel my paid subscription unless they bring the criminal tab back soon!!!!

Paid Only - No Free Features. No idea if the app actually works because it is paid ONLY. There are no free features and no trial. You either spend money and hope you get any results at all or just delete the app. I chose to just delete the app. There are numerous websites that perform the exact same function, but at least give you an idea if you’ll get any results.

Worthless. The mobile app is totally worthless! I have an account & use it on my laptop all the time, but when I Rey to login to the mobile app, it keeps sending back a message to use an complete email and password. Well, I do! It is still on the screen right by the message telling me to enter it. I even deleted the app & reloaded it from the AppStore, but it still didn’t work.

All search features not available. I typically use the BeenVerified website when using this service. I never use the mobile app because it doesn’t even include all the search functions that the website has. The mobile app is missing the VIN lookup, social media lookup, and email lookup..

Beware. They will take your money and not let you use the app. Then they try to get you to sign up again when you already been paying every month. They will not answer their text messages and finally I had to dispute the charge through my Apple Card and Apple had a phone number I could call them.

Useful for buying home. I used BeenVerified to look up my future neighbors in the apartment complex I was closing. Well worth the money for security and sanity in mind. Also, I really like that it comes with web access. I learned about unclaimed money through their web

Don’t buy you will waste money. First of all it’s 30 dollars a month for little to no information on anything and the only way to cancel subscription is to call customer service or email them which are very not efficient ways why can’t they just let us cancel the subscription manually? Absurd prices for nothing this is a scam

Charged. They charged me 5$ for a free trial without my knowledge. I found out by noticing on my bank statement, so I called them right away. Mind you I had canceled my membership the next day by their expectations. The man I spoke to said that they do this normally he does not know why, but that he would gladly refund my money right away. And he did. Imagine how many people they are getting 5$ from that don’t even know it. That’s a lot to add up. So disappointed

Fraud. I literally just searched myself and their Information is so out of date! Information from over 15 years ago! it showed that I didn’t have a Facebook when I have the same Facebook since 09! it showed my MySpace? Does that even exist? so out of date and a waste of money. Please don’t waste your money and time on this website. Wish I rate it -1000%

Password Weirdness. When you try to log in through the app, then use a web browser, it automatically generates some sort of security hit that forces you to change your password. So if you don’t want to change your password every time you try to log in, just use the browser interface and don’t worry about this app. It’s simpler that way.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS APP!. This app does everything it says it does! A wealth of accurate information in a Lockett split! Categorized and searchable in an easy to use format! Well worth the money ! If I could give this app 10 stars I definitely would!

Real estate investigation. It is a very comprehensive tool to find out different things about peoples credit property, phone numbers and it’s easy to use the layout on the website is user-friendly and has a great attribute to my real estate business.

Horrible. I purchased the upgrade but it still only gave me basic information. It kept telling me I needed to upgrade to view the other info. I already paid 22$ now I have to pay 22 more. No. This is a garbage app that just rips off the consumer. UPDATE #1: Called customer support and they pretty much told me to screw off and wait. technical issues. In the mean time, I’m out of my money and can’t use the app. GARBAGE. Apple needs to remove the app from the store until such a time they stop screwing customers. UPDATE #2 Still nothing from Customer service. I’ve sent them my receipt for purchase. 3 days after purchasing a subscription, I still cannot access any features.

This app is a must. If life brought you to this app it won’t let you down it can find almost anyone with the right digging with the right reason. Use responsibly if you’ve gotten to this point you won’t be disappointed

Fraudulent Thieving Company. Trash site they make it impossible to get your credit card information off and will never let you remove it even with their fake outsourced customer service. This site is purely meant to steal your information, rip you off and steal your money. Avoid it at all costs, I have reported them as a fraudulent company to my bank and the bbb. You can’t cancel or delete your card info. They don’t even do background checks.

Don’t pay them.. I paid upfront for a three month membership and it will not let me use it. I have tried contacting them, and they do not reply. I just get an auto reply message telling me they would contact me within 2 to 3 days and nobody has. It’s been nine days. I either want the service I paid for or my money back. I will be filing fraudulent charges with my bank.

Not a worthwhile site to search people. Website, search a person by name get a few returns on my accurate information. Search by phone numbe nothing. You already know information shown. Email address nothing. Spend your money anywhere else. This website is a money grabbing, useless trash example of how to take people’s money.

This App is worth the money, for my line of work. Calling leads, often with wrong information, this app has been gold for getting the correct information and actually getting ahold of them.

Horrible App and no customer service. I have repeatedly attempted to submit an issue to customer service, when you purchase the upgrade it takes the money out of your account and doesn’t allow you to access any of the upgraded sections. The customer service through the app continually says “failure to attach” over and over until you force close the app.

What’s going on. Did the 3 month unlimited subscription for 44 dollars signed in did a search still asked me if I wanted to update subscription even though i just paid for one so I tried again and did the 9.99 one month subscription which was stupid yea but just to see what would happen and the same thing so now I’m out over 50 bucks for nothing this needs to be addressed ASAP

Angry. Previously I have had a good experience w/ the App as a paid customer. However, recently I went to use the app and it insisted I sign-in since I had purchased a new iPhone. After resetting the password and signing-in the app continuously requested I upgrade despite the fact I am a paid customer with a monthly subscription. There seems to be no way to remedy the issue. I am very frustrated and feel scammed.

Less than 1 star if I was allowed. When I downloaded the app years ago? I was able to get decent info. What you would expect for free. Minimal requests and access per month, but you were always allowed to still view them and go back to them if needed and they even updated if you did. NOW, you cannot navigate AT ALL without the app pop-up requesting you to upgrade. I cannot even access my old searches. Terrible app now. DO NOT GET!!! Absolute disappointment.

Mixture of information. The information returned is a mixture of correct & incorrect information. I failed to find it of any use. Also, I felt I was scammed on the cost of the product. Maybe my bad, but I thought I was paying a one time fee for a month. Within a week this company billed me for a second month. Cancellation of my “subscription” was a nuisance at best. Avoid this product. It won’t be what you expect.

Won’t let me cancel my trial offer and charged me!!!. I tried to cancel my trial offer and was charged $26. I can’t log on to my account because I keep getting a “Whoops looks like there something wrong message” on the computer then when I try the app it says my email and password don’t match when I just changed them. I don’t want this service and want my money back.

Paid for app but won’t give me access. Paid for the app for 1 year but no access given. Contacted support multiple times always sending screenshots and receipt of payment and no access or refund given to date. It has been 5 months already and just want a refund at this point. ***Update**** Developer says to email them directly. I have and it’s been months. Response I get is that they are looking into it. Been 5 months just issue a refund

Review. I thoroughly am enjoying using this app. I feel like I am starting to get a better grasp of my life and decisions. I love that I can use this app to clean up my life of unwanted people that I can make room for the people who mean who I am.

Thievery. If you are looking for criminal records or any of the locked content, do not purchase this App. After spending the near $25 including tax, all of the locked content remained locked. I have yet to get any information advertised after multiple emails. The few replies I have received are all blanket responses such as make sure you have the latest version etc. Duh. great app. I just wanna say thanks guys with this app I was able to locate my real father and find out that I have 2/2 brothers and several other family members I didn’t know about hopefully I can meet them

Not useful. I was trying to sell furniture online, I used this app to know if people who wanted to come to pick it up was real and you know “safe” but this app sometimes doesn’t even provide a name, BUT I cancelled and they refund my money, everything through e mail, they have a great customer service, that’s why I gave them 3 starts

Excellent. But I have one complaint. Why can’t the app remember the state since I use it over and over everyday. After several times, why won’t it remember the state. I love been verified, I just get tired of flipping the all states tool every time. Thanks S,Taylor

Do not subscribe on app! Can’t log in to app. Web needs a separate subscription. Do not subscribe from app! Can’t log in from app. Tried logging in to my old account and setting up a new account both did not work. Resetting password takes you to the been verified website. Seems to work there but requires a new web access subscription. Essentially app subscription does not work.

Criminal History ?. I have been using this app for about a year. I have noticed that the “Criminal History” field is no longer present. Is it possible that I turned off this setting, or is that information no longer visible in the people search feature?

False representation. I did not download this app. Somehow when I clicked on a spoofing app, it downloaded this instead. This app is the same crap that’s on the Internet that leads you to think you’re going to get someone’s phone number but then makes you jump through hoops (going through our vast databank)to finally get to a page where they want to charge you.

Better than anything out there. I have resorted to this app to track down relatives of relatives affected by natural disasters, lost loves, friends, bad players and such. After a year, I can say that it is worth every penny paid.

Not for Criminal History. My bad for not reading better. I searched the App Store for a background/criminal history app. This came up, I spent the $22 bucks. No criminal history. Wasted my money. Just cancelled, it even says “unlimited background checks”. Total false advertising. Giving me crap I can google or get off FB isn’t a back ground ground check. Developers should be ashamed of the false advertising. How to they have any positive reviews? A sucker born every minute. Today I am that sucker.

Expansions?. Please expand your search to Puerto Rico as well. Several lend the documents are not up to date and it was a little difficult to define a specific person. Thank you for all previous reports. You’ve helped me a lot and I greatly appreciate it.

Deleted a feature. I enjoyed the app especially to verify who I was meeting when making a purchase or sale on FB marketplace or CL. They deleted part of the app that gave criminal background report. I enjoyed that feature because I found some unsavory people that I did not want to do business with ie: drug and fraud charges, domestic violence. It helped me size up who I was meeting before I met face to face. They deleted the feature on the Mobil app and I deleted beenverified!

False information 🙄. Bought the $5 subscription just for it to give me false information. I even searched up my own phone number and my mothers number and it was so inaccurate. I’ve had this phone number almost 10 years now, and my mother has had hers for much longer. Don’t waste your time and money with this. Not worth it at all

What happened to my BeenVerified Vehicle Search?. I paid for 3 months of unlimited VIN searches which worked fine until it said get latest update which now always sends me to BeenVerified search which you can search people, phone numbers, emails and social media which seems to work great however I can no longer look up Vin numbers which is the reason why I purchased this application to begin with. I will amend this review if they can fix this problem.

Use for genealogy. Wonderful for genealogy work on family amd extended family members that have died not long ago. Been using for many years. I’m a loyal customer!

No good anymore. This app gives no criminal or ANY court info. Not traffic or even marital status. After searching my whole family 70% of our information was incorrect. I used this service 2 years ago. Now it’s totally whitewashed and only about phone numbers and property value! So disappointing. There is NO WAY you could get any usable info out of this like finding a child or knowing the person you searched is a sex offender. They bury the “ local” sex offenders under other tabs. WASTE OF $22!!!

Best people search app. This is by far the best people search app there is. I’ve tried them all but this app has the most information.

Not working. I used to love this app! Recently the prices have changed, but I used it enough that I was willing to pay. I have now been charged $40 and it’s not working at all. It shows “paid” but every time I attempt to do a search it tells me to upgrade... I already have. followed the steps multiple times (maybe that’s why it charged $40?) same thing over and over. I have updated the app, tried shutting down and trying again, and it still will not work.
